I love how Leon wore protective gear once in all the games. He is heavily protected in 2 (the remake at least) because it’s a form of riot gear. But he still said fuck a helmet because that would mess up his hair (I assume).
4 is just normal outdoor outfit. He’s out for a hike in a war zone.
Business casual in 6. He had time to put on more protective stuff but he went for an outfit he would wear in the office.

In quick succession, Haymitch had to watch the majority of the people he spent the most time with, some he might even consider friends, kill each other. Then he failed to save Peeta, and then District 12 gets destroyed by firebombs. AND then he's forced to be sober.

My guy don't describe the random lost scientist guy that way to Rayla of all people. That literally just describes Callum.
