That’s just not as cool as his usual armor.…

Tele universe - it is true space. Especially, when you moving with using of TV translation with channel or with usage of VHS cassette in a new world. In a far-far galaxy. Or in world of Star Gate. Start Trek. Star Wars. Action movie. Action. All of these - it is so entertaining, and so pulling into. And it drags you in! World of television – universe in a box. High technology.

And space. Unlimited space with millions of stars at the sky. Around stars, planets are rotating. And, there are, even, more of them, than stars. More than stars. Nebulas. And galaxies. All of these are unlimited.

Such a feeling of freedom and flight. Television – universe. Magical. Even mystical theme. Modern theme of a modern man. To watch tv. Especially, if it goes there interesting movie or a tv series.

Tv set can be big or not big. Mainly, medium format is rather enough. And, of course, all of these, about a retro theme. TV level of 90s. Or 2000s. Crt tv. Those tv, that you can use to play with cable with three colors in Nes or Sega. And, maybe, even, in first PlayStation.

Whole world – inside television. Mystery. Mystery, which you can look at and, maybe, even, to take a part in format of videogame.

Music theme – it, also, sounds like something mysterious and dragging in. Into the space. Into the tv watching period. Theme is more like stylish and cool 90s or 2000s. When you sit before Tv in the evening. And, try to find something interesting. And, maybe, you can play a console. Music is electronic. Synthesizers. Retrowave. Synthwave.

Retro nostalgia moment. Dedicated to tv. Age of 90s and 2000s. Time, when you spent before tv. While watching some channels and game consoles to play. It is so interesting to turn on television and watch for yourself - does it have for today something interesting! So, this way, one day, I see for the first time Star Gate! They were going by Tv! Or, tv series, or sci fi. Or X-files.

Such an intro. Visual theme. About tv in space. It flies in space. With a random way. And, this is a small program. Program intro. Just, start and watch. At the visual side. With the music. Music is synthesized. Tv is flying in space. Mystery of 20 century. Tv mystery. And space. Tv space. Also, you can see a popular musician by tv. To see cool music clip. Why not – it is a virtual universe. Universe inside universe. Such recursion.  As, nesting doll. One inside another one.

Visual fantasy about this theme. A little of mystical. Stars and space. With television, which, simply, is moving there, flying. A little moving, twitching. Stars, stars. To watch a space image – it is, also, standalone thing. And, what is it there amongst the stars? There, it is a tv is flying! So this is a joke answer. It is, simply, intro.  It is written with programming language Qb64. In terms of practice and search for a new themes. For point of interest. It is, always, interesting to do something, to try something.  Especially, if it goes good. If It turns out. Such idea for simple little programs intros. As intro for some cinema company before movies itself. But, with a form of a small program. With Basic.

It is so nice, in the little evening, to launch little program and to watch, simply, sit and watch! Relax, such modern meditation! Before your eyes – Tv in constellation! In its own constellation. Tele universe. Real one universe. TV moment!

I haven’t really seen much simping for John here - some appreciation sure but not the latter, so I’d really love to find a community to simp together, if any of you are out there 😊

On theme, I heard people bouncing around the idea of a name for the fandom somewhere and I saw the term “Lithgovians” , which I absolutely loved. It feels perfectly fitted for the High Commander himself lol, both kind of alien sounding and unique. And thus came the idea for the blog name! (Alternatively it can be Lithgovia but I just decided for the other form just for clarity)

Here at Lithgowvia, we will celebrate all of the amazing and interesting films John has been a part of, his stellar and award winning television work as well as some mentions of his prolific career on stage. Join in to have a gorgeous time! (It’s a reference yes)

BW Media Spotlight begins a brand new Many, MANY Intros series by checking out the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon.

By now you should be completely aware of the backstory of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or at least enough that I shouldn’t have to go into it here. If not here’s a great video about it I posted just before starting the comic reviews. It turned out to be good timing in my collection because we have a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie coming out…and one that makes me sad with every new…

Visual I Version 0.1 (02 February 2024) – start visual!

Programs pack with visual series. It is, simply, programs, and something is going on when you run them. Funny picture is moving. There is a background. And it is on play some music. For example.  For example, theme of space. Or fantasy. Or anything else. Visual programs.

And, it is come a time for a visual part. It is everything written with programming language QB64. Modern Basic. And it has whole three programs. It is like intros. So, you launch a program. And, it goes there some animation, some visual draw on screen. Programs for visual draw on screen. So, that’s why, it has a name - visual. And, for point of interest it is with Latin numbers.

Idea appears from different funny themes and things. And some movies and I have seen some intros. And, I wanted to make something by myself. Visual. That’s why it is visual.

I thought, it is demo. Such a small programs – little demos. So, it is, also, possible. But, I find out, that with word demo is, also, goes some demo-scene. And, my visual is not about this. So, it is possible to call it a demo in terms of such demo-versions or some workpiece. Such a programs, that show something. Once again. Word “visual”, I select for this purpose. It is not a demo-scene. But, I can say that, simply, word demo, also, is possible to use.

Idea is goes, also, from a jokes, memes. And, everything, I like. That cannot be inserted, included into program, this one or another one. But, it is, also, interesting. Well, you do not start to make a game because of little picture. Well, it is, possible, of course. But, you do not have so lots of power and time and skills. So, you can write a little simple program. Demo. Visual, to make.

Some visual ideas were in the head. Some flying in space tv-sets. Performer Sarah Brightman with spirit style of Princes Leia from Star Wars. Also, in space. And, blue screen with code binary format and smile at the screen. Some funny visual effects. Little programs. Demo. Such visual.

One more idea – to write some little programs. With Basic. With programming language QB64. To train it. And to do something small and funny! So, this way for every idea, it is possible to write a small program! And, in theory, to develop some programs in a future, based on, already, made visual. Maybe, even, it will be something more funny based on this! Practice of programming with Basic. With Qb64.

All of these are starting ideas and themes. This was a starting point.  Start was made somewhere in 2024 year. I wrote several programs. In terms of practice programming. And, something funny and cool. To have more fun for myself. So, this way, it is much more funny to do code. Somewhere, in winter, maybe. I sit in the evening. I drink a tea. And, I was writing a programs.

So, here are - three programs. Just run and watch. As soon as you get bored – close the window and that’s all. It is shown everything auto. Immediately. As intro or like video cassette. Launch and watch. Until you are getting bored.
