It’s interesting finally starting a show that’s been cancelled because I often gauge how much I liked it by how pissed off I am that’s it’s been cancelled

In this case it’s dead boy detectives and oh. I am so mad. This show is literally built for longevity. You would never run out of cases for the boys to solve. There is so much lore to pull big bads from. And the characters are so good and they carry the show so well. You had literal gold served to you on a platter and you cancel it???

Anyway. I loved the show very much and I am incredibly bitter. Netflix it is on site

If I think for more than five minutes about how much Esteban loved his team I'll go insane. 'Allez Alpine. Allez les bleus' when he crossed the finish line to secure that fucking team their first and only win; their best result to date. He was the only driver to introduce himself to all the staff at the factory. He was finishing p19/p20 for the first few races of this season and he never complained he never said a word against them instead praising and encouraging them all. Last year in Silverstone he wore a special helmet to celebrate the team; it had the names of all the staff at Alpine working on the car in both Viry and Enstone. He was going to see all those people in person the week after the race at the factories to say goodbye to them personally. He was going to wear a helmet celebrating everything they achieved together. 'Merci. Thank you' yeah I'm going insane again.

You don’t understand what this means to me, Vi and Caitlyn get to be together. I get to imagine all their happiness together: Caitlyn gets to apologize, Vi gets to wake up next to Caitlyn every day and go to sleep next to her every night, Caitlyn doesn’t have to fill that hole anymore either, they get to kiss softly and make love, they get to comfort each other when they have nightmares, they get to call each other pet names and tease each other, they get to fight by each other’s side, Cait gets to tell Vi she loves her and Vi gets to say it back, they get to call one another out when either one slips, they get to balance each other, they get to be a mundane couple and sit by the fire place together and eat together, and everyone gets to see them be the power couple they are. Despite all the pain, they get each other, just a little bit of happiness in a world that crushed almost everyone else’s.
