Okay, I have some strong opinions.

Blackthorn

Blackthorn was one that I actually went against my first instincts on. Because my first thought was "obviously catboy" BUT that's small-brain, big brain is realizing he's so unbelievably dogboy coded. But specifically like this kind of dog

Same guy. He's just a nervous dogboy. My second piece of dogboy propoganda is him turning into a guard dog SO quickly when that photographer was taking pictures of Varg. Here's the video of that

Occultus

Dogboy obviously. I don't think I even need to defend this one.

Pelle

Catboy, ironically enough. And I use this to my full advantage, I will never stop comparing Pelle to cats in my fics. I can see the argument for Pelle having a slight dogboy lean too.

Faust

Dogboy. One of the big ones that are super destructive (thinking specifically back to the car scene) and don't realize how big they are, so they run full-speed into you and almost knock you over (thinking about him nearly throwing Øystein to the ground by hugging him.) Again, I can see the argument for him having a slight catboy lean too.

Dogboy, but one of the well-behaved ones that can chill out.

"Wild Hearts" - Continuing to think in linocut terms and imagining if I had access to silver and gold inks as well. Things like this would have to be REAL big. I find carving relaxing when all the artistic decisions are already made. I wonder if the local arts place would ever have a printmaking class that could walk me through their presses or printing technique...I can carve the blocks themselves just fine.

The absolute mystery that is my fucking cat, man. He doesn't like when he's in my room all day when I'm working, but if I let him out to the house at large, all he does is stand in the hallway between my room and the room of MY SLEEPING BROTHER and scream endlessly. He actually screams more out of my room than in it (he's very vocal in general)!

As best as I can tell, he has the following demands: (1) all doors must be open at all times, including ones to the catio; (2) I must be within sight of him at all times; (3) he should get to be wherever he wants, with me there also; (4) I should be eating cat food with him.

It does not matter that he has never once gotten these demands. He doesn't have object permanence.
