pitfighter!vi knew it was bad to be indulging in something like a whorehouse, yet, she found herself at babettes often since she starting fighting in the ring.
usually, it was a quick in and out, but this time, she heard of a new worker. since the others started declining her because they were too rough with them, she decided to take the chances with you.
she drunkenly stumbled into babette’s place, grabbing onto the doorframe to steady herself.
that’s when she saw you. standing there, all pretty in nothing but pink.
vi’s eyes widen. she sees you talking to babette, no doubt starting as a worker there. vi chuckles to herself as she thinks, oh, i’m having fun tonight.
vi stumbles forward, grimacing as her shoulder hits the wall. she walks forward, leaning against the front desk.
“hey, babette.” vi slurs. she turns her glance to you, peering you up and down. her hungry, raw eyes make a shiver go down your spine. her badly-dyed black hair, ends pink, like how you assumed her hair used to look. she had bruises on her face, blood stained on her lip.
you gasp.
“hey, beautiful.” the girl rasps.
“vi.” babette says calmly, “i’m afraid.. you’ll have to take your business elsewhere.”
“what?” she turns to babette. “why?”
“well.. none of my girls will take you anymore. if i mention your name, they instantly say no.”
what the hell could this girl have done that makes it so every girl would decline her? money is money, you thought. and this girl seems willing to pay it.
“that’s bullshit.” she scoffed, slapping her palm on the desk. “bunch of wimps.”
“that’s precisely why, violet.” babette shakes her head. and her name is so.. un-fitting, you think. maybe the girl she was before, the girl with pink hair, was violet. but, this didn’t seem like a girl who deserved the honour to be named after things as delicate as flowers. but then again, you never liked delicate girls.
“i will.” you speak up. you straighten your back.
the girl— vi, turns to you. she eyes you up and down. and she reeks of alcohol, but, you could overlook that.
truth be told, you wanted to see what she would do that the others that made them not want to take her as a client anymore. you wanted to see what she could do.
“will you?” vi leans toward you. you smell the alcohol on her tongue. what made her this confident.. and if she can back it up?
and babette gives you a look. “alright. goodluck, then.” she snorts, leaning back.
you glance back toward vi. her eyes are staring at you like she can see underneath your clothes. undressing you with her eyes. and you wonder how she could look so damn hot.
red jacket. black hair. face-paint on her face. the way she held herself was so.. unreal. she knew she was attractive, and that’s what made her even more attractive.
you hadn’t had a good fuck in a while. at your old brothel, it was nothing but smelly, old, beer-bellied men, often from piltover looking for the thrill on cheating on their wives.
so, you hoped, maybe, just maybe, her reputation holds up, and you can just.. let yourself go.
oh, and boy, was she able to hold it.
Tumblr media
you were writhing. your legs shaking, wrapped around her head as she eats you out like you’re a damned feast on christmas eve.
“o-oh, gods!” you’d scream, hands digging into her black hair, gripping and pulling her scalp. vi whines against you as you pull and tug, your plush, soft thighs wrapped so tightly around your head.
her fingers curl inside of you, only adding to the pure euphoria you feel. you’d fully forgotten everything— nothing mattered but vi’s tongue on you, licking through your folds, tasting you, feasting on you.
“ugh— fuck!” you whine, head throwing back against the pillow. the smoke of the candle around you, earthy scent only adding to the fog in your head.
how could anyone pass up on this? you’d think as her tongue brings you to your fourth orgasm of the night. your voice cracks from the sounds you’ve been making, no longer caring about how people might hear you. you’re too far gone to care.
“that’s it,” you hear vi whisper, voice vibrating against your skin in the most pleasurable way as it could. her voice was rasped, so drunk on your taste that she swore she’d never tasted better pussy before she met you.
“vi, vi, vi—“ you chant her name like a damn mantra as her hands tighten on your hips, dragging you toward her as you begin to pull away.
“oh, fuck, s’too much!” your voice slurs, her tongue chasing you as you pull back.
but that wasn’t true. you wanted this, you wanted more then this, you wanted to be treated so well that you forgot your own name.
she takes a second, pulls her head away, and you sigh in relief. “you asked for this.” she says, before running her tongue along your folds, your hips jerking at the sudden stimulation.
she placed a kiss against you, before pulling back, running a hand over her hair, inhaling a deep breath.
yet, her hands don’t pull away. she smiles a toothy smile as her fingers begun rubbing small, long circles over your most sensitive spot, leaning toward you.
“mmf, vi.” you cry, eyes opening to peer up at her. you don’t realize the tear running down your temple before she wipes it away.
“so beautiful.” vi gasped, fingers dipping inside you only to move back up. you cry out, legs shutting against her hand, preventing her from moving her hands any further.
but, her eyes darken, and her other hand rips your leg to the side, pinning it to the side of the bed.
“don’t do that.” she nearly damn growled, “do that again, and you’re only getting it worse.”
she leans toward you, eyes glancing all over your body, at the plush of your stomach, so soft, and twitching, pushing up from the bed, leaning into her touch despite your protests.
“ohmygod!” you whine. “fuck, oh my god!”
everything around you was so hazy. so foggy, so unreal. her hands were unreal, so laced with skill it almost drove you insane.
“said you can take it.” vi’s slurred voice only brings you more into the spiral of your own pleasure. her lips find your neck, placing sloppy, open mouthed kisses on your skin. her teeth nip at your neck, grazing against your skin, and it’s such a sweet gesture if you weren’t so out of it.
the feeling makes your skin set ablaze, prickles all over your body.
“you can take another. can’t you? hm?” she hums against you as her slender fingers dip back into you, curling, pressing against that spot she now knew drove you absolutely crazy.
and you whimper and whine, but you don’t protest. you wanted this. that’s all you’ve wanted for years. someone who can keep up with your stamina, your needs.
and vi not only meets that, but surpasses it. you swore she was between your legs for three hours and didn’t move once to breathe.
she was so enveloped in you. and that’s what you need.
her fingers rile you up, ignoring the absolute ache of your core, your whole entire body. you relished in the fact that you’d probably be here all night, but that’s what you wanted.
and as you feel your stomach untwist, that knot release, your vision goes fucking white from the searing, hot pleasure through your whole body.
“ohm—“ you cry, chest heaving as her fingers work you through your orgasm, slowly, yet continuing to abuse your bruised spot that she’d been hitting all night. “fuck, fuck! fuck me, oh my god!” you cry, gasping for air.
your arms throw around her, pulling her against you, entire body curling into her, legs clamping around her hand. your body shook, your nerves feeling like they were alive, and they would never die.
and finally, she stops.
you gasp a satisfied breath of air, mouth falling open, eyes squeezing shut before she finally lets her hand slip away from you.
her hands glide up your body, stopping at your hips before she hauls you over her own body. her hand rests on your back, her own breath heavy as she tries to regain herself.
“you’re amazing.” she whispers against your hair. you freeze, taken aback by the sudden intimacy, but you let yourself melt into her, both not having the will or the strength to pull away from her.
“you’re fucking amazing.”
and slowly, you laugh. you glance toward her.
“are you.. are you done?” you say quietly, timidly.
she cocks a brow. “do you not want me to be?”
you shake your head. “no, no..” you inhale a deep breath, hand moving to take one of the strands in her hair in your palm. “for now, im done.” you snort as you shake your head, body still compelling from the previous orgasms. “but..”
“but?” she hums, hand moving to grab the plush of your ass, before running up your back. you gasp at the crude gesture.
but, you shake it off.
“you.. you haven’t let me touch you at all.” you say, shakingly pushing yourself up, resting your palms on her chest.
you let your hair spill over your face as you move closer, lips hovering just above hers.
“yeah. that’s not what i’m here for.”
vi gasps a breath of air. she brings herself closer, hands resting on your hips.
“that’s what you paid me for.” i cock a brow, before laughing and pressing kisses along her jaw, up to the corner of her mouth, testing the waters.
you smirk, you hand moving down to her jacket, slowly pulling it away.
“let me do my job. huh?”
“fine. but you’re not getting anything out of me. i give. i don’t receive.”
“you underestimate me.” you smile against her lips. “i’ve been in this business for years. i know how to pleasure a woman, vi.”
she pushes herself up, nose touching eachothers.
“we’ll see about that, cupcake.”
vi left the brothel feeling like a new person. all she could think was, what the fuck?
she clears her throat as she passes by babette, not daring to look at her as she struggles to stand on her shaking legs.
she discovered something about herself she never thought she would that night. and oh, she’d definitely be coming back if that meant you were there.

What are some things other psychotics do to differentiate between hallucination and reality? And what are ways some of you hold off symptoms? Looking to get a nice thread for people to help each other going here, this stuff isn't posted about enough.
Ways we prevent symptoms/stop them from progressing:
Make background noise to prevent auditory hallucinations. Most of ours start by hearing something that we can't identify the cause of in the background, and our brain starts the spiral from there. So we listen to music all the time and sleep with a fan on every single night, even in the winter. We just point it away from us if we don't want it making us cold.
Blame the cat (or other pets). Any weird movement, scratching, crunching or thumping? That's just Jerry, don't worry about it. He's a silly cat that does cat things even while we're sleeping. Any noise can be blamed on pets or the wind, which stops the paranoia from setting in and making everything bad.
We also tell ourselves that if there was an actual issue like an intruder or monster, the cat would hiss or scream, and the dog would be barking or making noise. This can be applied to many pets.
Stay busy. Focus on something--art, video games, tv shows and films, craft, gardening, anything that keeps you thinking. Don't let the anxiety get to you, just stay focused on your regular life.
Laugh at it. You're hallucinating a monster in your peripheral vision? Name it Fred and tell him to pay rent. You hear weird noises? Tell them to come back with a warrant. For us, treating symptoms like they're jokes or not serious makes us less anxious and therefore makes it easier to get back to a point where we're okay.
Having a friend or a pet near you can help. We feel safer and less alone when we see another living thing near us that's safe. We don't feel as much like we're trapped in another dimension that way.
How we differentiate between reality and unreality:
Touch it. This one only works for things you're not scared of, and if you don't have tactile hallucinations. It's not foolproof! But when we're seeing things like bugs and stuff, reaching out to touch them causes them to fade away so we know they're fake.
Ask friends and other trusted people if they "heard that" or "saw anything". If they're psychosis friendly, feel free to explain and be specific. If not, be vague and keep it to simple things like "hey did you hear anything? I couldn't tell what it was", if that will be safe enough. Having people to ground you can be great.
Look at how others around you are acting. Are they running or interacting with the thing in question in any way? Do they seem to look at it or no? If no one is noticing, it's less likely to be real.
These won't work for everyone and some of these might be harmful to others, but they're helpful to us. You know best what will help you!
Please feel free to add your own! We need more discussion around psychosis that isn't "scary evil person disorder and how to deal with people who have it".

MHA | Bakugou Katsuki x f!soft!reader ~ Background
Bakugou Katsuki wasn’t the type to notice people outside of his small circle. If someone wasn’t powerful, competitive, or didn’t spark his interest as a rival, they were simply background noise. And yet, there you were—a quiet, soft-spoken girl who had somehow caught his attention, despite everything that would have normally kept you invisible to him. You weren’t even in the hero course at UA. You didn’t attend combat training, nor did you possess some flashy quirk that screamed for attention. Instead, you preferred to stay in the background, almost as if you belonged there. But the more he caught glimpses of you around the school, the more he found himself intrigued.
It all began when he noticed you in the library one afternoon. You were sitting by yourself, reading a thick novel with the edges frayed, your brow furrowed in concentration. Katsuki had been searching for a book on battlefield strategy, but his attention drifted over to you. He hadn’t meant to stare, but he’d found himself watching as you turned each page with care, as if you were savoring every word. Your quiet, unassuming nature was foreign to him. Katsuki was so used to the loud, the bold, and the ambitious that you seemed almost unreal in comparison. Still, he tried to brush it off. But after that day, it felt like he saw you everywhere.
One rainy evening, he saw you sharing an umbrella with a younger student outside of UA’s dormitory. The way you stood there, holding the umbrella high enough to keep the kid dry while you got soaked yourself, struck a strange chord within him. You didn’t seem to mind being wet, either, as you smiled and patted the kid’s head, laughing quietly when he waved goodbye and ran off. It was such a simple act, yet Katsuki found himself dwelling on it long after the rain stopped.
It wasn’t until a few days later, in the hallway, that he got the chance to actually speak to you. He’d been rushing to his next class, not paying attention to his surroundings, when he nearly ran into you. You looked up at him, startled, with wide eyes that quickly turned into an embarrassed smile. Katsuki raised an eyebrow, half-expecting you to freeze and stutter some kind of apology, but instead, you just stepped aside, keeping your head down, and let him pass.
“Sorry about that,” you murmured, so softly he almost didn’t hear.
For reasons he couldn’t quite understand, he paused, watching you walk away. Something about your quiet demeanor, the way you seemed almost invisible but held a quiet strength, intrigued him.
“Hey,” he called, before he could stop himself.
You turned back to look at him, eyes widening slightly. “Yes?”
“Uh…you’re… in the general course, right?”
You nodded, looking a bit surprised. “Yeah. I am. Second year.”
He shifted awkwardly, trying to ignore the strange, unfamiliar feeling tugging at his chest. “I’m Bakugou. Bakugou Katsuki. Third year, hero course.”
You gave him a shy smile, nodding politely. “I know who you are. Everyone does. You’re one of the top hero students.”
Something about your words made his chest swell with pride. But the fact that you hadn’t said it in awe or admiration, just as a simple fact, somehow made it more…meaningful.
“Do you…like it here?” he found himself asking, almost surprised by his own question.
You hesitated, clearly not expecting him to ask something so personal. “It’s…fine. Different from what I’m used to, but fine.”
He didn’t know why, but he felt the urge to know more. “What did you do before coming here?”
“Just normal school stuff, I guess. I didn’t really stand out.” You smiled a bit self-consciously. “I wasn’t trying to become a hero, so I guess I’m just here to learn what I can.”
There was a sincerity in your tone that made him feel oddly at ease. Katsuki wasn’t sure why he was continuing the conversation, but he couldn’t seem to help himself.
“Well, maybe that’s a good thing. Hero work isn’t for everyone,” he muttered, almost to himself.
You laughed softly, and he looked up, surprised by the sound. It was a quiet laugh, but there was warmth in it that made his heart skip a beat.
“You’re probably right,” you replied, smiling. “But I think people like you make the hero course worth it.”
Katsuki blinked, taken aback by your words. He was used to people admiring him, even fearing him, but something about the way you said it, so matter-of-factly, struck him. You weren’t trying to flatter him or seek his approval; you were just being honest.
As you walked away, he found himself staring after you, feeling a strange warmth in his chest. For the first time, Katsuki felt something he couldn’t quite put into words—something that made him want to see you again.
After that, Katsuki found excuses to cross paths with you. He’d linger in the library, where you usually spent your free periods, or accidentally end up in the same cafeteria line. And somehow, each encounter led to a few more words exchanged, a few more glimpses of that quiet smile that left him feeling both annoyed and fascinated.
To you, Katsuki was a mystery. He was intense, with a reputation for his explosive temper and arrogance, yet he always seemed softer when he spoke to you. It was almost as if he had two sides—one for everyone else and one just for you. And you couldn’t deny that you found yourself looking forward to these chance encounters, even if they made your heart race and left you blushing.
One afternoon, as you sat in the library, buried in a book, you felt a shadow loom over you. Looking up, you found Katsuki standing there, hands in his pockets, looking unusually serious.
“Mind if I sit here?” he asked, his tone surprisingly polite.
You nodded, gesturing to the empty chair across from you. “Sure. It’s a public library, after all.”
He smirked at your joke, pulling the chair out and sitting down, his gaze fixed on you with an intensity that made you blush.
“So, what’s so interesting about these books?” he asked, nodding toward the stack of novels you’d collected.
You shrugged, feeling a bit self-conscious under his gaze. “They’re just…an escape, I guess. I like getting lost in other worlds.”
“Huh.” He leaned back in his chair, watching you with a thoughtful expression. “Never thought about it like that.”
There was a pause as you both sat in comfortable silence, and you couldn’t help but notice the way his gaze softened whenever he looked at you. It was as if he saw something in you that no one else did, something that even you didn’t fully understand.
As the days went by, your encounters with Katsuki became more frequent, and soon it became clear to both of you that there was something more between you. One evening, as you walked together down a quiet corridor after class, he suddenly stopped, his hand reaching out to gently grasp your wrist.
“Hey,” he said, his voice surprisingly soft. “I…I like you.”
You looked up at him, your heart pounding as you searched his eyes for any sign of hesitation. But there was none. Instead, you saw a raw honesty, a vulnerability that he rarely showed to anyone else.
“I like you too,” you replied, your voice barely above a whisper.
He let out a breath he hadn’t realized he was holding, his hand moving to gently cup your cheek. “Then…can we…try this? Whatever this is?”
You nodded, your cheeks flushed as you smiled up at him. “Yeah. I’d like that.”
And from that moment on, Bakugou Katsuki became a part of your world, his presence a constant source of warmth and strength. Though he was still his usual brash self around others, he was always gentle with you, always careful to keep you safe and happy.
As the weeks passed, the two of you became inseparable, your quiet strength balancing out his fiery temper. And though Katsuki wasn’t one for grand gestures or flowery words, he made it clear in his own way just how much he cared for you.
One evening, as you sat together under the stars, his arm wrapped around your shoulders, he leaned down to press a soft kiss to your forehead, murmuring, “You’re mine, got it? No one else gets to see this side of me but you.”
You smiled, feeling your heart swell with happiness as you snuggled closer to him. “I wouldn’t want it any other way.”

The other Bronze – Pt. 20
“Keira... you okay?” Ingrid looks closely at her teammate who suddenly stopped eating.
They were out with the whole team in a small Restaurant in Barcelona – a get together if you liked. Ingrid noticed first that Keira stopped eating as she stared down at her phone and suddenly there were tears flowing. The Norwegian kept a close eye on the englishwoman seeing how much she missed young girl namely y/n Bronze.
It was unreal how you single handily turned the whole team spirit around in just a couple of weeks. Every single one of the blaugrana Team was a fan of you in some sort. Keira and Lucy obviously – they had the family connection. Alexia felt protective of you the second she laid eyes on you when you insulted that guy in the most filthy spanish someone could come up with – courtesy of her own girlfriend Mapí. For Mapí you were the little sister she never had – together with Pina and Patri the four of you meant indescribable trouble. Ingrid and Caro where a little more careful with you – both of them more on the calmer side they haven't had interacted with you much but what they saw made them see you in a different light. You were young, yes – but you also were determent and strong headed. Irene and Marta immediately adopted you guiding you a little from the background with gentle soft touches and encouraging words. Aitana was intimidated by you at first but the second you threw out catalan she wanted you near her all the time to see what else you could learn. Ona saw you as her girlfriends sister but also as a growing up young woman who needed her space and guidance at the same time. So it made everyones alarm bells scream seeing Keira cry. No one expected it to be happy tears.
Keira watched the video at least another four times before she handed her phone wordlessly to Lucy who looked at her confused
“Just watch it Lucy” the blonde sniffled smiling through her tears
“What am I watching?” your sister asked a little suspicious Ona already shuffling closer wanted to get a look as well
“For fuck sakes Bronze... just press play” Keira snapped at her ex who immediately pressed play with such a force she nearly threw the phone into the olives
It didn't even take two seconds for Lucy to realize what she's watching and she let the phone fall onto the table stunned
“It's not” Lucy looked at Keira shocked tears in her eyes
“What is going on??” now Mapí asked annoyed “... everyone is starting crying”
“Is everything okay?” Alexia asked getting a little concerned for her teammates
“Yeah... everything is better than okay” Keira smiled
“Then why is everyone crying?” Mapí asked confused
“Happy tears Maps... these are happy tears” Keira answered smiling
“Then why is everyone happy crying?” the tattooed girl asked getting even more confused
“Y/n picked up a ball... on her own” Lucy said her voice uncharacterically flat
“Lucy..” Keira immediately understood why your sister reacted that way
“... scuse me for a second.. I need some air” your sister already shoved her chair back nearly running out of the restaurant
“Go after her” Keira said to Ona “... she needs you now”
“What? Why? What happened” the young catalan asked confused
“Just... go” the blonde basically shoved Ona to go after Lucy who thankfully got the message and stumbled after her girlfriend
“Let's start where Ona left off... what happened?” Alexia asked and suddenly all the eyes were on Keira
“Georgia just send me a video of Bitsy playing with a football – on her own... she did upsies and tricks like she never stopped playing” Keira explained setting her phone up pressing play
Everyone looked mesmerized at the little screen – at you controlling the ball like no one they've ever seen
“This is...” Alexia was at loss for words “... I've never seen anything like this... ever”
“Told you the Nena is out of this world” Mapí announced proudly “Mi Nena”
“But... this is good right?” Ingrid asked looking at Keira
“It is...” the blonde nodded
“Then why is Lucy...” Caro asked looking at the restaurant door like Lucy would magically appear
“Three and a half years we waited for that... the amounts of fights we had because of it – because we weren't sure if we should give her a little push or not... you all saw what happened when Mapí caught her off guard...” the blonde started but got interrupted by Maps
“... I'm still very sorry” the tattooed woman said ashamed
“... it wasn't you fault Maps... but you all saw what happened.... and NOW... after three and a half years... she picks up a ball.. in Munich... at her girlfriends trainings ground...” Keira kept going
“Lucia is hurt” Alexia mumbled and Keira nodded
“But why? It's amazing that Nena plays again... Ale you have to talk to all them big people you know... we can't lose her to england... or worse... Madrid!!” Mapí said shocked her eyes wide
“María...” Ingrid started gently smiling a little “... lille venn can't play anymore remember?”
“But... she just did” the tattooed girl pointed at Keiras phone
“And neither Lucia nor Keira where there to experience it first hand” the norwegian said softly knowing her girlfriend didn't mean any harm she just... was slow sometimes.
“Oh... OH... that sucks... I'm sorry Keira” Mapí bursted out looking apologetic in Keiras direction
“It's okay Maps... I expected it to be honest... In Munich no one knows who she is...” the blonde said but Alexia, Ingrid, Irene and Marta didn't miss the hurt undertone in their teammates voice
“Can we do anything to help Luce?” the tattooed spaniard asked
“No... she needs to work through it on her own” the blonde shook her head
“Then why did you send Ona after her?” Ingrid wondered
“She's complex.. she needs to work on it on her own but at the same time she needs someone there... someone who she trust... who she can break in front” Keira said “... so... dessert anyone?”
And with this the topic of you picking up a ball was history. At least inside – outside was a different story
“Amor” Ona carefully tried to approach Lucy carefully
“No... I need... I need space... I need to breath” your sister said upset roaming the pavement in front of the restaurant
“Okay... I'll be just here if you need me” the young catalan said calmly pointing to one of the window sills sitting down on it
Lucy roamed for another 10 minutes before she suddenly stopped looking at Ona
“Three and a half years...” your sister blurted out “... three and a half years... I waited three and a half years...” before she started roaming again
Ona just kept quiet waited for her girlfriend to continue to rant and get it off her chest
“... and she has the AUDACITY to pick up a ball in Munich... MUNICH!!!” Lucy ranted angrily “... In front of Georgia Stanway!!”
“Lucy..” Ona said softly
“I was there... every step of the way... I held her when she had nightmares... I picked her up when she did more than her knees could handle and she fell.. I cooked for her even tho she never eaten more than a spoon full... I drove her to rehab sessions and picked her up... I took her to camp with me because I was scared she'd do something stupid if I leave her alone... where was Georgia all the time?” your sister just kept talking “... she was no where to be seen... and now she gets to be there when y/n decides to pick up a ball again... she gets to witness something Keira and I worked for three and a half years?”
“Lucy... amor” Ona tried again keeping her voice soft and calm
“She doesn't DESERVE it to witness that!!” Lucy exploded and Ona knew now was the time to interfere
“Amor... mi vida” the young catalan said her voice low as she pushed herself off the window sill going over to her girlfriend and just pulled Lucy into a hug
Just as she expected Lucy broke down crying the second she felt the arms of her girlfriend tighten around her shoulders
“It's just...” Lucy cried into Onas neck pulling her even closer
“I know... “ the catalan said softly “... but it looked like she didn't know Georgia was there”
“But why does G get to witness that? Why wasn't I there?” your sister hick-upped “I should've been there...”
“I don't think Georgia was meant to witness that...” Ona said her heart breaking a little bit when she heard her girlfriend crying into her shirt
“But she did” Lucy cried not knowing how to deal with the situation “She got to see it”
“Let us go home okay... lets just get some rest” the catalan whispered already pulling out her phone to text Alexia
“We can't... the team” your sister pulled back a little bit trying to contain her tears and sadness
“They'll understand...” Ona said softly “... let me just text Ale... they can take our stuff to and bring it to training tomorrow”
“Thank you” Lucy mumbled holding onto her girlfriend for dear life
Back in Munich you didn't have a clue of your sister breakdown – you were laying happily on your girlfriends couch. Maybe a little too happy.
“Baby... are you okay?” Georgia asked raising her eyebrow at you where you laid on top of her your head on her chest
“Sí” you giggled “muy bien... todo bien”
“Okay...” your girlfriend looked at you confused “... care to switch back to english?”
“No parlo anglès” you giggled pushing your nose against her chest
“Oh fuck me...” Georgia sighed out “... ehrm... wait... who do I know who speaks english AND spanish....”
“El castellà és una llengua bonica...i dones boniques” you giggled
“Tainara” your girlfriend suddenly exclaimed angling for her phone from the side table calling her teammate while you continued to giggle into her chest
“Yeah George?” Tainara answered the phone after the second ring
“Sorry to call you this late... but my... friend... something is not okay with her and she speaks something language I don't understand and... can you help?” Georgia rambled
“Sure... put her on.. I try to help” Gs teammate answered
“y/n... my teammate wants to talk to you” your girlfriend pushed her phone into your face for you to take it
“Hola... qui ets?” you asked wondering
“Oooookay... give me back to Georgia please... you understand english right?” Tainara said
“Sí...” you giggled handing the phone back to your girlfriend
“Yeah?” Georgia asked carefully
“That's spanish you muppet” the Brazilian woman said flatly
“And?” your girlfriend asked confused
“I'm from Brazil” her teammate exclaimed
“Again... and?” Georgia didn't understand what the problem was
“I don't speak spanish... I speak Portuguese” Tainara said a little offended
“Okay look... it kinda sounds the same to me” your girlfriend said ashamed “... so you can't help me?”
“No you asshat... and you owe me a big ass lunch for saying spanish and Portuguese sound the same” Tainara grumbled “... Ana is Colombian... they speak spanish”
“Thank you... god bless your Portuguese soul” Georgia sighed in relieve as she was about to hang up
“I'M FROM BRAZIL!!” you heard yelling from the phone as the call disconnected which caused a new round of giggles
“Hang in there Baby... I'm getting help” your girlfriend mumbled holding you closer to her calling another number
“Yeh?” a tired voice answered after some rings
“Ana? That you?” Georgia asked a little desperate
“Yes? You called me.. G.. if you interrupted my nap by accident” Ana said getting fed up already
“No no... my... friend... she speaks spanish even tho she doesn't speak spanish... I already called Tainara but she couldn't help... and I need help to understand her” your girlfriend rambled again
“Ay dios...” you heard from the phone and it made you perk up
“Uh... I think she understood that... here... talk to her and find out what's going on” Georgia immediately catched on your change of behaviour and once again pressed the phone into your hand
“Hola?” you asked giggling
“Hola chica... cómo estás?” Georgias teammate asked you
“Soy buena y tu?” you giggled
“Bien gracias... Entoces qué te pasa?” Ana asked trying to figure out what's wrong with you
“res per què?” you answered confused
“Puedes devlverme a G por favor?” the Colombian asked
“Sí cap problema” you smiled even tho Ana couldn't see it handing the phone back to your girlfriend
“And?” Georgia asked hopefully
“Yeah I can't help you...” her teammate said nonchalantly
“Why?? She speaks spanish.. you speak spanish... bam... help me” your girlfriend said lost
“I would help if that WAS spanish... that's catalan... I can understand bits of accents away from other spanish but catalan? no... sorry...” Ana said apologetic
“Ugh... fuck meeee...” Georgia whined “... you have any idea who I could call? I just want to know what's going on?”
“Ehrm... my best guess... someone from Catalonia?” the Colombian offered and started to chuckle
“Great help....” your girlfriend said flatly “... I don't know anyone from there”
“Isn't your best friend from Barcelona?” Ana mused
“KEIRA!!! YES!!!” Georgia exclaimed suddenly sitting up quickly which resulted in you getting squished into her torso “You're a godsend Ana... see you tomorrow... good nap!!”
Georgia quickly hung up the call immediately dialling Keiras number waiting nervously for her best friend to pick up
“Hey G...” Keira finally answered and Georgia could hear laughter and voices in the background
“Keiraaaaaa.... heeeeey...” your girlfriend greeted Keira sounding like a maniac
“Oh god... what happened? Is Bitsy okay? Are you okay? Are you both okay?” Keira immediately knew something was off her mind already painting the most worrying pictures
“Yeah yeah we're good... kinda” Georgia said quickly
“Kinda?” her best friend repeated confused
“Yeah you see... we're here... in Munich... on me couch...” your girlfriend started feeling you giggle against her stomach
“I hope for your sakes that you really are” Keira growled her alarm bells screaming “God save the King”
“We are... but... something is not right with y/n... she's all... giggle-y... and...” Georgia confessed embarrassed
“Aaaaand?” her best friend asked her patience low
“ShespeakingspanishandIdon'tunderstandherhelp” your girlfriend mumbled quickly
“Again?” Keira asked confused not knowing if she heard correctly
“For some reason she's speaking spanish and I don't... so... help? Please?” Georgias voice was high
“Why is she speaking spanish?” Keira asked confused
“I don't know... she just started speaking spanish out of nowhere and I tried to solve the problem by asking me teammates but apparently Portuguese is not spanish and even the one who apparently speaks spanish didn't understand spanish... useless the lot of them I tell ya” your girlfriend huffed “... so... help?”
“Oh god... why... why did you two find each other... I'm 27... I'm having GREY hair G... GREY!!!” Keira exclaimed upset
“It's not like anyone would notice between them ginger ones” Georgia shrugged her shoulders
“Georgia Marie Stanway!” her best friend scolded her “... ugh... just get Bitsy on the phone”
“Hey Baby... Keira...” and for a third time that night the phone was shoved in your face
“Sí?” you tried your hardest to sound as normal as possible knowing Keira would catch on and then you were in trouble
“Hey Bitsy... you alright?” Keira cooed sweetly
“Estic perfectamente bé... per què?” you answered honestly and a small snort made it out
“Oh dear jesus lord in heaven” you heard Keira huff “Alexia... mind doing me a favor?”
“What's the matter?” you heard the Barca capitana asked
“Here... your Cariño is on some kind of drug and now she speaks catalan... you are catalan... fix it...” Keira said as she passed the phone to her friend
“Holi Cariño?!” Alexia said a little confusion in her voice
You only squeaked before you threw the phone across the room – even in your current state you knew you were in SO much trouble if Alexia gets involved
“Hey... don't throw me phone!” Georgia exclaimed shocked
“Ho sento” you mumbled trying to push your face deeper into Georgias body hiding from the world
“Baby.... I don't understand you... I just want to help” your girlfriend begged you “... let me go so I can go get me phone?”
“No” you whined holding tighter onto Georgia
“Baby... please” G tried to pry your arms off her “... me phone”
“No necessities el teu phone” you mumbled but your grip loosened a little bit which Georgia used to pushed herself out under you quickly walking to pick up her phone
“Keira?” she asked hoping her friend didn't hung up
“No... Alexia” the other person answered
“Jesus fuck” Georgia sweared throwing her phone a little further away before running after it picking the phone up again “... ehrm... sorry... that was... quiet the surprise... big fan”
“Georgia sí?” Alexia asked trying to keep a clear head
“Yes... that's me” your girlfriend nodded even tho nobody could see it
“Okay... what's wrong with mi Cariño?” the spaniard asked still trying to figure out what is happening
“You mean y/n?” Georgia asked confused
“Yes... y/n... Bronze... the small Bronze” Alexia answered losing her patience already
“I... don't know... we were laying on the couch doing.... nothing.. and she started giggling and speaking spanish... I don't speak spanish... she doesn't speak spanish... so I need help... please” your girlfriend explained once again
“Okay... I can work with that... put me on speaker” the Barca capitana instructed
“Okay... sure... ehrm... wait...” Georgia said before pushing the speaker button “... you're on speaker, Miss Putellas”
“Hola Cariño” Ale said ignoring Georgias rambling
“Ale... Com estás?” you giggled
“Estic bé i tu?” the spaniard asked hearing you speaking catalan surprising her
“Sóc genial” you exclaimed happily
“Per què parles català?” Alexia smiled to herself
“Perquè puc” you grinned proudly “Digues bonmatí”
“Ah, doncs li hauria de dir a l'Aitana?” the blonde spaniard chuckled “... per què hauria de fer això”
“Aitana estarà orgullosa” you said wholeheartly
“Oh but I'm proud of you too....” Alexia said softly ... so tell me mi Cariño... why are you speaking catalan?”
“Ona taught me” you said like it was the most obvious thing on the world
“Ona?” the spaniard asked completely at loss
“Yes... the friendly spaniard” you nodded quickly
“And we're back with the nicknames” Alexia sighed “... want to tell me about your day Cariño?”
“Uh... didn't do anything special.. we had breakfast... VERY good Avo-toast... you spaniards could learn to make Avo-toasts... it's not that hard you know... it's avow.. and toast...” you started to recap your day getting distracted
“Cari.... after breakfast” Alexia stressed
“... oh yeah... we went to this garden... not the bad one where I'm not allowed to go anymore... the nice garden... babe... what's the nice garden called” you got distracted again
“... Englischer Garten... english garden” your girlfriend provided thankful you're speaking english again
“That one... you should come visit pretty spaniard” you giggled “... they have beautiful trees... cherry trees... and this little tent-thingy”
“Cari... focus” the blonde spaniard pressed
“uh... then we went for lunch... just a small one... I had....” you looked at Georgia for help again
“Wurstsalat” Georgia threw in
“... that... it's like sliced sausage with vinegar and onions and pickles and it's really good... oh and you eat it with bread” you giggled again
“Cariño por favor..” the Barca woman groaned
“... then we went home for a nap... and G overslept so we didn't have time for coffee because we had to take public transport to training... G lost her license you know – she drove like a cunt and got a nice picture of it... expensive picture” you just kept talking ignoring Alexias groaning and Georgias shocked face “... we made it to training and they had just a light session I got a bit bored and fell asleep... after training we went home and I cooked...”
“What did you cook Cari?” Alexia perked up
“Penne all'Amatriciana.... it's pasta with beef... or... vedella” you said proudly
“Hm... sounds delicious... how did you prepare the beef Cariño?” the spaniard suspected something specific
“You need to season the filet beforehand... just salt and a little bit of pepper” you started to explain happily and Alexia let you talk “... heat the frying pan to basically volcano and then throw the filet in there... fry fry fry... and than deglaze it with a good dash of red....”
“Red?” Alexia and Georgia asked at the same time
“Yes... don't worry... the alcohol goes all poof with the heat of the pan... no alcohol left in the meat... but it gives it some amazing flavour...” you waved off “... then you throw in the cooked pasta, some fresh tomatoes, basil and parmesan”
“Red wine?” the blonde spaniard clarified
“Sí” you said again
“I don't even have red wine in me flat” your girlfriend exclaimed shocked
“Stole it from Lucy.. she has a whole ass wine rack she didn't even noticed I packed it... got it through camp as well” you answered proudly
“Ay dios mio” you heard Alexia through the phone “Cariño... did you have a sip from the wine?”
“Maaaaaaybe a little” you sing songed
“Ay dios” the spaniard huffed out “how many sips did you have Cari?”
“Just a few” you grinned
“Georgia... look for that bottle” Alexia instructed and immediately sprinted into the kitchen “Cari... why did you take the red wine form Lucia”
“She doesn't need it... she didn't even know what she had there... it was a Vega Sicilia” you said getting upset
“That's a very good wine” the spaniard mused trying to keep you calm “... you have good taste Cari”
“Bottle is half empty” Georgia panted coming sprinting back in “you drank half a bottle of wine?”
“Nooooo...” you giggled “... I put some in the pan too... like... two dashes”
“Oh god...” your girlfriend whined “Miss Putellas...”
“You can call her pretty spaniard... she doesn't care” you interrupted grinning
“Please don't” Alexia exclaimed “Alexia is just fine”
“Please don't tell Keira y/n is drunk... I swore I look after her” Georgia begged
“I'm not drunk” you said seriously
“Cari... you are drunk... but some sleep will fix this, hm?” the blonde hummed
“But I'm not tired” you said confused
“Oh but you are... you told me” Alexia lied hoping you would fall for it
“Oooooh yeah... true... baby I'm tired... I'm going to bed okay” you nodded seriously tossing the phone at your girlfriend swaying in the general direction of the bedroom
“What... where.. huh?” your girlfriend watched as you made it through the open door face planting onto the bed
“You're welcome” Alexia said before she hung up
“Crazy... all of them are crazy” Georgia shook her head
“Ugh” you groaned next morning when you felt Georgias fingertips dance across your ribcage
“Morning drunky” your girlfriend chuckled behind you nuzzling into the back of your neck
“Not drunky” you mumbled closing your eyes again protecting them from the far to bright light in the room
“Oh you so were drunk” Georgia chuckled pressing a soft kiss to your neck
“Was not” you groaned again
“You spoke catalan” your girlfriend pointed out and THAT made you shoot up into a sitting position – which turned out not to be a good idea since you immediately got hit with nausea and headache.
“How do you know I spoke catalan... I don't even speak catalan” you looked at Georgia panicked
“Oh but you do... you had a whole ass conversation with Alexia Putellas...” your girlfriend said as she laid on her back her arms stretched above her head
“Alexia??” you screeched
“Look... I got worried... you were all giggly and strange and you spoke a language I didn't understand... I asked me teammates for help but even they couldn't help... so I called Keira..” your girlfriend explained
“Keira??” you screeched even higher
“Yeah... she couldn't help so she put Alexia on the phone.. she helped...” Georgia shrugged her shoulders sitting up now “... she even got you to go to bed”
“Oh fuck me G... that's bad... so SO bad” you whined
“Why... you had a little wine... geez when I was your age I literally tubed beer” your girlfriend said trying to calm you down
“Do you realize what Ale will do with me once I'm back in Barc... I'm simply never going back to Barcelona... easy...” you started to whine before you just had THE idea
“Yeah well... I don't think Lucy will let that happen” Georgia scratched the back of her neck embarrassed
“We just ignore her...” you looked pleadingly at the blonde
“I still have to play with her in the national team... and you have to go to camps too now since you signed a contract” your girlfriend pointed out killing your plan with her stupid logic
“Ah fuck” you groaned and let yourself fall backwards onto the bed again
“Baby.... it's not that bad....” Georgia tried again
“You wanna tell Lucy I got drunk on red wine?” you raised your eyebrow in challenge
“We just pay Keira and Alexia to never ever breath a word of that” your girlfriend quickly said seeing what you meant
“Mhm... thought so” you mumbled
“Okay... I have training this morning and fitness in the afternoon... you wanna join or stay here?” Georgia looked down at you
“I want to die.... that headache is going to kill me” you whined which made G chuckle
“I'll get you some water and paracetamol” your girlfriend said before pressing a kiss to your head and stood up
“And a bagel... I want a bagel... with bacon....” you yelled after her
When Georgia returned with the bottle of water and two pills you were dead asleep again
“Guess you won't join training then” the blonde mumbled smiling walking towards the bathroom to take her shower and get herself ready for the day
You woke up two hours later to a quiet flat. You groaned again rolling over to your other side seeing the water bottle and the pills laying on your nightstand.
“Every time I think I can't fall more for her she pulls some shit and I fall even harder” you mumble to yourself swallowing the pills with a large gulp of water
“Ugh... I hate pills” you shuddered but made it slowly out of bed dragging yourself into the kitchen where you found a post it on the coffeemashine and one on the fridge
“Press “an”... who the fuck is Ann?” you read loudly looking at the coffeemashine like it offended your whole family
“... oh... there... button... an...” you pressed the button and the machine started to come to life “.... oh cool...” you shrugged your shoulders
“... when all the lights are on... press “Kaffee”...” you read again looking for the right button
“uh... that thing can make Cappuccino” you said excited pressing on that button instead of Kaffee
The machine started to grind the beans – which did wonders for your headache – but THEN it made weird noises. Like it was dying.
“Oooooh no no no no no” you said in panic “... stop dying.... just coffee... you already started the coffee... just... put it in the cup... here... it's a nice cup... look... it's from here actually... it's a Bayern Munich cup... you like Munich right... you live here”
You spoke to the coffeemaker like it would actually answer you but it continued to make weird sounds so you decided to try a different approach
“If I now press Kaffee... will you stop dying... please?” you looked at the machine pleadingly before hitting the coffee button over and over again
“Please... stop dying... G will kill me if I kill you” you said desperately but it was no use
“Okay... we gonna approach that rationally... you had a good life... I'm gonna pull the plug now” you said and pulled the cable out of the socket with closed eyes – immediately the machine stopped “dying” and you sighed in relieve
“Okay... so no to coffee... new plan... get a shower... get ready... go coffee” you mumbled to yourself already leaving the kitchen for the bathroom
30 minutes later you checked your pockets if you have everything before pulling the door shut going down the stairs and step outside into the beautiful Munich sunshine. You had no clue where you were or where you needed to go so you just played eene meeny mooh and then turned right to follow the street. On the next occasion you turned right following an important looking sign hoping for some sightseeing. Again you followed the sign on the next traffic light as it pointed to the left. You took some pictures on your phone on the way being absolutely mesmerized by the buildings you passed in awe. You followed the road for some time until you discovered the next sign telling you to go left and suddenly you stood in front of a big building... with a lot of cars inside. It dawned on you - you just followed a Carpark sign. You were very disappointed at this point. So you decided to walk along the carpark building until you were back on a bigger road. You totally winged this Munich tour.
You followed the bigger road until you spotted a group of Asian people who looked like they were getting a city tour with a guide. So you decided to just go with that group since the guide apparently knew what she was doing. After some short stops at some buildings you were absolutely not interested in you found yourself at a place you reconized from being here with Georgia before – the Viktualienmarkt. It was a beautiful big market place where you could basically get everything. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Honey and Bee products. Wine (slight heave) and Beer. Good food. Nice people. Everything in one place. That also was the moment you realized you had no money on you. Which sucked big time since you got quite hungry with your exploring. You pulled out your phone to see five missed calls. When you pulled them calls up you saw two from your girlfriend, one from Keira, one from Lucy and one from an unknown number. So you decided to call your girlfriend back first and to your surprise she answered after the second ring. Which was VERY unusual for Georgia since you normally needed four tries to get her on the phone
“Baby.. where are you... I came home half an hour ago with you gone... are you okay?” your girlfriend spoke quickly and her voice showing her increased stress level
“I'm alright... I'm at the big market place...” you said confused
“Big market pla... love... where the fuck are you?” Georgia said even more confused that you were
“You know... where you took me when I visited the first time... where you can buy all that bee stuff in that little corner shop on the market” you tried to explain since you didn't want to make a fool out of yourself for pronouncing the places name wrong
“I have NO idea where you are... wait... look for someone nice and let me talk to them” your girlfriend tried so hard to figure out were you where
“Okay... wait” you looked around until you spotted someone familiar – it was the nice waitress from the breakfast place G took you to yesterday so you approached her carefully
“Ehrm... excuse me?” you lightly tapped her shoulder
“Ja?” the nice blonde turned around “Oh hi... I remember you... you had the two avocado toasts yesterday with your friends”
“Actually just one... the other one my friend ate before I could grab a bite... that bottomless bitch...” you said still a sore topic for you “... I... need help... could you please help...?”
“Dinara...” the woman offered smiling friendly “... and of course – what's the problem”
“I... got... kinda lost?” you said embarrassed holding your phone up “... me.. friend is on the phone but she's too thick to figure out where I am so can you please tell her..?”
“Oh my god of course” Dinara laughed as she took your phone “Hi? So your friend is at Viktualienmarkt just opposite Chicos Saftbar... at the golden chicken”
“Oh god thank you so much” you heard the relieved sigh of your girlfriend through your phone “I know you probably have better things to do but... could you maybe keep an eye on her... or chain her to one of the lampposts so she can't run off again? Either way is fine”
“Excuse me??” you exclaimed upset “... tying me to a post?? The fuck you think you are – you ain't Luce”
“Depends on how long you need to get here...” the blonde woman said amused at your outburst
“Half an hour max... I'm already on me way” Georgia said panting as she was jogging down the street to the next tramway
“Yeah I can do that... I'll take her to Café Schmalznudel” the nice helpfully blonde said still grinning at your behaviour since you retreated to grumble to yourself about getting tied up to a post
“Thank you so SO much” your girlfriend said as she got onto the tramway towards the city centre
“No problem...” Dinara smiled as she tugged on your sleeve so you would follow her “... I know how it is to get lost in Munich”
“Where we going? I'll have you know I have a lots of friends who will come looking for you if you murder me” you said but still walked after the blonde
“I was about to get you some coffee and some delicious pastry but since you accused me of being a murderer you can sit and watch me eat and have my coffee” the blonde said sweetly
“That's literally letting me starve... I didn't get coffee this morning because me gi... friend... friend decided to get a coffeemaker you need a fucking PhD for and then I got lost...” you deadpanned as the blonde woman shoved you into a small shop where it smelled deliciously
“Are you always this dark and twisted sarcastic?” Dinara asked interested
“Yes... got it from... I wanted to say my family but they're not like me... in terms of fun... they're all very humourless.. except for me sister... she has her moments... they're rare but she has them” you mused “... she's trying”
“Okay...” the blonde laughed “... what do you want... I recommend the Dampfnudel” she said as she pointed to one of the trays
“What's that?” you looked interested
“It's a yeast dough with a plum marmalade filling... very tasty” D explained “... or there we have Auszogne...”
“Uh.. I had that before... they're amazing” you looked at the pastry your mouth watering “I want them all”
“You literally will puke if you eat everything... so let's settle for one and you can come back with your friend another time” the blonde said
“Gibberish gibberish dare” you looked at her straight in the eye grumbling
“What?” the young woman looked at you confused
“It's... Swedish? Danish? Cold countryish for “you're mean”...” you said huffing a little
“Have it your way... I'm going to order now” the blonde shrugged her shoulders turning around to the guy behind the counter starting to order
“I take that yeast thingy” you interrupted from behind her
“Und eine Dampfnudel mit... what coffee?” the woman said half turning to you
“Do you guys know what a cappuccino is?” you asked carefully
“We're a European country and closer to Italy than the UK... yes we know what a cappuccino is” the woman said rolling her eyes “... und einen Cappuccino bitte”
20 minutes later your girlfriend bursted through the front door looking around panicked before she spotted you speed walking over
“What the hell were you thinking???” your girlfriend said panting
“I was thinking about getting a coffee” you looked at her confused
“I... I.. what?” Georgia looked at you in disbelieve “... coffee?”
“Yes... you know... that black liquid that brings you back to life” you chewed on your pastry as you heard your new friend snort beside you
“I have a perfectly fine coffeemaker at home” your girlfriend exclaimed
“Had... I think it dead” you looked at her innocently and G couldn't do anything than look at you flabbergasted
“So... as lovely as this interaction was... I need to get to work” Dinara suddenly exclaimed and stood up
“What do I owe you... wait... you paid for her stuff right?” Georgia started to ramble and rummaged through her pockets “... here... 50 Euros.... 10 for the food the rest for having to deal with her”
“No needs... she is a delight once she's fed and caffeinated” the blonde waitress laughed and pushed Georgias hand back denying the money
“No really... I can't thank you enough... god knows where she would've ended up” your girlfriend tried to give Dinara the money again
“It's okay... just... put one past Coll for the girls who look up to you” Dinara smiled winked and pushed past Georgia leaving the small place leaving Georgia behind looking confused
“You think she'll come back for the rest of her pastry?” you quipped up behind your girlfriend eyeing the piece interested
“Honestly Baby... what where you thinking? You don't know the City, you don't know the language you didn't even knew where you were” Georgia whisper yelled after she sat down opposite to you
“Look... you were gone when I woke up... I tried to make coffee the machine died... yes, I don't know the city or where I was... but I'm not five... and for the language barrier.. you don't speak german either” you said back your voice low “... you won't believe it Georgia Stanway but people speak english and I found out pretty quickly that the people here are actually pretty helpful if you just ask nicely and be polite”
“I know that... I got scared okay... I know you're not five... but I came home and you were gone and you didn't answer your phone...” your girlfriend said calmly and you saw how she tried to keep herself calm too
“I didn't hear it because it was on silent” you sneered back “What is the big deal?”
“The big deal is that I started to call hospitals because I thought someone knocked you out” Georgia said and you saw how she lost her patience
“G... I can look out for myself.. did it for years” you snapped at her
“Let's go home okay... we can talk about it but we're in public” your girlfriend sighed
But you wouldn't be a Bronze if you wouldn't have the treat of stubbornness
“YOU can go home... I'll use the credit card I stole from Lucy and buy myself a flight to....” you stopped thinking a second “... Manchester”
“Baby please...” Georgia pleaded trying to take your hand but you pulled it away
“No...” you sneered “... don't touch me”
“I won't let you run... and if you run I'll follow you” your girlfriend said her voice low “I can't let you run.. I love you”
Your head snapped up and you looked at her shocked
“You... never said that” you whispered out
“I love you... I got so so scared when I got home...” Georgia said carefully taking your hand and this time you let her “... I told you before I can't and don't want to imagine a world without you... so when you were gone I panicked”
“I'm sorry...” you mumbled “... but honestly it's your coffeemakers fault”
“You pressed another button didn't you” your girlfriend smirked
“It offered cappuccino” you defended yourself
“It can also make cappuccino... if you fill up the milk tank” Georgia said grinning
“I love you too” you mumbled as you let your girlfriend pull you out of the chair
“I know... if you didn't you would be at the airport already” Georgia pulled you into her side pressing a subtle kiss to your temple
“Baby??” you heard your girlfriend call from the kitchen
“Yeah?” you yelled back from the spot on the couch
“Pernille asked if we want to join them for dinner tonight?” Georgia said as she leans against the doorframe of the living room
“Yeah why not...” you said distracted “... what the hell am I watching? There are naked people.. it's freaking daytime”
“Would you be able to whip up a desert? I hate coming empty handed and wine isn't an option this time” your girlfriend asked already texting her teammate back “And what are you watching?”
“How the fuck should I know... I understand fuck all” you exclaimed pointing at the TV with the remote control in your hand
“Oh god... you found the trash TV channel...” Georgia groaned after she threw a quick look at the screen
“That isn't normal trash... that... offensive trash” you exclaimed watching how two police officers start a yelling match with two naked people “What they yelling about?”
“Erregung öffentlichen Ärgernisses...” your girlfriend said distracted still on the phone texting Pernille “... public outrage”
“Yeah I bet... I would be outraged if I see naked people buying a newspaper in broad daylight” you snorted and kept watching how the police officers tried to reason with the nakeys
“Didn't Ella and you once walked naked into Old Trafford?” Georgia asked looking at you expectantly
“THAT was a dare...” you pointed out tilting your head trying to make sense out of the scene that was displayed on screen
“Baby... about that desert” your girlfriend asked again
“Yes I'll whip something up” you said absent still not believing what you see on TV
“Thank you” Georgia pressed a kiss to your head as she walked passed “... I advice to change the show.. it's not getting better”
“It's kinda fascinating....” you said in awe
“No it's not.. it's trash TV” your girlfriend snorted as she started to pack for her afternoon fitness session “You're going to join in?”
“I'll join... but not in” you grinned “Just let me look how long the thingy takes I want to make for the wine replacement”
“I can bring wine... but you won't having any” Georgia grinned as she threw a second kit into her bag knowing fully well you're gonna join in at some point
“I would need about two hours... do we have that much time?” you looked up from your phone where you googled the receipt
“Sure... training ends around 5... I can get you an Uber so you can go home earlier and get a head start” your girlfriend shrugged her shoulders
“You won't let me use public right?” you asked hopefully
“Yeah no... even I get lost sometimes with all them trains and tramways and undergrounds and busses...” Georgia shook her head
“Can someone else drive me? Uber is always so awkward” you whined
“You can ask Alex... he should still be in doing... whatever managers do in their offices... maybe he can drive you” your girlfriend offered
“Sounds good” you grinned knowing exactly how you would get the Trainer to agree driving you back to Georgias apartment
Georgia was right of course. As soon as you walked into the locker room Jill pounced on you talking your ear off while making you promise you would join in the gym. You tried to get out of it by saying you didn't have anything gym appropriate as you get hit in the face by a shirt and some short. Your girlfriend grinned widely at you as you shot her a dirty look which made most of the team laugh. So you changed into the kit Georgia threw at you which resulted in G looking smug and Magda rolling her eyes
“What?” you grumbled at the swede
“Wearing her number? Want to make it anymore obvious?” Magda said her voice low
“She my friend and the only Lioness here... as well as the best friend of one of the women who raised me AND a good friend of my sister...” you answered automatically
“Knew that speech by heart do you?” the blonde swede grinned
“You know how often I had to say that to the newbies at Camp?” you rolled your eyes as you pulled some shoes on “... dear jesus... whose shoes are that?”
“Your... friends” Magda chuckled emphasizing the “friend”
“Bitch...” you grumbled before looking up at the swede “... what's your shoe size?”
“Ehrm... 40” the swede answered
“What's that in UK size?” you looked confused
“7” Pernille answered as she walked past have followed your conversation with half an ear
“Why do you guys have such hobbit feet?” you groaned looking around “Anyone shoes in 8.5?”
You were met with stunned silence. You looked for help at Pernille who looked at her teammates
“42/43 anyone?” the Danish asked into the round but was met with just head shakes “Sorry Søde... looks like you have to go barefoot”
“Barefoot my ass” you grumbled as you walked out of the room and straight into the managers office “Alex... what's your shoe size”
“Ehrm... 43” the norwegian Trainer answered bewildered
“Perfect... give me your shoes” you demanded and pointed at his NIKE Free Metcon5
“Excuse me?” the brown haired man looked at you
“You're players are annoying and now I have to go to the gym with them but they all have mini feet and I don't... so I need shoes... you have me size.. so give me your shoes” you explained
“What's the magic word?” the Norwegian grinned
“Please” you rolled your eyes annoyed
“See... not so hard...” he grinned as he threw his shoes over to you “oh by the way... Ingrid Engen says hi... you better not tell us Barca secrets or she sees herself in the position of taking actions against you you won't like”
“Pff.... Princess Norwegian is far to nice to do something...” you waved off as you pulled the shoes on
“Engen? Probably.... Graham-Hansen on the other side... wouldn't want to piss her off” the man smirked
“You know... if you want me to help you poke Barcas ego... you're not doing a good job in convincing me” you said tilting your head
“I want to win” the Norwegian said confident
“Against Barca?” you laughed out in disbelieve
“Yes...” he nodded curtly
“You know I'm not a bullshitter.... and you have a good team... but defeating Barca? They will have to have a REALLY bad day...” you said honestly tying the laces “... they have everything... Forwards who are constantly on fire... a blazing midfield... and don't get me started on the backline”
“You got the Lionesses to win against Spain” the man pointed out as he leaned back in his chair his white socks shining under his table
“And I have a contract with the Lionesses... I can't help you... officially” you said smirking slightly “... but if I by pure accident write down some plays and weak Barca links and lose them and you find them by chance...”
“Coincidence” the Norwegian shrugged smirking as well
“Pure accident....” you grinned “... I'll have it ready by tomorrow evening for losing it”
“I really have to keep hold of Stanway don't I?” the man laughed
“For as long as she's happy here...” you shrugged your shoulders before turning around leaving the office
“There she IIIISSSS” you heard Jill before you saw her
“And there she gooooeeesss” you mimicked her turning to leave again
“No no no no no Lieveheersbeestje” the dutch said quickly throwing her arm around your shoulders pulling you further into the gym
“Lie... what?” you looked at her disgusted
“Lieveheersbeestje... Ladybug” the young player smiled
“Ew... stop giving me Pet names... your my annoying soul sister” you pushed her of you
“Naaaaw.... love you too” the dutch sing songed and pulled you back against her
“Let go you annoying gouda-head” you said trying to push her away again
“Say that you love me too” Jill laughed holding on to you even tighter
“My Sister taught me not to lie..” you pushed harder even tho both of you were just messing “so I'm not saying this because it would be a big fat lie”
“You don't mean that” the dutch exclaimed shocked
“Pernille!!!!” you whined out as you spotted the Danish player “Jill is mean to me...”
“Jill...” the light blonde warned as she stretched her muscles
“I didn't do anything” the dutch defended herself
“She wanted me to lie... Lucy said if she ever catches me lying she cuts me feet off!” you immediately said accusingly
“Kids” Pernille warned now both of you before turning to her girlfriend “Which one do you want?”
“The small Bronze of course” Magda looked at Pernille like she lost her mind “I really don't understand that question”
“Just wanted to be polite” the Danish said rolling her eyes “Take your kid to the other side of the room... these two together won't be good”
“Come on Kid... we start over there” Magda pulled you out of Jills grip and to the other side of the gym
“I'm not your Kid” you looked confused but let the swede pull you along
“Now you are... or do you prefer Kiddo?” the blonde swede grinned “Or should I throw Swedish nicknames at you?”
“Can't you just be normal?” you looked bewildered
“Normal is boring... I'm fun” Magda grinned
“And old...” you mumbled
“Hey... I'm not old” the blonde exclaimed
“Oh sorry... you are experienced” you nodded with a shit eating grin
“Just... do your training” Magda pushed you towards the treadmill
“I... don't have a trainings plan” you said confused
“Then do whatever you fell like but please do something... Pernille is already looking over” the swede whisper yelled
“Uuuuhhh... someone is scared of her girlfriend” you teased the older player
“You want me to get her on your ass... I still can swap kids” Magda said grinning
“I... can't go on the treadmill...” you admitted a little ashamed
“Why not... it's not that hard... and you look fit enough to do it” the swede pushed you slightly
“No... I... physically can't...” you started to bite your lip looking up to find your girlfriend
“Would you please explain that?” Magda said carefully sensing that it was a very personal topic
“I have... knee issues” you said finally spotting your girlfriend on the bench press
“Okay...” the swede said softly “... want to do some arm work?”
“I can do push ups or pull ups” you said excited and grateful that Magda dropped the topic
“How many pull ups can you manage?” Magda grinned poking at your competitiveness
“More than you” you shot back
“Oh we're gonna see that” the blonde grinned already jumping up to grab the monkey bar
“Respect little Bronze...” Magda panted out next to you as both of you laid on the ground faces red and covered in sweat “... didn't think you had it in you”
“My sister is Lucy Bronze...” you panted back “... had to beat her in something”
“Are you two done being idiots?” Pernille asked appearing in your line of vision
“We're not idiots” the swede answered her girlfriend “... we had to settle an argument”
“Oh really...” the Danish said raising her eyebrows “... keeping everyone from training because you two do pull ups until you pass out... counts as being idiotic”
“I won” you weakly pointed out your breathing slowly getting back to normal
“Pff... you wish” the blonde swede next to you huffed
“Oh I won” you sat up quickly which turned out to be the wrong move as you began to sway
“Yes Søde you won” Pernille was immediately by your side steadying you with her legs
“She didn't.... you shouldn't lie to her” Magda exclaimed
“She won” the Danish said firmly throwing her girlfriend a look that probably could freeze hell
“Yes darling... she won... fair and square...” the swede quickly corrected herself and it made you snicker
“Alex is waiting for you?” the Danish looked down at you
“Uh yeah... he driving me home” you quickly said trying to stand up but your said it wasn't a good idea
“Stay down... let your body relax and let it come back from the torture you just put it through” Pernille said gently
“Don't have time for that” you answered trying to stand up again
“Oh but you gonna make time Søde...” the Danish smirked and you knew you better listen
“If G helps me... would you please let me go shower?” you asked carefully
“No... Georgia has to train” Pernille answered shortly “... I normally should train too but I can stay a little longer with Magda so I can afford a few minutes”
“We stay longer?” the blonde swede whined “Why?”
“Because you haven't done any of your training so far... you did pull ups....” the Danish answered strictly
“Aaaah maaaan” Magda huffed annoyed
“Your own fault... MY kid is already done with her training by the way... I win the better parent contest” Pernille grinned
“My kid is cooler and fitter” the swede shot back “Your kid is just annoying”
“HA!” you exclaimed happily “I think I can stand up now”
“Try” the Danish encouraged you and you finally got up without swaying “.... okay... off to the shower and you clock out before you leave”
“Yes mom” you rolled your eyes but quickly moved out of the way when Pernille tried to playfully kick your ass
15 minutes later you pushed your head through the door of the gym looking for Pernille
“Mom I'm gone...” you yelled in her direction finding her standing next to Magda who just did some leg press
“I expect you home for dinner” the Danish shot back without taking her eyes of her girlfriend
“Yes mother” you rolled your eyes
“That's “ja mor” for you brat” Pernille played along smiling slightly as she nudged Magda slightly with her foot against her girlfriends hip silently telling her to focus
“Yeah yeah... I'm off..” you pulled a face before disappearing again
“So... any tips for free?” Alex asked as soon you slided into his passenger seat
“You have to watch Aitana... this woman likes to work” you said as you put your seatbelt in place
“I already know that” the Norwegian rolled his eyes as he smoothly maneuvered the car through traffic “... want a little city tour?”
“I wish I could but I really have to get going on this stupid desert G promised Pernille for inviting us for dinner” you grumbled
“You got invited by Hardersson? Nice...” the trainer looked impressed
“Why you look so impressed?” you asked confused not understanding why he would be impressed by a dinner invitation
“You getting invited by our royal couple... impressive... you here now what... two days? Three?” Alex mused
“Three if you count arrival” you said “Royal couple?”
“You don't really follow social media don't you?” the Norwegian asked chuckling
“Not really no... being Lucy Bronzes sister does things.... the amount of thirst messages over my sisters hands or her thighs I received kinda put me off having a social media account... then there were threats... or inappropriate messages... oh yeah... and the messages that said they were happy I had three ACLs.... so no.. not really on social media” you said flatly
“The internet is a dangerous place...” the Trainer said calmly “... but also a good place you know... we as a Club can use it to keep in touch with the fans... we can rewatch games... players can basically promote themselves”
“I know... I never said it was bad... it wasn't just not a good place for me at the time” you said seriously
“But back to the original topic.. Hardersson is the royal couple...” Alex said
“I thought that was Beth and Viv...” you asked confused
“Here in Munich it's Pernille and Magda” the Norwegian smiled
“You're biased because Pernille is on your national team” you said shaking your head
“She's Danish....” the Trainer rolled his eyes “... I'm Norwegian and I don't train the NORWEAGIAN team”
“Danish... Norwegian... Sweden... all cold countries” you grumbled
“England isn't far off” Alex teased you
“We have rain... not cold” you huffed
“I went skiing in Glencoe last winter” the Norwegian chuckled finding immense entertainment in riling you up
“Glencoe is Scotland you fish eating...” you couldn't think off a good insult so you just huffed again
“We're here my token” he laughed as he pointed to the front door of the house where Georgia had her apartment in
“Thanks for the ride trainer” you tipped your head and got out of the car
“Don't forget to lose that paper tomorrow” he yelled after you and you threw a thumbs up at him
“Baby... I'm ho... shit that smells good... what is it?” Georgia yelled as she opened the door and got a little sniff of the pastry you made.
She walked into the kitchen but you weren't there. But she found the most delicious treat. Just as she was about to grab one from the baking tray you yelled from the bathroom
“If you touch them damn things Georgia Stanway I cut your fingers off”
“But you love my fingers!” your girlfriend yelled back in a teasing tone but retreated from the tray
“You still have a tongue I can use...” you deadpanned as you stepped out of the bathroom wearing a dark blue pantsuit with a silver necklace just putting in the matching earrings and light make-up
“True... but you li....” Georgia said but stopped midsentence and just stared at you
“What?” you asked seeing her staring at you
“You... this... you” your girlfriend rambled with wide eyes
“Do you need a restart?” you asked carefully and a little taken aback “... I can hit you if you need it”
“No.... you're just... you're beautiful.... so so beautiful” Georgia whispered
“Thank you” you said shyly your cheeks flushed as you bit your lip
“I think we should stay in....” your girlfriend pushed herself into your space towering a little over you
“No... I spend the last two hours making that desert... we go...” you said firmly pushing her back slightly “... go change... if we're late because of you...”
“Yeah... I'm already moving... no need to get mean woman” Georgia grumbled knowing exactly what you wanted to say
30 Minutes later you stood in front of a small house a little outside the city center with your basket full of deserts. Georgia took it upon herself to ring the doorbell – multiple times to annoy Magda – and was now waiting with a wide grin for the swede to open the door. And that she did. Magda opened the door saw a widely grinning Georgia Stanway with you behind her holding a basket. The swede eyed the basket and you offered it to her so she could take a better look
“I come brining gifts” you smirked as you saw the blonde lurking inside
Suddenly everything went very quickly. Georgia got pushed to the side so she nearly fell into the rose bushes you got grabbed and ungracefully pulled inside as Magda shut the door behind you with her foot
“Pernille... Pernille....” the swede excitedly yelled pulling you behind her further into the house “PERNILLE!!!”
“I'm in the same universe as you... stop screaming... what's the matter” the Danish came out of the – what you assume living room – looking annoyed “... hello dearest daughter of mine”
“Hi...” you said a little bit flustered and confused
“What's the matter Eriksson?” Pernille looked at her girlfriend who just pushed you in front of her with a wide grin
“Look...” she motioned to the basket
“Where's Georgia?” the Danish asked looking behind you two
“Don't know” Magda said getting more excited by the second “.... who cares... LOOK”
Finally Pernille took a look into the basket and bursted out laughing
“Can we keep her??” the blonde swede asked hopefully
“She's not a dog Magda” Pernille rolled her eyes
“But she made Kanelbullar!!” Magda pointed out taking the basket from your hands shoving it in her girlfriends face
“You are unbelievable Magda... no manners whatsoever” the Danish said annoyed as she made her way to the door to leave your girlfriend in
“I'm really sorry Georgia...” the blonde Dane said “... you have my permission to hit her”
“It's alright...” your girlfriend waved off “... I got threatened with cut off fingers if I'd touch them... she made them from scratch”
“Magda will guard her with her life now...” Pernille chuckled as she watched her girlfriend basically carrying you around and running circles around you asking you a million questions a second if you need anything
“That's okay...” Georgia smiled softly “.... she deserves to have more people in her corner”
“God Stanway... you really are in love” the blonde Dane chuckled
“Is that a bad thing when you look at her?” your girlfriend looked longing at you
“No... she's a treasure...” Pernille smiled as well watching how her girlfriend offered you even her Olympic medal in exchange for more Kanelbullar

About You Pt 18
Sebastian Vettel x Webber!Reader
Summary: Everyone knows about the history of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber. But there's a well kept story within the paddock about Sebastian Vettel and another Webber. This is that story.
A/N: and we are here, one more chapter to go. any ideas? any thoughts? I hope you enjoyed this ride because i surely do! listen to ocean and engines by niki to feel this chapter a little more. alsooooo, i'm hinting a new series with the close of this one with our favorite second lead.
About You Series
Tumblr media
2014, Sochi Autodrom
It was the first Formula 1 race in Russia and everyone expected fanfares about it yet the reality is far different. It was rare that the whole grid was so quiet. The grid was always buzzing with reporters trying to get a scoop to photographers capturing every single interaction to fans clamoring to get signature from their favorite driver. Today, the whole paddock seems to be walking on eggshells.
Well what does everyone expect when it has just been four days since that awful tragedy in Japan. It felt like it was so wrong in many levels that the drivers are back on track when one of their own is currently fighting for his life.
The doctors told them that there is a possibility for recovery but all can only be determined when he regains consciousness. It was hard to hold on to false hope so the feeling of grief sits heavy on their shoulders.
There were drivers who are angry. Checo Perez was in a screaming match with one of the FIA officials during media day. He demanded how is it possible with all the safety precautions that has been implemented, a tragedy such as this still exist. Jenson, although a little more calmer in his tone, asked for someone to be accountable for what happened to Jules.
Some were emotional. It cannot be denied that those closest with Jules couldn't keep their tears in. Max Chilton, his teammate, was crying the minute he saw that their garage only has one car. He was so used to seeing Jules greeting him and having him on track that it felt unreal that he may never see him again. Another one struggling is Daniel, who has been Jules' bestfriend. Ever since Suzuka, his eyes were red from crying and his usual happy self was gone. It has deeply affected his race performance but he couldn't hide how he feels.
Then there were those who are driven with guilt. Lewis should have felt like in cloud nine after gaining the driver's championship yet he felt empty. No celebrations for that because how could he be happy when Jules is still unconscious. Adrian Sutil founds himself in a battle with guilt even if no one was blaming him. He witnessed the whole thing in front of him and it all happened so fast.
For Sebastian, it wasn't an option to be emotional, angry, or guilty. He has to be rational and if possible hide his feelings as much as possible. He takes it upon himself to look after the whole grid, it was the least that he could do for everyone.
But then in rare moments where he is in his driver's room, an hour away from the race, he lets his guard down.
"Seb, I'm just dropping these oranges"Y/N wheeled in "Seb?"
The distress signals were calling Y/N with how Sebastian stayed with his back turned. His heavy breathing and the shaking hands were a dead giveaway that he has been crying.
"I'm okay, I'm okay" Sebastian repeated like a mantra.
He knows that Y/N has her own fair share of emotions to deal with Jules' tragedy. It mirrored her own a few months ago and she would spend night sleepless after being tormented by the memories of the accident. He needs to show that he is someone strong that Y/N can lean on so he cannot afford to show her that he is crying.
"Please seb, you can talk to me"Y/N begged, inching closer.
"I'm okay, I'm okay"
"Please Seb, I'm just trying to help you"Y/N explained "Please don't shut me out"
"I said I'm fine."
The tone was harsher than what Sebastian has intended. Even he was shocked by his voice and he couldn't help but face her to apologize. A very wrong decision on his part because he saw how equally shocked Y/N has been.
"I'm sorry, I just" Sebastian was lost for words "I'm just honestly so tired and you have been pressing me for something...but I'm still really sorry"
Y/N nodded her head. She was with Sebastian with the past few days and this has been a common occurrence. A part of her hurts that Sebastian seems to be shutting her out but there was the rational part of her brain that tells her that this is just a normal response from the accident. She bits back some of her words and lets out a heavy sigh.
"I'm really sorry" Sebastian embraced her.
She nods reluctantly, there was nothing she could do if Sebastian doesn't want to say anything. For all the years she knew Sebastian, he could be stubborn when he wants to.
Y/N reached out for an orange and handed it to Sebastian.
"Can you peel one?"Y/N asked "Just like our old traditions?"
A small smile appeared on his face and it felt like they were back to the good old days. It seems like it was just yesterday when they were sharing their first oranges and thinking that it brought some kind of luck during Sunday races.
Both of them wish that they were just back to much simpler times. When Sebastian was still a young reckless driver, who wants to prove himself and Y/N was still Mark's assistant. When the problems that they faced were still menial and nothing is as complicated like how they are right now.
They spent some time in silence eating their oranges until the clock starts ticking closer to the start of the race. The buzz of the door outside is getting a bit louder and both of them wished that they can just disappear inside the driver's room forever.
"You come back safe to me Seb" Y/N wistfully stated. The tender smile that they both shared knows how much this sentence weighs right now.
"I'm always coming back for you"
2014, Circuit of the America
Plenty of emails have remained unread ever since Y/N took her leave from the office. Although, it was not part of her job description, Jenson trusted her to sort his emails. Her replacement is someone competent but she is not someone that Jenson could trust yet, hence the pile up.
It was now time to open up the emails and delete the unnecessary ones as it takes up a lot of space. Jenson places himself at the hotel cafe, ready with a cup of coffee to keep himself awake.
"How does she do this every single day"Jenson mutters under his breath.
His respect raised somewhat higher after looking at 10 emails. Most of them were brand deals or an invitation to join a shady business deals. Jenson sorted out the mails into junk or those he would check on with his manager.
Ping.
Jenson almost groans upon realizing that there was a new email that has just been sent. He was ready to say forget it and let it have its turn to be waited upon. But then the subject of the email was written in all caps and bold, emphasizing the gravity of it all.
'WEBBER RESIGNATION LETTER'
The document attached to the email was plain and simple. It discusses how her accident has caused her incapable of fulfilling her duties and that she needed time off to recover completely. She stated how it was one of the best years to be able to work in McLaren and it was unfortunate how it has to end this way.
On another hand, the email itself was a personal letter to Jenson.
"Dear Jenson,
First of all, I apologize since I didn't have the courage to tell you all of this in person. This is an incredibly tough decision to make and I wasn't even sure if I was actually doing this until I hit the sent button. I'm really sorry that I'm emailing something because I'm too scared to face you right now.
Second, I wanted to thank you for everything. You have been the person that I have spent a lot of good and bad days with. You also let me see the different variations of you. The media may always paint you as a cheeky guy who was lucky to win a championship but I see more than that. You are a good person who cares a lot. You love rarely but its genuine. You push yourself to the limits even when you have a shit car or even teammate.
Lastly, I hope that my resignation will bring you peace. I know that you keep blaming yourself for my accident and you still think that you should have been the one driving the car. It pains me that you blame yourself for what happened to me. It wasn't your fault Jenson. I will keep repeating it a hundred times over until you get it through your thick skull. Learn how to forgive yourself and not be too harsh on yourself.
Jenson, I wish I could tell you how much I wanted to stay in this world. Motorsports is the only thing that I know but I have to take some time off. I have to heal myself physically, mentally and maybe even spiritually. Everything has been really draining and it is taking a toll on me. I know you may hate me for my decision but I hope you could understand this one day.
Always with you Jenson, Y/N.
The laptop's mousepad was slippery due to the tears that have fallen from Jenson. He felt a wave of embarrassment after realizing that he was in a public place and it would have made big headlines if someone caught him crying like this.
"Are you okay Mr Button?" a small voice tugged Jenson's jacket.
Jenson saw a young boy in buzzcut wearing a pajama set. He seems to be no less than 10 years old. Jenson immediately fixes his face to greet him.
"Yeah, I'm okay kiddo" Jenson tries to force a smile.
"My sister says its not nice to lie" the boy pointed out "however sometimes my sister lies sometimes pretend things are better than it seems. She says those lies are happy lies"
The ability of children to see through people should be discussed. Jenson finds himself tearing up a bit more after being confronted by a child.
"Here is my hanky"the boy pushed his blue handkerchief towards Jenson "I think you need this today Mr. Button"
Jenson smiles gratefully, he wanted to ask the name of the boy and thank him when someone else approached the table.
"You're Jenson Button? Can we take a photo?"
"Yeah sure"Jenson agreed.
The giddy McLaren fans immediately went next to him. He smiled the best he could and he hoped that his crying wasn't that all visible. After all is said and done, the fans thanked him.
Jenson turned to look for the kid but he was long gone. The existence of their interaction only existed with the blue handkerchief which has the name RJ.
Maybe someday he will meet that RJ kid again to thank him.
2014, Interlagos
When Y/N suggested that they have something to talk about during dinner, Sebastian took it as a sign to make it up for her. He knows how difficult he has been the past few weeks and it took him a while to revert back to his old self. He also knows that this has been a difficult season for Y/N with the accident, Michael, Jules, and every fiasco. They deserve a night out.
And like a poetic justice, he wanted to replace the horrible memory of the restaurant in Brazil last year.
He went all out with the whole preparation. He was dressed in some nice polo, a beautiful dress sent to Y/N, and a gorgeous flower arrangement. He planned to make this evening something memorable and a far better ending than last year.
But the candlelit dinner seems to be lacking its romantic aura with the way that their food has been half-eaten and their wines untouched. It doesn't take a genius to guess that this evening might not go well.
"Are you enjoying yourself?" Sebastian spoke up "You don't like the food?"
"It's fine, I'm just not hungry" her voice was almost a whisper.
In Y/N's head, she felt extremely guilty. She wanted a simple dinner with Sebastian to talk to him about her plans to take time off F1 and take a break. But seeing how Sebastian prepared so much for the dinner date, she felt like she couldn't find a perfect timing to break the news to him.
"You don't have to keep hiding, you could talk to me"Sebastian urged her to open up.
There was no point in prolonging the agony, might as well rip the bandages out.
She sucked in air as she delivers the news, "I'm resigning as Jenson's PR"
The fork that Sebastian was holding clatters down his plate. Surprise was evident on his face since he didn't expect this at all. There must be another team offering her a job that's why she resigned.
"Did Ferrari offer you a job?" Sebastian was trying to be optimistic. "Or did Nico finally poach you to join Mercedes-"
"No other teams, I'm just resigning"
His eyes were looking at her trying to see if there is any bluff or whatsoever, "Can I ask why?"
"There has just been a lot going on"Y/N admitted "I needed to heal and get back on my feet. I need to focus on getting better so I don't have to trouble you lot"
“Is that what’s bothering you?” Sebastian pressed “If that’s the only thing bothering you then you don’t have to worry about a thing. I can always fly to Monaco during weekends which are not race weekends and-“
Sebastian stops upon seeing the sad smile that she has on her face. Her hands pushed the set of keys that he entrusted to her. There was a moment of silence between the two of them and its like they could hear both their hearts pounding in this impending moment of confrontation.
“I have to go on my own Seb”Y/N explained “All the stuffs that I have to relearn, I need time to recover from everything that happened”
‘Then I’ll be by your side,’ Sebastian wanted to protest. But he felt lost for words.
“This whole situation is far from healthy and I cannot burden you any longer when you are also struggling to cope with the losses that we have experienced”
Slumping back at his seat, Sebastian could just recount the several events that happened in the past few months. Everything was a whirlwind for the two of them and at the back of his mind, he knows that Y/N is being reasonable. She needed time to recover from the tragedies and Sebastian also needed to cope healthily rather than pushing people away.
He gazed at her and he seems to notice for the first time how its taking a toll on her. It was a far different cry from that girl who he first met but Sebastian couldn’t help his feelings.
“But I love you” Sebastian managed to say something at last. He loves Y/N so much and the pang of pain in her eyes shows how Y/N loves him as well.
“And I do love you Seb”her voice cracking “But this isn’t a right time for us since we’re both broken and we will end up hurting each other if we stay together”
It wasn’t unlike Sebastian to give up in a fight. He was born to be competitive and fight for what he wants. However, how could he continue to fight when the white flag is already waved and its only waiting for his peaceful retreat.
“So what now..”he wondered.
“I’ll try to find myself”she answered bravely but tears were stinging her eyes “And I wish we could both recover and we can find happiness again”
He could only scoff at that, “That’s impossible for me to do”
“Seb please..”
“You can’t just ask me to let go of you and leave you alone when all I wanted to do is be by your side” Sebastian continues “I love you Y/N and isn’t love just enough to keep us going through things together?”
The woman in front of him started laughing bitterly. He could hear the laughter taunting him but at the same time the tears were falling down her cheeks. It was a whiplash of emotions.
“I wish love was enough that it could help me walk again. I wish love was strong enough that Jules is awake. I fucking wish love was enough that you don’t have to push me away when I was trying to ask you what’s going on.”
Both of them stared at each other like they were trying to figure out who was the stranger sitting in front of them. They both didn’t know how it suddenly escalated and turned into this kind of situation.
“All I ever wanted was a clean break”Y/N pointed “I was trying to take care of you Seb”
“No”Seb rejected “You’re running away from your problems”
Wiping her tears away, Y/N sent a message to Mark. It was a good thing that Mark insisted on being nearby so that if the whole thing goes south then he could pick her up right away.
“I’m leaving now. This is goodbye”
Y/N struggled to wheel herself out but she would not ask Sebastian for any help. She managed to turn her back from Sebastian and she felt hurt that Sebastian was not doing anything to stop her from leaving.
“Did you love me?”
The question stings Y/N and she halts. If she didn’t love Sebastian then she would be selfish and stayed with Sebastian to burden him with her troubles. She loves him so much to the point that she refuses that he was a getting a broken version of herself. She loves him to the point that he recognizes that she didn’t want to hurt Sebastian in the long run that’s why she chooses to recover and heal.
“It don’t care if you don’t”Sebastian declared “Because I love you and I’ll love you enough for the both of us. I will wait for you until you feel better, until you feel okay. I’ll be here”
Those words were something that she badly want to hear. It almost made her abandon the idea of leaving everything behind, she wanted to be so selfish. But she kept going and tried to not look back.
“Goodbye Sebastian”

NOCTURNAL WALK | JAMES HOOK
summary: You like to take walks at night around school and on one of them you "accidentally" scare Hook, who after meeting you falls in love with you Pairing: James Hook x gn!god of the night!reader a/n: I love the dynamics of Hook x god!reader, I would love for you to suggest more things!
Tumblr media
You weren't a big fan of attention, but being the child of the goddess of the night it was inevitable to have the gaze of several people on you. You were not a direct relative of Hades, but being both powerful gods of dark magic they could not help but get along very well.
You were quite reserved and quiet, you had your moments of confidence when you wouldn't shut up for hours at a time, not to mention that you were a cheeky bastard who made jokes from the dark, a way of saying that no one saw you and you had freedom during the nights.
You had terrible habits for sleeping or concentrating, during the day you used to be quite tired or clumsy, since you slept little because you preferred to be active at night. You liked to walk at night when you got too stressed with so many jobs at once.
During one of your late night walks, where you were only wearing a hoodie with your hands stuffed in your pockets, you started humming a gloomy song that your mother, Nyx, sang to you when you were a child. The silence of the night was interrupted by the sound of heavy booted footsteps in some hallways not so far from where you were.
From what you remembered, Hades was the only one who wore boots so heavy that they made noise wherever he was. You decided to play a prank on him.
With a malicious smile, you snuck into the shadows until you teleported behind… him? You didn't really notice, you grabbed the person by the shoulders and jumped on them letting out a loud “BOO” while laughing out loud.
It wasn't Hades, he clutched his chest letting out a horrified scream as he looked at you over his shoulder.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” He stopped walking, supporting his weight on his knees as he tried to regularize his breathing.
“Oh come on, it was just a scare.” You calmed your laughter just a little. “I thought you were Hades.”
“Why would Hades walk through school alone?”
“I don't know, why would you walk alone for school?”
He frowned, visibly upset by the shock. "Who are you?"
“Y/N.” You responded simply, still maintaining a smile that feigned innocence. “You haven't answered my question, what are you doing walking at this time of night?”
Your name rang in his ears, finally connecting the dots and relaxing his expression a little as he no longer saw you as a total stranger. “I like to sneak around, catch someone and prank them.”
“You sound like me.” You smiled at him, giving him a friendly nudge. "What was your name?"
“Captain Hook to you.” He smiled proudly, a gesture you let go. “What about you, what are you doing walking so late?”
“Oh, I go out very frequently. I love the peace there is, everything is so calm and quiet, it's perfect for me.”
You put your hands in the pockets of your sweater, looking at the clear sky bathed in stars while the full moon peeked over some trees in the academy courtyards. Maybe you didn't realize it at the time, but Hook analyzed your features under the delicate night light, becoming captivated by how unreal you looked, worthy of being identified as the son of a goddess.
He cleared his throat and stopped his thoughts too sentimental for a cruel and shameless pirate.
“Wow, you look very familiar with everything. “Is that why you look so tired during the day?”
“I fall asleep in class.” You admitted, laughing a little. “The few classes I attend I fall asleep, so I regain energy, I guess. I don't need that much energy either.”
“You are too kind to be a child of darkness.”
"Sorry?" You smiled ironically and somewhat offended, turning to look at him. “First of all, I am the child of the goddess of the night, not of darkness.”
“Whatever, it's the same. I mean, I imagined you more serious and cold.”
“Oh, no, not at all. I couldn't stand it, it would be boring. They would already have two serious guys, Hades and me, I prefer to be their opposite.”
Without saying anything with words but speaking to him with your eyes, you began to walk until you sat under a tree, he immediately followed your step and sat next to you without bothering to ask.
“I like you a lot more than Hades.”
“We were raised as brothers, we are the only gods to come to the Academy- do you like me?” You interrupted yourself.
“I already liked you when I knew you only superficially thanks to Hades, now that I'm getting to know you I can affirm that and I like you."
“Are we getting to know each other?” You tilted your head at him curiously, a glint in your eyes. “Are you going to tell me about yourself?”
He let out a dramatic sigh. “The only thing you should know is that I was born in Neverland.”
“And that hook is fake.”
“You hurt me.”
"I know." You shrugged and began to speak. “I was born and raised in Tartarus. I'm really not sure if my mother had me with a mortal, another god or on her own, it's like a taboo subject that I never cared much about.”
“You are a god and you do not know your descent?”
“In our family we don't care, only what you can contribute to Olympus. I'm learning to handle shadows with the help of Hades, even nightmares if necessary. Mother says I must make myself someone to fear.”
Usually if you were anyone else Hook couldn't be less interested in listening to you talk about his past and his family, but the aura you projected to him, so confident and genuine made him feel interested and eager to listen to you, as if your words were made of silk and he would They hugged gently.
His face flushed red at his thoughts and he realized that he had stopped listening to you just to admire you when you looked at him for an answer to some question.
“W-What did you say?” He smiled confused.
"Did you not hear me? Well, I was telling you that tomorrow Hades, Maleficent and I will play a prank with magic on some first-year students, I was inviting you to come but you seemed… distracted.”
“I wasn’t distracted.” He lied while rolling his eyes, returning to his attitude. “Yes, I'll see you tomorrow- I'll see you, I'll see you tomorrow.”
"Brilliant! I'll tell Hades. Until then, I’ll go to sleep.”
You got up from the grass and cleaned your pants of dirt, watching as he followed your movements with his eyes, confused.
“I thought you weren't resting.”
“You thought wrong.” You offered him your hand so that he could support himself in getting up, a gesture that he accepted hesitantly. “I need to rest if I want to be known as a god of nightmares, or shadows.”
“Nightmares sounds more threatening.”
"You think?" Hades says that sounds fool.”
“Hades is a fool."
You let out a laugh at his comment. “You really take a lot of risks.”
"What can I say? “I’m a pirate.”
“And we gods.”
“You are harmless.”
You let out a dramatic gasp, pretending to be offended. You turned and turned your back on him with a performance worthy of being called the child of Dionysus and not of Nyx. He let out a laugh but played along, coming up behind you and putting his hand and hook on your shoulders to try to make you turn around.
“Come on, Y/N.”
“Don't talk to me, Hook.”
“James.”
You broke your excellent performance with a tantrum and turned to look at him, raising an eyebrow in confusion. "Eh?"
“My name is James, James Hook.”
“James…” You replied in a whisper that only hit your lips. “Why are you telling me now?”
“I thought it would be a good time to tell you that you don’t have to call me like everyone else.”
You dared to look at him with a shine perhaps too affectionate for someone you had recently met beyond being the friend of whom you treated like your brother.
You cocked your head to the side as a genuine smile crossed your lips; He could only feel a bubbling in his stomach, but he didn't let it show because he rolled his eyes, in a good way, looking back at you.
The silence spoke to itself and the moon looked at them waiting for something to happen, feeling disappointed that your god magic did not allow you to break the bonds of expectation that you wanted others to see in you.
Maybe it was your mother, maybe it was the night itself, but an icy breeze gently stirred them, making you shiver a little, ruffling both of your hair and causing you to laugh awkwardly.
“Maybe I should leave already.”  You laughed somewhat amused at the sudden cold. "See you tomorrow!" You said goodbye with a cheerful smile, waving your hand and starting to run towards the Academy.
“See you tomorrow…” He repeated quietly when you walked away, following you with his gaze. He let out a sigh in love for himself, looking at the place where you were before. "...Fuck…"

FRIENDS (NOT) ONLY — g!p huh yunjin x fem!reader.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Warning: mostly fluff,g!p,really short smut, kinda angst but happy ending, friends to lovers, yunjin is a cutie.
Note: my english is not perfect, sorry for the typos…don’t forget to let a note and enjoy :3
"I like you." a silence,a long and uncomfortable silence. You blinked twice, out of words at the sudden confession,it feels unreal, never been in that kind of situation before and you were clearly uncomfortable. But the thing was,you always had feelings for Yunjin too, since primary school but— you never had the guts to tell her about it,scared to ruin your relationship with your best friend."Y/n if—" you stopped her from saying another word, your palm pressed against her soft lips.It was like a scene you’ve seen from a k-drama,but less romantic because well, there was no camera and no music to make it seem more romantic.Yunjin was staying still, her hands nervously playing with her shirt as she looked at you with her doe eyes, the same eyes that made you fall for her, your biggest weakness. You could feel her lips moving against your hand, trying to say something…
"Huh Yunjin…Listen I— we’ve been friends for over eight years now and…I don’t want us to ruin this relationship we took time to build." You sigh, head lowering to look at the floor, too embarrassed to tell her that."I like you too, very much. But,as a friend." Okay, you clearly hated yourself for that. When you raised your head to look at Yunjin, tears were rolling down her cheeks, stopped by your hand still against her now trembling lips.It was the first time you’ve seen Yunjin crying like that, sure she was a really sensitive person but— it hurts you so much, you remove your now wet hand, approaching the tall girl before wrapping your arms around her neck, she respectfully slide her hands on your waist to hold you,her face reaching for the crook of your neck to find comfort.
She was the most precious person to you, something you wanted to protect even though she was the only one protecting you whenever you were in trouble. You were just scared of what would happen if being with her wouldn’t work.
But that’s what you get for being friend with an alpha, right ? People never believed that you guys were just friends and well— they were totally right but you hate to admit it.
"Unnie, can’t we skip school to go eat an ice cream ?" She mutters against your sensitive skin with a shaky voice, making you close your eyes."S—sure ! Everything you want Jinnie." She let you go,wiping her tears away, you take her hand,a soft smile on your lips, feeling guilty (you were guilty after all). You two walked away, ignoring the confused looks of your fellow classmates who were walking for the next class. You two had this dangerous habit of skipping school at least once a week to go and eat an ice cream not too far from school. It was a tiny ice cream stand, they didn’t had that much customers to be honest and every time they saw you with Yunjin, they would say something like "you two are so cute together." You would let out a nervous laugh every time while Yunjin was just nodding,a cute smile on her face as if she agreed with the old man’s words (she probably do).
"As usual, ahjussi." He nods, knowing exactly the parfum you guys liked the most. For Yunjin,it was a mix of strawberry and vanilla, and for you, only chocolate (you are a picky eater). You two walked towards the parc right next to the stand, waving at the old man who made a heart with his hands, teasing you and Yunjin who couldn’t help but blush.
But to be honest, you felt something was different from when you two were usually together. You hated Yunjin so much for confessing, why would she suddenly confess in front of you on a school day after two hours of mathematics— gosh you hated maths…
You two were silent, sitting on a old and dirty bench, the sound of kids screaming and playing with the wind and the birds singing,it was pleasant and peaceful, but your heart was still heavy, you wanted to cry so much,to scream at her or disappear and never comeback again. And she was too cute licking on that ice cream like a kid, watching the kids play and laughing at them, arghh ! You wanted to kiss and hug her so bad,it was almost painful.Pull yourself together Kim Y/n ! Yunjin may be the hottest person in this world, she’s still your friend since eight long years ! But still…
"Why?…" you mutters, eyes looking down the floor, legs swinging back and forth as she gave you a confused look, you closed your eyes, not ready to witness Yunjin’s cute puppy eyes."mmh ?" She was clearly confused and it was obvious, you cleared your throat."Why now ? Why did you choose that day instead of I don’t know…a most private moment ? When we are alone at my house or…" She glances at you,her hand holding her almost finished ice cream. You sigh in a dramatic way, desperately waiting for an answer.
"You look the most pretty today, that’s why." A silence, the same as the one when she confessed to you not even an hour ago.You finally manage to look at her with a confused look on your face, lips slightly parted."what…" she has that smile on her face, looking at the sky,she was so pretty…
You looked like all the other days, you used the same products and you have the same hairstyle, you touched your face, eyebrows furrowed in confusion. She let out a soft laugh, turning her head so she can properly face you."That’s not what i meant, you’re always pretty Y/n.But…I don’t know,i had feelings for you since the first day we met, when I saw you picking your nose." You slap her arm. "yah !" She let out a melodic laugh, caressing her arm as she throws the cone of her ice cream in the trash next to her.You finally stand up,ready to tell her everything about your feelings, how you really felt.
You take a deep breath, clenched fists and furrowed eyebrows."I hate you Huh Yunjin ! I hate you because I have the same feelings for you but…b—but I don’t want us to be together because it will ruin our friendship ! What if…what if it doesn’t work ? Then we will stop talking and hanging out because of some stupid feelings." Heavy breath,a few tears falling down your cheeks, lips parted— You were a total mess, she stood there,in front of you, walking closer."Y/n,we know each other better than anyone, you’re everything to me,im already here as a best friend but…I want to be there too as your lover,I want you to be happy because I care about you so so much…" she gets on her knees, glossy and doe eyes looking up at you.
"P—please, give me a chance to be yours because I can’t keep it for myself anymore,it h-hurts…" her voice was full of sadness and pain, seeing her like that made you so sorrow. You slowly run your hands over her face, thumb wiping away her tears.
"Let’s go home and watch my little pony and eat more ice cream, okay ?" She nods, standing up on her feet as you two walk out the parc.Nobody else is at home, your parents works at the hospital so they’re very busy, you basically have the house for yourself and it’s pretty sad,you can only see your parents on weekends or day off since they come home pretty late. Now that you two confessed,it was much more worse, and Yunjin haven’t said anything since then, she was usually a yapper so it was pretty odd…
"I’m so fucking dumb,I ruined our friendship…" She mutters, her back facing you because she was too embarrassed to look at you, arms hugging her own body. You can’t help but smile at how cute she was,you walk close to her."let’s go up to my room." You propose, hands nervously playing with your shirt as you go up the stairs, followed by Yunjin."You never ruined our friendship, you’re the best friend anyone could wish for." She raise up her shoulders, blushing at the sudden compliment as she sit down on your bed, making you look away.
"So,let’s watch the new episode we missed last time." You sits next to her, lifting up the blanket to put it on your bodies. You bring the laptop on your lap, carefully searching for the episode before clicking on play.
It’s been ten minutes now since you two were focused on the screen, you moved a little closer to Yunjin, she dropped her head against your shoulder, without really noticing nor caring about it.You turned your head to look at her,she was too cute you couldn’t stop looking at her,it was so hard to resist, your eyes slowly dropped on her soft lips, slightly open like a child who was watching their favorite animation. That’s it,you were ready to show her how much your love for her was probably bigger than her love for you,so you moved a little bit, making her squeal as she blinked twice because of the strong light of the screen. You take a last breath before carefully putting your fingers on her chin to raise up her head.Yunjin take her eyes off the screen to stare at you with a confused and innocent look."Unn—…" She has no time to say anything before you press your lips against hers, taking her in a soft and warm kiss.
The kiss was long and intense, both your hands on her cheeks as she took off her glasses in the most sexiest way (business proposal reference),making you smile against the kiss. Her nose was brushing against your cheek, she clearly waited for god only knows how many years for this to happen, and you did too— you gently push her,out of breath and clearly out of your mind too.Heavy breaths was filling the room, you paused the screen, your eyes never leaving Yunjin’s as she was as confused and clueless as you."okay so…didn’t know a loser like you would be such a good kisser…" you chuckle softly, making her blush and turn her face to the other side."shut up,you’ve never kissed someone before." And now you were recognizing the funny and bright Yunjin, you two laughed so hard after that,Yunjin’s hands reaching for yours as she got on her knees.
"Give me a chance and I’ll prove you that even together,we can still be the silly best friends we always used to be..." She hissed softly,a tiny smile on her face as you slowly nods, giving her all your trust. And you guys kiss again, she took one of your hands, playing with your fingers one by one,her hand was much more huge than yours. The kiss was turning into something more hot,Yunjin approached her other hand against your clothed belly, slowly caressing you in a soft and gentle way,not wanting more than making you comfortable. But you wanted more, desired more,so you took her hand, leading her inside your shirt to make a contact with your bare skin.
You had so much faith in her,she was the greenest flag you’ve ever met and she couldn’t even hurt a bug.She was much more experienced than you but it’s not like you were clueless about all of this so you gave her all of your trust, not worrying about anything."you sure you wanna do this ? If you d—" you cut her."Yun,i trust you with all of my heart." She smiled at you, slowly nodding before slowly sliding her hand up,reaching for your chest as you let out an uncontrollable sigh, hands against the sheets.
She pulled you towards her to get on her lap so it was more easy for her to see you and touch you.Her eyes never leaves yours, fingers struggling to pull your bra as you helped her by raising your arms, she took the opportunity to take off your shirt as well, exposing your perfectly sized and round tits."you’re so perfect…" she whispered, making you blush and let out an embarrassed squeal. She wastes no time and take one of your tits in her mouth, making you feel so good and loved for some reason— She was so good with her mouth, making you go insane and it was far from the end yet.Her other hand grabbed your other tit, stroking it with her thumb.
It didn’t take so long before you ended up on top of her, already ready for the next level. She whispered cute words against your sensitive ear, making you blush and shook your head to stop her from talking even more. She let out a small chuckle, finding it funny and pleasant to tease you.
She got rid of the rest of your clothes, doing the same for her as you couldn’t stop but stare at her perfectly built body, and at the HUGE thing between her legs.how this big thing’s gonna fit in ? Yunjin was gently stroking her own cock to prepare herself, she then began to spread your legs, fingers reaching for your private part as she started to caress your pussy."Tell me if it hurts." she gently said before entering a finger inside your cunt, making you clench your jaw as her finger was joined by a second one." Feels good…" you whisper to reassure her.She slowly nods, letting out a heavy sigh as she fucks you so good, her fingers were probably enough to make you come. You tried your best to keep any sounds from escaping your mouth but it was so hard, the pain mixed with pleasure made you feel so wet, making it more easy for Yunjin to move her fingers inside you.
But you wanted something bigger to fill you entirely,so you pulled her closer to you, glossy eyes and lips parted."Y—…mmgh ! Want your c-cock please…" Yunjin smiled and kissed your cheek, she removed her fingers, replacing them with something way more bigger and better. It hurts, but in a good way— she waited a little bit before starting to slowly move her hips.A bulge appeared inside your belly, Yunjin panics for a second before you reassure her that it didn’t hurt that much, just a weird feeling of being completely filled. She let out a heavy breath, face down the crook of your neck as her arms slides around your waist to hold you closer.
"You’re doing so good baby…" was the last words she said against your neck, her hips moving faster, hitting your spot with each thrusts, making you both moan at the feeling. She was hitting it too good, you felt already close to your orgasm, hands reaching for Yunjin’s back. "G—gonna…" you couldn’t even finish your sentence before you finally came ,squirting all over Yunjin’s hard cock.A few more thrusts and Yunjin pulled out, pumping her cock to let out a white fluid, reaching her orgasm right after you.
Her whole body dropped on yours, heavy breaths filling the hot room as she close her eyes, probably tired. You gently caress her head against your chest,a satisfied smile on your face as you two fall asleep right after.

A/n: i am soo in love with this one. It is inspired from the song "Home" by Edith Whiskers.
Bob floyd × fem!reader
Summary: Bringing the newest member of your family home.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Everything felt so unreal. Like a dream.
It was so quiet.
And it was so peaceful.
After everything that happened that morning.
Screamings,cryings,yellings,and tears of joy.
The room was as silent as the color white.
The soft beeping sounds of machines could be heard every few minutes, but other than that, it was a void.
Compared to a few hours ago, it was peaceful now. The sounds of a crying newborn and a suffering mother were gone. Both of them were in a deep sleep, immersed in the world of dreams.
The only things visible when tiredness took over was happiness
However, sleep would have to wait since someone gently started poking your shoulder. You could tell it was Bob from the softness of the hands. His hands felt bare, except for one, due to the rings, and it was a rare and strange sight. Normally, he would even sleep with his rings on, but covering them with placenta and blood was not exactly what he wanted so he took off it and put it on his wallet, right next to your wedding polaroid.
"Baby? Sweetheart? Wake up." There was no softness in his words; he didn't want to alarm you.
As you opened your eyes, you had to squint a few times to sharpen the image. The light was quite dazzling, but it was only because you had just woken up. As always, you first focused on Bob and couldn't help but smile at his sleepy face. You knew that the smile was filled with pride and love.
"Where is he?" Even though Bob was the first thing you saw, this was the first thing on your mind.
Newest member to your little family.
All you could think of was the little bundle of love. Your greatest achievement and your greatest love. Your little birdie - as Bob called him.
Harrison Grant Floyd was born at 2:07 in the morning, weighing 3.48 kilograms. Although the pain from severe blood loss was almost as excruciating as coming out of an armed conflict, if you had to hold Harrison in your arms, you would do it all over again.
Your little birdie was born prematurely, around 4 weeks earlier, so he was smaller than most babies. He was, as both you and Bob accepted, the most delicate and delightful creature you had ever laid eyes on.
He was your creation, the most perfect thing created by both of you.
The moment he was brought to your arms, he immediately calmed down as if by magic and softened his body in your embrace. Bob watched both of you in awe, shedding tears at how strong you both were.
He was in love with both of you.
He never thought he would fall in love with you again but at that moment,he did.
And he didn't thought he would fall in love with someone else rather than you but at that moment,he did.
He was indeed a father.
The little birdie was here, and he was completely in love with him.
He was made for him.
He would give him everything he wanted.
Whenever he needed him, he would be there.
For any broken heart he suffered, he would be there to fix it.
He would always be by his side.
He would always support him.
He was in love with him…
"Sleeping over there." Bob pointed to the warm and cozy incubator that kept the newborn birdie asleep.
"Are you okay?" Wondering why he woke you up, you took his hand in yours.
With a protective stance, he stood over you, and as his forehead began to stick to your forehead, he parted your hair. His other hand was in yours, and you had never felt so safe.
When you caught the tears streaming down your cheeks, you saw the bouquet of happiness fly away as soon as you saw him running away. But he couldn't run away.
He was bound to both of you forever, and it was more than gratitude.
He couldn't leave you and your birdie; he didn't have the strength to do that because he had fallen in love with both of you again.
"Yes, my love. The doctors said we could take him home after tomorrow if we want to, but they recommend keeping him here a little longer. It's up to us." Bob looked at you with love. You couldn't help but gaze into those blue eyes that melted your heart years ago.
"I don't want to risk anything. If it's okay for you, can we keep him here a little longer?" You asked gently.
"Of course, honey. No problem. I just want what's best for him and you, okay?" He bent down to kiss your forehead and answered with a soft murmur before returning to his seat besides your bed.
...
Your dad was a complete mess.
A few hours after you woke up, your parents and Bob's parents came to the hospital to see your newborn birdie, and your mother had taken you into a relentless frenzy—she managed to do so when Bob's mother came and succeeded in getting her away from you.
Your dad had gone straight to the sleeping Harrison and stood at the head of the incubator.
He would sacrifice his life for him.
Probably everyone would.
It didn't take long for him to realize that he had the world in his hands. Harrison cried so loudly that you could swear Bob’s heart split in two—he hated that. Still, Bob came to save him and picked him up from the crib, calming him down with his lullabies.
"That's enough, my birdie. I'm here." He whispered softly, feeling his fatherly instincts kick in.
Then, Harrison was in your dad's arms, gazing at him with innocent eyes, his cries turning into quiet whimpers.
And at that moment, your father was a goner.
"Hey,man. What do you think about being a grandfather?" Bob's father, Bill, patted your father's back, trying to bring him back to reality.
"Wow. We have a birdie in the family now." Your mother commented with tears in her eyes.
"I can't believe I'm a grandmother." Bill’s wife, Tamara, was smiling from ear to ear.
Bob’s mother, Tamara, approached you and Bob with a big happy smile.
"He's beautiful, isn't he?" Sarah said, looking at Harrison in Bob's arms.
"He's perfect, just like her mother." Bob replied, exchanging a loving glance with you.
"Don't flatter me Ms.Floyd" you laughed.
....
The next few days were like a dream.
You, Bob, and Harrison spent few days in the hospital room, surrounded by the love and joy of your families. The room was filled with laughter, stories, and the occasional baby talk.
Even the whole squad came for a visit.
Bob’s parents and your parents took turns visiting, bringing gifts and expressing their excitement about the new addition to the family. They all took turns holding Harrsion, marveling at his tiny features and cooing at his cuteness.
As the days passed, Harrison’s health improved, and the doctors were pleased with his progress. The time finally came when they said you could take him home.
Bob swore he couldn't be more happy. You and Harrison being by his side and being happy.
...
Four days later, you could swear that Harrison was almost the size of a watermelon.
Okay, maybe he wasn't that big, but he was growing faster than you'd ever want to admit. He wasn't a chubby baby like both you and Bob were. He was a bundle of sweet little joy.
Last night, you fully realized that your life was about to change indefinitely, and you couldn't be more excited to take your new family home.
Both your families and Bob's had returned to your home to take care of small things for you. For example, your mom had cooked enough lasagna, pies, and curry to last you two weeks, so you and Bob didn't have to worry about cooking dinner yet. His mom had baked plenty of cakes and cleaned the house. Your dad had watered the garden and planted new flowers in pots. They were the greatest support team you could ever ask for.
Bob was currently talking about the adventures he would have with Harrison while dressing him in a blue onesie. First, he would take him home and show him his beautiful blue room and then he was already planning to take him to the base.
He would teach him how to crawl, walk, talk, swim, and run. He even added, "And no breaking hearts" looking at him with a serious face, but Harrison seemed unfazed.
"Bob!" You raised your eyebrows, he was overly protective, but oh, you loved him.
"Don't say that," you laughed to yourself while putting on the hoodie he brought for you. Getting out of that ugly hospital gown and back into your own clothes felt good. Your pregnant leggings fit you perfectly and made you feel strong. Bob couldn't keep his hands off you, so you handed him the task of dressing your son to keep him out of trouble. You were busy preparing the baby travel bag to leave.
"Stop waving your arms like that, sweetheart! Your dad is doing his best, but you're not helping, my love." Bob chattered to your son, who was attempting to put his hands in his mouth. You could already tell he would be curious about everything and anything. Whether alone or as a family, he would love life - you were sure of it.
You smiled as you watched their interaction. The perfect family. Your perfect family.
Collecting the bags, you went over to Bob, who attacked you when he saw you.
"For God's sake, drop these damn bags on the floor right now! Oh, woman, stop doing something and just rest." Bob made you put the bags next to the door, and you chose to join him in his stress.
"First, shut up," you said sternly to him, not liking the idea of him thinking you were helpless just because you gave birth. "And second, would you calm down?" You finally chuckled as you finished dressing your son. How adorable they looked, indescribable. So cute and soft. Just too innocent.
You looked at him with so much love as he looked at your son. You hoped the universe could contain all the love for him,as it wasn't big enough, it was infinite.
"Okay, I'm sorry." Bob sighed, slumping his shoulders slightly.
"Hey, talk to me. What's up?" You asked him, going to him and leaning your head against his chest. Often, near his chest, buried in his neck, even within you, was where she found the most comfort, he would say.
"He's just perfect. I don't want to mess things up," he admitted, holding you closer.
"You can't ruin anything. There's no rule for parenting. As long as you love him, keep him safe, and let him be happy, he'll know you're the best dad. You were born for this. Still, I know you are," you reassured him. You told him that your birdie was watching him. You knew Bob was watching him - how could he not? He was everything to him.
"I'm so glad I found you," Bob thanked you by kissing the top of your head. Whatever the situation, he always knew how to handle it.
Muttering in response, you pulled him a little closer. Both of you, unexpectedly, witnessed your baby boy-wrapped sneeze the quietest sneeze.
The first time.
Many firsts.
Even if he had a wet nose and hands now, this sight made your eyes watery. Harrison looked at both of you, confused about what just happened.
"Bless you!" You laughed at him, wiping him nose and hands on your sweater sleeve.
"Did you just sneeze, sweetheart? Did you do that?" Bob asked rhetorically, with a tired expression on his face. You saw him wipe his arm on his face, clearly being as teary as you were. He saw you looking at him and blushed.
"Shut your mouth." He told you what he had said to himself.
Every moment was so beautiful...
Car ride to home was quite but peaceful.
Fresh flowers filled the air.
A few days ago, when you rushed to the hospital, the house didn't look the same as you left it. Now, it was covered in flowers, cards, ballons and gifts. Notes from everyone, your friends, whole squad, some relatives, bob's frienfs collegues and some other people.
Roses bloomed on the bushes in the garden. Tulips in various colors wrapped in brown paper adorned every inch of your kitchen counter. Lavish vases that looked extravagantly expensive stood in your living and dining rooms. Yet, the only flowers in your bedroom were the ones Bob brought for you. He had taken them this morning before you came home, claiming that he was proud of you and proud to call you his.
The whole house smelled like a botanical garden. This morning, in addition to that, there were the scents of freshly baked pastries your mom had made for you before you came home. Croissants and cakes waited proudly on the kitchen side.
Passing through the front door of your house, you hadn't felt this grateful for being home. Everyone had left; it was just you, Bob, and your baby boy heading home together.
Before leaving, they insisted on all of you spending a few days and nights together. It was crucial for all of you to bond comfortably in the comfort of your own home. The next few days would be tough, but you hoped that being together would help you get through it.
Getting out of the car with Bob carrying the bags, you went to the front door and opened it carefully. After entering, he turned to close the door tightly behind him, but before he could go too far down the hallway, you had to cough to get his attention.
"Did we forget something?" You looked at him as if he were a madman.
"What?" Ethan stared at you in confusion, furrowing his brows until lines appeared on his forehead.
"Maybe our 4-day-old son is behind our car?" You asked him rhetorically, wondering how he could forget so quickly - dad brain.
"Right. Yes. Our son." Bob muttered to himself as he turned to open the front door and went outside to fetch your precious birdie.
"My baby,my baby!" You burst into laughter at his shoutsas he went. He returned with a beaming smile, holding Harrison who was hiding in his car seat, sleeping as peacefully as a bug in a rug.
"Thanks, Mr. Floyd." You teased, thinking how if you had married Joe from high school instead of Bob, you would never have so many gifts and flowers. Or this much love.
Still, you wouldn't want anyone else but him. He was perfect. He was more than enough. In fact, he was more.
"Yeah, what can I say? I'm a damn good dad now!" He inflated his ego, but a swift hit to his upper arm quickly deflated it.
"I'll do more than hit your arm if you curse in front of our son again," you warned, not wanting your son's first word to be a bad one - even if it meant months of silence from him.
"Yes, ma'am." He nodded sternly, grinning at the turn of events, acknowledging your newfound authority. He left the room before getting into more trouble, announcing that he was heading to Harrison's crib in the living room.
You sighed as you looked around the room. Tonight, you didn't want to deal with it, so you turned around, left the room, and followed Bob's footsteps. He had already knelt beside the crib, tucking your precious little birdie under a blanket carefully knitted by Penny.
Bob's mom had knitted a hat and gloves for him to wear outside in the winter. For now, he would sleep safely under your roof until he was ready for the world to see him.
"I want him to be ours forever," you whispered to bob, kneeling beside him and leaning over, bending your knees towards the floor.
"Me too, love." He pulled you closer, wrapping his arm around your shoulder. The two of you watched him, as quiet as he slept.
He was an angel in its truest form.
He was your blessing.
"I love him so much." You told Bob and in return, you received a sigh of contentment.
He was trying so hard to hold back tears, but seeing your little boy sleeping so peacefully, he couldn't be strong enough to withhold the tears.
Then silence enveloped you again.
There was no need for words between you two; both of you knew what you were thinking:
How lucky you both were.
Having each other was a miracle, but having him was another thing entirely. He was everything. All soft and delicate, but even at a few days old, heartbreakingly beautiful. He was everything you and Bob had ever wanted. All the tears, morning sickness, and pains were worth it for this moment - and all the moments after.
"Do you still think he's breathing?" Bob broke the silence, and as you followed him, he did seem to be not breathing.
Though as still as a statue, you could see his tiny chest rising and falling, up and down. His little hands were by hishead, as if he were trying to cheer himself up, and his face was tilted to the side, looking at both of you. Even though he looked lifeless, you could see her efforts.
"Shut your mouth, you're scaring me!" You laughed at his ridiculous comment. Tears of happiness. Tears of relief and joy.
Family life had just begun, and you were so ready for it…

Dream come True?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N: ughhh i love this one, very silly and sweet Billie, direct continuation of the first part- psst go read that first to understand the story! anyways enjoy babes 😘
NOT proof read, may have some weird sentences here and there and untrue information!!
warnings: none
word count: 1.5k
summary: Billie makes you sorta 100% jello during her show
Tumblr media
“Wait, wait, what happened? Did you get the tickets?!” Amber’s voice was high-pitched with excitement as soon as she answered, cutting through the panic-stricken rush of words spilling out of your mouth.
“Amber, you won’t believe me, but-” you paused, heart still hammering in your chest, trying to make sense of the unreal situation that had just unfolded in front of you, “Billie Eilish... was just in my mom’s bakery. Like, she was right there, sitting down, talking to me…”
“Wait, hold on,” Amber cut in, her tone now serious with disbelief, “Did you just say Billie Eilish was in your bakery?”
“Yes!” You could barely contain the excitement in your voice, your hands shaking as you paced around the empty bakery. "I was just making croissants, and she walks in like it's no big deal, like she's just another person. I didn’t even recognize her at first, and then I thought, ‘No way,’ but—then it was really her!”
Amber let out a loud gasp on the other end of the phone. “Wait, did you talk to her?! Did she get pastries?”
“Yeah, I told her the pastries weren’t ready yet, and she sat down and... we talked. And then—get this—she offered me tickets to her show. Like, VIP tickets. She said she'd get me up front. And I almost said no!” You couldn’t help but laugh at the absurdity of it now. “I was going to turn her down because I thought it was too much, but then I just—she was serious. She’s so... chill. And then she left, and I didn't even get a picture or anything—”
“Oh my god, wait.” Amber’s voice was a mix of awe and jealousy. “Are you telling me that you almost didn’t take the tickets? What’s wrong with you, are you trying to lose your mind?! You know how rare that is, right? Billie Eilish just offered you VIP tickets, front row, probably on the house, and you didn’t snap a picture?! I would’ve died, Y/N! DIED! You could've been in the same room with her! You could've had an actual conversation and—”
“I was in shock!” you shot back, pacing faster now, trying to organize your thoughts. “I didn’t even know what to say to her! It was Billie Eilish, Amber. She’s a literal goddess. And I was standing there like an idiot with flour all over my hands, trying to act normal.”
Amber was quiet for a second, clearly processing what you had just told her. Then she sighed, her voice much softer now. “Okay, well, it sounds like you really had a moment, Y/N. I mean, she must’ve liked you if she’s offering you that kind of access. I think she saw how genuine you were. That’s not something everyone gets to experience.”
You paused, leaning against the counter, letting Amber’s words sink in. She was right. Billie didn’t have to do that. She could’ve easily gone to any other bakery, or at least pretended to be too busy or too famous to care. But she didn’t. She was real. And she seemed to see you as just another person in the crowd, not a screaming fan who would lose their mind over the chance to meet her.
“I think... I think I'm still in shock,” you muttered.
“Well, you should be!” Amber laughed. “But seriously, Y/N, you have to go now. You can’t just let that opportunity slip away.”
“Of course I’m going,” you replied quickly. “I mean... how could I not?”
“And when you meet her again,” Amber said, almost with a warning tone, “You better have a good outfit. You cannot look like you just rolled out of bed again.”
“Okay, okay. I’ll figure it out,” you said, already thinking about what you’d wear. “I can't believe this is real. She... she liked my bakery, Amber. She said she might come back. What if she actually does?”
“Then you're gonna need to be ready,” Amber said with a laugh. “Just make sure you don’t fall apart when you see her again, okay?”
“I won’t, I won’t. I swear,” you muttered, your heart still racing, but now it was a different kind of racing. A kind of exhilaration that only came from knowing you had just crossed paths with someone you'd only ever dreamed of meeting.
“And for the record,” Amber added with a smirk in her voice, “You have to tell me everything—EVERYTHING—that happens at the show. Don’t leave a single detail out.”
“I won’t,” you promised, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness bubbling inside you. “This is going to be insane.”
---
The day of the concert finally arrived, and you could hardly focus at work. It had been a blur of checking the time and watching the clock tick closer and closer to the moment when you’d finally be standing in front of Billie Eilish, at one of her sold-out shows, no longer just a fan on the outside, but someone she had actually invited.
When the time came, you found yourself standing at the entrance of the venue, security scanning your pass with an eyebrow raised at the VIP badge that had your name on it. They nodded you through without question. Your heart thumped against your ribcage as you walked through the corridors, past all the other fans who were waiting for the doors to open, and you found yourself at the front, where the stage was. And there, standing beside it—was Billie. She was chatting with the crew, her black hair falling in soft waves around her face, dressed in the kind of casual outfit that still made her look like she had stepped out of a magazine.
Your breath caught in your throat as she spotted you, a playful smirk tugging at the corner of her lips.
“Y/N you came!” she smiled as she walked up to you and pulled you in for a warm hug, many your breath hitch involuntarily.
You stood there for a moment, frozen in shock, as Billie Eilish—your idol, the very person who had left you speechless in your mom’s bakery wrapped her arms around you.
Her embrace was warm, genuine, as if she hadn't just turned the world upside down by offering you VIP tickets. She smelled faintly of something sweet but rich, like coffee and vanilla, and for a second, you couldn't believe this was real.
“I—uh—yeah!” you stammered, trying to play it cool but knowing you were failing miserably. “I, uh, can’t believe this is actually happening.”
Billie laughed, a low, melodic sound that made your heart skip. “I can’t believe you almost didn’t take the tickets. You’re fucking crazy. But I’m glad you did. It’s good to see you again.”
You felt like you were on another planet, standing beside her, watching her move so effortlessly between the fans and the crew like she wasn’t a global superstar. “I—um—wow, you look amazing,” you managed to say, the words almost tripping over themselves in your mind before they came out.
Billie was in a dark blue jersey with the number “80” in big bold letters on the front- she had her iconic glasses on and her baggy shorts as usual- but fuck it didn't make it any less hot to see it in person.
Billie gave you a playful wink. “You too, though. You’ve got that whole ‘I like concerts a little too much’ vibe going for you. I dig it.”
The compliment made your face flush, looking down at your own merch, your cheeks naturally coming more red as you met Billie’s pale blue eyes. “Thanks. I, uh… I didn’t really have money to buy any new merch so, I got some of my old stuff,” you said, motioning to your outfit, her “Happier than ever” album image plastered on the black shirt and ripped jeans mixed with a few rings and your dangling star earrings. You’d hoped it looked casually stylish enough, but compared to the crowd around you, you felt like an awkward fish out of water.
“You look great,” Billie reassured you.
You tried to ignore the heat buzzing in your chest as she turned and ran away, probably having to get ready for the show, and you didn't mind, you were finally able to feel what it was like to be at a real, huge concert. As the lights dimmed the arena erupted with cheers as Billie popped up on stage, people were screaming in your ears the whole time but you didn't care, all you could do was watch Billie as she danced across the stage without a care in the damn world.
The show went on for a while before the song Billie had been featured on, starting playing- one of your favorites… Guess.
Billie jumped out onto the stage again, the song playing as she sang, everything felt absolutely perfect, the lights, the bass of the arena that made you feel your damn insides moving, everything.
Then? Billie looked straight at you, smiling slyly as she sung the best part of the song-
I wanna
Try it, bite it, lick it, spit it
pull it to the side and get all up in it
kiss it, bite it, can i fit it?
Charli likes boys but she knows I'd hit it.
god damn, you would've combusted right then and there when she added on that little
Charli call me if your with it
mouthing your name instead of Charli’s when singing the line.
god damnit.

Leverage let's go steal a beetle
Eliot Spencer really, really hated it when the con had to change gears halfway through. Made things messy and complicated and it was never good for anyone but Sophie to try playing two parts. But he adjusted his stupid little hat and hoisted himself up into the pilot's seat of the Helicopter.
"Hey." said the man already in the copilot's chair. "You're not Johnson."
"No," Eliot said. "He got sick. Celiac flare up, I think. Trust me, you do not want him flying one of these things." That was one way of putting it, anyways. Beaten over the head with a stale baguette was a little more accurate but hey, who was really counting.
"And you're...authorized?" The copilot asked, looking doubtful.
"Am I--I got called in on my night off because she's got something that has to happen tonight. I mean, If you want, I can just go, and you can explain to Ms. Kord why her chopper's grounded for the night.  I had dinner reservations, man."
"No!" the copilot said frantically, no doubt thinking about the fate of anyone who disappointed Victoria Kord. Eliot had a feeling her idea of a severance package was a little something like the Hannity lady back at Wakefield's.
"Alright then," Eliot said, settling in. Damn. It was a sweet helicopter. Shame he wasn't going to get to keep it.
~
Jaime felt more like he was falling, not flying, gravity dragging him towards his home. He could hear Khaji Da in his ear, feeding him information about the helicopter, the dozens of Kord Industry's private army foot soldiers surrounding the house, all armed to the teeth. Well, so was he, with anything he could imagine.
He spun in the air, aiming the world's largest staple gun, dodging the live rounds they were firing at him.
Somehow that made this more real than the fight earlier. It was one thing to be fighting for his life running from the Kord building, all that glass and chrome and unreal wealth. Not here, above the rooftops and powerlines he'd known all his life.
"Stand down. Give me back my Scarab." He heard Jenny's Aunt--and when had that become who she was, in his head?--say over some kind of loudspeaker. Half the neighborhood must have heard it, and the gunshots, but no sirens wailed.
"The Scarab's not yours," he said, unsure if she could hear him. He aimed at the Helicopter to be sure she understood. It dipped just enough that he missed. He could tell from Khaji's delight that this--deflecting bullets, firing back--was something they could do all night if they needed to.
"Target the family," came the next order. Jaime's blood ran cold.
He dove forward, but not in time.
The house he'd grown up in exploded.
"No!" he screamed, mentally directing everything into the thrusters. He had time, he had---
Khaji Da stopped him, feet above the flames.
|You will die. I cannot allow you to go in|
"They're in there!" Jaime yelled back. "I can--I can still-- I have to save them!"
|No lifesigns are detected| Khaji Da responded. |I am sorry, Jaime Reyes.|
Jaime didn't have the chance to scream again as a flare of purple lightning lashed out, some kind of net or grapple or bolas that burned and stung and dragged him from the sky.
The last thing he saw was his home in flames, the roof caving in.
~
(approximately ten minutes earlier)
Parker dropped through the hole in the roof, swinging herself so she landed on the worn and patched linoleum instead of directly on the table.
The older woman, who had the vibes of Hardison's Nana if she was Eliot, which was frankly a terrifying thought, threw a sandal at her head. Parker caught it easily. "Everybody out," she said, the Spanish falling easily from her lips and apparently throwing everyone else for a loop. The two men stared at her. The Nana threw another sandal. Parker ducked under that one.
Parker huffed a little. "Kord's people are coming to kill you all," she said, not bothering to beat around the bush. " Or worse? Not super clear on that. So. Everybody out, come on."
"Why should we trust you, blondie?" one of the men asked.
"Where's Jaime?" the girl about Breanna's age demanded.
"Because I'm the good guy, and I don't know, but if we stick around here we will continue to not know. It's not safe here, can we go?" Parker pushed.
"You expect us to trust you? You broke into our house!"
"You left a hole in the roof, that's practically an invitation." Parker reached up and tapped her com. "Eliot? ETA? Someone give me something, they won't leave."
"Seven minutes," Eliot said. "Get them out."
Breanna chattered breathlessly in the other ear.
Parker turned off the com. "GarlicBre52 says you can trust me. I'm the Cavalry. Good enough?"
"Garlic sent you?" the more paranoid man said, looking suddenly like he might actually believe her. "How'd they know about any--"
"Look, you can talk to her yourself, after we go, because in about 5 and a half minutes, this place is going to be on fire and we need to not be here when it is." Parker was getting impatient.
"Everyone, go," Nana Sandals said, and everyone obeyed, following Parker out the back door, and along a hedge to the next street over. Parker heaved open the food truck door.
"What about my son?" the man who wasn't staring with outright glee at all the tech said. "What did you do--"
"Hey, we didn't do anything," Breanna said. "Parker, you told them we're here to help, right?"
"Of course I did!"
"Then where is Jaime?"
"Uhhh," Breanna said, fingers flying over her keyboard. " About a minute out. Don't worry, Eliot's going to get him."
"Eliot," Nana repeated.
"Yeah, Breanna said. She spun in her chair. "Hey, Rudy."
"You know this girl?" Nana asked. Rudy frowned.
"How do you know my name?" he said. "Garlic, I take it?"
"Eh, Really good facial recognition. I'm Breanna. Thanks for that tip last month, by the way-- the cobalt instead of tungsten? Really worked great."
Rudy gave a modest tip of one shoulder. "Yeah, Ma, I know her. From online."
"Uncle Rudy, you didn't tell me your government conspiracy hacker friends were cute girls. I'm Milli, by the way."
"Flirting later," the woman who had to be Milli's mom said. "Someone explain what's going on. Please."
Breanna made a face. "Uh. Long story very very short, Kord Industries wants something your son has, and we really don't want them to have it, and they want it bad enough to, uh. Kill you? So we're faking your deaths, if that's cool. I mean. Also if that's not cool? But like. Just until we take them down so like. Three days tops."
"And someone named Eliot is finding Jaime?"
"Should be, right about--" everything shook "--now."
~~
Eliot thumbed the buttons and switches on the control panel, giving a glance back. The poor kid was semi-conscious, dragged into the back of the helicopter at Victoria's feet. He swallowed bile.
"Set a course for the island," Victoria ordered.
Eliot glanced at the densely packed neighborhood below, lit up behind them with the orange of flame and the dancing lights of firetrucks. "Yes Ma'am," he said, and turned towards the water.  Carefully, casually, he released his seatbelt and harness, stretching his legs just a little.
"You're going too far west," Victoria snapped. "Johnson, get it together, unless you want to be fired."
"Mm." Eliot said. "That threat would work a lot better if I worked for you." He veered sharply, slamming everyone to the side as he snapped off the toggles and jammed the steering, then threw himself into the back.
Eliot thanked God and Hardison for the latter's parachute stash.
"Hope you can swim, kid," he said,  pushing off hard with Jaime Reyes in hand as the helicopter spun wildly towards the water.
~~
Jaime choked, sputtering wildly and trying to yank away from the iron grip around his waist. He remembered the helicopter--being grabbed--the house--his family--
"Calm yourself, Jaime," Khaji Da said, but that was easier said then done.
"Let me go! Let go," Jaime thrashed, sinking deeper before popping back up above the water.
"Easy, kid. You good to swim?"  The grip didn't release. Jaime twisted, trying to get a hand under the man's throat.  Khaji could make anything he imagined, and he could imagine a lot of ways to hurt the people who'd--who'd killed---
"Hey." the man said, kicking them both closer to shore. "Don't do that, man. It's ok. We got them out."
Jaime blinked, salt water stinging his eyes and burning his nose as he tried to parse the threat.
|The Eliot Spencer is not lying| Khaji Da said. |Recent data suggests his connection to the fall of multiple criminal organizations. Recommended course of action: hear him out.|
That was just unexpected enough for Jaime to listen.
"See that food truck parked on the beach?" Eliot Spencer asked. "That's them.  So don't just go haring off or try to gut me, ok? Can you swim?"
"Yeah, I--" he sputtered again on a too-large wave. "If you hurt them--Khaji--"
|Food Truck: Brick and Basil, contains several life-signatures that match the Reyes household, with additional signatures. No one is currently experiencing physical distress.|
The beach rose to meet them, the sand cool and soft under Jaime's bare feet. Eliot Spencer let out a piercing whistle, and the side of the truck swung open. Jaime sagged in relief as Khaji pointed out the silhouette of his sister, unharmed.

Pride and Prejudice: A TWSTed AU
The Keeper of the Underworld: I. Shroud
Introduction, or Pick another route!
Tumblr media
Idia x GN Reader (they/them)
Warnings: P&P-level angst and miscommunication, some cringe dialogue, parties, possibly ooc Idia, I wrote this before playing Book 6 so I apologize if there’s any inconsistencies
Notes: The level of overthinking I put into these fics is unreal 💀 First and foremost, thank you all for your patience!! Idia was hard to write, but I hope you enjoy, shrimpies~
———
Well this is certainly something, you thought. Of all the things you’d witnessed at NRC, (even overblots), you didn’t think you’d ever see Idia Shroud at one of Kalim’s parties.
You sipped on your drink when a shock of bright blue flames came in the corner of your eye, contrasting the orange-red of Scarabia. Kalim lead Idia into the dorm, bright and sunny, compared to the look on Idia’s face. Poor guy couldn’t even escape, because Cater and Rook ambled in behind him, chatting happily.
It was like the beginning of a joke: A sultan, a card soldier, a huntsman, and a blue flame-headed gamer walk into a room.
Kalim spotted you and grinned, grabbing Idia’s hoodie sleeve and dragging him over too. “Hey (name)! I’m glad you could make it!”
You smiled at the Scarabia Housewarden, “Thanks Kalim! I-“ At that moment, Jamil reached him to drag him away, mumbling exasperatedly to Kalim about being careful. Kalim laughed Jamil off, “sorry (name)! I’ll see you later, okay?” “Alright then…” you trailed off and turned to Idia, who looked like a deer in headlights.
“So…” you rocked on your heels. To be honest, you didn’t know how to approach him sometimes. Sure, you’d gamed with him a few times (with heavy insistence from Ortho) and you weren’t on his ‘avoid at all costs’ ranking list, but Idia did have his odd moments. Some days, you two would get along like a house on fire. Other times, it was like Idia hated you - avoiding you even in tablet-mode, and ghosting your chats.
You’d like to think that your more friendly moments were the ones that Idia counted, but sometimes it was hard to get a read on the guy.
“I didn’t know that you’d be at Kalim’s party today. I thought Ortho said there was an event in… um…?” You finished, cringing at your vagueness. You might not have known much about the game he played, even though he’d made you play it when you came over to Ignihyde, but you knew he probably didn’t want to be here of all places.
Idia’s hair flared a bit, and he looked resigned and moody. He pulled out his tablet. Ya, the event dropped today but I got mobbed by kalim + the extroverts. “That sucks,” you said, “I got dragged here by Ace. Still, it’s nice to see you.” In the oil lamp lighting, you could’ve sworn Idia’s hair turned a bit pink.
You were both silent, and you opened your mouth to speak when Lilia yelled out from the front, “let’s get this party started!” Kalim started drumming wildly, and then electric guitar swelled. Lilia began screaming heavy-metal-style into the mic. Around you, everyone started dancing, and even you found yourself moving to the rhythm.
You glanced at Idia every now and again, but he looked vaguely annoyed and tired despite the liveliness. He looks so over it, you thought. Probably since Kalim maybe dragged him here. You looked around, biting your lip when you noticed your friends having a grand old time on the dance floor, and kind of wanted to go too. Still, it wasn’t every day you saw Idia, and you wanted to do something with him. Especially since he was… well, here.
“So, Idia…” Idia’s eyes snapped to yours, dull. You rocked back on your feet, “do you dance?” Idia rolled his eyes, and you felt your heart sink, for some reason. Obvi not, id probs distract everyone anyway. And also id just rather not if I can help it. Your smile wavered, “c’mon Idia, anyone can dance, even if it’s not good!” Idia typed rapidly into the tablet, i mean ur not wrong. Like literally anyone can dance but ppl only do it bc its wat normies do.
You opened your mouth, then squared your shoulders, words failing you. Idia shoved a hand into his pockets and opened an app on the tablet, scrolling. You swayed for a bit, feeling awkward while Idia kept his eyes glued to the screen, a frown creasing his brows. Finally you shrugged your shoulders, trying to shake that sinking-feeling off.
You stepped into the crowd of dancing people, swaying to the music and trying not to look over at the blue flames swaying in the corner. Unknowing to you, Idia glanced up from his tablet every few minutes, trying to catch a glimpse of you, before trudging back to the cold chrome of Ignihyde, back to his dorm.
———
Ugh, could this get any worse?
Idia flopped onto his bed, shoving his headphones on and opening the mobile game on his phone. Not only did he get a late start on the game event, but he flubbed a chance to talk to you. Even if you did want to dance like all the other non-introverts at Scarabia. Thank Sevens Ortho didn’t know he missed his chance, otherwise the little robot would’ve torn Idia apart.
Idia shut his eyes and went over the details. Doing this IRL was trash-tier. Why couldn’t this just be a good-old-fashioned otome game, or romance anime? First you meet the love interest, then you find things they’re into, then you talk to them more. Then finally you confess, and cue the outro. He’d watched countless shojo and romance anime’s, and that was the basic outline. Eventually, the ethereal, gorgeous, smart, kind protagonist (aka you) would fall in love with their love interest (aka him) and it would all work out. Boom. Happily ever after.
Ah, yes. He could see it now.
Cherry blossom petals rained around both of you. Where are they coming from, this campus doesn’t grow cherry blossoms? Whatever, don’t question it. Anyway, the petals fluttered past your beautiful, sparkling eyes as you stared up at Idia with adoration and love. Idia stared down at you with full-rizz, kabedoning you against the wall.
“Oh, Idia-senpai!” You’d cry, eyes turning into hearts as sparkles and pink flower petals surround you both. “You’re so cool and not cringe at all! I could never want one of those normies! You’re the only one for me! Please date me!” And then Ortho would set off the heart-shaped fireworks and you two would finally kiss-kiss-fall-in-love, just like the popular anime Our High School Has A Host Club And The Leader Falls In Love With Me?!
“Whee hee hee…” Idia stared off into the distance, giggling ominously to himself and hair turning pink at the ends. His character on the screen went into idle mode, and he didn’t even hear when Ortho floated into the room. “Big brother?” Ortho gently tapped him on the shoulder, yanking him from his shojo daydream. Idia jumped, hair flaring. “AAAIIIIEEEE-“ Ortho jumped back, eyes wide but not detecting any signs of injury on Idia.
Idia breathed heavily, wide-eyed. “Ortho! Wh-when did-? I wasn’t-!” Ortho analyzed his heart beat, noting that Idia had traces of blush on his cheeks and his erratic behavior pointed to- “Were you thinking about (name) (last name)?” Ortho asked innocently, his theory proven when Idia flushed and went pinker. The younger boy suddenly got an idea.
“You know, (Name)’s heart rate goes up when they interact with you,” Ortho watched his brother’s eyes widen, “even when you’re not there, when you’re mentioned, their heart rate increases by 45% and they are more likely to be in a positive mood. 82% of the time, they regard you in a positive way.” His eyes lit up happily with realization, “If my calculations are correct, they have feelings for you!”
Idia sat there, thinking. What were the odds you would like him back? Sure, you made him happy, and more importantly made Ortho happy. And it was actually nice talking to you. And he never felt exhausted after interacting with you. And maybe you did enjoy the artificial light of Ignihyde to the spring sun above, and maybe you would like being with dreary, nerdy him.
Ortho could see his brother lost in thought, noting that Idia’s heart rate spiked when he mentioned you. “I also overheard them telling Grim about finding a partner,” he said casually, omitting that you’d been wanting a partner in Alchemy, and not necessarily a romantic partner.
That seemed to fire Idia up. Ortho could see the metaphorical cogs in Idia’s brain turning, an entire blueprint of a plan being made in his mind. At last, a wide cunning grin spread on his face, and he opened his arms, “well, who else but a genius could be partners with the MC?” He said arrogantly, “it’s not like just anybody can woo the protagonist!”
Ortho beamed, cheering, “all you need to do now is confess!” Idia immediately began sweating, freezing up. “H-huh?!”
——
You frowned at your textbook, rubbing your temples as you read through the alchemy procedure. Ugh, this couldn’t get any more confusing.
As you turned to begin writing, the door burst open. You flinched and immediately locked eyes with a frazzled Idia. His golden eyes were wide, and he was panting - he even looked sweaty. Somehow his blue fire hair seemed just as frazzled as him, looking pale-blue in shock. Could flames somehow look poofy?
“Prefect!” He squeaked. “Idia?” You questioned, what’s he doing here? It was odd that he’d be out of his room at six in the afternoon, not to mention he looked afraid of you. It wasn’t like you were a stranger, even though as of late, he treated you like one.
He stared at you from the door for an uncomfortable amount of time, then sped-walked to stand in front of you. You looked up at him from your seat, tapping your fingers. You awkwardly asked “do you wanna sit down?” He shook his head quickly, the ends of his hair were turning pink. You frowned, “…dude, are you okay?”
Idia flinched. He pivoted on his heel, “no, no, can’t do it, not today-“ he scuttled out of the room and slammed the door, screeching to himself and pulling his hood over his head. You stared at the door, vaguely hearing Idia freaking out to… was that Ortho? You heard the little robot boy’s voice through the door, probably calming Idia down, along with an odd spraying sound.
It went quiet and you assumed they’d left. Whatever, weirder things have happened at NRC. As you went back to writing, the door slammed open again. You jumped, heart beating wildly. Idia stormed over to you, hair blazing a trail behind him. He slammed his hands down on the desk, and your eyes watered with the scent of overpowering cologne bodyspray.
“Prefect! I need to tell you something!” Idia’s eyes steeled in determination, and he looked you dead in the eye. He was breathing heavily, and his flamed hair blazed and curled more than usual, turning deep pinkish-red near the ends. The last time you saw his hair similar to that, was when he was rage-playing during one of your gaming sessions. How pissed is he? You felt your heart leap into your throat.
“Idia,” you began, freaked out, “I think you should sit down-“ Idia blazed on, “this is honestly a horrible decision for you and definitely for me. I don’t even want to think about what Mother and Father would say, not to mention how this’d affect Styx.” He was tunnel visioning now. “Plus you don’t even have magic and this might not even work out anyway ‘cause I don’t see us working out TBH…” Slowly his hair began fizzling out, voice getting quieter and quieter as he mumbled to himself.
This was a terrible idea, Idia realized. After everything that had happened with Styx, not to mention everything you had to deal with personally, it wouldn’t be good to get involved with him. You could be in danger, especially as a non-magic user. No, it would be selfish of him to ask you to be with him. Why would you, anyway? There were other guys at NRC, not to mention the entire Sage’s Island, who would be a better fit for not. Especially ones who didn’t kidnap your friends and Grim. Especially someone like Idia.
No, he concluded. He shouldn’t have come.
You frowned deeply. “Idia, what…?” Your alchemy work definitely wasn’t done yet and Idia was making zero sense. He sighed, as if tired all of a sudden. “Nope, no… this isn’t going to work.” He stood abruptly and sped-walked out the door, brushing past Ortho. You overheard the boy try to get his brother to come back, but Idia didn’t stop. You could feel your heartbeat in your ears. So that’s what this is about? Idia didn’t want to be friends with you anymore? All because you weren’t… what? A tech whiz? Good at gaming? Magical? Your heart dropped. Because you were just too different from him? So you weren’t good enough to be even friends with him?
Your eyes stung at the thought. Fine. If Idia wanted to be that way, then fine. You shoved your books into you bag and headed back to Ramshackle. You doubted you’d be able to focus, anyway.
———
Poor Ortho was confused.
After running simulation after simulation, scouring the Internet for any clues, and piecing together what Idia said after running out of the classroom, he just couldn’t understand what happened. That was a first, considering it was Ortho.
Idia had ran out of the room in a hurry, mumbling incoherently. “Brother! What’s happening?” Ortho flew to him, scanning his vitals. Idia seemed to be ok, but his brother seemed… strangely melancholic. “Ortho, it won’t work out,” he said dejectedly, not wanting to talk about it.
Ortho called after him, trailing behind “What did (name) (last name) say? There was a high probability they’d accept your-” Idia sighed in exasperation, shaking his head. “It won’t work. I should’ve never left the dorm…” As Idia trudged back to Ignihyde, Ortho was left with more questions.
He hovered for a moment, before heading back to the alchemy room for you, only to not find you there. Ortho thought hard, thinking back to what Idia said. ‘It won’t work out,’ was what he said - not a flat-out rejection from you. So that meant…
He began floating back to Ignihyde, determined. I can still save this!
———
You were taking overthinking to a new level.
You bit your lip, staring at the game’s chatbox in front of you. Idia was online, and probably didn’t realize you were too. You leaned against the Heartslabyul common room couch (curse Ramshackle’s lack of internet!), and hit send.
Hey is everything ok??
You watched Idia’s game icon immediately switch to “online less than 1 minute ago,” and groaned.
Cater exited the kitchens, leaning over the couch back. “Hey~ what’s got my fave frosh so worked up?” He chirped, looking at your phone. “Ohh, isn’t that the popular game that’s been trending? Wait, didn’t you say Idia got you into it?” Cater immediately had his phone in hand, “that’s supes adorable, playing with friends is so fun-“
You cut him off, throwing your hands up, “that’s it! Idia just doesn’t want to talk to me! He- he just-!” You grabbed a throw pillow and smashed your face into it, groaning. Cater patted your shoulder sympathetically, “well, we’re playing at another one of Kalim’s parties tonight, you want in?” You sniffed dramatically, thinking. “Well, I guess. Sure, why not?”
Later that evening, you stepped into the Scarabia mirror. You and Cater made your way to the food table. As you both munched on Jamil’s cooking (damn, the guy made a good curry), you watched everyone dancing. “Y’know, it was weird seeing Idia at a party,” you commented, while Cater nodded. “Yeah! We decided to bring him along that day, it was fun seeing him.”
You sighed, “yeah, it was, but… it’s not really often that we can hang out in person. I kinda wanted to dance with him last time, but he sort of… blew me off? I guess maybe it wasn’t the best idea.” You winced, while Cater’s eyebrows rose. “You didn’t tell me that. So, he did that and also told you he didn’t want to be friends?” You nodded, frustration flooding back, “Yeah! And I just don’t understand how he can be so conceited about him being so high and smart, and not like me because I don’t-“
“Prefect,” Cater cleared his throat. You looked up mid-rant, meeting Ortho’s eyes, and jumped. He just snuck up on you both like it was nothing. Did he hear you? Hopefully he wouldn’t be mad. In your mind, Idia started it.
“Hello (name) (last name)!” Ortho said pleasantly, so you assumed he hadn’t heard you. Great. “I didn’t know you’d be here! What a coincidence!” That was a lie, Ortho overheard you and Cater talking about the party when you were walking to Scarabia. He absolutely knew. And he dragged Idia here because of it.
“Yep,” you smiled at Ortho, “it’s nice to see you.” Ortho mentally readied himself and remembered every bit of acting advice Vil gave him. “I almost forgot!” His eyes widened, while your eyes narrowed. Ortho was a robot. He didn’t forget shit. “Big brother is here, and he wanted to ask you to dance!” What? Your neck snapped around, looking for Idia’s bright blue hair. Cater elbowed you, bringing you back to reality.
“I-well, I- had not-“ you stammered, fumbling for an excuse. Ortho’s eyes shone at you like puppy eyes, and your anger at Idia cracked. “…yeah, sure,” you watched Ortho rise a bit in the air happily, “Yippee! I’ll go get him!” He zipped off, and you rubbed your temples. Cater twisted a strand of his hair, eyes wide. “Yikes…” “tell me about it,” you groaned.
A few minutes later, you both looked up when Kalim tapped the mic. You didn’t miss Ortho hovering a ways behind Kalim. “Hey everyone! Thanks for coming!” When the cheering died down, Kalim continued, “We’re gonna try something different! Everyone, find a partner and join the dance floor!”
Cater glanced at you, mischievous. “Welp, I can’t leave them hanging~ TTYL, Prefect!” And he left faster than you could say ‘Magicam.’ Sweet.
You hesitantly stepped to the dance floor, half expecting Ortho to float up to you and sheepishly tell you Idia left. Your mind drifted back to that day in the alchemy room. I guess it wouldn’t work, anyway.
To your surprise, a finger tapped your shoulder. You turned, seeing Idia with a with a flushed expression, wearing a casual-but-chic blazer. His hair looked a bit tamer than normal, and cascaded down his back in a low ponytail, bangs flickering over his forehead. Undoubtedly, this was the work of Ortho, who definitely got pointers from Vil.
You both stared at each other, unmoving, until slow music began playing. You averted your eyes. Idia gulped, eyes widening until waving caught his eye. Ortho was flying upwards a little ways away from the slowly-crowding dance floor, gesturing wildly at you. As if that wasn’t enough, he projected words above his head: DANCE WITH THEM!
Idia was lucky that everyone else was more interested in dancing with their partner than Ortho. His eyes snapped back to you, “s-so I guess you wanna-“ he swallowed thickly, eyes shifting to the dance floor. You shrugged, feigning nonchalance and looked ahead. Idia looked back at Ortho, who was pointing wildly at the words. He thought to himself, this is fine. It’s just the mandatory side quest. It’s not fighting the boss. It’s…
It’s charming the love interest. It’s solidifying your route!
Idia steeled himself and forced your hand into his. Your eyes shot to his in surprise, and he walked stiffly to the dance floor. Your hand clasped his, and you both swayed gently to the soft rock from the stage. Your brows furrowed, but Idia locked his gaze onto you, focusing only on you.
Yes, he thought. This is just the player’s pov on the screen, and he was only focusing on the love interest. The other waltzers didn’t exist. The party didn’t exist. It was just you and him.
Meanwhile, you were at a loss for words. While Idia seemed taciturn, you glanced up at the stage. Cater, Kalim, and Lilia were in their own little bubble jamming out, so that wasn’t a lifeline. After a little while of swaying with Idia, you hummed, “I haven’t seen you in a while. Since that day.” Idia’s hands felt clammy, and in the dimmed lights you saw a small pink dusting Idia’s cheeks. You saw him swallow heavily, but he didn’t say a word.
The tension grew between you two, and despite feeling hurt, you felt a little bad. Still, you wanted some answers out of Idia, after the incident in the alchemy room. “Y’know, you never used to be this… odd around me.” Was it the crowd that made him quiet, or… You felt a lump in your throat. Was it you?
Idia’s eyebrows shot up, thinking fast on what to say. Why can't conversations irl have ready-made dialogue?! “I… we c-can talk about wh-whatever you want? I guess?” He tried, kicking himself internally for leaving his tablet with Ortho. You bit the inside of your cheek as you stepped with him, that’ll do for now. “Scarabia parties are a little much, but they’re more pleasant than the Pomefiore mock balls,” you tried “wouldn’t you say?” After an uncomfortable pause, expecting a reply, you mumbled to yourself, “I guess we can stop talking now.”
“...is it like a rule for normies to chat while dancing? Isn’t the act of moving enough?” Idia mumbled in exasperation, hand tightening a little on your own. You bit your lip, your eyes burning. “No, I prefer to not talk to my friends at all and tell them we can’t be friends. It’s so much fun, right?” Idia’s eyes widened, and he scrambled for words, “I- I didn’t mean…” You stopped swaying abruptly, both of your clasped hands in the air. “Why are you here, Idia?”
A chill went through Idia. “T-To be honest, I didn’t even want to come to this stupid IRL dance,” he rushed out, “TBH Ortho had to make me come ‘cause he told me you’d be here-“ “You didn’t want…?” You cut Idia off, heart dropping. The other dancing couples swirled around you, but all the commotion around you felt like nothing more than idle chatter. Hurt flashed in your eyes, and Idia seemed shocked, which made you angry.
“I guess you wouldn’t want to be friends with someone who’s magicless, especially since you have STYX right?”
Idia’s eyes were wider than the Heartslabyul tea saucers. For once, he didn’t have a smart-ass reply. “Um, what? Obvi, I’m kind of stuck with STYX-” You let go of his hand and took a step back, almost bumping into a waltzing couple. “Yeah, wouldn’t want me to mess things up. Make any bad decisions and all that, right?” You felt your eyes water, despite yourself.
Furiously balling a fist and wiping your eyes, “Since you said we wouldnt work out n’stuff.” Idia suddenly remembered everything he’d muttered to himself, from the moment he’d stormed into the room to when he’d left dejectedly. When he’d made his choice and left before you could even get your word in.
Like a coward.
Idia’s heart pounded but shakingly, he reached a hand out to you. “P-prefect, I-I-!” You dodged the crowd, and ran out of Scarabia. You didn’t look back until you crashed through Ramshackle’s door, raced up the stairs, and fell onto your bed, Grim yelping in surprise as you tried your darndest to forget everything that just happened.
Back in Scarabia, Idia somehow stumbled off the dance floor, staggering to a table and breathing heavily. Mentally he replayed everything that just happened. Ortho floated over to him, “Brother? I don’t understand, why would (name) (last name) not accept your feelings?” Ortho went over the footage when he was observing you both dancing, and frowned.
“My senses indicate that based on their body language, they were upset with you. What happened?” Idia swallowed heavily, “I-I said it wouldn’t work out between us c-cuz they don’t have magic,” he stammered, eyes wide, “a-and STYX and-...” Ortho’s eyes widened, then narrowed, “That shouldn’t be a problem! You know that!”
“I meant for them, Ortho.” Idia sighed heavily, sinking into the chair. “I don’t want them to get hurt. Not when…” his mind wandered to Ortho, before NRC. He fell into deep thought. “In the end, I couldn’t even tell them...” He frowned deeply.
Ortho fell quiet, computing. Idia stared at the table, dejected, until Ortho spoke. “You know (Name) (lastname) doesn’t back down easily from a challenge.” That’s true. From playing games with Idia to taking down overblots, you weren’t someone who ran away when it mattered. Maybe that’s why Idia liked you - you were like the protagonists in animes, who found a way to make the world their own.
“You shouldn’t make (name) (last name)’s decision for them.” Idia looked up at his brother. Ortho continued, head angling to the side, Idia shook his head dejectedly, “it won’t work-”
“Your lil’ bro is right, y’know,” Cater walked over, shaking his hair out with his guitar slung over his shoulder. “Sry, I overheard you two,” Cater could piece together what happened. He did see you blow up at Idia (although he couldn’t hear you), and after spamming your phone with no reply after you ran out, now he had an idea of what was going on. “Y’know, if you didn’t tell them how you felt, then how could you know you were making the right choice?”
Idia looked down. Ortho piped up, “Cater Diamond is right.” Idia shut his eyes, then stood up, hands tightening into fists. Cater jumped back as Idia’s hair flared up bright blue, and the Ignihyde housewarden headed straight to the exit. Ortho called out, “thank you, Cater Diamond!” and floated after Idia, “Brother! Wait!”
“Lets go, Ortho,” Idia’s golden eyes steeled in determination, “I can fix this.”
—----
A knock on the door jolted you from your reading of Prejudice and Pride.
It was early morning. Somehow, even though it was the weekend and you’d stayed up all night, you still woke up at an ungodly early hour. After being unable to fall asleep (totally not because of Grim’s snoring and sleep-munching) you decided to go to your living room and read. You were sure that you didn’t have a guest coming, so why would…?
You got up and opened the door, expecting Ace or Deuce or something. The annoyed look on your face turned to shock when you saw Idia standing on your porch. In one hand, he held a bouquet of pomegranate-red roses and some flowers you recognized to be asphodel.
You both stared at each other, unwilling to move. “Idia,” you breathed, “why are you here?” Idia shuffled awkwardly, “I wanted to see you.” You crossed your arms, looking around. “Where’s Ortho?” You were sure the little robot boy made his brother come. Otherwise, why would Idia be here? Idia rubbed the back of his neck, “Ortho isn’t here. I… I wanted to see you,” he repeated.
Wordlessly, he thrust the flowers into your arms, and you wrapped your arm around it instinctively. “I- um,” you looked everywhere but Idia, who was staring at the Ramshackle doorway. “Idia,” you cleared your throat, “about what happened-” “Prefect, I… I wanted to apologize.” Your eyes widened, but Idia continued.
“I… I didn’t mean what I said that day.” Idia looked bashful, face turning pink and the ends of his hair turning a deep blush. He kept talking, rambling on and fighting he urge to grab his tablet and let the device speak for him. “I… really like being friends with you.” The words came out quietly from him, and even though he looked like he wanted to sink into his hoodie, Idia didn’t shirk away.
A lump rose in your throat as you didn’t make eye contact with him, instead playing with the flower bouquet, “I like being friends with you too,” you bit your lip, rubbing an asphodel petal, “I like you, Idia.”
Idia’s eyes widened and went rigid. Both his face and his hair went deep pink. Your own eyes widened at the color, and you felt your face grow hot. So that’s what it meant…? Not anger…?Wordlessly, without thinking, you dropped the bouquet. Your body moved on its own, and you flung yourself at Idia, wrapping your arms around his shoulders and squeezing your eyes shut.
Idia staggered back from the momentum with a squeak, but wrapped his arms around your torso with an iron grip. You gripped his hoodie tightly, finally understanding what had gone on for so long. Your cheek was pressed against his, and despite the early morning chill, you both felt warm.
High above, Ortho hovered in the distance over the tree canopies from afar. He zoomed in on you and Idia, and behind his face mask, he beamed. In midair, he did a heart-shaped loop-de-loop in happiness, and hovered back to Ignihyde.
After a few minutes, you leaned back in Idia’s arms, the both of you chuckling in happy disbelief. You looked up and saw a little blue streak leaving a smoke trail of a heart, and laughed to yourself. Idia turned around, seeing his brother above, a soft reminiscent look on his face.
“…guess Ortho was right.”

Fun fact: the beginning is inspired by idia’s school uniform vignette!!!
Me, while writing this: wow Idia and Cater’s dialogue are unique, they’d be hard to write
Also me: *puts both of them in this fic and suffers*
Writing Idia was SO HARD but I hope I managed to get him right-ish. Trying to balance his reactions with the dialogue was hard 😭
anyway thanks for reading~ please leave a comment/reblog!! <3

I saw you where taking nasty requests.. *bats eyelashes* How do you feel about woundfucking/fingering..
800+ words, part three
blood 🔨
"Ngh, scheiße-"
Your desperate scream (open-mouthed, the back of your throat, like a dying animal caught in a trap) almost instantly cut off Strade's panicked voice, as the thick bowie knife slid through the meat of your cheek and dragged, painfully, over the fleshy gaps of your missing molars and the delicate bones of your jaw.
The blade then accidentally slid deeper still when he tried to pull it back, scraping over and leaving a cut across your tongue so vicious and deep, that it almost severed the muscle in two.
Blood and bile filled your throat and your wide, red eyes were burning with tears, the pain so, SO excruciating, that you felt like you were dying.
You were dying.
YOU WERE DYING.
"You couldn't just keep still?" Strade asked through a terse expression, his teeth gritting as he pulled out the knife, because this was obviously your fault, wasn’t it?
After all, it was your spasm in your severed fucking tendon that made your head jerk and forced his knife through your cheek.
"I was just teasing. I won't be able to save this, you know that, right? This is way too deep..."
He couldn’t save it.
He couldn’t save you.
Nobody was going to save you, not now, not ever.
You were going to die, desperate and alone, in a puddle of your fluids, in this basement, and you didn’t know if anyone was ever going to find out or get you any kind of justice.
Nobody would know that you died in agony.
You couldn't speak, the slice through your tongue too deep to make any words, but you gurgled helplessly through heaving sobs as blood filled your mouth, coppery and thick like liquid metal pooling down your chin, your shuddering chest, your trembling thighs.
You’d thought about it enough, but you didn’t want to die.
You could be in pain, you would put up with anything he gave you, but fuck, you really, really didn’t want to die.
"Damn, that's a shame. I was having fun with you," He murmured with a low tut, setting the bloody knife to the side as he looked down at you, his expression twisted with forlorn before he reached down to your chin, jerking your whimpering mouth open. “Hmph…I guess we can have a last bit of fun before you get snuffed out, hm?”
"Nnnnn..." You moaned softly, shaking your head, ‘no, no, please don’t, let me die in peace, let me have that,’ and your hazy eyes went up to see him slowly unzip his khakis and jerk your head upwards, lining the tip of his cock against the weeping slit he had carved into your cheek.
He was really going to do this.
"Hmph," He smirked then, despite his persisting disappointment, nudging it open even more, not even blinking when the ruined skin tore open to accommodate him, making you cry out even more, even louder. "It’s like I've carved a new pussy for you...let's see how tight it is, hm?"
The length of his cock then grazed past the bloody gaps in your teeth and the shredded muscle of your tongue, and into the hollow of your other cheek as he started to slowly thrust in and out of the wound, fucking it like he fucked every other hole in your body, like he had fucked your insides, like he had fucked (desecrated, ruined, raped) your mind.
You were going to die, you know that for certain now.
Or…maybe you weren’t. Not really.
After all, only humans really died and you were hardly human any more.
Just a pile of flesh and urine and vomit and shit and blood in a dark basement, ready for him to use as he pleased, humanised only by your capacity to feel pain.
Even the pain was beginning to feel unreal, white hot and burning through every inch of your body, like it was all you were anymore.
And maybe it was.
Maybe that was all you ever were.
Your lids began to feel heavy, spotted with dots of white, and you moaned, mindlessly, feeling Strade press the drooling head of his cock against your severed tongue.
"I nwta to illk ouy a htsuadno esmti," Strade murmured, gripping your head with both hands as he jerked it up and down his cock.
You couldn’t understand him, could barely hear him over the sound of your own body dying, and yet he kept speaking, those golden eyes fixed on you, wide and watching, like he was guiding you to the other side himself.
It was a fucked up way to enter Heaven, you thought, feeling a thick stream of cum collect in your sagging jaw, but you knew you had no chance at Heaven anymore.

"I remember the view // Streetlights in the dark blue // The moment I knew // I'd no choice but to love you"
Who knew saving someone from a burning building would lead Wally to meeting one of the most interesting people ever?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Fire at 13th?” Wally looks at the news broadcast, sighing as he places down the burger he is just about to eat. “Where’s Cold when you need him?”
He mutters nonsensically before leaving his burger, taking a mental note to speed back to the diner once everything is done to take back his burger. Hoping the server doesn’t clean it up before he comes back.
However, once he did arrive at the scene he realised that he’d probably have to buy another one and take crimes much more seriously. Considering the size of the fire was massive. Immediately greeting him at the scene was an apartment building fully engulfed in fire, the residents were screaming and he could see the foundations of the building slowly crumbling to the flames.
Quickly taking note of the situation, Wally sped through the building, took as many people as he could and sped out. He had to be quick, not only was the fire crumbling the building and practically suffocating the people inside, he wasn’t fairing that well either. Had the fire not been so large, he would’ve been able to take a couple of people at once and drag them out. But considering how much smoke he was inhaling he had to take a breather outside every other person he brought out.
All the while, you were desperately trying to body slam the door out of the apartment you were in as quickly as possible before you passed out from inhaling too much smoke. The first sign of a fire hits your nose before it hits your eyes. You smelled smoke before you saw the burning red flames lick through the layers of brick and wood outside your window.
You were quick enough to wet a rag and bring it to your nose and mouth before you inhaled the billowing smoke. But you weren’t quick enough to exit the building. Considering your door handle was metal you knew it would be dumb to try and open the door.
So you had no other choice but to try and break it open with your body. The fire should already weaken the wooden doors, it shouldn’t be that hard to break its hinges. After a few more body slams, probably bruising your shoulder and arm in the process, the door finally crashed into pieces. Silently you thanked the friend you were currently home-sitting for, that her landlord refused to modernise the old apartment.
Unbeknownst to you, Wally was currently going through his final round in the building when he heard the crash. Speeding towards you, he was quick to hold your body against his before speeding out.
The sudden whiplash caused you to immediately fall to the ground gasping at fresh air once he let go. Ever the kindest hero, Wally leaned crouched down next to you, his hand on your back.
“Are you burned anywbere?!”
You shook your head, still sputtering smoke and spit into the grass. Wally, seeing that you were relatively alright stood to go help the paramedics and firefighters arriving on the scene. That is until you stood up and looked around, realising someone was missing.
“George,” you whispered to yourself, scanning the grassy area outside the burning building for him. “George’s still in there.” you whispered, panicking.
Wally’s brows furrowed, he got everyone out, there wasn’t anyone else. Maybe he missed a spot? Missed a room? Where could he have missed? Too deep into his own thoughts, Wally didn’t realise you had immediately run back inside the burning building once it solidified in your mind that this guy named George was in there.
“Wait!” Wally rushed into the burning building again.
The flames licked against his costume as smoke filled his lungs. He could hear the creaking and breaking of wood around him. The building was falling apart, he had to find you and get you out. But with zero knowledge about the layout of the building he was at a loss on where to start. Frustratingly, he was stuck in the middle of the lobby, staring at all the different hallways and staircases trying to deduce where you are.
Right before he sped into one of the hallways, wishing for the best, he saw you run out of practically a wall of fire. Your body huddled as you ran through trying to minimise the damage done to your body. You held your breath as you tried to run back out.
Fortunately, Wally quickly rusheed onto you again.
“I got him!” You yelled, almost immediately coughing, though you closed your mouth and held your breath trying desperately not to inhale more smoke.
Seeing the desperation in the situation, Wally nodded, though he didn’t see where George was, and ran back out. This time once he let go of you and you collapsed back on the grass, he stood up and looked back onto the burning building.
Where was George?! The building was collapsing, the roof had started caving into the structure and even some of the firefighters had evacuated certain areas knowing the building would not hold any longer. Wally watched them change from trying to stop the fire to trying to contain it as it raged on within the building.
“That guy, where is he?” He asked, a tinge of panic in his tone, there was no way he could go back inside without something collapsing onto him. But if your friend, colleague, roommate, or whoever this George was still in there he had to try and rescue him.
“He’s here, don’t worry,” he heard you hoarsely chuckle, your throat still dry and scratchy from the amount of smoke you inhaled. “His fur’s a bit singed but he’s okay.”
Wally’s brows furrowed, and looking behind him he realised what George was.
There on the grassy ground, you were pampering and trying to calm down a panicked-looking tiny pomeranian. The edges of his fur had been singed off by the fire but there didn’t seem to be any other injuries.
Surprised and still running on adrenaline from the sudden terrible fire, Wally crouched down with you. George, the pomeranian, was quick to leap to his hands when he offered them. Yipping and yapping as Wally hesitantly petted him. At the sight, you laughed.
“He likes you, he’s usually nippy at strangers.” Though you wanted to laugh again, you began coughing.
Wally, realising that despite the fact you had very minor injuries you still had a terribly torn-apart throat, stood up.
“Hold on, let me get you some water.”
As quick as he went, he came back, this time with a bottle of water. You couldn’t care less where it came from the moment you started drinking it. Cooling your parched throat.
“Georgie!!!!” From afar the two of you heard a man yell out.
You smiled when a middle-aged couple ran towards your direction. George immediately barked in excitement. The two quickly scooped the dog from the ground and cuddled him close to their body.
“Thank you so much! We were outside when the fire started, they wouldn’t let us back in to rescue him.” The woman explained whilst her husband, with tears in his eyes, cuddled his dog close to his chest.
“No worries, when I got out I realised he wasn’t here and just couldn’t handle the thought of him being alone in there.”
You explained much to the surprise of Wally. There seemed to be a plethora of surprises greeting him today.
After the two of them left, Wally turned back at you who finished the water bottle.
“That’s not your dog?” He exclaimed, confused and rather in awe over the fact that you’d risk your life after only narrowly missing death yourself, just to save someone else’s dog.
“No–” you exaggerated your answer with a chuckle, “I met them last week, my friend who owns the apartment I was in are friends with them though!”
“You don’t live here?!”
“Nope!” You began to laugh at seeing Flash’s surprised expression. He seemed rather expressive even under a mask, it was humorous, “I was house-sitting. I guess my job is cut short though. There goes ten bucks.” You shrugged.
Seeing your nonchalance over the fact that the building was literally burning down, Wally couldn’t help but chuckle.
“I forgot to thank you for saving my life by the way, twice!” You exclaimed suddenly, “I’d be more worried if you weren’t here, but I guess with the Flash around I’m sure everyone’s safe.”
“Well, that’s just the life of a superhero, I guess.” He teased, shrugging in faux nonchalance pretending as if he wasn’t just panicking over the fact that just moments ago you had run back inside a burning, collapsing building.
“This is odd.” You mused. Wally quirked his brows at your smile.
“How so?”
“Usually Batman doesn’t stay this long to chat up the people he rescues. Just dissappears into a random back alley or into the damn darkness like a cryptid. Guess Central City’s just different like that huh?”
You smiled at the man, granted, you’ve never experienced a disaster quite as bad as this in daylight in Gotham either. But you assumed Batman also wouldn’t be chatting with a random stranger he rescued even if it was in the day.
“You’re a Gothamite?” Wally questioned, things suddenly making a lot of sense for him.
“Born and raised.” You puffed up your chest in pride.
“Might think about moving to Central City then, the superheroes here are less broody.” Wally, once again, teased, nudging your side ever so slightly.
He couldn’t help but continue the conversation. Not every day does he see someone as randomly heroic as you. Someone running into a burning building to save a stranger’s dog was not on his bingo card for things that would happen today.
“Nah, if I moved here that’s less chance to get saved by Nightwing, and that’s currently my life goal.”
Wally immediately started laughing, already ready to text Dick about this interaction later once he was free.
“Oh shit- I’m probably holding you up, right? Crime never takes a break and all that.” You muttered, “I’m going to go over and help with some first aid too. Thank you again, I owe my life to you, literally.”
Before he could reply, you shook his hand and walked to the closest paramedics to grab some first aid to help out. Wally couldn’t help but smile to himself watching you walk away. He didn’t catch your name but you’ve definitely caught his attention.
~
The rest of the few weeks went by without a hitch, despite that Wally couldn't help but keep thinking about you. At times he wondered if you got home safely. Considering where you lived that being Gotham he worried about you. He knew he could trust his friends back in Gotham to protect you, especially Dick yet he couldn't help but have your image linger in his mind.
Your bright smile, your cheerful appearance, your selflessness, and especially your bravery, all amused him.
How humorous he thought to himself how a simple person such as yourself could take his attention away. He's saved countless people over his years of being a hero and yet it's you who he can't seem to escape.
It wouldn't be until a few weeks later that Wally would get a chance to see you again. Barbara had to have her expertise used elsewhere, Jason was God knows where, and Duke had recently gotten badly injured after a scuffle with Bane. That left no one in Gotham to take care of the morning shift except Dick Grayson. But Dick knew his limits so instead of doing it all alone he invited one of his best friends to help out that being Wally himself.
“You got anything over there?”  Dick spoke into his comms as he stood on the edge of a building.
“Nothing much Gotham seems pretty peaceful when the sun's out!”  Wally exclaimed as he sped through the streets
“Don't say anything that could get this jinxed,” Dick laughed before continuing his patrol.
Wally laughed to himself and then ended the communication. The two of them agreed to take either side of Gotham considering if they split the city in half it would be much easier to react to any kind of crime that happened on either side. However, that meant they would be working individually from each other only calling for backup if there was something that either of them couldn't handle.
Wally kept his eyes on the lookout as he expertly manoeuvred his way around the Gothamites around him. No matter how many times he’s been to Gotham for missions, he never truly got to appreciate the place in the morning.
Without all the dirt and grime from the lurking fear that something may pop out. The flowers and trees growing next to the pavement and the colourful sights were quite beautiful. He couldn’t help but let his mind linger back to you. He wondered if this was why so many Gohtamites decided to stay in a place as bleak as this.
The morning sun shows them just how beautiful their city can be and so they hold out hope that when the moon comes and the sun retreats, maybe a calm night will follow. He wondered if that’s how you felt.
Wondering aside, just as he passes a certain semi-empty street a certain building caught his attention. Wally let himself stop for a second seeing as there didn’t seem to be any crime nearby. He was then met face-to-face with an animal shelter.
However the shelter was different, instead of just a building, there were windows all over the from of it. Letting anyone walking by see inside. The shelter seemed to be much more funded than many others he’s seen, as looking through the windows he could see large areas where the dogs could play and another where the cats could. It was just in front of some of the kennels and right behind the counter, only separated by a gate and fences.
Some of the dogs were being let out to play around. There were some workers around the fussing and playing. The open concept made the space seem much happier and more welcoming than many other shelters. He wondered what rich person was nice enough to take such good care of this many animals. Considering how much of a problem Gotham has with abandoned animals.
“Oh.” A singular sound made him turn around.
And just like that weeks of pining and wondering crashed down.
One would think being in the hero business as long as he had would make it very difficult to make Wally West, former kid Flash, now Flash, surprised. But there you were causing him to stagger in his steps.
“What happened to not liking Gotham because of how broody the people are,” composing yourself quickly after seeing the fucking Flash standing like a deer in headlights in front of your animal shelter, you tried to joke.
Wally, quickly realising he was still staying silent, tried to make a funny remark.
“Can’t trust rumours you know, gotta collect my own data about how broody you Gothamites are.” He put his hands on his hips and shrugged, feigning nonchalance, as if he hadn’t just spent weeks thinking about you.
You looked much more composed than you did the last time he saw you, granted the last time he saw you was right after he saved you from a burning building. But right now, free of soot, grime, sweat, and all the nasty shit that comes from being in a collapsing burning building, twice, you looked radiant.
“What are you doing here anyways, not in Gotham I mean, don’t want to intrude in any secret hero business. I mean in front of my shelter.”
Your?!
As if a lightbulb just activated in Wally’s head he then realises how on-brand it would be for you to own an animal shelter such as this one.
“I was just looking around, are you doing alright by the way? I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole fire ordeal shook you up.”
You thought about it for a moment, it was true. For the first few days after the incident, you checked every stove and electrical outlet in your apartment every night before you slept. Not to mention the amount of times you brushed up on the fire safety in your apartment building. Needless to say, you were pretty shaken up by it.
“I guess I was, took a bit of time off from both of my jobs, but it’s not so bad now. Life goes on right? Plus I’m too worried about insane penguins to worry too much about a fire.”
Wally laughed at that. He found himself smiling at your easygoing nature. How it seems so easy for you to take your time, process everything, and then move on. A part of him wished he could take time off too. But unfortunately, crime doesn’t stop for anything. And a speedster must keep running.
“Wait, two jobs?” He asked, selfishly wanting to know more about you, though he was sure he’d have to dodge a question if you tried the same thing. Secret identity and all.
“Yeah, the shelter barely pays for me, any profits are gone back into the facility or paying the staff. So I’m a professor in Gotham University. Pays pretty well so I can keep running the shelter even when we’re running low on donations.”
“That’s pretty noble of you. Don’t you get tired?”
“Says the literal hero.” You rolled your eyes at the irony, “Sometimes, but I take breaks here and there. I know when I can push myself and when I should take a step back. I have a bunch of staff in the shelter than can help me out and I have two TAs.” You shrugged as if you were saying the most obvious thing in the world, “I know I can rely on them.”
Wally couldn’t help but let out a lopsided grin. All of it seemed to come easy to you. Sure, handling two emotionally demanding jobs wasn’t the same as handling a hero identity and a civilian identity. But isn’t being a hero and a civilian basically like having two jobs too? Yet, you’re able to work at it so calmly. While Wally’s lucky if he could have a full night’s rest.
He wanted to get to know you more, he wanted to know how your mind worked, and how you could become the person you were. However, just before he opened his mouth his comm whirred to life.
“Croc at southeast, 13th avenue, there’s a lot of civilians, I could use some help!” Dick yelled out followed by sounds of crashing and roaring.
“Shit.” Wally shook his head after receiving the information.
“Trouble in the most broody city?” You asked with a smile.
Wally sheepishly nodded, one hand on the back of his neck. How he wished he could spend the entire day in front of the cutesy shelter just talking to you. But alas, he had to help Dick.
“Well, I’m glad we got to see each other again Flash. Go save some lives then.” Wally chuckled.
“Says the shelter owner.” Before rushing off.
~
When the day was over, right before heading back into Central City, he passed by the street where your animal shelter was located. He told himself that it was because the street was on the way to Central City. Though he knew the real answer was he wanted to see you again.
But for some reason, when he did see you again, locking up the shelter, he hid himself in an alleyway. Was he bothering you? You seemed like a nice person who wouldn’t say anything if someone was taking up too much of your time.
At a moment’s notice, Wally’s mind went overdrive in a torrent of jumbled mess. How much of your time did he waste that morning when he stopped you from entering the shelter? Were you late for anything because of him?
If he approached you right now would you be bothered? It looks like you’re heading home, what if he started chatting with you and you end up having to pull an all-nighter because you didn’t get home quick enough to do your report? Do you have to do reports? Is that something a University Professor did?!
Wally shook his head from side to side, clearing his mind of any thoughts. It didn’t matter anyway, he shouldn’t get himself involved with you. You’re a civilian, you could get hurt. Especially if someone sees him in his costume talking to you.
But Gotham was dangerous. And it was far into the evening at this point. Wally quickly turned his head towards your direction from where he was hiding. Were you really walking home alone?!
“This person!” He whisper-yelled to himself.
Ok, he’d just make sure you got home safe. You said it yourself, you were scared of insane penguins. Were there a bunch of cases relating to Penguin these days in Gotham? He should’ve been paying more attention.
His mind was frazzled so much that he didn’t quite notice how creepy he seemed tailing behind you. Not that you or anyone else around would notice, he’s been in one too many stealth missions to be able to get around undetected. At least to the normal civilian. Not to a Batman-trained vigilante on home ground.
“Dude what are you doing?”
Wally practically almost sped away in shock at hearing Dick’s voice above him. Standing on a fire exit, Dick looked down on Wally with an amused smile. Before responding, Wally looked back to where you were only to find you already making your way into your apartment building. Thankfully safe and sound.
“Are you seriously spying on a random person? You know, if you’re getting involved with a Gothamite, Bruce might need to do an investigation.” Dick joked, causing Wally to sigh.
“No, I’m not getting involved with a Gothamite. I was just making sure they got home safe.” Wally leaned on the wall behind him, hand in his hair.
“Okayy,” Dick chuckled, leaning on the railing to get a better look at Wally, “So, do they know?”
“About?”
“You being Flash and all?”
“It’s the opposite actually.” He sheepishly confessed.
Dick let out a loud laughter after that. He quickly quieted seeing his friend deflate.
“So you got to know them as Flash and not Wally?” At Wally’s nod, Dick shook his head, “That’s harder to deal with.”
“Well– We’re not dealing with anything! I just rescued them a few weeks ago and by chance met them again. There’s nothing going on.” Wally exasperatedly threw his hands up and glared at Dick.
“Alright- alright- What’s their name?”
“Uh-”
“No way,” Dick laughed, “You don’t even know their name and you’re following them home?! I didn’t know my best friend was such a creep!” Dick practically hollered in laughter before jumping down the fire exit to be face-to-face with a flushed Wally West.
“I didn’t get a chance to ask, okay?! I was busy and they were busy! And I didn’t want to waste their time!”
Dick chuckled but patted Wally’s shoulder.
“Well, that’s probably for the better. Who knows what’ll happen if we get civilians involved with us.” He shrugged trying to cheer up the red-head.
Wally groaned and nodded along.
“I should head on back, early morning patrol tomorrow.” He mumbled to Dick who nodded to continue the endless crime fighting that was Gotham.
“Just don’t forget about next month! Donna, Kori, and Roy’s gonna be there too! It’s rare enough that more than two of us are available at any moment.”
Wally could only scold himself over and over again in his mind as he ran back to Central City. Wondering if he could do things differently. If he should do things differently.
~
“Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit! Dick’s so going to kill me! No, Donna’s going to kill me!” Wally practically left a tornado of papers flying around as he rushed through his apartment to shower, brush his teeth, and change his clothes.
The former Titans members had been planning a small get-together for quite some time now. In the past, any sort of plans were always cancelled due to sudden criminal activity causing wreckage. But now that things seemed to slow down and many of the League members were on Earth, they didn’t have to worry too much about needing to help around.
Not that it would’ve changed whether or not Wally would immediately speed off to the crime scene the moment he hears the smallest amount of struggle in a villain fight.
For a second, your words from a month ago rang in his head.
“I know I can rely on them.”
He should work on not trying to be everywhere at once and saving everyone. He should trust the others more. But alas, that’s just the life of a speedster, the ability to go anywhere and everywhere in the blink of an eye makes all of them feel like they should. Even when they don’t need to be.
Taking a quick glance at the clock, he cursed to himself again. How he can sleep through three alarms is insanity. He was supposed to have an early lunch with them at 11 and it was now 11.30. Granted he can get there in a literal minute, but still.
Rushing over towards Gotham, once he got to the street with the diner he was meeting Donna, Dick, Kori, and Roy, he changed into his normal attire and ran normally. After all, he couldn’t burst into the restaurant at super speed.
As if nothing else could go wrong, the adrenaline made Wally less than careful. The busy Saturday streets of Gotham definitely weren’t helping. Before he could process anything, his body collided with another. A startled shriek brought him immediately back into reality.
“Oh my god, I am so sorry!” Wally immediately apologised seeing as how he spilled the person’s coffee everywhere.
In a moment of panic, he tried wiping off the coffee from their clothes but was quickly brushed off. A familiar sound of laughter caught his ears and he finally turned his attention to the person he collided with.
“It’s fine! Things happen, you were really rushing there. You got some coffee on you too.”
His eyes widened as they met with yours. Now without the safety of a boisterous persona that is the Flash costume, he fumbled trying to find his words.
“I’m- is there anything I could do to make it up?! I’m so embarrassed, I wasn’t looking! I’m so sorry!”
Your eyes widened at his panic.
“Hey, hey! It’s fine, calm down,” you wanted to laugh but the strange redhead in front of you was panicking so much you were worried he would start hyperventilating in the middle of the street. “I’m not burned, I’m fine.”
You quickly reached out to pull him to the side, so that people could walk past both of you. Your sudden touch against his skin immediately grounded him. Realising how stupid he must’ve looked Wally took a deep breath and straightened himself. How does he keep getting into these situations? He should really slow down.
“You good now?” You chuckled seeing him compose himself.
“Yeah,” he sheepishly smiled, scratching the back of his neck, “I still feel bad about the coffee though. What can I do to make it up to you?”
You thought about it for a moment, originally you were just going to brush it off. The guy seemed to be in a hurry, whatever it was seemed important. But seeing as how he wanted to take the time to properly apologise to you, you guessed you could take a little bit of his time. He looked like he was in desperate need of a break anyway.
“How about you buy me a new cup of coffee and accompany me?” Your dazzling and carefree smile put Wally’s heart at ease.
He froze for a moment, letting his heart calm down.
“You asking the person who spilled coffee all over you out on a date?” he playfully winked.
You laugh, a sound bringing the same amount of warmth to his chest as one would get when they turned on the radio after a long day only to find the station was playing their favourite song.
“If you want to see it that way.” You slyly responded back.
Wally agreed and the two of you made your way to a cafe nearby.
“Hold on, I’m going to check if they have a table first, if they don’t we can find a different place.” He nodded and stayed outside the small and quaint cafe looking outwards.
There he was suddenly met with four confusing stares from the diner just across the street.
Donna, Kori, Dick, and Roy were staring at him as if he had just grown three heads. At this point, he had been over 45 minutes late and the fact that he wasn’t going into the diner they were in but waiting outside a cafe was perplexing. And they made sure that those emotions were being sent off from their glare.
“Hey they got a table!”
He still stared back at the four, wondering what he should do. He could speedily buy you your coffee and make an excuse on how he needs to rush and then go to the diner. But then he wouldn’t be able to take a moment with you.
“Earth to stranger who spilled my coffee!” You poked your head out of the cafe to look at him. Only to sigh and sound sympathetic, “If you’re really rushing to go somewhere I don’t mind you just paying for my coffee by the way. I was semi joking at the accompany me part of my request.”
From the way you said it, Wally knew that if he did say he was rushing to get somewhere and only paid for your coffee you truly wouldn’t mind it. Hell, you would’ve probably even apologised for dragging him to a cafe with you. But did he really want to do that?
Wally shook his head and sent an apologetic smile to his friends across the street. They can arrange something else next time. After all, it’s not like they don’t see each other often on missions anyway. When else would he get the chance to actually relax? The lot of them would probably leave before the hour strikes 12 to deal with any villains that popping up. And that would send him spiralling to hurry and help them. Once again, rushing.
But when he looked back at you, your careless smile and the light way you carried yourself. He took a moment to think. Maybe he should take a page out of your book and take a break.
“Yeah, coming!”
The moment both of you were seated, he felt, oddly calm. He didn’t feel the need to fidget with his phone, seeing if there were any reports nearby that he needed to deal with. He just ordered two coffees and sat in comforting silence in front of you.
Which was odd, as he knew why he felt comfortable around you, considering he’d spoken to you a lot before. But why were you so comfortable around him?
“Have we met somewhere? You seem familiar.”
Wally was taken aback, he knew he should’ve taken Dick’s recommendation and hid his hair behind the mask. You’ve figured it out! His mind started moving a million miles a minute.
“I think I’d remember if I met someone as dashing as you.” He tried to smoothly change the conversation.
You chuckled and shrugged.
“Oh well, you probably just remind me of someone, I never caught your name by the way.”
“Right! It’s Wally.”
You smiled.
“Wally, suits you.” He liked hearing his name in your voice it quieted the noisy thoughts in his mind.
“And yours?”
Now he’ll finally know your name.
Before you answered he took a quick glance at the window beside him which faced the diner. Only to see Dick grinning ear to ear. That bastard.
~
Cute epilogue cause this was just adorable
“I already knew.”
“What?!”
Wally deflated to the ground.
He expected you to be shocked, hopefully not angry, maybe even elated. After all, who would’ve thought that the hero who saved your life all those years ago was actually your boyfriend?!
“Come on, I literally said you seemed familiar the first time I met you. Are you kidding me?”
“Still! You couldn’t have acted surprised! It was a lot trying to hide all of this from you!!!” Wally whined causing you to laugh and envelop him in a hug.
“Yeah, you didn’t do a good job at that either. I found your costume the first month we lived together.”
Wally dropped his head onto your shoulder at that statement. Sulking even deeper into your touch.
“But I’m still glad you trust me enough to tell me yourself. I wouldn’t have minded if you never did.” You stroked his back and spoke with so much sincerity that Wally couldn’t help but let his heart melt.
“You’re so patient with me.”
He picked up his head and looked towards you.
“Someone has to be.” You joked, he chuckled.
“I love you.” His face inched closer towards you.
“I love you too, my saviour.” You grinned before pressing your lips against his.

‘and in my eyes, there is a tiny dancer watching over me.’
you could never sleep properly, there was an urge to leave this hell of a whole called the borderland. the mere thought of you on the verge of death didn’t startle you; the thought of chishiya leaving alone did. you made friends at the beach and very much foes. you enjoyed the company you had from kuina arisu and usagi. you were alone now. maybe it wasn’t a good idea to separate from the group.
running from the king of spade was though, you weren’t sure if you truly did want to risk your life to get into some car. you were more headstrong and empathetic yet stern at the beach. that made you let out a small chuckle. after playing many diamonds and heart games the itching burn made you want to leave more.
the black jacket you found comfort in had gotten dirty so you tossed it getting a new one, the skirt had been flowing in the winds slight breeze, your hair had been the least of your worries to keep maintained, messy yet you still felt beautiful. you were kicking the pebbles on the ground, a frown formed on your lips. chishiya was the only person you could think about there was nobody else, you knew your family were fine since they were out of japan but chishiya. every night you wished for you to get out of this place faster.
the sun beaming down made you hiss slightly, a sting coming from your swollen slept deprived eyes. covering the sun with your arm. you squinted your eyes to see arisu and what looked like niragi. a frown formed on your lips quickly yet quietly walking your way to arisu. “what’s happening?!” you yelled at arisu, he simply pointed to the gun next to you. nodding you grabbed it waiting for the right time to shoot niragi.
the burning hatred you had for this man was unreal. all the things he did to women was disgusting, he was the biggest reason you want to kill someone. niragi’s laugh boomed loudly in the area, a scowl escaped arisu’s mouth as you just inhaled sharply being aware of your surroundings.
you tried shooting when he was laughing but you were a tad bit too far to the right, your face twitched in annoyance. “seriously?! is that the best you can do? that’s so disappointing and..” “sad.” the pause in the sentence gave you time to calm yourself. “come on!” “shoot me!” “or are you too much is pussys to do that?” niragi licked the metal part of his gun like it’s his. arisu was very much shaking, you shot arisu a look that told him to calm down or we can die here.
“arisu im going to need you to pull yourself together or this can be the end of us!” you whispered yelled, arisu looked at you his uneasy breath was obvious; he was redeeming himself though. the air was filled became thicker and musty, niragi’s laugh was very much vibrating the air as he carelessly shot the cars. you rolled your eyes, he was seriously getting on your nerves and you just wanted to kill him.
the sound of feet walking alerted you, losing up the gun you put your hand on the trigger, pointing to the direction. you were about to shoot until you noticed the short brown hair, “usagi?” your question sounded more like a statement. arisu turned his head to happy to see usagi.
he wanted to drop everything to go to her but he knew he couldn’t, “what’s going on here?” usagi questioned looking at you arisu and niragi with guns point at eachother. “well isnt this interesting” niragi let out a wicked smile shooting two bullets towards usagi.
“USAGI WATCH OUT” arisu screamed towards her, the girl couldn’t move fast enough; her leg was injured. a gulp was viable and the sign of anguish watched over her. “fuck it.” you snarled under your breath running over to usagi stepping in front if her. a bullet above your chest and the other one in your stomach, arisu took the chance to shoot niragi in the stomach before running over to you.
the fall to the ground was rough but you couldn’t subside it from the pain of being shot. usagi’s face grew worry on it as she held your head in her hands. tears brimmed her face, “why would you do that..” hee eyes examined your body, you had a fox like grin on your face. “something told me i should” your breathing stopped slightly before you exhaled deeply, “plus i wouldn’t want the lovers to be separated~” you couldn’t help but crack a joke at the moment.
usagi slapped you lightly on the shoulder, you looked over to arisu, “i don’t know how critical these are..” you paused giving him a smile, “but please different the queen of hearts for me.” arisu nodded before resting your head on a jacket he found in the ground; grabbing usagi as they headed to different the queen.
you can feel more and more blood come out, some worry washed over you letting out a small laugh, the laugh turned into small crys. tears formed your eyes as the pain worsened, hands were shaken but you couldn’t help but laugh. as night approached your eyes grew slightly heavy. you didn’t know if it was because you were tired or because you were losing too much blood.
your bangs stuck onto your forehead as the sweat mixed with the cold air, breeze washed over. you looked up to the sky to see fireworks. a smile washed over your face, you can finally go home, you can see your chishiya. tears fell down your cheek; you did it. “niragi if you are sadly still alive,” yn grew a grin as tears rolled down her cheeks, “i hope you go to hell.” she closed her eyes as the darkness consumed her.

chishiya had clocked in for work grabbing himself a coffee, a black coffee. he didn’t mind it but it was definitely not his favorite. he only drank it to keep himself awake, the bitterness washed over his tongue making his face scrunch in disgust.
finishing the small cup he tossed it out heading over to his next patient, he had plans with you today, they were going to go on a picnic together but chishiya got busy per usual resulting in you just going to the cafe.
chishiya sped through patients hoping it could make time go faster but it just didn’t. he headed back to the hospitals cafe to get another coffee, he felt tired. as he grabbed his new cup of coffee he looked towards the now loud commotion building; walking over to one of the nurses who had been watching in distress. “what happened?” his rasp liked voice had made the nurse jump in surpise before looking back at him.
“oh they’re the poor unlucky souls that got hit with the meteor.” her frown was evident, sadness in her eyes. “when was this?” his eyebrows furrowed as he scratched his head, “it happened around 5 minutes ago..” her lips agaped before closing it and shaking her head looking down at her phone.
he took his phone out his pocket to see if you had texted him back but you never did, a displeased look washed over him. you were never one to leave him on delivered for more than five minutes heck even ten, but almost twenty? he figured something was up. as he looked up he noticed a figure that looked oddly fimilar to him, as he looked closely the person had the same matching necklace as chishiya.
his breathing bitches, the lifeless body laying on the stretcher. the medics hurrying the bloody bruised girl to a room to hook her up. chishiya felt his feet start walking towards the girl. the walking went to a sprint, the sprint went to a full on jog. his hands weren’t even in his pocket. his phone was clutched in his hand with a picture of both of them on his lockscreen.
looking from the outside chishiya could see a boy’s lifeless body and yours. his eyes rested on the heart monitor that stopped beeping and went cold for a minute; his eyes winded slightly. breathed hitched. his lips turned into a downward frown. he didn’t want to believe what he saw, he wanted to think it was fake. he didn’t want to believe you were gone from him.
he was intently watching from the windows, he ignored even the slightest hi’s and hellos, his eyes were fixated on you. after countless defibrillator attempts they were finally able to get your heart back on track. they hooked you up quickly before exiting to other patients rooms. as the doctors and nurses left he slipped his way into the room closing it on his way in.
the curtain for the other patient was closed so it didn’t matter to him, he didn’t care for them he cared for you. he looked at the monitor before looking back at you. his hand brushed the messy strands off your face, his hand intertwined with yours. he placed small kisses all over it.
he was mumbling sweet nothings to your sleep body, this was way of hoping you would wake up soon. he had closed his eyes calming himself. he didn’t like stress, he felt your hand slightly twitch making his eyes flare right open.

your eyes opened slowly as a bright light beamed through the windows and the ceiling, hissing at it you quickly close your eyes. opening them back slowly you felt someone’s hand holding onto your, looking to the right you can see him and in his glory.
a small smile formed on your face as you put your other hand on his cheek, “chishiya..” a roughed voice escaped your lips, you didn’t know if this was real or if this was still the borderlands. you quickly look down to see your bandaged wounds; your head slowly looked back up at the happy chishiya.
“i was wondering why you didn’t text me back” he smiled moving your palm to his lips placing a soft kiss. “well i didn’t expect me to die yet” you countered back. chishiya let out a soft short laugh. you were still debating if this was truly real or just a dream. a single tear rolled down your cheek as you felt chishiya’s loving kisses warm your hand.
“how long was i out?” you questioned, you spent basically 4 months in the boderlands so she’d like the time here as well. “your heart stopped for a minute..” your eyes has widened slightly as the words, lips agaped. closing your eyes you let in another small breathe before looking at chishiya.
“i have so much to tell you chishi..” you moved your hand around his neck pulling him closer, nose touching eachother, your smile was brighter than he could ever remember.
“i’m sure you do..” his cat like grin formed onto his face—leaning closer he kissed you ever so slowly. a gentle slow kiss that had so much passion in it. you smiled into the kiss, oh how much you missed his touch. you pulled him closer to you lightly to deepen the kiss.
the kiss was short yet sweet, his hand still connected to yours. he licked his lips as his eyes stared into your tired ones, “next time stay home” a small like smile formed on his lips. “alright doctor~”
