-dress up in costume and makeup-have invented personas-do a runway walk to music for introduction-battle for supremacy over their fellow performers by going head to head-do dramatic drops

and now they have an equivalent to untucked

mind you I've never really watched much of either but the resemblance is uncanny

Stellaron Hunters and Astral Express Parallels

So, I've noticed that the Stellaron Hunters are basically a darker, murdery, and morally grey parallel version of the more heroic Astral Express, with every member mirroring another from the other group. Two sides of the same coin, if you will. First thing I'd like to point out, both factions don't really follow any current aeon. They "follow" (very loose term here) the missing-in action Akivili and the "Destiny" that Elio forsees. Both factions also are deeply involved with Stellarons(we encounter a stellaron on every planet, the Stellaron Hunters hunt them. Obviously) Here's some similarities I've thought of between the members and some theories based off each other: !!SPOILERS AHEAD!!

Dan Heng and Blade:

Both from Xianzhou,

Immortal in some way(Blade's self-regenerating and Dan Heng's reincarnations)

Same gender

Dan heng's five star form enhances his basic attack, like Blade, who I BET was ALSO a four star before the mara and Jing Liu incident

Similar age? Don't really know exact timeline between them

Both feature flowers in their gameplay(lotus flowers and spider lilies)

Himeko and Kafka:

Both intelligent women

The pseudo-moms of their faction.

I might be pulling out of my ass here, but I'd like to point out that both of them use both a ranged weapon(Himeko's laser and Kafka's gun) and also a melee weapon(Kafka's katana and Himeko's grator).

Since they are each others parallel, I'd like to make the assumption that since Himeko was the first one to join the Astral Express, that Kafka was the first one to join Elio. It just fits with the known info we have and clears up any ambiguity, but you don't have to strictly adhere by it lol.

March 7th and Silver Wolf(HEAR ME OUT)

March 7th's mysterious pasttttt. Like, the similarities between Danheng and Blade weren't revealed until his five star form was revealed and I'm making the theory that when March 7th's mysterious past is revealed, the similarities between her and Silver Wolf will appear!!!!

So Silver Wolf is from Punklord, is extremely accomplished and powerful, chaotic neutral with a sense of wanderlust. I don't know much about her(don't have her character/character story) so I can't say much more, but what I do know seems pretty plausible for March's former self.

It supports my theory that March 7th's five star form will be Nihility. Imbibiter Lunae was Destruction, like Blade. The memokeeper in March's quest said her past would "only bring her pain". How nihilistic is that? Either way, I'm definitely pulling xD

Stelle/Caleus and Firefly/Sam(the best for last ;)

So this is the one that really cemented this theory into my mind. So far, you might have noticed that every member's mirror image is the same gender(with the exception of Catlio and PomPom, I'll talk about it in the comments). But Trailblazer has TWO genders/personas. You know who ALSO has two genders/personas?FIREFLY/SAMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some theory and more similarities between them

They both are the explosive power powerhouse of their group(Stellaron and Sam's firepower)

Both pretty smart(dubious) and funny(hilarious, the both of them)

They both eat questionable things...Trailblazer's trash consumables and Firefly's woodchip Oak Cake(seriously, read the description, do they have iron stomachs or something??)

...So they might have iron stomachs.

Both were presumably artificially made. We know Firefly/Sam is(born to fight in a war) and the Trailblazer is a vessel of a Stellaron. There has to be some funky, wonky, genetic/biological makeup for that.

Welt Yang and no one lmao

Anyway, I presume he doesn't have any parallel bc he's from another universe. I don't know much cause I haven't played Honkai Impact. Something about a comic and "herscherr"? Idrk but. I suppose Luocha could join the Stellaron Hunters. That would be crazy as hell and if it happens I CALLED IT, but it probably won't. Probably.

There is also the theory Sunday joined the Stellaron Hunters. It's honestly really interesting and if that's true.....Welt Yang and Sunday don't have any similarities so that's tossed out the window. So, that only leaves the possibilty that we will have a mirrored someone of Sunday joining the Astral Express in the future. That would be INSANE but fun as hell like, can you imagine?

On another, slightly less speculative note, I'd like to point out that the five stars of the Astral Express have the same paths as the Stellaron Hunters. DHIL and Blade, are both Destruction. The Trailblazer started off as Destruction and Firefly/Sam is Destruction. As I theorized above, March 7th's five star form is likely Nihility, just like Silver Wolf. Except for Himeko and Kafka. Hmmmm

It is also my theory that Kafka was supposed to be Erudition, like Himeko, but the Stellaron Disaster on her homeplanet altered her path to Nihility. We know how smart Kafka is and we've seen paths change, Dan Heng changed to Hunt after doing away his vidyadhara features, and we have switched paths multiple times now. But we know we and Dan Heng can switch between paths anytime. I think Kafka's case is different, in that she can't switch and the Stellaron permanently altered her, removing her fear and switching her Path.

So this concludes my rant, are you convinced yet ;)? It's really interesting that the two factions mirror each other so deeply. I am getting the message that, whatever our fates are, they are deeply intertwined.

Let’s look at some myths and facts about drag queens:

Myth: “Drag queen” is a gender identity.

Fact: Drag is a performance art. 

Let’s go into some detail here: “Drag queen” is a role you play, for example as a form of entertainment or as an expression of your creativity. A gender identity on the other hand is intrinsic and enduring, it’s about who you are in your mind and heart (For example: a trans woman doesn’t “play” a woman, she IS a woman). So, drag and gender identity are two separate things - although we also need to add a little disclaimer here that gender identity is wonderfully complex and highly individual and not always so easily defined. So while drag is usually separate from gender identity, there can be overlap! 

Myth: All drag queens are gay cis men.  

Fact: Drag is an inclusive art form. Many drag queens are gay cis men, but not all. Drag performers can have any sexual orientation and gender identity - including transgender or non-binary. See that part about “overlap” above! 

Myth: There’s only one type of drag.  

Fact: Drag is incredibly diverse and has many different styles. Drag queens may also blend different types to create their own unique persona. Some examples: Pageant drag focuses on glamour and beauty (drawing inspiration from traditional beauty pageants). Camp drag leans into humor and exaggeration (celebrating the “so bad it's good” aesthetic). Alternative drag experiments with unconventional or avant-garde looks (breaking norms to challenge mainstream beauty standards). Club kid drag is known for its bold, futuristic looks (inspired by the nightlife scenes of the 80s and 90s). 

Myth: Drag is inherently sexual.  

Fact: Any art form can potentially be done in a sexual way but that doesn’t mean art is an inherently sexual thing. So, while some drag performances may include adult humor or themes (if they’re advertised for an adult audience), many other shows are family-friendly and focus on comedy, storytelling, or artistry. A drag event advertised as a family event will not be sexual. (It’s really just a common sense thing: You don’t expect kids movies to be sexual, just because adult movies also exist). 

Myth: Drag has only been around for a few years.  

Fact: Drag has a long history, dating back centuries. Men and women have cross-dressed in theater since at least the time of Shakespeare, and modern drag has roots in the ballroom culture of the 20th century. It definitely didn’t randomly spring up in the 2020s. 

Myth: Drag queens make fun of women.  

Fact: It’s more the opposite. Drag is a tribute to femininity and celebrates aspects of female identity and fashion. While some drag may use exaggerated features for humor, it’s usually done with admiration and respect, not as mockery. If it mocks something, it’s usually things like extreme beauty standards, gender stereotypes etc. 

Myth: All drag queens are famous and rich.  It’s easy money. 

Fact: The majority of drag performers are local artists who put a lot of time, effort, and money into their craft without making much. Only a small fraction gain fame or wealth, most do it out of passion.

Myth: Drag isn’t important for the lgbt+ movement. A ban on drag doesn’t really affect the community.  

Fact: Drag historically has been (and still is) an essential part of the lgbt+ movement, creating a visible platform for self-expression and providing a safe space where people can explore their identities. Drag performers have often led the way in activism, supporting many causes from HIV/AIDS awareness to transgender rights. A ban on drag doesn’t just limit artistic freedom - it threatens to silence a key part of queer culture and history. It also sets a dangerous precedent that can lead to further restrictions on our rights, marking the start of a slippery slope toward broader discrimination.

Cis man Vox is great, trans man Vox is great, trans woman Vox is great... But hear me out: bigender Vox.

As a human, Vee sees herself as an ambitious cis woman in a rich men's world and weaponizes femininity to her advantage while cursing the glass ceiling. She loves being a woman as much as she hates it and often wishes she was born male, fantasizes about how her life would be if she was a man, stares at men's clothes with longing... (🥚)

As a demon, he is reborn in a body that makes it easy to pass as a man: he can use a binder and change a few settings to make his voice deeper. He tells himself that "playing pretend" is simply the logical thing to do to protect himself and ascend to power (nevermind that there are several female Overlords. Yep, he's in denial)

Over the years, he slowly comes to terms with the fact that he enjoys being perceived as masculine in a way that has nothing to do with social status. Vox the businessman isn't just a persona, it's an actually identity that brings him joy and makes him feel good about himself.

He finally figured it out! He was a trans man all along! He decides to fully transition, and it feels great, for a while. Gender euphoria, baby.

And yet... As much as he loves being a man, some days, he misses being called a lady and wearing dresses. Isn't that just ironic? Suddenly, the longing is back. He feels just like he used to when he was human, only this time the genders are reversed.

He starts second-guessing himself, frustrated and anxious, and his internalized misogyny and old-timey perception of gender roles are NOT helping him process the situation at all. He starts overperforming masculinity to try and compensate for his doubts. Was he just faking masculinity so well that he fell for his own lie?? That can't be true. He loves being a man. He just... she, she just wishes she could sometimes be perceived as a woman, too. (and no, he can't settle for something in the middle or outside of the binary: it has to be one extreme or the other, like a binary signal of 0 or 1)

Thankfully for Vee, she's got an incredible adaptable biomechanical body. Once she finally figures out that she can be a woman one day and a man the next (because she can do whatever she wants, forever), and that her fem gender expression doesn't invalidate his masculinity in any way, she gets SO MANY upgrades <3

tl;dr: "cis" woman with strong gender envy and internalized misogyny -> "cis" demon "pretending" to be a man -> gender crisis -> transgender man?? -> wait a second -> gender crisis #2 -> bigender Vox <3

Also I think it's a fun parallel with Alastor, who is agender in my heart

US Transit Predictions - Part One

More celebrities will be suing people OR getting sued by people for Defamation of Character. However, a specific trope or theme will be present. A lot of celebrities will be suing or getting sued by ex partners, unrequited lovers, and fans during this Neptune - Venus Square Transit. Venus is the ruler of the MC in the official US Birth Chart. We know that the MC rules our public persona. With it squaring Neptune, a lot of celebrities will be going to extreme lengths to protect their public persona against any rumors, assumptions, and lies, especially those about their persona, interpersonal relationships and finances. Since this orb has lessened we have seen the following DoC Lawsuits;

Jack Harlow is suing a Tiktok Creator for DoC for editing pictures of herself with him.

Dan Schneider has sued Nickelodeon for DoC calling "Quiet on Set" a "hit job".

50 Cent is suing his ex girlfriend for DoC alleging that she accused him of assault in an Instagram post.

The woman the hit Netflix show "Baby Reindeer" was written after is suing Netflix for DoC after the show neglected to tell the story from her POV and instead made her out to be a stalker.

The Housing Crisis will continue to worsen and to mitigate this problem houses are going to stop being built, partially due to the government not being able to support the continuation of building. Right now, TR Saturn is Opposite Natal Neptune. Saturn is the ruler of the 2nd House which rules our Finances and Material Possessions. Neptune is the ruler of the 4th House which rules our Home and Security. Saturn is the planet of Restriction and Scarcity. With it currently being opposite the ruler of the 4th House it can indicate either a lack of control over, or TOO MUCH control over both 2nd and 4th House matters, i.e Finances, Housing, Material Possessions, Security.

Celibacy and Abstinence could be reported to have increased amongst members of society with more celebrities revealing themselves to practice it. I also think that Birth Rates and Fertility Rates will be revealed to have been predicted to drop significantly. The ruler of the 5th House is Mars which is currently being squared by TR Saturn which can indicate a lack of children being born in general, or a sudden surge of women waiting until after their Saturn return to have children.

A change in Rulership (The Fall of Congress) The 10th House in Virgo is indicative of our Government in this chart, with it's ruler being Cancer Mercury. TR Pluto is currently square Natal Mercury which can indicate the sudden upheaval, abolishment, and restructuring of the current way of Rulership.

The increase of faith based organizations and movements and the redefining of religion. Pluto in Aquarius will soon be opposite Leo Mercury in the 3rd and 9th House axes which can indicate a sudden uptick in spiritual individuality, self expression regarding religion, spirituality, and more importantly ideologies that people will begin to live by rather than adhering to a specific religion.

An increase in division and fighting over gender, race, sexuality, and religious based conflicts. TR Neptune will be squaring Natal Mars which is sitting in the 7th House, for a long time and the orb is only going to get smaller. I think for now though, we will see a lot of hate and aggression being spread regarding these topics, as well as misinformation and false information to widen the division.

New laws regarding Military Service. TR Saturn (The Planet of Rules and Guidelines) will be Square Natal Mars( The Planet of Aggression and Action, and Military) which sits in the 7th House of Law. Additionally, TR Mars will be in Taurus, transiting through 6th House of Service. So some of these laws could pertain to material belongings, finances, veterans, military service, etc.

The witch trial themes in Florence and the Machine's music

Hi everyone,

As requested, my week's post is about my research pre-project focusing on the witch trial themes in Florence and the Machine's music. Florence and the Machine is an English indie rock band formed by the vocalist Florence Welch. I discovered this band thanks to their debut album Lungs. While listening to their songs, I noticed that they tend to incorporate witchcraft symbols, supernatural and mystical elements, and a narrative of accusation and persecution echoing the 1692 Salem Witch Trials.

The primary sources I will use to prove my point are :

the cover of their albums Lungs (2009) and Ceremonials (2011) and their notes,

their songs "Which Witch", "Seven Devils", "Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)", "Cosmic Love" and "Shake It Out",

the music video of "Shake It Out",

their live performance of "Which Witch" during their How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful Tour in Milan, in 2015,

Florence Welch's book Useless Magic.

My first secondary source is the chapters of Keith Negus’s book Popular Music in Theory, dealing with :

Histories: to show how the historical context of the 1692 Salem Witch Trials has inspired some Florence and the Machine’s songs.

Identities: to examine how the misogynistic accusations of being a witch had consequences on women’s identities.

Mediations: to explore how the witch trial themes are portrayed through clip and album cover aesthetics, lyrics resembling spells, choreographies, entrancing vocal performances, etc.

Politics: the themes of oppression, power and resistance resonate with feminist movements and contemporary discussions about gender, justice and authority.

The article "Florence Welch Started a Witch Coven and Nobody Knew About It - VICE" explaining how her interest in magic and mystical practices which began in middle school has found expression in her music and stage presence. Her personal experiences such as her readings of Greek mythology and her visits to historical church have significantly shaped her artistic vision. The article also illustrates how Florence Welch's engagement with these themes is not only a stage persona but a real part of her identity.

Smithsonian's article "A Brief History of the Salem Witch Trials" exploring the various social and cultural factors, including xenophobia, religious extremism and social tensions, that contributed to the Salem witch trials. It emphasizes the role of displaced refugees and the strain they place on Salem's resources but also the influence of the accusations of Reverend Samuel Parris's daughter and niece which led to the trials. Thus, these events became emblematic of paranoia and injustice in society.

The article "They weren’t witches; they were women: The witch-hunts and their repercussions" - Open Access Government examining the historical feminicide during witch-hunts and its consequences on women's identities and societal roles today. It highlights how women were disproportionately targeted because of unfounded rumors, superstitions and personal grudges. The article discusses the reinforcement of patriarchal beliefs that women were inferior and should not have access to power or authority through witch trials.

The article "Examination of the Records of the Salem Witch Trials" by Margo Burns and Bernard Rosenthal provides a detailed analysis of the legal records from the 1692 to 1693 witchcraft prosecutions in Massachusetts. By highlighting the roles of various individuals involved in recording the trials, the article indirectly shows the social dynamic and hierarchies within the community. This detailed examination whose primary focus is on the records' accuracy includes personal records which can help understand the impact on individuals involved in the trials.

Thanks to these sources, I will confront myths and superstitions with reality.

Vega returned to Japan for affairs involving Shadaloo. You knew this could mean anything... but it most likely meant an assassination. As one of its Kings and as a being of intelligence, he could be trusted with the business side of things as well as the social. But Vega’s tasks rounded up to ending someone’s life either efficiently or with extreme sadism. Either suited him just fine.

He also brought you along. Were the two of you something of an item? Perhaps that’s what the jet or hotel staff thought. He knew how to flatter pretty things and it was even better when they were strong enough to capture his attention. He thought of such worthy people as investments. He chose you mainly because of your uniqueness. It was something different from the beauty he normally saw. Yours was your own and couldn’t be captured.

This both excited and frustrated him.

Vega, drunk, lied across the sofa in the hotel room, arm thrown over his head as if in a dramatic reenactment. Normally when he was inebriated he remained entirely composed and coherent, yet this time the drink was much heavier. And his exhaustion didn’t help.

After all the time he spends crafting the perfect mysterious, unaffected persona of a Lord of Shadaloo who often has his own schemes... and here he was in quite the vulnerable position.

Vega’s eyes rolled over to you. “Come here,” He croaked out, raising a hand to beckon you over.

You set aside your shopping bags - and sensitive documents on the target. They were actually in this very hotel, wiretapped, and the plan was to stay up and prepare. Though, you weren’t sure how he was going to manage this now, and you approached him with a raised brow. “How much did you drink? You’re leaving me to stake out your target?”

You set up that tap yourself after disguising yourself as a cleaner, which involves knocking out a real one and taking her clothes then placing it back on her and making it look like something had simply fell onto her head when she came to. That took effort on your end and you were hoping the rest would be picked up by Vega...

Vega waved your concern anyway. “Don’t be so stern. That will give you wrinkles.”

You rolled your eyes. “What do you want?”

Vega rose from the sofa and gently captured your hand in his, bringing it to his cheek. “Brush my hair.” He insisted.

“Hm?”

“Do it.” He ordered, then gazed up at you with a sigh. “Won’t you?” He asked in a gentler voice.

Surprised that he insisted, and furthermore trusted you with this, you stepped into the bathroom for his brush - one of them anyway, from where he put up his supplies. You returned and loomed over him a bit and, carefully picking out a lock of his hair and brushing through it slowly, keeping your eyes on his expression. He looked unbothered, so you gathered more of his strands and started to brush from his scalp as well. He let out a content sigh after about five strokes, then unexpectedly reached for your hand again, brush still held. “All of it, dear.” He said, gathering out the rest of his hair for you. You continued, starting at his roots and working down. Some of his hair was tangled understandably from his previous fight, but he voiced no displeasure at you working through them. Instead, he closed his eyes and hummed out his exhalations.

“When should I stop?” You finally asked.

“Keep going. And tell me how much you like it.” He ordered. “My hair is beautiful, is it not?”

How needy, you thought. But the strands were quite lovely and had a pleasant scent. You were impressed with how long but tidy he kept it, running softly against your fingers. Whether it was brown or bleached, the way it always seemed to flow caught your eye.

“It is.” You agreed. It was quite a sight. “So soft, too.” He hummed out his agreement, and you kept going. “I love how long it is. Your braid is cute, but I want to see it down more.”

“Do you?”

“Yes. You should.” You insisted, brushing your fingers through the length now and then twirling a lock around your finger. He whispered out something you didn’t catch, but you kept going. “If you ever wanted to curl it too, that would be nice. I wouldn’t want you to put your hair through anything you didn’t want, but I think it’d look good.” You allowed the lock to effortlessly escape from around your finger, moving like silk. “It’s so soft.” You commented again, forgoing the brush and running your fingers through his hair now.

Vega huffed.

“Cut it.”

You stopped. “Sorry?”

“Cut it all off.” He ordered. “Get my scissors. Or even my claw. And cut my hair.”

“You can’t be serious.” You blinked, looking over the drunk man.

“Or do you like my hair more than me?” He frowned, now facing you as he sat completely upright on the sofa.

How dramatic he was. He stared at you with upmost seriousness and yet you still couldn’t believe it. “You told me to compliment your hair!”

“Yes, and?” He huffed. “I shouldn’t have to tell you anyway - why did you keep all those comments to yourself?” How shitfaced was he? He was acting childish now! He took hold of his brush and plucked it out of your grasp, tossing it aside. Your eyes instinctively followed the path of the brush, but then Vega seized your jaw and turned it to face him again, and very close this time. “Worship me,” he uttered. “Sing me praises. Tell me you desire me.”

“You’re drunk.” You reminded.

“And beautiful! So tell me that. Now.”

At least you could oblige that, if not so he could release you soon... but staring at him this closely made it undeniable anyway. It reminded you exactly why people thought you were close to him. “Fine. You’re beautiful.”

“More.” He moaned, hand moving from your chin to your cheek.

“You’re the most beautiful man I’ve seen.”

He pulled you down from where you were standing, to your surprise. But maybe you shouldn’t have been. only your hands on his chest and your knees at his sides stopped you from completely lying on top of him. He was looking up at you with a devious grin, and you only frowned at him despite how much your face was burning now.

“Vega, stop.” You spoke seriously. “Am I going to have to work on this alone?”

Your answer came in the form of an impassioned kiss, the heavy taste of red wine on your tongue.

Oh, how the man you chose to love absolutely tested your patience.

But speaking of patience, you supposed maybe this target could wait.

okay so elaborating more on that one post i made

first off I want to clarify that I'm not claiming that topher is canonically queer or whatever before anyone gets annoying about this this is MY interpretation of his character and this is just for fun

okay so we all know how Topher's whole deal is being a straight male white ally right? or at least trying to be

personally I see topher as either a gay man or unlabeled and also demidemi, either way that guy likes men like come on look at him. /j

even though topher seems to be very accepting about those topics (yeah I don't believe he's secretly homophobic or sexist) I still think he would have a hard time accepting who he is

why? to me he would only start discovering these feelings until his teenage years, or well the age we see him in the show, and we see that he's already too deep into his woke persona, and presents himself as, well, a straight male ally, so that's an image of himself that he already built and believes, so when suddenly he starts to feel different is something difficult to him, discovering that all he thought about his himself wasn't that true...

to me Topher is like "oh yeah I accept queer people but I'm not one haha!! yeah it's totally cool i totally support it but it's NOT me haha!!" if it makes sense..

I don't think he really has internalized homophobia? or personally I wouldn't call it that, again i just think he didn't really care about romantic attraction until woah! suddenly he has a crush on a guy and has to deal with all these new feelings

that's just speaking of his sexuality, butt i have a lot to say about his gender!

I have the headcanon or au (?) that i used to post a lot about during 2023, of him being a trans girl

(from here on I'm gonna start using she/her to refer to Topher, not changing her name though to not make this complicated)

same with her sexuality, I think it's something she wouldn't really think about until something suddenly happens, or she just doesn't realize it's there

topher seems to be comfortable enough to be a little bit feminine, though, she wears pink pants and a pink beanie and has long hair, also her fruity little outfit in the musicals ep, overall she seems comfortable enough with her gender expression, because I've seen guys start making a whole ass drama when his sexuality/gender is questioned , even as a joke, for being a little bit "feminine", or guys just being repellent of this things

so to me, Topher would start to question her gender once she starts to separate herself from her clone father, because these feelings of wanting to be her own person sure, come from the fact her clone father was a monster and wants to make up for it, but that's not only it, she doesn't really feel like a man after all and wants to not be seen as that

but yeah, the thought of wanting to be a woman didn't even cross her mind and it got mixed out with just wanting to be her own person, so to her those feelings were purely because of that

and I don't think she would be like, extremely fem, or wanting to be, so that complicates everything, because she's okay with the way she expresses herself, but Christopher didn't fit her, neither topher did, and she just can't really put her tongue on it

so, she knows there's something bugging her out with how she's perceived, and she changes her name and she feels a little bit more relieved but it's still there

until one day, something happens and she can finally get it, she wants to be a girl!

before s3, I didn't really have an idea of what this thing would be, i just knew it would be a little bit before the clones get unfrozen

but with s3 out, I think she would discover it with the bleacher creatures! thanks to jackee and lizzie, maybe the fact of jackee calling her mary helps

I still think she would be stubborn about it, again she thinks well good for those people but I'm not one!! until she just can't deny it anymore

and once she's her true self she's a lot happier, of course she's still and asshole but a happy one

I had this dumb idea of her going by just. Bus. before finding a real name for herself

and back to that one twitter drama of the queerbaiting video, i don't think topher is queerbait because he was never marketed as queer, i do think that the gay headcanon fits perfectly though

All About Virgo Moon in the ‘Mercury Persona Chart’

Persona charts are essentially a mini natal chart for each sign in your chart, and it gives you more insight and depth into each sign

How to calculate it:

Search ‘Free astrological chart selection’ then click on the one under astro.com website

I like to think of domicile planets in the persona charts from a natal chart perspective; in the mercury persona chart, any virgo or gemini placements are domicile.

Intersex he/they/she

They may look and sound mainly like a boy but everyone has always noticed they can look very feminine at times almost like they could be a girl. They were born with a uterus and have periods like a girl. A lot of the ways that their body has grown like their muscles almost resemble how a girls body is though they try to hide it.

Ever since their time at school they have been uncomfortable talking about their gender. They went to an all boy school, and when the other kids figured out they where intersex they were heavily bullied for being "part girl." The kids were extremely misogynistic towards them. After that though they wanted to experiment with their more feminine side they never felt like they could. They asked their parents and uncle Wu to not tell the other ninja and to just say they were a boy. Their friends and everyone they went to school with also know.

After Harumi and Sally discovered their music and figured out about their online persona they told them. They were both extremely supportive and helped them experiment with their more feminine side and self expression.

Species

Dragon, oni, human

They have golden horns, fangs, furry ears, and a tail with a fur tip. They have can have wings but they perfer to hide them due to them getting in the way. Depending on their emotions their oni and dragon features can pop up on their own. If they are extremely relaxed their ears might pop up, and if their excited then their tail might pop out wagging furiously. If their angry their fangs and horns migh show, and if their uncomfortable or scared their wings might pop up to cover them.

Everyone knows they can have these features, just not how hard it is for them to control them at times. Just like with their gender Harumi and Sally help them express these sides of them. They feel more themselves when they are in this form, but are still too uncomfortable to show it off.

(I always found it weird that the venom that flowed through Garmadon's veins didn't transfer to Lloyd so...)

Lloyd has bipolar and schizophrenia symptoms due to the venom that transferred to them. They can dissociate from reality and watch through their eyes as they do something and have thoughts that they shouldn't or don't want to about hurting others. This often makes them scared of themself and is the reason why they tend to be quiet. They also tend to isolate themself and hurt themself in the fear of hurting others. They think that hurting themself will lower their desire to hurt others and that they shouldn't be alive in fear that they might not be able to stop themself one day.

Though they have gotten better at controlling it since they were younger they are still scared of what happened back then. They almost killed their friends multiple times. One time them and Brad were racing up a tree and right as Brad got to the top they dissociated. They ended up breaking the branch from underneath him and he fell. He could have died if he landed wrong, but luckily he just broke his arm. Lloyd still fears what could have happened and still wont forgive themself to this day.

Depression and PTSD

They still feel the shame of the abandonment of both of their parents when they were younger though they have forgiven both of their parents. They forgive Misako less than they do Garmadon. They have formed a bit of a more distant relationship with their mother since she still isn't really there. With their dad on the other hand they can see that he is trying and is thankful for his efforts. Though at times he can be jumpy and tense with him, they have mostly fully forgiven him for everything. Garmadon knows about them trying to experiment with their self expression and is extremly supportive along with Vinny.

He tends to have a lot of nightmares about loosing people. Especially his parents. He also has nightmares having to do with the bullying they resived back in school. After these they tend to start working themself extremely hard at training or having really bad body image. They often feel like they have to be the best all the time due to being the leader of the ninja. They don't like taking breaks though they get forced into them by their friends and family.

I'll probably put some more in a drawn out character sheet later, but this is just easier to type out. I'll link to the character sheet when I have it done. Sometimes I feel like I'm putting way too much effort into this au but i am constantly day dreaming about it and its really fun for me lol.

Just occurred to me I requested every villain in Halo RVB 1-15 except for Felix, poor bastard. How about a romantic/platonic concept with a medic darling? They work for the rebellion and end up scolding Felix when he has to visit them, telling him that he needs to be more careful because the army needs him (which he finds hilarious but won’t elaborate on why). He shows up in the medical bay to bother them constantly, then when his cover’s blown, he decides the pirates could use a fully trained combat medic and takes them with him, much to Locus’ annoyance.

Man... Felix was such a good character. Sure! I'll do sonmething for him :) Been a bit since I saw the Chorus trilogy so I apologize if something's off.

Whenever you saw him he acted like a close friend.

You were sure you were the only one who saw him out of his armor for healing.

Felix when he's still acting like he's on your side is Overprotective, Obsessive, and Caring.

This is not his true yandere persona.

He says you're so important to this war because you're a medic.

He says it all with a sweet smile.

Felix also enjoys teasing you around the base, often saying he'll "see you later in the medical bay."

You often scold the mercenary on him being so reckless.

It's dangerous out there!

You catch Felix snickering at your concern but you don't quite understand why.

You just think he's playing with you and punch his shoulder lightly.

Which he then becomes overdramatic about.

Felix is dramatic.

In more ways than you know.

When he comes into your office he overplays his actual injury.

You also begin to wonder how he's getting injured so often?

He's a skilled mercenary...

You have no idea that he's injuring himself to have the excuse to see you. Locus can be such a pain in the ass.

Felix doesn't just see you in the office.

He often looks for you when you're not in the office.

You'll be on break and Felix will find you again.

He's extremely chatty.

It's like he wants to hear himself talk when he's with you.

Felix likes to compliment you, too.

You feel like Felix is trying to be overly flattering towards you.

It's... strange.

Felix can be hypocritical, talking about your own safety while supposedly neglecting his own.

When he visits the base he comes to you to see if you're okay.

If you were injured... then Felix expresses uncharacteristic (to you) dark behavior.

He wants to know who did it....

So he can end them in the most painful way possible.

Felix shows to be caring of you even if he's overprotective.

Felix always liked how smart you are.

As Felix's friend, you start to think he's lying to you as the rebellion goes on.

Something's not quite right with his behavior...

The moment the big plan about Chorus is revealed... you lose respect for Felix.

He always felt like he was lying to you.

After that you try to avoid him, trying to pretend you didn't hear any rumors.

But Felix knows better.

In fact, he already has plans for you.

Felix's true yandere persona is not that of an overprotective partner.

Felix is actually Manipulative, Self-absorbed, Selfish, Merciless, Possessive, and Exploitive.

Felix has low empathy and doesn't sympathize with anyone.

He kills people and disrespects the dead.

When Felix decides to take you away from the rebellion once the plan is revealed he doesn't care what he does to take you.

The mercenary doesn't mind killing your friends, calling them pathetic and all sorts of other names while stalking towards you.

"It's funny that you thought you were saving them! They were going to die for nothing anyway...."

He's a monster who would harm anyone to get what he wants.

Felix is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

This whole thing was an act to him.

Every talk, every action, everything.

Felix can act like an entirely different person to get others to trust him.

Like a role in a play.

Including those on his side.

Felix offers you the offer to join the Space Pirates, giving one last chance to be nice with you.

If you refuse then he doesn't mind threatening you into following him.

Felix expects Locus to give him shit for taking you in but he doesn't care.

Felix also wants to keep you with him... as he feels you're his.

You're a skilled combat medic... you'll be useful.

He promises.

Locus complains to Felix at times but the orange mercenary tells him to mind his own business.

When you're forced into the Space Pirates you see Felix's true colors.

Anyone under him is disrespected and threatened into compliance.

You've also seen how jealous Felix gets when you're forced to heal others.

He'll be flipping his combat knife only to think about throwing it at one of your patients if they compliment you.

A threat that silently says "hands off."

Felix often manipulates those around him and is cruel.

If you think of the people he's killed for you then he brushes it off, telling you they didn't matter.

Felix cares little for the deaths of others.

Felix also expects you to pay attention to him.

Ignoring him will make him force it out of you.

He wants to talk to you, maybe even get a bit handsy if he feels that way.

Things like an arm around the shoulder and possessive hug solidifies how he feels for you.

He feels like he deserves you.

He feels he's entitled to you and your care.

Felix would even kill in front of you if he felt it was necessary.

The only person that matters to him is you.

Even then he's twisted about the way he feels about you.

Felix wants to be the only one to see you out of your armor, often locking the door to your office when he visits you.

Felix knows you hate him for betraying you and kidnapping you.

He claims it's so your conversation with each other "feels casual."

He has ulterior motives.

But he also knows you'll have to push aside such feelings at some point.

He's a dangerous man who'd kill everyone around you to keep you to himself.

If you refuse him... he may even threaten you.

You can't tell if Felix loves you or genuinely cares for you at all anymore

All you know is his hold is too tight on you and his jealousy is volatile...

Happy Belated Birthday! Today is my birthday, and I've been trying to figure how to put into words what I love most about Astarion since you asked for thoughts. Well.... rather how to put it in words succinctly, because I have a tendency to be extra wordy.

Maybe the best way to put it is that Astarion actually taught me a lot about myself. He made me examine and explore gender and sexuality in a way that helped me find parts of myself I might never have found without him. I won't go into TMI details, but for example, when people argued that he is "clearly a gay man" and I realized that some of the fan art I'm most attached to is of Astarion in relationships with men, I took that as a sign and an opportunity to explore what that said about ME (not a gay man). (And to be clear, I know Astarion is pan, but I'm invested in understanding gender and sexual expression, and understanding why someone feels how they do.)

He also reminded me of a lot of boys I was attracted to when I was young- high school and college aged. Someone with an extreme personality that somehow draws everyone in. Has good looks who knows it. But someone who is actually hiding behind his looks and outsized persona. There were a few of these boys that I thought wanted an out. Wanted someone to really see or hear them, and I tried to give that to them. But either I was wrong or they didn't see or really want what I offered.

So to have the chance to be there for Astarion in that way and watch him flourish begin healing in part because of what I could give him was really touching.

it's 2:30 am here so forgive me 1) if my answer isn't concise or structured or clear 2) for not providing screenshots/panels to actually illustrate my points. but thank you so much for the ask, i was actually writing about this v question in my chapter 133 analysis post that i didn't manage to save, which led me to feel depressed at the idea of rewriting it, so this is a really good like. jumping point for my larger thoughts on the matter.

so chainsaw man is a brand, yes. it's also so much more. when i talk about chainsaw man in this post (or most of my posts really), please assume that i'm not actually referring to individual characters, whether denji or pochita. you see, chainsaw man has never been an actual person, or even a persona/identity. chainsaw man is an idea, a concept that humans and devils project onto. chainsaw man is simultaneously to different people: a weapon, a messiah, a devil that needs to be put down, a scapegoat, a hero, a midwife to devils in hell, a cute plushie model, an ideal boyfriend, the only person who could ever understand makima, a foreign plot, a political talking point--i could go on forever.

so really, denji has never had control over chainsaw man, bc chainsaw man is nothing more than a mirror to others' hopes and fears! and similarly, pochita never had control over chainsaw man either! think about how people talk about chainsaw man through all of part 1: hero of hell, chaotic force, god, monster, the only person makima could be equal with. then think about how 1) makima literally fought pochita herself, and then said he could never be chainsaw man because he did not fit the idea she had in her head 2) pochita quite literally tells denji that all he wanted was a hug, which everyone took as attacks.

and yes, this 200% fits with fire punch and other works by fujimoto that deal with identity, with public perception, with the "real self" vs your myth/image/reputation, with the question of if there is such a thing as a "real self" especially as the lines begin to blur and you don't know who you are anymore. other works of his that explore these ideas are goodbye eri (self explanatory really), nayuta of the end (kenji's inability to understand his sister's intentions and the world seeing her as nothing but a monster and threat), and to a certain extent That Genderbend Oneshot (dealing explicitly with gendered perceptions).

now to answer specific parts of your question:

fujimoto has been clear about chainsaw man being a brand even in part 1. makima releases the info about chainsaw man defeating the gun devil, and immediately people start making chainsaw man tshirts and posters and buying chainsaws. by the time of part 2 there's merch of him on every corner, fanclubs and gameshows and sandwiches and plushies.

so you know what else is omnipresent in part 2, long before chapter 133? people thinking that chainsaw man is a danger and a monstrosity and a devil that should be put down. asa expresses contempt about him in her very first chapter, some of the people interviewed in chapter 103 flat out say they think he's dangerous and needs to die (some more aggressively than others). and now we're introduced to the true scale of what's going on--a spectrum that ranges from fanatic devotees to passive consumers all the way to anti-chainsaw man protestors.... which very likely includes that one preacher. just in this chapter we've seen violence erupt between the two extremes of that spectrum! and it's likely that it's going to get worse and worse.

now i'm not saying that a world war might possibly erupt just around chainsaw man and nothing else--i'm saying it might be the spark for other longer simmering tensions: the cold war between multiple countries who were using devils as weapons long before part 1, devils becoming bolder in their attacks on humans, the horseman family conflict, a crumbling social order based on propaganda/fascist structures/absurd poverty, etc etc. add to that the fact that we now know that devils can not only take human forms, but that hybrids are relatively common (see reze, quanxi, the weapon hybrids in general, etc) and that denji himself presents as a human. fujimoto is very inspired by devilman. you know what happens in devilman? humans figure out there are devils wearing human skin around them, panic, and start indiscriminately murdering each other.

and..... the prophecy. "mars will reign" is v commonly accepted to mean that yoru, the fucking war devil, is going to see a drastic increase in power. so yeah there's gonna be war. people are going to turn on chainsaw man more and more. people are going to cling to him more and more. one thing is sure--very few might ever actually see him as denji.

i wonder if he would Fire Punchs it.

i've said it before but one of my favourite things about fujimoto is how he has specific ideas/concepts that he keeps iterating and building upon, learning from experience every time until he makes something he can be wholly proud of. fire punch was his first serialized work, it was a mess in many ways and it's clear that he recognized that and was unsatisfied about it. so even in part 1, you can already see that fujimoto was tinkering with some of his fire punch concepts and trying to execute them in a better way. but from what we have of part 2 so far.... i think fire punch was indeed the prototype, just like the sisters oneshot was the prototype of look back. part 2 has so many more parallels to fire punch than part 1 did, its nge and devilman inspirations are that much more obvious, and some of the characters are flat out plucked right out of fire punch, and just given a makeover and additional depth (coughs coughs sun and iseumi coughs). and yes, it's the fucking end of the world that's coming too.

i don't think he's gonna follow fire punch 1:1--again, fire punch was his first try at a serialized series and its plot is a mess. i've seen people complain about part 2's pacing (the biweekly breaks and the fact that folks aren't bingeing but waiting doesn't help) and call the plot nonsensical but to me it feels a lot more deliberate and thought out than part 1 AND fire punch. like he's setting up puzzle pieces that seem out of place on first glance, and then they start adding up and you see the shape of it--the SCALE of it. in any case, chainsaw man and fire punch do have key thematic and artistic differences, and their themes/ideas do not align 1:1 either. however it's pretty obvious that in some ways, chainsaw man is becoming an answer to some of the questions fire punch asked but never followed through.
