can we even put tom and timothee in the same category though, I feel like there very different and I feel timothee has now found the perfect balance which I feel tom really hasnt
Tom can bring people to theatres and insanely popular like r+j sold out within two hours and of course spiderman but outside of spiderman the quality of the projects are more miss than they are hit and really struggles with finding good scripts or working with directors. Timothee while a vastly different journey and its not until recently he found blockbuster success hes no doubt a draw while simulataneoulsy still working on quality projects and working with the best directors and also having found a ton of success in independent film world even something like bones and all while finacially poor I would say the genre is more to blame at least it was a good movie, with great performances and critically successful whereas cherry and chaos walking were bombs but horrendously awful films.
I feel timmy has found the perfect balance and knows how to pick roles that suit him whereas tom is financially successful but a little iffy if his name attracts the best directors or stars tbh.
Though I do think his move to theatre is great perfect for him especially a well known play like r+j and jamie llyod and a opportunity tp hone your craft.
Ohhhh....here we go yet again....

Tumblr media
Yup.... Every 10 days, I swear....we get SOME variation of the usual "Worried about Tom's Career" ask.
🤦🏾‍♀️
Anon, I think you and other fans who constantly worry about Tom's career need to realize that actors all have different journeys in the industry. Every actor doesn't have to do EXACTLY what their acting peer is doing, nor do they have to have the same exact path?? 🥴
whereas cherry and chaos walking were bombs but horrendously awful films.
HOLD UP..... Now, I'll give you "Chaos Walking" (which...in Tom's defense, was supposed to be released YEARS before it actually came out, and he signed on to that project early in his career), BUT "Cherry"?? 🥴 I don't care what anyone says, "Cherry" was NOT an "horrendously awful" film. Was it maybe not your cup of tea? Okay... sure. Was the narration throughout the film unnecessary? Okay....yes. But let's get REAL here. Both Tom and Ciara acted their butts off in that film. I feel like Tom really transformed himself in that film, and played a drug addict extremely WELL. That was the first film where I was like: "Geez man...you're an AWESOME actor!" That car scene!?? Like, come on. That was peak acting right there.
I feel timmy has found the perfect balance and knows how to pick roles that suit him whereas tom is financially successful but a little iffy if his name attracts the best directors or stars tbh.
Tom has worked with awesome directors. He's about to work with Paul King on the FA biopic, JUST like Timmy worked with him on "Wonka". Tom has also worked with Akiva Goldsman on TCR who's also famously known for films such as "A Beautiful Mind", "The Da Vinci Code", "A Time to Kill".....all AWESOME films.
How come it is, when Timmy does something, it's amazing, but when Tom does the very same thing, it's: "Idk...kinda iffy!" 🤔
Some of you all are letting Film Twitter run your minds instead of thinking for yourselves.
Have I liked EVERY single project that Tom has chosen to do? No... Not necessarily.... But I would put Tom's diverse filmography over Timothee's at the current moment, because Tom has at least shown me that he can play a wide range of characters and roles. He's gone from Arvin in TDATT, to Ian Lightfoot in "Onward".
Timmy is a decent actor (don't get me wrong!), and he's done great work over the years... But Tom has done more DIVERSE work imo. Timmy is just now starting to branch out and do blockbusters, children's films, etc (things that Tom has already been doing for years).... Just saying! 🤷🏾‍♀️
Actors don't have to follow one set path. They can go in and out from whatever filming roles they wish. Tom doesn't have to follow the same path as Timmy or any other actor out here. Most actors just focus on their OWN work, and admire the work of others that they personally appreciate. But it's not some competition.
I definitely think Timmy getting nominated for an Oscar at such a young age definitely put his name on the map for a lot of directors and such. Just being nominated for massive awards helps a LOT. You don't even have to win.
One day, Tom will be accepting an award for "Best Actor", and he will have all of Film Twitter eating their words.
I personally can't wait for that day lol 😊

Hey there!
So I stumbled upon some older post of yours where you talk about EPIC and I gotta say, I admire your bluntness about adaptations hehe but I can't say I don't get you. I tend to have pretty strict rules regarding the adaptations I engage with.
My opinion can be summed like this: the closest to the "canon" (talking about canon with myths can be a bit iffy but I'd say you get what I'm trying to say :P) the better, HOWEVER it's likely I'll still greatly enjoy an adaptation even if it takes some major liberties IF and only IF I'm able to tell the creator of the media themselves is taking said liberties out of love for the material they're adapting.
(I will also tend to be more forgiving if I'm invested in the narrative the adaptation is trying to tell, hence why while I wouldn't consider EPIC to be an objectively good Odyssey adaptation, I still really like it for what it is.)
Here's an example. There's a book that I simply adore called "The Eight Arrow", it's a "spin-off" of the Divine Comedy in the sense that it takes place right after Dante's journey, and it follows Odysseus and Diomedes as they attempt to escape the Inferno.
Now, the idea of two sinners making it out of the Inferno pretty much goes against the whole point Dante tried to make with the Comedy. I still love that book because the Author's love for the characters simply oozes from all of his decisions: how Ody and Dio interact with the souls they meet and the Inferno shows a great understanding of the characters and setting. In other words, it's a work that stays true to the source material...without technically staying true to the source of material. Whichever change to the lore was made in serve of the story, but it kept this underlying respect towards the (admittedly few, in this specific case) things that were altered.
This is also why I really enjoy Ulysses Dies at Dawn by The Mechanisms. Have you heard of that musical?
Hahaha well allow me to again speak on how interesting it is me talking about Epic the Musical made me "against adaptations" for many and for others calling out to me and speaking on their preferences on adaptations like...I have the impression that if I was speaking against a popular trope to be hated like the movie Troy or some beloved book that was ripped out by fans I wouldn't have the same reaction! Haha so be it! XD I definitely see how you said it. It is just interesting every time I express my dislike on EPIC I kinda expect now someone come to me and tell me what adaptations are to them and how they like it and in what way etc. I find it very interesting indeed XD
Thanks for the ask! Let's see how I should give you a proper answer to such an interesting topic.
I never said I am against adaptations of course. In fact I have spoken before how I ironically liked movies like "Troy" because not only it was well-shot but also because the "touch of realism" to it made me think of an attempt of a "what if" scenario. Like what if the characters in Iliad were real in real life and fought a real war? Does the movie have anything to do with the plot of Iliad? No. Was it rushed in terms of the whole timeline? Yes. But for some reason I liked the way they attempted it. And I do not see it as "Iliad Adaptation" but rather "Trojan War Adaptation" Likewise even movies about history like "300". Did it have anything to do with actual history of Greece? Hell no! And yet this bizare "video game aesthetic" was interesting and of course the lead actor is amazing as Leonidas. Was it blunt and bizzare? Yeah. Did it have anything to do with history? Absolutely nothing at all apart from some names and some events. Was it enjoyable to me? Yes.
I feel like people feel the need to somehow "educate me" on that (not you in particular but in general) exactly because I speak against tropes that are popular. There are many adaptations one can like despite how Inaccurate they are because the adaptation kinda sticks with them. It also happens. I am surprised though how many people are willing to say "I love the musical despite that" every time I mention my dislike for it again as I mentioned to old posts of mine "as if they wanna show me how possible it is". Like yeah I know it is possible. It just didn't stick with me. For the same reason why Troy sat with me despite the fact that it was way inaccurate and didn't get all characters right. I still speak on those too but I liked it by n large.
The book you quote sounds very interesting indeed and yes I see how you mean it but again this is what I wanna say above as well. Sometimes some adaptations stick with us and some others don't. Objectively speaking Disney's Hercules was not a good Heracles adaptation because it wasn't supposed to be. It was a satyric movie on Hollywood. I loved the movie and I love it ever since childhood. Did they make Hercules a fluffy sweetheart while in reality he was a big scoundrel with habits of drinking and screwing everything with a pulse? Yes. But I loved the satyric movie nevertheless. Even a three year old could tell Heracles better than that if the aim was to make the movie an adaptation of mythology. Do I still make fun of the changes? Hell yeah especially with my family. Do I love the movie? ABSOLUTELY. Also again that is what I said to all of my other posts that I feel like if a character is designed according to the original's spirit then the adaptation seems better. Again in my mind Epic missed that by a mile when they tried to squeesh such a complex character such as Odysseus to a "monster-man" spectrum and it is sad because the first series were far more accurate as I said before, to his complexity
I have heard of it. Even listened to some songs and read the synopsis. It is quite an interesting work for a musical album even if not linked directly to a theatrical release. Interesting to transfer the homeric poems into some sci-fi world (not the first time of course that is an old trope) so the whole cultural background of homeric poems is not a necessity there so it is an interesting way to dodge it. I should say this has as much relation to the Odyssey as "Brother where art though" aka little to nothing but they also use key parts of the plot to create a character. At this point "Ulysses dies at Dawn" doesn't seem like an Odyssey adaptation to me but a "what if this was done in the outter space" scenario and I really like the way they use keyplots to create a new thing which again is not imo adaptation or retelling of the Odyssey the same much as Disney's Hercules is not a retelling of Heracles myth.
I hope that helps

Your recent post reminded me of what has been bothering me for a while about the portrayal of the Kimchay dynamic in the fandom. I love reading fic about these two, but in most fics nowadays I cannot even recognize the characters I came to know and love when I watched the show. It’s like they bear the name of Kim and Chay but act nothing like them😅 People are of course allowed to write characters any way they want (after all, it’s not that serious, fandom is supposed to be fun:D), but I think this is the first time I’m in a fandom where the fanon characterization has overthrown the canon characterization so completely. The prevalence of submissive!Kim and Dom!Chay just throws me off, when the characters are nothing like that in the show (actually it’s quite the opposite lol). When the show aired and until around mid-2023 the majority of fic etc. portrayed Kimchay pretty accurately with only the odd mischaracterizatiok here and there, but after that? It’s like the fandom collectively decided to throw canon out the window XD.
These days I’m just living by the ”don’t like, don’t read” philosophy, which unfortunately means I have to clock out of 80% of Kimchay fic lol. I see something like ”Kim whimpered” and am like ”nope, he would not” and then yeet myself out:D
Hello, thank you for your message!
Meh. The idea of fanon characterization overthrowing canon though isn’t unique to the KPTS fandom, yknow? I feel like most fandoms face that inevitability as we get further away from the date of original release. Having said that however, I would actually disagree with you, nonnie. XD Politely, of course!
It’s just that…I’m not necessarily sure fanon characterization has overthrown canon completely, or if it’s more along the lines that those who like the fanon characterization just tend to be a lot louder, especially on this site. It’s harder to discern people’s true opinions on here, not necessarily for lack of communication, but more along the lines of iffy communication due to knee-jerk reactions, imo. And again, that’s not just the KPTS / Kimchay fandom in general, I feel like that’s how it is for most fandoms that have some community over here that’s still alive and kicking.
In any fandom, there will always be people who take certain opinions a lot more personally over others due to their own emotional attachments over the fictional characters in question, and that just inevitably makes communication (as in, actual discussion and engagement)…not worth it. At least, not to me, haha!
Fandom is supposed to be fun, but let's be real nonnie, for a lot of people, it's more than just fun: for a lot of us, it's an escape from our day-to-day lives, a place to engage freely in a piece of media that we otherwise wouldn't have in RL.
Furthermore, canon vs fanon in terms of what that means to an English-speaking majority fandom community and as it relates to a non-western piece of media is…honestly, all kinds of landmines to talk about, if you know what I mean. A lot (not all, of course, but a significant chunk of them) of fanon specific to KPTS and Kimchay are due to ignorance of the cultural context, as well as certain ideas gaining traction, because of the western lens it’s viewed through.
Not to mention, the cringe habit of mixing up actors and their characters, but that’s a different conversation all together.
At the end of the day, I say be the change you want to be, nonnie~ If you don’t like fanon, say it loud and proud! I’m ngl, I certainly don’t!
All opinions in regards to any and all fictional characters ought to exist equally on this hellsite, and that should be the end of it! :3

watched the first episode of the live action atla adaptation and took notes:
-what is this opening. who are these people. am i expected to care about this random earth kingdom man because i really don’t
-opening fight is kinda meh :/
-sozin looks weirdly… nice? like he has “harmless old man” vibes. i don’t actually dislike this casting choice i think there’s a lot of potential to having him look friendly and approachable even as he does war crimes
-seriously did someone in the writer’s room watch rogue one before coming in and then go like “HEY I KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD ADD” WHAT is this plot doing here
-where is katara’s opening narration. like i get they aren’t adapting one to one but that’s such a loss. the opening cutscene from the original series was so good
-WHERE THE FUCK IS THE GAANG SERIOUSLY. WHY ARE WE STARTING WITH RANDOM EARTH KINGDOM MAN AND SOZIN
-all of these people are so fucking sweaty what is this
-sozin’s outfit is appropriately fuckable
-“my sights… are set… higher… because… it is… our time…” “[screaming]” wow very emo
-KATARA IS HERE!! MY BEST GIRL
-why did they change the narration. this is objectively worse.
-oh no this isn’t katara is it… dang :(
-air temple looking neat. why are we here tho. where are katara and sokka
-why is everyone watching aang jumping around like he’s a fucking celebrity. have they never seen an airbender before in the fucking air temple
-at least they say aang’s name right. step up from shamalalalam or whatever his name is. of course that bar is so low the devil declared it a tripping hazard, so
-these people do NOT talk like actual humans. have these writers never had to write natural exposition before
-genuinely what was the point of that first scene. WHAT does it add
-“when yangchen died the next avatar was born into the water tribe” what, does aang not know this. my fucking god this exposition is shit
-aang didn’t know he was the avatar?? and then didn’t immediately get an ego about it when gyatso told him??? who is this and what did you do with my BOY
-the acting isn’t bad but the lines are so shit it’s hard to tell
-aang is NOT sufficiently goofy
-appa’s kind of ugly :(
-TEAM ROCKET’S BLASTING OFF AGAIN (<— my unfiltered reaction to sozin going jetpack mode)
-unnecessary airbender fight scene. i think this is literally just here to look cool and honestly? 6/10
-aang just fuckin… wandered off? instead of willfully running away? bro you can’t take my boy’s agency like this
-i want a video of appa’s va making those noises into the mic. come on netflix do it it’ll be funny
-WHY is everything so WET all the time
-20 minutes in and i have yet to see the south pole. literally none of this is necessary to the story. you could cut all of it and nothing would change
-HERE SHE IS. FINALLY. IT’S HER
-no funny boat scene with sokka? insert no bitches megamind here
-oh they still have a boat scene. unfortunately it sucks ass
-WHERE IS PISSED OFF KATARA DECIMATING AN ICEBERG BY ACCIDENT
-seriously. they’re removing all the good scenes to fit more unnecessary action and/or melodrama filler in
-shitty zuko cameo
-WHAT is that scar. why is it so small. did he fall and get a scrape on his face? looks more like a scab than anything. 2/10
-baffling why the iceberg even reacted to katara when she’s apparently so fucking incapable she can’t even lift a water orb. they’re massacring my girl
-why does sokka want to leave this random child to die
-kanna!
-“it can’t be… this… is an airbender…..” i am rolling my fucking eyes
-iffy on this iroh so far but i’ll reserve judgement
-tumblr was right. zuko’s actor is absolutely putting his whole pussy into this. he can have rights
-how are NONE of these jokes landing. even the ones they directly crib from the original just… lose all impact
-why is kanna saying the intro dialogue randomly with no prompting. seriously these writers are SO. FUCKING. SHIT
-every emotional beat in this comes off more wooden than a fucking tree
-seriously. everything i could say about this just boils down to the wooden writing, unnecessary and poorly executed exposition, the action scenes shoehorned in for no discernible reason, inability to create any impact from anything ever, and the removal of all the good scenes from the original in favor of more unnecessary poorly written TRASH
-oh one more thing actually
-AANG TEACHES KATARA TO WATERBEND. GET OUT??
-basically
-they took all the good stuff out to fit in more melodrama and action, but their writing (and directing. and acting) is too shitty to actually sell said drama and their fight scenes are mid at best
-3/10

💫A goofy AHHH review💫
hey guys it's ya boi Rusty here again!! and I'm here to review:
Tumblr media
Yes yes, I can hear y'all now saying "but it's made for kids" "bro why are u watching this" 🤓☝
Stop right there, bud. ✋
This show is pretty good so far, all things considered! I decided to watch it for the nostalgia (and for mah boi Smee ofc!)!! I watched this show a little bit when I was younger, so I remember it fairly well. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it isn't cringe! (Well, some parts are a little iffy but we'll get to that in a minute.) It's actually tolerable and even made me laugh at some parts!
💫The songs💫
The songs aren't that good, in fact their kinda cringe. (But ofc I gotta go easy on this show cuz yes, it is intended for little kids with no brain cells.) At the end of every episode (wich usually consists of two episodes ranging from 15 minutes long each, making up the 30 minute mark.) There's these two ideots called Sharky and Bones who sing a song, and it's cringe. The lyrics arent funny, and their singing isn't even that good. I get that the humer is supposed to have zero brain cells, but come on guys. U gotta try a bit harder than that. The background music for the episodes is ok, nothing I would casually listen to though.
💫The characters💫
We have a few new characters to add to the Peter Pan universe by the names of Jake, Cubby (WHY ARE THEIR TWO CUBBYS?!), Izzy, Skully, Sharky and Bones. (And Captain Hook and Mr. Smee of course!!) The character designs are good, they work well for everyone, except Hook. Hook just looks weird in this art style honestly. And at first I didn't like Smee's design in this, but it grew on me. (The og is still better though!) In fact, he might even look kinda cute! :D
Tumblr media
The voice acting for them is great too!! Its very expressive and something you wouldn't normally get from a kids show. The new voice actors for Smee and Hook almost sound IDENTICAL to the og's! There are some minor differences, but nothing to really make me get annoyed at. The animation is smooth and fluid too! I can tell that they used computer Riggs, but it's barely even noticeable! Which from what I heard, computer Riggs are pretty hard to do. So thats honestly impressive!
💫The insecurities of Jake and The Neverland Pirates💫
First off, I wanna talk about how Smee is portrayed. In the og movie, he's supposed to be a bumbling ideot (but a lovable ideot imo!). In this series, he seems to have a few brain cells, which I dislike. They didn't stay true to his character! Neither did they with Hook. He isn't that goofy anymore, neither is he evil, but he's in between. I can't really describe it, but something is off with his personality.
Like I said before, the music isn't very good, and neither is the pacing of each episode. It's inconsistent and feels too slow at times. The plot points for each episode are predictable too. The kids find something to play with, and Hook wants whatever it is and steals it and they take it back etc etc. The dabloons make no sense either! They collect dabloons each episode for their chest, but why?! What does it accomplish?! Maybe Im not smart enough to understand but that makes no sense to me. It's repetitive too, but not to the point where u want to shove a gun into the side of your head and call it quits. Like I said, it's tollerable! It does feel like Micky Mouse Clubhouse though (I HATE MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE.), but with Peter pan 💀
💫Conclusion💫
I like this show, and I think it's cute! It has potential!! Maybe just get rid of the repetitiveness and the cringe songs and it could be good! I reccomend this is you want the nostalgia from your chilhood (well technically I'm still a kid but whatever LOL)!!
That's my thoughts on this show! I haven't finished the first season yet, but maybe my views will change, but well see. But when they do, I'll keep u posted!! Thanks for reading this and I hope you have a spectacular day/night!!! I love you :D❤❤
(Oh yeah one last thing I gotta note is that Smee actually referred to Hook as "your greatness" 🤨 idk man..)

rye/miss ryan ☆ she/her ☆ 23 ☆ carrd
hi hi !!! my name is rye or miss ryan, and i feel a lot of feelings about fictional characters !!! i've been a selfshipper for a little while now, but i haven't been too involved with the community - i'm hoping to change that !!! please check out my BYF/DNI before interacting !!! other than that, here are some things to know about me:
☆ i am an adult selfshipper !!! minors can interact - i just likely won't interact back.
☆ i am currently a college student who also works part-time - i'm a pretty busy bee !!! this means my posting schedule will likely be all over the place, and my response times might take a little while.
☆ i selfship for a mix of fun and comfort - my main ship with joe dirt is very much a comfort ship and i treat it as a real relationship. that being said, i am NOT comfortable sharing him under any circumstances.
☆ i'm pretty 50/50 when it comes to sharing f/os - some i'm iffy about sharing, but others i'm totally cool with sharing !!! check my carrd for more info regarding this.
☆ i ship with a lot of live action characters - this does NOT mean i ship with their real life actors.
☆ i am, unfortunately, not a visual artist. i wish i could contribute visual art, but i don't have the skill nor the time to develop the skill to feel comfortable doing so. instead, you will likely see writing from me !!!
☆ i am trying to get better about reblogging posts, but sometimes i miss things !!! if i fail to reblog, just know it's never personal !!!
☆ i try to keep things clean over here (content wise - language wise i don't censor myself too much lmao), but if anything pushes bounds, it will be tagged as suggestive. i am working on a spicier sideblog over at @darksideofthesamemoon - 18+ only, any minors and/or blogs without an age listed will be blocked immediately.
☆ i don't bite !!! i would love to be friends :)

I just remembered something I wanted to do.
Essentially, I grew up reading and watching yaoi (and also self-identify as a fujoshi) and it's always been a dream of mine to have a queer show go on for as long as something like Naruto or SpongeBob. You know, just longer than three seasons as is typical with shows that have queer main characters.
So, I'll share some of the stories of mine that either have MCs that are gay, have queer characters, or have a plot related around something LGBT.
Also, I wanna use this as a way to detail special cases in my stories as well.
! I am but a simple ally. So if something I say is wrong or there's a better way to phrase it, please kindly let me know. I truly mean no offense by anything here !
Stories with gay MCs
Tales That Were Told (Not written)
So, this is a story that's pretty much done but I haven't written one bit of it aside from a random scene I had to get out of my head. But, originally, this was just a story where two highschool kids were dealing with highschool shit. A slice of life story with two cuties. Then, it got turned into this new story (Tales That Were Told) that is a sequel to another story I'm still currently writing (Tales That Were Lived). It's hard to summarize, but essentially the main story is an adventure dealing with three characters and a fantasy world where they're all coming to terms with finding themselves and learning to love who they are despite where they may come from. In Tales Told, I intend for this story to have like relationship shit, but the relationship is two men *gasp*. It's not gonna be some weirdly specific thing; no, they're just two kids who have a crush on each other while other shit in the world is going on. Revolutionary concept I know.
Unnamed erotica (unedited, 40k wc with a planned sequel at 10k currently)
it has a name, but I don't really like it :(
I was a little iffy about writing this one at first because I'm the type of person who's extremely tired of queer media just being softcore porn. I just want a good story and the characters happen to be gay. But, I also know it's important to write stories like these as well to show all the different sides and to show people that there's not much different about anyone who happens to be lgbt. In this story, my MC Kit is a famous voice actor (like Johnny Young Bosch) and is a total asshole that everyone is scared shitless of. His soon to be boyfriend is a lovestruck puppy boy childhood friend who is desperate to be with him. He's so sweet it's almost sickening! They deal with normal relationship issues, societal problems, workplace harassment, as well as their own personal issues and some of their issues are even from each other. scandalous. Kit as the MC has a million and one issues within himself (including some from his family), but his loverboy is right there to help him! Also, here's another summary I wrote for this on my website that better explains the origin of the story.
Tumblr media
Stories with queer characters
Orange Perfect (unfinished at 21k)
This is had a few mentions of queerness in it. A quick summary: this is a coming-of-age story where three kids (Cassie, Lucius, and Shay) are forced to become friends after all getting targeted by a gang. The MC named Shay is discovering himself. He doesn't know if he's gay, bi, non-binary, gender non-conforming, etc... and is conflicted about his various feelings as he wishes he had a simpler answer for how he feels. Another important character is a trans man (Gabe) who acts as a physical representation of Cassie's own realization of who she wants to be. It's tough for her to live as herself, so Gabe eventually reveals to her that he is a trans man. That his struggles to realize who he really was changed once he accepted himself. As well, he wants her to be different from himself as he's still living partially in the dark since very few people know he's trans.
Any story that has one character named Ren in it (too many to count)
Ren is my MCs twin brother (whenever I want her to have a twin brother) and he is always in a relationship with another character named Mari who I originally made as a trap (I was like twelve). Now a days, Mari is just best described as a twink, but I like his name too much to change it. So that part of the "trap" still exists. Ren is full on gay and screams it from the rooftops as he expresses his interest in men quite often. He's not a flamboyant gay, but he will openly tell people he has no romantic or sexual interest in women and isn't shy to kiss his boyfriend in public. Oh and bonus that women often like him and he has a ton of female friends.
The Entire Fourth Dimension Reality series (total wc of ~100k)
Aside from this story being one long shit post I thoroughly loved making. One of the secondary main characters is suppose to be pansexual. Why this is, is because she only interacts with the other three main characters because she finds them cute (one girl and two guys). Now, she's actually pan for a reason. It's mainly due to her family that made her desire to be loved by everyone around her. This manifested into her just liking anything that would show her affection. (dw Mandy, I love you💗) One of the villains I made to be feminine presenting because he was really pretty in my head when I first developed him. He was going to be genderless, but I decided to make him more feminine and most of that is just with his appearance, but he is defined as a man and acts as so, he just happens to have traditional female attire and mannerisms :)
All The Screams (unedited at 61k)
So, the main point of this story is about Cassie who ends up finding out that she's cursed, but she only does so after going on a mission to escort the prince of her kingdom to his lover. This mission is kept secret and why lies in who this lover is. It's a prince from another Kingdom. Kyo, the prince of Cassie's kingdom, is a little selfish brat who wants what he wants. He fell in love with another kingdom's prince and immediately chose him over his kingdom. With the other prince, his parents are actually gay as well and I made this story around the time I was heavily into yaoi and BL so that may have been an influence as to why tons of characters in this story are gay or why there's major plot points relating to it.
Characters that are iffy/I didn't plan to be queer
The State of Quandary (unfinished with ~60k)/ Before the Reignfall (finished with 45k)
Technically this involves two characters. One of the MCs (Fang) and the MCs friend (Dani) are in the same boat. Originally, Dani was suppose to have a crush on the other MC (Cassie), and that was suppose to explain why Dani even interacts with her in the first place and why they have such a close friendship. However, it felt queerbaity and I felt gross having that as a plot point when it's so obvious Cassie will never even get close to having romantic feelings for Dani. Then, I thought to have Dani be a lesbian because she has trauma with men and dislikes most, if not all, grown men in the world. Fang was the remedy with that as I thought to make them be in a relationship as Fang would be the first guy she ever met who isn't a total loser. However, Fang was originally going to be involved in a love triangle before I realized there's a bit to many conflicts in the story and got rid of it. So, I ended up in a gray area where Fang also doesn't show any interest in women (the result of the love triangle being removed) So, this was my fix. People can either think Fang and Dani are cute together and he manages to break through her trauma, people can think they're both gay and just show no romantic interest in the opposite sex, or their romantic feelings for anyone just isn't important to the story whatsoever. And tbh, I don't mind any one of those options. It's cool when there's different ways to interpret character relationships and it won't lead to fans fighting each other if even I don't really know what it is.
Tales That Were Told (Unfinished at ~90k words)
This villain is a doozy. Their name is Gage and when I first made this character, I pretty much was going to make a woman. However, when I started writing the story, she turned into a he and not even in a way like I intended to change the gender, but even now whenever I write Gage, they're a he. When I think of Gage, they're a she. I don't know what that's about, but even my mental image of Gage is that of both a woman and a man. (If anything, they're comparable to Leo from Tekken). So, to fix this in my head, out loud I refer to Gage as a he. I think of Gage as a she. In the story, the narrator doesn't use any pronoun and characters have conflicting usage as most characters refer to Gage as a he, but there are some who see Gage as a she or simply they/them. Oh, and no, just because Gage might be non-binary, that's not why they're evil. It's not even a plot point in the story. No vilifying personality traits over here lol
Unfinished/unplotted stories with queer plotlines
Unnamed romance (Pink and Brown)
I showcased a snipit of this story (also thanks for everyone who liked it 💕), but there's more to it than what I shared. Back when I actually had a friend, I used to tell him about ideas I had, then he would pretty much allow me to figure out what I wanted to do with it. I told him I wanted to make a story with these two girls I made in a picrew because they were so adorable and they ended up as a couple. I couldn't think of a name so they were named Pink and Brown based on their hair colors. I also couldn't think of the official story I wanted them to have. So, I simply came up with two of them. The first story is a slice of life where Brown and Pink are both in college (for IT and Art respectively) and Brown has a huge crush on two girls--one she knows through mutual friends and another being the artists of a webcomic she really loves. (I'm sure this isn't obvious at all). So, one day, Brown gets a call from Pink and she's really stressed out about something. Eventually, she explains she called her since an IT major could help her with someone hacking one of her social media accounts. Brown agrees and when she finds out what the account is, she's shocked to see that Pink is the artist of the webcomic she's been reading for years. I don't even have a damn conflict in this story so it is dead in the water. I'm sure I'll get some idea for it, but knowing me that'll be years from now, unfortunately. Oh, and the snipit I shared is suppose to be the comic Pink is drawing acted as an AU of the original story (if that makes any fucking sense)
Unnamed romance (Idol x non-idol)
This one feels like a fever dream because I don't even remember why I came up with it. Anyways, this is suppose to be a slight extension of the erotica. This is another famous person who ends up falling for an accountant after a random encounter he had with him after a concert. The accountant doesn't want to be involved with this celeb for several reasons, but mainly because he's known to sleep around. The celeb is determined and pretty much forces them to have a relationship by hiring him as his new money manager. He pretty much gets him fired from his old job and... that's all I thought of. It's suppose to end up being really cute as the celeb eventually reveals the kind of person he really is, but what that is, I'm not really sure.
Random Tangent
Now that I'm writing this, it does make me think about an abandoned story I wrote where a failing manager falls in love with a client who essentially saves him from losing his career. The erotica and it's extension are already related, and this other unnamed story (I'll call it The Client for now) had a connection as well. Real quick, all these stories are connected to Orange Perfect through Cassie and other relationships. Without giving away major spoilers (just in case) Cassie ends up as someone very influential in the media world by the end. As a college age girl, she's meeting with the Celeb and the Accountant; and, at some point in her journey, she meets and works with the Manager in The Client. Kit knows a ton of people in the industry and knows the Celeb, the Manager, and Cassie who he has a business relationship with. So, it's easy for me to add Pink. Pink could eventually be offered a contract to a major publication, and cross paths with Cassie through some means. There's even a chance for Kit to voice any character in her webcomic, the celeb to make music for it, and even the manager could help her somehow. Sometimes I get really good ideas for things that just are not possible. I would love to have these five stories apart of a collection in this "reality" I made up for them. Ugh. It sucks to not have this as my actual job. Anyways, I thought it would be kind of cool to have all these stories be related.
That might not be everyone, but I often use queer elements in my story so, who knows, maybe I'll update this in the future with more!
But, thanks for reading if you did~🍂

My review of ATLA Live Action episode one:
(Keep in mind, at this point I have only seen episode 1 and so this is just my first impression)
Tumblr media
Remember, there are spoilers ahead and I seriously think you should watch it yourself before reading any review. Trust me, having your own impression first before anyone else's is way better... Okay here we go:
-----
Review of episode one, first impressions:
I really loved how we got to see what the air temple genocide looked like. It really shows that they're fully aware that the main audience has grown up. I watched it with my sister, her hubby, and my 5-yr niece and we didn't know that it would literally show people getting burned alive, so we had to cover her eyes a lot lol. I loved how we got to see firelord Sozin when he was first declaring war.
I really liked how we got to see monk Gyatsu (having that name in 2024 is sure rough buddy..) actually want Aang to have a childhood before they told him he's the avatar. The bending looks really cool, not slow and cringey like in the first live action movie haha. I thought the way that one air-bender died, the woman doing the air tornado, was fricken BRUTAL. And it's great to see just how far they're going with the onscreen death.
My brother-in-law (sister's hubby) felt really iffy on the fact that Aang can just sort of fly on his own now, without his glider thing. I honestly don't mind it, I don't think it really affects the story all that much. And it also just.. makes sense, for an air-bender to be able to fly on their own. I love how they got the grandma to say the original intro from the cartoon in a natural way as an explanation to Aang.
I liked how they kept the original motifs. The fire tribe still has that classic "BUM bum bUm baaaaam" idk how else to describe it haha
Aang: I thought his acting was pretty good for a kid. The crying parts were decent at best... but obviously I don't expect a kid to be great at faking tears. I thought his acting was great when he learned that he was the avatar, just that silent panic, the breathing getting faster and darting the eyes. The scene where he closed himself in the ice ball thing looked really cool. (My brother-in-law was fanboying the whole time, so much so that my niece started imitating him by saying "O M G the acting is SO good!" which made us all laugh, she didn't have ill-intent, she was just learning by example)
Katara: Her acting was a little iffy to me, I have hope that it'll improve later on. She had good lines but her face just didn't make me believe those lines. During emotional moments she was just kinda '_' But I know how tough it is to be a child actor so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. (And to be fair, it is hard to convey emotion as good as a cartoon can) Her water bending looked really pretty, and I love that they kept her hair loopies. And I love that she still has her motherly personality like when she was comforting Aang near the end.
Sokka: Again, I thought his acting was pretty decent, child actors and whatnot. I really love how they didn't just reuse the same jokes from the cartoon and got original. My favorite two jokes were when it cut to him screaming on Appa, and when Aang said that he had to save the world and Sokka's response was like "Gee, is that all?" sarcastically, got a good laugh outta me. I love how his weapon looked exactly like the one in the cartoon. And I love how he got to have a one-on-one stand off with Zuko.
Haven't seen Momo yet, gonna be a bit disappointed if we don't but I mean.... Now that I think about it, Momo didn't really add anything. He was just kinda there in the cartoon for comedic affect...
Anyway, just in case someone is reading this before watching it, I'm not gonna spoil/talk about anything else (like Zuko and Iroh). So please go get your own impressions of it, even if you have to watch it on a pirated site.
Thanks for reading :)
(Side note, I do wish they chose tanner actors for the water tribe but eh, what the hell do I know? Could just be the lighting that's making them look pale)
Edit: So I just found out that Sokka and Katara's actors are not children lol (well, Karata's is 17 but that's almost an adult) so it is now a little less excusable.... But whatever, it's okay.

IM 2 AND A HALF EPISODES IN AND I HAVE THOUGHTS
mostly theories on who the hell is behind the attack on black (hey thats fun to say)
okay so my first (OMG FIRST) guess is it might be gram. ive been warned about him, and so far he hasnt really done anything really "bad", but apparently hes going to do something bad. and hes said some vaguely iffy things to/about black/white, and it makes me wonder. he also couldve lied about not knowing that the guy was in the house, for some evil reason??
next is: that one random guy? idk his name yet. the one that helped white with the pen stain on his shirt, and who is now talking to white just before the interview thingy, but he keeps coming up and it feels so random, and maybe hes just a neurotypical extrovert, but he talks a little too naturally with white for them to be complete strangers. and why would this random guy even notice that there was a dude with a pen stain? i get that pointing it out and helping him could just be because hes a nice person. but why would he notice this guy?? and to such detail that he sees the pen stain? white himself had no idea there was a little stain on his shirt, so why would some random guy notice, unless he had particular interest in who he is?
another thought (this one's a little far-fetched but hear me out): maybe its the childhood friend guy, tod. idk the motivations behind it, but it could all just be that hes super manipulative dude with some kind of goal, and hes orchestrated this whole thing for some reason
or maybe its just the tawi guy and his orders and people working under him, who knows
BUT on mdl, the order of the support roles has gram's actor at the very start, and generally they're in order of relevance to the plot / how much they appear, so it could very well be that he's the "villain"
i dont know things. but im trying to think things and these are my thinks so ive put them here to reference if i am right. and if i am not right, ill just bury this

On finnrey. Tbh I'm not a big SW fan (tho im still planning to watch the original trilogy cuz IK it's amazing), but my fam is and when TFA first released I was forced to go with my dad (don't remember why, just was). By the end a small part of me shipped Finnrey and was certain they'd be a thing. wasn't forced to attend the other 2 films, but from a YTer I learned of crazy Reylo fans and was so confused. Finnrey should be the main couple, not whatever the fuck Reylo is. Vent over lol
Oh, anon you're bringing back memoriesssssssssss
So I got into Star Wars in 2016 exclusively for the sequel trilogy because I heard there was a Black lead. I watched episodes 1-6 in order and LOVED the originals, though I wasn't too impressed with the prequels at the time.
TFA was already out, so after watching it I became a sequel stan waiting eagerly for TLJ, specifically for Finn, and I remember seeing fanart on Pinterest, clicking the link, and being brought to tumblr and discovering this website for the first time years before I actually made an account. I used to browse just for Finn fanart, Rey fanart, fanfiction... it was nice. But I remember there was a bit of Finn hate here and on reddit I didn't understand and some posts about how he was abusive and Kylo Ren was not and was healthier for Rey, and teenage me didn't truly get that at the time. I didn't truly flag it as racism (namely, people jumping to stick Finn with the "dangerous violent Black man" label) but it was big red flag for what was going to happen. TLJ came out, and I was disappointed that Finn was pushed aside for Kylo Ren. I came for the sequels because of the Black lead, not for the white villain. Why should I care about the emotions of a white space neonazi? But things got... so much worse. I remember Reylos calling Finn a coal boy. A dog. A monkey. The actor, John Boyega, spent years being harassed for "getting in the way" of their ship (and he'd already dealt with harassment earlier for having the audacity to be a Black male playing a lead in a big franchise, so this just added to that). Of course, when the actor received harassment in real life and the Reylos started calling the character a monkey, I knew by then it was racism, and I kind of just... stopped poking around on tumblr, Reddit, and even pinterest for sequel trilogy content. One of the people I remember calling out this behavior before I disengaged fully was @diversehighfantasy (check out her blog from the years Star Wars was coming out, from 2015-2019. She talked about the fandom's racism all the time) and she warned that unless fandom positively engaged with Finn more, his character would continue to be minimized as Disney, like all companies, is only after money and will promote whichever characters will bring in the most revenue. But white people (mainly, Reylos) didn't listen. And ofc, Finn was demoted even more in TROS.
Racist Reylos aside, I'd grown disillusioned with the sequel trilogy because, for all the prequel trilogy's weaknesses, it was very strong thematically, and I'd grown to love it for how it complemented the original trilogy. The original trilogy is amazing, but the prequels enhance the originals because the themes of the originals are truly compounded by knowing the full story, the full stakes, and Anakin's fleshed out character as revealed in the prequels. (I also watched The Clone Wars show which was AMAZING, and though I now prefer the prequels to the Clone Wars, the show played a great part in making me love the prequel era worldbuilding and characters and whatnot). The prequels and originals tell a full tale, and so between TLJ's release and TROS I was already feeling... iffy about the sequels walking back on that and the sequels essentially being a poorly made copy of the originals. When TROS came out and the movie completely sidelined Finn, the Black lead we were promised, to shove in a redemption for the white man who'd brutalized him and Rey over and over, and it spat on the face of the entire POINT of the prequels+original trilogy by, uh, having Rey do the thing she does (no spoilers :) ) instead of Anakin having fully completed the job in Return of the Jedi, I fully noped out.
The racists (both the Reylos and the people before them who freaked out over John Boyega having the audacity to be Black and exist in the Star Wars universe) got what they wanted--the white man took center stage, and the "dog", the "coal boy", the "monkey", was sidelined. And the themes of Star Wars and the entire point of the first 6 movies were utterly destroyed, with a variety of retcons and changes in the worldbuilding along the way (and if y'all know me by now you know I DESPISE retcons of any kind).
So for my own sanity, the sequels do not exist. Finn wasn't treated like that. The themes of the first 6 movies weren't walked back on and absolutely trashed as they were. Reylo is not thing, the racists didn't win, and life is good. It was basically an exercise in how I'd treat ACOMAF and all the other books after ACOTAR--they do not exist until I have to honestly critique them.
And frankly I could do it easier here and not for ACOTAR because they weren't technically made by the creator of Star Wars, George Lucas, so the sequels are essentially glorified fanfiction anyway.
Anyway: good on you for avoiding the mess the sequel trilogy ultimately became. I wish I could say the same :)

SAM ARTEM IS STRESSING ME OUT main story beat me to a pull mainly it was rough seeing artem take on heavy cases all by himself seeing as this is main story and personal cards don’t happen which is tragic becasue i think this is such a callback to day and night!!! i think that card rly forced him to develop as a person in the sense that he learns it’s okay to depend on others, trust other ppl to guide to where you want to be but here he’s facing things alone AND NOR JUST ALONE he just put himself against rosa which we all know must be killing him :(( at times like these i rly wish he wasn’t such a good actor because i’m sure being even the slightest bit of mean is eating him up seeinf he reacted so badly to the time in day and night where he pretended to be a villan…..the point is artem don’t do this again :)
another thing is i keep going back to the last thing he said before his switch which was that phone all he had with rosa where he said i believe you can handle this well (something like that) and it makes me wonder did he know this was going to end with him opposing rosa? if so does he want her to win the case and he’s nurse harper’s defendant for some larger reason? so many questions here
I APOLOGIZE FOR THE RAMBLE just needed an outlet :,)
HI NONNIE!!! no need to apologize for the ramble! anyone who wants to talk about chapter 9 spoilers is open to do so! That being said, spoilers ahead! :D
honestly, this chapter does have callback to day and night (or if you're like me and forget the names of the cards, artem's 2nd birthday card lolol) in terms of acting! we do see that contrast of a MC-less artem versus one that has a relationship with them: mc pushing him to rely on people.
it's one of the things he works on throughout his card storylines (the biggest one pre-anni was his rrg card, he kiterally started getting sick bc he tried to hide the work he was doing from mc.
zak mentioned that main story was a universe where personal stories don't actually happen, and im inclined to agree with the added thought that personal story 4 for all the boys don't happen, just up to 3 (still iffy on that honestly. I know for sure that personal 1 and 2 happen based off of mc's comment in the case with the painter, revealing that she and marius had been hunting for an impersonator of z)
((as a joke, i said what if mc rejected all of them? that would explain why they're all so hostile LMAOOO))
i think main story is gonna be great to see the distinctions of what they would become had they not had mc with them!!
also artem 'i would've gone to drama school if i hadn't gotten into law school' wing cOMING BACK HOLY SHIT!!! honestly of artem took up a career in acting i wouldn't blame him lolol. (though, that does beg to question if he knew what was going to happen, that he would represent the nurse in the end? will we have to go up against artem in a court case? yk how some games have you purposefully lose in order to move on, will it be like that?)
this entire story was filled with so much good food and new characterizations im fROTHING AT THE MOUTH!! i need to do another read-through tbh, it feels like we're missing a lot of things. maybe a readthrough the entire thing? i need to take notes!!! and work on the timeline again lolol
thanks for dropping by nonnie!! :D

hi! i stumbled across your blog on one of my trips across the internet. this might be really odd (and i wouldn’t blame you if you don’t recall this at all) but you’ve a post from 2012 about a bootleg of the les mis 25th anniversary concert. i’m not a trader (though vaguely aware of the concept of it) so i understand this is unconventional, but would you know of any non-trading ways (i.e. that doesn’t require me making a list and starting a collection, etc.) in which i could get this recording? (i’m happy to pay a reasonable amount for it.) any assistance appreciated, i have no idea what i’m doing, sorry for any inconvenience!
Honestly? If you don't or can't trade and you also can't pay, just ask. Seriously, I think people think that traders rigidly stick to only trading rules or something, but a lot of us, including me, are very willing to give things out. Most of us started out with gifts, so we understand what it's like to have nothing. Also, most of us are fans of things! We probably wouldn't be trading if we weren't a big fan of the thing. So just ask! Be polite, be honest, just ask!
Also, I wouldn't even say it's unconventional; I think anywhere from 25% to 50% of the emails I get are people saying, "Hey, I don't have anything to trade but I'm a really big fan of [insert show or actor name here] and I really want to see them in [insert bootleg here], is there any way we can work something out?" And if it's an audio, almost all of the time, I'll gift it out. If it's a video, it's more iffy, but that's mainly because I'll gift stuff if the download links are still working; if they're not, then I have to re-upload it, and that'll really depend on how busy I am and how much space I have available on MEGA and stuff.
So yeah, that's really it - just ask! Heck, you can even copy the example I gave above and fluff it up a little. The worst thing that can happen is that they'll say no. Well, I guess the actual worst thing that can happen is they'll say no and humiliate you, but that sounds like a them problem, not a you problem. So yeah, that's the advice I have!

Here comes the sim family spam! This is the Realmwalker Family, consisting of Victoria and Rufus, and their two cats Loki and Walley. Technically this wedding didn't happen because the game crashed before I could save it so I had to redo but these pics are so cute! In the current save they are expecting so when I do play on them expect babies! :D Also, Vic is a werewolf and Rufus is a spellcaster. Gonna be some wild kids 0_0
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Victoria is also currently a mint heir for the Not So Berry challenge! Before she met Rufus she was squatting in a large house in Moonwood Mill, but she was able to build her way up and after meeting Rufus her life changed forever. Not without a strange visit from Greg, though.. that may have been a mistake!
They've had Rufus' parents live with them in their new house, but things really didn't go well as Rufus' mother is not only strict but slightly unaccepting of her child's nonbinary identity. Their father is on their mother's side, however he is a bit softer. Despite this, after Rufus' mother quite rudely picked on Victoria one too many times they got kicked out. Victoria's father was there for them and very welcoming, and he even helped out with the wedding!
Tumblr media
Might I mention Rufus is an actor? They'll be the most famous sim on this side of Henford-on-Bagley (where they live) and beyond. They even got nominated for an award! Haven't hit the point where the ceremony is but if they win I WILL post. I'll post even if they dont but yk
(trigger warning pregnancy loss in the next paragraph. if this is an uncomfortable topic for you please skip to the next set of pictures!)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I will say, though, that Victoria's pregnancy journey has been somewhat rough. She's always been iffy about pregnancy (they do take steps to prevent it where they can but sometimes things do slip.) and the first time she got pregnant she was not ready. Woohoo Wellness is a fucking incredible mod by the way, highly recommend for making pregnancy more interesting, especially if you play longer lifespans and make pregnancy last longer like I do. I can make a post about my settings and such another time. The first pregnancy was really rough. Victoria was constantly stressed and she couldn't deal with it. By the second trimester, things went south and she came home from the hospital with an urn. Despite not being excited about the pregnancy at all she was still devastated over the loss. She got pregnant again a while later and not only was she still not sure about it, she was even more afraid because of the previous loss. She's taken steps both on her own and with Rufus to figure it out, and she's come to accept this. Rufus is overjoyed to be having a child, and while they are sad that Victoria isn't quite as happy, they're still as supportive as they can be. As of where I've left off, Victoria was in her third trimester (though the save seems to want to complain with her not showing at all the moodlet or the belly but i'll fix it next time i play on them) and we're getting close. The baby room is ready and they're both set to go.
I'm not sure if her first born will be the red NSB heir or not but we will see <3
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is the catch up on the Realmwalker family up to this point and I look forward to sharing their next chapter with y'all! If you have baby name suggestions feel free to send em my way ^^

I've seen Rat Race at least 10 times and it will forever be an unbeaten movie. The concept? Amazing. I would totally both bet on one, and be in one. The actors? Stunning. The characters are also stunning. There are so many individual scenes that are just spectacular, too many for me to pick and choose. The dodgy effects from 2001 only help the movie on its way to greatness. I sincerely recommend every human watches this movie, because it is *chef's kiss*, truly. Also, the soundtrack?? Yes please. Smash mouth is still smashing, as always. A very genuine 10/10

So hoyo revealed all of the harbingers
I saw that. Okay, this is just my thought but... doesn't it seem a little too convenient for the harbingers to be revealed now of all times? Now when Sumeru characters were just leaked earlier and dropped too at around the same time? So the harbingers practically overshadow the Sumeru characters? I feel like Mihoyo saw that Sumeru's banners were ready to flop because a good part of the Western fandom was still upset with the lack of representation for people of color. So their solution was the harbingers. But I could be completely wrong. Personally, I most likely won't be wishing for any of the Sumeru characters for this reason. But moving on...
Anyways, I liked the trailer. It had good music, good visuals, the tension was there. I just wasn't... hyped. Look, I'm almost always rooting for the villains in the media I see. But for some reason I just don't like the harbingers or the Tsaritsa. Don't get me wrong, they're okay. I don't dislike them for the most part, but I don't like them either. Here's my unwanted opinion on each harbinger:
La Signora - Glad she died. I hated her. She played the villain role, but it wasn't entertaining, scary, or fun in the slightest. She had her use, she's gone. Also, I did not really like her design. I also wish the one who killed her died too, to be honest.
Tartaglia - Ehhh. I kinda don't care about him. I think the only reason I lean more towards very low-key liking him is because he was a somewhat entertaining villain and he has an interesting past. What makes it better? His English voice actor is funny. I like him.
Scaramouche - Funny little dude, interesting design, very very interesting lore and how he's kind of like a god almost? But his personality annoys me. I wish we saw more of him in Inazuma, but I assume we'll see more of him in Sumeru. I wanted to add him to my team of five star short boys but there's a rumor that he'll be a completely different person when he's playable so I'm kind of iffy now.
Dottore - Based on what I've heard, his personality and interests make me not like him. But he's probably gonna be the one to steal the gnosis from that cocomelon iPad kid disgrace of a god. What's he gonna do?? Give her a bunch of fidget toys in exchange for the gnosis? Just because he's going against the dendro god, I'll probably end up liking him more later.
Pantalone - Funny name. He looks like Baizhu. Most hyped for him, and not even because of his design or personality or anything. I'm excited because I'm 99% sure he's voiced by Michael Tatum, aka voice of Sebastian from Black Butler, Kyoya from OHSHC, etc. I don't even like those characters, I just like the voice actor. So I want to see more of him. Not sure if I'll wish for him though.
Pulcinella - Honestly, I'm relieved that all the harbingers aren't young guys and girls that Mihoyo can use to advertise and gain money off of. It makes the most sense to have some older members.
Pierro - This dude looks really really cool. Giving off major dilf vibes. If he's interesting and actually appeals to me and becomes playable, I might be interested in pulling for him if I'm still playing genshin by then.
Capitano - Take off the mask.
Sandrone - Idk, I know she didn't speak but I don't like her already. I'm not too fond of her. She doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. But that machine or person carrying her? Reveal your name, sir. Are you a machine or man?
Arlecchino - I'm not too sure about her design, but I actually kind of like her based off the lines she said. It's not much to go off of but it's something.
Columbina - Get off the coffin you Lilia Vanrouge wanna-be.

Love in the Air Ep 6 Stray Thoughts
I think there's some racing drama ahead? Anyway, the current reigning prettiest cast is back.
This Chai guy looks like he's gonna mess with Rain later. Liked seeing Saifa take the other flank and shelter Rain. He's a good brother.
I don't know who this fuckboi from the last episode is, but the actors are doing a believable job at their role.
Prapai spots Rain and does not hesitate to ask about Sky, but not before the fuckbois ruin it.
Now I'm thinking about all the poor flag girls that get run over in sandbox video games.
This guy does not appreciate that we are still in a global pandemic. He needs to not talk in people's faces.
What the hell is going on with Boss's mic? Why is his breathing so loud??
I like the translation change from "wife" to "darling." It clears up confusion for the western viewers and I think carries more accurate intent.
I was a bit iffy in the first few episodes, but I like Rain and Payu as a pair now.
I still.dknt think I know what Payu's architecture boss's name is. (Update: It's Mhok)
Payu's fondness for Rain when he seems him working is very endearing.
Saifa ways interrupting for plot reasons.
I do appreciate that Payu doesn't brush aside Rain's concerns. Seems in line with their dynamic that he sidestepped making promises he can't be sure to keep.
Is this the same track from Cutie Pie? I feel like I asked before.
Why is Prapai here? To establish his character before we transition, obviously! Keep up, Saifa.
Part of why I will always stay with BL is how everyone's friends can be so chill about queer dynamics and smile fondly at a couple while also teasing them.
These other mechanics are so professional doing their work while these two flirt in front of them.
And just like that, this fuckboi assures we will hate him forever by being rude to Rain.
It's gonna be super awkward for everyone involved, including the viewers, if Payu loses. I'm not sure what's more interesting. Maybe j want him to lose to see what that looks like if their overall confidence shaken?
Ah he won. Time to defile the kitchen table.
Oh no they're maneuvering on these harrowing as fuck stairs.
If Payu slides a car for a condom again I am going to lose it.
Hey, good use of that comforter for actor modesty. Nice work everyone.
I like a post-coital conversation. This was very nice.
Those stairs worry me every time someone uses them.
Ah, of course the fuckboi isn't done. A kidnapping is the obvious way to get Payu's attention.
Oh, I like the sad shot of the spilled food.
These post credits scenes are cute, even if they disrupt the mood.
Oh lord the fuckboi hits Rain in the next episode. If he dies, he dies.
