hii!! could u do a skz (preferably i.n or ot8) when they have an idol!so and they reveal their relationship??

hi anon!! i tried to make this kind of as realistic as possible but at the same time i feel like jyp would never let this happen so this is what i came up with😭

Pairing: ot8 x gn!idol!reader Genre: fluff, a tiny bit angsty i guess Warnings: none that i could think of, everyone's stressing Word count: 1,3k

Channie

realistically, i don’t think chan would want to reveal the relationship up until after the peak of their career if ever. i feel like he’s just too tied down by all the responsibilities he has towards the company. but i also think that out of all of the other members he would do the best at consoling you if you ever wanted to go public and he told you no. he would feel so bad but it’s just something he knows he can’t risk. and a big part of why he wouldn’t do it is that he’s afraid you’d receive hate so he’s really just trying to protect you and your career.

if the relationship ever got leaked, boy would have to do so much damage control. even if it’s accepted by everyone and actually somehow boosts your careers and only has good outcomes. mans would be out there writing apology letters like “hi, this is stray kids’ bang chan and i’m so sorry i lied to you all about my relationship.” like it’s not his private business.

Lee know

lee know would throw in little quips and hints during things like skz code and stuff. do you know how he talked about the friend he went to japan with and said he was his boyfriend? he’d do that with you as well. pretend that he’s joking and when they’re all asked about your group he’d say “yea, we hung out once. they’re actually my partner now.” and then do the little :] smile. hannie would obviously throw in a little “what about me?” and then the whole mention about your relationship goes unnoticed. but he would try to slowly get there through hints.

if this relationship ever got leaked, he’d come over that same day with the biggest smile on his face. i feel like he’d genuinely be happy and i think someday, down the line, he’d confirm it on his own by sending a not the most flattering picture of you surrounded with his cats to bubble. for which you’d scold him later.

Changbin

i feel like changbin would really want to tell EVERYONE. like, he’s so proud to be your boyfriend and he wants to tell the world. but he knows he can’t. he would also just mention you during skz talker and stuff. i think he’d show the camera a video of you doing a dance trend or something and be like “waaah, aren’t they so talented?” meanwhile in his head he’s also adding “and they’re all mine”.

he’s happy as well when the relationship gets leaked. is even happier that it happens around the time of your new comeback because now he can do your dance challenge with you and not feel weird about it. wouldn’t address it but in his next vlog, he tells the staff not to blur you out anymore. (which i know that they don’t really post vlogs anymore BUT BINNIE’S WERE MY FAVORITE AND I MISS THEM OKAY)

Hyunjin

feel like hyune would be STRESSED when you first bring up the idea of going public. he’d tell you that he’ll think about it but is probably the most open to it. he’d have a meeting about it with the higher ups and you would too but it would be a while before they actually allowed you to do it.

when it does happen, i think it would just be him posting pictures from a versace event and then the last picture would be the two of you together. your back pressed against his chest, his hand placed over your stomach and your hand reaching back to hold his face while looking at each other. you’d obviously be wearing your versace outfits and the caption would be something like “thank you donatella, me and my y/n enjoyed the event so much”. safe to say stays go crazy and your fandom does as well.

Jisung

i think hannie wouldn’t be comfortable revealing it but we all know boy has a big mouth. i think he’d just leak his own relationship tbh. yk how sometimes he just speaks poems about how he’s so fond of minho? one question asked about you and he’s spilling on air. “ah y/n? yeah, i’ve never met anyone as hard working… well, except for my members. yeah, they’re just so amazing and we match so well, you know. it was honestly like out of a fairytale. i mean, um… like… you know, like the friendship?” and then chan is jumping into the conversation and changing the topic, thank god for his leader.

he’d be terrified after but you’re there to calm him down. at some point you get asked about it in an interview and you decide to just clear it up. “did you hear what stray kids’ han said about you the other day?” the interviewer asks. “ah yeah. adorable, wasn’t he? i have to say, it really was like out of a fairytale. it might sound corny but we just clicked so well, you know.” you smile and wave into the camera, mouthing a hi baby because you just know that he’s going to watch this interview the moment it comes out. (chan is beyond stressed because of you two)

Felix

lixie would love the idea of going public but he would be too scared of the consequences i think. feel like it would be similar to hyunjin because he would want you at all of his events and at some point the fans start to be like…hmm is it a coincidence that they always appear together at the same events. but obviously that’s not enough to just assume that you’re both dating.

at some point lix accidentally sends the wrong picture to bubble and it’s a picture where you’re cuddled together in bed and you’re kissing his cheek. he meant to send the one of him alone that he took when you went to the bathroom. he’s freaked out but then he just kind of accepts it and is happy because so much pressure has just been taken off his shoulders. the next picture of the two of you that appears on bubble is sent intentionally with a bunch of light blue hearts.

Seungmin

seungmin would absolutely NOT want to reveal the relationship. he has a reputation to uphold as the grumpy one. that’s what he says but really he’s just too scared of the reactions and feedback. he doesn’t mind getting hate, he feels used to that but he doesn’t want you to receive it. he’s also worried that people would put you down for dating him out of everyone else. this leads to you both having a looong conversation where he starts sobbing at some point because he does feel insecure but he never lets himself feel those things unless it’s with you.

this in turn makes him realize that you are very important to him and now he’s even more conflicted. should he tell everyone that you’re his or should he work even harder to protect your relationship. in the end, he decides to let you make the decision. he’s happy with whatever you choose as long as you’re by his side.

Jeongin

i think innie would actually be the one to bring this up with you. after they all get their instagrams, hyunjin gets his piercing and the company lets more loose in general, he feels that it could go through. so he brings it up with jyp and gets the green light (which is not realistic at all but let’s pretend for the sake of this drabble).

i know that innie doesn’t do the ootd posts anymore but i think it would be so cute if he revealed it through that. he would post an ootd post and then on some of the pictures you’re there as well. just a power couple posing together. and then also, some of the more observing fans would notice that hey, isn’t that innie’s shirt that y/n was wearing in their new post. and hey isn’t that the same bag that y/n has in jeongin’s new post? it’d just be really cute because you’d both be so excited about it and flaunting it.

BANG CHAN

Chan would act a little more affectionate towards you as a crush. But on camera, he tries to not do this behaviour too much or people will start catching on. He only does this off camera.

He's always clinging on to your arm or hand or waist to just feel your bicep or abs, while he tries not to make it too obvious. I mean, he doesn't want other members to catch on..

Whenever you're mentioned, he immediately perks up, wanting to hear whatever comes right after that. He'll correct any misinformation about you because he doesn't want STAYs to misunderstand! Totally not because he just likes you or anything and doesn't want anything to happen to you .. no..

Around other idols, he's the same as he is off-camera with you, all clingy and stuff. Other idols don't mind the behaviour, they find it pretty endearing actually! I mean, he tried to kiss you so many times already, but let's keep quiet about that.

I think this behaviour would sometimes come out at airports. He can't help himself! You're just so cute and buff as hell, he just wants you to know how much he cares for you.

He can be spotted looking at you from afar in SKZ-TALKERS while you're talking to the mic, you always point him out with a chuckle, but you know it's just a little joke that he likes to play on you.

Other idols state that he just loves you alot. And you're probably his favourite stray kid of them all!

LEE KNOW

Lee Know would be the same on and off camera. He's not afraid to show the world that he likes you! He loves touching your abs

He would always be spotted trying to kiss you. Facing you with duck lips. And always points to his cheek, indicating that he wants you to kiss his cheek. Pretends to be whiny of you refuse to kiss the man's cheek.

In airports, he just makes sure you're not uncomfortable or anything. He knows your strong, so safety really wasn't a problem for you.

Around other idols, with him is always like handling an actual child. He holds your hand like the entire night you're there. It's like he super glued his hands to yours.

During concerts is where it's a bit .. wilder, since in SKZ-TALKERS, MAKING FILMS, interviews, etc. can be edited, concerts can't. Always slapping your butt, touching your abs when you're not looking, saying that you look like Doongie when you have ginger/blond hair, saying that you look like Soonie when you have brown hair. And many more.

People just say he's fucking whipped and he is.

SEO CHANGBIN

Changbin is also like Lee Know, but more .. affectionate and aegyo-y. He has said many things about you that you wish to forget. On one of the MV FILMINGs, he said that he would sell his soul to the devil just to have your abs. You .. didn't really know why.

Watches every TikTok you make. And literally begs the manager to dance with you whenever a comeback happens. The manager would usually let you guys collab, but on some occasions, they wouldn't do it because of allegations.

At airports, he likes matching outfits with you. You wear a dog shirt, he has one too! A cat shirt? He has one! Bear shirt? You guessed it, he has one too. STAYs like it, so he continues doing it and holds your hand since he knows that you didn't exactly like the lights flash on your face.

He also likes sitting on your lap. On every SKZ-TALKER, you will always see him on your lap no matter what or his arms wrapped around your waist, or he's checking out your arms. Or he's just around you doing stuff. He's clung on to you, what do you expect?

At concerts, he is 100% going to try and kiss you. Any couple questions? He is asking you to answer them with him. Headlock questions? He's asking you to do it for him. Also probably has your bubble. And saved every picture you sent.

Around other idols, he's gonna cling on to you and tells you to dance to multiple GG dances by bumping in to you. You enjoy it, and it doesn't disturb your interactions with other idols.

The other members tease him about it when you're not there or busy, but it's not like you'd know he liked you .. or?

HWANG HYUNJIN

Hyunjin is NOT brave enough to do any stuff that would expose him. He just admires you from afar. Though, that doesn't mean he isn't affectionate toward you.

Also likes laying on your lap, usually sleeps on it, though. He needs rest, and you're the only pillow he wants to sleep on.

Everytime you say something about him, instead of the usual laugh or weird look, he'd respond by agreeing with you and try give you what you want. You want his lips? He's gonna try to kiss you. You want his hair?

He really likes hugging you. Everytime you just stand at an interview or just standing doing something, he's always gonna be behind you with his arms around your waist while he moves you side to side.

Arm is always over your shoulder. Like he's clingy but he doesn't show it alot. It's more subtle.

Around other idols, he's not gonna try anything. Like anything. He wouldn't even try to do that. He's scared of what will happen if people catch on that he likes you. His reputation would be ruined.

At concerts, he's a bit more braver, singing your parts with you, or rapping your parts. Making a few adlibs about you, his arm usually around your shoulder as you bop your head to the music.

People don't really know that he likes you, and he wants it to stay that way.

HAN JISUNG

Also another one that tries to kiss you 24/7. Every single time he gets the chance, you will see him face you with duck lips. There's times where you tease him by trying to kiss him back, and there's times where you push his face away to face the camera.

Oh you thought he was babygirl enough? Nope. He's even more babygirl around you. He literally loves being around you. He likes sleeping on you, he likes eating with you, he likes doing everything with you basically.

Also soothes him whenever he's having an anxiety attack. Whenever he does, he clings on to you while you comfort him until he's fine.

Calls you Lee Know's 4th cat because you act like one. Probably mistook you for Soonie one time when you had brown hair.

Around other idols, he's like half of what he is. He does not want his idol friends to know how he is like you off camera. He still likes to be around you though.

On concerts, he wants you to sing or rap his parts alot. Of course, he does that on his own, but hearing his parts in your voice makes him absolutely whipped.

During the reaction of Your Eyes or There, he's not gonna react like how he reacts with other members. He's gonna scream x10 louder when he sees you rizzing up the camera, and stream your part on 400 different devices.

Whenever you're mentioned, he has a giant smile on his face, like stupidly big. That's how much he likes you.

LEE FELIX

Felix just outright stares at you. Or well, your arms whenever you flex them in SKZ-TALKERS. I mean, can you blame the man? He loves them.

Bites his lips everytime he squishes them. Like, it's so incredibly obvious that he likes you but he thinks he's so slick. It's fucking hilarious.

Also saves your pictures on every single social media. And also favourites edits of you. His whole FYP is probably just you. It's not creepy, he just likes you.

At concerts, he really likes to touch your abs. Like, you can't stop this man. I mean, everyone thinks it's funny. And kinda cute?

Likes being affectionate around you. Cheers you on, also matches clothes with you. He buys matching clothes for you whenever he's out shopping. And also buys you keychains to match, and always sees one of the keychains on your bag, the others are usually on your wall just hanging.

Around other idols, he just sits from afar while talking to some other idol, but he does look at you, just wanna make sure you're safe .. even though you could probably bodyslam anyone who even tries to hurt you.

KIM SEUNGMIN

Teases you just a little more than he does with other members. He just likes how you laugh at his jokes about you or other members. Your laugh is like music to his ears.

Not bold enough to try anything. But does lay on your lap or sit on it. That much he will do. Also sometimes squishes your biceps when he feels like he wants to.

In SKZ-TALKERS, the most you'll see him doing is sleep on your lap. He doesn't wanna try anything that will raise suspicion about his crush on you.

At concerts, he tries to be subtle about touching you or teasing you but really, every STAY that's there can see him know that he likes you.

Listens to your covers in the SKZ-PLAYER or your songs. In interviews, when asked what's his favourite song, it's always a song written by you. Like always. And he listens to that dong on repeat.

Around other idols, he's like Felix. Just sitting and looking at you interact with other idols. Just looking at you ... And how the cloth just wraps around your biceps .... And sometimes when you wear a bodysuit .. your abs show .. and .. okay, getting distracted.

YANG JEONGIN

He's still so shy around you. Everytime you speak to him, he stutters alot. Your voice is just so nice, he can't help it. And he can't really pay attention whenever you talk because he's paying attention to your abs.

Also likes teasing you a bit for being like a cat, calling you Soonie/Doongie/Dori.

Likes singing and listening to your songs! Whether it was a cover or not, he sings it regardless. Maybe in some SKZ-TALKERS, you can hear him sing in the background!

Buys you skincare. Like, he wants you to take care of your skin! Loves whenever you mention his gifts to you in your vlogs! It makes him kick his feet and giggle.

Actually kisses you on the cheek whenever you ask for it. Like genuinely does it. I mean, it's a chance to kiss you so he might as well take it, right?

With other idols, he's just like Seungmin and Felix. He's too shy, so he's just sitting there while talking to his members and his idol friends.

At concerts, he sings with you. He can't really rap, but he tries and STAYs think it's so cute!

Jeongin was peacefully sleeping in his room. Chan was at the studio, as it was usual of him, so he found himself home alone.

He soon woke up from his nap, that had only lasted around ten minutes, not so good news for the maknae of skz.

Actually, Innie had decided to take a nap to distract himself from his own feelings. He had been feeling slightly… Lonely? Living just with Chan, and him being very busy lately, the youngest had… Been quite missing the old attention from his hyungs.

Jeonginnie would’ve never thought he’d find himself missing that attention and the way they treated him. They saw each other really often, obviously, and were soon going to start their world tour. Even so, Innie couldn’t help but feel this way… He wanted their attention, but how could he even ask for it…?

In about an hour later, the youngest in skz decided to finally do something about his feelings, and went to visit his favorite hyung (obviously Felix).

… And Seungmin.

When Jeongin arrived the Seunglix dorm, Seung was just about to go out, and was kinda in a rush, so when Innie tried to talk to him… Let’s just say his response wasn’t that nice…

“Hi hyung, how’ve you been?” Jeongin softly asked.

“Innie, not now” Seungmin replied, serious.

“Oh… Sorry, I just-“

“I just don’t have the time to deal with you right now” Seungmin simply said, and then left.

Jeonginnie felt naturally sad… But he understood, his hyung was busy, stressed maybe… And he understood that.

Fortunately, Lix was still in the dorm… Maybe he could try with him.

But his response was… Not much different from Seungmin’s.

“Hi, Lixie hyu-“

“Innie, I can’t right now” said Felix, not even stopping his LoL gaming.

Innie tried to not lose hope, and headed to the Minsung dorm, where the answers he got were pretty much the same as Seunglix’s, and also in the Hyunibini dorm.

Innie returned home, sad and disappointed, and when he reached his room, he let himself cry.

Less than 20 minutes later, Chan arrived home… He had received a text from Changbin, who had noticed the youngest’s depressed demeanour, and was worried about him, and also a bit guilty for not talking to him in the best way…

Channie entered his dongsaeng’s room, and witnessed Innie on his bed, crying. It broke his heart…

Chris carefully got on the bed, wrapping his arms around his youngest right after.

This startled I.N, but after turning around and realizing it was his hyung, he decided to just let himself cry on his chest and be comforted by him.

“What’s wrong, Innie?” Chan asked his dongsaeng softly.

Innie just shook his head, not wanting to be fully open with his feelings, but the soft and caring look in Chan’s eyes was all that was needed for him to change his mind “I-I guess I’ve just been feeling… A bit alone…” He begun.

“I miss the guys, and I miss the attention I used to have. I didn’t want to say anything because… I didn’t want to look childish… I’m not a baby, Chan, and I didn’t want to look like it…”

“But I just can’t help but feel like I do… I was used to all that attention and affection and stuff… I guess it just… Feels strange to not have it…” Jeongin finally confessed, the tears running down his cheeks.

His words touched Chan’s heart… Aww… His poor maknae had been hiding this feelings of his all this time…

Chris stroked the younger’s hair, trying to soothe him “Aww, Innie… It’s okay to feel that way… I don’t think it’s childish. It’s perfectly alright and normal…” He talked softly.

Jeongin had no more words. He just wanted to cry right there on his hyung’s arms for the rest of the week.

But a ring on the bell interrupted that.

Channie stood from his cuddle with Innie, and went to open the door. When he came back to Innie’s room, all the members came with him.

“Oh, Innie…” Hyunjin and Lix went to hug him as soon as they saw him “We’re so sorry…”

“All of us are, Innie…” Seungmin approached him and ruffled the maknae’s hair gently “We shouldn’t have treated you the way we did… Specially me…”

“Please don’t cry anymore…” Binnie told him.

“I don’t like seeing you cry… Come on” Lino gave his dongsaeng a poke on his side, making him shudder and let out a soft giggle “Hyung, stop…”

All the members shared a mischievous grin as Min kept poking the maknae. They loved seeing him smile like that, even more when his adorable dimples showed.

Some more of the guys soon joined the tickle attack towards their maknae. Hyun nuzzled on his neck, knowing Jeongin was insanely sensitive to any touch there.

Felix sneaked his hand under Innie’s shirt, and made sure to gently and thoroughly tickle his sensitive belly.

Jeongin’s ribs also got tickled, by Seung, and the rest of the members, who weren’t tickling him, made sure to make him feel all flustered.

“You liking the attention, Innie~?” Channie teased him.

“Of course he does!” Seungmin said “Look at how cute he’s being~”

Changbin was just stroking the maknae��s hair, making sure he feels safe and comforted, and Jisung was smiling and chuckling at the scene in front of him.

Meanwhile, Jeonginnie was kind of… Giggling his head off.

The guys’s fingers (… Or nose, in Hyunjin’s case) were moving all over his sensitive spots, tickling every inch of skin they could, sending these nice, electricity-like touches through his entire body, he couldn’t even protest. He felt great, he was being comforted and given the attention he had desired for days.

“Is this okay, Innie?” Lixie made sure to ask.

Of course I.N would never admit to be liking this… No, he could never let himself to do such thing… But in his current, giggly, cozy and almost overwhelmed in the best way possible state, it’s not like he was thinking really well… So he ended up confessing.

“Yehehehes… This is perfect hyungs… Thahahahahank you…”

His hyungs just grinned softly at his vulnerable words, glad that he had opened like that to them...

Jeonginnie’s giggles continued filling the room, the members cooing at him basically all the time.

After a couple minutes, the tickling time was finally over, and the guys just cuddled Innie, giving him some gentle aftercare.

“We love you, Innie…” Chan said affectionately.

Some more minutes cuddling passed, and after a while, Hannie decided that I’d be nice to watch a movie to have some more quality time together.

So they all sort of ended up having a sleepover in the Chanin dorm that night-

♡ His eyes light up. “I can help you!” “I don’t need help!” “Aw, come on! I can talk about how strong and awesome you are!” “Well,” Changbin begins to relent, smiling at the ego boost, “all right.” “Of course I’ll be lying,” Wooyoung says with a wicked grin. “Hey!” “Kidding!

♡ Cut to the next time all three of you are together. Wooyoung is so happy to meet you, very friendly and eager in a way that has you smiling. Also very, very complimentary to Changbin.

♡ “Changbin, I know, has been working out a bunch, haven’t you? What are you benching now?” The number does surprise you, but you brush the gym talk off as guy stuff and give the rapper a short praise.

♡ “Has he shown you the latest song he wrote? Man, the guy has a way with words sometimes?” “No,” you reply with an eager smile, “what’s it about?” Wooyoung, you notice, looks nearly more satisfied with Changbin, who pulls out his phone to show you a little demo recording. “Wow, that is good! I wasn’t expecting a love song,” you gush, your voice going quiet. “Well, guess I can be a romantic sometimes,” Changbin replies with a grin that sends warmth to your cheeks.

♡ Changbin is already a shameless flirt, so Wooyoung barely has to do anything. “Hey, do you guys wanna get ice cream?” You ask, nodding to the parlor you’re approaching. “Sure, I’ll get you whatever you want,” Changbin tells you, leaning in a bit.

♡ “You’re right, there’s no helping you,” Wooyoung teases him, earning an elbow to the ribs in response. “That wasn’t what I said!” Changbin shoots back before rushing to hold the door open for you.

♡ “Mind you he won’t pay for me,” Wooyoung whispers to you, “you must be special.” Your eyes light up. “Really?” “Oh, yeah,” Changbin’s friend continues, “watch. Hold his hand and he’ll melt.”

Gotta go!” “Wait,” Wooyoung protests, “what about the movie?” “You guys don’t mind going just you, right?” “Not at all!” You reply brightly and very quickly, bringing a proud beam to Wooyoung’s face as you wave. “But it was nice meeting you!”

♡ Wooyoung’s phone buzzes as he walks, listening to all your expectations for the movie with a soft smile.

Wanting to be a good and supportive friend, Changbin listened very intently to every detail of what Hyunjin was telling him. Everything about how he had finally kissed the cute girl across the hall while the two sat in the office, Changbin sitting in his computer chair at his setup, but faced to the side to look at Hyunjin. The younger boy was sitting in the spare chair, slightly turning himself side to side while he went over the details.

Meanwhile, Kit seemed like she wasn’t paying any attention, sitting in her computer chair at the other side of the office with her headphones on, her keyboard clacking along with whatever game she was playing.

But then Hyunjin said something so nonchalantly, but it made Changbin’s eyes go wide.

“She had a panic attack?” he gasped.

Hyunjin shrugged, “I figure it’s not a big deal -- I mean, like, in the way of it affecting our relationship. She said she’s had bad experiences and she overthinks stuff a lot. She calmed down, I did everything to make her comfortable.”

Changbin’s expression seemed unsure as he took in a slow breath, “Okay, Jinnie– Are you…sure about this? I mean, considering…you? And how she is? Is that a good mix?”

Hyunjin frowned, “What’s that supposed to mean?”

“I’m not trying to offend you or be mean – I mean, you and I are one and the same. But like–”

“I told her we’d go slow,” Hyunjin interrupted with a pout. “I’m gonna be careful with her.”

Kit suddenly spoke up, keys still going while she stared at the screen, not even turning to look at them, “Did you actually think through this, or are you thinking with your heart and/or dick?”

“You’re listening?” Changbin asked, turning his head to look at the back of his girlfriend’s chair.

She scoffed, “Duh. Hyunjin having a crush on a girl is the most interesting thing to happen in my circle since we sued that guy for scamming people with that sex tape claim.”

“Is that really the last time you were interested in anything…?” Changbin mumbled with a pout.

Finally, Kit sighed and turned around in her seat, putting her headphones around her neck, “No offense, Binnie, but all of our other friends are the same as each other. Lately, it’s all the same stories with different people involved. Hyunjin has, like, a love interest and shit – and one completely opposite of him. I’m like, living vicariously through him.”

Changbin scoffed, “What, do you wanna fuck this girl, too?”

“I never said I wanted to fuck her!” Hyunjin whined.

“You don’t have to,” Kit told him before looking back at her boyfriend. “And you don’t start acting jealous like you don’t know I’m obsessed with you. Idiot.”

Changbin flashed her a grin.

Hyunjin kept the pout on his face, leaning back in Changbin’s extra computer chair, “Why are you guys so concerned about me and her…?”

“She’s the shyest girl I’ve ever heard anyone speak of, and she had a panic attack when you kissed her,” she explained. “If she overthinks and gets that anxious over a kiss, I’m a little nervous she’ll be kind of…overwhelmed when it comes to you.”

“Kit, you know better than anyone that the quiet ones are the freakiest ones,” Hyunjin huffed with a glare before quickly adding, “Not that I’m thinking about her in that way. I don’t want to have sex with her -- I mean, I do, but not yet. You get what I’m saying; maybe she’s actually a closeted freak.”

“I’m not saying she’s shy as a bad thing,” Kit added. “I’m just saying it as a statement.”

“Sounds like a warning,” Changbin commented in a murmur.

She shrugged, “I just don’t want Hyunjin getting back into that funk again. Do you know how long it took for him to get out of that headspace?”

“Stop talking about me like I’m not even here,” he snapped.

Kit sighed, lazily looking at Hyunjin, “I’m not trying to piss you off or pick a fight–”

“You’re failing.”

“--I’m just making you aware because you’re so smitten that you don’t think of these things. Whatever that saying is about rose-colored glasses or whatever. You know.”

Changbin sighed, looking away from his girlfriend to look at Hyunjin again. His expression softened, clearly trying to lighten the mood as he wondered, “So what’s your next move?”

Hyunjin glanced down at his hands that rested on his stomach as he leaned back in the chair, “Well…I actually wanted some help with that…”

“Yeah, whatever you need, man,” Changbin promised.

The couple watched as Hyunjin’s cheeks tinted pink and he shyly asked, “What are some good first date ideas?”

Normally, when a lot was going on, it was stressful. It drained you so much that you used to just nap on the twins’ parents’ couch when they napped instead of making snacks or watching TV or using your downtime to do whatever it was you felt like doing or needed to get done for the family. It would cause you to go straight home and go to bed – even on days you got home before 6pm – and not wake up until the next morning.

Currently, there was a lot going on, and for once, it was good. It made you feel energized and excited. It made you feel constant butterflies – the kind you got before a concert that made you not want to eat anything only to be starving by the end of the night. It brought a random smile to your face throughout the day, and it motivated you to bake cookies with Seojoon despite him constantly getting flour and brown sugar all over himself, the counter, and the floor. It had you humming while you cleaned up Hajoon’s latest blowout – Mrs. Park warned you he was on antibiotics for an ear infection, which would mess with his stomach – as if you were just folding laundry or something way less gross.

Why? Because of Hyunjin.

Hyunjin and you were texting even more than you previously were – and you were already doing that everyday. But now your texts between each other were more flirty, and it was exciting. Knowing there was somebody who liked you and wanted to talk to you was exciting.

And because of your situation with Hyunjin, your friends wanted to know everything – including Jisung, who just wanted to be in the loop because his friends were your friends. You never considered yourself self-absorbed or full of yourself, but talking about your sort-of-relationship with Hyunjin was fun. It made you feel important because you finally had something going on in your love life and your friends wanted to hear about it.

“_____?” Seojoon’s voice startled you away from your phone. You looked up to see the toddler standing by the couch, rubbing one eye and blinking at you with the other. “Can I watch CoComelon?”

Your eyebrows furrowed, glancing at the baby cam on the coffee table in front of you before looking back at Seojoon, “You’re supposed to be napping.”

“Hajoon was snoring really loud,” he told you.

You let out a sigh, ignoring your phone vibrating on your thigh as you considered if Seojoon would go back to sleep or not if you tried to get him back down. He typically napped for two hours or a little more, and he hardly slept for an hour. It had been maybe 45 minutes.

“Are you still tired?” you asked.

He shrugged.

“Think we should go back to bed, bud.”

“Hajoon’s too loud,” he whined.

You patted the spot on the couch beside you, “Couch nap.”

As Seojoon climbed onto the couch, you turned off the TV and moved to the floor so you could sit beside the couch and rub his back to help him fall asleep. Seojoon didn’t even lay his head on the arm or put down a throw pillow, plopping his head down on a cushion as he laid on his stomach. You sat facing the couch and placed your hand on his back, rubbing it up and down as you used your other hand to check your phone.

Your movements paused as you made a face that was almost like disgust, looking up from your phone. You couldn’t imagine why a literal toddler would be asking you about your love life or even know what a boyfriend was. The only two options you could come up with were: something on television, or his parents were talking about you.

“Why’re you asking?” you asked him slowly.

“Momma asked daddy if you had a boyfriend,” he explained. “They wanted to give you fancy dinner but momma didn’t know if you had anyone to take, I think. They like to go on dates a lot to fancy dinner. So I wanna know if you have a boyfriend to go to fancy dinner with.”

“Seojoon, do you even know what a boyfriend is?” you asked with a sigh.

“Momma said it’s someone you like a lot, kinda like how momma and daddy are.”

“Well, I don’t have a boyfriend,” you stated plainly.

‘Maybe I’ll have one soon, though.’

Maybe Hyunjin showing interest in you was turning you into a middle school girl. Maybe you were just going to become delusional.

“Can I be your boyfriend?” Seojoon asked, sincerity on his cute little face.

You let out a snort, “Why?”

“I like you and I want to go to fancy dinner with you.”

The smile that broke onto your face reached your eyes as you patted Seojoon’s back, “Maybe ask me again in 15 more years. Go to sleep.”

Deciding he was actually too sleepy from his short nap to put up a fight, Seojoon closed his eyes, and you went back to rubbing his back. The room was silent as you went back to your phone.

You sat with the chat open, watching Chan’s text bubble pop up, but you were waiting for the video that Minho was going to send. But the texts suddenly disappeared as the screen went grey, and displayed at the top was Hyunjin’s name as your phone vibrated softly.

You glanced up at the couch to see Seojoon had fallen back asleep, so you slowly moved your hand and got up to go to the kitchen and answer the phone without waking up the toddler.

“Hello?”

“Hey, _____,” Hyunjin’s voice seemed…off. Almost… nervous? “What’re you up to?”

“Working,” you replied simply. “Why, what’s up?”

“Nothing. I mean, there’s something – there’s a reason I called,” he explained. “Um…are you busy later?”

“I’m not busy after 6,” you chuckled at how oddly anxious he seemed. You’d never heard Hyunjin sound anything other than either normal or just straight-up confident. “Why?”

“Well, I was actually wondering if maybe you’d wanna go do something?”

“Clarify,” you heard a male voice whisper harshly in the background.

“I mean,” he quickly spoke before you could reply, “do you wanna…go on a date?”

You wanted to squeal into the phone. You wanted to flap your hands and kick your feet like a happy child. You honestly couldn’t even reply as your breath caught in your throat. If you tried to say anything, it would surely sound higher than your normal voice, and you didn’t want to give away how elated you felt.

“You’re either blushing or wondering how to turn me down,” Hyunjin deadpanned when you took too long to reply.

“Don’t call me out,” you hissed, able to hide your excited voice in a harsh whisper that made Hyunjin laugh. Thankfully, that helped your body relax and your voice go back to normal. “What kind of date did you have in mind?”

“Well,” he hummed, “I thought maybe something cliché would be nice. Y’know, I’m trying to get these steps right.”

“Steps?”

“Yeah, so like, we go on a couple dates and then I ask you out. Well, assuming you still like me by then.”

Dates. Your friends expressed that they wanted to actually meet Hyunjin before you dated him or took anything further. Honestly, it wasn’t too bad of a request. They were your friends and if Hyunjin did become your boyfriend – that was a thought that made your heart race – it was only natural that your friends would become his, right? So it was a good idea to figure out if they meshed together well.

“Actually,” you began, “there’s a step before that.”

“...Did I miss something?” he asked, suddenly frantic.

“It’s my own step,” you told him with a chuckle. “Actually, my friends’ step.”

When he spoke again, he was back to his charming self, “And what step would that be?”

There was a very very loud knock at your door that wouldn’t stop. It kept going and going even when you called, “I’m coming!”

You knew who it was, and you were ready to deck him in the face as soon as you opened the door. However, before you could even open your mouth to threaten him when the door opened, Minho slid by you with a duffel bag slung over his shoulder.

“Chan’s still in the lobby,” he told you nonchalantly, walking into your apartment like he owned the place while Seungmin smiled and quietly said hi before entering. “He’s bonding with the Aussie kid.”

“Hello to you, too,” you nodded as you closed the door.

“He’s a little too excited to sleep over in your apartment,” Seungmin explained. “He’s gonna pick up a sugar-whatever or something.”

“And I brought a robe!” Minho told you excitedly, turning around after dropping his bag in the middle of the living room to look at you with wide eyes. “Rich people wear robes.”

“You’re not hitting on my neighbors and getting me kicked out,” you stated. As soon as Minho opened his mouth, you pointed at him and quickly yelled, “Don’t say anything about me and Hyunjin!”

His mouth snapped shut.

“Speaking of,” Seungmin began with a growing smirk, “what time is he showing up?”

The new plan was for Hyunjin to meet your friends – though he briefly met Chan – and vice versa. You told him about what your friends had said, and Hyunjin agreed without question. It seemed whenever you told him about your friends’ concerns, he was always understanding, no questions asked.

Major green flag.

So you had a reason to invite your friends over and hang out with Hyunjin again, and they had a reason to have their first sleepover at your apartment. You just hoped him and your three friends would get along.

“‘Bout an hour.”

“Do you know if he’s home?” he asked, suddenly whispering like Hyunjin would hear him from across the hall – if he was even over there.

You shrugged, making some sort of ‘I don’t know’ noise.

There was another knock at the door, and you assumed it was your third and final friend.

You were half-right. He brought Felix with him.

“Making friends?” you asked, amusement in your tone and eyebrows raised.

“Yup!” both boys grinned brightly.

If their smiles weren’t so cute, you would’ve thought that was really creepy.

“I actually wanted to see if maaaaybe Felix could hang,” Chan asked with his sweetest smile, folding his hands together like he was a child begging his parents for dessert. “His shift ends in fifteen minutes and he said he’s already really good friends with Hyunjin.”

Your eyebrows furrowed as you looked to the blonde-haired boy, “You’re not working tonight?”

“Jerry asked to switch to get away from his wife,” Felix snorted. “It’s him and Innie tonight.”

“Poor kid,” you mumbled, but then you shrugged. “Yeah, why not?”

Felix was beaming, smile reaching his eyes, “Cool! I’ll be back up soon and I’ll bring some snacks.”

So Chan entered your apartment with his backpack on one shoulder, and Felix said a quick goodbye and went back down the hall. Then you closed the door.

“I thought this was so you could meet Hyunjin, but you’re gonna be all up Felix’s ass,” you told Chan.

Chan seemed to freeze, eyes staring into space like he was processing something you said, before he started moving again, shaking away the thought, “_____, I’m a social butterfly. I can multitask people, okay. Where are we putting our stuff?”

“My room for now. Just so it’s out of the way.”

“Unless you’re Minho, you put it in the middle of the couch,” Seungmin deadpanned as he began to raid your fridge.

“For the night, this is my couch!” Minho called defensively.

“You’re a guest, dude,” Chan sighed, going over to remove Minho’s belongings from the couch.

As the two boys began bickering, Seungmin muttered from the open fridge door, “They’re gonna wreck this place, Jisung’s left alone to wreck ours – we’re all gonna be homeless.”

You stood in the kitchen silently and nodded to yourself, listening to the chaos erupt around you.

‘Just like old times.’

Almost an hour after Felix had arrived, there was another knock. You were already buzzing with anxiety, and you were kind of hoping maybe it was Jerry and not the man of the hour. But you were also excited to hang out with Hyunjin again, so you knew you’d be disappointed if it wasn’t him.

Thankfully, your friends allowed you to get the door as they stood around the center counter, picking from snacks that they’d laid out – some they brought, some from your cabinets, and some that Felix had ‘borrowed’ from the snack counter downstairs. Your friends were indulging in some alcoholic beverages, but you stressed that they were not to get drunk like at home – at least not the first time meeting Hyunjin.

You opened the door and immediately smiled seeing Hyunjin smile at you.

“Sounds like a party from the hallway,” he noted. “Hope we don’t get a noise complaint.”

You shrugged and gestured for him to come in, “I’m used to it.”

As you closed the door and brought him in to where your friends were, you saw Felix grin and nod his head toward Hyunjin, while your three other friends stopped their talking and looked him up and down. Chan stared him dead in the eye, seeming a little tense despite the soft smile he plastered onto his face. Minho smirked to himself before looking down at the container of dip he was dipping his chip into, popping it into his mouth to hide his smile. And Seungmin just seemed…weird. He honestly looked like he just had a stick rammed up his ass but was trying not to show it.

“Guys, this is Hyunjin. That’s Chan, Minho, and Seungmin.”

They all said their weird first-time hellos before they went back to their normal conversation. That was a good thing about your friends: they were never really awkward. If they wanted to say or do something, they just did it. That included going back to their conversation after Hyunjin’s arrival instead of asking the awkward small talk questions

“What’re you doing here, Lix?” Hyunjin asked as he slid up beside Felix at the counter.

“Off duty,” he smiled proudly. “Jeongin probably hates me, but at least I’m not dealing with Jerry.”

“We should call him up for room service and kidnap him,” you thought aloud.

Felix gasped, eyes widening in delight while Hyunjin smirked and wagged a finger at you, “I like the way you think.”

“Yeah, she’s full of great ideas,” Minho said dismissively before leaning up against the counters, one elbow resting on it while the other held a small handful of M&Ms. “So Hyunjin, what’re your intentions?”

You let out a groan, eyes closing and head dropping back.

That was a bad thing about your friends: if they wanted to say or do something, they just did it.

Seungmin snorted, “Hey, at least he got his name right this time.”

Diffusing situations was one of Chan’s biggest strengths, which was how your small group ended up in your living room, all eyes on the screen. Felix and Seungmin were the final two in your game of Smash, and they were having the most intense battle you’d ever seen. You could hear how furiously they were pressing the buttons on their controllers, the room being filled with people cheering and shit-talking.

Chan had suggested playing video games, and your friends began to get a little too into it, especially finding out Felix loved video games.

“I’ll be honest,” Hyunjin said softly from beside you on the couch, “I cannot keep up with who is where.”

You already knew that because Hyunjin had accidentally thrown himself off the map all 3 times, effectively making him the first one out.

You giggled quietly, “It took me forever to be able to keep track of my own character.”

“You big on games?” he wondered, peeling his eyes away from the screen to look at you.

How come every time he looked at you, it made your heart do a flip? Were you ever going to get over that?

You nodded, “We all like to play together, even if we’re not very good. Being drunk makes it fun.”

“Most of the stories you’ve told me about your roommates involve them being drunk,” he noted with a chuckle.

“Because we always are,” Minho deadpanned from your other side, not looking away from the screen, leaned forward in his seat. “Don’t tell me you’re a lightweight or something. Unless maybe you’re straight-edge, which is fine.”

“Nah, I can handle my alcohol,” Hyunjin reassured him casually. “I never lose a shotgunning contest.”

That made Minho turn his head to the left to look Hyunjin up and down. But he seemed content with whatever he’d decided, smirking with a soft chuckle.

“Guess we’ll have to see sometime.”

Hyunjin nodded, “Sounds like a match.”

Minho turned back to the TV, and you heard him mutter something to himself, but all you caught was, “--throat like that–”

On his other side, Seungmin snorted.

You wanted to ask what was said, but since you assumed it was about Hyunjin’s throat, you decided not to draw his attention to your friend. But why was he talking about Hyunjin’s throat in the first place? You knew Minho was known to just like who he liked regardless of gender or whatever, but was he making sexual comments about the guy you were trying to be with?

Your silent questioning was fleeting when you felt warmth on your thigh. You glanced down to see Hyunjin’s hand resting there, thumb smoothing over your skin that was exposed by the shorts you’d decided to put on since you were going to just be sitting around your house all night. Warmth crept up into your cheeks as you tried to just keep your eyes on the TV, but he knew you weren’t paying attention and he knew you were getting flustered from your body language.

“Cute,” he said softly to himself.

The room suddenly erupted into loud…something. It was cheering but also yelling at someone, and you knew the game was over from the announcer on the game. You assumed Felix had won since him and Chan started loudly chanting something that must’ve been some sort of Australian thing. At least they were bonding, sitting together on the small couch and celebrating the younger boy’s victory.

But that wasn’t to say he wasn’t warming up to Hyunjin. He’d spoken to him here and there – you were thankful he wasn’t bombarding him, but more trying to make him feel included – and seemed to like him. But he was nice to just about everyone.

Minho and Seungmin were the real tellers, and they were at least being nicer to him than they were to Jisung, so that was something. Hyunjin laughed at just about everything Seungmin said, which he obviously seemed to appreciate from his proud smiles. And Minho seemed intrigued by him, but that was all you could really tell. Whenever Minho spoke with him, he always looked at Hyunjin with what you could only describe as amused curiosity.

It also admittedly helped to have Felix there. Since he knew Hyunjin, he was like the bridge for the gap between Hyunjin and your friends. It helped Hyunjin integrate a lot better, and you were thankful for that.

“So what do you usually do for fun, Hyunjin?” Chan asked as Seungmin demanded a rematch.

Hyunjin looked away from the screen to Chan, his hand still on your thigh, “Um… Honestly, not much. My friends and I go out to eat a lot or I just hang out at their place. We do some traveling sometimes.”

Chan’s eyebrows raised, “Wow, really?”

“Right,” Minho nodded, sitting back against the cushions and manspreading like he was trying to nudge your legs closer to Hyunjin’s, “I forgot we’re in the land of the rich.”

“What do you do for work?” Chan wondered.

Felix’s eyes darted from the screen where Seungmin was setting up the 1v1, to Hyunjin, staring at him from the corner of his eye.

“Nothing right now, just had some money saved up,” Hyunjin replied with a shrug, still seeming relaxed despite Chan’s curiosity-disguised interrogation.

“Are you one of those silver spoon babies?” Minho asked with a slight scoff.

“Eat the rich!” Seungmin cheered from the opposite end of the couch.

“Alright, you don’t need to be rude,” Chan scolded him with a frown. “Never mind, these kids will just shit on you for anything.”

“No, no, it’s okay. I agree,” Hyunjin chuckled before raising his beer that he’d been sipping in cheers. “Eat the rich.”

Before they allowed Felix or Hyunjin to leave, Minho declared they had to have a shotgunning contest. Everyone had sipped on a drink or two, but nothing too crazy. But since Hyunjin only lived across the hall, and they were staying at your place, he said it had to be done.

“Ready?” Minho asked, eyes narrowed as he stared at his opponent across from him.

Hyunjin nodded, completely unfazed, “Call it.”

“Three…two…one…” Chan counted down, looking between the two men. “Go!”

They both quickly poked holes into their cans before popping the tops and chugging. You’d be lying if you said you weren’t almost drooling seeing the way Hyunjin’s plush lips went around the can as he tilted his head to drink the contents. You were definitely going to have plenty of fantasies about those lips later.

It felt like only seconds before Hyunjin removed his mouth from the can with a deep sigh, crushing it between both hands and watching Minho finish his drink. Your friend finished his only a couple seconds later, mirroring Hyunjin’s actions.

Except he let out the loudest burp you’d heard him make.

“Nice,” you deadpanned.

“I’m impressed,” Minho nodded with an amused smirk before he looked to you. “You have my blessing.”

“I’m not your daughter, dude.”

Hyunjin curled his hand into a fist and used the side to stifle his own burp before grinning and saying, “Thanks!”

“Next time, count me in on the comp,” Felix laughed. “Thanks for letting me crash the party.”

“Anytime!” Chan told him a little too enthusiastically.

“Alright, bedtime,” Hyunjin sighed before he looked around at your friends. “It was really nice meeting you guys.”

“I’ll walk you guys out,” you offered, already heading for the door while the two boys and your friends said their quick goodbyes.

Felix was quick to give you a hug and playfully punch Hyunjin’s shoulder before he left down the hall and disappeared into the elevator. That just left you and Hyunjin outside your closed door.

“Think they liked me?” Hyunjin asked quietly with a chuckle.

“They were nice, which is honestly saying something,” you told him.

“I feel like Chan’s kind of…indifferent,” he admitted.

Your eyebrows furrowed, “Really? I thought he was the nicest to you.”

“He was staring at me the whole time.”

Was he? You hadn’t noticed. Maybe you were too caught up in Hyunjin to notice. Or too caught up in your own head.

Or just oblivious.

“Not more than you were, though,” he grinned smugly.

You pouted at him to avoid the embarrassed smile that came along with the heat licking at your face, “You be quiet.”

“Aw, so no kiss goodnight?” he asked with his own pout, giving you puppy-dog eyes and all.

“I’ll kiss you!” you heard Minho call from instead.

You pounded the side of your fist against the door, hearing a couple, “ows!” whine from the other side.

“Stop listening, you freaks!” you called back.

Hyunjin stepped off to the side of the door before grabbing your waist and pulling you into him. You saw the smitten smile on his face before his lips pressed softly against yours for only a few seconds.

“Just so your roommates don’t see,” he chuckled.

“How thoughtful,” you mumbled, unable to help the fact your face wouldn’t stop getting warmer and warmer.

“I’ll text you with date plans, ‘kay?” he winked.

“‘Kay.”

You seemed reluctant to let him go as he stepped away from you and walked the few steps across the hall.

“Goodniiiight,” he sang.

“Night, Hyunjin.”

As soon as you went back into your apartment and closed the door, you expected to be bombarded. Instead, your friends were standing around the counter again, picking at the snacks that hadn’t been brought into the living room.

“He seems okay,” Minho shrugged. “Honestly was expecting someone a little grossly romantic or whatever, so I’m glad he’s not cringe.”

“And he laughed at my jokes,” Seungmin grinned happily. “I like him.”

Minho snorted, “Never mind, he’s cringe.”

Chan looked like a dad as he stood at the counter, both hands flat against it, while he stared down at it, considering his thoughts and emotions.

“Father?” you prompted. “Anything to say?”

Finally, Chan sighed and nodded, “I think he really likes you.”

Your eyebrows furrowed, “Did you think he didn’t?”

“No, no!” he said quickly, finally lifting his head to look at you and relaxing his stance. “But your concerns about him using you became my concerns, y’know? But… Yeah, no, the way he was looking at you the whole night – he really likes you.”

A smile crept onto your face as you asked, “He was staring at me?”

“Oh my god, a stupid amount!” Minho burst with a groan. “I wanted to vomit in his perfect hair!”

“A guy who just wants to sleep with you would not just gawk at you like that, that often,” Seungmin nodded in agreement, shoving a fistful of popcorn into his mouth. “Dude looked at you like his heart was melting. …Disgusting.”

“Aaaaah! Okay!” you squealed, doing a little dance where you stood. “Okay, now we can get stupid drunk!”

“Thank fuck,” Minho muttered, already making a beeline for the fridge.

“Time to celebrate _____ pulling a hot guy!” Seungmin cheered.

“Yeah, to hot guys!” Chan laughed.

“Cheers, bro,” Minho began passing out cans from the fridge before lifting up his own and popping the top, “I’ll drink to that.”

dw for being honest. and yes I get the same ick feeling sometimes when reading certain idols nsfw posts but its still inruiging because in a way it reflect how he performs on stage. same i dont know if id get along with seungmin or lee know even as a scorpio i find them a bit too hit or miss like ur not quite sure what version u would get if u were going to meet them. but im sure theyre nice just to have a conversation with and i bet theyve got loads of thoughts on varying topics that they maybe are unable to discuss with others and such yh i love chans talent and his producing skills is amazing just maybe not in the sexual producing sense haha.

i also kinda get the feeling that he is much more comfortable or skilled with performing but u would kind of have to teach him things outside of what he does in the idol world cause i think idols in general rely so much on staff that they might not know much else besides what they do they might have an interest in something else but u would have to instruct them a lot bc in the idol world they kinda kept in their own bubble so to speak. for instance maybe cooking or yknow domestic stuff like that. i think the same about mingi and how he would suit someone whos wealthy yet skilled enough to take care of him.

if possible can u do only for the older members of skz would they want kids if so how many? cause I cant imagine basicslly having to lead 7 other kids then later on bangchan would still want his own but i still think he would be a great father maybe just not right now in this current time period cause he would still want to do his idol activities as long as he can.

And the thing about the idols needing teaching and assistance/guidances is actually very on point i have noticed that before in some idols. Not necessarily with skz but just in general. It must have its effect being closed up in a very limited world from your teen or even childhood years and having so much of your life being watched snd controlled and having things done and given to you etc. Im not necessarily getting that feeling with chan but im getting it a bit with Changbin, i think this may also be because of him growing so filthy rich, i remember him saying recently that he has NEVER went grocery shopping alone. Excuse me what?!🥲

Lee know doesn't seem too eager and wants to keep him and his wife (partner) and their love young. The decision would be probably more in the hands of his wife (im just gonna use that as im seeing very clearly a woman being presented in the energy) as he doesn't mind having a childless mariage. As i said he would love having the extra time with his wife to keep themselves young and explore new hobbies and the world and themselves. But if it came up to it and his wife made a conscious choice of having a child they they would probably have just one.

Changbin wants 3 and he wants them quick. I feel like he would love to have girls, probably all 3 of them being girls. I think he would find it really cool if they were triplets or something. For hyunjin im seeing just one kid. He doesn't seem too eager for kids but he's open to it and sees it as something thats just part of life and being an adult. I think he would be good with his child too, but it will be more of a calmer dynamic and i think it might be a bit of a struggle to actually get that kid. Maybe it would be a while or the acquiring of the child will be a long and tiring process, like maybe something like adoption. I actually see him with an older child too, like him giving something to an older child thats already like 3-7ish. And i also feel the vibe of him being alone with that kid, as in his partner isn't there with him. Kind of explains the calm, devote of excitement energy. I don't feel very comfortable getting into that to be honest so im just gonna leave it as it is and not get any confirmation on anything.

Okay, so you probably don’t follow Stray Kids and won’t really get this and that’s fine, but I just had to share ‘cause my mind is like… a little blown right now. So for years now most of the SKZ fandom has been suspecting that the possibility that Minho and Jisung are like… romantically together is a real one. Not even in a shippy way; like they have their shippers, but plenty of people who don’t “ship” them are still like “yeah, they’re probably together.” They very frequently just kind of… do things that make people raise eyebrows, you know?

Notably: Jisung has pointed to Minho when a poster asked who his girlfriend was (I think something similar actually happened multiple times). Jisung recently allegedly introduced himself as Minho’s boyfriend at a music show (2 diff. sources, but it’s not really verifiable). There’s an infamous live where a commenter asks Jisung, “Do you have a husband?” And he responds, “Not yet.” To which Chan unprompted (like Minho wasn’t even in the room with them) says, “Isn’t [Minho] your husband.” (This was interesting to me regardless of Minsung because of the whole “yet” thing when responding to a question about having a “husband”, male specifically, thing.) Their entire episode of 2 Kids Room is just… interesting.

And that’s just some of them, if I were to list and source all of the things they’ve done over the years it would take ages. Anyway, the kids recently renewed their contracts with JYPE and they split into dorms of pairs (they previously lived 4-4 separately). Anyway, Minho and Jisung are one of those pairs and Hyunjin was like, “Minho and Jisung are together, no surprise.” Their reaction to that comment was also interesting, low key. (Oh, and for context they were previously spilt up between the two dorms.)

I don’t ship them or anything, but it’s actually crazy bro. I’m like sitting here in shock. I’m not really looking for your opinion or anything; you probably don’t know enough about the situation to give one, it’s just like—I have no words. Sorry I just had to share ‘cause I’m just a little befuddled. Nobody actually thought that this was happening. People were speculating because of cars and stuff that they had switched dorms, but even I was like like, “I’m staying out of this speculation. Who knows, let’s wait for confirmation.” And well we got confirmation. And they can actually say it cause it’s not weird if everybody’s in pairs, right? Guess it will be interesting to see if they ever move out or if in the future when everybody else has their own place, they’re like, “Well, we’re already living together and I guess we don’t really see a reason to move just yet.” I don’t know… I’m just really fascinated by all this. Not “excited,” like I said I don’t ship them, genuinely fascinated. Obviously, it’s not a whole relationship confirmation or anything and I would say I’m maybe 60/40(?) on the whole thing. In the end, I don’t think anybody needs to know and I don’t particularly care myself to 100% know, but it’s still a little crazy to me.

I have a friend who follows stray kids and they have been filling me in a little bit on who the members are and they also have apparently been eyeing this pair the same as you! I'll be sending them this post too lol, hope that's okay! I really don't know much about this group at all, but I am learning a little bit through osmosis from my friend 😂🥰 I do actually really enjoy the songs of theirs I've heard too

Summary: You are a solo artist meeting SKZ for the first-time during variety show. All the members treat you warmly, but Minho can't stand to be in the room with you. You meet again to collab later on we see where it takes us! This is part of an ongoing story.

You sat in the back of your manager’s car, fighting the urge to drift off and sleep as she drove you to the studio for today’s schedule. A script had been placed on your lap but it was hard to read because you were tired. Who in their right minds schedules recordings so early in the morning? It was expected of this producer, but you only accepted because of the other guests. It was also a great opportunity to promote your new album and make new friends in the industry.

Gyuri is one of the hosts for this week, meaning you would get to work with your mentor and label mate again. The KARA member was the one person you could rely on before your debut in 2017, being from the same company meant you could see her a lot but it wasn’t the same as actually working together.

It felt like every other year you begged your company to let you collaborate with her on something, anything! They always denied it. Didn’t believe in your argument that the two of you were soulmates.

When your manager proposed this project during your comeback activity meeting, you accepted the moment “Park Gyuri” was mentioned. No other hosts or guests mattered to you at that moment. She really was the best thing to happen to you. Anytime you think about the struggles of your debut, tears would reach your eyes.

You were in a group lineup for your company, DSP Entertainment, but the plans fell through when the other members left the company a month before. With only three members the company decided not to debut a group, this didn’t sit well with your twenty-year-old self.

All your hard work and efforts would be thrown down the drain, you even had fans! You couldn’t let them down! After fighting with the company for months they decided you could debut, but as a soloist. If the time came around where they would debut another group, you would be considered as a member. You were nervous and heartbroken.

You wouldn’t make it, couldn’t. That’s when Gyuri had stepped in, she encouraged you. She helped you train, everyday for three months. When you felt like giving up, Gyuri would sit with you in the practice room and just listen. The two of you would cry and hug it out, then get back up and try again. She really is like a soulmate to you.

“Can you please read the script and not sleep, Y/N?” Your manager’s loud voice made you jump in your seat, you didn’t realize you had fallen asleep. “Seriously, how many times have we been over this?”

“Rest when you can.” You said in a sing-song voice, your eyes were still closed. Your manager was only a year older than you, the two of you got along well. Teasing her was your favorite thing to do. “Unni you said that during the last meeting, I’m just following directions.”

You heard your manager cuss under her breath and turn in the driver’s seat. “I meant… Nevermind, we’ll be there in fifteen minutes. At least look at the plan for today’s set. When we get there you have to rush to get your hair and make-up done…” She took a breath of air then continued, “You have to get a soundpack and mic, meet the group promoting their activities as well, practice with them for the chall–”

“Practice for their dance challenge, promote my new album well, and smile the whole time.” You interrupted. “You told me everything over the phone last night, mentioned it when you woke me up, and reminded me when I got in the car.”

You were wide awake now, making eye contact with your manager in the rear-view mirror. She winced at your comment and nodded, “I’m just nervous, this is your first comeback in two years.”

You had taken up acting, two shows. One of them did really well, it even won you the Best New Actress Award, while the other… Well you don't like to talk about that one.

“I’m nervous too, we can’t show it though. We’re supposed to be cold-hearted.” That’s a lie, being an extrovert didn’t help with your ‘cold-hearted’ appearance. You talked too much, laughed too much, and smiled too much. “Suck it up.”

Your manager snorted, “Yes, we’re cold-hearted and totally a threat to the music world.”

She had a point, you weren’t that big of an artist in the ‘pop’ scene. However, everyone knows you and your sweet personality. After your debut, many programs would prank you to get a reaction but all you could do was smile. Even if they had ruined your favorite skirt with blue ink.

Although you aren’t the best dancer, or even a good rapper, you could sing! Many younger artists mention your rich and unique vocals when prompted. When it comes to your dancing… You knew all the basics to it, you could memorize the moves but not really execute them the best. Everyone loved you for it, they found it cute.

Which doesn’t explain why the concept the company chose for this comeback was a little darker and more focused on a goddess that enjoys mischief.

Your comeback also has choreography, the main title track is more upbeat than any recent songs you’ve released in the past. Your calves ache just thinking about having to dance again today. Usually you’d sing a soft or deep ballad, minimal movements and lots of stage props. This would be new, you hadn’t really trained this hard in a long time. Still, you were excited to show something new.

It was a bit of a surprise to everyone when the concept trailer released, your family members even teased you knowing you didn’t have a mean bone in your body. How could you manage to

Your manager pulled into the stage parking area and unlocked the gate, a couple of the guards waved enthusiastically towards you. You resisted the urge to roll the window down and greet them. You’re supposed to be cold today, that’s your concept. You sat back in your seat and pursed your lips.

“Son Mi, do you have my cap?” You felt a little uneasy, maybe it was just now hitting that you actually had to be an idol today. Not that being an actress was much easier, it wasn’t.

“You look fine, Y/N. Don’t be nervous.”

“Oh, I’m okay.” You laughed it off, you actually are really nervous. Hiding under a hat would make you feel a lot better. “I just want to see Gyuri first.”

“Ha.” She put the car into park. “No.”

Your manager opened and slammed the driver door. You sighed and grabbed your bag, exiting the car as well.

She was by the back unloading the rest of your things, “So if you enter Stage B3, there should be a staff member to show you hair and make up. I’m gonna check in with the director and the producer.”

You leaned down to grab a couple of bags while nodding, “Can you see if there is a cafe nearby? Or if they are providing coffee. I’m still tired.”

Those bags were heavy. “They should have something for you in the dressing room, something for you to snack on too.”

You waddled towards the large metal door with your bags, leaving Son Mi behind. It's a good thing you skipped leg day yesterday or else you would have collapsed before you even made it to the door. You shifted the bags in your arms and reached for the door handle.

You were really surprised when the door opened for you. You couldn’t really see who opened the door but based on the plain black tee they were wearing, you assumed this was the staff member.

“Thank you, do you mind grabbing one of these? Sorry, it’s heavy.” You stood there in the door frame, in silence. The staff member didn’t move and you noticed them shuffle in place. “Oh it’s okay if not, just lead the way.”

Silence again. Were you mistaken? You backed up to look at the big numbers above the door, B3. You moved forward into the door frame again, “Do you mind if I just enter a little more?”

It was pretty cold outside and your thin sweater wasn’t doing much to keep you warm. Your arm started to shake as the weight from your bags started to get heavier and heavier. Dropping the bags on the ground, you followed.

You were now on your knees in the middle of the entrance, bags everywhere, at the feet of a staff member. How embarrassing.

The staff member jumped into action and bent down to help you up, apologizing over and over. You could finally see the staff member and immediately tell he was not a part of the stage crew.

“I’m so sorry, I couldn’t see very well. I thought you were a member of the crew!” You laughed embarrassed, “Sorry for assuming.”

He looked a bit younger than you, he seemed a bit intimidating as you looked up from the floor. You dusted your knees off and bowed to apologize. “Gosh, I knew I should’ve waited for Son Mi.” You muttered to yourself. “Are you part of the cast for today’s show?”

He nodded with a bright smile, now reaching down to pick up your bags. You reached down to help as well but the stranger had already hoisted the two large bags on each arm.”I got them, don’t worry.”

Feeling guilty you reached over and grabbed a bag, “I can carry them, I just lost my grip and dropped everything.” You smiled, in pain. This bag was the heavier of the two. You extended a hand to grab the other bag but the boy turned to walk away.

He gave a small laugh as he walked away, “Follow me.”

You snatched your personal bag from the ground and quickly followed. Managing to walk in step with him. You adjusted the heavy bag with a quiet grunt and gripped your bag, “I’m Y/N, excited to work with you all today.”

“I’m Jeongin.” He stopped abruptly, “This room.” He gently knocked on the door, the little plaque next to it had your name on it.

He opened the door and set the bag down in the room, turning to you with a bright smile he laughed. “I think the hair stylist will be in soon, your hair is pretty messy.”

You dropped your bags on the floor and self consciously patted your hair down, “Does it look bad?” Jeongin was a little flustered, such a beautiful woman was in front of him asking if she looked bad.

“No!” He blurted, raking through his brain to find the right words. “You look so pretty! I didn’t mean it like that, your hair is cute.”

Feeling surprised by the younger boy’s comment, you started laughing. He looked mortified, were you laughing at him? Before he could defend himself the stylist walked in and lightly shoved him out of the doorway, “You boys are done in hair and makeup for the day, PD is looking for you.”

Shooting you a soft glare, not that you could tell with all the tears in your eyes, Jeongin quickly retreated to the room. He had to tell his hyungs about this.
