Horror's nightmare
Horror doesn't think much on his past anymore, but his nightmares often resurface the guilt he's buried about the idea that he could have prevented it all somehow, even if it came at the cost of his own life.
Thankfully, Nightmare is here to make him a hot drink to calm his nerves and promise him a visit to his brother when the sun is up, because Papyrus will always be very glad to see his brother alive and visiting (and as sleepy as ever).

In case you're wondering Monster Kid and the dog are in the start because it's a dream#In his mind he always remembers horrortale before it started falling apart and losing people#And now... BOY HOWDY WAS THAT NERVE-WRACKING OR WHAT... handed in my clock with like, five minutes left of test time... BUT I DID HAND IT IN!!!! COMPLETE AND WORKING!! which was my priority - i had to make some sacrifices on the way, i didn't get Fully within time measurement tolerances but i was SO DARN CLOSE, there's a ruby with a crack in it i couldn't be bothered to take the time replacing + adjusting, a scratch on the glass that there's nothing to be done about but is probably gonna cost me some points... so i genuinely do not know if it's enough to pass, but i think i have a fighting chance!! towards the end my hands were shaking so much i almost couldn't put the watch hands in place BUT I DID IT. PERFECTLY ALIGNED ON FIRST TRY. SOMEHOW

I still miss the era before prequels when the clans were implied (or at least you could imagine them) to be ancient before later books all but confirmed the clans are only around like...less then a century old??
imagine if the dotc cast was having run-ins with ye olden english peasants or something and dodging around horse drawn carts. a different world could have been a fun change of pace. or at least potentially really funny. but nooo we just HAVE to have cars around, how else will we quickly fridge unneeded love interests

I love love love the fact that Son Gokū and his sons Gohan and Goten are voiced by a 87yo woman in japanese. And I love even more that this woman is Masako Nozawa. She is a LEGEND and I love her!!! She's so so so talented! She's clearly the best and I wish I could meet her and tell her how amazing I think she is
