There’s a new place to spend time with family and friends in Cebu! Highlands de Busay was conceptualized by Power Couple Anthony and Cheryl Ballreich during the pandemic! When they showed me the plans for Highlands de Busay, I was totally floored! Listening to Anthony explain his vision then erased whatever doubts I had that this venture will be successful. Fast forward to its soft opening this month, the place has already become so popular that you need to make reservations to be assured of a table. We got the best view in their main restaurant aptly called THE CLIFF. The greenery was very relaxing and the cool breeze helped build up the mood! Service was on point. I was mentally marking every positive action that the staff did for us. So far so good. That for me was a good sign. We were pleasantly surprised that their menu offerings are reasonably priced. I’ve always been a fan of their Thai Restaurant and I was happy to see familiar items in their menu. Our orders were served promptly and as expected everything’s flavorful from their salad, main courses to their dessert! My friends and I were totally enjoying ourselves. We didn’t notice the time until we saw the amazing cityscape at night! No wonder that they have become popular. There’s a lot more to expect from Highlands de Busay.
