Caregiver Micheal who has to catch himself from saying anything inappropriate around the littles all the time.

Little Pam!!! Who still loves to color and draw and she is silly!! I see 5-8 for her

Flip Jim!!! Who is a prankster of course!!! Maybe a bit older than Pam so 7-9. Him and Dwight are sibbiessss they still argue all the time but they have a lot more fun!! One time they got into a fight and Micheal and Pam had to break it up

little Dwight!!! He’s quiet and stubborn and kind of angry and follows Micheal around all the time. His favorite game is spy and sometimes he gets Pam and/or Jim to join in

Little Angela!!! She has kitty themed outfits and loves to play cat. But she prefers to be by herself with her kitties rather than play with everyone else and usually it ends badly. But unlike when she’s big and kind of likes Phylis and sometimes sits by her desk. She’s one of the littlest in the office more liable to go into baby space.

on that note Cg Phylis who’s not a main cg but always there for any of the littles in the office to sit with!

Little Erin!! She’s Pam’s sibby!! She’s a bit younger tho 3-5 and loves to follow Pam and Jim around and play with them but of course she loves to play with Andy!! He’s 4-6 and a flip and loves to take care of and/or play with Erin!!

No but for real, he's always held himself to high standards, worked hard, pushed himself hard- does it really surprise ANYONE to know that he needs a chance to slow himself down, take a break, and be looked after????

His childhood was literally stolen from him by his parents, having had him augmented/enhanced. He still canonically holds on to a teddybear from when he was five- you look at this boy and you tell me he's not a regressor. that he's not like 6 max

Keiko and O'Brien are both his caregivers, they are his mama and his daddy (he. calls them mama bear and daddy bear sometimes when he's really small. they love him so much). He just wants to be held and loved for who HE is not what he needs to be, and they love him no matter what

and he crashes SO so hard when his parents come to ds9, and o'brien and keiko drop everything 'cos that's their baby boy and he needs them

Garak also becomes an extremely unlikely caregiver of Bashir, and creates numerous outfits for Kukalaka (+ matching outfits for Bashir, of course, upon request)

sometimes he finds it very hard to stay small, to stay regressed, and it frustrates and upsets him and then sometimes he just crashes so hard into babyspace that he just. he can't be anything but a baby

for him it is so, so much about creating a family-scene where he is okay to be however he is, whatever he is, just unconditional love and care

Thinking sadly about how one of the only reason Toby doesn't have more custody over Sasha is because he refused to put her through the same thing that he had to go through when his parents divorced; having to pick one or the other. He knew how hard it'd be on a kid cause it was awful on him and now it's too late, because even if he did go for more custody, the way Cathy must trash talk him and how bad she likely paints him would definitely get him nothing.
