I just watched My father's dragon, the Cartoon Saloon movie we were talking about the other day, and I actually loved it. I felt it was a story I could relate to a lot, I was holding back the tears the whole movie. I think it would have been better without the narration though.

So i watched "The Magician's Elephant."

..I have to say, it really made me happy! It was good, a bit cheesy sometimes, but good. I love the narrator and her dialogue, the story was very nice and made me squeal like a dying pig more than a few times. Not the best, but it was really something.

I didn't know what I wanted to watch when I opened Netflix, but I ended up watching this because the trailer piqued my interest. It had me all sorts of emotional, that's me, though. However, if you love found family, orphan searching for their blood family, one event causing a domino effect of events, finding hope again, tragic backstory, accomplishing the impossible, believing in magic again, showing compassion, and selfless acts, I think you may love this movie. To me, it was totally worth the watch. I love it!
