The amount of people who reblog the doot doot post without asks open and expecting one is astonishing

I'm a person who goes through the doot doot post to send some, so here's some tips to increase your doot doot chances.

I prefer sending doots on anon so if I forget if I've already doot'd somebody, I can just send it again, and on anon it just looks like two different people sent doots. Or if the ask glitches(because Tumblr does that a lot) and sends multiple times, it doesn't look like just me spamming it.

when big blogs like haiku bot reblog the doot doot post, you're more likely to get doot'd if you add any form of commentary on your reblog, whether it be tags, a small sentence, or a picture. The only other way to find your reblog is to set it to show "other reblogs" and nobody really likes doing that.

One you can't really control, but try to reblog it when people who send the doots would be awake. But then again I know I'm not the only doot sender these days (Thankfully!), so who knows~

Just remember that the post was made for fun! Now try to get Doot Doots!

Some scenes I had in mind when I drew angry Malleus in the sketch, The Lonely Little Prince

Original Concept:

A young noble played a cruel prank on Malleus and pretended to invite him to a party he wasn't invited to. He and Lilia weren't fooled but the little prince's budding hope for companionship overshadowed his wariness. Seeing the truth in front of his eyes, he was furious.

Revised Concept:

Malleus decided to take a walk to stave off boredom and isolation after Lilia had briefly left due to a royal decree. A young noble child mistakenly invited Malleus to a party after misidentifying him with another noble they briefly met at a soirée. Little Malleus gathered flowers from his garden as a kind gift and gesture for his very first invitation! On the day of the party, the noble's guardian apologized for their child's mistake and told him the truth; after all, how could a child of an outskirt fiefdom lord dare invite a royal like Malleus? Seeing an ocean of flames, Lilia rushed toward the furious fae prince, ordering the Briar Knights to get the people to safety. As the fire receded, the despondent prince bore the shame of his rage.

biggest assholes on Earth C, only after their parents of course!

I imagine davekat tried to keep them away from the public eye as much as they could to protect their privacy, so most glances of them are as toddler or little kids. They're mostly afraid that their boys won't be able to make real friends in the future due to their whole demigods title and don't want others to approach the twins only for the status. Of course they get recognized over time and proudly acknowledge themselves as such(because theyre also snobby spoiled rich kids) but they're also smart enough to catch on to these kind of people. Tough luck kids!
