Alter introduction

A list of common alters im familiar enough with i can sense when they front, and actually recall info on them.

Kiba: he/him. White wolf with black hair and markings, and yellow eyes. both feral and anthro forms, a bit edgy and likes to smoke weed. Host from middle school through about sophomore year of highschool. Created when i was about 8 from a stuffed wolf i named kiba, who was a character who was supposed to be the badass leadership woman i wanted when i was younger, then later he was influenced by multiple characters from wolf's rain(Kiba and Tsume). Easily a more common Fronter than most, friendly and social but relatively introverted. Married semi platonically to Mitten back in 8th grade.

Mitten: She/her. Young silver tabby cat with white underbelly and markings on her face, paws and tail as well as Blue eyes. Created in 6th grade(at about 11 years old) from thinking i could talk to ghosts, and i decided to help a friend say goodbye to her cat(Laric) and her cat's kittens(Mitten and her 5 siblings). Influenced heavily by Christianity, and is meant to protect me from my own suicidal thoughts. Trained to be a guardian angel and demon killer for years before we stopped believing in Christianity, and now she helps organize and protect the system from themselves, each other, and outside forces. A bit chaotic and crazy. Likes to use her wild energy for good.

Jesper: he/him. Young mutt with a brown coat, and darker patches similar to the children's book character Spot. One pointy ear and one floppy, and green eyes. Has a lot of traits of just an excitable young boy with intense puppy traits. Created based off of our first childhood plushie named Simba, who was a tiny white dog with brown spots and folded ears. Loves plushies and is very friendly and playful.

Charlie: he/him. 20's ginger man with freckles, wild hair, and often dresses like a pilot for the aesthetic. Social and outgoing, with more comprehension than others in the system and a lot more grounded than most. Fluctuates accents and sometimes cant speak clearly because so much changing is happening to his voice. Often speaks with a purposeful American accent (either midwestern or country) to hide his embarrassment. Influenced by Buck from the Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs in personality, voice, and energy, as well as our cousin who we looked up to.

Abby: she/her. Short and fat with big curly orange hair. Looks like a dwarf from LOTR and talks with a scottish accent. Outgoing with little anxiety about anything, including just talking out loud when fronting. We cant match her accent with our body yet but she is working on it. Based slightly on our childhood friend Isabel, but mostly on how we wanted to be around her.

David: he/him. Tall, lean man the same age as the body with short black hair. Based a lot on the cousin we looked up to, and is just as confident and understanding. Likes guns and tanks and fighting, strategy games, and being active. Can hold the body in a way that hurts less. Created so we could talk to our family without feeling so awful.

Clyde: he/him. Nondescript guy with scars and an aged look. Unsure of general age(it fluctuates). Werewolf, because we tried many spells growing up to become one. He fullfills our rage and desire to painfully become a beast who will fight back and kill violently without much remosre. Trauma holder. Doesnt talk or front much but carries a lot of anger reactions to things. Means well but accidentally lashes out at others.

Oli: he/they. Medium height chubby teen. Blonde hair, green eyes, and freckles. Is Mute but fronts a lot during work to do the cleaning and organizing. Has help from our Simon collective when words are actually needed. Warm and hearty, identifies with the body a lot.

Zeke: he/him. Taller pale boy, with freckles and brown eyes. No better way to say it, sexual alter. Trauma holder. A bit inappropriate at times and has lashed out a few times due to not being believed. Very cooperative and polite now but used to be persecutor. Identifies with body somewhat but he is thinner.

Kiara: she/her. Younger girl at about 10, matches up with what i looked like at that age. Apparently Normal Part who presents as what i thought i was before i knew i had trauma. Wears a specific outfit i wore to a town festival yearly for a while. Shy, sweet, loves to draw and MLP. Very shy and will only talk to people she recognizes and trusts a lot

Sam: he/they. Most like the body but shares Oli's face. Talkative and neutral on a lot, doesnt front often. Was created to exist in the body and feel specifically neutral about it to take care of hygiene and personal care.

Mikah: she/her. About 11 years old, with black hair and a bit of a hispanic tone to her skin(despite us being white. We think its based off a childhood friend). She is the main group artist, and is very good at her work. Will often be the one to switch in and work long hours on projects. Extremely shy, mostly mute, and unfriendly except towards her faves (Mitten, Zim, Kiba)

King Moa: she/her. A slightly older Kiara, with trauma memories instead of being an ANP. About 16 years old, and is a bit less shy but still very wary due to said trauma. Doesnt come out much. Her name is a heavily warped version of our dead name, and calls herself King due to the nature of our body's pronouns as well as being a base for a multitude of fragments who all stick close to her as if she was their caretaker. Though she doesnt do anything for them, just contains their memories and thoughts, and undertands.

Simon: he/they. Short and lean ginger with freckles and either green or brown eyes. Often called the Simon Collective, he is possibly not an alter yet, though has shown signs of existing. Is really just an occasionally fused combination of several fragments including but not necessarily limited to Raphael, Anthony, Ethan, Tyler, Alex, Conner, Nate, Nicky, Jamie and Grant. Most of which I'm a lot less familiar with, but i can recognize them quicker when they or some combination of them are together as Simon.

Description: a large reddish brown tabby molly with a fluffy tail and scars, one notable on her head; green eyes

An opportunist Rita gladly took the offer Pinestar gave her to join the Clowder of Thunder after her Pride was killed by Wargs. Taking the name Robinpaw she grudgingly accepts the then deputy Mumblethroat as her mentor in hopes that after she finds her special skill she will be given an more important mentor and one not so old that should had retired long ago. To her disappointment she never did, her only good skills were hunting and fighting, the skills that any warrior can do. Much to her rage and anger many say it’s because of her outsider blood and thus began her many rants that those who joined the Clowders have to prove their worth that their is no such thing as slacking off.

Once given the name Robinwing she started courting Speckletail, a caretaker and a Catriles whose blood has been in the Clowder for many generations. While many know that Robinwing didn’t courted her for love, there is no denying that they do love each other, that Robinwing will take no comments against her mate. In fact when Speckeltail took in the two foundlings, Goldenflower and Lionheart she told them they better work hard that not only were they outsiders but any fault against them would be place on Specketail’s shoulders which just made her mate shake her head and roll her eyes telling the two foundlings to not listen to the old grouch.

When she had Cherrypaw and Chestnutpaw she was very excited, this was the start of her blood joining the Clowder… when Speckletail brought in the kit that would be known as Dustpaw she… was less so. But she could not denied her mate and thus taking the small kit in, even declaring him now her son with how well her own kits acted around him, and a small part seeing herself in him… even if she’s a little disappointed that Dustpaw had failed his trial to become a warrior along with his siblings… ignoring the rage and anger she was hearing from the likes of Sheepear who was whispering that it was because of his outsider blood and the fact that Robinwing raised him

She is very traditional in the ways of the Clowder and very much sided with Thistleclaw who should had been leader as it was his birth right not bluestar’s. She is very much angry that not only Bluestar will not declare Tigerclaw his deputy to start his training to become Leader she has now brought in a small kit from the cotillion and made the newly name Blazepaw her apprentice

1. Are you named after anyone?

Not exactly but also kinda! The L in my first name comes from my daddy's name, Larry, and the M in my middle name comes from my mama's name, Mae! So Lauren McKenzy, L & M

2. When was the last time you cried?

Yesterday probably. I cry basically every day, I'm an emotional gal.

3. Do you have kids?

Nope, but one day hopefully~ ideally I'm gonna have one and adopt one. If my body doesn't cooperate I'll probably adopt two.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

A fair amount but I'm apparently pretty bad at it? Lots of people think I'm genuine when I'm just sassin em and then folks think they upset me 😅

5. What is the first thing you notice about people?

Clothes typically, that and hair, then accessories. They're the things I give compliments on most.

6. What’s your eye color?

Brown~

7. Scary movie or happy ending?

Both are good but I do prefer a happy ending in movies. I prefer my horror in podcast or written form.

8. Any special talents?

I can eat a whole 4 inch cake in 8 minutes. Does that count?

Writing, reading, video games, table top roleplay, bdsm, singing, drawing, wandering aimlessly, and falling in love with fictional characters.

Yee~ My grump old man/baby boy Simba. He's a orange, medium hair tabby kinda cat and I love him with all my heart even tho he wakes me up at 5 am with his screaming.

12. What sports do you play/have you played?

Basketball and softball, wasn't a super big fan of either tbh. Did em both in middle school tho and I wasn't a fan of much besides Naruto XD

About 5'4 give or take an inch dependent on my hair

14. Fav subject in school?

Really depends on the teachers. I have an endless love for science, especially biology and geology but also English if the material is engaging. And while math isn't my favorite subject I've had teacher who made it my favorite class.

15. Dream job?

Trophy wife. Jk I dunno anymore. I guess I'll go with beloved fantasy author but also I would 100% take trophy wife or sugar baby.

Old Pictures Spam, Part Four: The Photo Album

I combed through all the photos and chose the best ones to place in a small album for my desk. I arranged it as close to chronological as I could.

Thicket, my brother cat, on the left and Simba on the right. Simba was ten when I was born and was my mom’s first baby, the first cat of her very own. Simba was not my biggest fan and there are no pictures of us together. She passed away when I was eight, after becoming paralyzed due to a box falling on her in the basement.

Thicket and Zeke. Thicket was my brother cat, the first living thing other than my parents who I connected with, but Zeke was the first who connected with me. He’s in nearly all my baby pictures and I’ve been told countless times how he adored me. We lost him when I was eight as well, to a heart attack.

Thicket grew up in the beautiful fat chunk in the bottom picture, and that’s how I remember him. He tragically died when we were ten, from a combination of kidney disease and what I’ve been told was “his skeletal structure shifting unhealthily to compensate for his deformed leg.” He had the loudest purr and was the first death I was able to comprehend. I was devastated when he died.

Jewel was the pet I earned. I wanted a bunny so badly. I spent an entire year researching bunnies, rabbit care, even vet care, using the public library we always went to, and summed everything up in a report which I presented to my parents in a fancy folder with clear front cover. I got my wish on Easter in 1996. Jewel has the saddest ending of any of my pets, and though it wasn’t my fault, it still eats at me to this day. In 2000 we were moving across the country, and we couldn’t take Jewel. We gave her to my cousins, who assured us they would take good care of her. Three years later, my aunt committed suicide and my cousins were shuffled to their father’s. Their cat Selena and my bunny Jewel were forgotten, and no one has ever told me exactly what happened to them. Someone knows, because my aunt and cousins lived in a house owned by my grandfather, who rented it out after she died, but no one has ever told me.

Behind Jewel is Harley. Harley was my father’s dog, and he hated pretty much everything. He had every right to, to be honest. His previous owners had gotten tired of him and thrown him away in the trash. My father, a trash man, came across him some time later at the dump at the end of his work day, starving and scrounging for food in the garbage, and after discovering he was somewhat friendly, took him home. I was always cautioned not to bother Harley, who was older and going blind and deaf, and at the time of his death was even losing his sense of smell. Harley hated cats, and me, and my parents did their best to keep us all in harmony. He did like Zeke though, and my father, and he loved sweaters. He was upset whenever he wasn’t wearing one, even in summer, and the only pictures we have of him “naked” are when we first brought him home. He passed when I was ten, due to old age.

In the second picture are Thicket and Jack. Thicket liked having cats around again, and in his old age, Jack actually became a lot like Thicket.

Ginger (and Jack) had the biggest ears as kittens. Full siblings yet their only resemblance was in the ears. Ginger was patterned in beautiful splotches of creams and browns while Jack was a classic grey and black tabby with a white belly. Ginger was very hyper active and Jack more laid back.

In 2002, Jack and Ginger became a trio again with the addition of tiny Aisha. Aisha played with Ginger, who could keep up with her energy, while Jack was her go to for naps.

Toto the cat (1982-1999): Jackie and Hyde's black cat. After Dorothy's dog, Toto (but she's a cat, whatever). Loves Jackie, but Hyde was the one who brought her into the fold. A preparation for their future children, according to Jackie.

Levi the dog (b. 1995): Jackie and Hyde's black lab, named by James (after the jeans, because he wanted some come Christmas). Levi's pretty chill, unless he sees a lake, a river, a pond, an ocean, etc. Then he will jump right in.

Hyde (handing the leash to Angie, who's with her sons, Will and Everett): Keep him away from Lake Michigan.

Angie (confused): Why?

Hyde (bluntly): He'll try to jump.

E/D:

Abby the tabby (b. 1985): Eric and Donna's orange cat (with a little bit of white). Eric brings her home from the south side, a couple of months before Kate is born.

Myrtle the turtle (b. 1993): Leah's turtle. The stuffed turtle (also named Myrtle) didn't suffice. She wanted the real thing, damn it.

Seth the cat (b. 1994): Eric and Donna's (*cough* Leah's *cough*) cat. The typical brown tabby, who Leah guilt-tripped into getting. Leah names him, hence the weird name.

Simba the cat (b. 1998): Eric and Donna's (*cough* Leah's *cough*) cat. A stray orange kitten, lingering around her elementary school. Leah guilt trips her parents into keeping him...well, mostly Eric, but Donna's a cat person. So she lets it slide. She likes having him around, okay?

Eric: Okay, this is the last one.

Leah (with a smile): You said that the last time.

Eric (shaking his head): I can't believe you still remember.

Leah (unwavering): Yeah, it was October 21, 1994.

Eric (with a sigh): Now you have two cats, and a turtle. That's it, okay?

Leah (purposely distracting him): But I feed them, give them water, and pay a lot of attention to them.

Eric: But you don't clean the litter box.

Leah: That's your job, unless you pay me.

Leah skips off, and Eric sighs, looking at Simba. Petting his head.

Eric: Ah, the circle of life. It moves us all, doesn't it?

Simba, unfazed, walks away.

Eric (with a sigh): Through despair and hope, through faith and love.

Stuff about the cats I've had over my life:

I've lived with 8 cats over the course of my life so far; Katie, Simba, Maddie, Ginseng, George, Dixie Bell, and Mike Modano.

Katie was this female mostly white calico cat. My mom got her before I was born. Katie used to live around the neighborhood my grandparents lived in at the time and briefly lived with a neighbor.

The neighbor got her declawed, but only on her front paws.

She died in 2003.

Simba

Simba was a brown tabby with black stripes.

Simba was found in a box outside the college campus my mom was studying at in 1999, along with his siblings. Someone dumped them.

My mom took Simba home.

Simba was a very friendly cat. He got along with everyone, even Maddie and Dixie. He would alert my mom if we were sick when I and my siblings were babies. He'd also curl up in our cribs (and later beds).

He got Feline diabetes as he got older and died of diabetes related issues in April 2015, at the age of 16 years old.

When we briefly hosted a stray cat called Ginseng, he and Simba got into a literal pissing war where they'd spray everything in the house. Despite Simba having been neutered years before Ginseng came.

Helped Dixie raise Mikey (along with George) after Mikey was weaned.

Maddie

Maddie was a dark gray tabby with black stripes and white paws.

According to the SPCA where she was adopted from, Maddie was rescued from a hoarding situation. This meant she didn't like other cats. The only cat she really liked in our house was Simba.

She would hiss and swat Mikey. She didn't like kittens.

Maddie tolerated George and Dixie.

Due to being from a hoarder house, she developed health issues later in life. She eventually died of liver failure in 2013 at the age of (I think) 12 years old. (She was a year or two younger than Simba)

Ginseng

A ginger tabby intact male.

He was a stray that we kept for a week before giving him to the SPCA.

He did not like Simba or Maddie.

George

A cream point cat.

We got him off a Craigslist ad in 2008.

He got along well with Simba.

When Dixie was brought in, he and Simba were the most curious about the kittens.

He has chewed on plastic, wooden chairs, fast food straws, and q-tips.

He's also tried to eat a teeny tiny bit of lettuce off the kitchen floor, dog food, pepperonis, canned tuna, and dirt that my dog Fiona has tracked inside. (He sat next to the door and dabbed his paw in the dirt then licked the dirt off his paw.) We think he might have pica.

Loves people.

If he wants fed in the morning, he will bother everyone in the house, even those who don't normally feed the cats, like my granddad or my two youngest siblings.

He has thyroid issues so he has to take pills for the rest of his life.

Currently 13 years old and just as loud and screechy and chatty as ever.

Dixie Bell

A white cat with gray patches

Lived as a feral cat around the museum my mom used to worked at. We got her in 2009 when my mom took her to the vet for spaying.

The vet said, "Yep, she's pregnant. Kittens are too far along to abort. There's four of them." My mom was like, "wait, what? But she's so skinny and malnourished. How does she have four kittens in her?"

This was actually Dixie's third litter. She was a year and a half old at the time.

In October 2009, she gave birth to four kittens; Cloud, a gray tabby female, Annie Bell, a black and white tuxedo female, Squirrel, a gray tabby male, and Mike Modano, a white male with black patches. Mike was the largest of the four kittens.

Sadly, Annie, Cloud, and Squirrel died of fading kitten syndrome.

She was spayed when Mike was weaned.

Loves my stepdad and my mom. Also me.

Steals things from me, my brothers', and my little sister's bedrooms and brings them to my parents in the middle of the night and meows at them until they see it. She also does it during the day with my stepdad's socks.

Dixie's meow is deeper than George and Mikey's and is also kind of raspy.

Loves being an indoor cat.

Currently 13 years old.

Surprisingly healthy for a former feral cat.

Has recently started coming out to the living room and sitting on the couch or the windowsill.

Dixie likes toys like this ball on a track cat toy. She plays with it at night which keeps my dad up. She also fights with George over who gets to sleep in between my mom and dad at night. She usually wins.

Mike Modano

White cat with black patches

His head is small in proportion to his body. No one knows why. It doesn't hurt him or anything, his head is just small.

Has a high pitched and really loud meow.

Sometimes, he will meow for someone to pet him, even if there are people less than a few inches away from him. He's not the smartest.

Mikey fights with George sometimes.

He drinks from Fiona's water bowl. The dog is several times bigger than him, but she's scared of him. He also swats at her when she goes outside in the mornings.

When my mom comes home from work, he'll come up to her and meow as if he's saying, "Hi. I'm happy you're home."

Has a really long tail. We call him a lemur.

Looks like Simba

Currently 2 years old (He'll be 3 in August)

Microchipped. We changed the address to my bio dad's house.

A neutered male who escaped from his old owners' house in Mckinney in 2019. He was called Antlers. His owners allowed him to be an indoor-outdoor cat...in a suburban area bordering a field and woods that were known to have poisonous snakes, bobcats, and coyotes. Yeah...

We don't know how he ended up near a hotel in Plano.

We got him in February 2021 right before snowmageddon.

Freddie was originally thought to be female. We called him "Miss Meow". Until the vet we took him to revealed he was male. We got in contact with his old owners and they said we could keep him.

Loves my dad and one of my brothers. Will meow sadly to be let in my brother's room.

If my dad is sometimes late coming home from work, Freddie will pace around and meow sadly.

Gets the zoomies at midnight. Will meow at nighttime while everyone is trying to sleep.

Keeps trying to bite or play with electrical cords like phone chargers. We've been trying to train him not to do that.

Will bite if he is overwhelmed. Hasn't hissed or growled at all since we got him.

Freddie likes climbing on people's shoulders and being held.

what kind of kitties do you have !!!

[  WELLLLL I have two hairless cats [Sphynx specifically] named Rebel and Rogue. They’re both girls! Then I have a big fluffy persian/maine coon mix that I found on the street if you would believe that??? He’s so fluffy. His name is Simba. Then I have a dilute tortie which is a tortie but with grey and cream colors instead of orange and brown - her name is Nala. I have a seal-point siamese that is missing one foot!! Her name is Nina and she’s a foster. I have just a run of the mill domestic shorthair that’s brown, white, and grey. His name is Spencer and he’s a foster, he’s really skiddish.

Then I’ve got my boys, my original babies! Jax and Louie. Jax is a domestic shorthair, all orange with darker orange swirls all over him. Louie is a run of the mill orange tabby cat. He’s orange and white, his tail is striped, and he’s an absolute devil. ]
