And it’s not me being a pushover, I just don’t think it’s that big of a deal to make a fret over.
I hate when people ask me about my preference but I don’t understand their preference level. Like yes I kinda want Chinese food 10% more than I want a sandwich but if you want a sandwich like 40% more than Chinese food then I would say it’s totally reasonable we get sandwiches.

I always get sad when I love the first chapter of a fic and then the rest is written completely different.
Like the tone, the dialogue, and the characters act differently, it’s like a different author wrote the rest and the vibe is just off.
The ship is right, the tags are right, the summary sound interesting, I breeze through the first chapter, I’m hooked, I leave a kudos and the next chapter is just different.
Usually I stick through it to find out what happens and if it’s just that one chapter, but the rest of the fic is written the same way, so it is a little sad.
By the end I leave a little heart comment and just read something else.
