I just posted the storyboard of my first animatic ever!

It’s about one of my D&D OCs: Zalthyr the Silver Dragon. From his childhood to his inner conflicts. It’s only three minutes long and it would mean the world to me if you could take a look at it!

My tablet didn't charge even though it was plugged in, so couldn't draw--so here's the JackdawFern family while I try another outlet!

Crow's design was a grey-bluish, but I switched it to brown so that more kits looked like Jackdawboy!

The kits are also in order of when they were born (left to right). Kestral is the oldest in her litter and oldest bio kit overall (younger than Blackheart and Mudpatch*, who were adopted prior to Fern's pregnancy). Ravencall was the first of his litter and very much acts like the responsible one.

Rooklight's birth was a very complicated one, as he was very big and got stuck in the birth canal. Due to this, he got cerebral palsy, and JackdawFern agreed not to have any bio kits after that, as it was too close a call for both Rook and Fern.

But in spite of that scare, they're a very happy family!

*Black and Mud are very much part of the family and Jackdawfoot and Ferndoe's kits, they're just not here because I wanted to show what colours passed down and what JackdawFern's appearances mixed.

I just randomly thought of a AU involving Squirrelflight.

Spoiler’s below

This takes place after Leafpool passed where Squirrelflight just couldn’t take it anymore so in an attempt to free herself from being a burden she try’s to kill herself by a dog.

She is heavily injured and about to succumb to her wounds when an old rouge Tom (my oc) stumbles upon her. He quickly patches her up and takes her to his home a secluded spot a little ways from Riverclan.

She wakes up and he tells her his name (Ravencall) he asks for hers but due to the wound on her neck she could talk so they came up with a system.

He would ask yes or no questions and she would respond will 1 tap for yes and two for no.

For a couple of months he takes care of her, always changing her bedding with the softest moss he could find along with her favorite prey fresh water and some things her found while searching for herbs.

Both Squirrelflight and he were starting grow feelings for each other. They would flirt and have long conversations and gazed up at the stars longing for each other touch.

Squirrelflight has been working on walking and swimming for a while with his encouragement and has managed to learn how to walk again (minus a small limp). A river clan patrol ending up finding them and we’re striking up a conversation until they recognize Squirrelflight.

They asked what happened and they both explained. Afterward the Riverclan cats suggest that she head back to Riverclan because Bramblestar had been worried sick.

Hearing that he was worried sick despite his last talk with her was yelling at her wishing she should have died along with Leafpool. She froze and her fur started to raise she was panicking, he noticed and quickly changed the subject and holding her tail squeezing it to comfort her.

After a year of living staying together he admits his feelings to her which she freezes up (due to Ashfur and Bramblestar using that was a way to control her) he reinsures her saying that he will still care for her regardless if they are mates he still loves her even as a friend.

She can’t help but feel a little guilty with her still having a mate back at home and rejecting his confession. He spends the rest of the time helping her out with things and taking her to some of her favorite basking spots to rest the day away.

A thunderclan patrol ends up finding them and takes them to camp (much to Squirrelflight’s horror) and everyone goes to greet her. The huge group of cats was stressing her out a bit so Adderheart and Lionblaze cleared the crowd and there was her “mate��� and the leader of Thunderclan standing before her with a scowl.

He greeted her with tears in his eyes and grooming her telling her how much he missed her and how he was stupid for saying such things and that he hopes that she can forgive him.

She couldn’t even respond her throat tightened and she felt as if she could breathe. She signed for Ravencall’s attention and help calm her down. He immediately gave her a hug and pulled her close Bramble hated that.

They talk about moving her back in and helping her out but she states she’s not coming back she wants to stay with (Ravencall) Bramblestar was enraged and told her she couldn’t live two separate lives so will she chose family or some rouge.

She chose to live as a rouge which caused him to lash out and attack Ravencall. He manages a good bite when Lionblaze jumped in and tries to stop him. But Squirrelflight scratched him across his muzzle to his surprise.

She yells at him about all of her struggles, her mistakes, and her losses, how she is less stressed with Ravencall, how happy she is with him, and how she never what’s to spend his mangy butt ever again. (Her kids can visit just not him)

When he makes moves towards her Ravencall warns him that it doesn’t matter how many lives you have he will kill him as many times as needed to keep her safe.

Then they leave holding each other tails cuddling up with each other at his home, their home as Squirrelflight confesses that she loves him and hopes that it works out.

Cue time skip they either have kits or find some and raise them as their own. Squirrelflight is a whole lot more energetic and bright. Just overall living a better life.

(I literally thought all of this while I was showering. I’m not sure for timing and stuff like that due to the fact I haven’t read anyone of the books except the first one 😅)

(I will hopefully get their designs out when I get comfortable drawing cats.)

Ugh this makes me want to go with Downfall even more. I do want to make this an actual au, mostly just because I love combining my interests, so I'm thinking their clan-given name is Ravencall, though when they left it was changed to Downfall. I didn't think of making them a separate clan but I think I'm going to do that. And yes, they are a medicine cat

Thanks for the epithet idea, and I definitely like plaguepad. I'm still unsure with what to go with yet, but I think I have an idea. I do love the idea of a bad med cat, and I also imagine they don't subscribe to Starclan. I love edgy plant kitties

if I'm going with the clan/rogue group idea, 035/whatever I name them will probably be the leader, though I'm not going to give them the star suffix cuz I don't see them as the traditional kind of person. I don't know what I'll do with the others (except 106, he's gonna be a stinky old man that only has a loose "peace" with the group), but I'm pretty excited.

this is my main player character ellie owlshade! i've been playing as her since i was a kid and she is very dear to me. level 75 storm!

these are my two characters in my mind who i do not play as! their names are roslyn ravencall and caleb sprite and during their magic school days they were rivals (champions at ravenwood and pigswick respectively) but then after graduation they lost touch. these days roslyn works at the laurentine library in valencia and caleb is an accomplished tournament wizard (basically a professional athlete lol)
