LIFTING UPDATE

I increased my back squat to 40lbs and my sumo to 30lbs. I also got to use the smith machine today which was so fun. short term goal is to get to 50lb back squat easily - 3 sets of 12.

So I don’t want kids, like at all, however I’ve always said that if by some cruel twist of fate I do have a son I’m naming him Togna. But pronounced like bologna.

Yeah, I miss my SO. She’s away on a research trip and I’m not able to talk to her for about 10 more days. Shit sucks.

Vacation! I’m going to Disney in a few weeks and I’m amped! It’s gonna be a lot of fun and I’m gonna eat SOOOO much food.
