i’ve started affirming that everything comes to me easily. and now… it does. like??? things just land in my lap. no struggle. no hustle. i don’t have to lift a finger. i’m allergic to effort actually. my old boss literally reached out to me asking if i wanted to come back?? doing less work??! for more money?!?!! be serious. and yes, this applies to shifting too. shifting is already handed to you for free. is there a fee you have to pay? with what?? sanity? you're not chasing it, you're becoming it. assume things get handed to you. assume your reality rearranges itself to meet you halfway. because why would i “grind” and “hustle” when i was born to be fed grapes and fanned with palm leaves????????

What I Wish I Knew Before Starting My Shifting Journey.
You don’t need a method
You can shift even with doubts
Over scripting isn’t necessary
It’s okay to take breaks
The void state isn’t the only way
Visualization isn’t always clear
Don’t fear "failed attempts"
Ur in control
Shifting is natural
Your subconscious is powerful
Don’t compare yourself
Romanticize your dr

If experiencing time lags in the 3D seems logical and natural to you, that’s what will show
If you getting signs and mini shifts are more natural and logical than actually having your desires, guess what’s going to show for you
If you think manifesting “small”, like a cup of coffee is more easier and natural than manifesting your dream life, guess what will only show up for you.
If the 3D acting up abit before reflecting your manifestation seems more natural than instant creation, guess what you’re going to be dealing with…
The key is to step into the state of creator and the perception of God, that way your manifestations showing up out of thin air will be normal and logical, so that’s what will show!!

Bonjour, time traveller! you have just landed into the sixties, the decade where fashion broke rules and made new ones on the spot, where revolutions were led by go go boots and bold eyeliners. Everything, the hair, the ideology- were bigger louder and freer. So what do you wear in the sixties again???
✶. . .
Early 1960s (1960–1964): Conservative, formal, neat. Think Jackie Kennedy, Mad Men. Muted tones – navy, brown, gray, pastels.

Mid-1960s (1965–1967): Youthquake! London Mod culture explodes. Bright colors, bold patterns. Brights! Canary yellow, lime green, hot pink. Paper dresses, mary quant, futuristic dresses, geometric patterns.

Late 1960s (1968–1969): hippie movement. Rebellion, anti-establishment, psychedelic fashion. Warm earthly tones, long hair, long skirts, barefoot. Love & freedom.

How to Stop Procrastinating by Managing Your Emotions
Procrastination happens when we delay doing things, and it's often connected to our emotions. Feelings like being afraid to fail, feeling worried or stressed, getting bored, or lacking motivation can all contribute to procrastination. To stop procrastinating and get more things done, it's important to learn how to handle our emotions better.
Boredom:
Break the task into smaller, more engaging sub-tasks.
Find ways to make the task more interesting or challenging.
Set a timer and work on the task for a specific amount of time, followed by a short break doing something enjoyable.
Feeling Overwhelmed:
Prioritize tasks and focus on one thing at a time.
Break the task into smaller, more manageable steps.
Delegate some parts of the task if possible or seek help from others.
Use tools like to-do lists or task management apps to stay organized.
Anxiety:
Practice deep breathing or mindfulness techniques to calm yourself.
Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with more positive and realistic ones.
Start with the easier or less intimidating aspects of the task to build momentum.
Set realistic expectations and remind yourself that it's okay to make mistakes.
Self-Doubt:
Focus on past accomplishments and successes to boost your confidence.
Seek support or feedback from others to gain reassurance.
Remind yourself of your skills and capabilities to tackle the task.
Use positive affirmations to counteract negative self-talk.
Perfectionism:
Embrace the concept of "good enough" rather than seeking perfection.
Set realistic and achievable goals for each task.
Recognize that mistakes and imperfections are part of the learning process and growth.
Indecisiveness:
Break decisions into smaller steps and make one small decision at a time.
Set a time limit for making decisions to avoid overthinking.
Trust your instincts and make the best decision you can with the information available.
Apathy or Lack of Interest:
Find aspects of the task that align with your values or long-term goals.
Break the task into smaller, more manageable parts and focus on completing one at a time.
Reward yourself for completing the task to make it more appealing.
Stress or Burnout:
Practice stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, exercise, or spending time in nature.
Break tasks into smaller steps to reduce the feeling of overwhelm.
Prioritize self-care and take breaks to avoid burnout.
Feeling Uninspired or Creatively Blocked:
Engage in activities that stimulate creativity, such as brainstorming, mind mapping, or seeking inspiration from others' work.
Start with a simple and basic version of the task to get the creative juices flowing.
Collaborate with others or seek feedback to gain new perspectives.
Fear of Success:
Identify and challenge the negative beliefs or fears that may be holding you back.
Visualize the positive outcomes of completing the task successfully.
Focus on the benefits and personal growth that come with success.
Impatience:
Break long-term goals into smaller milestones to track progress.
Practice mindfulness to stay present and patient throughout the process.
Remind yourself that progress takes time and effort.
Lack of Confidence:
Celebrate your past accomplishments to boost your confidence.
Seek support and encouragement from friends, family, or mentors.
Focus on building specific skills related to the task to increase confidence.
Avoiding Discomfort:
Acknowledge that discomfort is a natural part of growth and improvement.
Break tasks into smaller steps and tackle the more challenging aspects gradually.
Remind yourself of the long-term benefits of facing discomfort.
Overestimating Future Motivation:
Practice discipline and commit to starting tasks even when motivation is low.
Set specific deadlines for tasks to create a sense of urgency.
Establish a routine that includes regular work on the task to build consistency.

If you guys use subliminals, this one has been my absolute favourite and go to.
Tumblr media
I’ve been listening to it as I go to sleep the paat few days and oh my god. I don’t usually feel symptoms or such strong ones, but this has me feeling like I’m floating and detached from my body within the first minute.
I also get crazy vivid dreams with this too, and remember them very well the next day.
I’ve never had a sub give me such strong and consistent effects. And trust me I’ve been around THE BLOCK.
Also I’ve occasionally been listening to some chakra singing bowl videos throughout the day and I feel like they’ve worked. Especially third eye and crown ones.

— 𝓗OW 𝓣O 𝓘MMERSE 𝓨OURSELF 𝓘N 𝓨OUR 𝓓R
Tumblr media
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓼tep one: just be in a comfortable position. you can either be laying down, in any position as long as you're able to zone out (which can be ANY position, trust me) sitting down, even standing up or walking, whatever. you can detach your awareness and will anyway and eventually so, it doesn't really matter.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓼tep two: just shift awareness. detach your awareness from this reality which can be through zoning out, daydreaming, meditating, in the middle of sleep. or intention, anything. like, it's that easy. stop seeing shifting as some 30 step-by-step process, I'm just laying this out for you. it is inevitable.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓼tep three: just shift your awareness to that reality you want to go to. you're already there, because you've always been there. it's not just an assumption. your consciousness is in that reality, you can shift your awareness to any reality, so feel it.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓼tep four: yeah, feel it. what does it feel like to already be in that reality? sure, you can feel joy and gratitude and love being in that reality. move yourself into crying tears of joy if that's what you want but, just soak yourself up into the experience because you're there. and your awareness is inevitably going there.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ 𝓼tep five: just think as your dr self. "hmm I wonder what I'll have for breakfast" and all those things. you are your dr self. you can feel it, you are aware of it, you remember it. you can immerse yourself into the experience. you're already there, so might as well just think as your dr self. who cares, nap like them, daydream like they would or repeat embarrassing memories or any prominent memory they have. it doesn't matter. you can shift easily and effortlessly because it's so damn inevitable.

manifestation can be however you like
you don't need to affirm, persist, visualize, live in the end, robotically affirm, or write down affirmations in a journal to confirm your desire is already yours. neither do you need to detach, let go, or enter the sabbath state.
you can do whatever you want to manifest your desires, and the same goes for shifting. you don't need a method or any special technique. if you're doing something that feels right, that feels enough, then stick to it. you don't need to step out of your comfort zone or put in effort to get what you want. manifestation is effortless and supposed to be fun. don't force yourself to do something you aren't enjoying.
i just manifested a vape out of the blue, even though the environment in my 3d was such that i would most likely not get one. i didn't detach, i didn't do anything extra. in fact, i was obsessed with my desire (nic cravings are NOT fun guys..). i was doubting, i was wavering. i was starting to think i wouldn't get it at all. still, i manifested to the best of my ability. listened to subliminals, acted like i already had it (just a few times) and felt the joy and relief of a nic buzz before actually having one. that's literally all i did. i was so obsessed and couldn't "detach" or "let go" like i normally do, and i still got it. this goes to show that there's no ideal mindset, no ideal state, no ideal technique for shifting and manifesting. you can literally do anything, or do nothing, and still get your desire. as long as you do what you like without taking the fun away from the process, i assure you that you'll get your desire. there's no one way to manifest or shift. i literally just shifted to this parallel cr where i have my desire in under an hour. i decided, and so i received. if i can do it, so can you my friend ;)

AS WITHIN SO WITHOUT
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The phrase “As within, so without” is a variation of the phrase “As above, so below; as below, so above”.
It suggests the idea (which we obviously know is fact) that when your inner world is a certain way, your outer world has no choice to reflect.
“As above, so below, SO ABOVE”
above; being your mind, below being what you can see and feel with your senses. Now I want you to understand that your mind is heaven, a lot of religions talk about heaven and hell but forget to mention that these are only states of the mind. Your mind can grant you absolute anything.
The Manifestation creator, The Power of I AM (Erik) has so many good videos on this. I’m not religious by any means but i believe religions books have guides on how to manifest if we look at it the right way.
For example
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— Matthew 6:33, Matthew also mentions that “for those who already have, more shall be given unto them, whoever does not have: more shall be taken away from them”
You are God, your kingdom is the mind, you must have your wish granted to you from the kingdom of heaven (your own mind) before you can see it outside. WHICH MEANS ALL THAT MATTERS IS WITHIN
As above, so below → SO ABOVE
So why the heck are you looking at the 3D for proof?
It puts you in a cycle, and i mean that literally let me explain: Looking for proof outside of you = I dont have it → you know you dont have it → it never comes. And it goes round and round again. You look for proof externally which means you aren’t fulfilled internally, your unfulfilled state internally makes it so that it cannot appear externally as the internal and external are one. And then you see nothing and the cycle goes round again.
This isn’t the law of what you want, if so a mirror would be able to show you with bleached brows just because you thought they would look nice on you for a split second. It’s the law of assumption, meaning you must go within.
So indulge in imagination, after all it’s the only reality, make that where you live. Imagination = Reality, Reality = Imagination.
Go within, every single time.
