Hey guys, long time no see huh. Well today was the first day I had really a free minute as I'm currently organizing prom so I'm stressed haha. Well I still hope you enjoy my story,

It was around midnight, and you were sitting on your couch, wrapped up in a fluffy blanket, watching some movie you found on Netflix. Pablo was going out with some friends tonight, and even though he asked you to tag along, you preferred to stay in today, wanting to get some things done for work. 

Pablo wasn't that happy with your decision, but he accepted it with a pout. He and his friends left around 9 o'clock, so you expected him to be home around one or two in the morning. You didn't mind him coming home late. Pablo is mostly really strict with himself, so you let him have his fun, and even though Pablo told you to not wait for him every time, you still stayed awake (or tried to) so you could fall asleep together. 

You were on your way to the kitchen, needing some caffeine to stay awake until Pablo came home. Your head is stuck in your pantry as you hear your phone ring. Confused about who would call you this late, you rush back to the living room, thinking it is an emergency. 

Your worry only grew as you saw the name of one of Pablo's best friends on your phone screen. You pick up the phone as quickly as you can. 

"Hey Ale, is everything ok?!" 

"Hey Y/N. Yeah everything is fine, your boyfriend just had one ... maybe three drinks to much." You heard him laugh over the loud music of the club. 

"Me and Fermín will bring him home now, he has been asking where you are for the past half hour." 

"Yeah, that's a good plan, I'll see you then. Has he fallen down somewhere already?" You ask, laughing to yourself. You see, Pablo had a bit of a habit when he had too much to drink. And that was totally ignoring where he was going. One time, the two of you were going out with some friends at a club near the beach, and at some point on your way home, Pablo just slid down the little bank that led to the beach. You didn't even realise he was gone until you heard his giggles from the beach.  

"No he hasn't fallen down anywhere yet, but we keep an eye on him." You heard him laughing over the phone.

Laughing to yourself, you say bye to Ale and hang up, starting to prepare a few things for when Pablo comes home, like aspirin and lots and lots of water. 

Half an hour later, you heard the doorbell ring and before said door stood Ale and Fermín, who held up a very drunk Pablo, who was smiling from one ear to the other. 

"Oh god, what did he do?" You ask his friends, who also have a smile on their faces. But as soon as Pablo heard your voice, his head whipped up. "Y/N!" 

He wriggled himself free from the grip of his friends and stumbled into your arms. 

"Oh, I missed you sooooo much!" He mumbled into your neck, his warm breath tickling your neck. 

"But you just saw me 3 hours ago, Pablito." You exclaim, laughing.

"I know, that's way too long." 

With the help of Fermín and Ale, you got Pablo inside, with a few little accidents on the way as Pablo kept running into every shelf you owned in this house. 

But now you finally have him where you want him to be, and after saying goodnight to Pablo's friends, you start the mission: getting Pablo ready for bed. 

"Come on Amor, you have to brush your teeth."

"But I don't want tooooo."

Sighing, you try to think of a way to convince your toddler of a boyfriend to brush his damm teeth. 

"OK Pablo, if you brush your teeth now, I will give you a kiss."

At that, his eyes went wide, and you never saw anyone grab his toothbrush faster than Pablo did at that moment. Giggling at his antics, you walk out of the bathroom into your shared bedroom to lay some pyjamas out for him. 

Surprisingly, convincing him to change into his pyjamas went more effortless than you thought. So now you were laying in bed, Pablos head on your chest, your hand stroking through his soft hair. Pablo's soft whisper broke the comfortable silence you were in. 

"I believed I was promised a kiss Querida." 

"Oh, were you now?"

"Mhm, yes." 

"Well, I can't break my promise now, can I?"

You grab Pablo's chin with your hand to make him look at you and place your lips against his soft ones in a quick kiss. 

"Happy now?" 

"Yup, as happy a ever." 

"Well then, goodnight Pablo, sleep well."  

You waited for an answer, but all you heard were Pablo's soft snores as he already fell asleep on your chest. With a smile on his face, you look at the aspirin lying on his bedside table, knowing he is gonna have the headache of his life tomorrow.

ive tried like 3 times now so i guess im gonna do this in parts

so last thursday i went out with a man id been talking to off An App since before i went on that work trip, the conversation over text wasnt necessarily flowing ever and there were some long pauses while i was away that had me convinced it was joever but he always popped back up and even asked me how things were going and what i was doing. so we meet up the day after i get back and across 3 different bars and 5 drinks we get on like a house on fire. both like the same music (we were both at the same music festival in early august, talked about that a ton obviously) both play the same games (both main death knight and do very high mythic plus keys in wow) and as we get more comfortable with each other we start holding hands and intertwining legs and stuff while sat down. we make all kinds of plans for future concerts to go to together ranging from aura noir in like 2 weeks to him saying he will let me know if he ends up with a spare ticket to sigur ros in november because if he does he'll definitely take me along. we talk about different horror movies to watch together and he lets me yap on nonstop about fish related stuff, which he's actually super knowledgeable about and tells me i sound so lovely when i talk about it and i explain things so well that anyone could understand them and that it's amazing to listen to. he says he's so proud to know someone so intelligent who might actually do something notable for science and put this country on the map for scientific discoveries. we talk about art and he asks me what my favorites are in the national gallery in town and why and we discuss them. i mention i do art and he asks to see and literally can't contain himself when i show him and says i'm amazingly talented. things are going so well and the conversation about music and games and concerts and art and science has not idled or stopped once that when he's like oh shit i have to run for the train i'm like well instead of running we can continue having drinks here and then wait for the trains to start again at mine? and he's super down so we head back to mine and crowd together on my tiny twin bed in my tiny bedroom sized flat and he lets me put on jewels of the rift, the crunchy jpg quality reuploaded ancient natgeo documentary about cichlids i watch on youtube every time im feeling down. i tell him wow i've never been able to convince anyone to watch jewels of the rift with me before and he's like ohh don't worry i'm here now and about 40 minutes into jewels of the rift things get a bit 😏 but i stop things from going tooooo too far and we both have the worst nights sleep ever on a 90cm wide bed as two 6ft+ people who have been drinking heavily. he leaves at 7:30am and hugs me and quietly says it was really nice to meet me and i tell him to text me when he gets in which he doesn't so i text a little bit later asking if he got in ok. he says he only just woke up then and because i know he has work that night i ask how it's going and he just says it's going ok. i reply with a half joking type thing about how i hopefully didn't give him the german engineering university plague and get left on read so on sunday i text asking if he'd be interested in hanging out again sometime and then put my notifications off and go into the woods. i don't realize he replies 5 min later with "I'm a bit busy these coming weeks. But we can probably go to a concert or something sometime if you want :)" which feels really. not good to read. and so i reply back saying i'm definitely going to the aura noir show we talked about in like 10 days so just let me know and get left on read. it's now thursday and i still haven't heard anything and like.

The shot goes awry and gets injected wrong and now Cloud looks like the most sad and pathetic creature to ever walk the earth because (a) they BETRAYED HIM and (b) the shot got injected into something that HURTS and it was a NEEDLE and they BETRAYED HIM. Little tears glisten on his feverish cheeks and the tiniest of whimpers comes out and he holds his injured arm extra gingerly, and now everyone feels awful. 🥺

Genesis: "...fine, next time it'll be pills."

Byakuya totally has a dog. Technically it's his dad's dog, but he loves the thing. It was supposed to be a guard dog... but it had a different idea. It's now the most spoiled dog that wears little suits.

And before Chihiro knew how much of an asshole Byakuya was and just knew that he was also going to HP, Chihiro was very excited to meet him. Like, he admired Byakuya- he was well known and so was his confidence.

And despite how Byakuya treated him at the beginning of their school year (pre-despair) that admiration didn't exactly go away. He knew that there was something more about Byakuya.

Of course, nobody really expected the meek programmer to admire the guy who insults them. (Not exactly what you asked, but I just had to include this)

Kyoko also just likes romance novels. She can't help it. It's just a nice break from all of the thinking she has to do as a detective.

Sayaka also has a knife collection and Leon has a plushie collection. It's just that way.

i see we’re on the topic of Ross yay!! not rly related to the picture but how do you think it would go if dad!ross room took you and eilidh on tour for a couple days. maybe it’s eilids first time on a plane and he’s comforting her and carrying her through the airport when she gets sleepy etc

baby eilidh! i really have neglected her oop. anyway. i think you'd probably wait until she was a little bit older to take her on tour - thinking 18 months/2 years old maybe? the boys are playing a festival somewhere not tooooo far a flight from england, and you and ross (and everyone else, really) decide it would be both feasible and cute if you and eilidh went along to support them. she's at an age where she pays a bit more attention to things, and she loves a) music and b) her dad and uncles, so it's probably an ideal time to take her to her first 75 show (ross and matty get SO hyped. they make her a little tour t-shirt, absolutely, and matty probs gives his goddaughter a shoutout onstage lmfao). before you go, you and ross try to explain that you're all going to the airport and going on a plane; eilidh hears airport and goes "bluey's mum?" (smart kid. also for those who don't know - in the eponymous tv show, bluey's mum works in airport security... a sniffer dog loooool) and then the discussion goes out the window because now she just wants to watch bluey. but eilidh's excited to go on a little holiday, and properly fascinated by the airport (if a little creeped out by the metal detectors and shit like that) when you get there. she's initially fine just walking with everyone, but then when it starts to get busier she clings onto ross's leg and then does uppy arms, so he picks her up and she just curls up against his chest (matty's like "me lol") and has a little nap before the flight. i reckon she'd maybe get a little bit teary on the takeoff when the altitude hurts her ears (although she took the sweetie you offered her with APLOMB lmao), and cling onto both you and ross until it passed; after that, though, she's chill, reading her little books and looking in amazement out the window. she's asleep by the time you land, bless her, and ross just gently carries her off the plane and settles her into the carseat you made sure to request in the car service. eilidh wakes up on the way to the hotel, well-rested and excited, and you guys just have the nicest time away and at the festival - she has her little merch top on with her denim shorts and vans and big headphones, she gets her face painted, and she dances about at the side of the stage for the whole show, party girl that she is (ross is like "oh she definitely gets that from me" lol). once the boys come off and ross has a little moment with his girls, they all get eilidh in a group hug and go "your first show!! were we good? did you like it?" and she nods excitedly and goes "again!", which makes everyone laugh - ross is like "no, dinnertime now, bean!", which excites eilidh, and then matty's like "then the afterparty, darlin'!", which excites her even more lol. but yeah, it all goes well and eilidh enjoys the holiday a lot (and so do you and ross - he gives you a kiss and says "i'm so glad you came, it's so good to have my girls with me" bless) <3

SO WELL. and at some other point I wrote a short story about a functionally invisible character and that was before i read the schwa was here and this is actually one of my favorite tropes but this is the best one. this is absolutely the best one. endorsing dark one forgotten as the best functionally invisible story

the story. can't even explain waht thsi is. true crime horror mystery fantasy? and I don't even like the first half of that sentence but I don't care because the story punched me in the gut and I didn't even need to understand the worldbuilding. chris asked questions and consulted experts and ran experiments and she got my heart. skeptical about sophie but she was there the entire time. not her project, not her obsession, not her responsibility, but she stayed, and she helped. chris and sophie said they weren't a couple and I was immediately like "yeah if they weren't both women(, bitch) that would be foreshadowing" and IT WAS FUCKIGN FORESHADOWING istg. This. This is also the best romance. And I hate romance I'm arospec lmao but dear god this got me. the sheer dedication to stare at somebody for eight god damn hours straight and then the music box scene. the music box scene. I got to it and I knew it was going to happen as soon as sophie asked but it still blew my mind and broke my heart that she did. because sophie is the best person in the world.

I have not been making sanderson reread update posts, and I read rithmatist and all of reckoners, but I'd already read most of those and there's nothing notable about lux except the plot holes and they didn't hit me hard like fucking dark one forgotten did. i barely knew this existed. It came out during the year of sanderson and yet nobody includes it in the book count. (There were 8 books/stories released, cowards, not 5.) but also I feel the need to mention that I thought dark one was quite good as well, but also that it feels like only the first chapter of a story so I can't say much else as of yet, I guess? I (mostly) love my YouTube recommendations, and most of the time its cute (and very VERY impressive) animatics galore, and some of the music I’ve heard on them just sticks with me and lives rent free in my head. The one on this list has to be Sincerely, Me (from this animatic). Now I don’t know much about the song out of the context of this animatic, however rumour has it that it is rather twisted (again, I have actually no idea where it’s from, I never followed it up) but it’s so insanely catchy I find myself head-playing it on repeat and listen to it to scratch that very specific itch… the animation is absolutely 🌟amazing🌟 too in that video, and I keep coming back! Also I’d like to show you Think U Know by Ikson, found in this animatic by none other than cudlil :P I love her channel, and all the music she uses!

The floating cities from Laero. The Marzjen don't live on land they live in big floating cities made from the largest boats you've ever seen. And they have fantastic markets where it's possible to buy goods from all over the world, as they are a culture of maritime traders! I would love to visit the markets of the floating cities <3

Daemirra from Silverwood. I can think of nothing I would love better than a slow pace of life and spending hours every day lounging on the beach, and this is the place to do it. If I had to pick a place to live in one of my universes this would be really high on the list. I just fucking love the ocean okay? The only downside is that I don't like seafood RIP

The King's Horse Faire from Hoofbeats. I love horses so going to this huge, three-week extravaganza dedicated to all things horse sounds like a fantastic time to me.

For somewhere slightly cooler, the as of yet unnamed capital city from Miracles because they have such a thriving musical and theatrical culture, you could go to a different play every single night for not very much money. As a theater lover, I find that delightful.

i finally got home on thursday night. i feel the same was about chicago tho. it was so so so pretty but so tiring. but i kinda wanna move there now bc i enjoyed it and it’s so different to what im used to here. my two extra days were super stressful but the weather was so nice and windy.
