please stop putting them in otherwise lovely fruit salads
#the texture of the fruit is bad#the texture of the tiny seeds? also bad#they somehow manage to taste like bad strawberries and bad pineapples mixed together and then watered down#and they make the skin in my mouth peel off#and unlike other fruit that also does this (when it's getting close to monthly shot time) there is no reward#anyway my point is that these kiwi-flavored hi chew are way too true to life re: the level of unpleasant astringent sour bullshit

I think Watcher Mum would encourage him to try some Watcher food (bugs and fruit-), even if he rejects it at first, he gives up arguing and tries it. She takes him seriously after this when he gags.

Trying a new yoghurt flavour! Wish me luck!

#Trying another recipe before bed#My breakfast before work tomorrow: peanut butter; a banana; strawberry jam (the good stuff that tastes like real fruit) -#- and... a brioche bun; torn up; whole thing mixed together#Theoretically this shouldn't be too bad. These ingredients make good sandwiches; tearing and mixing in the bread shouldn't affect too much#None of the stuff has a ton of moisture either. It's sticky rather than juicy#But fuck; if the texture is gross and soggy tomorrow then my breakfast is just gonna be milk#Aaaaaaggghhhhh

how is it that chewy foods (tapioca beads, tulsi, turkish delight, mochi etc etc) are so fun and yet chewing gum fucking sucks
