this is the best way to describe it oh my fucking god you nailed it . i swear it is the most entertaining part of my day reading through people's reblogs, like that one time SEVERAL people were talking about mithrun's boobs (the sogged post) and i genuinely almost threw my phone into the fucking sun /j.

my bestie can confirm that everytime i check my tumblr notifications i say something along the lines of "what the FUCK are they up to", it's like i'm running a zoo but all the animals are in my kitchen cooking some sort of diabolical breakfast and i'm studying them. a duck is cooking scrambled eggs, and it's raining in my house

Finally visited a psychiatrist and told my dad, what had been going inside my head for a long time. I believe it saved my life. I’m also on antidepressants for almost 2 months and they help me a lot. I’m also trying to live healthier, sleep more, stress less.

It’s awesome that I can do and enjoy so many thing which I wasn’t able before cause my fuckin’ brain couldn’t produce enough serotonin.

Life is suddenly so beautiful. Suicidal thoughts have disappeared and I feel confident in myself again. I love myself again.

My art has improved so much and most importantly, I finally think that I am good at it.

I’m also realizing that bad states can knock at my door again. That I still have many battles ahead of me. But the fact that I am aware of this makes me happy. I’m not scared anymore.

Life without depression is great. I am finally living and not just surviving.
