not to get controversial but i am an adamant believer that neither tsm and tlq are bad and that while their actions can both get pretty fucked up, theyre both reacting frankly the best way that they know how given the horrible situation theyve been forced into...

#i think i said smth similar yesterday but its like #i think people really wanna be able to point at a character in this game and say #'thate them thats the worse person!!!!! theyre terrible!!!' and its like. sometimes a story doesnt have that #thats not even bringing the narrator into the equation. but im not broaching the narrator bc thats a massive other can of worms #that im not ready to open yet #but anyway why do so many people pit tlq and tsm against each other from a moral standpoint #it feels like people just take any mistake a character makes or anything they say that isnt pleasant and just accepting of fucked up things #being done to them #and then go wow ... this means theyre a terrible person #like NO!!!!!! theres NUANCE i am BEGGING #it just baffles me. cus the game literally tells the player that hey.... these two people are being pitted against each other #and yet it still goes ignored and its deeply depressing #and frankly i dont think the characters themselves would agree w the notions about the other...#anyway. rambling but i get SO defensive just let the weird gods do their thing . let them coexist

Deeply and truly thank you. Saved me a real pain. It was People Don't Do That. Gonna reread it ASAP. I don't remember if I read the uucest one, but I powered thru a lot of fics while I was sick in Jan, and I don't remember like 90% of those two weeks. (Like, as I'm going thru the tag I'm reading now, I'll see something unclicked and go to read it, finish the fic like OMG SO GOOD, and then scroll a little more and I see my name at the top of the kudos list and it's like, wait, when tf did I read this? It was when I was sick.)

Ughhhh. I ADORE the dynamic of whichever younger Strider being the instigator, and it fits Alphacest so deliciously. (I don't even know what to say here without being so fucking overtly horny for Alpha Dave in general but that's not new lmao.)

But seriously, the scene on the roof where Dirk took Dave's underwear, like. I died. There's no other way to put it. It fucking killed me. I'm going to remember that forever, it was so good.

Snow is canceled forever and ever bc it's so so scary to drive in. I don't want to drive in snow ever again. It was not even an inch though. But it was still SoScary. Unfortunately I am a Hoosier, so snow driving is inevitable.

#speculation nation #me just barely starting to get comfortable with driving my beautiful Tesci then WHAM #just 2 days after buying her im hit with Snow Driving (for the first time in my life!!!!)#i went to walmart after my failed appointment to buy some shit for my car. bc i went Oh Fuck sitting in there with snow on my windshield #bc i bought this car Two Days Ago so i didnt have a fucking scraper or brush yet 😭😭😭😭#i changed that tho. also bought a winter emergency kit. complete with jumper cables flashlight and blanket. plus some other stuff #oh SHOVEL. apparently. idk how they fit it in there. i just kinda left it in my car lol i did not care to open it yet.#i also got some air freshener stuff for my car. bc it has a bit of a scent to it.#used to belong to a smoker i guess. tho it's not too bad + i actually kinda like lingering smoke smell #But Also i wanna have my car with a scent i chose. so i bought... Leather Scent (???) air freshener #'hearth. pepper. and bourbon' idk how thats Leather but it smells good. so i got it.#ALSO bought some gloves im gonna keep in my car as driving gloves. theyre kinda sleek.#and ummmmm i bought some christmas lights. ill hang them up Somewhere. no energy for that rn but they were cheap and i love string lights #so i got them anyways. i'll come up with smth to do with them eventually.#i also bought a few food things. as a way to cheer myself up. ate some cream puffs after dinner today... mmmm #and it felt rly nice to leave the store and load up a car and not have to haul all of that back by hand.#even if i was also Very Scared of going back out in the snow hfmshfmsbd #it's supposed to be a bit warmer today than it was yesterday tho (by today i mean tuesday. bc it is in that realm now)#but ahhh. i might have a presentation today. i need to rest up so i can get ready for that.#sleepy time for me time. yes

The Tina/Jimmy Jr Jealousy is on the spicier side, pretty short but still good practice for that sort of thing.

I remember wanting to explore a slightly older them, as well as digging into Jimmy's obvious jealousy. It's a really fun dynamic to write, and I'll post a snippet below for you (⁠｡⁠•̀⁠ᴗ⁠-⁠)⁠✧

He didn't look at her, but his hand was tightly gripping hers.

"Oh. Oh, are you jealous?"

"Tsk, of course I am Tina. I can't help it, I just want you all to myself. You mean so much to me, but you seem interested in every other guy you see."

He pulled her closer.

"What do I have to do to get your attention?" He asked softly.

Tina blushed, her heartbeat racing as a comfortable heat settled in her stomach. He was only a few inches taller than her, but as he pulled her tight against him and leaned over, it was the perfect height to look up at him.

There was friction in the air as their eyes met, and Tina smirked as she glanced at his lips.

I don't think anyone will be surprised at what happens next

I think I've actually spoken on the Chlouise meetcute file before, but it's always so fun.

The tl;dr is that Zeke drags Louise to the gym, she ends up seeing Chloe from across the room and not recognizing her. Of course she thinks that she's really attractive, convinces Zeke to help find out if she's straight, Zeke recognizes her and hold it over Louise's head for a while. Louise eventually talks with Chloe and figures it out, but is still way too attracted to her. Cue cute little gym rivalry between them which eventually escalates and there is tension and someone inevitably asks someone out

Tragically, I've only really gotten around to writing bits of the first act, but even still I think it is such and interesting way to bring up some rivalry action for adults who used to know each other but not really. There are a few fun surprising character moments planned for both of them (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)

#thank you so much for asking #this was a nice break to an otherwise tiresome work day #but i really really want to finish that Chlouise one #it will probably be the next longform fic i work on #although i need to finish bitterweet reunion And trouble maker first #but even still the potential in that scenario holds so much for me #unfortunatley ill likely never finish the tina jju jealousy bit #its a great little snippet but im not quite ready to share anything spicy with the world just yet #either way its fun to share the concept i think theres a lot of potential as an opening premise you know #writing stuff #fanfic #bob's burgers #wip #chlouise #tina x jimmy jr
