Noah Gregory Centineo was born May 9, 1996 in Miami, Florida. The 28-year-old American actor is best known for his roles in the television series The Fosters and the Netglix romantic comedy films To All the Boys I've Ever Loved Before, Sierra Burgess is a Loser, and The Perfect Date. He has also starred in Charlie's Angels, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, To All the Boys: Always and Forever, Black Adam, Good Trouble, and The Recruit. Noah is 6 feet and 1 inch tall.

Idk if I'll ever make this into a full thing, but I just wrote 382 words of The Recruit whump fic instead of working on my existing WIPs, so I'll be damned if I don't share at least this little bit.

This is set after the finale, so be warned there are MAJOR season 1 spoilers ahead!

"This is--" Owen's breath scrapes in and out of lungs aching with panic. He rakes trembling fingers through his hair and tries not to throw up. "This is not what I signed up for, this is--I'm a lawyer! I'm a fucking lawyer!"

"Owen."

"She fucking shot her, Lester, right in front of me! I-I-I couldn't do anything. Jesus Christ, after everything she just--Max is--Fuck!"

"Owen, take a breath, man."

"Take a breath? Take a breath? No, fuck that!" Tears prick at his eyes. He can't catch his breath. "This, all of this, has been a nightmare. I never should've...I don't want to do this anymore."

"Yeah, I get that. I do. But if you wanna get back to DC, you're going to have to keep your head on straight for a little bit longer. Once we're on a plane back to the States, you can spiral as much as you want. But right now, we need to focus on getting the hell out of here."

Owen has been going non-stop for days. He's survived a lot of shit, has talked and fought his way out of situations he never could have imagined being in when he decided to take this job. But seeing Max killed in front of him was the last straw. All of the emotion and the exhaustion is catching up to him at once, rooting him to the spot. He shakes his head.

"When I said I don't want to do this anymore what I meant was I can't. I can't."

Lester steps toward him, reaching for his arm. "Kid--"

"Don't touch me!" Owen snaps, pulling away--and lets out a cry as a sharp pain erupts through his right side, his vision going bright. He's not sure exactly where the pain is coming from--there's too much of it to tell--and he reaches for his back, jerking his hand away when his fingers finds something wet. He looks down and feels the blood drain from his face. "Oh, god."

"You okay?" Lester says, and Owen can barely hear him over the ringing in his ears.

"Oh, god," Owen says again, and groans. The shaking in his hand gets worse as he stares down at the red smudges on his fingers. "I'm bleeding."
