From this poll, this series is born!

a/n: this is changing the dragons from not just mount, but to being able to shift into a human-like form at will...

・In his dragon form, The Cannibal is larger than Vermithor, and three times nastier as well.

・With fire that breathed green, he seemed like an otherwordly creature to the people of Westeros.

・Once he was claimed, many came to see The Cannibal 'up close.' Crowds would form whenever you went flying; a sight that so many would tell their children, and their childrens children and so on.

・With sharp black horns that curled and protruded from the dragons head, he was terrifying.

・And you loved him.

・Many asked how you 'tamed' him. But that ... wasn't how it happened.

・Unlike many throughout history; he found you.

・And when he came snout to face with you, you did not balk. For dragons were your family's legacy. If you died by his flame, then so be it.

・The Cannibal sensed that.

・Maybe it was bravery. Maybe it was stupidity. Maybe it was the fact that you felt so alone that you did not care what may have happened.

・Your relationship with the Cannibal was different to other dragonriders and their mounts.

・You never chained him up and put him in the dragon pit.

・You gave him free range of the world. Just because you were tethered together did not mean that you owned him.

・For he was far older and experienced than you could ever be.

・The first time you saw your mount transform, you thought it was a dream. One wickedly wonderful dream.

・In his half form, he towers over you at 7.5 feet tall. With long onyx coloured hair partly braided, two glowing green eyes, pointed ears and a face so ... handsome yet scarred, menacing and well honestly a little terrifying. He looked like a death promise to those who look him in the eye.

・Some of his teeth are sharp as well, and he challenges anyone who looks in your direction.

・He's completely attached to you, because why else would he want to be around other people, other beings?

・His name? He was happy with being called Cannibal - but you told him he couldn't be out in society with it. So his 'human' name is: Vorzhul.

・The Cannibal/Vorzhul is very wary of others; as his time has been spent alone. He doesn't know how to converse with others without coming off as ... slightly crazy.

・That's one of the reasons why he becomes so attached to you. Not only because you are his bonded rider, but because he feels like his walls can come down.

・He can be quite funny at times -

・Particularly when he mind-speaks during something important.

・When you're feeling down, he reminds you that: "I'm eternally yours."

・So now you never feel lonely. Or that the world is against you. Because someone always has your back. No matter what you say or do.

・The knowledge that certain dragons can shift, is only known by certain people. High ranking people. Ones who have blood sworn not to tell another soul.

・One maester, your parents and the Hand of the King.

・Marriage is a difficult subject.

・Some shifters will allow their bonded to marry another. But not yours.

・Even if it is tried, he will turn into dragon form and eat those who come to marry you. And their families.

・So it is either, he marries you or a war will break out.

・When he's in his hybrid form, Vorzhul is able to understand English and High Valyrian. With some people he pretends not to know English and lets them talk shit until he responds.

・They usually excuse themselves (basically running away)

・When he's in his dragon form, he'll only take commands in High Valyrian though, just like every other dragon.

He huffed and with a frown, slowly slid himself out of you.

Forgotten Land Roleswap: Elfilis' Theme

The mysterious creature who had a fated encounter with our story's heroes, the Sworn Partners.... They remember nothing of their origins, only echoes of a robotic voice. Along with that, their enigmatic abilities of mimicry only raise more questions... What will he learn about his past during the journey deeper into the Forgotten Lands....?

I commissioned Desolo Zantas for a short theme song for Roleswap Elfilis!! He made the piece feel both natural and synthetic to reflect how Elfilis is an alien learning from nature. He also blended acoustic elements with synths to make it sound otherworldly, yet familiar. :)

Top 10 Best Cartoon Theme Songs

#10. Ben 10 Theme by Moxy (Ben 10): Kicking off our list is the theme for one of the most iconic 2000s cartoons. In addition to perfectly conveying the overall premise of the show, Ben 10's theme does an excellent job pumping up up for the exciting show ahead. With Moxy's hypnotic vocals, lively music, and snappy lyrics, this song feels as out of this world as Ben's aliens.

#9. Danny Phantom Theme by Deric Battise: There's 2 things most people agree online about Danny Phantom: it's Butch Hartman's best show and it's got an awesome theme song. From the iconic opening base line to Deric Battise's informative and catchy rap, this song captures the ecstatic tone of the show while also providing just enough context to the backstory. Of all the songs made by Butch's frequent collaborator, Guy Moon, this is most certainly my favorite.

#8. Atomic Betty Theme by Tajja Isen (Atomic Betty): Atomic Betty wouldn't be on any other best list I make because it's such a badly made show that doesn't do it's premise justice. The one thing it has going for it is its exhilarating theme song. It's upbeat, has clever lyrics, and Tajja Isen has excellent vocals. The theme song makes the show out to be such an action packed space adventure. I just wish the show was as good as the theme song.

#7. Can We Fix It? by Neil Morrissey (Bob the Builder): Bob the Builder is such an optimistic and determined man that it only makes sense that his theme song be optimistic and determined. In addition to giving the main characters a proper introduction, the song also has a great message about working together and a can-do attitude. Neil Morrissey provides excellent vocals and you can hear the passion in his voice as he sings the chorus.

#6. Little Einsteins Theme by Jesse Goldberg, Harrison Chad, Emma Straus, and Philip Trencher (Little Einsteins): Among Playhouse Disney's shows, Little Einsteins stood out by teaching kids about classical art and music. Speaking of the latter, the thene song captures the feeling of exploration and encouraging the audience to come along for the ride. With such a catchy chorus, engaging lyrics, and an orchestral soundtrack, this song gets me to sing along everytime I listen to it. And yes, I do make the revving sound with the kids and it always puts a smile on my face.

#5. Iron Man: Armored Adventures Theme by Rooney (Iron Man: Armored Adventures): At the height of the first Iron Man film's popularity came the animated show by Method Animation. The show might not be as iconic as the movie, but the theme song is exactly Tony's style. It's got an amazing guitar riff, inspiring lyrics, and Rooney's frontman, Robert Schwartzman, goes hard on the chorus. I 100% buy that Tony would not only approve this song, but he'd be the one to commission it to promote his superhero persona.

#4. We Are The Crystal Gems by Estelle, Michelle Dietz, Deedee Mango Hall, and Zach Callison (Steven Universe): It may be on the shorter side for cartoon theme songs, but every second of this song is nothing short of magical. From the ukulele being the main instrument, to the earnesty of the lyrics, this song exemplifies what this show is all about. Steven, the Gems, saving the day, and never giving up.

#3. What's New, Scooby-Doo Theme by Simple Plan (What's New, Scooby-Doo?): This decades long running franchise has had a number of theme songs that fit their respective show. Yet my personal favorite of these has got to be What's New, Scooby-Doo's theme song. With a rockin' guitar riff, clever lyrics, and Simple Plan going hard all the way til the end, this song makes it clear that Scooby and the gang are back and ready for whatever comes next.

#2. Call Me, Beep Me! by Christina Milian (Kim Possible): Nothing gets you more pumped for an epic spy show than with a remarkable and catchy theme song. With catchy lyrics, an excellent bass line, and Christina Milian's owning every verse, this song perfectly introduces Kim Possible and what makes her such a great heroine.

#1. Through My Own Eyes by Aaron Carter and Kayla Hinke (Libery's Kid): When making this list, I knew there was but one song to take the top spot and that was Through My Own Eyes. Not only is this brilliantly sung with the late great Aaron Carter providing an excellent rap, but it also has powerful lyrics that convey hope for a better tomorrow. This song is especially relevant in today's society as we could definitely use some hope and remind ourselves what our founding fathers fought for.

Conclusion: These theme songs really excel at getting me excited for the cartoon. They have such great production values, catchy lyrics, and brilliant vocals, I give them a listen on YouTube all the time. Honorable mentions include Today Is Gonna Be A Great Day by Bowling For Soup (Phineas and Ferb), Rescue Rangers Theme by Jeff Pescetto (Chip n' Dale: Rescue Rangers), SpongeBob SquarePants Theme by Patrick Pinney, and CatDog Theme by Peter Hannan. ・He rubbed people the wrong way, his defense was up 24/7. The dude was a pure menace.

・But everyone reacts differently to this town. There were so many questions and hardly any questions. Could an individual's personality be turned up? Maybe.

・So you decided to give him a chance.

・Knocking on the bus' door, a shout came from inside ("Yeah, Yeah, I'm coming!")

・Swinging it open, he looked at you expectantly. It made your confidence waver.

"I ugh, I thought maybe I could show you around town? Ya know, since you've been in the bus for so long."

"Ugh, maybe another time..."

"Oh, okay," you couldn't lie - rejection still hurt, even in this purgatory of a town.

As you turned away, you heard Randall's voice.

"But um, maybe tomorrow?"

A blush crept onto your cheeks as you nodded.

・It took a while for him to warm up to you.

・And when you kissed for the first time; it freaKED HIM OUT.

・He emotionally pushed you away. Afraid of his feelings, of opening up, of caring and then having it all ripped away.

・But after two weeks, your feelings solidified for each other. And it was all because a monster nearly killed you.

・Randall's feelings came at him full blast once he realised you could have died. And if you have ever seen a protective boyfriend ... no you haven't. Not until Randall.

・He was by your bedside - even after you had fully healed. He wouldn't leave you alone.

"Oh, you do care-" you said playfully one morning. And Randall had a tear in his eye.

"You don't understand..." He said, quickly wiping it away, "I don't understand this place, fucked if I know how or when we'll go home. But ... you're mine now."

・His nicknames for you started out as your last name, and then he chose your eye colour. But after your relationship was officially he started calling you, 'babe', and mockingly: 'sweetpea,' 'honey buns.'

・Likes sharing his clothes with you (but NO ONE ELSE. Seriously.)

・You definitely do not call him Randall, when you do it makes him think he's in trouble.

・So you call him the most randomest, sickly-sweet nicknames; just trying to make him blush. He usually just rolls his eyes.

・He moved out of the bus and into the room you'd been staying in.

・Since the bar no longer had a shop keep, the two of you kind of took it over.

・Even if either of you don't like to drink alcohol, you somehow brighten up the place and people feel more welcome.

・Always kisses you goodmorning and goodnight. (He stays awake all night, checking and rechecking the monsters can't get in (they can't) but the thought of being caught asleep next to you, completely defenceless causes so much anxiety for him.)
