Real talk there is so much therapy I gotta attend in order to break the thought process of "I am a burden to my loved ones and must remain stoic" and "Anyone who cares about me can't be my friend because they have other people who they must care about more" and then I eat myself like pac man dying! But thank you, I do need to reach out to people who care I just also need to make the connection that people do care about me as well!
