Marking every Temu ad on the app as offensive and inappropriate. Coz it is offensive and inappropriate to have an ad auto play. You ha r to interact with it to disable the sound which is highly inappropriate.

I don't know if this will do anything but I hope it gets rid of them or at least gets them to rethink their campaigns

The fact the temu ad is still going. Tumblr really doesn't care who it gets it's money from huh(company in throws of data privacy and security lawsuit) Tumblr clearly doesn't care about the user experience of anyone who doesn't give them money huh (constant mobile autoplay ads that take exclusive audio permissions)? Or do you think they just hasn't heard of the lawsuit (linked an article, click the words 'the lawsuit' to start diving down this rabbit hole) or better yet, do you wanna bet they're KNOWINGLY shoveling this ad to their users

to preface this post i am anti-advertising i think we should explode the entire industry but it's sooo funny when you people make posts like "and they don't even work!!" like. sorry to be the bearer of bad news but yes they do. that's why we have to put up with so many despite everyone hating them and thinking its annoying. because they actually work really well and make a shit load of money
