hi! i just wanted to thank you for writing those posts about the tlou fandom. i havent read any new ellie fanfic in ages because im so dissatisfied with how many people write her. at some point its almost like an OC with a cosplay on... im not saying you have to be the victor hugo of fanfiction but knowing the character is pretty much the bare minimum in my opinion. really, thank you! ♡ i agree with every single word.

I’ll forever love game Ellie and how real she is, how she doesn’t try to cater to anyone or anything she moves to the beat of her own drum, she’s fierce and strong, and stands her ground, and funny and driven, and ambitious, and emotionally intelligent. And practical, and self reliant and badass. But also insecure and reflective, and self aware, and not good with communicating her emotions, instead channels them through other outlets, (writing, art) she’s impulsive and a brooding over-thinker and creative, and geeky, knows random space facts, an avid learner and not a Mary sue or manic pixie dream girl but fallible she’s as real as it gets. And that will forever be my Ellie

ok listen to me. a long time ago aha made a worm really smart and tried to get it into the genius society. but even though that worm was smart as hell, nous did not give a fuck about it.

you know who else is smart as hell but nous doesnt give a fuck about?

heh. yeah. thats right. despite many people (including himself) feeling like nous should have recognized him a loooong time ago, that computer just doesn’t care.

now, we are left to wonder… why does nous refuse to acknowledge this man..?

i think it’s quite obvious.

my theory is that aha made a SECOND worm really smart. and Then they made the worm into a sexy guy.

and now they’re outside nous’s window, giggling, as everyone in the universe ponders why veritas ratio is not permitted into the genius society.
