Oregon Honeycomb Mysteries

With her Let It Bee honey boutique buzzing along nicely, life is as sweet as nectar for Wren Johnson - until she takes a morning walk along the Pacific beach with her Havana Brown cat, Everett, and stumbles upon the body of Agnes Snow, the cranky queen of the local craft fairs, stiff as driftwood.

More unfortunate? Clutched in the victim’s fist is a label from Wren’s homemade beeswax-and-honey lip balm. Which makes Officer Jim Hampton focus his dreamy-blue Paul Newman eyes on Wren as suspect number one.

With fabulous feline support from Everett, Wren must comb the town for clues and clear her name before someone else gets stung.

lately i've just been thinking so much about bakugou with a kid in sports, like. you're at the softball game and have to hold his hand the entire time to stop him from doing an aggressively whispered "fuck yeah!" and fistpump every time your daughter makes it to another base without getting tagged. and if she does get out, he's the first, and loudest, one to call "horseshit!!!!"

every other game the coach is pulling you aside to have a serious conversation about "sportsmanship", and even though he's the offender, katsuki is long gone, off on the field, carrying your daughter out on his shoulders while LOUDLY commending her for "squashing those nerds".

I really do love your writing and Salvage gets me through when I am sad or depressed. However, I was wondering, how do you cope when someone who wrote a review didn’t like your writing? If you’ve had this before… I had one today and I am dejected. I’m working through my perfectionism and I keep telling myself, “my writing isn’t for everyone and it’s okay.” Any advice?

If it was unsolicited, especially on a fanfic? Delete it, block the person if you feel like, then go do your rage activity of choice before forgetting about it forever. That person is rude and doesn't deserve your time anymore than someone bumping into you on the street.

I've also found it useful to actively think of my fanfic as writing practice, and not even my brain expects perfection from writing practice. It also frees you do Try Cool Things.

Now take this digital blanket and cup of hot chocolate and go reread your nice comments.

I am once again so damn curious of How the whole red honey situation went down. The Palace seemingly got into almost immediatly after the fall, so who the hell introduce them to it. When did the cage gardens get established. How did this come to be. I'm so damn curious
