things i feel strongly abt: being an attentive listener to the opening act. this is Not the time to be on your phone or talk to your friend !!!!! there is a person on stage baring their heart and soul out to us rn and they also know most ppl are not there for them and it is your job as a good audience member to give them this moment, to be there with them, to receive the music they are sharing with us, to move with the music, to feel it in your body. smile at them, esp if you're close to the stage. make them feel welcome and heard and seen. we are sharing a moment in time together!!!

#annoyed thinking abt some girls talking in the middle of the opening act last night and not looking at the stage #and also just. so many audience members just. sitting there woodenly. not moving at all. what. even during the main set like. hey. if you're a live tapes enjoyer, do yourself a favor and go listen to the 03-01-2024 Grace Cathedral solo show tape. i listen to a lot of live tapes and this has hands down the most breathtakingly gorgeous acoustics I've ever heard. the way the church echoes is absolutely ethereal and the performance is haunting and beautiful. this tape is one for the books, for sure.

#yes i have just had the time of my life #and three great openers too this was like a mini festival or something #my back is aching hard after standing for over 4 hours though :(#but goddamn was it worth it #got a bunch of new merch and sweated through all 4 layers while having fun in the pit lol #and it was a MASSIVE pit too i had no idea the salt shed was this huge #and sold out too!!! just. incredible show #anyway. time to put ben quad and koyo on my radar as well now bc they sounded great live #ben quad was literally the first opener and there were ppl crowdsurfing through the whole thing which I've never seen before #just. yes. this was worth staying alive through 2024 for. goddamn.#i was holding it together through 2024 bc I'd been looking forward to this show since sad summer fest #and i thought I'd be at least a little bit disappointed bc that's a big thing to actually live up to yknow #but nope. just blew my mind. definitely going on my list of incredible shows I've been to #anyway thank you to knuckle puck and everyone in the pit tonight for a fantastic night that was fucking incredible #knuckle puck #live show #shows #concerts #mine

It is so annoying when a poll is like ”do you recognize this character/story/show/movie?” and it’s one that is well known pretty much everywhere EXCEPT for in North America. And because it is specifically not known there, the ”never heard of it” is the option that is leading.

The only fun thing is when something that only-american is the one they ask if people recognize on the poll, and everyone not from there has gone there first and made ”never heard of it” lead. It doesn’t always happen but when it does you’re like ”hehe >:3”

Guys, go to local venues!! I was at one of mine two days ago, and I literally ended up in a moshpit with my favourite singer. It's awesome. Also, it's way cheaper and people there are cooler than people at concerts, amd the atmosphere is just better too (in my opinion).
