Taking a moment to step back from geeking out,

My immense joy with how good 600 strikes is, is in constant conflict with my Greek Mythology obsession.

So, just how was Odysseus able to beat Poseidon? He’s pretty powerful and a god. And one of the big three. And Ody isn’t even a demigod? He’s just a regular mortal. The beating goes hard and is quite satisfying but….How does that work?

And how is one beating supposed to stop Poseidon from coming back later and enacting vengeance. I feel like Odysseus just cursed his entire bloodline. Because like how does momentary pain quell an immortal grudge?

I hear Epic has a lot of RPG elements so I could suspend my disbelief if the gods weren’t treated with the gravitas they were in earlier songs.

Honestly, just picture me aggressively rocking out with 600 strikes blasting from my phone, then pausing momentarily to think ‘wait this shouldn’t be possible’ and then aggressively rocking out again.
