A great example of a loosely conceptual album. Throughout David Bowie's career, he would often turn to personas in order to write his music-- this was similar to writing music for other musicians, which is something he was already somewhat used to. However, with the creation of his persona Ziggy Stardust, Bowie wrote one of the most famous examples of glam rock, as well as a story of life, fam, and death through the eyes of a bisexual alien. Familiar, strange, and even the album's lows are still real good.
