david tennant as hedwig fancast: yay or nay?

Ohh, boy. Well, when I first read this, my immediate thought was "Hell yay, but he'd have to fight Michael for it." Haha.

I love that we have this video of Michael just a few years ago talking about desperately wanting to play Hedwig, and you're asking about the possibility of David as Hedwig. It's become almost a long-running joke about how Michael and David have always been up for the same parts/thought of as being the same "type" of actor, so it seems entirely fitting that I could easily see either one of them as Hedwig...but they would give very different interpretations/versions of the character.

So I could see this being something very much like what Michael and David have talked about before, about having a "retirement plan" where they are doing a theatrical touring production of Good Omens and swapping roles every night. Maybe one of them plays Hedwig and one plays Yitzhak one night, and then swapped the next? Or within the same show, Michael/David plays Hedwig for half the show and Yitzhak for the other half? The possibilities really are quite numerous...

I did have the opportunity to see John Cameron Mitchell as Hedwig on Broadway years ago and he was absolutely transcendent in the role, to where it's almost impossible for me to picture anyone else. But in thinking of your question along with the physical demands of the role (and knowing how much David lived up to the task of playing Macbeth), I think David could definitely handle the physicality of Hedwig. I'd also love to hear him sing "Sugar Daddy" (for oh so many delicious reasons...) and I think he would kill it on "The Origin of Love." That's not even getting into how gorgeous David would look in the costumes, of course. Even the drag outfit he wore in Much Ado has some shades of Hedwig to it, in fact (mainly the denim skirt, stockings, and boots)...

So yes, I would absolutely have to vote in the affirmative for a David Tennant fancast of Hedwig, with or without Michael Sheen. Please, universe, let's make it happen...

The fourth Golden Goddess

Ok, so I know Nintendo has already debunked this theory, but screw that. I'm going somewhere in between level 2 and level 3 headcanon territory. Here's what I would consider evidence for this theory: so there's the fact that a fourth Triforce piece is seemingly missing(this is further backed up by Ocarina of Time's Hylian Shield.) This is what I've seen most people talk about in regards to this theory.

I however, have gathered a few more points that could be taken as evidence for this theory: there are four Light Spirts in Twilight Princess: Ordona, Faron, Eldin, and Lanayru(3 of these names references the Golden Goddesses: Farore, Din, and Nayru.) These next few points are a bit more of a stretch: there are four elements to craft the Four Sword(also, Four Sword, not Three Sword) and yet again, 3 of these reference the Golden Goddesses: Wind element = Farore, Fire element = Din, and Water element = Nayru. And finally, of the 4 colors of the Four Sword, what a suprise, 3 of them reference the Golden Goddesses!: Farore = Green, Din = Red, and Nayru = Blue.

So, using all of these points, I have created a concept for the fourth Golden Goddess, along with a rough backstory.

The forgotten goddess: her name was Ordonia, her color scheme was purple/violet, and she was associated with the Element of Earth. Her Triforce piece would be Mercy, Justice, Truth, or Hope. Her contribution to the creation of the world, was magic; she is the reason magic exists(I'm not fully sold on this idea, but it's the best I got right now.) Pre Skyward Sword, Ordonia did something that the other 3 didn't like. So as punishment, they cursed her to reincarnate as a mortal. They also shattered her Triforce piece and hid the fragments across the land; they completely erased her from history.

This is what I was talking about when I said "I'm going somewhere in between level 2 and level 3 headcanon territory."

How do you think jason would feel if the joker died in some random accident?

Okay, I had to think about this ngl.

He would definitely have mixed feelings about this.

Firstly, having the Joker dead is a positive, obviously. He could finally allow himself to be happy. Happy the Joker can’t terrorize anyone anymore and happy that he can finally live in peace without the constant dread that the joker is looming over him.

On the other hand, this complicates matters with the family. We know how much Bruce killing Joker would mean to him. Bruce killing Joker is killing his son’s murderer (ofc) but it’s also proving to Jason that Bruce did care about him and did love him. Because right now Jason thinks that his death was not enough and that he himself was not enough for Bruce to kill the Joker. In my mind, Jason lets himself get close because of the hope he has that Bruce still can fix his mistake ie killing Joker. But once Joker dies randomly, that hope is gone and then it truly is clear that Bruce didn’t care or love Jason enough to break his moral code. This kind of reminds me of the cycle of abuse and how abuse victims will stay with their abusers because of the hope they have that things will get better.

Then there’s also the fact that Jason himself deserves to beat the living shit out of Joker and watch as Joker dies under his hands. It would be very gratifying and therapeutic for him (and the readers, in my opinion)

Ultimately though I feel that Jason would be glad because now The monster is gone for good and there are much more positives because of that.

This is excluding the joker war and any possibility of there being different jokers because that’s just ridiculous
