Jake has two favorite customers.

There’s Bradley, a tall well-built man with curly brown hair and a mustache who wears truly obnoxious shirts. Everything he orders is iced, no matter the season. He pulls his sunglasses down his nose and winks at Jake when he collects his drink and Jake flushes every time, without fail.

And there’s Bob, who seems shy but isn’t. He simply carries himself in a pointedly reserved manner, with a quiet confidence that Jake finds utterly intriguing. He orders his coffee hot, no cream or sugar. No frills. It’s the parting smile that always has Jake going weak in the knees: full of all the sweetness his beverage lacks.

One morning they walk through the door of the shop together, holding hands as they approach the counter. Jake feels his heart sink. Unable to weather the discomfort of this revelation, he turns and busies himself at the sink and lets a coworker take his place behind the register. He misses the knowing look the two men exchange. He doesn’t miss how they linger around until his shift ends that afternoon.

Later that night, when he’s tangled up between them, he gets to see their tender shared expressions up close. Bob presses a chaste kiss to his sweaty forehead and Bradley, at his back, drags swollen lips over the round of Jake’s shoulder. “How do you take your coffee?” he asks.

I think the attractiveness kinda comes natural when it's Miguel we're talking about, I really just need to draw him accurately. And since I tend to lean mostly towards realism with my art, adding all the extra details to him means there's a lot more room for some additional attractiveness to happen, y'know lmao

But honestly, I just think it's fun to see if I can even draw him like that, or just in general, and I of course also know you guys like these kinds of pieces 🤭 I do apologize for keeping the obsession going though, that's all on me!

The precious, sweet and especially very kind blue-haired Miqo’te next to A’viloh is named Aveen. 💙

We were both a little confused at first when we realised that our characters shared the same nickname, often being called Avi / A‘vi.

Although Aveen has a phobia of brightly colored Seeker Miqo’te eyes and also him and A‘viloh not meeting in their canon stories, we thought that character-wise they could be best friend in another universe. Rael would secretly find them adorable because they look so happy and now have two shy cats to take care of. 🤭

this isn't an ask for questions or similar, it's just me adoring and fan girling over your writing, it made me LITERALLY giggle when Serena said "Perhaps you’ll get to see it for yourself yet; I’m certain any little Jenevelle or Serena we might have will undoubtedly inherit or learn my less-than-graceful ways.” and Shart said "...You do intend to get me in a family way .” i was twirling my hair, kicking my feet during this scene, and then i remembered: oh dear selûne, why am i single?

and not only that part, i LOVED the "It was a journey marred by loss, blood, hardship upon hardship- but the result is this : serenity. Serena’s own namesake, a feeling brought to life every time their lips meet, or their smiles are exchanged, under the soft glow of the moon." i am in love how you used Serena's name meaning to describe their new life 🥺 it's so genius, but also so simple, them and true 🥺 i am forever enchanted by how you describe and build their cottage in love life, it makes me dream having one with Shart as well </3
