f1gossip Carlos Sainz and Y/N L/N were spotted at dinner last night. The two enjoyed a meal before taking a stroll along the Monaco pier front where, as pictured, the pair were in high spirits. We're happy to see Y/N looking so happy following the revelation that her ex-boyfriend, and Carlos' current F1 teammate, had cheated on her. The two were then joined by Y/N's current roommate and F1 driver, Lando Norris, who then whisked them off to a local nightclub. We continue to send Y/N our support and hope to see more of her happy side.

Reader and Sanemi going from hating to marrying each other + meeting up with the Kamado family post infinity castle
Pairing: Sanemi x fem!reader

Synopsis: Gosh, you hated that guy. Just the way the wind hashira talked to you pushed you over the edge far too often. Little did you know that you'll feel different about that hot-tempered man after everything is over, that you'll find yourself convincing your husband to meet the Kamado family...
Warnings: THIS IS SPOILER FREE Y'ALL, I wrote this without ANY spoilers in it, so none of the outcome is what actually happens in the manga like that (I actually aim for a spoiler-free blog so anime onlys don't have to worry, death of basically every other hashira, language, angst to fluff

βCan you two just stop?β, Giyu mumbles under his breath, all pairs on eyes set on you and the wind hashira who is only inches away from your face by know.
God, how much you hate that guy. Since the first time you saw him beating up a bunch of innocent demon slayer to now where you literally feel his urge to slap you right into your face, you canβt stand him. Out of all skilled demon slayers, why does it have to be him? How did he even achieve the status of a pillar in the first place?
βStay the hell out of it, Tomiokaβ, Sanemi barks at the water hashira in an instant.
βStop acting like a jerk. Donβt you get that nobody will ever like you if you treat them like that!?β
βNot liking me? Look at you, (y/n). Youβre a total loser.β
βTake that back right now!β
βThatβs enough, stop alreadyβ, Gyomei finally speaks out.
Oh, you couldnβt care less about the stone hashira lifting himself off the ground or the thick tension that fills the air. Out of instinct, you yank towards, your fist aiming straight for his face. That little fucker will pay for every single insult, for every time he put you down-
βI said enough, (y/n).β
βLet go of me!β, you cry out when Gyomei catches you mid-air.
βYou heard him, (y/n). Enough is enoughβ, Sanemi jeers at you with a slight grin.
Oh, how much you would have given to get teased by Sanemi Shinazugawa like that one last time. How desperately you wish you could turn back time to see all their faces again. When all of you arrived within the infinity castle, you knew you might not make it out alive, that some of your beloved friends will eventually never find their way out.
βSanemi!β, you cried into the countless chambers around you, eyes aimlessly searching for the man your eyes locked with just seconds ago.
β(y/n)!β, he shouted from afar.
Where is he? Is he safe? What if youβll never see him again? You swallowed hard, desperately trying to stop your dumb eyes from watering. What ifβ¦youβll never see Sanemi again?
βWhere are you?β
βDonβt you dare to die on me here!β, he yelled on top of his lungs.
Before eventually, he stopped replying.Β Before you faced countless demons on your own, all at once.
You would have never imagined that those crazy eyes you hated so much since joining the chosen circle of hashira would be the ones youβll see last before your lifeless body collapses onto the floor.
βNo, you canβt leave me like that. Not you too, (y/n). Get yourself together and fight!β, he hissed through gritted teeth while grabbing your body tightly.
βSβ¦Sanemi?β
What a relief it was to fall asleep in his muscular arms.
And what a surprise it was to wake up with him by your side again.
βIβm so tiredβ, you mumbled before being able to even think straight.
Everything hurt. From your little toe to your shoulder, over your torso and your crushed leg. It feels like you just returned from a trip to hell.
βYouβre awake.β
Donβt so familiar voice that suddenly sounds so soft and broken, that maniac orbs that suddenly turnedβ¦hurt. Is Sanemi Shinazugawa crying?
βAre you okay?β, you croaked.
What about the others? Are they safe? Did you make it? What about Muzan, the upper moons, Tanjiro and his sister? Your brain threatens to give him, a breathtaking wave of nausea close to hit you with full force.
βDumbass, look at yourself first. Are you okay?β
Gently, he caressed your cheek with his bruised knuckles, forcing your heart to skip a beat. Is this really the Sanemi Shinazugawa you know and hate?
Hate?
You furrow your eyebrows. Did you really hate him those past few weeks when you sat together after training past after midnight? Did you really hate him when fighting against those demons, when he was all you were able to think about? When on earth did you start un-hating him?
βIβm fineβ¦Butβ¦the others?β
Just the way he shakes his head in defeat is enough for you to know. You swallow hard. All the people you lovedβ¦Mitsuri who always braided your hair, Shinobu always stitched you up after another fight with Sanemi, Giyu who always scolded you for acting out like that. Tanjiro, Nezuko, Gyomei, Obanai, Muichiroβ¦Are all of them gone?
Suddenly you fail to breathe. Your friends, your found-family.
Everythingβs gone.
βHey, donβt panic.β
Did they suffer? How many people were forced to die in that senseless war?
βLook at me, (y/n).β
You canβt catch your breath, shaky hands clinging onto Sanemiβs sleeve for what feels like dear life.
β(y/n).β
He grabs your face with both of his hands. And all of the sudden, everything around you starts to get calm.
βIt will be alright. Not today, not even tomorrow or next week. But weβll get through this together.β
βI hate youβ, you breathe out while getting lost in the new-found peace his eyes radiate.
βI hate you tooβ, he mumbles.
Why do his lips suddenly look so inviting, roaming closer and closer? Why do you enjoy the way he holds your face in place with his rough hands, how he stares at you in distress?
But thereβs something apart from distress, a new-found feeling youβve never seen before.
βMore than anything elseβ, you add.
βAbsolutely, yes.β
And then his lips crash into yours. Longingly, almost desperate Sanemi Shinazugawa kisses you with every fiber of his being, allows his body to finally give him. He never allowed himself a single positive thought when it came to you, always hated every minor thing you did. Until the infinity castle made him realize what he truly feels for you, that he needs to catch a taste of your forward lips before it is too late.
That was exactly one year ago.
βWhatβs on your mind again?β, Sanemi mumbles into your hair while staring into the sunset and holding you tight.
βOh, I was just thinking about how much you hated me back thenβ, you chuckle.
What a relief it is. Being able to watch the sunset without fearing the night. Being able so live another day with your husband by your side.
Your husband, Sanemi Shinazugawa.
βI wonder what they would think, seeing us like thatβ, Sanemi comments dryly.
βOh, they wouldnβt believe us.β
βAbsolutely not, nah.β
βBut I bet theyβd be proud, right? Iβm sure itβs fine that weβre doing okayβ¦β
βYouβre talking nonsense again, (y/n). Why would they ever be mad at us for living our lives?β
βBecause they couldnβt.β
You swallow the lump that forms itself deep in your throat down. Not a single day went by without you thinking about your comrades. How they always had to keep the two of you separated, how much fun youβve had despite the circumstances.
But now, thereβs only you and Sanemi left. And Tanjiro Kamado.
βI think we should pay the Kamado family a visitβ, you add before thinking about it any further.
To this day, Sanemi refused to meet up with Tanjiro and his sister. Maybe because he still hates the boy with the scar, maybe because seeing Tanjiro means being confronted with his past all over again. Over and over, you begged him to go, to make sure both of them are doing alright.
βDidnβt I say no 100 times already?β, Sanemi grumbles behind you.
βWell, you said you hate me at least 100 times as well and still, Iβm hereβ, you bite back.
Sanemi shifts his weight, his muscles tense behind your back. You know too well that this isnβt easy for him, that seeing Tanjiro means getting confronted with a part of his past heβs so eager to forget. But the Kamado family never gave up their hope, always keeps their doors open if Sanemi does decide on meeting them someday.
βThatβs not the same, idiot.β
βSanemi.β
You turn around and cup his face gently with both hands.
βMaybe you should pay him a visit. We didnβt see him in a long time.β
βWhy would I care though? Itβs not like I liked that kid at one pointβ, he barks back at you.
You let out your breath. Despite the fact that infinity castle made both of you softer, Sanemi still didnβt lose his stubbornness and attitude. Well, so did you.
βYou wanna act like an asshole? Go ahead, then. Iβll leave tomorrow morning, with or without you.β
Without another word, you get up and make your way back into the house. How frustrating living with him can be. But stillβ¦The past is scarry, maybe even too much too bear. After today, you wonβt speak up about visiting the Kamado family again.
-the next day-
βNezuko!β
She doesnβt hear you. The girl with the wavy black hair tied into a knot, her tender eyes focused on the garden in front of her feet. How breathtakingly gorgeous she is, a true beauty just like back then.
βNezuko!β, you cry out again, waving at her like an idiot.
Back then, she saved your life by almost sacrificing her own. Even though you werenβt as kind as the other hashiras, the Kamado family always stood by your side and believed in you. Seeing her so unbothered and happy forces a wave of tears up your eyes, makes your vision go foggy.
Thanks to your comrades, all of this is over now.
β(y/n)!β, the girl finally greets you while mindlessly dropping her sickle and dashing towards you.
β(y/n), is it really you? I canβt believe it!β, Nezuko breathes out.
βYeah, the originalβ, you giggle.
She still wears the same patterns she did back then. But her eyes, they look so different. Nezuko really is fully human again. You canβt stop a single tear rolling down your eyes. And all of this, only due to the sacrifice of your friends.
βNo, donβt you cry, (y/n)! Not when both of us should be happyβ, Nezuko croaks out, a thin coat of tears now covering her very own eyes.
βThose are happy tears. Iβm so sorry for not visiting you sooner, itβs justβ¦β
Yes, what is it? Did you hesitate because Sanemi wasnβt ready, because he refused over and over to accompany you? No, you yourself needed that time to heal, to get over all the terror and suffering youβve been through.
βYou donβt have to apologize at all. After all, Tanjiro and I needed some time to adjust to this new life as well. Do you mind me asking how Shinazugawa-sama is?β
βSanemi? Heβs doing okay. But he isnβt ready yetβ¦β
βOf course, I get that! But thereβs no need to rush, right? After all, we now have plenty of time leftβ, Nezuko replies with that oh so gentle grin plastered onto her face.
β(y/n), is that you?β
Your heart skips a beat. Oh, youβd recognize that voice from everywhere with its unwavering optimism and tender undertones.
βLong time no see, Kamado Tanjiro.β
In the matter of seconds, you find yourself embraced into a tight hug, surrounded by nothing but the signature ichimatsu pattern that burned itself into your brain.
βOh my, Iβm so sorry for casually hugging you like this, (y/n)-sama!β, he adds in a haste, quickly letting go of you and bowing.
βIβm not a hashira anymore, Tanjiro. And both of us are equal. Well, now that I think of it, I should be the one who bows in front of youβ, you contradict jokingly.
βItβs so nice to finally see you again! How are you?β
βIβm doing alright. Sanemi and I, we worked quite hard to renovate his estate after what happened. These past few months, we enjoyed watching the sunsets for the very first time in agesβ, you explain briefly.
βI couldnβt believe my ears when I heard that the two of you married. It makes me beyond happy you found your luck, (y/n).β
βDonβt you dare making my wife cry, brat.β
Your eyes widen, heartbeat instantly picking up. Youβd recognize that voice out of a thousand people. When you turn around, you get greeted by the annoyed expression of none other than your husband.
βSanemiβ, you breathe out.
Did he follow you? When did he decide on meeting the Kamadoβs? Youβve been bugging him for ages, almost begging him to pay Tanjiro and Nezuko a visit.
And now he stands there, arms casually crossed in front of his chest.
βShinazugawa-sama, what a honor-β
βSpare me with that bullshitβ, Sanemi interrupts the boy immediately.
βJust tell me how youβre doing.β
Oh. Your eyes threaten to overfill with joy all over again, Sanemiβs arm now wrapped around your waist tightly. Just 2 years ago, you didnβt even think about the possibility to even like Sanemi, to look after the Kamadoβs.
But this is your life now. Your oh so sweet life.
βYou might have been right. Maybe this isnβt so bad after allβ, Sanemi whispers into your ear.
βSo, does that mean you finally donβt hate me anymore.β
βThatβs a bit out of line, Kamado. Youβre still a brat, after all.β

βNo. No, no, no!β you cry, giggles slipping through your facade as Jack pelts himself full force from the end of your bed to the pillows where youβre curled. You put your arms out just in time to avoid getting them snapped, catching Jack, and feeling the brunt of his face as he lands on your chest. βOh! You broke me, Jack. Iβm broken!β
βYouβre not broken,β Jack says breathlessly, wrapping his arms around your neck.
βYou better not be breaking your stepmom, Jackers,β Hotch says from the bathroom. βIβm not getting you another one.β
βBoo!β you say.
βI donβt want another one,β Jack declares, still gasping for breath as he presses your faces together.
You pull him in for a cuddle. βGood, baby, I love you too much to be replaced. And I donβt mind dad either.β
βJack, you gotta stop jumping on her, remember? She just had a baby. It really hurts to have a baby, and it hurts afterwards to get better. Gentle hands,β Hotch says, pulling the bathroom door open completely, the baby bathed and changed in his arms.
Hotch has cared for a baby before, so while youβre not useless, the majority of things have defaulted to him while you recover. Youβre lucky, even if itβs how a woman should be treated βHotch hasnβt made you get up once since you came home almost a week ago. Heβs forced you to sit down a few times, actually. And youβd told him how thankful you were for it in whispers only yesterday night, grateful to be cared for with so much dedication.
I should've been better, for Haley, heβd whispered back. She was amazing all by herself when she didnβt need to be. Youβll be amazing too, but weβre gonna do it together.
Maybe heβs overcompensating for past regrets, maybe heβs just looking after you.
Jack strokes your cheek with a little hand. βSorry. I donβt want to break you.β
βYou wonβt.β You lean back and attempt to bring him in with you, but Jack wonβt be contained.
He springs down off of the bed to crowd Hotchβs legs, face up and smiling. βDad, are you done?β
βI am.β
βCan you help with the robot now?β
βYeah, yes. Sorry, Iβm gonna fix your robot. You ready, honey?β
You open your arms eagerly. Youβve had a hug from Jack, and Hotch held you under his arm while you were eating your lunch, so all you need now for the trifecta is a cuddle with your baby. One day heβs gonna be able to hug you back, but for now he stretches out in the well of your arms and coos when you kiss his tiny forehead.
Hotch and Jack leave to fix their robot. You slink down, further and further, too tired and sore to want to sit, sliding the babyβs weight into one arm beside you and leaning down to watch him smack his lips. The few baths heβs had have made him tired each time. You feel sleepy just looking at him.
Youβd hope that the baby will be handsome like his brother, though Jack looks so much like Haley they probably wonβt be very similar. There are hints of Aaron in them both. Babies look like babies, sure, but he has the Hotchner nose. You can tell already.
βMy handsome handsome boy,β you sing-song under your breath. He sniffles. You bring your pinky to his nose and give it a gentle touch. βBeautiful baby. I love you.β Your voice turns to sugar. βI love you, baby, youβre so beautiful, just like daddy.β
Footsteps creaking on the landing. You quieten without looking away from the baby, until you feel a familiar hand on your arm. βYou okay?β
βDid you fix the robot?β
βOf course I did.β He leans down and in, lips and nose pressing to your arm. βAre you okay? You look tired.β
βI am tired. Maybe Iβll nap while heβs sleeping.β
βThatβs a good idea. Give him a kiss and Iβll put him back in the crib.β
βNo, no, canβt he stay?β
βYou want me to stay here and watch you sleep?β he asks, laughing into your arm, pressing another kiss in a path toward your shoulder. βYou can keep him until you fall asleep, okay? Then Iβll move him.β
βWill you do that thing to my cheek?β you ask quietly.
βIf you tell me what you were saying before I walked in, yes.β
Hotch sits on the bed behind you where youβre sidled up to the baby, the back of his hand falling gently against your cheek, fingers curled and knuckles brushing the skin just shy of your eye one tender centimetre at a time. βWell?β he prompts.
You close your eyes with a contented smile. βWas just telling him heβs gorgeous.β
βYeah?β He turns his hand, his pinky finger rubbing the delicate skin under your eye briefly, and the his palm flat to your face. His thumb takes up the guard. You feel fatigue pulling at you from the sheer comfort he offers, though you can manage a few more words, at least.
βHeβs beautiful, he has his daddyβs nose.β
βI donβt think thatβs what makes him so handsome.β
βNo?β you mumble.
Hotch lets his face rest again on your arm. βNo, thatβs his mother. Couldnβt be anything else.β

You donβt know if itβs because youβre newlyweds, or if itβs because youβre pregnant, but he canβt stay away.
At least one hand is always somewhere on you, on your shoulder, around your waist, on your thigh or knee.Β
At night, it doesnβt matter if itβs in the dead of summer, his arm is snaked around you and his head is buried in the back of your neck.
Once you reach your second trimester, and your bump becomes noticeable, Heeseung is always touching your bump, tapping it absentmindedly with his fingers, beaming from ear to ear when eventually he can feel your baby boy squirming underneath his touch.
Sometimes he wakes up in the middle of the night to the push of feet against his palms, it made him smile every time.
Heeseung is also completely whipped for you, heβll do anything you ask.Β
Your cravings get intense, and he doesnβt complain when you wake him at three in the morning whining about salted popcorn with cheese on. And he goes to the store for you, every time.
Heeseung isnβt usually very sappy, but as soon as your bump pops up heβs the most sentimental soppy man in the world.
Every morning and night he talks to your bump about anything and everything. Even during the day he will randomly address the bump asking it questions.
βOkay, little one,β Heeseung sinks to his knees one morning, resting a hand on either side of your bump, βkick once for cornflakes. Kick twice for the chocolate cereal.β
You giggle, βyouβre an idiot.β
βIβm indecisive. This boy needs to pull his weight and help me. Heβs already living here rent free for the next however long.β
You roll your eyes, going back to your own breakfast.
βWhat do you think baby boy?β Heeseung gently pokes at your bump attempting to illicit a response.
Eventually your son delivers a single kick, causing you to choke on your coffee.Β
βUnlucky,β you laugh at his disappointed face, βcornflakes it is.β
βI will evict him as soon as physically possible. How can he disrespect me like this in my own house.β
βCanβt wait until heβs actually here,β you murmur.
βMe too,β Heeseung kisses your bump before getting up to kiss your head and reach for the cornflakes.

Jay isnβt too overbearing during your pregnancy. Heβs not the type to constantly ask if you need anything, he will wait for you to ask him.
That doesnβt mean he doesnβt anticipate your needs, youβll come home from a late shift to find your pregnancy pillow already set up, your cravings are always fully stocked and thereβs always plenty of bubble bath.
Where he does get somewhat intense is in public.
Jay constantly worries about harm coming to either of you. When you go shopping, heβs careful not to be recognised, wearing hats and glasses as to not to draw attention to you. In airports, his arm is always around you, guiding you around.Β
So, when heβs on tour during your pregnancy and you come to visit, heβs on high alert.
βJay, I can walk around the venue by myself,β youβre escorted into the dressing room by a security guard.
Jay pulls you into a hug, kissing the top of your head, βthereβs lots of equipment around baby, what if you hurt yourself?β
You roll your eyes, βhave I ever hurt myself backstage before?β
βLet me look after you,β he pecks your lips, βanyway, itβs soundcheck soon. Thereβs a nice chair set up for you beside the stage for the actual show as well-β
βWait, Iβm going to watch from backstage?β
βYeah, of course,β Jay says, βgoing out there canβt be good for you, or the baby-β
βBut you know I love being in the audience,β you pout, βJay, I want to be out there singing along with my lightstick just like everyone else.β
Jay tilts his head, βI donβt know, sweetheart, youβre so far along and the fans can be so intenseβ¦β
βIβll be in the stands with your managers, Iβll have so much space!β
βI just have visions of you falling over or someone bumping into you..β
βPlease, baby,β you pull out the puppy eyes, wrapping your arms around his waist, and you quickly see him crumble.
βFine, but minimal dancing,β he taps your nose, βand a security guard.β
Just then, a stage runner knocks on the door, letting Jay know heβs needed for soundcheck.
βCome on, Iβll take you to your seat.βΒ

When you first found out you were pregnant, Jake sort of panics a little bit.
Youβre hunched over the toilet and throwing up he doesnβt really know what to do. This is completely new territory for him. Your early symptoms often have him incredibly flustered, youβre emotional, your boobs hurt and youβre constantly dizzy.
One night, Jake comes home from practice, and itβs like his instincts awaken when he sees you in the bathroom, on the floor sobbing.
βJake,β you cry when you see him, and heβs instantly at your side on the tiles, βI canβt do this anymore.β
Jake takes you into his arms, letting you cry into his shoulder.
βI know I havenβt been the most.. helpful,β he murmurs, βbut I know you, and you are so strong, and you can do this. And I will do everything and anything you need from me, okay?β
From then on, Jake is the most attentive boyfriend, and is very touchy. You donβt even have to ask, and heβs giving you a foot massage. You come home from work, and thereβs already a bath run for you at the perfect temperature.
Once youβre four months in, your bump becomes noticeable, and Jakeβs level of affection is just exacerbated.Β
Every night he rubs your lotion on your bump, tells the bump about his day, and sleeping with his hand on it.
When youβre hormonal, he holds you.
βEverything hurts, Jake,β you sob, βall day. Sheβs been sitting on my spine all day, and Iβve been having braxtons, and my boobs hurt and theyβre leaking, I tried to nap but I just couldnβt-β
Jake from month one in your pregnancy wouldβve freaked out at your outburst, but this Jake, in month seven, is calm and collected.
He runs you a bath, filling it with lavender bubbles. On your insistence, he gets in behind you, rubbing your back, shoulders and achy breasts.
βIs that better?β Jake murmurs, the timbre of his voice sending a shiver down your spine and stirring up your hormones.
βMuch,β you roll your head back against his shoulder, βyouβre the best.β
He kisses your head, βhow about we get out and go lay down?β
βWe can get out,β you nod, βbut can we do more than lay down?β
Jake grins cheekily, βincredible idea.β

For your whole pregnancy, Sunghoon is just filled with pride. He shows ultrasound photos to everyone and talks nonstop about your incoming baby girl to anyone that will listen.
Sunghoon becomes a bit of a pregnancy expert. Every book he can get his hands on, he reads cover to cover. He knows what to expect, what was abnormal and everything in-between.Β
So Sunghoon did notice just how much you were needing to go to the bathroom.Β
It was relentless. He would wake up several times a night to you wriggling out of his arms and padding into your ensuite. During the day, youβre constantly up and down needing to pee, when youβre driving you have Sunghoon pull into service stations constantly.Β
He brings it up to your doctor at the next scan. Your doctor agrees that the rate of your bathroom trips are a little out of the ordinary, so he refers you for blood tests.Β
βGestational diabetes,β you read the words on the leaflet, slumped in the passenger seat of your car.
βY/N..β
βThis is my fault.β
βY/N, you heard the doctor. Sometimes these things just happen,β Sunghoon rests a hand on your arm.
βWhat if something happens to her because of this? I know he said that the risks were small, but what if?β you begin to tear up.
βShe was perfect on the scan the other day, remember? Iβm going to help you through this. Weβre going to get through this.β
Sunghoon stayed up all night that night reading article after article about gestational diabetes. You woke up the next morning to find a full google doc with meal plans, exercise routines and a schedule to check your blood sugars.
He happily did everything with you, eating the same meals and cutting down on sugar.Β
On an evening, the two of you would go down to the pool in your apartment complex for a swim. You would slowly swim around while chatting, usually about the baby or work.Β
βYouβve made this so much easier for me,β you stand over your daughterβs empty crib, damp hair occasionally dripping onto your bump, βthank you.β
βItβs what Iβm supposed to do,β Sunghoon gently turns you around by your waist and kisses your nose, βas your husband and her father.β

Sunoo feels totally out of his depth.Β
Suddenly his fiancee is pregnant, something you never expected. He doesnβt know the first thing about pregnancy, and doesnβt know how to respond to your symptoms. He sort of just treats you as if youβre sick, bringing you soup and tea but keeping his distance. At the same time, youβre hormonal, and canβt understand why heβs staying away.
You worry he doesnβt want the baby, that heβs having second thoughts, or youβre bothering him too much with your requests. In reality, Sunoo is just so worried that heβs not being helpful, or that somehow he might hurt or upset you.
One night youβre laying in bed together watching TV in silence, you essentially lose it.
βSunoo,β youβre tearing up, βIβm sorry.β
βWhy?β he whips his head around to look at you, βfor what?β
βYouβre just distant, and you keep away from me, I barely see you. If itβs me or the baby I would rather you just tell me-β
βNo- no, thatβs not it at all. I want you and the baby more than anything in the world.β
Sunoo is quiet for a few moments, βIβm sorry. I guess Iβm just scared. Iβve been retreating into my head and havenβt been there for you like I should be.β
βSunoo, we need to talk to each other. I need to know how you feel. If weβre going to be parents, we need to be a team, we need to be in sync.β
βI know, youβre right. I promise going forward Iβll be more open with you about how I feel.β
From then on, heβs obsessed with all things pregnancy and baby.
Every few days youβll come home to a package addressed to you that you didnβt order, containing a weird pregnancy product that he saw on TikTok.
You and Sunoo talk constantly. You chat late at night in bed, in the morning on your balcony as the sun comes up, in the car on an evening, all about your excitement and fears surrounding the baby.Β
Sunoo also becomes somewhat clingy, especially at night or when youβre in crowds. While before you were pregnant he would usually just throw an arm around you, now he sleeps completely pressed against you, his chest to your back.
βI love you,β he mumbles into your neck one night, βthank you for giving me my dream.β

Your pregnancy with Serin is very turbulent.Β
For the first half, everything is fairly smooth.
You get sick, and Jungwon holds your hair back. You have mood swings, he tries his best to be empathetic.Β
Jungwon knows enough to understand that these things are par for the course, so heβs supportive but not too concerned about your symptoms.Β

"Can we go to the wall, Lord Stark?" Jacaerys' words made your jaw drop to the floor. Has he lost his mind?! The Wall? Why?!
Cregan glanced at the young prince and took a sip of his ale. "Are you sure, my Prince? It is much colder there." Jacaerys nodded enthusiastically. "I am quite sure. I have come this far. I want to see the Wall."
"Very well then", Cregan got up and dusted his clothes. Your brother followed suit. You stayed sitting, eating your food in peace. Jace had surely lost his mind. You were already freezing to death, you would surely die at the Wall.
"When can we go?" Jace's question made you want to punch him. Idiot. You were hoping Cregan would say 'after the war' or 'never' but what came out of his mouth infuriated you even more.
"Today, if you're truly ready for it." You glared at the Northern Lord. They have both lost their minds! You lightly pulled Jacaerys' hand but he was too busy agreeing with Lord Stark to go to the damned Wall that very day. "What of you, my Princess? Will you accompany us?" Your head whipped towards Cregan and you were about to say something rude to him when Jace answered for you. "Of course she is. I'm not leaving her alone here." You truly wanted to punch him square in his face at that. First, he proposes to go to the Wall and then treats you like a little child! The audacity!
"No thank you, my Lord. I'm not sure I'll be able to withstand the cold there. I'd rather stay here and explore Winterfell. I've barely seen anything here", you answered rather harshly. Cregan's eyebrow shot up at your tone but once again your brother interrupted. "You're coming with us. Imagine it, we'll be able to see the mighty Wall and even see what lies beyond. Are you really not intrigued about all that?"
"Yes, I am. But not enough to freeze myself to death for it."
"Don't be dramatic! I'm about as Northerner as you. We'll be fine. And Lord Stark will be with us. It will be ok."
Cregan glanced between us and sighed loudly. "You shouldn't force her, my Prince. If she doesn't wish to come with us, then let her stay here." You nodded to him in gratitude. Jace frowned at his words and decided to pull the good old trick out of his sleeves. "Alright dear sister, if you wish to stay here, do that. I'll go with Lord Stark to the place where Queen Alyssane and her dragon once stood/ How amazing would that be!"
You squinted your eyes at him. You knew your brother very well and knew what he was doing. He was triggering the fear of missing out within you. But you were determined to not let it affect you. "Do that. I'm sure it will be fun in the hellish cold up there." Jace rolled his eyes at you and turned toward Cregan, "How do we travel to the Wall?"
"By horseback."
"But it will take long, wouldn't it?"
"Yes, my Prince, it will."
"Then can I not just travel there on Vermax?"
Cregan shook his head. "I would advise against that. Dragons do not like the cold atop the Wall." Your ears perked up at the mention of Vermax. You hadn't seen your own dragon for a week now. You were dying to go dragon back riding again. Walking up to your brother, you linked your arm through his. "My brother has proposed a wonderful idea, Lord Stark. Going there on dragonback will be quicker and easier than horseback."
"Perhaps but you're forgetting one important thing, my Princess. I do not own a dragon. It will take me days to reach there."
"Not if you come with me on my dragon." You responded back without thinking and now both men were staring at you. Cregan let out a nervous laugh. "You jest, Princess. I couldn't possibly ride on your dragon with you..."
You knew you couldn't go back on your words now. Cursing yourself inwardly, you decided to push the idea forward. "Why not? My dragon is much bigger than Jace's and it can carry us both quite easily."
"Yes, but I'm not of Valyrian descent. Won't the dragon object to it?"
Jacaerys chuckled next to you and you elbowed him to make him stop. Cregan's fear was justified. "Do not worry, my Lord. I won't let you fall."
His eyes locked with yours and finding reassurance within your eyes, he nodded in agreement. "Great! Off to the Wall then!" Jace said quite loudly.

The snow had started to fall lightly, dusting Winterfell in a fresh blanket of white. You stood in the courtyard, adjusting the straps on the saddle of your dragon, whose sleek greyish-violet scales shimmered like polished gemstones. Cregan approached, his expression a mix of excitement and trepidation. "Are you sure about this?" he asked, eyes wide as he took in the massive creature before him. You turned to him, a reassuring smile on your lips. "Absolutely," you said. "My dragon is gentle, and I promise you'll be safe with me."
Despite your reassurance, he stood quite far from your dragon. You smiled at his expression, one of awe and caution mixed together. You walked to him and held his hand. "Do not worry. He looks scary but he's much gentler than other dragons. Trust me." He looked at you and then at your dragon and nodded. "Alright then. Let's do this."
You slowly led him to the majestic beast. Walking closer, you gently stroked your dragon's neck and spoke softly, "Hey there my boy, this is my friend, Lord Cregan Stark. I want you to be nice to him, hmm?" Your dragon lowered his neck and gently nudged you to indicate his agreement. You turned toward Cregan and smiled widely at him. "See? He said he won't hurt you. You can ride with me."
With practiced ease, you mounted your dragon, extending a hand to help Cregan up behind you. The Lord of Winterfell hesitated for a moment before grasping your hand, pulling himself up with surprising agility. He wrapped his arms around your waist, holding on tightly.
"Ready?" you asked, looking over your shoulder at him.
"As I'll ever be," Cregan replied, his voice steady but his grip firm.
With a command in High Valyrian, you urged your dragon to spread his massive wings. The dragon let out a powerful roar, and with a mighty leap, you were airborne. The ground fell away beneath you, and Winterfell became a distant speck as you soared higher into the sky.
The sensation of takeoff was exhilarating. You felt the rush of wind against your face, the powerful beats of your dragon's wings creating a steady rhythm beneath you. Cregan's initial tension gradually eased as he adjusted to the sensation of flight. You felt his grip relax slightly, and you glanced back to see him looking around in awe. Your lips lifted up in a smile seeing the almost childlike wonder on his face.
"This is incredible," Cregan breathed, his eyes wide with wonder. "I've never seen the North like this."
You could barely hear him up there. But you understood how he felt. You had felt exactly like that on your first flight, except that your flight was filled with your screams and he was sitting silently behind you.
As your dragon climbed higher, the landscape below transformed into a breathtaking tapestry of white and green. The sprawling forests looked like intricate lacework, the icy rivers glinting like silver ribbons in the sunlight. The mountains stood tall and imposing, their snow-capped peaks piercing the sky. The vastness of the North stretched out below you, a testament to the rugged beauty of Cregan's homeland.
"The North is very beautiful', you spoke softly. Cregan didn't hear you but he held you a little tighter again. You could feel his warmth even through the thousands of layers of clothes you both were wearing. He rested his head on your shoulder and a shiver ran down your spine.
Cregan's voice came out in a whisper, "I can see why you love this so much. It's⦠freeing." You didn't reply but you gently leaned your head on top of his. You had flown on your dragon many times but no experience was like this one. You wanted to believe it was because the North was much different from where you usually flew but a part of you knew, it wasn't the place, it was the company.
After a little while you shook Cregan a little and he looked up at you. "What is it, my Princess?"
"You were supposed to lead us to the Wall, my Lord. I think we have reached an entirely different place..."
Cregan looked down and indeed, you were nowhere near the Wall. You were flying over a herd of animals scattering in awe at the sight of the dragon overhead. He looked at you and you both burst out into laughter. "If I have lost the way even with you, I cannot begin to imagine where Jace is right now..."
Cregan stopped laughing and shook his head. "The Prince is smarter than this. I'm sure he'll have reached the Wall by now."
"Perhaps. But what do we do now? Do we go straight the Wall or..."
"As much as I'm enjoying this, it would be better if we land for some time. Your dragon must be tired as well." You nodded and guided your dragon to a gentle descent, landing on a snow-covered plateau that offered a panoramic view of the landscape. You dismounted first, turning to help Cregan down. The wind was brisk but invigorating, carrying with it the crisp scent of pine and the distant sound of a roaring river. "Thank the Gods we're still in the North. It shouldn't take long to reach the Wall after a little rest', Cregan commented after looking around.
"So, how was your very first dragon ride?" you asked, a hint of curiosity in your voice.
Cregan looked at you, a broad smile spreading across his face. "Unbelievable," he said. "I never imagined anything like it. Thank you for this."
"See? You were being afraid for no reason at all", you quipped playfully. He picked up a little snow in his hands and grinned at you. "I'll show you true fear", he said as he threw the snow at you. You dodged it barely in time. "So this is how we're doing it? Alright then. Let me show you how we do things in the South." You picked up a handful of snow but before you could throw it, he had already thrown another snowball at you which hit your right shoulder. Your eyes widened and Cregan stood opposite you, laughing loudly. You threw your own snowball at him and the fight continued for some time until you both collapsed of exhaustion.
For a moment, you both sat there, the cold wind whipping around you, your breaths visible in the crisp air. Then, with a gentle smile, Cregan got up and held out his hand for you.
"I suppose we should go now, my Princess. Your brother must be worried."
You took his hand and let him drag you up. "You're right. Are you ready for your second experience atop a dragon?"
"More than you know."
With a confident smile, you guided your dragon into the air once more, heading toward the Wall.
