Notebook Entry Five: Constellation Cast It Out

alright so i've always been a fan of 10 years and i cannot believe that i haven't heard this song before it's sorta embarrassing-

ALSO IF YOU ARE WEARING HEADPHONES AT A HIGH VOLUME DO NOT PLAY THIS BECAUSE IT'S A ROCK SONG. SO PLEASE DONT HURT YOUR EARS

ANYWAY I KNOW IT NOW AND OMG IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT

we are brought in with this melodic intro and a rhythmic guitar and then we are hit with a BEAT DROP INTO THE CHORUS. LIKE OML.

we get a slide in when they say "your eyes bleed DRYYyyyyyy" (it's so satisfying)

we have a melodic short first verse with such amazing lyrics. then we get a sort of pause? its a very brief one into an extended chorus THAT IS SO AMAZING. LIKE HEAVENLY.

after the chorus we go back into verse 2 a see this new prechorus with chorus-like vocals and then a dun-dun-dun-dun back into that epic pause right before we are hit with another round of the chorus. how absolutely epic is that.

THESE CHORUSES HAVE SUCH AMAZING HARMONIES I CANNOT-

then. i don't think you're ready for this. WE GET A BRIDGE WITH SCREAMING0LIKE VOCALS AND A NEW MELODY AND IT ENDS WITH SUCH A PRETTY DOWNSCALE.

we are sent back to the beginning with thequiet chorus with the guitar in the background. AND WE GET A NEW LYRIC LINE. LIKE

"casted out let him die with time"

WHAT. AMAZING. STUNNINGGGG.

the last "eyes bleed dry" have some additional harmonies and it's a new note sequence too i believe.

sent back to the no lyric bridge sequence and then an eventful ending with ending lyrics.

The light scribbling of a pencil resounded around a small parameter of the area present. There were little to no sounds of life, fueling the words and intensity of the writing. Dark as the indoors building was; his eyes could very well see past the darkness and it’s absurdities most would fear. The short blond was leaning against a wall on a dirtied floor, blank eyes on the book in his lap. 

Dull blue followed after each letter carefully plastered on paper. Russell wasn’t the best writer, but he still filled his diary with entries he believed were at least ‘semi-important.’ The ghost may be deceased, but he still experienced and faced different situations he found worth writing down.

However, he could never write when his doppelgänger was around. Informant was far too nosey for Russell’s liking. 

Such a fact brought him to this world, and eventually this area.

The lights were broken(?) and dust bunnies littered the floor. The constant piles of rumble have also caught his attention when he walked around an hour before. With his knowledge of this world being so limited, Russell merely allowed these details to bypass him and soon he found a big enough room to sit down and write.

He hasn’t been to this world for some time. The blond purposely avoided it, refusing to get further involved with whatever Informant decided to do and whoever the other wanted to speak with. Those matters didn’t matter to the dreamer nor did they require his attention. Russell was only curious for a moment and because of that mistake; the bottle of interest had broken into shards caution and wariness for whatever awaited him here.

Normally, Russell wouldn’t dare cross into this particular world after that...Incident with the one in shades; however, there were only a few worlds the blond could hide away in without being immediately located by his overly suffocating double.

If there was something he learned on the streets; it was to hide in plain sight.

And now, Russell had settled himself in the corner of a creepy-looking abandoned building in order to write in peace.

...It could be worse.
