woke up and saw one of the most insidious invasive insects just SITTING on the back porch.... booked it outside to take (probably THE WORST) picture of it and then did my part by reporting them to the dept of agriculture. apparently they're not yet noted to be in our region so..... uh oh!!!!

first ever pride is completed and was SO much fun.

#tj talks #everybody was so kind oh my god #i sold most if not all of the earrings and a lot of the zipper pouches!!! i still have some left over #it was just so comforting and loving to have people come up and just 'you should be proud tehse are wonderful' :')#everybody was so SWEET #some girl gave me like three dollars extra and i told her and she went 'i know.' and smiled and walked away and i almost cried #why can't i do pride booths every single month????? pls #something about people fo the community liking my crafts is just. the greatest feeling ever #and since nearly everything is gone i have to make M O R E for the sixteenth now lmao #but im gonna do more mando and grogu themed things too #was very fun but also. exhausting #cause i was there from 8 am to 6 pm on my feet for most of it #doing long events like this is tiring cause its all day but also great because you make M O NE Y #the moment the parade ended the booth was SWARMED by people and it was so exciting but also like holy shit #everybody is so beautiful and kind i love our community i wanted to live in that day forever #but also i am. home and snuggled up now rest time ehehehe #i want to sell more stuff online but that means increasing prices because seller websites take percentages #which is why i can afford to have everything at low prices in person #which almost feels like i'm?? lying to people/???#im worried that when i post online people from events will be like 'well it was THIS much at the market so why is it more online'#but websites take an arm and a leg *cough cough etsy and depop* so there's no other option really

I finally made it to a pride fest and i was given a hand out on pup/pet play and other handout on leather pride immediately right off the bat 😌 so i say it was a good pride.

#saw several pups as well #and sooo many really cool looking drag queens holy shit their outfits looks awesome >.>#also just a lot of informational booths on health and legal stuff #and no big corporation booths!!!#i went to a small town's pride and honestly way better than Chicago pride #it was so much more trans friendly weirdly than Chicago #and the HRC didn't fallow me around trying to get me to donate to them #I kinda hate the HRC they are too quick to throw trans people under the bus #and there was a PP booth which was nice #and a lot of small artist :D i got a really pretty ring and a couple t shirts for my husband and I #and i got to hold my husband's hand and no one gave a shit! no weird looks!! we just got to be 😌#10 outta 10 excellent time well worth the drive

Just watched Q-Force and it was fucking amazing so umm fuck you all I'm keeping this one close to my heart it did right by me

#did not know going into this there was so much backlash???#I like to watch shows before going on here and seeing other people's reactions #apparently no one ever taught you guys manners #can't even wait to see a show before saying it's homophobic #anyway my favourite parts were:#'backache mountain'#ironically i watched brokeback mountain earlier this week so it was extra funny #i also loved all the characters so much and for once you've delivered me a main character who is also my favourite character -#something which is very uncommon #i LOVED the plot towards the end of the season #i also LOVED all the actual queer actors involved in the VA booth #a nice touch #I liked that the first few eps were mostly jokey 'mission of the week' and then the plot got FUCKING FUN AS SHIT at the end #I loved everything #my only critcism is the lack of non-gay/lesbian rep #but hey! if they get another season i would love to see - and am hopeful for - more trans pan and ace characters #also loved the script #on the surface it seemed a bit cringe and stereotypical but then i #everytime i went to criticise i had to admit i've had convos exactly like that with real queer people so yeah i can't say shit #overall - loved it!!#q-force netflix #q-force
