“It’s doable!”
“Doable and survivable are two very different things.”
Vander knocked his head against the metal backing of his mining gloves repeatedly, aching for the two of you to come to a compromise. The light of the fungi matched the tink tink tink of his patience running thin.
Crunching footsteps had him pausing, one eye opening to find Felicia pushing her helmet up higher on her head as she stared at you and Silco just beyond, still very much squabbling. She leaned on her hip, one hand rising to rest on it as she smiled down at Vander’s hunched form.
“Are they still arguing about the gap?” she whispered.
He groaned quietly instead of answering. It was all she needed.
“I can make it!” you protested, arms gesturing to the other side of the ravine. “I’ve jumped buildings twice the distance.”
“When you’re jumping buildings you can see the ground,” Silco argued, pointing to the darkness below. “We don’t know how long a fall that is, you absolute lunatic.”
“You’ve gotta hand it to her,” Felicia chuckled, taking up camp next to Vander. “No one else would even think of jumping across.”
“She’s an adrenaline junkie,” Vander muttered. “Jumping off shit is all she thinks about.”
“Would you—just let me—damn it, Sil!”
The shuffle of boots and clothes had both of their heads turning, watching with equally amused expressions as Silco passed by with you being half carried half dragged away from the ravine. Silco didn’t pay them a glance as he went. You kept stretching back the way you came, struggling but not truly putting all your energy into it. Felicia could tell. You loved being his center of attention for as long as possible, even if it kept you away from your wild pastimes.
The sound of a horn echoed through the caves, sending the fungi white with the sound. The work day was finished.
“Back to the last drop, then?” Felicia hummed, standing and offering a hand to the big man. He accepted it with a soft grin, following her out. The two of them watched Silco far ahead, who was now fully carrying you in your grieved state. You kept muttering you could have made it.
“Think they’ll ever get together?” she hummed, nudging Vander.
“Wish they would,” he sighed. “It was annoying years ago, now its just pitiful.”
She laughed, waving a hand at you when you pulled your head up from Silco’s shoulder to eye them. “Well, she’ll never do it. She’s convinced herself he’s too focused on our cause to ever settle down.”
“Some days I think the same thing,” Vander said, introspective when she glanced up at him, “others, I catch him looking at her. He doesn’t open up, barely does around us, but…”
“Disappears around her, yeah?” She smiled at him and he mirrored her, nodding.
Later that night, the Last Drop was bustling with the newest record added to the box. You’re dancing over chairs, running across the edge of the pool tables as people chant your name. Someone tossed a mug through the air and you caught it, swallowing the contents down and cheering with the rest before continuing on with dancing.
Silco watched from his bar seat. He had cruel timing, turning his eyes back to his notebook when you pulled yourself away from the crowd to glance at him. To you, he was lost in his own world, but really he fell into yours quite easily. You were distracting. He perked up at the sound of your voice without meaning to, knew the outline of your body in his periphery. Abrasive and chaotic. You’re too much, too loud.
Too perfect for someone as withdrawn and stiff as him.
“Oh, heaven help me,” Vander grumbled, both hands on the bar as he stared at the scene. Silco paused to raise an eyebrow at him. “She just downed three shots in one.”
“How many does that make it now?” he questioned.
“Eight.”
Both of their heads dropped, knowing how the night would be going.
“All right, I give!” Felcia slammed a hand on the bar as she walked up, panting. “I can’t keep up with her. Gods. Where does she get the energy?”
Vander passed her a drink as Silco shrugged, music blaring all around them. Felicia scowled when she noticed his journal.
“Oh, c’mon, Silco. Let loose for a bit!” she shouted over the din of the bar, clapping a hand on his shoulder.
“If I did that, nothing would ever get done around here,” he returned, smirking as she rolled her eyes.
The counter shook under them, the second bang of Vander’s fist sending both of them on high alert. Two meant trouble.
Felicia spun around, Silco turned in his seat. There by the record player you were backed against the wall by a man, one arm caging you in while his fingers pinched your chin. The cold look in your eyes had a shiver streaking down Silco's spine. You were a storm like this and he’d been lost to it for years.
The man said something that made you scoff, batting his hand away and sliding to get out from under him. As his hand grabbed your upper arm Silco realized he was no longer sitting. Even across the room he could read your lips.
“Last chance. Beat it,” you warned.
The man laughed and tugged you closer, it sent your knee right between his legs. When he bent over, Silco heard the crack as your fist met the man’s jaw. He hit the ground, dead weight.
Fuck, he thought, hands curling into fists at his side. You were perfect.
You stumbled back a few steps. It seemed those shots had soaked in. You were cradling your hand as yells broke out, slow to turn as a couple of goons stood from a table nearby.
“Great,” Felicia puffed, pushing off the bar, “he had lackeys.”
Vander shouted as they ran at you, Silco was halfway to you when you dodged the first swing, putting you straight into the path of another. Your back hit the record player, a scratch disrupting the music. The entire bar turned, regulars rushing forward without second thought and jumping the goons.
Silco went straight to you, mindful of the chair Felicia was brandishing overhead as she flew into the meat of the fight.
“Let me see,” he said, sliding a hand under your jaw and tilting your head back. You were hunching, still holding that hand of yours to your chest.
“Hey, Sil,” you slurred, grinning and wincing. Your lower lip was busted, the right side of your face already beginning to swell from the jaw up. “Can you believe that guy? Down in one hit, hah!”
“Still have all your teeth?” he asked, wiping the blood trailing from the corner of your mouth.
“What? You want me to open wide for you?”
He ticked a brow, scowling through the heat that flashed through his stomach.
“Come on, let’s get ice on that,” he muttered, wrapping an arm around you. You hummed happily, falling into his side. Even as drunk as you were, your feet barely stumbled as he led you to the basement door. He nodded to Vander who already had the same idea, coming around the back of the bar to pass him an ice pack and a clean rag. He thanked him.
“Take care of her,” Vander said, rubbing a hand over your back. You tossed the big man a smile before he returned to his station.
“Keep that on there,” Silco said to you, heart aching as you hissed at the touch of it.
“I’ve got it,” you muttered, hand brushing his. He made sure you kept it pressed to your cheek before opening the door and helping you in first, careful of the stairs as he closed it behind him. The sounds of fighting and the skipping music was muffled as he led you into the bowels of the Last Drop, setting you down gently on the couch.
He reached for your hand, frowning when you turned away from him.
“Let me see,” he said.
“It’s fine,” you grumbled, curling into the couch.
“I’d like to see that for myself,” he pushed, fingers gentle as they smoothed over your wrist. Your furrowed brow relaxed a bit, watery eyes trailing to him. “Let me see,” he asked again, softer.
You sighed, the weight of your arm settling into his palm as he moved to sit next to you. You hand shook in both of his, the skin of your knuckles ripped open and gushing red. When he attempted to move your pointer and middle fingers you whimpered, head falling into his shoulder.
He apologized, pulling one hand away to reach into his jacket. “It’s sprained. I’ll need to wrap it.”
“Sweet Sil,” you sighed, your good cheek rubbing against his shoulder as you brought your knees up, “always prepared for the worst.”
“I wouldn’t have to be if you weren’t constantly getting into trouble,” he hummed, pulling out a roll of bandages and beginning his work. You curled into him as he cleaned you up, tensing when he secured your bruised digits. As he tied the bandages off around your wrist, he sighed, holding your hand in his, thumb running over your skin.
“M’sorry,” you sniffed.
He turned his head, a breath punched from his lungs as he saw tears slipping down your cheeks. The ice pack laid abandoned in your lap.
“What are you apologizing for?” he murmured, brushing your hair out of your face.
“I always make a mess,” you whispered, little gasps slipping. Each one was a bullet to his chest. He couldn’t stand seeing you cry. “I always annoy you.”
“No,” he murmured, arms stretching over you to pull you into his lap, “no, you don’t annoy me, pet.”
“Yes, I do,” you sobbed. “I get into t-trouble when I-when I just want you to look at me.”
Oh, Gods help him. He knew this was the alcohol talking but the hopeful flame in his heart was burning into a torch. He needed to calm you down and get you to bed.
“I’m looking,” he said, lips grazing your forehead as he rubbed your back. “You don’t have to try so hard. I’m always looking.”
You sniffed and he grabbed the bloody rag, nudging the cleanest corner towards you to blow your nose. He chuckled when you groaned, curling deeper into his chest.
“Too drunk for this,” you mumbled. “Stupid shots.”
“Stupid shots, indeed,” he said, rolling his eyes. “Let's get you some water and go to bed.”
You whined, hiding your face in his neck. “Wanna stay here. M’warm.”
He sighed, settling into the couch. Eventually you would nod off. He’d carry you into bed, then.
“Hair’s nice.”
“What?” he chuckled, trying to look down at you, but it was impossible with you smushed up against him.
“Your hair,” you said, lips moving against his neck. “I like it when it’s bun. Hair frames your face nice. S’handsome.”
You’re going to hate yourself in the morning, he thought, holding back his laughter. You were never going to live this down and he wasn’t nearly nice enough to not tease you about this for the rest of your life.
“Face hurts,” you sighed. He rubbed your calf, shushing you.
“Sleep, pet,” he murmured against your forehead.
“You’ll stay?” you asked.
“I’ll stay,” he promised.

Gen-Z!Overlord!Reader
• Died at 18, been in hell for a few years.
• Came in after Alastor disappeared, just before Vaggie showed up.
• You were never one to follow what everyone else did. Killing, drugs, theft, or porn.
• Kept to yourself for a few months, getting use to being dead and in hell.
• Accidentally became an Overlord after you killed one in self defense.
"In my defense, she was like super creepy and an asshole. A big one."
• The souls were free but you kept your new territory nice so they didn't leave.
• You made jobs and kept the housing in better shape, only made deals to help souls.
• Gave them a job, house, and protection. You give them a limit of a few years of the deal and if they don't mind it, they can renew it.
"Well I don't want to force them to do something, its rude."
• In return, they keep your territory nice, clean, and less violent than most. Work the jobs you made and protect your little town.
• There's been occasions were you trade souls to other overlords, either the soul did something against them or just an asshole.
• The time on the contract would restart
• To every other overlord, you are a child with a knife and to much power.
• You demolished another overlord because they thought you were weak and tried to destroy you territory.
"You ass eatting bitch-"
• You let others fight for new open territory because you're fine with what you have.
• Panicked when you got invited to an Overlord meeting.
• Apparently you had enough power to be one, then you realized you actually were one.
• It was awkward to meet the most of the overlords. Not knowing who you were to begin with.
"This is for overlords only."
"Oh, I'm (Y/n). I got invited."
• Chatted with Rosie before and after it.
• Camilla likes how you run your territory but you seem so young.
• Did apologized afterwards, introducing you to her daughters, apparently you were around the same age.
• Zestial wanted to know how you took over you territory, interested on how you did it.
• You've only meet Velvette because you need some clothes. She recognized you as the up and coming overlord.
• Throwing the clothes you had in your hands away, saying you need to be in the best lastest trend of clothes.
• You were now stuck having a fashion show as she decided what look good on you.
• While not enjoying all the clothes she had you try on, you kept being nice having conversation when she wasn't yelling at everyone else.
• Velvette learned that you were around the same age so she decided that you were acquainted enough to have her number.
• Apparently it wasn't optional for you.
• You brought back way to much clothes for one person, atleast now you have style.
• Chaotic neutral energy
• Charlie meet you after she heard that you improved a part of hell, wasn't expecting someone so young looking.
"Dying just after I turned 18 just means I look young forever."
• Laughing at your own dark humor.
"Ha...ha.
• Charlie did not find it as funny.
• Told you about the hotel idea and you were right on board.
• Thought it was a good way to stick it to the man and help people.
• Vaggie was surprised when Charlie brought back a child.
• More surprised that you're the Overlord that Charlie wanted to meet with.
• Definitely said Vaggie's name wrong for the first time reading it.
• Meeting Angel Dust after he decided to crash at the hotel.
• Not knowing what he was known for but definitely heard his name from someone.
"You're a kind of actor?"
"Of the sorts."
• After you heard what he was famous for.
"Well, he'll do him and I'll do me but never do each other."
• There was an awkward silence of confusion from everyone.
• Having to explain every reference you make.
• Vaggie made jar for everytime you make a dark joke.
• Charlie has asked you why you were in hell. You shrugged, never living a truly bad life but probably just too chaotic for heaven to handle.
• You leave every few days to check back in your little town to make sure everything was running smoothly.
• You know when something happens, feeling the souls you own in a panic.
• Having to let everyone remember why you were in charge a couple of times.
• Either with your words or actions.
• Luckily Rosie just adores your mannerisms and how you don't completely turn away from her with what or who she eats.
"You could say the food was to die for!"
• She finds your dark humor funny.
• So she keeps an eye out for you, sending letters to you every few days.
• You vist her every other week to just chat, she tells you about easy territories that you could get. You say you would rather show up some punks than have more responsibility with more souls.
• Offers food everytime, you say no thanks everytime.
• Rosie would tell you all the tea about the other overlords or her own town.
• Yay! You have an allie with an another overlord by being friends.
• Also with offering truly worse souls sometimes. On a rare occasion.
• Rosie knowing when you offer a soul to her, she would take her time with it. Enjoying every bite.
• Anyway- Sinners would come up to asking for deal when they are completely down on their luck.
• But whats following a couple of rules for free house and job.
• You give them enough warning before you would shake hands then saying you would know if they even thought of fucking your shit up.
• Putting an add for Charlie's hotel in your territory.
• Charlie almost hugged you to death after seeing it.
• When Alastor showed up, the two of you would have a intense staring contest.
• He wasn't expecting another overlord here, oh wait, you're new.
• Alastor not actually taking the hotel serious, pissed you off but he was more powerful.
• Charlie having to keep you and Vaggie from trying to fight him.
"I didn't know there was a new overlord! Charmed to meet you. Whose territory was up for grab?"
"She was a bitch-."
"I know who exactly you speak of, that's good. She never had any manners."
• Watching him summon Husk and Niffty and was shocked.
• Tried it and summoned one of your workers.
• Excited that it worked! Apologetic for interrupting their day.
"Ah ha! It worked! Oh shit it worked! Sorry!"
• You and Niffty vibe on a similar level. Charmingly violent.
• Vaggie has to make sure either of you give the other one a bad idea to do.
• Husk question your age when you went to the bar. Making you do the math.
"Well I died at 18, it's been a few years so old enough."
• Gave you a hard drink which you spit out after tasting.
• You decide hard alcohol wasn't for you.
• Knowing how technology was when you died making you the most technical advance Sinners in the hotel.
-
That's enough for now, just a thought I had when working.

Part I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. VIII. IX. X. XI. XII. XIII. (completed!)
Tumblr media
Rule no. 1: Don't show fear
It was a mistake. A comical, nonsensical, monumental mistake, but a mistake nonetheless. You didn’t mean to create a soul tie with a demon . All you did was read a torn up book from the library. Was it an occult book about spiritual practices in the Japanese Heian era? Yes… but it doesn’t warrant an eldritch horror being your life partner.
Actually, according to the demon, you didn’t create the soul tie, he has been waiting for you all his life. Cute, but it didn’t make the situation any better. Damn your natural inclination to catch the old and withered items thrown into the donation boxes of the library you worked at. It just pained your heart to see pages falling out of books, and the ominous leather bound grimoire was no exception.
Restoration was one of your favorite things to do. Knowledge is always worth saving, no matter how old it may be. Books were your life. You found yourself lost in them, enchanted, terrified, taught. You had no genre as your favorite. Everything was welcomed, nothing was off limits. You knew a little bit of every culture, every study, every block buster fantasy. If you could, you’d build a machine that would let you live inside of a book and experience the scene yourself.
Technically you could ask your all powerful demon to do that, but you didn’t want to deal with him right now.
You still weren’t all too sure on how it happened. First you were glueing the pages back to the spine of the book, running your fingers over the deckled edges when you opened a page that was stuck together. You carefully peeled it apart, a task that took ten minutes to do to avoid any additional tears, and opened up to a page that was different from the rest. The words were written in a rush, the strokes of the characters dragging much longer than it should. You only knew a tiny bit of Japanese (but much more of Latin, Russian, Yoruba, and French from having just an abundance of time on your hands), but this time you could make out some of the words.
You muttered the ones you knew for sure, used context clues for the ones that were beyond reading. It didn’t make a lick of sense to you. You closed the book with a clamp so that the glue would set and decided to come back to it tomorrow since it was closing time. There was no rush of wind, flash of lightning, or eerie sounds. Just you and the screech of a thousand cicadas as soon as you stepped outside to walk to your car. A normal Thursday night.
Until it wasn’t.
You shuffled around your house with a new arc from your favorite novelist in one hand, a glass of wine in the other, and the largest frame of glasses known to man perched on your nose. Jazz music quietly spilled out from your hidden speakers, preventing the house from getting a little too quiet as you lived alone with your cat. It was a total boring cliche, you were well aware, but you were happy with your life. You had friends who you trusted, a great relationship with your parents, and just recently got out of a relationship with someone who you didn’t hate, you just grew apart. There was no chaotic, negative energy to feast on in your household and you liked it that way.
You thought you heard your cat clawing on the door when you were snuggled away in your bed. You flipped the covers over and went to let her in to snuggle with you.
“I’m so sorry, Cleo. I thought you were already in here with me,” you said, scooping her up from the floor. The ragdoll cat begrudgingly accepted your kisses of apology. You set her down on the bed, watching her find a good spot to curl up in and smiled. You went to reach for your wine glass you knew that you set on your nightstand, but there was nothing in the glass. You were sure that you didn’t finish it. You paced yourself well enough for it to last until at least chapter five, but there wasn’t a drop of alcohol left.
“The quality of sake has diminished over the years, I see.”
The voice came from all around the room but also deep in your chest. Cleo hissed, making a run for it out of your door, leaving you wildly spinning around for the intruder. You lunged for the heavy duty taser you kept in your nightstand, but when you turned around there was nobody there.
“What is that?”
The bone chilling voice spoke again. Was it one person or many, you couldn’t tell.
“I— I have a weapon!” You tried to steady your voice but it was hopeless. You were terrified. There was nobody there but you could feel a heavy presence in the room.
“You call that a weapon?” The voice laughed. “The only weapon my wife needs is me.”
The statement made you falter. “Wife? Who are you?”
You turned around once again and nearly jumped out of your skin. A man, or a close approximation of one, sat on your bed flicking through your book. It was impossible, but he had twice as many limbs on his top half than he should, and double the amount of eyes. They were bright and red when scanning through your novel. “What language is this?”
“F-french,” you whispered. You were dreaming. You had to be. That was the only way this could be happening. Still, dream or not, you had to protect yourself. You pressed your taser and watched the prongs leap out and touch his bare skin. He looked unbothered, merely looking down at his stomach where the taser landed and moved his arm to reveal a mouth on his abdomen. A tongue flopped out and licked the prongs, dragging it back to the mouth and the taser was slowly dragged out of your hands and into the mouth. You watched in horror as the hard plastic was crushed to pieces in front of your very eyes.
“Useless weapon,” he reiterated, this time looking directly at you. “Don’t insult me again.”
“Pl—please don’t hurt me.” There was nothing left to do but beg. You already punched yourself till blood was drawn. This was not a dream, you were looking at a real, evil monster who didn’t know French and ate high voltage tasers.
He rose from your bed. You crawled away as much as you could until you bumped into a wall and still you wanted to move through it. He stood before you, looking over your trembling frame and called out for you.
“Rise.”
You rose, unsure if you really had a choice in the matter. One of his many hands cupped the side of your face. A clawed thumb brushed away the tear that fell on your cheek.
“Why do you weep?”
“Um… well… I don’t really know who you are,” you said honestly. You were still pinned to the wall, unable to flee and he took up your entire frame of sight. He nodded, removing his hand from your face and raising it in the air. You thought he was going to strike you and you flinched. When you opened your eyes again he was multiple steps away from you, still raising his palm.
“Time has faded your memory of me. You are my wife, and I am your husband. The string of fate proves that we are mates.”
He stated it so matter of factly. You are my wife, and I am your husband. My wife, your husband. Mates. Forget dreaming, you have officially lost your mind.
“I don’t… remember agreeing to that,” you said carefully. The words “husband” and “wife” bounced in your head in a crazy echo. You slumped to the floor, your body suddenly very tired. A laugh bubbled up your throat and escaped your mouth. So much for your boring life.
“Do you not feel the connection? The string is tied from my last finger to yours.” You looked at your hand, not seeing any supposed string and shook your head.
He frowned. “You do not agree to it. It has been decided.” He crouched in front of you, inspecting your face earnestly. One side of his face was strange, not normal skin, instead inhuman, bumpy and shades darker.
“You look the same after all this time,” he murmured. “I will make you remember.”
“Let’s not do that,” you said quickly. “I don’t even know your name and I am not married. I’m a librarian and I have a cat. And I have never, ever met you before.”
“I am known as Sukuna, among other names,” he responded to one of your distresses. “What title is a librarian?”
This time you laughed. An deranged laugh, loud and unbecoming. Sukuna waited as impatiently as he could for you to be finished, but you kept on cackling. Once out of breath, you wiped the tears out of your eyes and leaned against the wall. It finally dawned on you how this happened. The drying grimoire that was locked up in the library was responsible for this strange turn of events.
“It’s not a title, at least, not in the way you’re thinking. It’s my job, one that I love very much. Was I ever a common worker before?”
Sukuna bristled at the thought. Even his tummy mouth frowned. “You were a queen. You wanted nothing because you had everything.”
“Interesting,” you mused. “I’m so not your girl.”
“I’m not interested in little girls.”
“Kudos to you. I think I’m going to sleep now. I’m clearly much more tired than I think I am.”
“We have things to discuss,” Sukuna protested, but you already slipped under the sheets. If I force myself to sleep he will go away, you thought.
Instead you felt the dip of the other side of your bed and flung your eyes open. Sukuna was in bed, with you, staring your down with his four eyes. He was much too close for your liking.
You looked at him wildly. “What are you doing?”
“Resting with you.”
“Get out of my bed!”
“Are you no longer tired?”
“I am tired. Extremely tired, but that doesn’t mean I want you on my bed! Stay on the floor or something!”
Sukuna rolled his eyes at you and turned on his back, his arms crossed in two sets on his chest.
“You were always particular with your sleeping habits. I see that hasn’t changed either.”
“Stop acting like you know me!”
Sukuna got off the bed to sit on the floor like you asked. The only problem is that you could feel his gaze prickling your skin, making it impossible to ignore him. You didn’t feel bad about kicking him out, he certainly didn’t have a pout on his face because of it, but something needed to be done.
“Face the door instead of me,” you mumbled.
His eyes twitched. “Commanding me like footmen,” he grumbled, yet he still turned away. You wondered if his obedience had something to do with the book. Sukuna had the aura of someone who doesn’t listen to anyone, yet he’s been more than understanding with you. Maybe you really were his wife. Maybe you were having a very elaborate and maladaptive daydream. You thought of “maybe’s” until the sun came up, still staring at the back of his pink, spiky hair.
Your alarm chirped for you to get ready for work. You groaned. You didn’t get a second of sleep. You were too afraid of being eaten by the demon you accidentally summoned. You reached out to shut off the ringing clock as quietly as you could, but Sukuna touched it first.
“How strange,” he said, turning the clock around in his hand. He brought it up to his ear, shook his head, tapped the glass. Then he crushed it. It was made of plastic, but the shards bent and broke to the floor left his hand unscratched. You gaped at the mess he made as he let the remains fall to the floor. “It was making a wretched sound.”
“Yeah…” you sighed. “It was pretty noisy.”
You had to find out how to get rid of him. Fast.

Danny meets JL members #7
[Danny "being the little shit he is" floating around the Watchtower, minding his own business.]
[Martian Manhunter approaches, phasing through a nearby wall.]
Danny: [startles] Dude! Ever heard of knocking? Martian Manhunter: You phase through walls yourself. Danny: Yeah, but I’m the ghost kid. You’re, like… a space ghost.
Martian Manhunter: I am J’onn J’onzz, the last survivor of Mars. Danny: [grins] Sweet. I’m Danny Fenton, the half-survivor of Earth. J’onn: [pauses] That is… unusually dark for a teenager.
[J’onn and Danny comparing abilities]
Danny: Okay, so you can phase through walls, shape-shift, and read minds? J’onn: Correct. Danny: I can phase, fly, shoot ectoplasm, and scream so loud it shatters windows. J’onn: Fascinating. Danny: Wait—can you do that thing where you get really big and scary? J’onn: Do you mean this? [transforms into a massive, monstrous figure] Danny: [wide-eyed] Okay, yeah, that’s terrifying. Teach me.
J’onn: Your abilities seem to stem from ectoplasmic energy. Danny: Uh-huh. And yours come from… Martian vibes? J’onn: [calmly] We call it genetic superiority. Danny: [grinning] Fancy way of saying “alien magic.” Got it.
[Danny tries to prank J’onn]
Danny: [invisible, sneaks up behind J’onn] Boo! J’onn: [doesn’t flinch] Your ectoplasmic signature gave you away. Danny: Dang it! How’d you know? J’onn: [smiling slightly] I could hear you laughing before you phased.
[Martian Manhunter Reads Danny’s Mind (danny let him)]
J’onn: Your thoughts are… chaotic. Danny: Thanks. I try. J’onn: You also appear to be replaying a jingle about snacks in your head. Danny: [grinning] It’s a coping mechanism.
[In the Watchtower Cafeteria]
J’onn: Earth food is… peculiar. Danny: [eating a sandwich] You’re not wrong. So what do you eat? J’onn: Martian plants and thought energy. Danny: Thought energy? That sounds like something a ghost would do. Are you sure you’re not, like, half-ghost too? J’onn: [raises an eyebrow] I am not. Danny: Sure, sure. That’s what I said before I fell into a portal.
[Later, J’onn texting the Justice League Group Chat]
J’onn: The ghost child is… peculiar. The Flash: That’s just Danny. Green Lantern: Did he prank you yet? J’onn: He tried. It was… underwhelming. Danny: [joins chat] I’ll get you next time, Space Dad. J’onn: I am not your “Space Dad.” Danny: [grinning] Too late.

Jinx’s take on birthdays
H E A D C A N O N S
「 ✦ Jinx x birthday girl!reader (ft. Isha!) ✦ 」
author’s note: this is my birthday gift to myself, so happy 21st to me! a day late, but the energy is here 🍰 it’s a hefty “birthdays by Jinx” guide, trust. everybody’s included
⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆
Tumblr media Tumblr media
── .✦ in general
⭑.ᐟ Jinx is unpredictable and spontaneous, but she’d put a lot of effort into making you feel special. It wouldn’t necessarily be traditional, but it would scream Jinx’s personal touch. Expect creative, maybe even over-the-top plans.
⭑.ᐟ She’d probably start scheming weeks in advance. She would try to keep it a secret but might accidentally drop hints—giggling to herself or testing out her surprise explosives in the middle of the night.
⭑.ᐟ On the day of, she’d be buzzing with energy, maybe even more excited than you. She’d be jumping around, barely able to contain herself, and constantly checking to make sure everything’s “just right”.
⭑.ᐟ Chaotic wake-up call. Jinx wouldn’t just wake you up—she’d startle you awake. Maybe it’s a mini firework going off, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” screamed at the top of her lungs, or her jumping onto the bed while tossing confetti in the air. She’d think it’s hilarious.
⭑.ᐟ She would wake up early to attempt to make breakfast in bed, and it’d be a mess. The pancakes might come out misshapen, the eggs might be slightly burnt, and the kitchen might look like a warzone, but she’d serve the meal with the biggest, proudest grin, sticking sparklers in it.
– “Chef Jinx, at your service! Presentation’s… optional.”
⭑.ᐟ She would tease you all day with “hints” about what’s coming—big dramatic gestures, mysterious grins, and exaggerated secrecy.
⭑.ᐟ Alternatively, she’d pretend to forget about the birthday at first, just to make the reveal more dramatic.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx might attempt to bake a cake—or something resembling one. It’d probably have lopsided layers, mismatched decorations, and way too much frosting, but she’d remind you it was baked with love. Surprisingly, it ends up tasting quite good, all things considered. She insists on lighting so many candles that it becomes a literal bonfire.
– “Make a BIG wish!”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would pour her heart out into making a gift. Maybe it’s a painted gadget, a weapon engraved with your initials, or a music box that hums your favorite tune. / She would try her hand at crafting something wearable—a necklace made from colorful wires and gears or a bracelet with tiny charms representing your relationship. / She might secretly collect mementos from your time together—photos, doodles, or little objects from your dates. She’d throw them into a scrapbook and complete it with her graffiti-style art.
⭑.ᐟ Isha would work on a small handmade gift for you as well—a simple drawing or a decorated trinket like a painted stone or a flower crown. She’d try to give it to you directly but hesitate, clinging to Jinx’s sleeve.
– “What are you waiting for, kid? Go give it to her!” And Isha would finally step forward, holding out the gift with both hands and a bashful smile.
⭑.ᐟ The birthday card would be a mix of chaotic doodles and messy handwriting. Jinx might overthink the message, so she’d stick with keeping it short and sweet.
“I suck at words, but you make me feel lucky. Thanks for sticking around, you weirdo. ꨄ︎ Love you. — Jinx :Þ”
⭑.ᐟ She would secretly paint an enormous mural on a wall in Zaun or Piltover, featuring your likeness surrounded by bold, neon colors and chaotic designs. It’d say something cheeky like, “the best girlfriend in Zaun (and Piltover—fight me)”.
⭑.ᐟ If someone tries to upstage her efforts—whether with gifts or plans—she would get hilariously pouty and competitive.
– “Oh, that’s cute, but did they make you a flamethrower? Didn’t think so.”
⭑.ᐟ If anyone else tries to monopolize your attention for too long (even for innocent birthday wishes), she might get possessive and interrupt, playing it off as a joke.
– “Okay, okay, enough. She’s MY birthday girl.”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would be extra overprotective on your special day, constantly holding your hand or slinging an arm around your shoulders. She’s not only protecting you but your “birthday vibes” as well (her words). She scowls if anyone so much as looks at you funny.
– “You want a birthday beatdown, huh?”
⭑.ᐟ She would absolutely wear a birthday hat all day, and she’d insist you wear one too.
⭑.ᐟ She would write a chaotic, nonsensical birthday song and perform it with full dramatic flair, banging on random objects to create a “beat.”
– “This song’s copyrighted—only for you, babe!”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would stick to you like glue, constantly poking you, dragging you to see surprises, and showering you with compliments.
– “Wow, your face is so birthday today. Like, insanely cute. Unfair, really.”
– “You’re so perfect, it’s disgusting.”
⭑.ᐟ She might hijack a Piltover broadcast or Zaun’s speakers to publicly shout out your birthday.
⭑.ᐟ She would watch your reactions to everything she planned, grinning like a proud kid.
– “Do you like it? Tell me you like it! C’mon—smile for me!”
⭑.ᐟ She keeps shouting, “IT’S HER BIRTHDAY!” every time someone enters the room, even if it’s someone who already knows.
⭑.ᐟ No matter how chaotic the day is, Jinx would genuinely want you to feel loved and appreciated. She’d get quiet for a moment at the end of the day, letting her vulnerability show.
– “I don’t always get things right, but… you’re my favorite person. So, yeah. Happy birthday, babe.”
⭑.ᐟ As long as there’s leftover cake, she’ll keep celebrating.
– “What do you mean your birthday is over? How am I eating a birthday cake slice, then?”
── .✦ Jinx planning a surprise birthday party
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would throw a chaotic but fun party with a theme that makes sense only to her. Think: “sharks with birthday hats”.
⭑.ᐟ Or, she’d mix everything you like to make a big, nonsensical theme. Think: your favorite animals/colors/anything relating to your interests in one big concoction. (thanks bunny!!<3)
⭑.ᐟ She would talk a mile a minute about her ideas, constantly glancing at Isha to see if she’s keeping up. Isha, sitting cross-legged on the floor, would enthusiastically point to certain parts of Jinx’s sketches or mimic explosions with her hands to signal she loves the idea of fireworks.
⭑.ᐟ Isha would be Jinx’s undercover operative, spying on your preferences.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would drag Isha into a crafting frenzy. They’d make mismatched decorations like paper chains and confetti cannons. Isha would quietly fold a bunch of origami animals to scatter around as subtle decorations, which Jinx would “improve” by adding googly eyes to practically all of them. Can’t forget the banner that says “YOU’RE THE BOMB” (because of course).
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would initially want to handle everything herself, believing that only she could make the party perfect. She’d get flustered when things went wrong but stubbornly refuse to admit she needed assistance.
⭑.ᐟ If things got overwhelming, she might swallow her pride and reluctantly ask for help in last-minute desperation, though it’d come out dramatically.
– “Okay, fine! I need backup.”
⭑.ᐟ To keep the party secret, she would assign ridiculous code names to everything.
the party = “Operation Boom Bash”
the cake = “Project Frosty Delight”
you = “Target Hot Stuff”
⭑.ᐟ She would treat it like a mission briefing, but she’d be annoyingly cryptic with her instructions.
– “Okay, so I need, like, three gallons of paint, a live shark—just for a minute!—and maybe some cupcakes.”
– “How is the live shark a must-have for a birthday party, but cupcakes are a ‘maybe’?”
– “No questions!”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would be offended if anyone tried to suggest a different idea. She was your girlfriend, after all, and she only wanted the best for you. But she quickly realizes that her demands are nearly impossible to meet, so she tones them down to avoid making the party a disaster. Accepting the help is her way of showing she’s trying to be a better person for you. She wants to show she can do something right.
– “I just want her to be happy, you know? I need this to be right.”
⭑.ᐟ DIY invitations. Jinx would hand-make wild, artistic invitations for the party, even if it’s just for you. They’d be chaotic masterpieces—probably involving glitter and graffiti-like design, with Isha sneaking a doodle of you, Jinx, and herself on the back. Jinx would only invite people she knows you like, even if it means threatening them to RSVP with notes like, “Show up or get kaboomed. <3 Jinx.”
⭑.ᐟ The day of the celebration, she might hand out “party favors” for any friends who join—small, colorful explosives or confetti grenades.
– “Take one! They’re mostly harmless!”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would constantly check in with you because she’d be genuinely worried about messing things up despite her confidence.
– “You havin’ fun? You like it? How ‘bout now?”
– “You’re smiling, so I guess that means I didn’t screw this up, right?”
⭑.ᐟ She’d pull Isha aside occasionally to ask her to “spy” on guests to make sure no one was causing trouble.
– “Okay, short stack, go check on the snack table and make sure no one’s hogging the chips.”
⭑.ᐟ Isha would quietly insist on getting a slice of cake to give you herself, practically shoving it into your hands with a big smile.
⭑.ᐟ During a toast for you, Isha would quietly raise her glass (even if it’s just juice) and look at you with a shy smile, gesturing a little “cheers” with her cup.
⭑.ᐟ Isha would be in charge of keeping guests entertained while Jinx set up bigger surprises. She would direct people with expressive gestures, and they would end up following her lead because she’s so animated and endearing. She’d shoo them away to the dance floor or hand out drinks with glow-stick stirrers.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would constantly circle back to you to check if you need anything.
– “You still good, babe? Need more cake? A drink? Someone thrown out?”
⭑.ᐟ Isha would trail after you for a bit, helping out in small ways, like passing you a drink or brushing confetti off your shoulder, subtly showing her affection.
⭑.ᐟ If anyone tried to make the party about themselves or annoyed you, Jinx would intervene immediately.
– “Go eat some cake and zip it.”
⭑.ᐟ Isha would stick close to you during parts of the party, mirroring Jinx’s protective instincts. If someone approached who looked suspicious (in her eyes), she would cross her arms, glare, and shake her head like a little bodyguard. Jinx calls it “the Isha test”.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would rope Isha into playful pranks, like sneaking up behind guests and tossing glitter at them.
⭑.ᐟ She would start spontaneous dance-offs, grabbing you and spinning you around just to hear you laugh.
– “Dance with me, birthday girl! Don’t make me embarrass myself alone!”
⭑.ᐟ She would be darting around and hyping up the crowd, while Isha acted as her silent shadow, handing out sparklers or checking up on the games.
– “Ladies and gentlemen, step right up! And by step up, I mean do what the kid tells you—she’s in charge of this one!”
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would stick to traditional party games and activities but add her own twist to them each time, no matter how trivial.
“bomb pong” ➪ her version of beer pong, where she’d paint the ping pong balls to look like mini bombs.
“truth or chaos” ➪ self-explanatory. She would make sure you only got fun or flattering dares, even being flirty and teasing with them.
– “Oh no, you chose chaos? That means you have to kiss the coolest person at this party.” And you both know it’s her.
trivia game ➪ Jinx would want to show off how much she knows about you. The catch? Half the trivia questions would also be about herself just to test you, too.
– “Okay, bonus round—what’s my favorite thing to blow up?!”
Glow-in-the-dark darts and lit up board just because she could. If you point out the dangerous side of the game—especially with little Isha running around—she’d groan loudly but relent, setting up a glow-in-the-dark ring toss instead.
She’d hang a homemade piñata filled with tiny trinkets and candy. Everyone would take turns blindfolded, with Jinx calling out unhelpful directions like: “Swing left! No, your other left!”. She’d make sure you got the first and last swing.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would be cheering you on during every activity and heckling the opponents, while Isha would root for you by miming cheers and clapping her hands. If you won a round, Isha would leap into the air and give you a medal she crafted beforehand.
⭑.ᐟ Like the mini-Jinx she is, she would periodically check on you, giving you a thumbs-up or tapping your shoulder to make sure you’re having fun.
⭑.ᐟ If you seemed overwhelmed, Isha would grab Jinx’s arm and point to you, miming a timeout gesture. She would sit quietly nearby, offering her company without being intrusive.
⭑.ᐟ After the chaos of the party, Jinx would unwind next to you on the couch, resting her head on your shoulder while little Isha napped, curled up in your side, making you both grin.
– “Looks like you’ve got another fan, huh?”
── .✦ birthday girl!reader who wants a low-key celebration
⭑.ᐟ If you didn’t want a big party or over-the-top surprises for your birthday, it would definitely take Jinx a moment to recalibrate.
⭑.ᐟ She might struggle to understand why you don’t want a big celebration. She’d look genuinely puzzled, her mind racing to adjust her usual plans.
⭑.ᐟ Once she accepts that you prefer a low-key celebration, she would throw herself into making a quiet day special. It might take some effort for her to tone down her usual chaotic energy, but she’d do it because it’s what you want for your special day.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would constantly ask questions to figure out what you consider “too much.”
– “Okay, so like, if I draw a heart on the wall in paint, is that over-the-top? No? Cool. What if I set the heart ablaze? …Too far? Got it.”
– “Would it be too much if I put your name in lights? Or not enough?”
⭑.ᐟ She’d be extra gentle and overly concerned at times, to the point of being funny. She’d fidget nervously, constantly checking in. She’s worried about getting it too wrong.
– “Are you sure you’re okay with this? I mean it’s cool, it’s chill, but like… you’re sure?”
⭑.ᐟ Super simplified decorations. After easing her anxieties, Jinx would decorate with a single balloon or one small banner just because she thinks it’s hilarious. She’d point at it dramatically, bragging about how she’s “reinventing minimalism”.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would leave funny little notes in random spots to quietly show you she’s thinking about you.
inside your favorite book: “Reading? On your birthday? Wow, nerd alert. (Just kidding, keep being the smartest, cutest, book-loving babe ever.)”
by the light switch: “Every time you turn this light on, think about how you light up my life. Too cheesy? Deal with it, it’s your birthday!”
on a snack bag: “Munch away, birthday girl! Each bite makes you 10x more adorable. SCIENCE FACT.”
on the bathroom door: “Birthday bathroom breaks are scientifically proven to be 20% better than regular ones. FACT. Don’t ask how I know.”
The scientist behind the studies? None other than Jinx herself.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would give you small gifts throughout the day instead of all at once. She’d say it’s a “drip-feed of love” to “keep the birthday vibes alive”.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would plan something like an art date. She would take you to a hidden spot where you could graffiti together. She’d bring spray paints and help you come up with a tag that matches her monkey one.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx might quietly admire you during the day, suddenly feeling overwhelmed with her feelings for you.
– “Y’know, I like this. Just us. You’re kinda… everything.”
⭑.ᐟ If you wanted to stay in, she wouldn’t mind just spending the day relaxing together in her hideout. She’d insist on building a “birthday pillow fort” and filling it with snacks, blankets, and fairy lights, creating a cozy little haven.
– “Just you, me, and some snacks. It’s a date. A birthday date!”
⭑.ᐟ Well, it was a date until Isha felt left out and peeked her head out from the entrance, which made you promptly pull her into the pillow fort.
⭑.ᐟ Jinx would focus on spending uninterrupted time with you—talking, laughing, and just enjoying the day together. She’d cherish the calm moments, even if it’s not her usual speed. She might actually enjoy the slower pace, realizing it gives her more time to focus on you.
– “This is nice. I don’t gotta share you with anyone else today. Well, except short stack over here.”
⭑.ᐟ Since you don’t want anything big, Jinx would ditch the giant cake and instead stick a candle in a cupcake, donut, or even a sandwich.
⭑.ᐟ If you’re worried about Jinx not having fun with a quiet birthday, she would quickly shut that down.
– “What, me? Bored? Nah, babe. I’d sit in total silence if it meant hanging out with you.”
⭑.ᐟ By the end of the day, Jinx would be extra soft and sentimental, realizing she doesn’t need a big party to make you happy.
– “I don’t care what we do, as long as it’s with you.”
── .✦ birthday girl!reader who hates birthdays
⭑.ᐟ Initially, Jinx would be thrown off guard—she would be baffled. Expect a lot of teasing questions and remarks to test your boundaries or to try to make you laugh, diffusing the tension of the day.
– “What did birthdays ever do to you? Did a balloon pop in your face as a kid? Was there a cake betrayal I need to know about?”
– “If you hate birthdays, does that mean I don’t get to wear a party hat? Because I look really good in a party hat.”
– “What do you call someone who hates birthdays? You! Wait, no, seriously—is there a word for that? Birth-a-phobic? Cake-averse? Anti-balloonian?”
– “What do you want to do on your birthday? Oh wait—you probably want to boycott it. My bad.”
– “Can I still blow up balloons? Asking for a very sneaky clown.”
– “So, if we can’t celebrate your birthday, can I just celebrate mine again?”
– “What’s worse: hating birthdays or admitting it to someone like me? I mean, now I have to mess with you.”
⭑.ᐟ If you opened up about why you hated birthdays, she would actually listen and try to understand. She would struggle at first but ultimately stick to your wishes. She will try to come up with other ideas to make you feel cared about regardless.
⭑.ᐟ She would leave a card that says: “This is NOT a birthday card. It’s just me reminding you that you’re the coolest person ever. Luv, Jinx.”
⭑.ᐟ Subtle “not birthday” gestures. Jinx would sneak in small, low-key things to make you smile without drawing attention to the day. She would spend the entire day being extra affectionate without outright acknowledging your birthday.
Random hugs.
Leaving little flowers on the table without saying a word.
Bringing you your favorite drinks or snacks, then casually walking away like it’s no big deal.
Leaving a tiny, heartfelt note that says, “I love you every day, not just today.”
⭑.ᐟ However, it would be hard for her not to be suspicious at times. She would quietly slip a thoughtful little gift into your bag with a note that says, “Not a birthday present. Just because.”
⭑.ᐟ Accidental overstepping happens. Jinx might slip up and do something mildly celebratory out of habit, like throwing confetti or humming the birthday tune. If you got upset, she would immediately backtrack.
– “Wait, wait, wait—don’t be mad! It’s not a birthday thing! It’s just… a ‘you’ thing!”
⭑.ᐟ While you cuddle in bed at the end of the day, Jinx can’t help herself from wishing you a happy birthday but in a safe way.
– “You hate birthdays, but I love you. So, thanks for being born. Even if you hate me saying it.”

You're supposed to be sick, don't sass me
A continuation of lab shenanigans, and Hey Hextech
Masterlist
Next part:
Characters: Viktor, Jayce, Reader
(Pre - Jayce/Viktor/Reader) (POLYCULEEEE!)
A thread following the chaotic trio that is, laboratory illustrator!Reader, Viktor and Jayce being unsupervised in the lab.
Note; this takes place during season 1, and the reader is gender neutral with they/them pronouns.
Tumblr media
Reader who started the day with an annoying cough, and a tickle in their throat, and slowly declined in energy throughout the day.
They come into the lab ten minutes after the boys, cradling a warm drink between chilled hands with their backpack slung over their shoulder. Viktor is already at the chalkboard drawing up a set of equations he thought up whilst at home last night, whilst Reader can hear Jayce in the kitchenette loudly stirring mugs.
"And what time do you call this?" Viktor drawled from the chalkboard, eyes practically sparkling with mischief as he glances at them over his shoulder.
Reader makes a show of looking at the clock hung above the chalkboard. The minute hand was exactly two past the hour, which was honestly pretty early for them, since they tended to roll up around five past on a good day. "I'd call it, right on time."
Viktor sighs in exasperation, and Jayce chooses then to come out of the kitchenette, a mug in each hand. "Oh, good morning. Are you ready to finish everything up for the deadline tonight?" He asks, like an unaware asshole (affectionate).
Reader's face goes through the five stages of grief. "Uh, deadline...?"
Jayce, like the unaware, workaholic he is, simply strides up to the chalkboard to hand Viktor his mug of sweetmilk, all whilst sprouting information about an enormous research paper they had been aware of, but knew still needed half a dozen sketches and polishing before it could be submitted.
"Ah." Reader says eloquently, which draws Jayce's concern. "I thought that was due in next week."
"I'm afraid not." Viktor interjects, voice uncharacteristically soft, as if he expects them to begin freaking out. Which prompts them to make a point not to, simply because he had been expecting it, and that man was right about too many things already.
They take in a deep, calming breath instead, and take a sharp drag from their warm drink. "Right then, time to clock in. No one look at me, breathe near me, or acknowledge me until it's done, got it?"
"Can I interrupt you to bring you drinks at least?" Jayce asked, expression totally serious.
They pause to think about it for a moment. "Only once I've done half of it, or I'm actively crying from eye strain. Whichever comes first really."
Tumblr media
The day progresses. Reader gets on with their work, Jayce and Viktor get on with theirs'. At a glance, it seems like nothing is wrong.
But then when Jayce comes round with the drinks and begins insisting on a break, Reader becomes snappish with him. He notices that they keep alternating between taking off their uniform jacket, and dragging it back on and as well as their coat with increasing frustration. It isn't cold in the lab today, not to Jayce anyway, and yet he's fairly certain they're shivering. And what's even more concerning, is that Viktor doesn't even have goosebumps, which he is notorious for having, sometimes even with the heating on.
Reader who asks for a herbal tea during the break with a hoarse voice, instead of their usual caffeine monstrosity, which has Jayce's eyes widening in shock, and Viktor's head snapping up from his textbook, the pair exchange concerned looks from across the room.
Reader who has begun rubbing at their eyes, with a small frown, but continues to finish drawing after drawing of their assignments for that day.
Jayce being reluctant to step in, since he'd been conditioned with the spray bottle to offer help only when it was asked where his lab partners and their work were concerned. He reasoned that they were an adult anyway, and would no doubt step away from their desk when they truly reached the end of their tether.
Viktor who realises he is the one who is going to have to step in.
Reader who has just finished up yet another sketch, has moved it to the side with the others, and has taken up their pencil to begin another.
"That's enough for now. You need to take a break." Viktor tells them firmly, approaching their desk.
They sigh, pencil momentarily forgotten, as they rub at the bridge of their nose. Viktor couldn't help but notice just how exhausted they looked. Their complexion has severely deteriorated since they came in this morning. Eyelids heavy, movements sluggish.
"You know I can't, V. We have Councilor Medarda coming in the morning, and the sketches for this proposal need to be completed in time to be scanned onto the paper."
"Maybe, but you've already done most of them. We can get by with a sketch or two less than usual."
"I have no doubt you could, but that doesn't mean you should."
"Y/n-"
"Just leave it! Please? The sooner I get these done, the sooner I can go home."
Viktor sighed. "You know we won't hold it against you if you're a day behind-"
"Oh, don't be a hypocrite, Viktor." They interrupted him, tone sharper than he is used to hearing from them. "Just last week, Jayce had to bribe you out of the lab when you went on a sixteen hour deep dive into some theory you had."
With a tight snort, they turned away to pick up their pencil.
Viktor's brows furrowed as his grip tightened on his cane. "Don't be cranky with me."
"Then leave me alone to work." They tiredly replied, "you're in my light."
A heavy sigh from Viktor as he pointedly does not step out of their light. "Jayce, hit the lights."
The sheer absurdity of the command, gives Reader pause.
"Wha-what? I am literally doing this for your paper?" They try to complain, time within which Jayce had diligently crossed the lab and has flicked off the lights, then he's heading in the opposite direction to the windows, where he begins to draw the blinds.
Reader lets out a hysterical little laugh. "You two are so weird sometimes."
Jayce comes back to their desk, a big shadow amongst the silhouettes of the desks and lab equipment. Perhaps this wasn't their smartest idea to go blind in a science lab of all places, but Viktor reasoned it was the only way to get Reader to physically stop doing their job.
"Right, pick something to work on for the next few hours," Viktor says to Jayce, "I'll email Councilor Medarda that we need more time, then we're heading over to Y/n's place."
"Excuse me? When did I invite you over?!"
"When you started being a brat." Viktor returns easily, before spinning on his heel and carefully navigating his way back to his desk. His eyes are already pretty much adjusted so it's not too much trouble.
Reader groans. "You're not listening to me." They complain. "I can push through and get it done for the deadline tonight. I'm just a little tired."
"I am sure you could." Viktor replies. "But as a hypocrite, I must remind you that your health comes before any work you need to do or complete."
Jayce approaches Reader's desk, steps loud and audible so they won't get jumpscared by him. With care, he takes the pencil from their hand and sets it down on the stack of papers waiting to be completed. "V is right."
"Not you too Jayce."
"No, listen. The deadline is nowhere near as important as your health. You'd done a lot of work already, more than enough, so let's just leave it at that today."
Reader glares at him. "The next time one of you gets a cold, I don't want to hear any shit about me being overbearing."
Jayce smiled, and Reader immediately crumbles.
With a heavy sigh, they sit back in their chair. "Fine. But you cannot say I didn't try to get this done."
Tumblr media
Basically, they bully Reader into leaving the lab early. They're reluctant to go, so the boys decide 'fuck it, lets take some work and go back to Reader's place to make sure they get some rest'.
Cue the boys going to work in the living room after herding Reader to their room and ordering them to take a nap.
A nap which morphs into fitful sleep, as Reader's body steadily declines. They begin coughing full force. Tossing and turning. Getting too hot. Then abruptly shivering from how cold it suddenly gets. Getting up to pee. Checking the time, before going back to bed. Briefly resurface for pain meds. Realise that time has BAREKY moved since they last checked and now they're just BORED! They try to go back to sleep again.
Reader can feel themselves getting sicker as their voice begins to strain and hurt, but their mind is still active.
They have weird fever dreams. They keep waking up, and not really knowing where they are.
Jayce and Viktor are passed out in the living room when Reader cracks open their bedroom door, suddenly ravenous for food, and wrapped in a heavy blanket with bare feet. They pad down the hall of the flat to the kitchen, where they pull bread out of the cupboard and begin wolfing it down slice by slice. Somehow it is EXACTLY what they wanted to eat. Just solid enough to feel nice on their sore throat, without aggravating it further. Their throat is shot from coughing, tight and uncomfortable with every swallow, but their hunger wins out over the pain.
Then they shift their attention to the medicine cupboard, pulling down a new brand of painkillers and filling a glass of water to wash it all down.
They dread dragging themselves back into that sweaty bed, envisioning more hours of boring tossing and turning. Of throwing the covers off when the heat threatened to boil them, all before scrambling to drag them back and hunker down when the coolness became frigid.
Instead of going back to their bedroom, they drag their ass into the living room, where their co-workers are passed out on the couches. The couches THEY want to curl up on and catch some sleep. Jayce - as always - was taking up the entirety of his, whilst Viktor was sat upright, feet on the floor with his head thrown back and resting on the backrest, which couldn't have been comfortable for his neck.
Deciding that Jayce was in too deep of a sleep to even attempt at waking, Reader shuffles over to Viktor and lightly nudges his good foot with their toes. His head rolls towards them, eyes fluttering open to frown up at them.
"What is it?"
"Got bored."
He scoffs. "Only you could get bored of being sick."
They shrug. "I need a change of scenery." They explained, before sliding a hand out from beneath their blanket cloak to motion to the couch beside him. "Can I sit there?"
Viktor glanced down at the empty expanse of couch. "Wouldn't you prefer to lay down?"
"Are you offering up your lap as a pillow?"
His brows jumped up to his hairline at the bold question. And if they had been in their right mind, they might have rapidly backpedalled and tried to pass it off as a joke. But as they were, tired and waiting for the painmeds to dull the ache in their skull, they didn't have the energy to spare to save face. Besides, they knew that Viktor was the kind to jab someone with his cane rather than allow them to make him uncomfortable.
"I suppose." Viktor said after a long moment of drawn out thought.
"Great. Thanks." They replied before crawling onto the couch cushion, curling up on their side whilst pulling the blanket more fully over them and plopping their head into his lap. Luckily, most of their face landed on his good leg rather than the one encircled in the brace, but either way, Viktor didn't protest. Almost immediaely, they could feel themselves relaxing into the comfort of the couch, as a hesitant, nimble hand gently lowered itself to their temple. With an absent hum, Viktor checked their temperature before letting his hand card through their sweat damp locks.
Again, they can't find it in themselves to care, their cheeks burn with fever, and yet goosebumps erupt up their forearms. They can feel themselves shivering, even under the blanket.

"-get them anything?" Jayce's voice filters in as their mind begins to resurface from weird dreams consisting of drawings that walked off of pages and a disturbing version of Jayce with no eyebrows.
"A cool flannel perhaps." Viktor's voice rumbles from somewhere closer to their ears. The gentle slid of fingers against their aching temple feels strangely soothing. "And some more painkillers with a glass of water."
"On it."
Footsteps pad away from the couch.
Groggily, Reader peels an eyelid open to find the curtains to the living room drawn against the strong sunlight, leaving the room comfortably dim.
"Finally awake, I see." Viktor muses, his hand carefully pushing their hair away from their forehead.
Jayce comes back into the living room. His jacket and boots off.
Viktor encourages Reader to roll onto their back, their head still comfortably pillowed in his lap. Jayce sets the glass of water and the pills on the coffee table, before kneeling down beside the couch. With careful, broadcasted movements, he lays the cool flannel over Reader's sweaty brow, who shivers at the feeling. The coldness is refreshing, even as it has their forearms to erupt into goosebumps.
"I'm surprised V let you lay here for so long. His bedside manner is usually atrocious."
"It's because I was given no choice." Viktor carefully corrected.
Reader huffs out a weak laugh. "I didn't say it out loud, but he could probably tell it was either let me lay down or he'd find himself on the floor."
"You would not have been able to wrestle me to the carpet in your current state." Viktor corrected sharply. "You looked like death warmed over."
"And I felt like it." Reader agrees. "Just admit it V, you've got a soft spot for me."
Jayce is watching them bicker with fondness in his eyes. Knelt beside the couch, he carefully peels up the flannel, flips it over and reapplied it to Reader’s forehead, who sighs in relief at the freshness.
Viktor's brows loosen ever so slightly as they melt back down into his lap. "I certainly do not hate you." He said, sounding like he was compromising, rather than simply agreeing with them.
"And THAT is as good as a declaration of friendship coming from you."
He tutted, and then shifts. "Up. My leg is stiff and I need to walk around."
"But I'm comfortable."
"Too bad. I've tolerated your thick head for several hours too long."
Jayce helps sit them up, Viktor grabs his cane and hauls himself up with a deep, pained groan, his brace's gear grinding and clicking as his joint turned. He stays looming over the couch for a few moments, testing his leg, whilst Jayce gets Reader a cushion to lean against instead.

I like to think that they take it in turns to bully each other into self care. So if someone gets ill, or burnt out, the other two become makeshift nursemaids and threaten and blackmail them into going home to rest for a bit. Following them home if it is required of them.
I also know in my bones that Jayce is the kind of dumbass to be too cuddly with someone who was sick with 9/10 lands him the same illness a matter of days later, and the cycle continues.

First I want to say that I really love and enjoy your writing and take all the time you need :)
Second I would like to request a jinx x artist reader who likes to sketch her a little too much (not a weird way just like just the reader do absentmindedly)
Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m sorry it took me this long to fulfill your request, but I finally finished it, so here it is 🤍 Also, guys, I’m sorry for disappearing for so long. I’ve had a lot on my plate, but I’ll try to post more often like before 😔

Sketching Jinx
The workshop was dimly lit, a safe haven for Jinx’s chaotic energy. You sat cross-legged on the couch, sketchbook balanced on your knee, pencil in hand. Jinx was deep in her element, hunched over her workbench littered with wires, gears, and various mechanical parts. She was busy assembling a new invention, her tongue poking out slightly from the corner of her mouth in concentration.
You watched her—loose strands of blue hair escaping her braids, the way she pounded a hammer against a stubborn piece of metal. She didn’t notice you drawing her, and you preferred it that way. You liked capturing these candid moments of Jinx—her in-between states, before the chaos took over.
With each movement, she seemed more alive to you—vibrant, unpredictable, like a force of nature. You captured every detail: the smudges of oil on her fingers, the way she occasionally glanced up at the ceiling, clearly lost in thought. Your pencil moved smoothly across the paper, sketching her unfiltered essence.
“You drawing me again?”
You nodded, barely looking up from your work. “Yeah,” you answered, your voice soft but certain.
Jinx let out a small laugh, shaking her head as she continued to tinker. “It’s the third time today I catch you sketching me,” she commented, not bothering to hide her amusement. “And you don’t even let me see them.”
A playful smile tugged at the corners of your lips as you glanced up at her. “Guess I like keeping my favorite sketches a secret,” you teased.
Jinx paused, a smirk playing on her lips as she turned to face you, crossing her arms. “So now I’m your favorite thing to sketch, huh?” she echoed, raising an eyebrow. “Guess that means I’m doing something right.”
You chuckled softly, meeting her playful gaze. “Maybe,” you teased back, a hint of mischief in your voice.
Jinx stood up and stepped closer, clearly intent on convincing you to show her the drawings. “Come on, let me see them,” she insisted. “I’m your favorite subject, remember?”
You pretended to think about it, giving her a sly smile. “Hmm, I don’t know…” you teased, shaking your head. “What if I don’t want to share?”
Jinx’s smirk widened, and she reached out to tickle you gently on the side. “Come on, just one peek?” she urged, her voice a playful mix of frustration and laughter.
You held firm, shaking your head. “Nope, not showing them.”
Jinx’s expression shifted as she suddenly lifted you up from the couch and wrapped you in a tight hug, pulling you close against her while you return the hug, your sketchbook left on the couch. “Come on, just one little peek,” she whispered, her lips brushing against your ear.
You resisted, a smile tugging at your lips. “Not a chance,” you teased.
Jinx let out a soft huff and started planting kisses all over your face—on your cheeks, your nose, your forehead. “How many kisses do I need to give you until you show them to me?” she asked, her voice playful and warm.
You couldn’t help but laugh. “A lot,” you replied, trying to keep your composure.
Jinx’s smirk softened into a smile, and she began to kiss your cheeks more insistently, each one lingering longer than the last. “How about now?” she murmured against your skin, her breath warm.
You held out, a defiant sparkle in your eye. “Still not showing,” you teased back.
Jinx’s playful grin returned as she started to tickle you, fingers dancing over your sides. “How about now?” she repeated, her kisses turning into playful bites on your cheeks.
You laughed uncontrollably, trying to squirm away. “Okay, okay, you win!” you finally surrendered, grabbing the sketchbook from the couch and giving it to her. “But you owe me big time for this.”
Jinx’s eyes lit up with triumph, and she pulled the sketchbook from your hands, giving you one last peck on the lips before stepping back to examine your drawings. “Totally worth it,” she said with a satisfied grin, flipping through the pages. “These are amazing, you know that?”
Jinx flipped through the pages, her expression shifting from playful amusement to genuine amazement. She stopped on a page and held it out for you to see. “Did you… did you draw me while I was sleeping?” she asked, her voice a mix of surprise and wonder.
You peered over her shoulder at the sketch—Jinx, head resting on her arms, a soft smile on her lips as she slept peacefully amidst her mechanical work. The moment had been so fleeting, so candid, that you hadn’t even realized you’d captured it.
You nodded, a soft smile playing on your lips. “Yeah, you looked so peaceful,” you admitted softly. “Couldn’t resist.”
Jinx’s eyes softened as she studied the sketch. “This is… wow,” she breathed, running her fingers over the paper gently. “I didn’t even know you were watching.”
You shrugged, feeling a little bashful under her gaze. “I like capturing moments like these. They’re the real you, without all the chaos,” you explained, your voice low and sincere.
Jinx’s expression turned tender, and she stepped closer, placing the sketchbook back to you. “You really see me, don’t you?” she murmured, her voice barely a whisper. “Not just the crazy, but all of it—the quiet moments, too.”
You met her gaze, nodding. “Yeah, I do,” you replied softly. “That’s what makes you so… special to me.”
A smile tugged at the corners of Jinx’s lips, and she leaned in, brushing a loose strand of hair from your forehead. “Guess I’m glad you didn’t hide this one,” she said, her voice affectionate.
You shrugged, feeling a warmth spread through you. “Maybe I’m starting to trust you with these,” you admitted, your heart pounding a little faster than usual.
Jinx’s smile widened, and she leaned in even closer, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “Good,” she murmured against your skin. “I want to see more of them.”
You smiled back at Jinx, your heart swelling with affection. “I guess you’re worth the trust,” you replied softly, leaning into her embrace.
Jinx’s expression softened, and she pulled you into a warm, gentle hug. “I’m glad,” she whispered, her voice full of sincerity. “Because these moments, they mean everything to me.”
You snuggled into her embrace, feeling content and happy. “You’re my favorite thing to sketch,” you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. “But maybe now… I’m starting to like sharing them with you.”
Jinx squeezed you tighter, pressing her lips to the top of your head. “Good,” she murmured again, her voice thick with emotion. “I want to be a part of all your moments, even the quiet ones.”
With Jinx’s arms around you and the warmth of her embrace, everything felt just right. You knew that no matter what happened next, you’d always have these sweet, quiet moments with her to hold onto. And that was enough to make you happy, for now and forever.

Your birthday had been a quiet affair so far, just you, Ekko, and the twins at the Firelight hideout. You hadn’t expected much; after all, it was difficult to celebrate properly in a city like this. But your daughters, ever the spirited pair, had whispered and giggled all morning, plotting something secret. You knew they wanted to surprise you, but you couldn’t have guessed how far they’d go.
The more mischievous of the two, had decided that a proper birthday gift was non-negotiable. Her twin, more cautious but equally devoted, followed her lead. Together, they hatched a plan: She would swipe something special from a merchant in the Piltover market while her sister kept watch. It was innocent enough in their young minds, a way to show how much they loved their mama. But even at five years old, the twins underestimated the risk.
The plan unraveled quickly. The more excited twin had barely snatched a sparkling trinket from a vendor’s table when the merchant shouted, drawing the attention of none other than Caitlyn Kiramman. The Enforcer’s sharp eyes caught sight of the tiny thief darting between stalls, her twin calmer sister trailing behind, trying to call her back. Caitlyn’s voice rang out, calm yet commanding. “Stop right there!”
But the twins didn’t stop. Fear propelled them forward, their small feet pattering against the cobblestones. Caitlyn sighed, reaching for her rifle, intending only to fire a warning shot to make them halt. The sight of the weapon, however, filled you with cold dread as you turned the corner and saw the scene unfolding. Your maternal instincts overrode all reason, and without hesitation, you threw yourself between Caitlyn and the girls just as her finger accidentally squeezed the trigger.
The shot echoed through the narrow street, sharp and unforgiving. Pain exploded in your side as the bullet tore through flesh, and you stumbled, clutching the wound as blood seeped between your fingers. The twins froze in horror, their eyes wide and filled with tears. Caitlyn lowered her rifle instantly, her face stricken with regret. “Oh my gods… I didn’t mean—”
The chaos only deepened as Ekko and Vi arrived, drawn by the sound of gunfire. Ekko’s eyes went wide as he took in the sight of you on the ground, bleeding, with Caitlyn standing nearby, rifle still in hand. Rage replaced the shock in an instant. “What the hell did you do?” he snarled, rushing to your side.
Vi, confused and alarmed, held up her hands. “Cait, what’s going on? Who are they?”
Caitlyn stammered, clearly shaken. “I didn’t know they were children—she just—she jumped in the way!”
Before Ekko could unleash the full force of his anger, a familiar chaotic energy entered the scene. Jinx appeared out of nowhere, her wild grin softening when she saw the twins huddled together, crying. “Hey, hey, what’s all this fuss about?” she said, kneeling to their level. “Don’t worry, Auntie Jinx is here.”
You managed a weak smile through the pain. “Jinx… take them. Please.”
Ekko didn’t even need to look to know you trusted her implicitly. Jinx gently scooped up the twins, her tone uncharacteristically soothing. “Come on, munchkins. Let’s go somewhere fun, yeah? Don’t worry about your mama. She’s tougher than she looks.”
The twins clung to her, still sniffling, but they didn’t protest. With one last glance at you, Jinx disappeared as swiftly as she had arrived, the twins safe in her care.
Ekko turned his attention back to Caitlyn and Vi, his protective instincts blazing. “You pointed a gun at my daughters?” he hissed, his voice dangerously low.
Caitlyn stepped forward, guilt etched into every line of her face. “I didn’t know they were yours, Ekko. They were running, and I—”
“That’s no excuse,” Ekko snapped, cutting her off. “They’re kids. My kids. You don’t aim a gun at children, ever.”
Vi, still piecing everything together, held up her hands. “Wait, wait. You’re married? And you have kids?”
“Uh. Yeah, Vi,” Ekko shot back, his tone sharp. “Surprise. Maybe if you and your Enforcer girlfriend weren’t so trigger-happy, you’d probably know that by now.”
“Ekko,” you murmured weakly, placing a hand on his arm. “It was an accident. Please let it go.”
He knelt beside you, his anger softening as he saw the pain in your eyes. “Let it go? She shot you.”
“It was my choice,” you said, your voice firm despite the pain. “I saw the gun, and I jumped. She didn’t mean to.”
Caitlyn crouched down, meeting your gaze with a sincerity that was hard to ignore. “I swear to you, I would never intentionally harm anyone, especially not a child. I’m so sorry.”
Ekko didn’t respond immediately, his jaw tight as he tried to rein in his emotions. Vi stepped closer, her expression more serious now. “Look, I get why you’re pissed. If someone hurt my family, I’d lose it too. But Caitlyn made a mistake. Let us help. We’ll get her patched up.”
You reached for Ekko’s hand, squeezing it gently. “Please, my love.”
He let out a long breath, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly. “Fine. But we’re not done talking about this.”
Vi nodded, offering her hand to help you up. “Fair enough. Let’s get you somewhere safe first.”
Later, back at the Firelight hideout, Ekko hovered over you as you rested on your shared bed, the wound bandaged but still tender. The twins were with Jinx in another part of the hideout, their giggles faintly audible through the walls.
Vi and Caitlyn stood nearby, both uncharacteristically quiet. Ekko finally broke the silence, his voice low but firm. “You’re lucky she’s okay. If she wasn’t…”
“I know,” Caitlyn said softly, her usual confidence replaced by remorse. “I’ll do whatever it takes to make this right.”
Vi crossed her arms, glancing at you. “For what it’s worth, you’ve got guts. Jumping in like that? Not many people would do that.”
You managed a small smile. “Not many people have kids like mine.”
Ekko sat beside you, his hand resting over yours. “They’re lucky to have you as their mom.”
Despite the lingering tension, the room felt a little lighter. Jinx’s voice suddenly called out from the other room. “Hey! The mischievous one is trying to climb the wall again! Who taught these kids to be such little daredevils?”
Ekko sighed, a faint smile tugging at his lips. “I wonder where they get it from.”
You laughed softly, wincing as the movement tugged at your side. “Maybe their dad?”

RANDOM ASTRO OBSERVATIONS #10
Tumblr media
Nobody's safe. That's it. That's the disclaimer.
Libra Jupiter in 11th house can indicate having many opportunities in life that come through friendships and connections with others. People with this placement can often get very far in life simply because they talked to the right people at the right times. This is especially true if they also have Libra in their big 3 or Libra mercury.
Capricorn suns with Sagittarius mercury are surprisingly chill compared to the usual stoic reputation of Capricorn and energetic rep that Sagittarius has. My favorite friends and colleagues have this combination of placements and they are quite easy to get along with and fun to be around.
Very much like Virgo suns with Libra mercury, they can appear quiet and reserved at first, but become lively and chatty once they know you and have decided they like you. However unlike Virgo sun/Libra mercury people (who usually censor their words/tone and think out loud or form their opinions by talking through them first), not only are they a lot blunter (or straightforward, when older), they are more sure about where they stand, or certain of what they want to say on a topic before they say it.
Libra Mercury in the 11th house can have a lot of friends or just make and keep acquaintances very easily. These are the people who always "know a guy" or can say "my homegirl does that!" almost no matter what problem or need you have. They just know someone who can fix it. They are popular people, or at least seem that way to others.
They can sometimes appear to have a much larger network of friends and connections than they do, which is why many of them tend to either keep their friend/friend groups separate or may prefer to maintain superficial/lightweight connections with others over deeper and more intimate connections that would reveal more.
Capricorn Venus in 8th house people can go through a lot of one-sided relationships before landing the right person. They are probably the most caring and attentive of all the Venus sigs, but from my observations they are taken advantage of a lot and often treated very poorly by the majority of their partners.
My childhood friend has this placement (as well as a few of my relatives) and for over a decade I watched her pour so much love and care into men who ended up treating her like an afterthought. I never understood why, as she was very much what you'd think most males would consider wifey material.
She cooked, baked, was organized, and very clean. Motherly instincts intact, had a good job in healthcare and her own place. Knew how to kick back and have fun but could also be appropriately authoritative in the sense of managing a household. Like you could just tell she would be a firm yet loving mother, or even if she did not have kids, you could tell she would be the kind of wife where the husband could hand her his entire paycheck if he wanted and not have to worry for a second that she would blow it on anything foolish. Very capable and responsible woman. I used to get so angry at the way men would come into her life and enjoy all the things she would do for them, including having her manage their money. It was a bit surprising for me how quickly and easily men would put their finances in her hands, only for them to abruptly leave - usually for a woman who was chaotic and stressful too. I did not understand it then, and despite hearing all the talk about how men go for who they are passionate about even if they are the least productive, responsible, or capable person ever, I still don't get it now.
Capricorn in the 8th house can lead to a lot of situations where the native ends up handling other people's money because people can sense their stable energy and innate responsibility. But it can lead to the person feeling like they are nothing but a personal assistant or sentient savings account to others, and over time they can become (100% understandably) bitter if they do not meet someone genuine and kind in time to avoid this.
Aquarius in 6th house can have unusual or eccentric daily routines, or little quirks in the way they go about day to day tasks and responsibilities. I knew someone with this placement who could only brush his teeth in the morning and shower at night. He couldn't really bring himself to do it the other way around and would simply not do the thing at all that day if something disrupted that routine. He also had a job where his # of hours was consistent but his actual shift times weren't and he liked it that way "for the variety." He hated the thought of a schedule where he would have to arrive and leave at the same time every day.
Cancer Lilith in 1st house women can often run into situations where men string them along for a very, very long time. These men sense the stereotypical "nurturing/motherly" essence of Cancer but Cancer Lilith women display a unique twist on this essence where it is very clear to onlookers that her individuality and sense of self cannot be watered down or blended out into others.
Cancer Lilith 1H (and to a lesser extent Taurus Lilith 1H) women are the type who can have a husband, kids, work and manage the home without losing a single ounce of who they always were.
From my observations, they usually don't experience the fate many women meet, where they wake up one day and realize that they haven't even heard their first name in weeks because they're only remembered and referred to in terms of who they are to someone else ("Mom," "John's girlfriend," "Mr. Jones' wife").
Unfortunately, this rubs some men the wrong way, who will then subconsciously try to hang on to the parts of the Cancer Lilith women they like, while searching for other women who don't trigger their fear of women who retain their personality after marriage/children.
Gemini Sun Virgo Rising people can appear put-together and organized in public but could have very messy rooms or just have trouble keeping things in order at home.
People with Pisces in their 7th house might feel torn between going after people they are genuinely attracted to and people they perceive to be a better match, for whatever reason. They could also end up confusing the sense of security they feel with someone for love, or feeling more secure with someone than they should because of love.
Gemini Mars in 10th house does not mind going out of their comfort zone to further their career. They may even set aside their own values and morals if they believe that doing something will produce a good return on their investment (of time, effort, money, etc.).
Taurus Mercury in 9th house enjoys talking to people from other cultures about the foods they eat and what their daily routines and special/holiday ritual are like. They enjoy learning about other cultures on a more down-to-earth level, so they might be less interested in other philosophies and more into sensory differences.
Cancer Moon in 11th house identifies VERY strongly with their friend group and can become depressed or ill if there is too much discord between themselves and their friends, or between their friends with each other. They do not take kindly to any kind of abandonment from friends, real or imagined. If they decide you have left them or betrayed them one too many times, they will simply never speak to you again.
Virgo Mars people can be extremely picky when it comes to partners. One of my childhood friends has this placement and despite being a Sagittarius Sun & Mercury (along with having Venus in 9H), she barely has a romantic interest in anyone. She's not aromantic or asexual; she just gets the ick so easily that it is difficult for her to like anyone enough to date them for long. She didn't go into detail most of the time. She was the furthest from the kiss-and-tell kind of person, she would barely tell anyone even the name or age of anyone she was interested in, much less give details about her specific icks.
I tend to attract Virgo Mars people platonically and romantically quite often though, so I have other examples of the same trait.
My ex-husband is a Virgo sun with Virgo Mars and Leo Venus and the smallest things would throw him off. Like if I made scrambled eggs and all the pieces weren't perfectly yellow (if any got slightly browned, he would consider the entire pot as "burnt" and would ruin his day). If I did laundry and did not strictly separate the colors (I will wash black, dark grey, and bold colors clothes together. He will separate them all. I will wash off-white and very light grey or beige with white clothes. He would look at me crazy and ask me to just do a different household chore and leave the laundry to him. Hea
He also apparently got the ick from my frugality? Lol. I had cheap sneakers and dollar-store headphones when we first got together. A few weeks later he asked where I was and I told him I was at the mall with a friend. He showed up and wordlessly gave me brand-new Samsung Galaxy earbuds before driving home lmao. Then a couple weeks after that he bought me new AirMaxes and made it a point to tell me that my existing sneakers were so cheap. And that he got good ones for me in a style that "makes your feet look smaller." I guess my foot size was not to his liking. Lol. I'm almost 6 feet tall and wear size 9.5/10 women's shoes (for males reading this, that is around 8/8.5 in your sizes, so don't start, pls
A previous ex of mine (Cancer Sun) also had Virgo Mars (and Venus) but he had the opposite ick - he didn't like that I always wore nice jeans and blouses even if we were only going to Walmart or his friends' houses. Apparently, it was "off-putting" for him that I was "too fancy, never just dress down and look comfortable, even in the house." I was like... but I am comfortable? And he would be like, "Nah you're so fancy all the time, it's kinda weird, like do you even own any sweatpants? Your hair is never messy? It's like you're never just relaxed."
Um, as a Scorpio Venus/Jupiter, Libra Mercury person, messy hair will never be in the same room as comfortable for me but we are broken up for a reason, LOL.
Yeah Virgo Mars are just really, really picky. Idk how else to put it. They might be bothered by very different things, but they're all bothered in general! Love 'em regardless, they're also attentive and will know what you like and also what you need.
Leo Mars in 2nd house can have a hard time feeling satisfied with what they own or with their level of skill in certain areas. They don't usually express envy outwardly though. They will happily gas up their friends and colleagues, but implode on themselves in private.
They can have frequent pity parties or episodes of extreme self-loathing that only their closest friends or partners ever witness. It can be difficult to pull them out of these moods as they tend to feel like they either don't have enough or are not enough in some way.
Aquarius Eros men and masculine people are often attracted to women and feminine people with strong or eccentric personalities. They lust after the kinds of people who didn't even bother rocking the boat and jumped out to swim upstream and chill somewhere else.
However, unless they have Juno in Aquarius, Aquarius 7H or some other placements that support long-term relationships/marriages/longevity with unusual people or non-traditional elements, they eventually abandon such love interests for someone who fits better into societal expectations. Ask me how I know. :(

Girlfriends?
Tumblr media
W.C. - 5.7 k
a/n: wonze kid is backkkkkkkkkk and with a bang.
----------------
Growing up in Sevilla, life was perfect. Three older brothers that encouraged your footballing ability practically from the second you took your first breath, a set of parents that pushed you to be the very best at everything, and an academy that proved to be the absolute best for your development made for a good childhood.
A quick learner by far, you had already started playing with girls twice your age when you were 10, and by age 12 (and a half) you had already started to train with the senior girls, not old enough to be allowed to play in matches.
It was a weekly routine you had built up over the years, go train with the senior girls during the weekdays, school work completed during the afternoon, games with the girls your age on fridays, games with the U21s during the sunday afternoon. It was hectic, sure, but you were good, really good.
Some weeks you would have to skip the U21 matches in favor of tournaments with the other youth teams, which in turn gave you perhaps the best gift of your lifetime, a (by now) 5’6 brunette with the most encaptivating greenish eyes and the feistiest demeanor you’ll ever encounter.
Julia Romero, una true madridista.
Her white clad frame had been a constant in your life since you were practically too short to reach the kitchen table, as feisty as she always had been.
That almost chaotic energy always translated onto the pitch, with creative passes and shots from distance being a regular occurrence in her game. She had your heart captured since the moment you’d first laid eyes on her.
Through the multitude of years you’d come to know each other, you had formed a special partnership both on and off the field, a connection that led to more than a few trophies for the youth national teams.
A package deal as most would label you two as, playing for teams miles upon miles away from each other. It was funny when they (mostly parents of the other kids) would refer to you as that, a package deal.
It was even funnier when they’d refer to you as twins, each fiery and competitive in your own rights, but knowing the hidden affections quickly developing, it just felt wrong.
The weekends you were meeting up to play against each other quickly became the highlights of your weeks, waiting patiently for the next opportunity to challenge the other.
When, at the ripe age of 13, you both got your very own cell phones, communication became ten million times easier and in turn you became ten times more in love with the breakout madrid star. Best in Spain, Y/n/n and Juli.
Strangely enough though, neither of you clocked the fact that you were both madly, undoubtedly, so in love with each other until that night when you both turned 14.
Julia always liked to boast about the fact that she was 10 minutes older than you, born right before midnight, whilst you were born right after midnight.
Sitting on the hotel bed in your shared room at the under 21 Spain camp, the only players under the age of 17, you and your best friend obviously got to room together.
Right across from you sat Julia, with her normal mischievous smile, looking deeply into your eyes as the clock ticked down to midnight, anticipation filling her body more than your own. Your knees touch hers ever so slightly, you both sitting crisscrossed so that you’d be able to even fit on the bed in the first place.
“What are you going to wish for?” She asks, eyes wide in suspense, as if the answer had been something she had been waiting for since the dawn of time. Leaning back into the headboard, you look up towards the ceiling, contemplating (but not really at the same time) about what you would wish for as you blew out the lit match only minutes from now.
“Maybe a contract from Barcelona.” You tease, looking down at her unamused face, shrieking when she ‘attacks’ you, jumping onto your body and tickling your sides. “No, no, stop, stop, I won’t, I promise.” You gasp out between fits of laughter, Julia quickly retreating with a satisfied look on her face.
“Mhm, better keep that promise. I can’t stand seeing your little sad face when I beat you.” Laying down beside you, Julia starts the teasing again, the look on her face one of amusement, eyes widening as she notices the arms of the clock on the wall almost at midnight.
Watching her spring up from the bed, your eyes follow her all the way until she stops at her bag, pulling a box of matches out of the front compartment.
Pretending you weren’t just studying her entire being when she turns around, Julia makes her way back to the bed, resuming her position on the bed.
“Sit up lazy.” You roll your eyes at the playful insult slipping from her lips, begrudgingly sitting up and facing the shorter girl.
She pulls out a match and strikes it against the match board, lighting up in the span of milliseconds before she holds it out closer to you, waiting for you to blow the flame out. It was the next best thing to a cake, with diets and all.
Actually pondering over what you would wish, only one thing comes to mind.
Closing your eyes, you blow the flame out quickly, only one thing repeating in your mind as you do.
‘All I wish for is you, Julia.’
It puts a small smile on your lips, that much you can’t deny, and as you open your eyes you see the smile is mirrored by the girl across from you, her soft, plump lips stretching into that familiar smile you love oh so much.
“Soooo, what did you wish for?” She asks playfully, smirking at the silly smile painted on your face.
“I don’t wish and tell Juli, those are the rules.” You make a play on the popular saying, backing away from her slowly, as if she wouldn’t notice. Her eyes narrow at you, like she knew something you didn’t.
“Oh really, that’s how it is?” She moves closer to you on the bed, knees just about touching now as she continues her interrogation, looking up at you through her painted lashes.
“Mhm, that’s exactly how it is mi amor.” The casual nickname slips out from between your lips as she leans in closer to you, face only centimeters from your own. You see the way her eyes flick down to rest on your lips for just a second, her hands creeping onto your knees carefully, like she didn’t want to startle you.
You copy her, eyes looking down at the soft lips not too far away from yours, wanting nothing other than to just close the gap between you.
“Do it.” The faint whisper comes from the girl across from you, her lips barely parted as she speaks in that low faint tone, her eyes briefly meeting yours as they look up from your lips. Your eyes look back down at her lips, tongue peeking out to wet your lips quickly. “Kiss me.”
You don’t waste another second after that, leaning in and capturing her lips with your own. They were everything you could have hoped for and more, sweet like the candy you had shared before, with just the smallest hint of mango from the lipgloss she had put on earlier in the day. Her lips were soft like pillows and it felt like you were dreaming, in what world could she not be a figment of your imagination.
When she starts to pull away you chase after her lips, one taste of her and you were already hooked on the drug that is Julia Romero.
“Was that what you wished for?” She asks, her hand pressing against the middle of your chest to almost stop you from catching her lips with yours again.
“Yes, you, all I wished for was you.” Julia smiles with her whole face, looking at you all sweetly like she always did, that love in her eyes stronger than ever.
“Good, because that’s what I wished for too.” Your expression turns confused, like you couldn’t understand what she was saying.
“You wished for yourself too?” The girl has to keep herself from rolling her eyes at your stupidity, instead laying down on the bed just beside where you’re still sitting up and extending her arms out for you to crawl into.
“You’re a dumbass.” She says, laughing as you bury your face in her neck and sigh loudly, throwing your leg around her hips and pulling her entire body into yours.
“Yeah but I’m your dumbass.” Now that you knew she liked you, you would never let her go. And based on the way she laughed and hummed in agreement, you were pretty sure she liked the idea of that too.
—----------------------
The next few months go surprisingly well, with Julia coming down to visit on the weekends every month and you going up to Madrid two weeks after that. The months neither of you had time to visit, that’s when facetime was used the most.
It hurt, not being able to see each other every day, but that was simply life. School and training started picking up again, especially as you had finally been moved up to the senior team permanently, playing in the dying minutes of games and even scoring at times.
But you knew that it would pay off, all the time spent on the pitch and away from your girlfriend, as you got to dedicate all the goals you scored to her. When you scored, the first thing you did was kiss the tape you always had around your wrist (from an old injury that still caused some pain), her name hidden beneath a layer of it, before you ran towards the camera at the corner flag to do your half of the duo celebration you’d both come up with years ago.
In reality it was just a handshake, but you did your half of it in front of the camera every time, no matter what, because you knew she was at home doing the other half.
That was until the last game of the 21/22 season, Sevilla v Barcelona. The team hadn’t lost a game the whole season, undefeated in Liga F and you wanted to break their streak.
Definitely not because a certain someone was in the crowd, waving enthusiastically every time your eyes met as you warmed up. No, it wasn’t her.
You wanted to impress her, not that you’d ever tell her that, seeing as you’d never hear the end of it if you did.
Like usual, you sat on the bench for most of the game, exchanging silly faces with your girl, not even batting an eye as Barcelona hit the net one, two, three, four, five times. She was all you could focus on when you sat on the uncomfortable bench, leg bouncing up and down in anticipation for the call to get on the pitch.
“Y/l/n, it’s time, go warm up.” Your coach told you, watching with careful eyes as you started going through the motions of warming up. It was only the 65th minute, so you had plenty of time to make your mark on the game, like you wanted to.
Only a minute or two later you’re standing at the sidelines, looking back to where your girl is sitting for a bit of reassurance, the girl flashing a big smile and two equally enthusiastic thumbs up your way. Taking a big breath in, you breathe out through your mouth, holding your hands up for your teammate to slap as she makes her way off the pitch for you to enter.
“This is surely not what Barcelona have expected from Sevilla, 14 year old superstar in the making Y/n Y/l/n stepping onto the pitch, towering over her grown opponents as she takes her place in the striker position.” The commentators explain to the people watching the game online, looking on as the game restarts, the ball in Barcelona’s half. You can feel the atmosphere in the stadium, the small section of Sevilla fans cheering louder than the Barcelona fans for just a moment as you step on.
The academy product, scoring against women twice her age most of the time, a superstar from their very own city. They had the right to be proud.
Loudest of all was your girlfriend, standing and cheering for you in one of your old Spain jerseys, as much as she did love you, there was no way that she would ever wear another team’s shirt.
The Barcelona team you were meeting was probably the most difficult team to play against, their skilled midfielders keeping the ball from you and the centerbacks keeping you from ever getting close to their goal. Still, you were nothing if not determined.
Getting the ball back to your feet, you think about all the videos you’d watched and analyzed of the opposing team, how they built up their attacks, how they closed down other teams, everything. All of it is in your head, you know them, you know how they play and you know how to use it to your advantage.
Starting your run through the middle of the pitch, the first player you encounter is Ana-Maria, her style was easy, and it was even easier to tap the ball between her open legs and push around her, continuing your run.
The next player running towards you is a certain Aitana Bonmatí, undoubtedly one of the best players in the world and a player that’s more difficult to get through, given not only the technical skill she possesses but also the pure physicality of the shorter woman. Switching the ball onto your non-dominant foot, you quickly maneuver it to the other one, flicking the ball up in the air before taking advantage of the height difference to run around her and head the ball back down to your foot.
Next up was Mapí Leon, a player that wouldn’t hesitate to use brute force to stop you from getting the ball in the goal, still, like Bonmati she was quite short. Running straight at her, like you predicted, she slides in to get the ball, only you’ve already chipped it straight over her outstretched legs, running to the edge of the penalty box.
The last line of defense, Paños, the one you have the most trouble reading. The goalkeeper rushes out towards you, making herself as big as possible to be able to deflect any shot from your foot. The one thing she doesn’t realize is the fact that you have a knack for curling the ball around the keeper in the most infuriating way possible.
The whole team watches with stunned expressions as the ball travels towards the goal, landing in the bottom corner with a satisfying swish. Two minutes, that’s all it took for you to make your mark on the game, two damn minutes.
Running towards the Sevilla fans on the opposite side of the pitch, you dutifully kiss the tape on your wrist, then tap the badge atop your heart before stopping in front of your girlfriend, holding your hand out to do your celebration.
Moments later, after the whole handshake is done, you wink at her before taking your leave, not forgetting to bow down in front of the screaming fans. Sure, you were still 5-1 down, but you had just scored against the biggest team in the country so you were allowed to celebrate.
Returning to your position, the game restarts and you immediately notice the increased mancoverage on you, you could barely even get the ball before there would be an annoying Barcelona player breathing down your neck.
Using this to your advantage, you distracted the women around you as your teammates built up attacking plays. At the same time, you were still freshly on with loads of energy, leaving the tired players to chase after you as you made runs upon runs.
In the 76th minute you see your teammate run up the wing and you just know she needs a head to meet the ball she plays into the box. Running as fast as you can, you launch yourself up towards the ball, angling it down to the ground just inside the goal with your head, like a bird of sorts.
A brace off the bench against one of the best teams in the world, yeah that’s just something you would do. This time you run towards the cornerflag, your team surrounding you as you get various pats on your head and shoulders. When the team starts to leave to their positions on the field, you decide to do one last thing in front of the furious Barcelona fans.
You blow a kiss to the crowd, laughing at their overreactions to the simple gesture.
In the 89th minute, you find yourself surrounded by shorter women, all trying to keep you from rising up above them and heading the ball from the corner into the goal. Like the slippery eel you are, you try to run circles around them, trying to confuse them with your position.
When you finally settle between two of their defenders you decide to be a little cheeky, one of your favorite pastime activities.
“So are all Barca defenders this short? Or have I just struck gold today?” You tease Mapi, who’s elbow meets your ribs harshly, almost making you double over in pain. There wasn’t much muscle protecting your dear ribs yet, or the rest of your body to be fair, so impact was felt to the full extent.
“Are you not meant to be doing your fifth grade homework?” She asks in the same tone as you had before, looking back at you with that oversure expression on her face. You just know that you have to wipe it off her face, with a goal preferably.
“Aren’t you supposed to be playing bingo with the other elders? Or can you just not reach the table?” Before Mapi can retort, the ball is played into the box and with athleticism that only Zlatan could rival, you leap up into the air, twisting around so that your heel meets the ball with your back to the goal, a perfect scorpion kick.  Well as perfect as it could be with you ending up on the ground in the goal.
Dying minute bangers, another specialty of yours.
Blowing another kiss, this time towards the Spanish defender standing dumbfounded in front of you, you get up off the floor, running past her to get back to your own half, not without yelling a quick “that one was for you” to the world class defender. All in good fun of course, you wouldn’t do it maliciously, especially not seeing as they were still leading.
The final whistle is blown only moments later, leaving you to collapse onto the pitch in pure exhaustion from the game. Considering the fact that you’d already played a full 90 against a U23 team earlier that week, you were pretty tired.
Wondering silently if you could just take a nap in the middle of the field, you’re interrupted in your daydreaming by a hand in front of your face, a hand leading up to a player in blaugrana.
“You had a good game kid, next time though, could you not score a hattrick off the bench?” Mapi helps you up and off the ground, shaking your hand properly as you just stand there, a silly smile on your face.
“I can score a double hat trick with a start if that would make you feel any better?” The older defender ruffles your hair quickly at the teasing before she lets you go, sending you on your merry way to wherever it is you went after games.
Trudging across the pitch, you almost fall into your girlfriend’s arms as soon as you get close enough, pretty much falling asleep in the crook of her neck. She giggles sweetly and the sound paints a smile on your face, her whispered complaints of how sweaty you were drowned out by your playful yawns.
Pulling away from her neck, your eyes meet and your cheeks turn even more red than before, the physical exertion from the match clearly catching up to you. But no kiss was exchanged, you two wanted to keep your blooming relationship to yourselves and away from the public eye, leading to the act of just being best friends continuing out in the open.
Your girlfriend’s eyes shift from your own to something behind you, eyes widening exponentially at what she found.
“What’s up?” You ask Julia, who just continues to stare at something over your shoulder.
“Enemy, 6 o’clock.” Is all she says in response, rolling her eyes when you just look at her confused, placing her hands on either side of your head to turn it back to where she was looking. A smiling Alexia Putellas making her way over to where you’re standing next to your girlfriend is the last thing you were expecting, but that’s exactly what was happening.
“What the fu-” You start before one of the hands placed on the sides of your head lands over your mouth, Julia clearly not wanting you to swear in front of a legend. Licking her palm, Julia snatches her hand back as quickly as she had put it there, wiping her hand on the front of her shirt.
Looking back at her with a smirk, Julia rolls her eyes again before she slaps the back of your head, Alexia having stopped right in front of you, an unreadable expression on her face.
“You played really good today Y/n, impressive for your age, don’t be surprised if you hear from your agent within the coming days.” She smiles before turning on her heel, almost whiplashing you with the quick statement.
Looking back at the brunette, she meets your gaze with a knowing look in her eyes and a smile stretched across her lips.
“Accept it.” Julia tells you silently, the fond look never disappearing off her face.
“What?” You ask the Real Madrid youth player, not understanding what she meant by that. There wasn’t a world wherein Julia Romero would tell you to join Barcelona.
“If you get a contract offer from them, you have to accept it.” She clarifies, looking you in the eyes deeply, like she was telling you that she was being fully truthful, which she was either way.
“Why?”
“It’s what’s best for your career, I won’t let a little rivalry destroy us. Plus it'll make El Clasico 10 times more fun when I’ll absolutely crush you.” She winks at the end, making you blush once again.
“Oh in your dreams, pretty girl.” Starting to walk back to your locker room, you keep up the conversation with your girl, walking backwards to see her.
“You know you are.” Stumbling over your feet, you fall back onto your butt at the words, the already visible blush on your face growing darker, both at the words but also what you had done.
It’s just like you to score a hattrick against the best team in the world then trip over your own feet walking backwards.
—---------------------------
Just like that, a few days later Barcelona offered you a contract and the rest was history. You moved out of the small house in Sevilla to Barcelona, where you moved into the home of the two overbearing English women. A key part in the 22/23 Champions League winning squad, you scored a goal in the final of the competition, the winning goal that got you the shiny gold medal hanging over your bed, which then led to you being called up to the senior national team and winning a World Cup gold, but that’s a story for another day.
You continued to see Julia on the weekends neither of you had anything to do, getting on a train to Madrid under the guise of having a sleepover with Vicky, meeting up with your girl, spending the night and then going back to Barcelona just in time for Lucy to pick you up from Vicky’s house. Sure it cost you a good 100 euros every time, with the train tickets and the so-called ‘Vicky bribe’, but it was so worth it.
You got a weekend with your girlfriend and Vicky got 20 euros. A win-win.
During the two years you’d lived with the English women, they hadn’t suspected anything, not that you had a girlfriend nor that you went and visited her as often as you possibly could.
Well they didn’t suspect anything until the Clasico, where they had seen you both laughing and smiling all secretly to each other, like something was going on between you and the Real Madrid player.
Coincidentally, that day was also the day when your girlfriend first met your unofficial parents.
—-------------------------
The first El Clásico you had played against your girl had ended in a 4-1 win to Barcelona, with you scoring a brace and Julia scoring Madrid’s sole goal. She had been moved up to the first team at the start of the 23/24 season and despite her technically being your enemy, you were still over the moon for her.
As soon as the final whistle had been blown, you dropped to the floor like you always did, ready to take an impromptu nap right there and then.
A recognisable giggle sounds from above you, opening one eye to look up at the white clad midfielder standing in front of you with a hand out, you don’t waste a second before taking the hand in your own, pulling the girl down onto the ground instead of pulling yourself up.
“Lia, my sweetheart, what are you doing down on the ground?” You ask her playfully as she slaps your shoulder, sitting up and looking down at you with that captivating smile on her face, rolling her eyes at you like you loved.
“You’re an idiot, you know that.” Nodding along with her words, you mirror her, sitting up and leaning your weight back onto your hands, smiling mischievously her way.
“Yeah, you’ve told me like a gazillion times.” Wifting your arms around as you speak, you don’t notice Lucy and Keira making their way over to you and your ‘friend’.
“Told you what?” Lucy interrupts, looking between you and Julia rapidly, trying to understand the relationship there, friends or something more.
“Nothing special Lucifer, did you want anything or did you just come to interrupt?” Stifling a laugh at Lucy's expression, you look at your girlfriend, thinking you’d see a smile stretched over her pillowy lips, instead finding what you assume to be a look of dread on her face.
Rolling your eyes good naturedly, you stand up from your sitting position and dust yourself off before offering a courteous hand to your secret girlfriend, who takes it and stands up, half hiding behind you.
“Right, Robert, Keira, this is my childhood friend Julia, who unfortunately plays for Real Madrid which means she’ll never win anything ever.” You tease the brunette, like you always did, it was just too easy. Still, you were met with a slap to the back of your head, like usual, before she sticks her hand out to properly introduce herself to your pseudo moms.
“Julia Romero, nice to meet you both.” The way you’re looking at her definitely exposes you more than it should, but you don’t mind it, the two women in front of you knew nothing about your love life as it was.
“Childhood friends you say? Nothing else…?” Lucy really wasn’t smooth, or subtle for that matter as she tried asking you the question they were both thinking.
“Childhood friends, we’re actually best friends but I didn’t think that was a worthwhile distinction.” You respond sassily, Lucy ruffling your hair before you could even try to stop her, and whilst it was annoying for you, it did put a smile on Julia’s face and that was all that mattered.
“Alright, alright, just wrap it up soon, the bus leaves in 15.” The two leave after that, and suddenly you’re just standing with your girlfriend, all alone.
“Well, I should get going, my teammates are probably wondering where I am.” Her voice trails off as she points over her shoulder and you smile, raising your eyebrows softly.
“I’ll see you in a couple weeks.”
As you both make your way back to your respective locker rooms, you’re both oblivious to the bets being placed on what your relationship actually is.
—------------------------------
Champions League final 2024, one of the biggest games of your career, big games that keep piling up as you play for Barcelona. A final, it was a final and Jona had insisted on starting you.
Big breath in, big breath out. It’s fine. You can do this.
Walking out onto the pitch, your eyes immediately search for her, the twinkling green that you love so so much. She waves at you all excited in the old and tattered spain jersey she had insisted on wearing. Breath in, breath out. It’s time.
The first 20 minutes or so are calm, filled with counter attacks and defending against another one of the best teams in the world, it’s just Lyon.
Weaving through defender after defender, not unlike how you had against your current team nearly two years before, your brain is on autopilot, just focusing on getting the ball in the goal no matter what. And that you do, curling the ball around the defenders, watching as it ends up in the top corner of the goal.
Champions League final, yeah right.
Pointing to the brunette in the stands, everyone in the arena understands that the goal was dedicated to her, no one seeing the wink you send her though before you return to restart the game.
The rest is pretty simple, Aitana scoring just before half time and then Alexia scoring only minutes after coming on as a substitute. It all goes so fast, because suddenly the final whistle goes and you’ve won another Champions League.
You won the Champions League.
You don’t realize it until after you’ve all gotten your medals and done the trophy lift. No, it isn’t until there’s a sprinting Julia Romero heading your way that you actually register it, you won.
There’s a split second between when you catch her and when you make the decision to kiss her that you can’t help but think about all that has happened since you first got together. Two Champions League finals won, a World Cup victory, a contract from Barcelona, her getting into the senior squad at Real Madrid, her winning various tournaments with the youth teams, her joining you in the senior national team. So much had happened in so little time, and yet she was the best thing of all.
And so, you kiss her. For the first time, you actually kiss her in public, in front of friends and family, but also the millions of people watching from behind their screens. Her legs wrap tightly around your waist, arms tangling around your neck, fingers running through your hair. Your hands settle under her thighs, supporting her body so that she wouldn’t be able to just fall off.
The kiss is just magical, PG enough so that you don’t get yelled at but still some tongue action going on. Her lips are as soft as the day you first kissed her, just as sweet but now there’s a hint of salt, wet tears rolling down her cheeks as she kisses you.
Pulling away, your hands roam up until they settle against the sides of her face, thumbs brushing away the tears that just seem to keep on falling. Her forehead leans against yours, nose nudging yours as she asks for another kiss.
Releasing her legs from their grip around your waist, Julia stands in front of you, her arms threading around your neck again as she brings you down for yet another kiss, this one not as passionate, more like a congratulations kiss. Pulling back, she pecks your lips twice before fully letting you go.
“Why are you crying baby?” Tears were still rolling down her face, no matter how much you tried to wipe them, they kept on coming.
“I’m just so proud of you, look at how far you’ve come. You won the Champions League.” Smiling at her adorable reasoning, you lean in to kiss her once more, well that is until you’re interrupted, yet again by a certain someone.
“Childhood friends huh? Nothing more? I knew you were together, I could see it.” Turning towards Lucy, you roll your eyes at the statement, clearly she did know a little, but obviously not everything.
“So you know that I actually didn’t sleep over at Vicky’s all those times then? That I was really in Madrid all those times?” You tease, which was probably a bad idea, considering the fact that you definitely were not allowed to go to Madrid over the weekends. “Amor, I’ll see you in a little.” You rush out before you start running, Lucy wasting no time and chasing after you.
A calmer looking Keira comes up to Julia, who’s standing there dumbfounded, and offers her the hand that’s not clutching onto the trophy.
“Welcome to our little family, they do that sometimes, same level of maturity, them two.” Julia shakes her head fondly, looking at the terrified expression you’re wearing as you get chased around the pitch. “They’ll calm down soon, then we can take some pictures together, all of us. You’ll come home with us later, right?”
And even though Julia knew she’d be teased for the rest of her life, she still stood and posed for photos with you and the CL trophy her rivals had won.
Photos that later got posted to your instagram with the caption;
My trophy and my wife, nothing better in life.

SUGURUUUUU, DO SOMETHING : GOJO SATORU, GETO SUGURU.
you and gojo are insufferable, especially when gojo decides he wants to be annoying and tries to get under your skin. you always come running to geto and telling him to do something about gojo.
warning. established relationship! satosugu, annoying gojo, crack, fluff.
Tumblr media
dating two people means geto has to face the reality that things are never going to go smoothly, especially when one of those people is gojo satoru. gojo is, without a doubt, the most chaotic, arrogant, idiotic, and downright annoying person geto has ever known. but somehow, despite all that, he still fell for him. what makes it worse—or better, depending on the day—is that you’re just as bad, if not worse. you challenge gojo at every turn, matching his energy with your own brand of chaos, bickering with him constantly, pushing his buttons just because you know you can. and when gojo gets too insufferable, you always end up running to geto, whining and complaining about how gojo’s being too annoying, like it’s the end of the world.
it’s like living with siblings sometimes. gojo is like the older brother who lives to annoy, constantly teasing and provoking you with his smug remarks and over-the-top antics. he’ll say something completely ridiculous, like how he's the strongest and therefore always right, and you’ll immediately fire back, crossing your arms and throwing in your own sarcastic comment, refusing to let him win. you’re like the little sister who refuses to back down, always ready to bicker, never letting gojo have the last word. and of course, you make sure to drag geto into it every single time.
“suguruuu, did you hear what satoru said?” you’d whine, stomping over dramatically to where geto is probably trying to have a moment of peace. “he’s being impossible again!”
geto would sigh, watching you pout like a child, before glancing over at gojo, who’s probably grinning like the troublemaker he is, arms crossed, loving every second of your frustration. this dynamic has become part of geto’s everyday life—being stuck between two forces of chaos, both of you feeding off each other’s energy, sometimes making geto feel like the only adult in the room. but despite the headache that comes with it, there’s something endearing about the way you two interact. you and gojo fight like siblings, but underneath all the bickering, there’s a bond that only makes sense in its own twisted way.
sometimes, geto wonders how he even manages to deal with it. it’s not like he signed up to play referee between two people who are more alike than they care to admit. but somehow, he’s found himself in the middle, always caught between your dramatic complaints and gojo’s smug responses. there are moments where he swears he’ll lose his mind—like when you both argue over something ridiculous, like who ate the last piece of mochi, or when gojo does something outrageous just to get a reaction out of you. yet, even in the middle of the chaos, he can’t help but feel a strange sense of affection for the both of you.
and honestly, you both love dragging geto into your mess. if gojo’s teasing you too much, you don’t hesitate to run to geto, complaining in the most dramatic way possible, arms flailing as you explain how impossible gojo is being. and if you’re being a little too chaotic, geto is often the one who has to rein you in, pulling you away from gojo before the two of you tear the whole place apart with your constant bickering. sometimes, geto feels more like a parent than a boyfriend, but he’s learned to accept that this is just part of dating you two.
there are moments, though, when the chaos dies down, and you and gojo fall into a rare moment of peace, and that’s when geto is reminded why he stays. because despite the constant teasing, the never-ending arguments, and the headache-inducing energy you both bring into his life, he can’t imagine being without either of you. sure, it’s exhausting, but it’s also what makes life with you two so full of laughter, even if it’s at his expense half the time.
GOJO AND HIS STUPID MOCHI
just like right now, you’re lying on the carpet floor on your stomach, phone in hand, scrolling aimlessly through whatever can hold your attention for more than five seconds. the room is quiet, save for the soft sound of geto flipping the pages of the book he’s engrossed in, sitting on the couch just a few feet away from you. it’s peaceful—something that doesn’t happen often when gojo’s around, but you’re savoring the moment.
that peace doesn’t last long, of course. out of nowhere, gojo saunters in, mochi in hand, and without warning, he kicks your leg playfully. not hard, but enough to get a reaction out of you.
“hey!” you shout, glaring up at him from your spot on the floor, annoyance already building as he grins down at you like the menace he is. he’s chewing his stupid mochi like it’s the most important thing in the world, completely unbothered by the fact that he’s just disrupted your peace. typical gojo.
geto rolls his eyes and sighs as gojo enters the room, immediately breaking the tranquil atmosphere that was there only moments ago. and of course, it’s gojo who’s behind it, kicking at your leg like a child trying to get attention.
geto watches as you glare up at him, annoyance evident on your face. gojo only grins back, chewing obnoxiously on his mochi, completely oblivious to the scene he’s causing. geto shakes his head, can already feel a headache coming on.
“what?” gojo says, feigning innocence, though that smug grin on his face gives him away instantly. “just checking if you’re still alive down there.” he takes another obnoxiously loud bite of his mochi, crumbs falling onto the floor next to you.
“ugh, satoru, stop being annoying,” you groan, dramatically throwing your phone aside as you sit up, crossing your arms in a pout. “can’t you eat somewhere else? you’re getting crumbs all over the place!”
gojo smirks at your annoyance, clearly loving every second of it. he continues to chew on his mochi, purposely making extra noise, just to get under your skin.
“what’s the big deal?” he asks, feigning innocence once again. “i’m just eating my snack. not my fault you’re lying on the floor like a lazy cat.”geto can’t help but shake his head at gojo’s antics. he’s seen this scene play out countless times, and he knows exactly where it’s going.
you groan in frustration, pushing gojo's leg away, though he just keeps nudging you, clearly enjoying how riled up you're getting. “satoru, stop being so annoying already,” you whine, glaring at him as he takes another exaggeratedly loud bite of his mochi.
gojo snickers, enjoying your annoyance far too much, like it's the source of his entertainment. he keeps nudging you with his leg, purposely annoying you more as he chews obnoxiously on his mochi.
“aww, what’s the matter?” he asks, still grinning smugly. “can’t handle a little noise while you're sprawled out on the floor like a lazy cat?”
gojo takes another obnoxiously loud bite of his mochi, crumbs falling onto the floor next to you, making a mess as he continues to torment you. he seems to be having the time of his life, feeding off your irritation like it’s some sort of energy source.
you squeal in disgust when a bit of mochi cream falls onto your thigh. “ugh, satoru, that’s disgusting!” you snap, wiping at the sticky mess, glaring at him with pure irritation. “can you eat like a human being for once?”
gojo just snickers, clearly amused by your reaction. he leans down a bit, his grin growing even wider. “what? it’s just a little cream,” he says, eyes gleaming with mischief. “no need to freak out.”
you huff, trying to wipe the cream off as best as you can, but it just smears, and your frustration grows. “you’re such a slob! and i’m not lazy, by the way,” you add, shooting him a glare. “i was just relaxing before you came in here, ruining everything.” gojo’s, eyes twinkling with amusement as he nudges your leg with his foot again.
he chuckles at your reaction, clearly loving how worked up you’re getting over the little cream mess. he leans down further, his grin practically splitting his face. “oh, come on,” he teases, “it’s just a little cream. it’s not going to kill you.”
he watches you struggle to wipe it off, the cream only smearing everywhere, making the mess even worse. he can’t help but find it amusing, watching you get irritated over something so small. “and relax, lazy cat,” he grins, nudging your leg again with his foot.
gojo continues to grin, enjoying how easily he gets under your skin. “aww, look at you,” he teases, “you’re so worked up over a little mess.” he nudges you with his foot, again, clearly trying to provoke a reaction from you. “what’s the matter, too lazy to clean yourself up?”
you glare daggers at him, clearly fed up with his antics. you try to brush the cream off your leg, but it just keeps spreading, making the mess worse.
“i’m not lazy,” you protest, frustration evident in your tone. “i was just hanging out, minding my own business, when you stormed in here and ruined everything!”
geto sighs loudly, shaking his head. this interaction has become all too familiar to him. gojo’s relentless teasing and your over-the-top reaction. he knows it’s not that big a deal, but somehow, the two of you always manage to turn the smallest things into a full-on argument. he remains at his spot, silently observing, wondering if he should intervene or just let it play out, like he always does.
gojo leans even further down, his face now hovering just above yours, his smirk growing wider. he knows exactly how to push your buttons, and he’s enjoying every second of it.“aww, are you pouting now?” he coos, his tone dripping with condescension. “do you need me to clean your leg for you, or are you actually going to get off your lazy ass and do it yourself?”
you narrow your eyes, glaring up at gojo as he hovers above you with that smug smirk. his teasing, as usual, has hit just the right nerve. but instead of giving him the satisfaction of a full-blown argument, you huff in frustration and shift your gaze to geto, your voice turning into a dramatic whine.
“suguruuuu,” you whining as you push yourself up from the floor, marching over to the couch where geto sits, his book still open in his lap. “satoru’s being annoying again.” you plop down on his lap, leaning against his shoulder, seeking refuge from gojo’s relentless teasing.
geto can’t help but feel a mixture of affection and amusement at your dramatic plea for his intervention. he shuts his book and sets it aside, wrapping his arms around you as you settle onto his lap, seeking refuge from gojo’s constant teasing.
his expression calm, though there’s a faint amusement in his eyes. “isn’t he always?” he says with a sigh, but there’s a soft undertone in his voice that shows he’s used to playing the peacemaker between the two of you.
gojo, still lounging on the floor, just snickers from behind you. “huh? running to suguru now? can’t handle me on your own?” he teases, clearly having the time of his life watching you pout and whine.
you roll your eyes, crossing your arms as you lean further into geto’s shoulder. “he’s insufferable, do something,” you mutter, as if that’ll somehow make gojo stop, but deep down, you know it only fuels his antics further.
geto lets out a weary sigh as he rubs your back. he knows that asking him to ‘do something’ is almost pointless—trying to stop gojo’s antics is like trying to contain a hurricane—but he still gives it a shot for your sake.
he calls over to gojo in a gentle tone, “satoru, quit tormenting her.” but of course, that only makes gojo snicker loudly with glee, clearly enjoying the chaos he’s causing. “aww, but it’s so much fun seeing her all riled up!”
gojo pushes himself off the floor and saunters over to the couch, a mischievous glint in his eyes. he plops himself down on the opposite end, intentionally sprawling out and taking up as much space as possible. “besides,” he smirks, “she makes it so easy. look at her, all pouty and moping around. it’s adorable.”
HERE’S COME THE HEADLOCK!
as you casually strolled into the kitchen, your attention was glued to your phone, scrolling through messages and notifications. you could hear the sounds of gojo and geto chatting, their voices a comforting background hum.
gojo, ever the instigator, couldn’t resist the urge to mess with you. as you approached, he feigned a wild punch aimed right at your cheek, but in exaggerated slow motion, he pulled back just before contact, ending up with a playful poke instead.
you tried to brush it off, rolling your eyes and continuing to focus on your phone, hoping he’d take the hint. but gojo was relentless. he grinned widely, his eyes sparkling with mischief as he repeated the act, pretending to punch and then poking your cheek again.
“c’mon, don’t be so serious!” he taunted, a laugh escaping him as he leaned closer to you. “just trying to lighten the mood!”
finally, your patience wore thin. you glared at him, annoyance bubbling up. “satoru, stop it!” you exclaimed, your voice a mix of irritation and amusement. “why are you like this?”
gojo, hearing the change in your tone, couldn’t hold back his laughter any longer. he loved this game you played, the back and forth of irritation and affection.
he stood a little straighter, a smirk spreading across his face. “what’s the matter? can’t handle a little teasing?” gojo asked, his hand reaching out to poke at your cheek again. “i’m just having some fun, princess. lighten up a little.”
as you dodged to the side, trying to escape gojo's poking fingers, you couldn’t help but let out a frustrated huff. “you’re so annoying!” you exclaimed, rolling your eyes dramatically.
but before you could fully escape, gojo was faster. in one smooth motion, he snaked an arm around your neck and pulled you into a playful headlock, grinning widely as he held you tight against him. “annoying? me?” he teased, his voice dripping with mock innocence. “never! i’m just making sure you know who the real boss is here.”
you squirmed in his grip, trying to push him away, but it was no use; he was far too strong. “satoru, let me go!” you whined, despite yourself as he tousled your hair playfully.
geto, watching the two of you from the kitchen counter, chuckled softly at the sight. it was the same old routine, gojo playing the role of the annoying yet endearing partner and you fighting a losing battle against his antics.
he continued to lean against the counter, sipping his coffee as he observed. his eyes glinted with amusement and a touch of jealousy— jealousy that he wasn’t the one holding you close, yet amused at how you never seemed able to say no to gojo’s playful teasing.
gojo held you in the headlock, still grinning as he effortlessly held you against him. he enjoyed the feeling of you squirming in his grip, even as you protested. “what’s wrong, princess?” he teased, his fingers gently tousling your hair. “can’t handle a little affectionate torment?”
he chuckled, enjoying the feeling of his stronger grip against your much gentler one. “just admit it, you love it deep down,” he said, his voice oozing with mischief.
you squirmed in gojo's grip, feeling the warmth radiating from him, and let out a determined huff. “stop it! let me go!” you protested, playfully hitting his arm with all your might, though your strength barely made a dent against his muscle.
gojo only chuckled, unfazed by your attempts to free yourself. “not a chance,” he replied, amusement dancing in his eyes. “i’m just giving you some much-needed attention.”
you pouted, trying to muster the most indignant expression you could manage while still fighting back a smile. “i don’t need attention from you, you big dork!” you exclaimed, but the way your voice cracked slightly betrayed your amusement.
geto, still leaning against the counter, couldn’t help but laugh at the playful banter between you two. “just give in, princess, it’s easier that way,” he chimed in, leaning forward to watch the two of you, his eyes twinkling with mirth.
“never!” you shot back, determined not to let gojo win this round, even as you felt an annoyance bubbling up inside you.
gojo smirked, clearly enjoying the game of cat and mouse. he could feel the fight slowly but surely leaving your body, replaced by the telltale signs of your impending surrender.
he chuckled at your stubborn refusal, amused by your attempt to hold out. “oh, c’mon princess, you know you can’t resist me. just give in and admit you’re having fun.” and geto, watching the interaction, couldn’t help but chime in once more, a smile playing at the corners of his lips. “he’s right, you know. you always lose at this game.”
you groaned in annoyance, tilting your head back to look at geto with a dramatic pout. “suguru, do something about this,” you whined, exasperation dripping from your voice. “why do you always let him bully me?”
geto chuckled softly, his expression softening at your plea. he pushed himself off from the counter and sauntered over, feigning contemplation as his eyes flicked from you to gojo and back again.
he reached out, a hand gently tousling your hair in a comforting gesture. “oh, my princess,” he said, his voice taking on a playful tone, “don’t pretend you don’t enjoy the attention. this is just how satoru shows his love, in his own obnoxious way.”
gojo, still holding you in the headlock, snickered at geto’s remark. “hey, hey, i resemble that remark,” he said, feigning offense. “i may be obnoxious, but it’s all in good fun, and you both love it.”
and geto, still standing next to the two of you, gave a good-natured roll of his eyes. “yeah, yeah, we know,” he said, waving a hand dismissively. “just try not to torment her too much, alright? she’s delicate.”
you groaned dramatically, rolling your eyes as you tried to swat geto’s hand away from your hair. “his way sucks, and it’s so annoying!” you exclaimed, frustration bubbling up inside you. “why can’t he just be normal for once?”
gojo chuckled at your outburst, enjoying the heat rising in your cheeks. he didn’t let up on the headlock, still holding you tight against him. “don’t get your panties in a twist, princess,” he taunted, his voice dripping with mockery. “we both know you secretly love it when i get under your skin.”
geto, still standing nearby, couldn’t resist the opportunity to chime in. “oh, she absolutely loves it,” he agreed, his eyes dancing with amusement. “don’t let her fool you. she’d be bored to death if you suddenly decided to drop the teasing.”
you rolled your eyes dramatically, feeling the heat of embarrassment creeping up your neck. “oh, please, both of you can just fuck off!” you shot back, your annoyance laced with a hint of laughter. “it’s not cute, and i’m not bored! i’m just trying to live my life without getting headlocked!”
gojo, still holding you tight, chuckled at your outburst. he loved seeing you worked up, even if it was out of irritation. “aw, come on,” he taunted, his voice dripping with feigned innocence, “you can’t deny you love it when i get possessive.”
and geto, still standing nearby, gave a sarcastic clap. “and the truth comes out,” he teased, his voice filled with an air of smugness. “she’s just a little tsundere, that’s all.”
IT’S MY SPOT!
it was one of those peaceful evenings, the kind where geto, you, and gojo had nowhere else to be, and the three of you had finally decided to relax and watch a movie together. the sofa bed had been pulled out, ready for the cozy night ahead, but as always, you were taking your time making sure everything was perfectly comfortable.
geto sat back, his legs stretched out lazily as he watched you standing in front of the sofa bed, already busy preparing your spot between him and gojo. he could see the concentrated look on your face as you fluffed the pillows just right, adjusting them over and over until you were satisfied. then you placed your favorite plushies in their usual spots, one tucked against the side of the pillow and another by your arm, always close to you during movie night. next, you unfolded your personal blanket and placed it carefully under the larger one that you’d be sharing with both geto and gojo, making sure everything was exactly how you liked it.
geto found it all a bit amusing, how much effort you put into making your little spot as cozy as possible. he knew this was your ritual, and he’d seen it play out countless times, but there was something about watching you in the soft light of the living room, focused on creating your perfect space, that made him smile.
“all set?” he asked with a small grin as you finally stepped back to inspect your work.
you huffed softly, giving the blankets one last tug before turning around. “almost. i’m going to grab my fluffy socks and some snacks,” you announced, heading off to the bedroom first.
as you disappeared down the hallway, geto noticed gojo’s eyes subtly following your movements, an amused grin forming on his face as he stared at the perfectly arranged spot you’d just made between them. he chuckled to himself, shaking his head as he glanced over at geto.
“she really goes all out, huh?” gojo said, smirking. “look at that—it’s like she’s building a little nest in the middle of the couch. i mean, she's got the pillows, plushies, her own blanket... i’m starting to feel like i’m intruding on her fortress of comfort.”
geto chuckled in response, his gaze still fond as he glanced at the empty space between them. “yeah, she’s always like that,” he replied softly. “everything’s gotta be just right before she settles in.”
gojo grinned wider, leaning back against the sofa bed as he stretched his arms behind his head. “can’t blame her, though. i’d make a nest like that too if i knew how. it looks damn cozy.”
as soon as gojo eyed your perfectly arranged spot for a little too long, geto knew something was up. gojo's smirk grew wider, and before geto could say anything, gojo moved quickly, diving into your cozy nest like it was the most inviting thing he’d ever seen. he sprawled out dramatically, kicking your pillows out of place, knocking over your plushies, and pulling the blanket up around himself as if it were his own.
he let out an exaggerated, satisfied moan, stretching luxuriously as if he had just found the perfect spot in the world. “ahhh, this is nice,” gojo said, grinning like a child who just got away with something mischievous.
geto frowned immediately, shaking his head. “you know she’s going to be pissed when she sees you, right?” he muttered, watching as gojo made himself even more comfortable in what was once your perfectly prepared spot. “you just destroyed her entire setup.”
gojo snickered at geto’s comment, thoroughly enjoying himself as he lounged in the cozy spot you had specifically arranged for yourself. “oh, she’ll get over it,” he said with a wave of his hand, sounding unconcerned. “it’s not like the whole spot is ruined. there’s still room for her. probably.”
he stretched out his long limbs, claiming even more of the space for himself, making himself look extra comfortable. “and besides, this is comfy as hell. i don’t know why she always fusses so much.”
geto rolled his eyes, his expression somewhere between fond and exasperated at gojo's antics. “because that’s how she likes things,” he pointed out patiently, used to gojo's lack of respect for personal boundaries. “you know she has her rituals. you've seen her do it countless times.”
geto rolled his eyes at gojo’s indifference. “you’re such a jerk,” he muttered, shaking his head.
he couldn’t help but notice how comfortable gojo looked, practically lounging like a king in what was supposed to be your spot. “and can you stop spreading out like that? you’re hogging the blankets.”
as gojo made himself even more comfortable in your spot, geto couldn’t help but be amused by the whole situation. he knew you were going to be absolutely furious when you returned to find your meticulously arranged spot claimed by gojo, but there was nothing he could do to stop it.
he sighed, shaking his head fondly. “she’ll be mad, though, when she comes back and finds you all over her spot.”
gojo snickered, unfazed by geto's words. “oh, she'll live,” he said with a nonchalant shrug. “she can find another spot. it’s not like this couch is tiny. and if not, she can just share.”
he pulled the blankets up even higher around himself, snuggling into the comfortable spot like he had no intention of moving. “besides, with me here, i’ve already made this spot a million times more awesome. she should be thanking me, really.”
geto rolled his eyes, clearly unimpressed by gojo’s antics. he knew exactly what gojo was doing— stirring up trouble, as always. “just don’t upset her too much,” he warned, although there was a hint of resignation in his voice.
gojo chuckled, unbothered by geto's warning. “oh, please. when do i ever upset her?” he teased, a cocky smirk on his face. “she loves me too much even if she says otherwise.”
geto shot him a skeptic look, knowing exactly how gojo’s antics always managed to get under your skin. “yeah, yeah. just don’t go too far. you know how she gets when you mess with her routine.”
and right on cue, your high-pitched, exaggerated whine echoed through the living room as you padded quickly across the wooden floor, your socks barely muffling the sound of your tiny footsteps. the moment your eyes landed on gojo, lounging all too comfortably in your carefully crafted nest, your face dropped in disbelief.
“satoruuu!” you practically shrieked, voice rising in frustration as you watched him ruin all your hard work. without even realizing it, you mindlessly dropped the bag of snacks you were holding onto the floor, the scattered contents only adding to the chaos.
“you ruined my spot!” you complained, rushing closer to the sofa bed, eyes wide with dismay. gojo, of course, didn't even flinch-his grin only grew wider as he stretched out even more, thoroughly enjoying your reaction.
geto chuckled under his breath, sitting back and watching the scene unfold before him. he had known this moment was inevitable, and here it was, playing out exactly as he expected.
gojo, not one to back down from a situation he’s created, only smirked wider at your outburst, enjoying your frustration. “oh, relax,” he said, lounging even more comfortably in the spot you had so meticulously crafted. “there’s plenty of room for you. join the party.”
you narrowed your eyes at gojo, clearly not amused by his casual response. without missing a beat, you climbed onto the sofa bed, grabbing your fluffy socks that you had planned to wear and immediately began hitting him with them. “that’s my spot!” you whined, smacking him lightly with each word for emphasis. “i made it for myself, not for your annoying ass!”
geto snorted, trying to disguise his amusement as you vented your frustrations on gojo. he knew deep down you'd been looking forward to your meticulously arranged spot on the couch, and gojo's intrusion had ruined your plans.
gojo, however, showed no sign of remorse. he continued to chuckle, attempting to swat away your attacks with your socks. “ow, ow, ow,” he complained in a mocking voice, “geez, take it easy! what’s the big deal anyway? it’s just a spot on the couch!”
gojo laughed, his smirk never faltering as he half-heartedly shielded himself from your sock attacks. “what happened to sharing?” he teased, clearly unbothered by your protests. he tilted his head towards you, his grin still infuriatingly playful. “besides, you didn’t say it was off-limits.”
you huffed, glaring at him before turning your attention to the mess of pillows and blankets he had created. “ugh, you ruined everything,” you groaned dramatically, tossing your socks to the side. “it was perfect before you decided to lounge all over it.”
with a determined huff, you placed both hands on gojo’s side and began pushing his body, trying to reclaim your spot. “moveee!” you whined, but despite your efforts, his stupidly heavy body barely budged an inch. gojo, still lounging comfortably, let out a low chuckle, clearly enjoying your struggle.
geto watched from the side, his expression a mix of fondness and amusement at your futile attempts to move gojo. he knew it was a lost cause, but it was entertaining to watch you try.
gojo, meanwhile, was having the time of his life. he smirked, feeling the weight of your pushes against him. “nice try,” he said, his voice dripping with feigned praise. “but you’re gonna need more than that to move me.”
frustration bubbling over, you let out a grunt and stood up on the sofa bed, glaring down at gojo. without a second thought, you lifted your foot and stepped on his thigh, giving him a few light stomps to really drive the point home. “moveee!” you huffed, each step accompanied by a demand.
gojo chuckled at your determined attempts to move him, but your stomps were far from effective. “aww, you really think stepping on me is gonna work? that’s adorable.” he replied, completely unfazed by your efforts.
he looked up at you, his smirk widening as he chuckled. “sorry, sweetheart, but you’re gonna have to try a lot harder than that if you seriously expect me to move from this spot.”
geto watched the scene unfold, his amusement growing as you continued to attempt to displace gojo from your spot. he shook his head in mock disappointment, leaning back against the sofa. “yo’re wasting your energy,” he interjected, a smirk on his face. “you know he’s not moving an inch unless he wants to.”
you let out an exaggerated, frustrated sigh, glancing over at geto with a pout as you kept stomping on gojo’s thigh. “suguruuu, do something!” you whined, clearly fed up with gojo's stubbornness. “he’s not moving, and he’s ruining my spot!”
geto couldn’t help but chuckle softly at your exaggerated frustration. seeing you stomp on gojo like an annoyed child was amusing, but he knew if it went on any longer, you'd get even more irritated. with a calm, easy smile, he glanced at gojo and spoke in a soft tone, “satoru, come on, stop annoying her and move already.”
gojo, however, seemed to be enjoying this interaction far too much. he continued to smirk as you continued to stomp on his thigh. “oh, cmon,” he chuckled, unbothered by your frustrated attacks. “it's cute watching her try to move me. she thinks she's actually doing something.”
with an exasperated groan, you got down from the sofa bed and grabbed gojo’s ankle, determined to pull him off your spot. “ugh, you’re so annoying!” you huffed, planting your feet firmly on the ground and tugging with all your might. but, of course, gojo barely budged, not even an inch.
gojo’s laughter rang out, clearly entertained by your failed attempts. “aww, look at her go,” he teased, resting his head back against the cushions. “she really thinks she can move me. it’s adorable.”
“stop laughing!” you snapped, your frustration only growing as you tugged at his ankle harder. “you’re not even trying to move!”
meanwhile, geto just watched from the sidelines, his amusement evident as he sighed softly. “satoru, don’t you think you’ve had enough fun?” he asked, though his tone was still lighthearted, knowing how stubborn both of you could be.
gojo smirked, clearly enjoying the scene he had created. “nahh, i haven’t had enough fun yet,” he chuckled, “watching her try so hard to move me is hilarious. it's like she thinks she's dealing with a regular guy, not the strongest sorcerer in the world.” he lounged even more comfortably in your spot, enjoying your futile attempts to move him. “come on, keep it up. i’m curious how long she’ll give up.”
you glared at gojo, feeling the frustration bubbling inside you. with an exasperated sigh, you threw your fluffy socks at him in a huff. “fine! you can keep the spot!” you exclaimed, your voice a mix of annoyance and defeat.
turning away, you plopped down on the edge of the sofa bed, your back facing both him and geto. you crossed your arms tightly, trying to stifle the feeling of irritation welling up inside you, but it was hard to hold back. the playful banter was fun at first, but now it just felt like you were being teased for no reason.
gojo chuckled softly, your display of frustration only fueling his amusement. he made a show of adjusting himself in your spot, lounging even more comfortably. “aw, she’s pouting,” he commented, a smug smirk on his face. “how adorable.”
geto, however, could sense the shift in your mood. he knew how much you valued your little spot on the sofa bed, and gojo's stubbornness was starting to take its toll. “satoru,” he said firmly, “that’s enough, you've had your fun. stop teasing her.”
gojo simply chuckled, unfazed by geto’s words. “oh, cmon, it’s harmless,” he replied, still lounging in your spot. “she knows i’m just messing around. no need to be so serious.”
geto's expression hardened, his patience wearing thin with gojo's stubborn attitude. “it’s not harmless when she's clearly upset,” he said sternly, “stop being a jerk and move already.”
your body began to tremble slightly as the annoyance and frustration bubbled over, and before you knew it, tears began to spill down your cheeks. you tried to hold them back, but the overwhelming feelings were too much to bear. it was like everything had built up and finally cracked open, and you couldn't help but cry from the sheer irritation of it all.
gojo's smug expression instantly melted away the moment he noticed your tears. his smirk faded, replaced by a look of surprise and even a hint of guilt. “hey...wait a minute,” he said, shifting his position to sit up properly. “don't cry, i was just messing around.”
geto, sitting nearby, instantly noticed the change in your mood as well. his expression softened, a look of concern replacing his earlier annoyance at gojo. “idiot,” he said quietly, “look what you've done...”
you felt the warmth of gojo’s hand on your shoulder, but all it did was irritate you further. with a small, shaky shrug, you tried to shake his hand off, turning your back to him as tears continued to fall. “don’t touch me,” you murmured, your voice thick with emotion.
gojo's hand hovered awkwardly in the air as you shook it off, and his heart dropped at your response. his teasing smirk had disappeared completely now, replaced by a look of genuine remorse. “princess, i... i didn't mean to make you cry,” he said, his voice filled with guilt.
geto, watching the scene unfold, felt a pang in his chest as he witnessed the sudden change in the atmosphere. he knew this was all gojo's doing, and he silently shot him an accusing glare.
gojo’s face fell as soon as he realized how deeply he'd upset you. panic flickered in his eyes as he quickly scrambled off your spot, frantically trying to put everything back exactly the way you had it. he grabbed your pillows, fluffed them awkwardly, and placed your plushies back, but everything looked off, far from the cozy nest you’d spent time making.
“look, princess, i’m moving now,” he said hurriedly, his voice shaking slightly with worry. “you can have your spot back, i’m sorry—really. i didn’t mean to upset you this much.”
he glanced at you nervously, trying to gauge your reaction, his earlier confidence completely crumbled. he wasn’t used to seeing you like this—tears falling, body shaking—and it made his heart ache. “i swear i was just playing around, baby, but... i see now i went too far.”
geto watched quietly from his spot, his accusatory glare softening as he saw gojo’s genuine attempt to fix the situation. though he didn’t say anything, he gave gojo a small nod, silently telling him that this was the right way to handle it.
as gojo sat back, giving you all the space you needed, he added softly, “please don’t cry, princess. you can have your spot back just the way you like it. i promise i’ll behave.”
you shook your head stubbornly, not wanting to face gojo right now. “no,” you said softly, your voice muffled as you moved to geto’s side instead— not the side where your spot usually are— curling up against him and burying your face in his neck. the warmth and comfort of geto’s presence calmed you, his steady heartbeat reassuring you that everything would be okay.
you could still feel gojo’s gaze on you, but you didn’t want to acknowledge it. you just wanted to escape the frustration of the moment and find solace in the familiarity of geto’s embrace. “i don’t want it anymore,” you murmured, trying to hold back the remaining tears as you clung to him, seeking comfort in the way geto always made you feel safe.
geto's arms instinctively wrapped around you, cradling you gently against his body. he held you tightly, his fingers running through your hair in a soothing motion. “shh, it's okay... there you go,” he murmured, his voice soft and comforting.
he gave another glance to gojo, noting the pained expression on his face. geto's heart ached as he saw how genuinely guilty gojo looked, clearly realizing the consequences of his actions. gojo remained silent as he sat back, his eyes fixed on the two of you, watching with a mixture of regret and longing.
gojo took a deep breath, his heart heavy with guilt as he watched you nestled against geto. he could see the way your body trembled slightly, and it made him realize just how far he had gone with his teasing.
hesitantly, he moved to sit beside you, his presence bringing a wave of warmth but also uncertainty. he reached out, running his hand gently along your back in an attempt to comfort you. “hey,” he started softly, his voice laced with remorse, “i’m really sorry. i didn’t mean to upset you. it was just a stupid joke.”
he watched your reaction closely, hoping to see some sign that you could forgive him, while his fingers continued to stroke your back, trying to convey his sincerity and desire to make things right. “please don’t cry. i promise i’ll behave,” he added, his tone earnest as he looked at the back of your head, hoping you could see how much he truly cared.
geto felt your body tense slightly as gojo moved closer and began to gently run his hand along your back. he could sense your confusion and the conflicting feelings that must be going through your mind.
he held you tighter, his embrace a silent reassurance that he was there for you no matter what. geto remained silent, letting you decide how to respond to gojo's apology, his chest rising and falling with steady breaths as he waited for your response.
you let out a soft, muffled protest against geto's shoulder, your voice barely above a whisper. “no, you ruined my spot,” you said, your tone still laced with annoyance. even as you clung to geto, the frustration bubbled beneath the surface, a reminder of gojo's earlier antics.
you peeked up at gojo, your eyes still glistening with unshed tears. “it was perfect the way i had it,” you continued, your pout returning as you tried to suppress a smile despite the situation. “and now it's all messed up because of you.”
as you spoke, you felt the warmth of geto's embrace grounding you, giving you the strength to voice your feelings. it was hard to stay mad when you knew gojo hadn't intended to hurt you, but the frustration still lingered.
geto's smile widened slightly as he held you, recognizing the familiar cycle all too well. he knew that on days when you were more sensitive, gojo's playful teasing could easily tip the scales, leaving you upset. it was a routine he had come to accept, a dance of emotions between the three of you that always ended in laughter and understanding.
he kept his arms wrapped around you, providing a steady support as you sulked against him. in that moment, he didn't need to say anything; his presence alone was enough to convey his comfort and care.
gojo's heart twisted at the sight of you pouting as you spoke, a mix of guilt and affection filling his chest. he knew how much you valued your little spot and how much effort you had put into making it your own.
he sighed softly, his hand still rubbing soothing circles along your back. “i know, sweetheart, and i'm really sorry,” he said, his voice filled with genuine remorse. “i shouldn't have messed it up like that. i swear i'll fix it. i promise.”
gojo couldn't help but wear a sheepish expression, even as he tried to maintain his playful demeanor. he shifted closer, his voice softening. “i really am sorry, okay?” he said, looking between you and geto. “i didn't mean to ruin your spot. i’ll make it up to you, i promise.”
but even as he spoke, he couldn’t resist adding with a hint of mischief, “next time, just make it a little harder to mess with, alright?” it was a typical gojo remark, but beneath it was a genuine desire to see you smile again.
you lifted your head from geto’s neck, a fire igniting in your eyes as you glared at gojo. the moment your gaze met his, a mix of irritation and affection bubbled up inside you. “you’re so annoying!” you exclaimed, hitting his chest lightly with the back of your hand. “you better fix my spot and make it up to me later!”
gojo, catching your small, half-hearted hit against his chest, couldn’t help but smile wider. he knew he’d won this battle. the sight of you pouting and hitting him was all too familiar.
he chuckled playfully, feigning a wince from your weak attack. “alright, alright, i will!” he replied, his eyes sparkling with amusement. “just give me a moment, princess. i’ll fix your spot and you can give me a list of ways to make it up to you later, how’s that?”
you let out a short hum, still sulking slightly as you crossed your arms and relented, “alright.” despite your annoyance, you could feel the warmth of his affection breaking through your frustration.
gojo chuckled, clearly delighted by your reaction, and repeated your words in a playful tone, “alright.” then, leaning in closer, he pressed a gentle kiss to your forehead, his lips lingering for a moment as he whispered another apology. “i’m really sorry for messing up your spot. i promise it’ll be even better once i’m done.”
you pouted a little more at the sound of your own words echoed back to you, but the feeling of gojo's kiss against your forehead was undeniable. it softened your heart, making it impossible to stay mad at him for long.
geto, still holding you against him, watched the two of you with a mixture of affection and amusement. he could sense the tension easing, and even he had to admit that seeing you and gojo making up was one of his favorite things to witness.

Hi! I'm not sure if your request is open but I will still try to do a request and I'm really sorry if I requested something that doesn't go with your rules! So my request is how would the nrc boys react to there s/o going back home? Like Crowley finally found a way to open the portal that will bring them back home, how would they react to it?
(Sorry if my english is bad it's not my first language)
Tumblr media
𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝
author’s note : thank you for the request! off home we go…
i really do wonder what it’ll be like in game when mc finally gets to go back home.
Tumblr media
in just the blink of an eye, you were gone, and the portal closed—never to be opened again.
heartslabyul
you leaving was a massive hit to riddle’s heart. he tries to remain the same stern, strong housewarden he’s always been, but there’s no hiding the pain. all much to his distress, he’s noticeably more deflated, there’s less energy in his tone when he speaks, and he zones out when he shouldn’t. he can’t help but wish he spent more time with you and was more affectionate. he should’ve made more time, especially since you were of such high priority to him.
trey struggles to hide his constant sadness. he still has to be a reliable vice housewarden, but it’s hard when everything is weighing so heavily on his mind. he’s always helping others relax, but he can’t seem to get himself in a lighter mood now. how ironic. when he thinks of your relationship, he has some regrets about always being kind of reserved about his feelings. he was a good boyfriend, for sure, but his heart aches thinking about how he never did show the full extent of how much he loves you while he had the chance.
cater finally made a deep, meaningful connection with someone, and it’s over. just like that. and for the first time, a good relationship didn’t end because of him being forced to move. he’d laugh if he wasn’t so heartbroken. he just can’t win. he’ll spend hours every day, nearly every bit of free time he has, scrolling through the hundreds of pictures and posts he made with you. they comfort him, but they’ll never be enough.
ace knew this day would come for a long time. he’s been dreading it, but he’s always just pushed thinking of it away, deep in the back of his mind. can’t avoid it now, though. when you said your goodbyes and left, he confidently told himself he’d take your departure like a champ… that didn’t last long at all. very quickly, he was in shambles. ace stops caring about nearly everything outside of the situation for a while, only doing the bare minimum of what he needs to. he can only think of you. he really, really misses you. he wants you back here. he wants to go on adventures with you again. they were chaotic, but he’d do it all again.
deuce struggles very heavily with his feelings after you’ve left. he tries desperately to pick himself back up, because you wouldn’t want him moping around all the time. that’s right… he has to do good for you. he’ll get back on his feet at some point. and he’ll become the honor student he always said he’d be. he swears on it. and he’ll pursue all the stuff after graduation he wants to do! even though you’re not beside him anymore, he knows you’ll be cheering him on from your world. he’s cheering you on, too.
savanaclaw
leona remembers the way you’d always talk to him about something or do something in the background whenever he tried to nap. he’d always tell you to pipe down so he could enjoy the silence. that silence isn’t so relaxing now that you’re gone. everything in general feels shittier. there’s a lot less of him sleeping and more of him lying down while reflecting. in the times he can fall asleep, he tends to dream of you. his herbivore still gets to bug him in his dreams. he never complains in them. the only way he can be with you now is in that head of his.
naturally, ruggie is crushed. every day alone feels like another stab in the chest, yet he’s gotta keep going on. he has to work hard, get money, and make sure he can eat as always. memories of you always creep into his mind when he’s trying to be at peace. and especially when he’s working. you used to help him around a lot, so of course not having your presence around anymore is very hard to ignore. you better not be slacking off over in your world! but more than that, you better be happy. make all this hurt in his heart at least somewhat worth it.
underneath jack’s uncaring demeanor is a whole lot of longing. he knows the portal can’t be opened again, but he thinks about if it could be a lot. it sure would be nice if it could. wolf beastmen typically only date and have one special someone for their whole lives, and he’s happy you were his. if somehow, some way, you manage to come back, he’s loyally waiting here for you.
octavinelle
azul is completely devastated. he needs to get it together as soon as possible, he knows. but it’s just too difficult. that emotional side of him can’t take this. he finds it difficult to even look at the items you left behind for him, because all he feels when he sees them is misery. the only thing that comes to mind is how he wants you back with him. bringing you into a contract or preventing you from leaving through other means would’ve gone against your trust for him, but he selfishly finds himself wishing he had. he had so many plans for the future with you.
jade, when asked how he’s doing now that you’re gone, always says he’s ‘a bit upset, but managing’… that doesn’t even begin to explain his feelings. he regrets not destroying that portal when he had the chance. he does a remarkable job at continuing to fulfill his duties despite the pain, but he’s constantly burning with longing and frustration on the inside.
floyd will never forgive you for leaving. you didn’t like him enough to stay, huh?! sure, it’s a huge ask to leave your whole world behind, but he kind of convinced himself that you still would’ve done it for him and your other friends. he should’ve grabbed you by the heels and pulled you out of the portal before it was too late. day-to-day life becomes dull. bleak. the things you two used to do together are no longer fun. he comes to realize that the activities themselves weren’t fun. it was you that made every day enjoyable, and he’ll never get to experience that kind of life again.
scarabia
kalim has been feeling kinda guilty. he should be nothing but happy you got to return home, he believes. and he is glad! … but he’s so miserable, too. he wants to remain positive through everything, but all his attempts just keep falling flat. this party is so much fun…! but he’d feel livelier if you were attending. he’s learning so much in this class! … but he wishes he was able to study with you later. his mind just always circles back to you. he surrounds himself with people all the time and has the most fun he can to try coping, but it still all feels wrong. he misses you so much.
jamil got a taste of a happy life, and it’s over. he feels defeated. the day you’d return to your world was something that plagued his mind often. he knew it was coming for a while, but it didn’t make it hurt any less. there’s nothing to be done now—he can’t bring you back here—so he just sort of buries his feelings as he desperately tries to move on. ‘if i just focus on working and my duties, sooner or later, i’ll feel at least somewhat normal again,’ he tells himself. ‘there’s no time to be sad anyways.’ he’ll never move on, though. he couldn’t when you meant so much to him.
pomefiore
you’re gone. vil hates to mope, but he can’t escape it. his head and heart both ache constantly as he gets through days as best as he can manage. routinely, he lets all the sadness out at the end of the day, when he’s alone. all this crying is unbefitting of him, but it’d be worse for him if he kept it all bottled up. and he did always lecture you about the importance of both a healthy mind and body, so he can’t be a hypocrite now. he wonders how you’re doing all on your own…
rook mourns like you’ve died rather than gone home. the circumstances feel somewhat similar to him, though. wouldn’t you agree? think of it: he can’t speak with you, spend all day by your side, or so much as see your beautiful face again. all he has left is the many photos he took of you, as well as the journals about you he had spent time working on and collecting. and he’ll continue to write and think about you. truly, you’re the most beautiful person in every sense to him. you’ll be his muse forever.
epel is so bitter. he didn’t give you an easy time when he heard of your decision to leave, as well as the time leading up to your actual departure. he kept to himself more, sulking. when the time came for you two to say your goodbyes, all his tears of frustration and sadness came out. he really was wishing you’d stay forever. he understands that you can’t abandon your world, but he’s still so frustrated that there’s not a solution where both of you can be happy.
ignihyde
idia doesn’t know how he could even begin to get through this. he wants to just shut down, but he can’t even do that. every second of every day, he’s thinking of you. there’s hardly any coping with video games or media he likes, because he can’t take his mind off everything. he wanted to be considerate of your feelings, so he let you leave, despite the thought of being without you ever again making him nauseous. if he could go back in time and beg for you to stay instead, he would.
diasomnia
malleus is in a constant state of pain and longing. forgive him for his selfishness, but if things went how he truly wished, that portal would’ve never been opened. he spends a lot of time in ramshackle, reminiscing. he’s tempted to take the items left behind by you—incomplete letters addressed to him, pillows, even objects as mundane as your pencils—but he doesn’t. he leaves them just as they are, lying in your dorm. it makes it look as though you still live here. as if you’d come in at any time, and the two of you could spend another evening together.
lilia tries to think and act maturely about your departure. he had been emotionally preparing himself for it ages beforehand… but unfortunately, it still hadn’t cushioned the blow very much at all. he’s glad you get to reunite with your world, and he doesn’t want to sulk, but it hurts. with hundreds of years of being alive, lilia has made lots of memories, both joyful and sad. you certainly go down as both. how painful it is to think of how you’re gone now... but. he’s glad he met you.
sebek, for a while, holds almost a kind of resentment towards you. you’ve left him. logically, he knows he shouldn’t have expected you to leave your world behind for your life here in twisted wonderland, but he’s still just so bitter. it takes a lot of effort from the people around him to talk him out of that bitterness. but eventually, he starts to crack. he gave you quite a hard time about your decision to leave, and the guilt is getting to him. he thinks about your relationship often. he loves you a lot, and he’s sorry he was never quite good at expressing it properly while he had the chance.
silver is as heartbroken as you’d imagine. the good in his heart always tells him to be happy that you’ve returned to your world. your home, that you’ve been waiting for so long to go back to. it helps. as much of a nuisance his constant dozing off is to him, he’s now able to find a sort of comfort in it. that’s because he dreams of you a lot. and even if it’s not the real, physical you that he’s talking to, touching, and spending time with in those dreams, he can only take what he can get now. it hurts a little more each time he wakes up.

Hi!! I would like to request somn! (Twst)
I've been thinking, since early in the story the ramshackle dorm is rundown and old and basically abandoned
so what if MC/Yuu tried to sleep on their bed but ofc since its old it just breaks and hurts their back
so may i request to see if Ruggie, Azul and Idia (separated) would let MC/Yuu sleep with them on their bed? (romantic btw)
(or they can let them sleep on the FLOOR-)
Sharing a bed with Ruggie, Azul, Idia
I wanted to make them sleep on the floor just for giggles but I love the single bed trope too much to let it go. thanks for the request <3
Tumblr media
You’d think after everything that had happened to you—being thrown into some magic-filled hellscape, dealing with literal monsters and chaotic students—that the universe would cut you a little slack. But no, apparently, even when you’re just trying to go to bed, Ramshackle Dorm has other plans.
You had just flopped onto your ancient, creaky bed, exhausted from a day of not dying, when—CRACK.
The bedframe split right down the middle, sending you crashing to the floor with the most undignified yelp you’d ever made. You lay there for a moment, staring at the ceiling, trying to figure out how the universe hated you this much.
“Well. That’s just great,” you muttered to yourself, rubbing your sore back. You tried to push the mattress back into place, but it was hopeless. The bed was dead. There was no fixing it tonight.
Which left you with only one option: find someone to share a bed with.
Ruggie Bucchi
You trudged to Ruggie’s dorm room, knocking on the door with the energy of someone who had been emotionally crushed along with their bed. The door creaked open to reveal Ruggie’s grinning face.
“Eh? What’re you doin’ here at this hour, huh?”
“My bed broke,” you deadpanned. “I need somewhere to crash.”
Ruggie blinked, then snorted. “The ghost bed finally gave up, huh? Figures.”
You rolled your eyes, but couldn’t deny he had a point. “Can I sleep here or not?”
Ruggie grinned wider, obviously enjoying your misery. “Yeah, sure, come on in. But don’t expect me to give up the whole bed. I ain’t got much space.”
“Fine,” you sighed, “I’ll take a corner. Just… let me sleep.”
You climbed into his surprisingly cozy bed, and he made a big show of sprawling out, starfish-style, as if trying to take up every inch of space. “Comfy, huh?”
“Very,” you muttered sarcastically, but as you shifted to find a spot, you felt the warmth of his body near yours.
Somehow, as you drifted off to sleep, you both ended up gravitating closer, until you woke up in the middle of the night, realizing your head was resting on his chest.
Your eyes flew open, and you froze, realizing that you were completely snuggled up against him. And worse? He didn’t seem to mind. In fact, his arm was draped around you, holding you close.
You blinked, heart racing. This was... actually kind of nice?
Ruggie stirred, blinking down at you with a sleepy grin. “Well, well. Cuddle monster, are ya?”
You wanted to die of embarrassment. “I didn’t—You—The bed—”
He just laughed softly. “Relax. Not so bad, huh?”
You hesitated, then sighed. “I guess not.”
“See? I’m always right.” He grinned, then gave you a gentle squeeze. “Now, go back to sleep, or I’m charging you rent for hoggin’ my warmth.”
Tumblr media
Azul Ashengrotto
“Azul, I need to sleep in your room,” you announced the second he opened the door to Octavinelle.
Azul blinked, adjusting his glasses. “Excuse me?”
“My bed broke,” you said with all the exhaustion of a person who had given up on life. “And I need a place to sleep.”
Azul stared at you, clearly processing. “And… you’ve come to me? Of all people?”
You sighed, too tired for this. “Floyd’s a maniac, Jade will probably cook something weird at 2 a.m., so yes. I came to you.”
Azul pushed up his glasses, clearly flustered but trying to act composed. “Very well. But I must inform you that my quarters don’t have a spare bed. You will have to share mine.”
You blinked. “Fine. I’m too tired to care.”
Azul looked mildly scandalized, but he stepped aside, letting you in. His room was surprisingly neat, but there was only one bed—one very large, comfortable-looking bed. Without another word, you climbed in.
Azul hesitated for a moment, clearly weighing the pros and cons of sharing a bed with you, but eventually he slid in beside you, keeping a respectable distance.
At least, that was the plan.
You both woke up in the morning tangled in the sheets, Azul’s arm slung over your waist, your head resting on his shoulder.
Azul’s eyes fluttered open, and for a moment, neither of you moved. Then, very slowly, he looked down at you, eyes wide with confusion and panic. “I—this wasn’t—”
You blinked up at him, realizing just how close you were. “Uh… morning?”
Azul turned an alarming shade of red but didn’t move. In fact, his arm tightened just slightly. “This is… highly unprofessional,” he muttered, though he made no effort to pull away.
You snorted. “Yeah, sure. But it’s not so bad.”
Azul blinked at you, his panic melting into a soft, almost shy smile. “No… I suppose not.”
Tumblr media
Idia Shroud
When you knocked on the door to Ignihyde, you half expected Idia to ignore you. But to your surprise, the door cracked open, revealing his glowing yellow eyes.
“What’re you doing here?” he asked, eyes darting around nervously.
“My bed broke,” you said bluntly. “I need a place to crash.”
Idia blinked. “Uh… okay? But I don’t have a guest bed.”
You sighed. “That’s fine. I’ll take the floor.”
Idia looked even more nervous, scratching the back of his head. “Uh, well… it’s just me in here, so I guess you can… share mine?”
You stared at him for a moment, realizing what he was offering. “Sure. Why not.”
Idia nearly short-circuited at your casual response, but he let you in anyway, leading you to his surprisingly large bed. You both climbed in, and Idia immediately plastered himself to the very edge, leaving a wide gap between you.
“Y-you can have more space,” he mumbled, staring intently at the ceiling.
“Thanks,” you said, too tired to worry about the awkwardness. But as you both drifted off, the cold air of the room seemed to pull you closer, until, somewhere in the night, you ended up pressed against Idia’s side.
When you woke up, your head was resting on his chest, his arm slung loosely around you.
Idia’s hair flickered wildly when he realized where he was, his entire face turning bright red. “Wha—how—uh—what are you doing?!”
You groggily blinked up at him. “Sleeping?”
“I—I didn’t mean to—this wasn’t—” Idia was flustered beyond belief, but he made no move to untangle himself from you.
You smirked. “You’re warm. This isn’t so bad, you know.”
Idia blinked at you, his panic fading just a little. “R-really?”
You nodded, settling back against him. “Yeah. Kinda nice, actually.”
Idia’s hair flared bright pink for a moment, but then he relaxed, his arm resting a little more confidently around you. “O-okay. Just… don’t tell anyone.”
You grinned. “Your secret’s safe with me.”

Numerology observations
I've genuinely learned a lot from @novy2sirius when it comes to numerology so much so that it has helped me make so much sense out of many experience in my life. Therefore I wanted to share some numerology observations with all of you.

People with 9 energy are so deceitful, they are easily seen as innocent. On the contrary people can see 9s as someone pretty suspicious because they have an air of mystery to them and are the kind of person who you think you know but actually you don't like at all. They always hide the most BIZARRE shit, I'm telling you their life is SO weird. This is how I see 9 people tbh lmao
I've never met a 11 life path person that was emotionally okay, but the weird thing is that they tend to want to lie to themselves and pretend they are okay all the time. All the ones that've met had diagnosed depression and spent big chunks of their lives in very VERY low lows like it's truly hard to watch. Also, random note but I've seen that they are secretly very resentful too and have a hard time letting go of things and moving on. Most of the 11 people I've met had Earth Moon or strong Saturn influence in their moon
Also, I met a 11 guy once who would often say "I have no doubt in my mind that I will be famous" lol (11 is rated to fame)
22 is a more chill number. I've seen more developed 22s than developed 11s. 22 people are very mature and level-headed, tend to have very balanced mindset for most things. However they tend to think they're the only ones who know best, they give good advice but suck at taking any.
So one of the things Novy said is that the date you meet someone in will be a significant energy in the relationship you have with them. Every person I've met on a 5 day are people I travel a lot with or people I've had long-distance relationships with (5 is related travel)
I don't have much experience with 2 energy but from what I've seen it is pretty mellow energy. The people with 2 energy are pretty harmless individuals even when they have other intense energies going on
I get along with 7 life path people cause I'm a 5 but something I've noticed about these people is that they really do struggle making genuine connections "from the heart" if that makes sense. They always rationalize getting in and out of a relationship giving more importance to practical/beneficial reasons rather than emotional ones. When they do try to follow their heart they fail miserably cause they confuse making decisions from their heart with total recklessness
Life path 1 people are so.... immature. And have very obvious anger issues. They have the patience and emotional regulation of a toddler, really do embody the Aries stereotype. At their worst they can be pretty intolerant towards other's pov. Yeah life path 1 is very passionate and driven and all and I do get along with them but I also tend to keep at arms length a little cause they're energy is very chaotic and destructive tbh
Let me tell you too that unhealthy life path 1 people are one of the most CRUEL and mean people I've ever seen like... it's giving blood lust (not literally but you know what I mean)
Life path 6 can indeed be caring and generous but I've met a lot of them who are actually very selfish, greedy and materialistic. It's like they see life mostly through the lens of material gain. They literally remind me of this clip fr.
I have good experience with 6 people tho. My manager for example is a 6 life path and I literally don't know what I'd do without him, he's so patient, always there when I need him and is always on my side even when I mess up. 6 people are also very good at setting healthy boundaries too
A lot of the life path 6 I've met had taurus placements or where earth doms astrologically
The number I struggle getting along with the most is 4 tbh. They are huge party poppers even when they're healthy and have more need for control than 8s imo. A lot of 4 people I know are the type to rain on your parade for no reason in the name of being "realistic" but really they're just being bitter imo. I know 4 people have a hard life but I've noticed they tend to often have this attitude of "if I couldn't be happy then you can't either"
What I've noticed with 8 people is that yes they can be controlling but it's not like they go around policing others like 4s do. 8s control in a very subtle and indirect way, it really reminds me a lot of scorpio energy/8th house placements. It's more like they keep in control in any situation by staying low-key and are the kind of people that is hard to knock down, yet they know how to get under other's skin
I'd describe 8s as more domineering. They can be pretty chill, fun and won't mess with anyone as long as they feel like they have the upper hand in situations. That's why they are stubborn af and refuse to be wrong and why they do not react well AT ALL to animosity. This also means that at their worst tend to have HUGE superiority complex and will minimize others and be condescending just to feel superior
One time I witnessed an argument between a 1 and an 8 (it was messy) and even tho the 8 person was wrong imo they made the 1 person back down eventually (which, if you know how 1s are, that's a huge thing) and from that experience I learned that you're better off disagreeing with a 1 than disagreeing with an 8
People with 3 energy have such a refreshing energy I love them!!!! The type to keep a young spirit regardless of their age but like in a good way. Their sense of hope and optimism can't be crushed, all the ones I've met were the kind of people who always knew how to bounce back from difficult situations.

astro notes volume nine
༊࿐ gemini’s often get hated on because a lot of people hate themselves but don’t realize it. gemini’s are mirrors. they try to relate to you as much as possible. this is also why they’re so charming. they match people’s vibes. long term though people tend to dislike them since they don’t wanna meet themselves/be around people like them. this isn’t always the case of course. when low vibrational there is definitely gemini’s that are fake since the sign is associated with gossip. there is times when they will be nice to your face and then talk bad about you behind your back. however, high vibrational ones put their energy toward their interests and don’t gossip, but instead have better communication skills and are direct with people
༊࿐ aquarius’ are probably the most misunderstood sign. every one i’ve met has just had a chaotic upbringing and because of this they have lots of chaos going on their mind sometimes. they don’t always know how to express themselves perfectly as they’re the opposite sign of leo, so they can come off as cold and insensitive. i’ve actually found often times they don’t even truly know when they’re being insensitive though until they’ve been called out by someone and then (if they’re evolved) they do try and correct this if they know they’ve hurt someone, so in other words it’s not that they don’t care about you, it’s that they can be quite literally unaware due to their upbringing and them being raised in a “cold” household. i would say especially aquarius moons though
༊࿐ moon square mars can indicate what your soul truly wants to do in life doesn’t always align with your actions and it may take some time for you to make changes in your life or change who you are as a person. for these people change is harder than it is for others since the moon is associated with comfortability, squares create obstacles, and mars is where we take action they want to stay in their comfort zone and can lack motivation at times depending on where they happen to be at in life. people with this aspect should force themselves to do things they don’t want to in order to try and work through this square
༊࿐ venus and the ascendant are great placements to check for fashion, but if you want more info about fashion you can also check the house of your neptune as it is the higher octave of venus. the sign in neptune doesn’t change often, so it won’t be telling, but the house can be helpful! for example, neptune in the 10h could indicate looking better in classy clothes, professional clothes, brown clothes, or darker colored clothing
༊࿐ jupiter is the planet of ease, so yes it can show things that come to us with ease, but it can also show areas where we’re lazy because jupiter discusses the areas we haven’t had to ever work for. for example, jupiter in the 5h could indicate being too lazy to have any hobbies that are productive and just enjoying watching netflix, jupiter in the 4h could indicate being too lazy to leave the house and just being a huge homebody, etc
༊࿐ your 4th house ruler can tell the type of things that you inherit from your family members. this doesn’t just include hereditary things, but also things we have in common with our family that we’ve learnt as children and taken into adulthood. for example, often those with their 4th house ruler in the 7th house act a lot like their parents do in their own relationships once they start dating or genetically it could mean having similar beauty to one of your parents (usually the mother)
༊࿐ your 8th house profection year is at 19 years old which is why we hear most people say that 19 is a really hard age. it’s a very transformational time in your life for multiple reasons. 19 is also the number of negative karma in numerology, so it will especially be a struggle if you’ve got a lot of unresolved karma that you’re carrying with you. it can be even worse if you’re a gemini or cancer ascendant because it will also be a saturn year for you on top of it being an 8h year. for profection charts everyone will have the same house years, but not planets in each year
༊࿐ the part of fortune can show what type of luck we attract at our worst moments (when we need it most). this is different than jupiter representing ways in our life we get lucky in general. for example, an aries part of fortune can indicate getting what you want by being direct/assertive with people or getting really lucky during super dangerous moments when you’ve could’ve literally died. i know someone with their part of fortune in the 10th house who didn’t go to college and basically lounged around at 18-19 doing nothing with their life, but then at 20 created an online business and got really lucky because it happened to blow up on tiktok. they were at the worst point in their life before their company blew up though, so as you can see part of fortune is more about major lucky events that happen right after you’re at a low point in life
