Thank you for sending this in! Been thinking about shipping lately and some things I'd like to do so- I'll talk about that!

I warn you, dear reader, that this post may be long and all over the place. It's coming straight from my mind (and may be refined onto the wishlist when I get around to it).

Okay, starting off with MDZS/Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation. Obviously I play Wei Wuxian(wwx) and Lan Jingyi, and so obviously I ship Lan Wangji/Wei Wuxian and Jin Ling/Lan Jingyi. BUT!!! I also ship other characters, such as Wen Ning with WWX or Lan Sizhui with Lan Jingyi (which I guess would go on the "taboo" blog since the novels describe them as both having the headbands with clouds meaning they have blood relations to the Lan sect?) Anyways- I think I'd like to explore Wwx's relationships, with Lan Wangji and others.

Also thinking of Overwatch a lot so some ships and stuff I'd like to do in that fandom would be Moira/Mercy, especially one where Mercy finds out that Moira's become mostly numb to the constant pain her self-experimentation caused. Any Venture ship would be fun! They're a fun muse and I love a lot of their ships ngl, so literally anything with them. Ashe/Venture, Ashe/ Cassidy, Ashe/Illari would be some fun ships I'd like to do for Ashe, too. Hanzo/Cassidy will always be top-tier content tbh, especially Hanzo letting down his walls for Cass or Cass telling him about the Blackwatch days with Genji.

I'd like to experiment with my Fierce Deity some more as well- currently tossing him romantically at @desertforged and semi-romantically at @tenebriism 's Dark Link (both are very fun because Ta'ariq has this tall mysterious man that the rabbits like who looks like the Hero, and Dark has just- this giant wet cat of a man would would kill everyone if Dark got hurt-), but I'd like to have him interact with a Hylia, SS!Zelda, or any Zelda really, because he dated/had very strong feelings for Hylia. I'd also like to further show that he's actually a very gentle giant and fatherly figure, though-

Crickets vibes are SCREAMING Capybara, they sound like a chill person who just wants to go home and have a nap and Capybaras are literally the chillest creatures ever made. Capybara are friends to all and are just going through life trying to exist and be at peace which I feel like fits with Crickets whole thing. They're also quite family orientated which I feel like matches their vibe.

Fighting the cult may be hard when your Daemon is a medium sized target BUT, being a Daemon with intelligent thought process they would be much more efficient at staying out of the firing range and they're actually great swimmers;

"They are excellent swimmers, and can remain completely submerged for up to five minutes, an ability they use to evade predators."

(I read Cricket also loves swimming so! There's another connection!!) so they can make a get away with Cricket pretty easy! I feel like having a Capybara for a Daemon also kinda reflects how they have a kind heart and soul and might make the resistance a bit more trusting of them (like how can you not trust someone with the chillest Daemon ever).

Ljubica's vibes are telling me ring tailed lemur and I ran to Wikipedia once again to see if I could make it work;

"Lemurs are social and live in groups that usually include fewer than 15 individuals. Observed social organization patterns include "solitary but social"."

From what it sounds like she has a small tight circle that she keeps close so this feels like it fits! She and her lemur Daemon can chill and enjoy their alone time but thrive in a social setting mayhaps.....

"The presence of female social dominance sets lemurs apart from most other primates and mammals."

She is giving boss lady vibes who's in control of whatever gang of misfits is around her, so this also just makes sense. From what I can gather of her lifestyle I think a lemur Daemon would work pretty well, it can handle cash and guns and light smokes like the best of 'em. Plus sassy lemur on her shoulder while she deals with business? Power move.

Hot take and not to be a killjoy or the shipping police but people treating Viktor or Jinx's aroace headcanons as if they were canon is not the revolutionary take people think it is.

Headcanons are always all right but we have to acknowledge that they are somehow damaging when they apply to stereotypes. It might not be the case for everyone but most of the time people unconsciously assume that disability/mental illness=asexuality. These headcanons erase the freedom of attraction from people who are already seen as unable to have sexual/romantic experiences/desires, when it's completely untrue and harmful.

You can headcanon Viktor and Jinx as aroace, but I have seen people changing their minds once Viktor is no longer disabled (s2 with all of his other forms) and Jinx is no longer as mentally ill (alternate universe Powder). And it speaks wonders of how people see these characters.

"I never thought about Jinx being able to feel romantic/sexual attraction until s2!" To believe she's actually only capable of that when she's not "damaged" is incredibly disturbing. Especially since Jinx has always had a bit of a flirty personality too.

"I've always seen Viktor as asexual, I don't know why!" That's fine. You can headcanon him as ace. But I believe there is a reason behind it, most of the time, if for some inexplicable reason the "vibes" of the disabled character are making you think he's ace.

I say all of this being aroaspec myself, by the way. Headcanon all you want but going to people's posts commenting how "it's weird for you that they have romantic/sexual plots when they're clearly aroace" is not a win at all. It's a headcanon, after all, and it should be treated as such, and that's fine. But it also is damaging to spread stereotypes like these.

Of course the disabled character is asexual. Of course the mentally ill character is aromantic. It's not as revolutionary as you might think, tbh.

Fandom is not activism and it's all right to have any headcanons you want BUT some of them are filled with damaging stuff and perhaps we should look into ourselves more before treating these assumptions as something canon.

I've drawn him a couple of times, just really little/in the background. but I should draw him more, I love this guy a lot! I have many, many thoughts about him and the way he parallels Silver...and also I think it is extremely funny that his ghost is stuck in a ring. especially considering where that ring has been for the last 16-ish years.
