Kill Me - Cane Hill: this one is very Hesh coded to me. He was already pissed after Elias’s death. The dude must’ve been FERAL after the beach. Idk this song very much feels like blind rage to me, I think it’s fitting.

Screwtape - Cane Hill: Kick our beloved freak. What can I say, this song is a little screwy. (Idk how else to put it help.) I think it matches him well. I don’t think he’s this insane 100% of the time but he has his moments. A little savior complex, mayhaps?

Ive referenced this tale a few times but I think because it’s easter Saturday and I’m a fed up little shit this year, it’s time I tell the story of THE easter saturday

So to establish a few things to anyone who wasn’t raised as a damn catholic, easter saturday mass is kinda infamous for just being the worst. First off, it often starts later, like at 8. Secondly, it lasts forever. Normal mass will have a reading from the bible, a responsorial psalm, and then a second reading. This mass has 7 readings and yes, there is a responsorial psalm between each of them. If you’re lucky, the priest will decide to only do like 3 readings and then just move on. And the last few things about easter saturday mass is that for the part with all the readings, all the lights are out and everyone has to hold a candle. Symbolizes some shit about everyone being lost without jesus or some shit idk. And there’s a part after communion where anyone who wants to be confirmed into the catholic church can do so

Most people don’t go to easter saturday mass because really why would you, but around the time I was a teenager my family always went on saturday instead of sunday just cuz we didn’t wanna get up early and also cuz easter sunday is like the biggest day of the year and it’s crowded as absolute fuck it’s awful. And I mean, we never really had to deal with too much bullshit cuz the priest cut down the readings and often didn’t even bother playing music cuz no one wanted to be there lol. It was a pretty good deal

Enter THE easter saturday. I believe I was 17 and I still had to go to church but I was very much not having it anymore lol. And we were gonna do the usual late mass but a little special curveball came along. My sisters ex boyfriend, let’s call him Gary, decided he wanted to become catholic. Why. And when you get confirmed you need a confirmation sponsor, aka someone who’s already been confirmed, to be there with you. And he asked my sister to do it. Which is pretty weird cuz they had this complicated on again off again relationship but like, I’m pretty damn sure they weren’t dating at the time??? Why the fuck would you ask your ex girlfriend to be your fucking CONFIRMATION SPONSOR of all things that’s so bizarre lol

What’s even more bizarre is the fact that my parents decided to show up to support him. Gary was the ideal guy, good country boy, good ball player, with a good head on his shoulders. They definitely loved him more than my sister did and like still to this day talk about him all the time even though both him and my sister have moved on 😟. So fine okay this is what we’re doing, we were gonna go to stupid easter saturday mass anyways, we may as well support Gary in this catholic journey shit because we’re obsessed with him I guess. Whatever. But to make things EVEN WEIRDER, my fucking GRANDMA decides to come too. To support my sisters ex boyfriend. Because she thinks he’s the greatest guy since sliced bread and because she’s a hardcore catholic who loses her shit over new members of the church. So fucking. It’s me, my parents, and my grandma driving an hour and a half to the city to see this guy get confirmed. At least we won’t have to go to church in the morning

So we get there to this honestly very beautiful church like it’s one of those really old big city churches with massive stained glass windows and like 8 sets of pews and columns and shit. We meet up with Gary’s family, theres like 7 of them and none are catholic btw so they had no idea what to expect from this experience. Oh how I wish I could’ve saved them. We all try to sit together in one pew for some reason and it’s like very crowded and we have no room, something that was very unnecessary cuz we were literally in an almost completely empty church. Before the mass even starts, I’m getting lightheaded and sweating bullets from how cramped everything is, and cuz I was wearing "fancy clothes" aka a pink sweater and black joggers covered in lint cuz I was having an identity crisis and this was my fashion taste lol. I obviously didn’t wanna be there was just a lot of hostility towards me from everyone cuz I’m. You know. A fairy 🙊 and a bitch lol. So I feel a meltdown coming and I’m literally crying so I go to sit in this tiny pew kinda in the shadows where no one can see me. My dad joins in too so we’re just in this private spot away from the families

Then the mass finally starts. We go outside and get our candles lit in a big fire and sing a damn song and go to sit down in the pitch black church. We have the typical intro and. Then. This fucking like 25 year old altar boy gives a basic summary of the events of easter. We all know the hell out of them, we don’t need a reminder, but we get one anyway. This should’ve been like a reading that maybe lasted 2 minutes maximum. But no, no, Catholics don’t want you to have it easy and short. You came to easter saturday mass, and Buddy, you’re getting that goddamn easter saturday mass

This man. Sang, the entire summary. In that awkward chanty singing style that priests do sometimes. And it lasted, according to my watch, for 20 minutes. 20 minutes of this guy in this pitch black church with his face ominously illuminated by the candle he’s holding in his shaking hand just. Singing on the fly. The entire church is completely quiet the entire time and to make it worse he kinda just kept repeating the same point over and over he was like THIS IS THE NIIIIIGHT OHHHHH HOOOOOLYYYY NIGHT WHERE JEEEEESSUUUUUSSS DIIIEEED OHHHHHHH HE IS THE SON OF GOD, WHO IS ALSOOOOO CHRIST AND HIS NAME IS JESUUUUSSS CHRIST. I’m not even exaggerating here good god I wish I was. It was that bad. I was kinda just in that zoned out trance you enter whenever you’re at a church and you’re bored to death but at like the 10 minute mark I realized this man was STILL GOING and I just. I fucking lost it I couldn’t breathe I was very thankful the lights were out cuz I was absolutely dying. Even my dad, who’s so insanely catholic it’s creepy, started playing on his phone in the middle of it. And we had to sit there. And this was the BEGINNING, we still had god knows how long left of this thing

Finally, the altar boy stops singing and then probably went to go drown himself afterwards because how the fuck to you come back from that. The infamous readings start and ofc they do all 7 of them, why wouldn’t they. And the psalms in between were like 10 verses each and they of course sang every single one. And it was like some poor college kid who just looooves jesus so much singing and she. Couldnt sing for shit. And there was like piano and idk, a tambourine probably. I blacked out halfway through and just accepted that I was actually just gonna die in this church, I’d never ever escape. This is my life for the rest of time

And we couldn’t just leave is the thing. Not just cuz my family is so toxically devout, but cuz the one thing we were here for still had yet to happen. The fucking confirmation. How long did we have to wait before we got there? 2 and a half hours. And do you know how long it took? Less than 10 minutes. All for this stupid Gary, stupid fucking Gary who decided he just HAD to be catholic, we waited just for him. His poor family showed up for him, there were children man. Like, hyper, preschool aged children who had to sit through that. And then at 3 hours it finally ended and I just. Couldnt feel anything anymore. I looked at these people and I just wanted them all to feel the pain of a thousand deaths for making me sit through that shit. I literally suffered more than Jesus Christ

i've been here since chapter one was posted and i remember reading and re-reading little bean (because it is *that* good) when it had like three chapters and waiting and imagining what would happen next. now, let me tell you... you and your writing exceeded expectations and blew my mind.

sasha and jungkook feel SO REAL to me, especially sasha. she's so human and i know it sounds weird to say, but she is. she feels three dimensional because she makes mistakes, she tries to learn from them and has just as many insecurities as a real person and her interactions with other characters feel so real too!! it's actually crazy to think because sometimes i want to give her a big bear hug and protect her from the world and then i remember... she's not real 🥺

before you posted chapter fifty i was actually thinking how much jungkook and sasha have grown as people. they're actually communicating!!!!! yay!!! would it be weird to say that they're relationship feels more real now ABU (after break up) than before? i think that BBU they idealised each other a lot. sasha was the definition of a Cool Girl™. she had tattoos, she knew everything about the world, she was "wild" and experienced (in every sense of the word), well travelled and smart—sort of felt she was taken out of jungkook's wet dream in a way.

and then jungkook felt so... cookie cutter. he was the Perfect Guy™. he was funny, smart, he had a job (!!!!)—even if that job made sasha reluctant to be with him—, but he was inexperienced. his only relationship was more about giving than getting, his sexual experience was zero (and it's actually very understandable as to why you wrote him that way!) and he felt like there was a lot growing up to do.

then the break up happened and i was like 😟☹️🥺🥹😖😭 but i let out a big sigh of relief. sasha was clearly struggling and they were also still discovering each other because that party that they went to in the beginning of flux... mamma mia, i wanted jungkook to be fucking for real!!

the break up was what they both needed at the time. yes, they both hurt (each other and themselves), but considering how young they both are (even if sasha has a world of pain and experienced lessons) they still needed room to grow, and I can't imagine how hard it was for them: jungkook under the microscope with opinions from people coming from all sides and nonstop; and sasha just raising herself somehow in the worst possible situations, and just because she got out, it doesn't mean that she healed her inner child, and got back all the lost years. it was a very healthy decision sasha made, even if the execution was like -1/10 (not even zero, we're going down to negative numbers!).

now that we're one chapter away from the finale, it's crazy to look back at the beginning but i'm so impressed about their growth and how the relationship dynamics changes. even though jungkook tried to be there for her before and understand her, sasha always had him at arm's length when it came to serious stuff but now (!!!!), she's like "this is what's happening to me", "this is what i need you to say to me because i feel like shit" and jungkook's like *spidey senses* "something's wrong with my sasha", "i see you, i hear you and i'm here for you", "i will protect you from the world and buy you a new laptop 😡"

sasha has come such a long way when it comes to open up and let jungkook know more about her and her struggles. before, it felt like she was keeping things from him because she wanted to, 1) protect that innocence that he had, not allowing him to know how dark and evil the world can be; and 2) not allow him to see her as a victim. but now she's letting him in!!! she's telling him about her family!!! and obviously, she now knows that he's nothing like her exes that told her to (basically) get over what happened to her, which is such an evil spirited thing to say!!! (i hope karma gets them both!!!), and knows she can trust him with her truth and a very deeply painful part of her life.

my boy jungkook has matured!!! he's being open and truthful (somewhat, i still didn't forget about the weed 🙄), he's actually looking at sasha like she's a real human being, instead of that idealised picture he had of her in the beginning. i love how every time sasha opens up, he's like "okay I don't know how to respond to that because I never had anyone tell me something like this before but I'm just saying this because I feel like it's the right thing" and he nails it because all sasha wants is for him to understand but also not be different around her or be disgusted by her, which is something she said about the fleas and the lice.

okay, this is actually so long so i'm gonna stop rambling. i love my babies sasha and jungkook so much 🥹🥹 they're very special to me. sasha is MOTHER!!!! jungkook is a future househusband that will help sasha with the trail of her dress when she wins the nobel peace prize or something like that!!

I love that you called out that their feeling as characters, their sense of identity to themselves and to each other and even to us as readers, is constantly deepening. I very much consider this series "coming of age" genre. The order and timing may be wonky for them each because their lives have been so disrupted, but we're absolutely watching them learn who they are right in front of us. It complicates some things and helps other things that they're in a relationship while they're doing so much self discovery, something readers have pointed out for a while too. Personally I really agree with your take that the break up was good, even though the execution was real bad LOL. I think looking back at the beginning of the series will just get crazier and crazier as they continue to grow! I've said it before but they will seem more and more like little beans, like actual babies, looking back after each book. Which is definitealy a point! I look back on life experiences I felt so grown and mature for and now think wtf I was an infant...

wubzy was a disaster. he was a college dropout living in his parents basement, that had just recently come out to his parents as gay. now, dear reader, i’d love to tell you that wubzys parents were thrilled! i’d be happy to tell they were proud of their boy for being who he was! but alas, this couldn’t be further from the truth. wubzys parents were far from thrilled. so now, on top of college debt and being kicked out, they parents decided they needed a solution to wubzys queer little problem. and what better solution indeed than an arranged marriage set up with the ruling kingdoms daughter?

(a few days later)

“i don’t even know what happened gidget, how did i mess up so badly? i was sure my parents would be happy for me..” wubzy looked at the ground as his friend gidget comforted him. he had been staying with her ever since he got kicked out.

“there there little buddy, i’m sure we’ll think of a way out of this,” she chuckled. at least she had been in a similar predicament before. well, the kings daughter definitely wasn’t involved, but gidget sure did know her way around homophobic parents.

“actually,” she started again, smiling slightly to herself, “i don’t see why you won’t just suck it up and marry the princess. surely anyone in the kingdom would be happy to be with someone as gorgeous as her.”

oh no, not this again. they had been through this a million times before. gidget was head over heels in love with the princess of cheeseland (the land where they lived). it was a miracle her stupid crush wasn’t getting in the way of things. wubzy would have assumed gidget to get very jealous of his apparent betrothal to her beloved.

“gidget,” said wubzy, “you’re doing it again. shut up about your crush for ten minutes and help me here!” he was starting to get a bit angry now, though he knew he shouldn’t have been. gidget was being nothing but patient, and wubzy was just ungrateful.

just then, wubzys iphone alarm went off from the inside pocket of the gucci sweatshirt he had stolen from his ex boyfriend that he still had feelings for. joey had lent him the sweatshirt after he noticed that wubzy was wearing no clothes at all. nothing. not even a pair of underwear. wubzy was a strange lad to say the least. maybe his parents were right to kick him out.

anyway, yeah, his alarm went off. and you bet it wasn’t a nice, soothing alarm, like the chimes or something. no, it was the really annoying default alarm that gave every student in the world an instant cringe attack. wubzy was classy like that.

“oh no, sorry gidget!” he made this face 😟. this exact face 😟. “i have to go, or i’ll be late for my job at the cheese factory!” he rushed out the door and got into his little clown car. because he drove a little clown car. this has absolutely nothing to do with the progression of the story, i just thought it was a bit funny.

so wubzy sped through the streets in his sick little clown car, hitting every pedestrian he saw. you see, he was angry. angry at his job for making him come to work, angry at gidget for having a crush, angry at his parents for kicking him out. most of all, he was angry at the universe for making him gay. he put on his most #emo playlist and cranked his car up to 69 mph for maximum pedestrian hitting (also mph, coincidentally). thank goodness there was no law enforcement in cheeseland.

as wubzy pulled into work, he could immediately sense that something was wrong. he could sense this using his spidey senses. you see, wubzy had been bitten by a radioactive spider at the age of twelve, and ever sense then he’d had special abilities. heh, he thought to himself when it had happened, i’m just like spider-man.

as soon as wubzy walked through the doors of the cheese factory, he saw the problem. standing at wubzys station, was his ex boyfriend joey, and he appeared to have been waiting for him.

“hey joe,” he said tentatively, taking a slow step forward. joey was know to attack like a rabid wolf when startled, and this had been part of the reason they broke up. (wubzy didn’t like to think about the real reason.) when wubzy finally found himself standing directly in front of joe, he spoke again. “um, did you need something? i can give you your sweater back if you want?”

before he could pull the sweater off though, joe stopped him. this was for the better probably, as the cheese factory had a strict policy that stated that all employees must wear clothes. this rule was put in place following the naked cheese disaster of 98’. yeah, they didn’t talk about that.

“joe..” wubzy said, still not knowing what the man wanted.

“good god,” joe said, tears forming in his eyes, “when the roast beast hits.”

oh yeah. wubzy had forgotten about that. when joe had done what he did, wubzy had gotten so mad that he got his magical friend edna mode to curse him. from then on, joe could only utter one sentence. i think you already saw what that was.

“oh man,” said wubzy, looking apologetic. “i’m so sorry, edna said that would wear off, i swear! don’t worry though, i can fix it.” he snapped his fingers and edna appeared in a puff of smoke.

“edna mode at your service,” she said, before spotting joe. “oh, it’s you,” she said with a distinct frown, “we meet again, joe biden. come running back after obama left you, then?”

“edna,” said wubzy, “please just fix his voice, i don’t have the energy to get in a fight right now.”

“fine,” edna tutted, clicking her heels and saying the magic word. “cheese!” she shouted. “there, now your voice should be back to normal.” and in a puff of smoke, she was gone

“joe,” wubzy started, for what felt like the hundredth time.

“wubzy, let me explain!” joe really was crying now. “obama was just a one time thing, i didn’t mean to hurt you the way i did. please, wubzy, you’re the love of my life, will you marry me?” at this, he knelt down on one knee, producing a large ring. it was made of cheese. joe really knew him, wubzy thought.

now wubzy was the one in tears. “wow, wow, wow..” he remarked. “joe, i- yes!”

they hugged and stuff, like couples do when they get engaged. idk, i’ve never been proposed to.

just then, wubzys boss (and gidgets loving adoptive father), papa pepperoni, stepped out of his office. “hey, you stupid president, do you mind? wubzys supposed to be working, how do you think he’s repaying me for getting him out of that wedding with the princess?”

“what?” wubzy breathed out, looking shocked. “how did you get me out of the wedding?”

“ha!” papa pepperoni laughed. “i have an in at the castle. why do you think the newest born prince looks so much like me?” he gave a small wink at that, before turning away and going back into his office.

wubzy looked amazed, he had just been engaged and unengaged two two different people in the span of a few minutes. he was ecstatic! he would work every day for the rest of his life to repay papa pepperoni for the kindness he had just shown.

in the end, everything was great. there was a huge double wedding for wubzy and joe, as well as gidget and the princess, who had begun dating after gidget found out about her adoptive fathers ties with the royal family.

as the sun set on the day of the wedding, all was well in the kingdom of cheeslfand. and if that night wubzy ran over his dumb parents in his little clown car, no one would be any wiser. after all, there was no law enforcement in cheeseland.

So *things* happen (and there’s definitely going to be hickeys tomorrow in a couple spots that no one but you will see, and he’s gonna have to hide the claw marks you left on his back), and that’s when you realize who he was. When you take him up on the offer, it’s just supposed to be casual hookups; along the way lines get blurred and you both find yourself having the relationship talk. So as a scorpio rising I was bullied a lot when younger especially on my appearance and the way I presented myself. I also have pluto in the 2nd house and I notice people try to "take me down a notch" by insulting my appearance (1st house) and by doing this they think it will lower my self worth/confidence (2nd house).

apology in advance because this isn’t organized at all. i just wanted to word vomit.

ok, so i was rewriting good thoughts, good words, good deeds because i really want to achieve this ending, yeah? and we all know jjk is heavy on buddhism (ex: gojō satoru’s parallels with buddha, etc.), so i did some research about buddhism in a way that parallels my ocs.

lots of things happened in my process of creating a reasonable cursed technique, then i realized while designing the ‘curse’: oh, this is kind of like mahoraga, huh. so we all know that mahoraga is based off of on one of the twelve heavenly generals of buddhism (十二神将, jūni shinshō), makora (摩虎羅大将, makora taishō).

but then, i thought: isn’t makora’s zodiac a monkey... and then it sunk in—mahoraga. right. so, mahoraga is, in layman’s terms, somewhat of the equivalent of a naga in the sense that they are part-snake. the mythology gets more complicated but the point is that this.

mahoraga’s full name is the eight-handled sword divergent sila divine general mahoraga (八握剣異戒神将魔虚羅, yatsuka-no-tsurugi ikaishinshō makora) according to the wiki page. and if you squint and look at mahoraga’s features, you can see that mahoraga possesses one of the ten scared treasures, specifically the sword, yatsuka-no-tsurugi (八握剣). you can see the eightfold wheel on its head too which is one of the oldest symbols of buddhism and something many of you may be familiar with.

the point is that after rereading the whole mahoraga debacle, sukuna said this:

as someone who knows a lot more about shintōism than buddhism (i’m sorry, papa, rip to you) this made me SCREAM because some of you may remember my theory about tengen being based off of on myōken bosatsu (妙見菩薩) or also known as ‘exalted star king’ (尊星王, sonsē-ō), the deitification of the north star. we know that tengen started the spread of buddhism in japan which is why he has a cult following him around, and that cult literally has star all over their name and has a ‘star vessel’ thing going on.

according to the wiki, tengen started the spread of buddhism around the nara period and the whole sorcerer thing. the worship of myōken in japan started around the 7th century (nara period), and this somewhat started the onmyōji, equivalent of the sorcerers during the heian period. (we also know that the gojō clan and okkotsu yūta’s ancestors is abe-no-sēmē, literally the most well-known onmyōji aside from his kamo master/mentor.)

(note: at this point, i took a break from this word vomit and i have no idea where i was going with the shintōism thing so let’s ignore that.)

but as i was saying, the point is that there must be a reason why the yamata-no-orochi was mentioned because the yamata-no-orochi is from shintōism, was slayed by susanō-no-mikoto who is a shintō god. is this the same thing with tamamo-no-mae being a cursed spirit (i had a whole spiel about it here; same link as before)? but anyway—

the ten sacred treasures, which mahoraga was using, has the ability to grant wishes, even as far as bringing someone back from the dead. here’s a link with some comparisons of megumi’s shikigami with the ten sacred treasures: link. so sukuna is definitely just using megumi to revive himself. that’s it 😟‼️ that’s the whole ‘gotta keep you alive schtick’ and ‘interesting’.

and this is so disorganized. i wanted to delve into the shintōism / buddhism in jjk too + the ten sacred treasures in depth + sukuna lore. this is so disorganized 💀 i just wanted to do some research for my fic but then, this happened.

Nah I post about OnS but definitely not as frequently as I used to in the past. Everything is still the same; the writing is all over the place and everything goes at snail pace. I am still here because no way I’m going to drop this after seven years😟

To be honest, nothing interesting really happened. The only major change is that Yuu took Mika, and finally ran away from Guren and the rest of the squad. Once Yuu discovered that Guren didn’t intend on resurrecting Mika, the choice being ‘resurrecting humanity vs resurrecting only Mika’ (it seems like both are not possible), Yuu wasn’t happy with this and so now he wants to come up with his own plan, apparently one in which he can save both Mika and humanity. But since he’s dumb he decided to dump all the strategising on Mika.

The good thing is that Yuu finally decided that he didn’t want to be neither Guren nor Shikama’s puppet, and this turn of events finally can give Yuu and Mika some agency. The bad thing is the all the build up to this point feels rushed, there is a high chance that the chapters from now on will be 100% mikayuu centric (it was like this before too but now there are no other characters in the background), Yuu gets annoyingly more and more powered up every chapter, and the major problem is that realistically there is no way Mika can come up with something that can beat Shikama or Mahiru’s plans. So I can see a Deus Ex Machina coming or another convenient plot device coming on the way…

I wrote such a long text because I honestly don’t feel like it’s worth your time going back to OnS. Decisions for plot direction are one thing but I still don’t see any upgrade in the execution of events, character development or writing quality in general. Shinya hasn’t appeared either. Maybe you’ll want to wait a little longer, maybe you want to go back to OnS now…But I think it’s better to stay with Genshin😅 Tbh I haven’t tried it yet; I can’t find the time plus (especially since my mum wants me to watch “Sex and the City”😂) and I don’t have any experience with games. But I am aware of how popular it is and every time I see a fanart of it on Twitter the artist in me can’t help but feel intrigued. But I heard that they are making an anime of it? (so if it’s anime I’ll probably watch it).

What dates with Nubbins are like💕:

Well, it´s probably not surprising when I say that most dates with my dear husband are rather unusual. In fact, I can´t remember even one single date that wasn´t at least a little bit chaotic, but then again I´m not expecting anything else, also I would lie if I say that it isn´t fun, because it definitely is.😊

His favorite place to take me for a date is undoubtedly the graveyard. Yes, I know what you think now - that doesn´t sound very romantic. But let me tell you, it can be. (Well, at least if he doesn´t spend the whole time we are there with digging up graves.😅)

One time we had a picnic at this place, which was actually very nice.💗

Well, it was nice, until this old guy who always likes to hang out in the graveyard showed up and kinda ruined everything, because he just sat down next to us and started to talk to us.🙄  

Just as usual he was pretty drunk and as it seemed, completely oblivious to the fact that he was disturbing us. He talked and talked, until me and Nubbins finally had enough and just left the graveyard. Needless to say that we were both pretty frustrated.😒

But luckily it isn´t always like this. Even though the old drunk apparently loves to spend time in the graveyard, he isn´t always there and so me and my husband were able to share some very nice moments at this place more than once.😉💕

Another place he likes to take me to is of course the slaughterhouse. I have to admit that this is definitely not one of my favorite places,😟 but it´s one of his favorite places and I love to see how excited and happy he gets whenever he´s there and therefore I never complain when he brings me to this place and instead I just try to enjoy the time we spend here, even though it isn´t always easy. 

I don´t like to watch how cows getting killed and if Nubbins decides spontaneously that he wants to assist his ex colleagous with their work, it can also get a bit boring for me, because in this case all I can do is sitting in some corner and wait.🥱

Speaking of his ex colleagues, it´s probably no surprise that by now I know them all by name and let me tell you, most of them are really nice men, so I actually don´t mind spending some time with them.🙂

Also, when we´re there, we often use the opportunity for a little photo shoot,📸 which is always a lot of fun. What can I say, I love having my picture taken and Nubbins loves taking pictures, which is simply a perfect combination.💑

Just like in the graveyard, we also shared some very nice moments in the slaughterhouse. I´m not going to share the details about what happened in some hidden corners of the building, let me just say it made the time I spent at this place more than worthwhile.😉

Of course not all of our dates take place in the graveyard or the slaughterhouse. No, just like every other couple we also do completely normal things like going to a restaurant,🍴 or watching a movie at the theater.🎬 It´s always fun, even though more often than not, there are some little issues. 

For example, when going to a restaurant my dear husband for some reason tends to forget his money at home, which means that we usually have to climb out of the restroom window, because we can´t pay the bill.😅

I really don´t know why this always happens and sometimes I even wonder if mayyybe he does this on purpose so he don´t have to spend his money on the food, even though Nubbins swears that this isn´t the case. He claims that every single time this happened was an accident and to be honest, I´m not sure what to think about this. Maybe it´s true, maybe it´s not, guess that´s one of these great mysteries that will never be solved.😩

Luckily this forgetfullness only occurs when going to a restaurant - when we go to the movie theater, my darling usually remembers to take his money with him, but of course it doesn´t mean that there are no other problems which occur from time to time.😅

Like the fact that he tends to talk quite a lot while watching a movie and when I say a lot, I mean a lot. In fact, he talks so much that it´s almost impossible to pay attention to what happens on screen, which is not only annoying for me, but also for everyone around us. 

Seriously, I can´t count how many times it happened that people got out of their seats and walked away, searching for another spot to sit, preferably as far away from us as possible.😅

Also, I think I shouldn´t forget to mention the problem with the camera.📸 As I said before, Nubbins loves taking pictures and he loves it even more if he can make some money with them, so whenever we go to a public place, he just starts to take pictures of random people (without asking them beforehand) and then he demands that they pay him for it, which is something most people don´t take all too well and therefore it can lead to some pretty embarrassing situations.😟

So you see, a date with my dear husband can be quite an adventure. It can be chaotic, exhausting, annoying and sometimes even a little bit disturbing, but it´s never boring. No, it´s exciting, funny, entertaining and in it´s very own way also romantic. It´s like Nubbins himself - perfectly imperfect and I wouldn´t want to change it for anything in the world.🥰💕
