No because him growing up in a house where he's constantly not allowed to make his own choices. His parents pushing so many classes and activities like football onto him because they want the very best out of him. Trip being an older brother and having the pressure of being a good example for Melvin also wearing him down thin. Like him not ever learning how a healthy relationship is supposed to be like because his parents though seem to love eachother fight all the time and are probably better off separated but never will be PLUS a lot of the relationships around him aren't that healthy either. ALSO him not knowing how to properly regulated his emotions so his anger and frustrations building until he snaps at the closest person near him which most of the time is Marcia who is trying her best along side him.

Trip who just wants to rest for a moment and do something that he wants to do. Not what his parents want for him. Hell He'll start drawing if it means he gets something of his own y'know?

Trip ilysm you're so important to me. I fear this isn't even half of what I could say about him unfortunately.

Marcia runs really cold and two bit runs really hot, I will not be taking criticism on this

just imagine Marcia with constantly freezing hands sticking them on the back of two bits neck without warning and him yelping and practically jumping 5 feet in the air- or her coooonstantly holding his hands and he always teases her that the only reason she ever holds his hands is because he warms up her fingers and she never argues with him on that-

or in the summer two bit overheating so much and taking Marcia’s hands and sticking them on his forehead and she’s just giggling and UGH THEY ARE SO GODDAMN CUTE

Paul Holden is a son of Zeus

He gives off big brother vibes with Bob.

Randy Adderson is a son of Apollo

He's an amazing archer, which he thinks is all he has going for him, but he can also feel other people's emotions if he's particularly close to them (either physically or emotionally(like his group of friends)). He's pretty sure his mom dislikes him and his (step)father is always drinking so he sorta chills at Bob's for the most part. They tend to drive around because Bob doesn't want to be at home either. They go to Paul's when they both particularly feel shitty about their home lives and the demigods' stuff takes a toll on them.

Robert “Bob” Sheldon is a son of Zeus

Is usually found at Randy's side, and the two of them are usually taking Paul, who is Bob's half brother. His mother absolutely cheated on her husband with Zeus, and ended up extremely ill after Bob turned 3. She'd wanted to have a daughter and her and her husband tried to get pregnant but could not. The one time she did she nearly died. Shes incredibly upset about that, and while she tries to hide that from Bob... When she's drunk all that pain and anger and frustration comes out at Bob. His step father isn't the best help either, but they both love him (when they aren't drinking) and are otherwise amazing parents, even his step father.

Clark “Brill” Brillstein

Cherry gives me the feel of a daughter of Athena. She gets along great with Ponyboy while at Camp, since what happens at camp stays at camp, because they read together. They recommend books and they just exist in the same general space together. He draws while she reads sometimes. But she is very intelligent and she has a 'fiery' attitude to those who disturb her general peace. Reminds me greatly of Annabeth.

Chet Baker

I don't know enough about Chet's personality or headcanons to accurately place him. Feel free to leave suggestions!!! However, I get the distinct feel of Apollo for him? Feels like he would love being the 'annoying younger brother' to Randy.

Marcia is a daughter of Demeter

I don't actually know why, but I get the distinct feel of Demeter from her? She gives me the vibe that she would be good with plants, and she is definitely someone you shouldn't piss off, because she can and will make your clothes itchy for weeks. Doesn't matter how many times you wash them... the poison Ivy or poison oak or whatever the itchy plant is will get into your clothing.

bob and paul: they’re obviously really close!! i hc them both as being only children, which bob feels kinda different for since he’s grown up with chet and brill who both have 2 siblings each, and trip who has a brother. they definitely view each other as brothers, hence why paul was quite as fucked up as he was when bob died (also like to be fair he did watch it happen so there’s that too)

bob and cherry: guys they are so important to me,,, girlboss gf and girlfailure bf… obviously they are head over heels for each other, and cherry’s the only one bob is really vulnerable around, which makes it all that much harder when he’s been drinking. they both want to help each other get through the bad times, but they both know that it’s inevitable that bob’s going to get caught up in the social divide :( they are so important to me :( bob who doesn’t know how to comfort cherry about her parents arguing but really wants to try

bob and marcia: the idea of bob being very wary around marcia because he’s scared she’ll spread slander about him is so funny to me because she is only 3 apples tall!! you’re telling me you’re scared of her when she’s 3 apples tall and riddled with anxiety?? they’re close because they’re the two who are closest with cherry, so they spend a lot of time together, but bro is quaking in his boots because he’s so scared she’ll put the embarrassing shit she knows about him to use

bob and trip: dyslexic bob sheldon who claims he just ‘doesn’t get it’ when he struggles with homework, and trip who helps him out without making any jokes at bob’s expense. trip (in my head) presents as quite stoic on the outside even though he’s secretly silly, while bob is more outwardly silly, so they balance each other out. trip who knows the best out of all the guys that the fighting is worthless, but knows exactly why bob does it. and bob who knows trip doesn’t fully support the fighting, but encourages him to join in so trip can control something. they’re not the absolute closest of the bunch, but they are very important to me!!

bob and chet: bob sheldon who wreaks havoc on his parents to try and get them to parent him better, but he takes things far more seriously when chet is the one being ignored by his parents. bob who doesn’t let chet go a night sleeping at his own home unless it’s by choice, so he always fixes up the couch for him in case chet lets himself in while bob’s asleep. they’re close. they’re so similar in the way they’re treated by their families, and how they choose to cope with that treatment. i don’t think i can actually put into words how important they are to meee!!!

bob and bev: oh you thought he was scared of marcia? beverly jitney-bush is no man’s peace. they’re close in the way they argue a ton but it doesn’t change their dynamic at all! with bev constantly at brill’s, and brill living 2 doors down from bob, they spend a lot of time together! bob’s probably the most headstrong guy, while bev’s the most headstrong girl, so they’re both close and at constant odds with each other. i think they argue because they’re similar, but they know they understand each other well enough to know when they’re going too far.

bob and brill: childhood best friends type shit!! they’ve known each other since they were little kids, and brill’s always balanced bob out really well. when bob’s letting his emotions guide him, brill’s there to help him regulate himself. they’re pretty big opposites from each other, but it’s something that really comes in handy when one gets in a situation he’s not exactly equipped for, because the other will always come to his aid. all the more tragic considering bob and brill make direct eye contact when bob gets stabbed

Like them both having cold hands almost saying they were doomed from the start(they were. No universe were they ever meant to be happy together) makes me so sick. Like no matter what sort of affection they showed each other whether it was them holding hands or cuddling their was never any sort of warmth like she craved. But then two-bit comes along.

Two-Bit leaning on her shoulder at the drive in for a brief moment and feeling the heat practically radiating off of him was something completely new to her. Sure Cherry always was a little warm but never like he was so flashing forward to actually getting with two like this is a COMPLETELY different thing.
