My son!! My little creature bby!!!! Silly goblin!! It goes through emotional turmoil.
“Khelo” means “little shell” in North Aervian, and Ren is the name given to him by the Kanemese sailors who sort of adopted him as part of their crew when he was a kid.

Not star wars related but here are some OCs that I’ve been redesigning and having fun with recently. Hope you guys like it anyway :)
This is Jester and Doctor. Their real names are secret for plot reasons so they get extremely litteral codenames. They will often refer to themselves as such but in their native languages! So Fusarij (“working joke” in Silver-Elvish) and Dokaftar (“true scientist” in Drowish).
They get married in antagonist prison post-canon.

Do you know how embarrassing it is when the blorbos from your shows are a group of people from your DnD campaign?
I can't stop thinking about these people that exist only in me and a handful of other peoples' minds who are going through a story we are telling together THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER HEARD OF BECAUSE IT IS AN EXPERIENCE SHARED ONLY BETWEEN US
*gripping my head* THE VOICES-

✨️Gold Saints✨️ if they were to be ✨️Dungeons and Dragons✨️ characters
If you were wondering what I’ve been up to in the last few days, I was making this list based on my own headcanons. Mostly, I decided for what kind of class or subclass they could be. I don’t think I will add a race or a background for them because I am not up to date with the latest released manuals 😂 and these are just the official builds. If I had to look through the homebrew material I'd still be searching. Also, I used the classes of the fifth edition ^_^
Aries Mu
He’s an artificer (or if you are more familiar with the older name, he’s a tinker). There’s even an Armorer subclass, that let him have proficiency with heavy armours and so he can go in the middle of the battlefield without too many problems while still being a smith. When I say it’s perfect, I’m not even joking. Mu is possibly the easiest one to translate as a DnD character.
Taurus Aldebaran
Look, I would love to say paladin, but since he’s more on the pure physical strength rather that paladin stuffs, I’d assume for him a class like a fighter. I wouldn’t mind for him some sort of fighter + paladin multiclass where for the bigger part is a fighter. Maybe a Champion fighter + some levels of an Oath of Devotion paladin. Those subclasses are very basic, but they do the work. I cannot put his as a barbarian because well, I don’t think it would fit him (maybe the strength part, but only that).
Gemini Saga
He’s the dungeon master.
Okay, joke aside Saga is a bit more difficult. Visually, I think he’d be a paladin. Unlike others he has a good balance between physical strength and use of cosmos (both for attack and defence purposes). The subclass is a bit tricky, in the end it could be the Oath of the Watchers, since at least at the beginning, his wish was to protect Earth and then maybe he could later become an Oathbreaker? I’m partial to the Watcher since one of the spells for this class is Banishment and if it isn’t the poorer version of Another Dimension ability, I don’t know what it is.
Cancer Deathmask
He has the necromancer vibes without being a necromancer. In short, Oathbraker paladin: he can cast the ✨edgy✨ spells with ghosts and undead and it kind of makes sense that during the fight against Shiryu his cloth yeets off because of how bad he fucked up.
Leo Aiolia
Undecided between a normal fighter or a paladin. If he had an animal like Leo Kaiser in ND had those huge lions, he would be the ultimate ranger (subclass: Beast Master). But he doesn’t so… paladin. Maybe the subclass could be Oath of the Ancients, but I’m not sure.
Virgo Shaka
I’ve been thinking of where to put Shaka for almost two hours. My mind says monk, but my heart says wizard, but he must be a paladin somehow. Monk could be the perfect class for Shaka: you can easily see ki (the magical energy that empowers a monk attacks) as cosmos and the training/asceticism part would make sense for him. My only problem is that personally, I don’t see Shaka as someone that would resort to fighting bare hands against enemies (which is the core concept of the monk class). And mostly important, the monk class don’t have armour proficiency, which is the point of being a Gold Saint (neither does the wizard). As a wizard, I’d put him in the War Caster subclass, but being a wizard would make him a sort of cannon glass (wizard have the highest damage output, but at the same time the lowest number of hit points, aka life). Unless it is the Shaka from KotZ, then I could forgive a monk/wizard multiclass. As a paladin, I’m not even sure if he should be an Oath of Devotion. So, I will use the ace up my sleeve and say: Shaka is a cleric either with the Light Domain or the Order Domain, but I’m partial to the first one.
Libra Dohko
MONK. ASCENDANT DRAGON SUBCLASS. And if you feel silly enough, either a few levels of Paladin – Oath of Devotion or some levels as a Fighter - Battle Master .
Scorpio Milo
I am afraid that I have no clue of what Milo could be. My personal idea would be to make some sort of rogue, so I could imagine his scarlet needle to be a kind of sneak attack with a poisonous dagger. The subclass in this case would be either an Assassin or a Swashbuckler, to have the best implement of damage output. Maybe also a multiclass with a fighter (Champion subclass)?
Sagittarius Aiolos
He could be a paladin (Oath of the Crown?) with a feat like Crossbow Expert or a fighter with the Arcane Archer subclass. But because of his role as the Sagittarius Saint, I’m for the second option. Truth to be told, I wouldn’t mind a multiclass between those two.
Capricorn Shura
Another character that could be a paladin or a fighter BUT I say fighter AND the subclass must be Samurai, which is one of the best for striking powerful attack with a sword. No paladin class could do such things.
Aquarius Camus
Camus, like Aphrodite, has that kind of power that can be based on some sort of natural element, that would make me go “HE’S a DRUID!!!” if I didn’t know better. My main problem with druids is that they cannot wear or wield anything made of metal, therefore there would be no possibility for him to achieve a gold-saint-like kind of armour. As a paladin, Oath of the Ancients has a few spells that are ice-based, and I would implement that by giving him some levels in the sorcerer class (the subclass isn’t important for choosing those spells, but I’d like for him the Storm Sorcery subclass).
Pisces Aphrodite
Like Camus, he could be a druid, at least on paper. The ranger class has access to some druid spells, but I don’t know if it would match Aphrodite aesthetic completely. As a ranger, I’d go for a Fay Wanderer subclass and maybe a few paladin levels (Oath of the Crown subclass). He can have some levels a cleric (Nature Domain) as a treat.

Of Lois McMaster Bujold's work, the group I think best suited to live-action screen adaptation is the Chalion/Five Gods collection. It has a variety of storylines that lend themselves easily to a few movies and an episodic. The special effects would be dope. You've got classic nightmare sequences in The Hallowed Hunt, with smoke and apparitions running through the woods and everything. Then imagine the fun with Desdemona sometimes sharing Penric's face, sometimes his voice; her as a character inside his head; her as a manifestation only Pen can see ... Gods it would be so entertaining to watch. And then we get to see Cazaril, sopping wet cat of a man, blorbo material extraordinaire, face a God and save the world. I'm really surprised he's not a bigger deal on this webbed site, as much as you lot love a tortured man. And then. Then. We could enjoy Ista embracing life. She's so amazing. She's the middle-aged mother-turned-hero I needed in my life. I want the whole story to have her thoughts as voice overs. It would be so hilarious. She deserves to be a movie star, after everything she's been through. I'm afraid I'm starting to babble, but I just can see these stories onscreen so easily. I want them so much.
So why not the other catalogs, you ask?
Vorkosigan - There's no way Hollywood wouldn't fuck this up 100 ways. No thank you very much.
Spirit Ring - It could make a good movie, but then what?
Sharing Knife - I'd want this one animated. Don't have a great reason or justification.
In conclusion, the world needs Chalion on screen asap. Thanks for listening to my spiel.

Okay so
I have 80 million thoughts about this fuckin saga for this au BUT
Get In The Water is definitely dnd!Schlatt @ Cala
Now you may be asking ‘doesn’t that song fit for Quackity instead or maybe even Wilbur?’
Yes it does but hear me out a second
In this campaign King Schlatt is considered to be one of the more fearful and powerful monarchs in the continent due to him sparking the war against Wilbur and lead to the divide- as well as a majority of other things since he is a tyrannical king
But in the au he’s been usually tame or less intense with Cala and her party- mainly bc of Cala’s charm and their ‘willingness’ to help the king so they can live
But I feel like that song fits him perfectly because well- Cala is not a perfect person- and Schlatt is a very paranoid man ever since he got poisoned before the war
And that can lead to some interesting conversations from either side but he would definitely have the vibe of Get in the Water at some point to her because of a plethora of things (hiding secrets, taking stuff from him, ‘taking advantage’ of his hospitality… honestly Q just being a dick to Schlatt about what he’s doing, etc)
And I feel like King Schlatt would be just “you know what, no- I’ll give you a reason why people have feared me for decades” at Cala who is just genuinely trying to talk it out bc she does not want to fight or die for her friends or family to be safe
Anyways 1 v 1 who would win a squishy and baby paladin bard who has been trying her damn hard to make friends this entire campaign or a paladin monk who’s built off of spite and bitterness as well as paranoia

WIP Intro | The Last Paladin
Tumblr media
Genre: YA science fantasy/portal sci-fi
Vibes: Found family, portals, ensemble cast, traveling a long long way from home to find out who you are, shenanigans, angst, the power of friendship, aliens and magic, Doctor Who vibes
Tumblr media
Chelsea Seaver is convinced her parents have been abducted by aliens and she'll do whatever it takes to get them back. But when her investigation leads her to an interstellar criminal organization, she finds herself transported to another planet with no idea how to get back home. A trio of kind strangers help her get her bearings and take her to the one person who can help her find her parents: Shay Finnegan, the last of the galaxy's light-wielding Paladins. Caught up in the machinations of a powerful Syndicate, Chelsea agrees to become Shay's apprentice in order to survive and hunt down the mysterious person responsible for her parents' disappearance. She has a host of new allies at her side, magic at her fingertips, and a whole galaxy to explore, but nothing will prepare her for the truth. That she is a target and the person she's after will stop at nothing until he's destroyed everything and everyone she loves.
This is the WIP that has my entire heart and soul, that's been with me for years and will never, ever let me go. If I could only work on a single story on my list of 200-odd WIPs, it would be this one. There's a reason it's my longest series at 12 books. I love it dearly and will definitely talk about it a lot in the future.
Here are some of my favorite songs from the PALADIN playlist:
Vagabond - Tommee Profitt
The Shepherd's Boy - Murray Gold
Lovely - Billie Eilish
One Will Fall By The Way - W. G. Snuffy Walden
Compass - Two Steps From Hell

I'm being cockblocked by one whole level to finishing ARR MSQ with my Ghost alt, and I'm reeeing because I now have to run around to gain this one level because dps queues...
Tumblr media
At this point glam wise this is probably the best I can do to recreat the cloak, there's supposedly a ninja head piece at level 57 that is kinda like horns. Either way, I'm still a bit meh, but XIV isn't exactly brimming with cloaks and horn glams that are not like black horns.
Glam stuff aside, I'm kinda having fun figuring out how to tailor the Hollow Knight story to fit with Eorzean lore...which is not as hard as one can think considering things like the Werlyt Sorrow questline and all of Endwalker. (If you know you know)
I'm tempted to start like just posting the ramblings on this idea like why I think Ghost would be a ninja in this setting, or why I am certain the voidlings plus Hornet are like this mixed group of orphan younglings from all races that got flung across the globe. (Mostly because I want to spread my agenda of Hollow being max height Elezen and Hornet being a min height Raen Au'ra)
If I had the means and time I would doodle stupid comics of this idea to help show the ideas that are swirling in my head, but alas I can't draw for shit and got no time to learn.

Extremely niche Spidersona
Soben is the Osckul Drow godess of the ground, darkness, the material world, battle, fertility, the body/flesh, spiders, and femininity.
Osckul Drows are the dark elves who live in the underground royaldom of Osckulere, instead of on the surface in Nactuschos (surface-dwelling drows are named Nactu or various translations of "Night Elves").
A Gift is the type of magic ability an Elf is born with.
Solterra is the human kingdom nearest to where Nactuschos and Osckulere are located.
“Markesviben” is the name of the “marks of life” tattoo’d on an Osckul’s left arm throughout their life. They must always leave it covered; the only other people who can see it are those they’re married to, and the tattooist (who is seen as a religious figure).
Metanoia is the name for the piece of the world where they all reside. The planet is split by a barrier created over 1500 years ago during a great calamity that destroyed most of the previous civilisations. As far as anyone knows, there's no way of breaking the barrier to reach the other side, which the peoples of Metanoia call "Agnostia".

Books To Read If You Like Dragon Age
Mine, obviously. So I can keep buying Dragon age.
Rogues of the Republic, a fantasy heist trilogy by Trick Weekes (links to Amazon, because I think that's the only way to get them; has not updated name)
The Calpurnia Wars, an epic science fantasy series from Jo Graham, staring with Sounding Dark.
The World of the White Rat saga, by @tkingfisher. Mostly the Paladin books, but reading the other ones really rounds it out.
Little Thieves, by @what-eats-owls, especially if you're a purple Hawke who would date Cassandra if she was Sebastian.
The Vespertine, by @marrogersonrogerson, if you wonder what Lucanis/Spite would be like if Lucanis was Leliana.
The Bone Houses, by Emily Lloyd-Jones, if you, like me, yell "JUST BURN THE BODIES" every time you get attacked by the undead. (And then read the other two books in that series, because they are great.)
The Dark Gods Saga, by @tarasimauthor, if you are here for Emmrich (and really love a good fantasy doorstop).

My Elderly Mother Plays Baldur's Gate: Part 4
If you're not up to date on the saga, my mom is having me play Baldur's Gate 3 on her behalf because she has trouble using controllers/keyboards but still wants to "smooch the wizard boy." She is playing a neutral good wood elf druid; this is a detailed account of her crimes. Part 1 & 2 Part 3
Hey, everybody! Thanks to everyone who followed my blog to keep up with my mom's adventures. Also, shout-out to whoever called my mom "Crime Mom" last time I posted about this; she really got a kick out of that. We played for a full day yesterday so we could really get into Act III and make some progress.
Here are the atrocities she committed during yesterday's play session:
My mom is very pissed that she cannot keep Myshka the white cat. When she found Myshka, she told him that she was his mother because of course she did. Naturally, Myshka started following her around the city after that, and she was SO thrilled about it. However, when we went back to camp to trade out a companion and immediately came back to the city, the cat wasn't following her anymore, and my mom was so fucking upset. ("That boy thinks I'm his mother and I LEFT HIM! Why can't I take my son back to my camp with us?") My mom told me to tell my "tumblr friends" that Myshka should be able to join our camp like Scratch and the owlbear cub. So, if any of you guys are from Larian—take notes, I guess. My mother demands a cat son.
Upon seeing Mystra for the first time in the Stormshore Tabernacle cutscene, my mom immediately said in the bitterest voice imaginable, "I'm prettier than her." She is, of course, right. Fuck Mystra, all my homies hate Mystra.
When we found the Hag Survivors Group, my mom asked me if she could try combat for the first time, and she actually started to get the hang of it. ("Left bumper, mom. No, that's the trigger. BUMPER. Other left. There you go.") However, she didn't fully understand what "area of effect" meant and decided to cast Fireball ("Ooh, I've always wanted to use that one!") in an enclosed space before I could stop her. She instantly incinerated Mayrina, the floorboards, and the paladin, Adrielle. I was so fucking proud of her but also laughing so hard I was nearly in tears. She had me reload the save for her.
My mom returned the stolen money to the Counting House's head banker, then asked me to rob the rest of the building on our way out. When I asked her about the logic of this particular decision, she said, "We're saving the city from mind flayers, so these funds are really going back into the local economy when you think about it. We're a great cause!" I have no idea why she didn't just keep the stolen pouch of money in the first place. We wasted so many scrolls and Arrows of Transposition to get everything out of those vaults.
She was FURIOUS when she found out Auntie Ethel wasn't actually dead. My dad called in the middle of the day to check in on dinner plans and mom kept him on the phone for at least ten minutes while she ranted about hags who "should stay dead when they're told to."
My mom adores Jaheira. The two of them are very similar to each other, so I think she gets a kick out of seeing Camp Mom do Camp Mom things that she would do if she were actually in the game. My mom also loves Minsc and Boo. TASTE.
Don't know how soon my mother will come back for another play session, but I'll keep you guys updated whenever I can! She has already asked me if I would DM a D&D session for her retired friends, so I'm trying to find time to do that. Maybe I'll do some updates on that if we get it going.
Thank for everyone's support! Crime Mom and I appreciate it.
