You made eye contact with Isaac’s cerulean eyes as his breath ghosted your bare stomach, making goosebumps rise against your heated skin as he sunk in between your open legs. You let out a shaky breath as you tipped your head back into the plush pillows, breaking the intense gaze between you and Isaac.
You don’t know how you got to this position. Well, you do, but you never thought in a million years that this would be happening. Having Isaac in between your thighs only happened in your dreams and imagination when you had the apartment to yourself and wanted to work off some steam in your room, your vibrator on the highest setting as it worked over your sensitive and swollen clit.
You had the biggest crush on Isaac since you met the scrawny kid in freshman year back at Beacon, since before you were pulled into the supernatural mess with Scott and eventually Isaac himself. But you hid it well. At least, you thought you did until Lydia cornered you one day and confronted you about your crush on him.
You shrugged it off, of course, denying that you had liked him at all and that he was only your best friend, but Lydia was smarter than that, having caught you looking at him longingly as he stared at Allison.
When Allison and Isaac got together, it hurt a lot. The pain of having the guy you liked start dating one of your best friends was one you wouldn’t wish on anyone. But you played it off and only teased Allison about the irony of being a hunter and being into werewolves. She laughed it off, but Lydia could see the pain in your eyes every time Isaac mentioned her or you saw the two of them close to one another.
So when Allison died, you felt conflicted. Half of you was devastated that one of your best friends was gone, forever. But the other half was relieved that she was. You felt so guilty that you felt that way about Allison but kept it to yourself, internalizing it and locking away the information for life.
You knew the toll that Allison’s death took on Isaac, but you guys still had the nogitsune to deal with. Once that was taken care of and you tried to talk to him about what happened with everything that had happened in the past year, he was gone. He fled to France with Allison’s dad. The pack didn’t know if he was going to come back, so you decided to swallow the devastation that flooded your veins at the thought of your best friend not coming back and moving on.
But as the new year started and moving into your second semester of junior year, your eyes met a familiar pair of cerulean ones in the crowded hallways of Beacon Hills High. You felt your heart race at the fact that Isaac came back.
From then on, you never really moved on from him. You tried, but he was always stuck in the back of your mind. Even throughout the craziness of the following year and a half of high school, the two of you stuck by each other and with the pack.
After high school, you and some of the pack members went to the nearest college and decided to live in the same apartment complex. Stiles, Scott, and Isaac lucked out and got a bigger unit than you and Lydia did, but it didn’t matter since they usually came over to your place since it was “cozier.” You scoffed at them because they didn’t bother to furnish their apartment as well as you and Lydia did.
“Hey.” Isaac called out your name softly, making you snap out of your reverie and look back down at him. His warm hands were settled on your thighs as his chin rested on your stomach and his gaze intently staring at you.
Isaac’s were slightly swollen and pinker than usual from the heated make-out session that had started out of nowhere; well, it didn’t start out of nowhere.
It was a Saturday night, and you didn’t feel like going out with the rest of the pack, so you decided to stay in and relax. You had expected Isaac to go with them, but to your surprise, he stayed with you.
It was slightly awkward at first. The two of you hadn’t hung out for a while without the rest of the pack hovering around you since he came back from France. It’s not like you actively avoided spending one-on-one time, but you guys drifted apart when he came back, and the active threats to Beacon Hills didn’t help with the space between the two of you.
You tried not to show that you were nervous around him, knowing he could hear if your heartbeat was erratic or not. You had planned to watch a movie in your room, so you invited him and joked that it would be like when we used to before he became a werewolf and hid in your room for a couple of hours before he had to go back to his place.
The smile Isaac gave you at your invite had destroyed the plan of masking your fondness for him, feeling your heartbeat slightly faster at the sight of it.
You sat next to Isaac when you finished setting up the movie, the two of you resting against your headboard, shoulders brushing against each other as the two of you settled in your queen-sized bed.
You kept your eyes trained on the TV, the opening sequence of Iron Man flicking through the LCD screen. But Isaac couldn’t keep his eyes off of you, taking in your features being illuminated by the dim lighting of the fairy lights you hung around your room. He smiled, remembering your dislike for overhead lighting and preference for mood lighting.
You took a chance, glancing at Isaac and finding that his gaze was already on you. You turned your head slightly to meet his eyes.
“What?” You murmured.
Isaac raised his hand hesitantly, brushing a wayward hair from your face, tucking it behind your ear before resting his palm against your cheek. You almost shivered at the soft caress of his thumb against the apple of your cheek.
“Nothing.” Isaac said with a half smile on his face, slowly inching his face closer to you.
You raised an eyebrow at him, trying to be unphased by his touch. “Really? Because you’re not watching the movie.”
“You know I don’t care for Marvel.” Isaac smirked.
Then why do you sit through the movies with me?”
“Because you like them.” Isaac stated as if it was obvious while shrugging.
You looked at him dumbly, your mouth slightly agape. Isaac chuckled lowly before he moved his hand from your cheek to the nape of your neck and rested his forehead against yours.
Your eyes fluttered shut involuntarily as you felt his breath fan against your lips.
“Can I kiss you?” Isaac whispered.
Instead of giving him a verbal answer, you placed your lips against his, drawing him into a soft kiss. It was a short and sweet kiss, but it contrasted how your body filled with heat at the feeling of his plush lips against yours.
Both of you pulled away, your eyes meeting for a brief moment before your lips collided once more. The kiss was filled with passion and all of the unsaid emotions that you guys had yet to admit to one another.
Your body had a mind of its own as your lips moved against Isaac’s. You moved to straddle his lap as your hands dived into his blonde curls while his hands made their way to your hips, guiding you to his lap. The warmth of his hands seeped through the fabric of the sweatpants you were wearing.
You felt Isaac’s tongue swipe at the seam of your lips, a silent request that you accepted. You moaned softly at the feeling of Isaac’s tongue softly intertwining against yours. You unconsciously ground your heated core against the growing bulge in his jeans. Isaac let out a low hiss, making the two of you pull apart from one another, a string of spit connecting the two of you before it broke.
You couldn’t help but the giddy smile that broke out on your face, your stomach flipping at the sight of Isaac’s wide grin as his hands moved from your hips to the hem of the shirt you were wearing.
He tugged on it slightly, the unsaid question written in Isaac’s eyes. You nodded, and he slowly pulled it off of you, exposing your bare chest to him. You saw his gaze widen slightly, and you let out a small giggle at his reaction.
Isaac smiled wider at the sound of your small laugh, his heart swelling with love, and he laughed a bit when he felt you tug at his own shirt. He leaned up from the headboard and shed his own shirt, your palms settling against his chest once the offending item of clothing was flung across the room.
Isaac had a sly smile on his face, and before you could question him, you let out a small yelp as he used his werewolf strength and agility to put you on your back. He hovered over you before he drew you into a kiss that left you breathless. But it only lasted for a moment before Isaac trailed his lips down your jaw. He nipped and kissed at the skin of your neck before moving down your collarbone and towards your breasts.
Isaac left teasing kisses in the valley of your chest as his hands moved from your sides and to the waistband of your sweatpants.
He looked up at you, his breath fanning over the slightly wet skin of your chest. “Can I take these off baby?”
You felt yourself melt at the softness of his tone and the pet name. “Yeah.” You gave him a gentle smile.
Instead of responding, Isaac left a tender kiss next to where your heart was and slowly pulled down your sweatpants. As every new inch of you was exposed, Isaac kissed the skin as if it was fragile. You couldn’t help but the lump that grew in your throat at how tender Isaac was being.
Isaac called your name again. He was looking down at you, chin no longer resting on your stomach. Isaac was hovering over you again, his eyebrows furrowed in concern. “You alright? We don’t have to keep going if you don’t want to.”
“M’fine.”
“You sure?”
You hesitated, biting your bottom lip. “Just-” You inhaled sharply. “I don’t know if this is going to be a one time thing.”
Isaac shook his head. “Trust me, it isn’t for me. Is it for you?” He asked, nerves coloring his tone.
“No!” You almost shouted before you cringed at your volume and cleared your throat. “No, I’ve been embarrassingly in love with you for a long time.” You admitted sheepishly.
The grin that was on Isaac’s face was blinding. He kissed you hard before pulling back. “Thank god.” He breathed out, relieved. “I’ve felt the same way for a long time. Ever since I came back to Beacon.”
You didn’t have any words to respond with, so you put your hands on his cheeks and kissed him, pouring all of the love and adoration you had for him over the years into it. Isaac couldn’t help but smile into the kiss before he deepened the kiss and blanketed your body with his, his bulge grinding against your clothed cunt.
You moaned at the feeling of his denim-clad bulge brushing against your heated cunt, your underwear almost soaked through as the two of you made out. Isaac broke the kiss and eventually made his way back in between your legs, his heated stare directed at the wet patch in your panties.
He threw your legs over your shoulder as his face drew closer to your cunt, leaving feather-light kisses on your inner thighs. You could feel yourself clenching around nothing in anticipation. Isaac started to kiss you lightly through the wet fabric, making you moan softly.
“Shit, you’re so wet.” He breathed out before taking one of his hands and pulling your underwear to the side, exposing your soaked core to him.
You could see the hunger in his eyes as he stared at your cunt. “Fuck, you’re so pretty.” Isaac praised, and you clenched at his words, biting your lip in hopes of keeping the whine that threatened to escape your mouth.
Isaac couldn’t help but smirk at your reaction, but instead of teasing you, wanting to save it for next time, he leaned forward and pressed a sloppy kiss to your clit, and your hands went to fist at your comforter.
A breathy moan left the confines of your throat, and Isaac licked a strip from your slit to your sensitive nub, collected the slick leaking from you, and swirled his warm tongue around your clit. He drew it into his mouth, sucking on it softly.
One of your hands left the mattress to clutch at his hair, a low moan emanating from the boy in between your legs. The noise sends vibrations to your cunt and fills your veins with pleasure. Your cries and whines filled the room as Isaac ate you out like a man starved. You had barely registered that the bed was moving slightly due to Isaac rutting against the mattress and that he had ripped your panties off of you and completely dove into you, his tongue deep in you as he thumbed at your clit, wanting to wring out as much pleasure from you as possible.
“Oh fu-uck.” Both of your hands were in his hair at this point. “Shit, Isaac.” You could barely form words between your moaning, the heat in your core building rapidly at his ministrations.
Isaac smirked internally and moved his mouth to suck at your clit as he inserted a finger in you, the tugging at his hair and your moans spurring him on to try and make you cum.
“Isaac.” You whined at the feeling of your cunt finally being filled.
He quickly added a second finger, slowly thrusting in and out of your slick cunt. “Yeah, baby?” Isaac asked, pulling away for a moment, kissing your inner thigh, and tilting his head to look up at you. He could stare at your blissed-out face forever, it being the second most beautiful thing he’s ever seen from you (the first one being your smile).
“I-i need to- fuck!” A choked moan leaves your lips as Isaac’s fingers brush against your g-spot.
Isaac grinned. “Need what? You gotta tell me what you want sweetheart.”
Through the haze of lust, you could hear the teasing tone of his words, but you didn’t care. “Please, let me cum.”
“There you go, pretty girl.” Isaac began to pump his fingers harder, making sure to hit your g-spot with every thrust, and latched onto your swollen nub again.
“Fuck!” You felt the knot in your core threatening to snap. You were practically writhing in your bed, sweat coating your body as Isaac continued to finger you.
“I’m-I’m-”
“Let go sweetheart.” Isaac mumbled into your folds before pressing hard against your g-spot and sucking your clit hard.
The knot snapped, and a keening whine left your lips. Your warm walls clenched against Isaac’s fingers. His fingers slowed, working you through your orgasm until it subsided. He pulled his fingers out of you gently, mindful of your tender cunt. He peppered small kisses on your thighs, trailing up your body, waiting for you to come down from your intense high.
You felt Isaac shift, resting next to you, and his hand brushed away the hairs that were stuck to your slightly damp forehead. You opened your eyes to find Isaac looking down at you with a gentle but shy smile on his face.
You couldn’t help the quiet laugh that escaped your lips at how bashful Isaac was being and placed a hand on his cheek and pulled him down for a kiss, uncaring if you could taste yourself on him.
Your lips melded with his, and you felt like you could kiss him forever; his lips were soft and warm against yours. Before you knew it, the kiss grew heated again. Isaac’s jeans were soon discarded, and his deep groans joined the chorus of moans that left you and filled your room as the two of you drew pleasure from each other.
Wolf whistles and clapping were your wake-up call the following day, your friends loitering outside of your room as they saw you and Isaac wrapped up in one another underneath your sheets.

hey bestie, smut prompt 22 for stiles? 🙂
22. “can you feel what your doing to me”
.
It was an incredibly stupid plan—but then again, when wasn’t it when it came to the pack of Beacon Hills?
You couldn’t exactly remember what had led you into this situation, or how you and Stiles got the short-end of the stick to be volunteered into it. But what you did remember was Derek rambling about hunters having a sixth sense for supernatural beings in close vicinity so—as the only two humans in the pack—you and Stiles were thrown in the deep end.
And now the deep end meant hiding in a really small closet whilst some of the deadliest hunters stood in the room just before you.
“Can you stop moving? They will hear you rustling.”
“I can’t!”
“Oh my god.”
You were pressed against the door, using a small crack to watch the hunters in the room. You couldn’t really hear what they were saying, but the tables of weapons spread out in front of them was intimidating enough.
“I’m serious, stop wiggling,” Stiles hissed from behind you, letting out a heavy sigh.
“Stiles, I can’t,” you hissed back at him. “If you move the hanger that is poking me, maybe I’ll fucking stop.”
There was a pause before the boy spoke.
“That’s not a hanger.”
Your body tensed for a few moments as the boy’s words ran through your head, taking you a few moments to really process his words before you felt your cheeks heating up.
“Stiles—”
“I can’t control it,” he grumbled from behind you, letting out a small groan when you tried to move away again, only to push your ass further against him. “Fuck, don’t do that. Can you feel what you're doing to me?”
“I’m trying to help!” you whisper-yelled under your breath.
“That’s the opposite of helping,” Stiles groaned into your ear, biting down on his lip. His hands found your waist, gripping it tightly in hopes of making you stay still. “Just…stop.”
Your heart was thundering in your chest, your lungs feeling like they were on fire and the last thing you should be focusing on was Stiles’ dick pressing into your ass when your lives were quite literally in danger.
And yet, it was your only focus.
Maybe you could blame it on the adrenaline pumping through your body at the risk of getting caught. Maybe you could blame it on a temporary lapse of judgement. Maybe you could even blame it on the crush you had been harbouring for the boy for ages.
Or maybe, you wouldn’t really need a reason as you pushed your ass back into him, rolling your hips against the bulge in his jeans.
“Shit,” Stiles hissed through clenched teeth and gripped your waist harder. “What are you doing?”
“Shhh, I’m just trying to help,” you murmured as your arms wound behind your, fingers tangled in his hair as he leaned against your shoulder. “Just keep quiet, Stiles.”
“Fuck,” he moaned against your shoulder as he began to grind his hip against your ass, something about the action so needy and desperate, and yet it set your whole body on fire.
Your hands dropped to cover his, slowly guiding them up until they were cupping your tits over your shirts, a pathetic whine leaving the boy’s lips as he continued to rut against your ass. It didn’t take long for muffled curses to leave his lips as he finally came.
“Shit, shit, shit,” he breathlessly chanted as you continued to circle your ass against him, even when he let out a small whine. “I-I can’t, it’s too much.”
“Such a good boy, Stiles,” you whispered in the closet knowing you still had to find a way out before your luck ran out. “Such a good boy for me.”
“Just for you,” he whispered, face nuzzled against the crook of your neck as he squeezed your tits, listening to the soft mewls you let out as you both desperately tried to keep your cover from being blown.

Little Rascal
The pack discovers that Peter has a life that he cares about hidden in Beacon Hills. A wife and a son that they have never before met (1.4k)
Warnings - fluff, pet names, dad!Peter, brief mention of murder and sex, Peter’s secret little life, threats, season 4 based yet loosely different with how Peter goes about working with Scott, deadpool
peter hale masterlist main masterlist more teen wolf
To say that Peter was glad to be home, away from all of the chaos that he contributed within the McCall pack, was a dangerous understatement. He hates being away from his own little world, for he cared for those he had in it, and he was a whole different person whilst he was there.
Home, it was the first time in a long duration of such where he felt as though he could call a place that. But it wasn’t just the environment, it was also those that lived in it alongside him, he loved the mundane aspects, how he could relax on the sofa and not have to worry about the ghosts that were in his scorned past.
“Honey Bee.” Peter called out to his sentimental lover; the only one he could love other than his troublesome young son. The dismissive clatter of dishes reached his ears as they were placed in the kitchen basin, and his love came to stand before him as he was seated on the couch, a tiny monster of his own creation clasped with his arms around his mothers legs.
“Yes darling?” She spoke softly to him, combing through her son’s dark locks with her maternal fingers, and the sight made the big bad wolf smile a real smile, one of happy content. Y/N’s head was cocked to the side as she enquired on why he called for her presence, and the man stood, untangling his child from around his wife’s legs and brought him up into his arms.
Taryn was weightless, yet he weighed down Peter’s heart heavy with loving adoration. He could not wait until he and Y/N procreated another little critter that would run around their home just the same as the one he held did. It was the best thing to ever happen to him, being a father.
He had not watched Malia grow up, and that was nothing short of a shame, but now he had the chance to do better and be there as he was more than well aware of the ever encompassing presence of his youngest child.
“I-“ before he could speak on what he had planned, there was an ever so stiff knock rattling on the front door to his secret haven. A derelict sigh made the man roll his tortured eyes as he steadied Taryn more securely upon his hip, pressing a firm peck to his wife’s temple before stepping towards the entrance to their home and unlocking the barrier that protected all that he cared for to onlooking eyes.
And there on the other side was formidably confused pack members, of which he occasionally aided, his only surviving nephew included. His arm propped more securely around his son as he glared with lack of impression, bemused about his unexpected visitors.
They shouldn’t have been here, he hadn’t even let them know the whereabouts of his address, and thus they must have tracked his scent to here. “Can I help you?” The old alpha scowled, his expression creasing even more when Derek dared to take a step closer. “That’s your son.” His raven haired nephew stated, picking up on the boy’s familiar scent.
“You have a kid, other than Malia?” Stiles retorted, feeling rather glad that his werecoyote girlfriend had not accompanied them to their destination. Scott too was rather surprised, he had expected that Peter had nothing driving his life other than a blood lust for power, however it appeared that they had all been wrong. There was a piece of him that was surprisingly human, and it was something that none of them had ever expected to uncover.
After all he had done, perhaps he had committed his wrong doings for another reason than vengeance; he was protecting his own little pack. “Peter, we need your help.” Scott stated with his soft alpha demeanour, understanding if he were unwilling to give his aid at this particular time. He had never been a fan of Peter, not after changing him to be a werewolf against his will, and especially not after threatening the lives of those he cared about, but he had to admit, he conditioned a heart felt feeling for the man. It wasn’t quite happiness, but it wasn’t not happiness either.
“I guess you’ve caught me in a good mood.” It was something the pack members had rarely witnessed, Peter was hardly generous, but he wanted to try and be a good example for his son. “Come on in - but don’t make yourselves at home. I’d prefer for this to not take too long.”
At least his blunt honesty wasn’t peculiar behaviour, and thus with wary footsteps Stiles was forced by Scott’s hand upon the back of his shoulder to enter the home of Peter Hale. “What’s your kid’s name?” Derek asked, curious about his newly discovered cousin. The kid shyly bowed his head, his locks falling before his eyes as Peter placed him like a feather on the floor.
Taryn was preferable to remain in Peter’s shadow. Tucking his hands around his father’s legs as he adapted to the strangers that his father had invited inside. Without hesitancy, despite the company he had, Peter crouch’s down and comforted his son. “It’s okay, you can introduce yourself. These are… some friends of mine.” He’d have rather proclaimed them as acquaintances however that would unsettle Taryn, and it wasn’t exactly the truth.
“My name is Taryn.” The spawn of Scott’s first enemy quietly spoke, making his father proud for doing so. “Why don’t you go to your room son, I’ll be right in after talking to my friends.” The boy needn’t be told twice, he was shy, especially around the rare amount of strangers he had met, and so he gladly trotted off down the hallway, giddy for his ‘daddy’s friends’ leave.
Peter stood up straighter and cleared his throat. “What is it that you needed from me?” His stoic demeanour returned as he expectedly awaited an answer to those that brought constant chaos into his now calm life. “Perhaps to know who would have a child with you, the mass murderer that went around the town killing only for it all to be blamed on a mountain lion.” Stiles scoffed, shocked that someone would willingly procreate with such a monster.
“That would be me.” A voice startled the sarcastic boy, one of feminine grace and beauty which astounded Stiles whom was gasping at the sight of the goddess like creature that stalked in the room before them. “Do we have a problem here darling, or do I need to rip a tongue or two out to bring some quiet back to our home?” Her eyebrows raised as she glowered upon the folk that were crowded in the entryway, looking to her husband for confirmation.
“It’s fine Y/N.” It wasn’t very often that Peter called her by her name, however he was on edge for the seriousness that was contorting the faces of the pack members. “But what I am wanting to know is what isn’t fine, since I assume that’s what you lot were going to tell me.” Derek inhaled through his nose as Scott stepped closer, understanding that the threat was far larger to Peter than he had earlier anticipated.
“There’s a dead pool for supernatural creatures. They are going to try and kill us for money, your money in fact. And I’m willing to bet your family are on the other parts of the list; so, are you willing to help us protect our kind, or will you run, like you always do? I’d understand if you did the latter, I never knew you had a son and a…”
“Wife.” Y/N finished the sentence for Scott, crossing her arms as she stood closer to her husband. “If you need help, you have mine, I will do anything to protect my son.” It was unexpected however Derek nodded in appreciation for her words. Peter weaved his fingers through hers as he ogled worryingly at his beauty, and he was the beast, a beast that was to be hunted and fighting for the life of his family.
“Our son.” He spoke humbly, becoming protective as he thought of all he had to lose. “Just tell us what you want us to do Scott, but remember, our priority is Taryn, his life is more important than any other to us. I will not save a life if it means risking his, but we will do our best.”
“I understand.” Scott said harmlessly, for the first time gracing his maker with a smile. None of this would have tied the alpha up in this mess if Peter had never bitten him, however there was nothing for him to do that would erase that past. “And thank you, I’m glad that we’re on the same side when it comes to this.”

I'm the Alpha
Derek Hale x reader platonic...kinda? Not properly together but reader has a crush on him
Other Characters: Stiles Stilinski, Isaac Lahey
Warnings: canon violence (kinda?), language (like 1 swear), mention of blood, stiles and derek bickering as they do, that’s it I think?
Summary: Trying to help the newly turned werewolf after he was arrested seems to go worse than anyone could have expected. Thankfully the alpha has it covered
Word Count: 1,363
Stiles, Derek, and I were seated in the infamous blue jeep outside the police station. Derek’s new beta was inside, and the full moon was going to be at its peak in moments. It was our job to get in there and hopefully get Isaac out before he tore apart the entire station.
“Ok, now the keys to the cells are in a password protected lockbox in my father’s office.” Stiles began to explain. I leaned between the two seats, listening to my friend tell us the plan. “The problem is getting past the front desk.”
Derek shrugged in the passenger seat. “I’ll distract her.”
Stiles’s face scrunched up in disbelief. “Whoa, whoa, whoa…you? You’re not going in there.” He grabbed onto Derek’s shoulder as he talked. Derek was arrested a few weeks ago thanks to whatever Stiles and Scott shared with the sheriff. A firm glare set in Derek’s eyes the longer the hand that Stiles placed stayed on his shoulder. “I’m taking my hand off.”
“I was exonerated.”
I sighed. “You’re still a person of interest though.”
“An innocent person.” He rebutted, giving me a look like it was obvious.
“You? Yeah, right. Ok, fine. What’s your plan?” Stiles questioned how Derek would distract the front desk officer.
“To distract her.” Derek drew the words out, like Stiles simply didn’t understand the meaning.
“Uh-huh.” Stiles nodded. “How? By punching her in the face?”
I rolled my eyes at my friend, opting to side with Derek, who simply huffed. “By talking to her.” I could barely see the front officer, her hair pulled back into a standard bun as she shuffled paperwork around.
“Ok, all right. Give us a sample. Practice on Y/N. What are you going to open with?” My cheeks burned as Derek and I looked at each other, silence filling the Jeep. “Dead silence. That should work beautifully. Any other ideas?”
Derek shrugged again, turning to look out the front window. “I’m thinking of punching you in the face.”
“Ok, ok. Both of you chill out. Derek can distract her, ok, Stiles? I’m sure he’ll have no problem. I mean, haven’t you noticed how all the girls look at him? He could probably stand there in silence, like you said, and still manage to distract her.” I tried mediating the situation, letting Derek get out of the car before I climbed out through the passenger side. Derek held the door open for me as I jumped out, rounding the car to meet up with Stiles in order to help him get the cell keys.
The relationship between Derek and I was vastly different from him and the two boys. Derek had been cold and quite harsh with Scott when he was first bit, and dismissive of Stiles, but with me, he’d been almost gentle. Derek took the time to help explain some of the things about werewolves to me, so I’d be able to help my friend through the changes, and over time I had developed the biggest crush on him.
As Derek started talking with the front desk officer, Stiles grabbed my hand and pulled me along through a side door and down the hall to his father’s office. I stayed by the window as a lookout as Stiles went over to the lockbox on the wall. He quickly punched in the code and pulled the cover off. “Did you get them?” I asked, watching for anyone in the hall.
“Oh no.” Stiles looked back over to me, showing the empty case before we both headed out of the office. “I’m going to check this way, you go see if you can find Isaac, try to keep him calm.”
“Be careful.” I told Stiles, turning and heading down the hall towards the back of the station. My steps managed to stay pretty quiet as I turned down hall after hall. I had plenty of practice running around the station; having grown up with Stiles as my best friend, I spent a ton of time in the station.
I turned down another hall, only to come face to face with a deputy. “Oh, I um...” I hesitated on what to say, flickering my gaze down to the ground to think. My eyes, however, caught sight of a bloody pant leg and keys hanging from one hand of the officer. Looking back up, I took a step back. “Oh, shit.” I attempted to turn and run, nearly managing to call for Stiles or Derek, but a hand clasped over my mouth, and another wrapped around my chest, dragging me backwards.
My feet thrashed as I tried gaining some footing on the slippery floors, hands trying to pull at the stronger man’s arms around me, but it was no use. I did manage to grab onto the fire alarm lever and pull as I was dragged into the holding area, the alarms sounding and lights flickering instantly.
Finally, the officer, who I was now assuming to be a hunter, threw me to the ground and turned to face the three cells that lined the back wall. I slid back towards a corner of the room, looking at the cell doors to see the middle one barely hanging on to its hinges.
Isaac pounced from the other end of the room, shoving the hunter into the wall near me. He had completely wolfed out, fangs bared and eyes glowing bright yellow as he shoved against the hunter. I scrambled on my hands to the other side of the steel desk in the room, opting for that between Isaac and I should he turn his attention from the hunter. The hunter had pulled a syringe from his pocket, filled with some kind of thick liquid I was sure was meant to hurt or even kill the werewolf in the room. Isaac was too quick though. He managed to catch the hunters hand before it could jab the needle into his skin and twisted. The hunters wrist bent back to a point I thought it was going to snap before he dropped the syringe to the floor, the glass rolling a few feet to be closer to me as Isaac slammed the hunter’s head back into the wall, effectively knocking him out.
Derek stepped into the room with us then, his boot coming down to shatter the glass syringe near me. Isaac had turned his attention from the hunter on the ground towards the sound of shattering glass and whatever he could smell coming from the liquid that seemed slowly onto the tiled floor, his bright yellow eyes stopping dead on me as I still sat on the ground. A deep growl built up in his chest as he turned fully to face me, shoulders tensed like I was the next target, and he was prepared to attack.
I barely had enough time to raise my hands up as a weak form of defense before Derek was in front of me. His arms were slightly flared out at his sides, knees bent into a half crouch, as he let out a loud and deep roar towards the beta. Isaac was on the ground, curled up into the wall opposite me a moment after, hands shaking as they wrapped around his head for protection.
My heart was pounding in my ears still when Derek turned back to me. His eyes were burning bright red but fading back to his normal deep brown as he reached out to me with one hand. My own hand trembled as I held onto his and let him pull me to my feet next to him. “You ok?” He asked, his hand dropping mine but coming up to brush some of my hair out of my face, eyes searching for any wounds or fear I’d have of him.
I let out a shaky breath, but I nodded. “How…how did you do that?” My gaze dropped to Isaac for a moment, noticing that he had shifted out of his wolf form but was covered in sweat and still looked terrified of Derek. A smirk crossed Derek’s face for a moment when I finally looked back up at him.
“I’m the alpha.”

“I need to talk to you and not as your friend.”
Stiles and Derek are engaged, but Cora has something to talk to Stiles about first, and not as his friend. [AO3]
Cora, Derek and Stiles sat in the living room, Cora and Stiles at opposite ends of the couch with Derek wedge between them.
They’d made it a tradition that they spent Sundays together, unless - of course - there was an emergency. Most Sundays they’d go for a walk through the reserve, watch movies together, or play the world’s most competitive games of Mario Kart.
Today, they were playing a few multiplayer games get Stiles had found for them.
In between games, Derek set his controller down.
“I’m going to get a drink,” he announced as he stood up. “Anyone want anything?”
“Don’t say ‘that cake’,” Cora growled at Stiles who was openly ogling his fiancé’s ass.
Stiles smirked, chuckling slightly. “Dr Pepper for me please.”
Derek turned to Cora, arching a brow and waiting for her request.
“Same,” Cora added. “Thanks.”
“Two Dr Peppers coming up,” Derek said as he skirted around the coffee table in the middle of the living room and out the door.
Once she was sure her brother was out of earshot, Cora scooted across the couch towards Stiles. She turned towards him and - rather abruptly - said, “I need to talk to you and not as your friend.” Stiles’ eyes widened with excitement. A small - joking - gasp escaped his lips. “We're friends?”
“Yes,” Cora replied, regretting it as she said it, “but if you tell anyone, I will deny it.”
Stiles nodded, expecting as much. “Okay. Will we still be friends after this conversation?”
“Yes, but I'm starting to reconsider my options.” Cora narrowed her eyes at him, a look of exasperation settling in to the shadows and creases of her face. “That’s beside the point! What I have to say now, I say as Derek's sister, not as your friend.”
“Okay...” Stiles replied, hesitantly.
Cora drew in a deep breath, calming herself.
“You two are getting married, and I'm happy for both of you,” she started, but her voice quickly took a dark turn, deepening to a threatening tone as her eyes pierced him, “but if you ever hurt my brother, if you ever break his heart or make him cry, I will hunt you down and kill you, got it?”
Stiles swallowed hard and nodded. “Got it.”
Cora’s glare softened as she sat back, relaxed. “Okay.”
“Are you back to talking to me as a friend again?” Stiles asked.
Cora fought the urge to roll her eyes. “Yeah.”
A spark of mischief lit Stiles’ eyes. “Dude, you won't believe what Derek's sister just said to me!”
Cora tried - and failed - not to laugh, letting out a short snort as she dipped her head to hide the smirk that turned up the corners of her lips.

Make You Feel Better - Jordan Parrish x Reader
Summary: You get attacked by one of Theo’s Chimeras and accidentally out you and Jordan’s relationship to your dad
Words: 2.2k
Warnings: little injury; oral (f!receiving); fluff
Y/N’s POV
“FUCK!” I’m crying out, the pain in my arm sudden and blinding, the all too familiar warm trickling of blood making me let out a frustrated growl but I can’t stop to check how bad it is. Of course it’s me who runs into one of the Chimera pack that has been kidnapping student for sacrifices and of course I was going to be her next victim with the way she’s hot on my tail. I’m not too far from the main road and if it’s the time I think it is, Dad and Jordan should be making their way up the road around this time, coming back from their weekly check up on Derek and the rest of the pack at the newly rebuild Hale house. All I’ve got to do is make it to the main road.
A wrist grabs my ankle and I’m flailing, the floor meeting me with a hard thumb and my nose throbs with pain. I struggle against the strong, almost bracingly strong, grip as if flailing enough will free me from her. By some miracle it works and I’m scrambling to my feet, sprinting up the embankment and my feet hit the tarmac almost painfully as the familiar sound of tires makes me relax a little but I can still hear her behind me. I’m waving my arms frantically at the Sheriff’s car, seeing the way Dad’s face has confusion, anger and then worry written across it.
Something is yanking on my hair and I’m being pulled backwards but before they can do anything else Jordan is bolting from the still moving, albeit slowing, car and firing a shot in our direction. My face feels hot and wet suddenly, that tangy metallic taste in my mouth as I stumble straight into Jordan’s open arms. He wraps me up in a hug as I bury my face in his shirt, gripping it like a lifeline and he doesn’t protest that I’m getting blood on his uniform, instead he’s smoothing down my hair as my scalp stings a little still but the safe and familiarness of Jordan calms me down. Jordan holds me tightly, his arms warm and comforting around me. I can feel my heart racing in my chest as I try to catch my breath. The adrenaline from the danger is still pumping through my veins, but Jordan's presence is grounding me and you would think that after being part of the McCall Pack for four years I’d have learnt to not be scared of phased by any of this but nope.
“It’s okay,” He murmurs softly, his breath warm against my ear, “I’ve got you.”
I just nod, unable to trust my voice yet, still clinging to him. My hair is a mess, tangled and pulled out of its braid, and I can feel the sticky wetness of the blood on my face. I know I must look a right mess but Jordan doesn’t seem to care as he just hold some close, rubbing circles on my back in a soothing gesture as he waits to hear my heartbeat slow. My breathing steadies and my heart stops jackhammering in my chest as I focus on the comforting smell of Jordan: smoke; cedarwood and something sweeter like strawberries or raspberries. Without thinking I’m pressing my lips to his neck, kissing softly and Dad’s clearing throat has me realising what I did and I’m jumping back.
My face flushes and I’m glancing at Jordan who has a mixture of surprise and amusement of his face, those pretty green eyes bright in the afternoon sun, being comfortable with Dad knowing our relationship. Jordan was just waiting for me to be comfortable enough to tell Dad as Jordan is his deputy and I didn’t want him to get into trouble or anything.
“Come on, lets get you home,” Dad says, gesturing towards his cruiser and I’m nodding, slipping into the backseats while Jordan takes his place in the passenger seat and Dad gets back behind the wheel. I can feel my heart racing again, Jordan glancing back at me as soon as he hears it, brows quirked in worry before he smells the anxiety in the car, damn supernaturals and their ability to smell emotions.
The drive home is short and filled with a tense silence, the only sounds coming from the hum of the engine and the occasional tapping of dad’s finger against the steering wheel which is something he only does when he’s stressed or he’s thinking about something intently and it just adds to my building anxiety. I can feel the sweat on my palms and the tightness in my chest, unsure if it’s from being attacked by one of the Chimeras or from Dad thinking without speaking up. It makes me almost bolt out of the car and make a beeline for the front door, rummaging through my pockets for my keys and beginning to panic even more as there’s no way I could have lost them in the forest, Dad’s gonna kill me even more than-
A gentle hand grips my hip while a familiar body presses against my back, leaning around me to slot my keys into the door and open it, voice soft and sweet as he speaks, “Your Dad said you left them at home this morning.”
I’m glancing over my shoulder to see Dad pulling out of the driveway, a knowing smile on his lips, and I all but fall into Jordan’s firm body. He guides me inside, both of us kicking our shoes off and he’s suddenly grabbing my arm when he sees how much I’m wincing while peeling my bloodied hoodie off, gently checking the gash over.
Without a word he’s guiding me upstairs to the bathroom and sits me down on the edge of the bathtub. He opens up the medkit and starts cleaning the wound on my arm with a damp cloth. It stings a little but Jordan is gentle and careful not to hurt me, taking my pain as he works. As he cleans, he murmurs softly, asking me how I'm feeling and making sure I'm okay. I can feel his warm breath on my skin and I close my eyes, just enjoying the comfort of his presence.
After he's finished cleaning the wound, Jordan applies some antiseptic and a bandage. He checks it over one last time before standing up and taking a step back. "There, all done," he says, his voice soft and reassuring. "You'll be okay.”
“Can I kiss you?” It slips from my lips before I can stop myself, my hand reaching to cup his jaw and rub my thumb over his cheekbone as he looks up at me with those breathtakingly green eyes.
He’s swallowing, adams apple bobbing before he whispers out a soft “Please.”
In an instant Jordan’s raising himself on his knees, lips soft and warm against mine moving in perfect harmony as our mouths mold together in a passionate embrace. I can taste the sweetness of his lips, a mix of the chapstick he’s wearing and the slightest hint of raspberries that I had smelled earlier. He’s deepening the kiss, pulling me closer and I’m slipping off the edge of the bath and straight into his lap, one of his hands finding its way into my hair to press my lips to his even more while the other wraps around my waist. The kiss feels like a warm blanket wrapped around me, comforting and familiar yet exhilarating at the same time. Jordan is gentle yet oh so passionate, his lips hot and needy against mine, a soft sound rumbling in his chest when I tug on his soft hair. I can the feel the heat radiating from his body as he holds me close as he stands in one smooth motion, keeping me held in his arms as he carries me to my room.
When we reach my room, he carefully lays me down on the bed, finally breaking the kiss to gaze down at me, those usually bright eyes having darkened and he’s wetting his lips, “You okay baby?” He asks softly, brushing a strand of hair out of my eyes and smiling softly, thumb tracing my cheekbones. I’m nodding in response, hand finding its way to the back of his neck and I’m guiding him down into another kiss, this one much softer and slower.
As Jordan's lips meet mine again, it's as if the whole world melts away. His kisses are gentle and sweet, each one sending shivers down my spine and setting my skin ablaze. His lips move slowly and sensually, exploring every inch of my mouth with a softness that leaves me breathless. I can feel his warm breath against my skin, his hand caressing my cheek as our lips dance together in perfect harmony. It's a slow, sensual kiss that makes my heart race and leaves me wanting more. Our bodies press together, fitting perfectly as we explore each other's mouths with a hunger that cannot be denied. It's a kiss that ignites a fire within me, leaving me burning with desire and completely lost in the moment.
“Jor,” I’m gasping out, hands moving to unbutton his uniform but he gently grips my wrists, “Jor please.”
“Baby,” He’s shaking his head in amusement before he makes me look at him, “We can’t sweetheart, you’re hurt. Let me… let me help in a different way.”
“J-Jor.” I’m choking out, feeling a rush of love at how sweet he is, my breath hitches in my throat when his lips find my neck. He’s tugging at my shirt and I think my heart tries to take up skipping as I sit up to let him slide it over my head before he’s guiding me to lay back down, hands caressing my skin softly. He’s peppering kisses across my chest and stomach, leaving a trail of sweet and chaste kisses. I can feel his lips leave a few tender hickeys here and there, causing me to gasp and giggle, running my fingers through his hair, enjoying the feeling of his lips on my skin. Jordan’s touch is oh so gentle and loving, fingers dipping into my waistband of my jeans and glancing up in question.
I’m lifting my hips for him and soon enough I’m bare for him except my bra and he sits back on his heels, looking at me with appreciation and love and as much as I want to cover myself out of embarrassment I don’t as I trust Jordan. His hands are sliding up the insides of my thighs, slowly and teasingly, and before I can make any sound of protest he’s diving down and hungrily latching his lips onto my clit, drawing a surprised moan from me and I’m tugging at his blond locks. He’s flattening his tongue and lapping through my folds in slow and leisurely strokes before he presses his tongue as far as he can into my heat, a moan vibrating through me when I pull on his hair even more.
Deft and nimble fingers circle my aching heat when he moves his tongue back to my bundle of nerves, collecting slick on then before he eases them to the knuckle and I think my eyes roll back into my head when he experimentally curls them. My head presses back against my pillows, eyes slipping shut and his name falling from my lips as I rock my hips into his movements. Never in a million years did I think Jordan would be this dirty and needy with the way his other hand is gripping my hip, promising bruises and adding to the building pleasure.
“Jor, fuck… Jor baby-“
“It’s okay sweetheart,” He’s murmuring into the skin of my thighs, fingers still working at an almost brutal pace, “Cum for me baby.”
Hearing how wrecked he sounds sends me over the edge and I’m crying out his name, pulling almost painfully hard at his hair as waves of ecstasy wash over me, my thighs clamping shut around his head as he never stops. Only getting the hint when my hips are wriggling away from him and he’s pulling his fingers from me, keeping his gaze on me when he sucks them into his mouth, a soft groan leaving his lips and I whine.
“Tease,” I grumble as he slides off the bed, finding a towel and cleaning me up before he’s grabbing me some clean underwear and a pair of my sweatpants. He helps me stand on shaky legs and helps me step into them, adjusting them so they sit comfortably on my lips and I feel like I want to cry at how loving and caring he is, “What about you?”
“This was about you sweets,” He smiles lovingly at me, brushing his thumb over my cheek and tucking a strand of hair behind my ear, “There you go. Now, how about some food?” I nod, feeling grateful and content as he pulls me flush against him by my hips, pressing a sweet kiss to my lips before moving to press on to my forehead. Just as we’re about to pull away from each other and head downstairs the front door opens and there’s a crash, meaning it’s the one and only Stiles Stilinski. My twin brother.
“DAD CALLED, YOU TWO BETTER BE DECENT AS I HAVE PIZZA!”

Pairing: Void/Stiles x reader
Warnings: surprisingly not many, unrequited love??, scary void??, mentions of murder/killing/death threats???
Summary: void corners you in the empty school and gives some insightful advice
Word count: 1.9k
“Void?” you breathed into the darkness.
Silence answered you, unsettling you more than you’d care to admit. You looked around the dim classroom, feeling your nerves dance in your stomach. The school was dark when the power was off. So dark that you could barely see to the other end of the room.
“Is anyone there?” you asked again, feeling panic claw at your throat as you waited for a response, every muscle in your body tensed.
Yet when you still didn’t get an answer, you started breathing a little easier. Maybe he wasn’t here. Maybe you could go home to your friends and forget about ever hearing that voicemail on your phone, threatening your family if you didn’t come to the school to meet up with him. To meet up with Void.
You let out another breath, letting your shoulders relax slightly as you turned towards the door. Void wasn’t here, and though that could mean you were here as a distraction, you couldn’t help but feel relieved that you didn’t have to see him. The Nogistune was truly terrifying, a supernatural creature you had no want to get to know.
“Going so soon?”
You froze, feeling like you’d just been dowsed in cold water. The hairs on your neck stood up as a wave of nausea hit you. Even still you didn’t turn around. You just stood there, rooted to the spot with your eyes squeezed shut, begging for this all to be a dream.
You heard Void’s soft footsteps as he walked up behind you, barely breathing. You waited with bated breath for him to say something, do something, but he just stood there behind you, enjoying the sight of your fear.
Suddenly you felt a finger trace your jaw and your eyes flew open to find Void standing right in front of you, a small smirk curled onto his face. You glanced behind you, but no one was there. When had he moved in front of you? Why hadn’t you heard him? You felt queasy as you thought of how silent Void had been, how he had purposely let you hear his footsteps, all to see you tremble before him. It was sick. He was sick.
You stared up at him, at the face that was once so familiar, now distorted and wrong, trying to find some shred of dignity inside of you. You didn’t want to seem afraid, but how could you hide your fear when he could smell it? When he feasted upon the very terror you were trying to hide from him?
Void stared right back at you, the smirk on his face slowly growing. He had bags under his eyes and he was very pale. You could only imagine Stiles was looking even worse, which made your stomach lurch.
“I’m glad you came,” Void finally spoke, the hairs on your arms rising just at the sound of his voice.
You swallowed thickly, trying to calm your heartbeat as he took a step forward, trailing his finger down to your throat, resting on your racing pulse. He smiled, his eyes flicking up to your face where he could no doubt see the terror written all over you, no matter your attempts to hide it away.
He grinned, the sight making your stomach drop. “Are you glad you came?”
Not really, you thought wryly, still able to keep your sarcastic demeanour even in serious situations. It was one of the reasons you and Stiles became friends so quickly; you were both too sarcastic for your own good. You knew in this moment though, where you were alone in an empty school with a Nogistune, that sarcasm would not help you.
So instead you just stayed silent, hoping Void would get to the point of why you were here. His hand was still on your pulse, which was unnerving you nearly as much as how close the Nogistune was to you, barely a breath away.
Void raised an eyebrow at your silence. “Not in a talking mood?”
Mutely, you shook your head. Void stared at you, cocking his head to the side as he raised his hand to lightly brush along your cheek. You did your best not to flinch, standing as rigid as a statue as you waited for him to be done with whatever he was doing. It was pathetic, you knew, but you didn’t have much of an option. You weren’t powerful like Scott or smart like Lydia. You couldn’t grow claws or punch with enough force to break walls. You were just an average human, one that Void could toy with however he wanted, because you certainly wouldn’t be able to do anything to stop him.
“Do you know why I asked you to come here?” Void asked, finally taking a step back.
Immediately you felt some weight on your lungs lift. You no longer felt like you were suffocating, because now you actually had space to breathe. Your eyes fluttered shut for a moment, but they were back open and alert as soon as he continued speaking.
“I asked you to come here because I have a theory.”
Curious, you couldn’t help but ask, “what theory?”
Void grinned, beckoning you closer with his hand. Reluctantly, you took a small step closer, but that didn’t seem to be enough for Void because he grabbed on your wrist and tugged you closer until you were flush against his chest.
Void looked down at you, tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear as an unreadable expression took over his face. “Stiles Stilinski is in love with you.”
You stared at Void, momentarily caught off guard. Stiles, in love with you? You’d been helplessly in love with him for years, yet you’d always believed it was unrequited, what with Stiles’ infatuation with Lydia, but now here Void was, telling you he was in love with you, and he’d know better than anyone wouldn’t he, having possessed him and all.
Even so you couldn’t bring yourself to completely believe him. There was the doubt that had followed you around for years holding you back, the doubt that came in the form of Stiles staring longingly at Lydia, or the smile she’d put on his face that you’d never managed to do.
“How do you know?” you asked quietly, relieved that your voice didn’t waver like you’d feared it might.
Void looked at you pityingly. “Oh don’t worry, he loves Lydia more, if that’s what you were wondering.”
It felt like a kick to the stomach. You knew he preferred Lydia over you, knew he loved her more, but to actually here it be said, be confirmed, was worse than you could have ever imagined. It felt like all your dreams were being crushed, like your heart was being squeezed as hard as possible, like someone had taken a sledgehammer to your chest.
After everything you’d done for him. Every night spent doing his homework for him because he had gotton side tracked with helping Scott. Every time you picked him up after he fell, not Lydia. Every time you comforted when he was upset, letting him cry on your shoulder while Lydia was who knows where. It was you who had helped him all those times, you who had been there for him through everything, you who loved him endlessly, yet he’d choose Lydia over you in a heartbeat.
It wasn’t fair, and it angered you beyond measure. Instead of focusing on your grief, you focused on the rage, knowing it would help you in this situation more than sadness ever could. Anger was a weapon, something Derek had taught you early on, and you intended to use it as such.
“That’s not what I asked,” you eventually said. “I asked how you knew.”
Void raised his eyebrows, pleasantly surprised at your change of attitude. “Well, it ties in with my theory, you see. I split myself from Stiles, but in doing so I seemed to take a bit of him with me, as he took a bit of me with him. Now, I’m not sure what that part of me might have manifested into. It could be aggression, distrust, or anything, really, but I think I’ve figured out what his part manifested into.”
You couldn’t help but cross your arms, irritated at his monologue. You had just gotton your heart torn in two, yet he didn’t seem to care as he talked riddles at you. You’d asked him a simple question; you wanted a simple answer in return. “Which is?”
Void’s lips curved into a smirk as he stared at you. “I thought it would be obvious.” At your silence he continued. “It manifested into his love for you.”
You couldn’t help the “oh” that tumbled out of your mouth at his words. This whole confrontation was starting to make a bit more sense, now that you had all the information. This meant, though, that Void was in love with you. Void, a Nogistune that had killed countless people, was in love with you. What were you supposed to do with that?
“Why are you telling me this?” you finally managed to say.
He cupped your face in his hands, his eyes hungry as he stared you. “Because I want you to join me, Y/n. Stiles doesn’t deserve you, he never will. All these people you call friends will sacrifice you without a second thought if it meant saving someone else. You will always be a second choice if you stay there.”
You stared at him, a million thoughts racing through your mind at his request. Join Void? Could you really stand against your friends? Fight against them? The people who you’d known for years, who had always stuck by your side?
Not always, a vicious voice spoke in your mind. Void is right. You’re always a second choice to them. Always second best, when you deserve to be first. He had spoken all your doubts aloud, cementing them in truth. You’d always ignored them, but now that Void had acknowledged them you weren’t sure you could anymore.
Didn’t you want to be someone’s first choice? Didn’t you deserve it? After everything you’ve done for all of them, and they couldn’t even care enough to put you first. The familiar feeling of anger returned, and you remembered your goal to use it as a weapon. You hadn’t thought you’d use it against your friends, but then again, aren’t they the reason you were angry in the first place? Don’t they deserve to feel your anger, to know what pain you’d gone through?
You looked up at Void, searching his face for any hint of doubt, any hint that he didn’t actually want this. He only stared back at you hungrily, waiting for you to make your decision.
And you did.
You grabbed his neck and pulled him close, pressing your lips against him fiercely. He returned the kiss immediately, wrapping his arms around your waist to pull you closer. You melted into the kiss, letting him explore your mouth and give you pleasure with every flick of his tongue. You held onto him tighter, relishing in the way he made you feel. No one had made you feel like this, made you feel as powerful as you did in this moment. You could tell that Void wanted you, the way he gave a sound of approval from his throat when you pulled him even closer.
He lifted you up on to a desk, moving between your legs and you dutifully wrapped them around him, your hands pressing against his chest. Void tilted your head to the side to get better access to your mouth, one of his hands going to your hair and entangling them in it.
You felt powerful, and you knew you’d get revenge on you so called ‘friends’, with Void right by your side.

Still The Same
Stiles Stilinski!Brother X Sister!Reader
Word Count: 1886
Requested: @emaz-0225
Request: Can you do an imagine where your Stiles Stilinski twin sister and your really close with an original Character son of Peter Hale but your kidnapped and you are saved by Scott and he has to give you the bite and you have to tell your father
You and Stiles were twins and most people could see it in the way that you acted and spoke to people. While Scott and Stiles stayed close while they were younger and grew together you ended up becoming friends with a boy who had seemed to have trouble making friends. He was quiet and in some ways scary but you never took the warning worming your way into his school life and eventually becoming his only friend, his name was Madden Kazimir Hale. He preferred Kaz, apparently his first name was one that his father had given him so he never used it, his mother had given him his second and so he used that one.
Kaz later found out that there was more to his father than first thought and you were there the night that it all happened, you both found out that Kaz was a werewolf and after his mother explained everything you were the one to help him through figuring it out. You were both 11 at the time and now at the age of 14 well into your first year of highschool, Kaz had great control and you were both closer than ever.
You were standing in the halls waiting for Kaz to get all of his stuff out of his locker “you know, if you would just remember what lessons you have, your locker wouldn’t be such a mess.” You grumbled as he looked at you with raised eyebrows, short brown hair casting a shadow over his eyes as you waited for him to say something. “Like your locker is any better.” He argued “you and your brother are the worst of that kind of thing.” “I will have you know that I’m far better at organisation than my brother.” You argued and he smirked, he was about to say something when another voice interrupted you both. “Kaz, you’ll be at the party tonight won’t you?” Lydia asked as she laid her hand on his arm, you rolled your eyes before they caught on Stiles across the hall, he seemed to be bouncing on his feet. “Only if she’s going.” Kaz answered, that drew your attention back to him as he looked down at you. “So (Y/N) are you coming?” Lydia asked. “Probably.” You answered and she nodded. “Good then I will see you there Kaz.” She smiled as she turned and walked away, not even a second later Stiles slams into the locker next to you. “What was she talking to you about?” He asked. “Hello to you too Stiles.” Kaz muttered as he continued to sort through his locker. “Yeah, yeah hey, so..?” He asked. “So?” You asked in a teasing tone. “What was she talking to you about?” He asked. “Who?” You asked. “Not funny.” He warned. “I need a name.” You informed him. “Lydia!” He answered, voice louder than he had intended, you assumed thanks to the ADHD. Most people were used to him now and continued about what they were doing, not paying him any more attention. “Just a party, don’t worry you’ll be there, it's probably going to be after the game anyway.” You explained. “Yeah but why is she asking you?” Stiles asked. “Don’t worry about it.” You waved him off as Kaz closed his locker. “Ready?” “Ready.” He answered.
It was only a few weeks later that Kaz came to you with a new discovery, one that involved Scott and by extension Stiles. “Scott’s a werewolf.” Kaz said when you were alone at lunch. “What?” You asked. “How would you know that?” “His scent changed, you can smell it on someone, same way I can smell it on the guy that's been hanging around the school.” He answered. “Right, so what do we do about that?” You asked. “You're surprisingly calm.” Kaz raised an eyebrow. “It's not like we can change it, so I guess we have to help them.” You explained “you said that there are now hunters in town because of that new alpha, the one I assume bit Scott.” “I guess the question that we really have to answer is who is this alpha.” Kaz shrugged “but maybe we should talk to your brother and Scott first.” “Yeah I guess you are right.” You nodded.
Later that evening with your Dad still working, you and Kaz corner Scott and Stiles in his room “so are you guys going to tell us why you're acting so weird?” You asked as you walked over to Stiles' bed laying down. “W-what are you talking about?” Scott asked. “You don't need your inhaler, being super good at Lacrosse now.” You turned your attention to Stiles “your unnatural interest in the new murders, the hale house and your unbelievable jumpiness.” “I’m always this way.” Stiles answered. “You sir are a terrible liar.” You smirked. “Even if I didn’t know, I’d know they were hiding something.” Kaz as he walked purposefully past Scott before falling back on the other side of the bed his head landing on your stomach. “You don’t know what it is do you?” “What are you talking about?” Stiles asked. “I was talking to Scott.” Kaz pointed at the person that he named while you began to gently run your hand through his short hair. “W-what are you talking about?” Scott asked. “Terrible lairs.” Kaz said, eyes shifting to you. “Terrible.” You nodded. “Their hearts are hammering.” Kaz teased but when he looked back at them both his eyes glowing a bright yellow. “You're a werewolf!?” Stiles asked. “You haven’t figured out that half the Hale family were?” Kaz asked. “What!?” Stiles asked. “Looks like you're going to have to take it from the top.” You sighed as Kaz settled in to tell them everything that he knew.
It had been 3 years since Scott had been turned, he was now an Alpha but not through bloodshed instead through pure will power. Kaz had since met his father and still wanted very little to do with him, even less when he found out about his sister, someone that was only a few months younger than him. You had no time to dwell on the family links that had yet to be made but you stayed close friends with Kaz which was probably how you ended up being kidnapped. With Kaz’s name having just appeared on the Dead pool someone must have seen you as the ticket to getting to him.
You don’t even know where you are, you just know that it smelled musty and the man in front of you was terrifying, he had a large hunting knife in his hand you had a feeling that he was about to use it. “Let’s hurry this along shall we?” He asked as he crouched in front of you, the knife plunged into your stomach, you screamed out in pain as he got up and walked over to the table picking up your phone, he used your finger to unlock your phone before filming a video and sending it to Kaz. “With any luck you will see them before you die.” He wrapped his hand around the knife ripping it from your stomach “I doubt it though.” You watched as he carefully stepped over something on his way out of the room, a trip wire, making sure to keep that in the forefront of your mind.
You don’t know how much longer you wait before you hear the scuffling but as soon as you hear movement you start to talk about the trap, making your voice as loud as you could, which was only a mumble “trap by the door, step over the wire.” You mumbled it on repeat and luckily it seemed Kaz was in tune with you in more ways than one, his hand shooting out to stop Scott from stepping any closer to you. “She warned us of something.” He said as he looked down at the floor catching sight of the wire there. “Careful.” He ordered as he stepped over the wire, careful to keep an eye out for anything else, finally getting to you and taking your hands in his face. “Hey there, you scared me, thought you weren’t going to let anything happen to you.” “Sorry.” You mumbled. “No need to be sorry we found you, so now all we need is to get you out of here.” Kaz said softly, you smiled. “We both know that’s not true.” You said softly. “I know I’m dying.” “No.” Kaz argued “do you remember what you said to me when we talked about dying?” “Mmm.” You hummed. “What did you say?” He asked. “I choose life even if it means that I’m not human anymore.” You answered. “Are you sure?” Scott asked. “I’m sure.” You answered.
Choosing to live at the time seemed like a good choice but now that it was time to tell your Dad what you had done to do so you honestly worried that it was push him over the edge, after everything that had happened with Stiles you were concerned that he’d hate you for this, you’d never be able to walk away from this life. “I can tell him it was my fault if you want, he’d believe it.” Kaz said from where he was sitting. “No I won’t lie to him.” You answered. “See that confidence that’s what you need to go there with, trust me it’s going to be fine your Dad loves you, but you always have me, we can go anywhere we want if this doesn’t go the way that you want it to.” Kaz promised you. “Thanks Kaz.” You smiled, you walked into your Dad’s office and swallowed as he looked up at you smiling. “Hey (Y/N/N) what are you doing here?” He asked. “I have to talk to you about something.” You said, he nodded, taking off his glasses and giving you his full attention. “Do you remember back when I got kidnapped and Scott and Kaz found me?” “Yes.” He answered, he seemed stiff at the memory of it. “Well something happened, something that I think that I should tell you about, I understand that you might not see me the same as you had before but I can’t keep it a secret, that will just make it worse.” You took a deep breath. “I was stabbed when I was taken and I was about to die, I told Scott to bite me, I didn’t want to die and there was a way to stop it, I just… I wasn’t…” “Ready?” He asked. “Mmm.” You hummed. “It’s okay.” He promised as you looked at him. “R-really?” You asked. “Things are going to be different, you will be but you are still my daughter and I will love you all the same.” He promised. “Really?” You asked. “Of course.” He answered. “Oh thank god, I was looking for the cheapest place to run off to with Kaz.” You sighed. “You and your brother are always so dramatic.” Your Dad teased as he pulled you into a hug. “You will always be my little (Y/N/N).” He promised, your eyes caught Kaz’s through the window and he smiled simply mouthing ‘I told you.’ from his reclined position on one of the seats outside.

Song inspiration : Emails I Can't Send by Sabrina Carpenter
‘Sorry, I’ll have to cancel tonight, I’m so tired because of lacrosse.’
You reread Stiles’ message at least three times before answering him with a simple ‘don’t worry, get some rest’. Even if your message seems insignificant, but your insecurities hide behind it.
Everytime Stiles can’t hang out with you because something comes up, a small voice comes talking to you just to scare you : ‘He doesn’t love you. He’s still in love with Lydia. He went to meet her. Or maybe he’s with Malia. Either way, he’s not with you. He cancelled to see another girl and spend the night with her because you’re not good enough.’. And lately, Stiles has cancelled a lot of dates, giving that small voice more strength. You’re struggling to not listen to it, but it can be convincing. You think Stiles would never hurt you, he’s loyal, but your fear is bigger than your trust.
That night, instead of being in your boyfriend’s reassuring embrace, you don’t sleep. You lay in your bed, hugging a pillow and letting tears wetting your cheeks. When your alarm rings, the idea of lying to your parents about being sick is really tempting for about a second, but you don’t want to stay in this house that hasn’t been a home for a week now. You need to leave, so you get out of bed and get ready for school.
When you arrive at Beacon Hills High, Stiles comes to you in an instant. He apologises again before taking you in his arms. You try to not show anything even if this small voice comes back in your head : ‘He’s probably not really sorry for looking elsewhere. He’s going to leave you for Lydia soon.’. You shake your head to chase it away unsuccessfully. During the morning, you stay silent and Stiles starts to worry. He noticed since the second you arrived something was wrong, but he is sure something’s up when lunch break comes. Indeed, you eat quickly and leave right after, pretending you have an assignment to do ; Stiles understands something's wrong with you even though he doesn't know what or why. In fact, you left when Lydia talked about what happened when she was at Stiles’, the day before. You felt a lump in your throat and you needed to be away from Lydia and Stiles. You ran away to the bathroom to cry freely. Your mind keeps torturing you, the voice was right : he wants to leave you for Lydia. He lied to you. You cry until the bell rings.
For the remainder of the day, Stiles tries to talk to you, in vain. You avoid him while your sadness slowly turns into anger. Though, Stiles is stubborn so he proposes to drive you home. For a moment, you want to refuse, but you need to confront him so you accept. You quickly send a message to your mom, telling her she doesn’t need to come pick you up. On the way home, you’re lost in your thoughts, trying to find the best way to talk to Stiles. As for him, Stiles drives nervously. When he parks in front of your home, you finally decide to not talk to him, wanting to avoid a new argument. You’re about to leave the Jeep when he holds you back. You look at him, fearing what he might say. Maybe the voice was right : you’re not good enough, he wants someone else, he’s already found someone else.
“Y/N, what’s the matter ?” He genuinely asks.
“Nothing.” You lie, making his eyes roll.
“I know you, there’s something wrong.”
You look at him for a second, weighing pros and cons before choosing to confront him.
“Why did you cancel last night ?”
“I told you, I was tired because of lacrosse.”
“You could have come to my place anyway. It’s not like we were gonna party. You know, if you wanted to be somewhere else or hang out with someone else, you could just have told me.”
“What are you talking about ? After school, I went home and slept.” He wants to know, frowning.
“Really ? So why didn’t you tell me you saw Lydia ?” You retort, crossing your arms on your chest.
“She just came for a few minutes, she needed to pick up something.”
“What thing ?”
“A book for school.”
“You couldn’t have given it to her today ?”
“She needed it to do her homework for today.”
“You could’ve told me.”
“Y/N, she stayed five minutes. I don’t need to tell you everything I’m doing.” He defends himself and you laugh humorlessly.
“You cancelled our night and Lydia came to your place, I think I have the right to know.”
“Why are you making such a big deal out of it ? It was for school.”
“I’m not making a big deal, but you lied to me.” You insist, pointing at him with your finger.
“I didn’t lie to you, when she left I went straight to bed because I was tired.”
“And when were you gonna tell me she came to your place ?”
“I didn’t think it was that important. Honestly, Y/N, why are you always so tense whenever Lydia comes up ?” He questions and you try to keep a neutral face.
“I just don’t like the way she’s glued to you.”
“She’s not glued to me.”
“Yes, she is, but how could you notice ? You’re too busy admiring her to notice it.”
“What are you even talking about ?”
“I’m just saying you’re really close to Lydia and almost every time you’ve cancelled it has been to see her.” You explain and Stiles runs his hand over his face, frustrated.
“She’s a friend.”
“Before you wanted more.”
“Yeah ‘before’, like you said. Why do you always mention the feelings I had for her ? Nothing ever happened and nothing will ever happen with her.” Stiles affirms.
“You should keep that in mind and tell her as well.”
“Y/N, honestly, I don’t see the problem.”
“I’m just stating a fact : Lydia is always glued to you so admit it.”
“Admit what ?” He demands, annoyed.
“You know what.”
“No, really I don’t.”
“Don’t take me for a fool, Stiles.” You order, dryly.
“What are you accusing me of ?”
“I’m not accusing you of anything.”
“Yet it feels like it. And it’s not the first time you do that. Everytime we argue, you mention Lydia, or even Malia, even when they don’t have anything to do with it.”
“What are you insinuating ? I’m annoying ? I’m overreacting ?” You snap, on the defensive.
“I’m just saying I feel like you’re accusing me of being too close to Lydia even though I didn’t do anything.”
“But you’d want to.”
“Honestly, at that point, yeah, like that I’d know what you’re accusing me of.”
As soon as Stiles says his sentence, his eyes open wide as he realises what he just said. Your eyes get teary but you’re holding them back.
“Y/N, I-” He tries to say but you cut him off.
“Fuck you.”
You take your bag and leave the Jeep before slamming the car door and running to your home. Stiles hesitates for a second to follow you but decides to not do anything, knowing you won’t listen to him. You go to your room and lock yourself in. Angry tears run down your cheeks while you’re trying not to scream. You’ve already argued with Stiles before. Several times. Too many times, even. But he never went that far. All of this because you pushed him over the edge, but he did admit that if he could, he’d go to Lydia. You throw yourself on your bed, take your pillow and you yell in it. You let all your rage leave your body while your sobs become stronger and stronger. You keep telling yourself you’ve ruined everything because of your insecurities, you let them talk so much that you’ve ended up pushing Stiles in Lydia’s arms. You ruined everything because you have trust issues. It seems like you haven’t been able to give your trust for the past two years. After crying for an hour, you start breathing slowly to calm down. When you finally have a normal heart rate again, your bedroom’s door opens, letting you see your dad.
“We need to talk, Y/N”, your dad starts but you don’t answer, “You can’t keep ignoring me, Y/N, please.”
“Not today, I don’t have the strength.” You sigh standing up from your bed.
“No, it can’t wait anymore, we need to talk about it.”
“There’s nothing to say. Leave me alone, I don’t want to talk to you.” You try to push him away, but he doesn’t move.
“Too bad, because we’re gonna talk.”
Understanding he’s not going to let go, you pass by him and leave your room.
“Come back here.” Your dad orders behind you.
“No.”
“For how long are you going to stay mad at me ?”
“‘Til the day you’ll be able to change the past.” You scream while walking to the living room.
“God, Y/N, even your mom forgave me.”
“And she shouldn’t have”, you explode, looking your dad in the eyes, “If it were me, I would have never forgiven you as quickly. Or at all.”
“Please, I don’t like to see my little girl angry at me.”
Your dad tries to softly put his hand on your cheek but you step back. You see the hurt in his eyes but you don’t care.
“Maybe you should’ve thought about it before destroying our family in one selfish night and I forbid you from calling me ‘your little girl’.”
“That night was a mistake. I regret it.”
“Is that the truth or a lie, like the time you pretended you were sleeping so you missed our family night ?” You interrogate, pretending to be clueless.
“Y/N, I’m sincerely sorry for the way I lied.”
“Don’t say sorry now, it’s too late.”
“Please, I’m trying to take a step towards you.” He begs, making you angrier.
“I don’t care. The fact is you let us down for some woman ! Because of what you did, mom was in the depth of despair. You made her suffer and you hurt me too. I don’t trust you anymore.”
“I know and I’ll spend the rest of my life resenting myself for it.”
“So you can understand why I don’t want to forgive you. You don’t know what it feels like to see the person you looked up to destroy the confidence you had. Now I can’t even look at you !” You retort, feeling the tears coming back and your dad looks down, ashamed.
“At least, tell me what I can do to fix this.”
“There’s nothing to do. I wish there was but you can’t do anything. You tore our family apart and I hate you for it. You talked about respect, fidelity and it didn’t stop you from betraying mom.”
You’re panting because of your anger. You take a second to try and calm yourself down before adding with a harsh tone “You disgust me. You’re such a dipshit.”
“You can be angry but I forbid you from talking to me like that !”
At the same time your dad reprimands you, you hear someone knocking on the door. You’re breathing quickly while you’re walking to the entrance. You turn back to your dad one last time “I don’t give a fuck.”
As you open the door, you find Stiles. You look at him and suddenly your tears roll down your cheeks. He smiles at you awkwardly, not knowing what to do because of what he just heard.
“Can we leave, please ?”
He hears your broken voice, Stiles doesn’t waste a second before taking your hand and walking you to his Jeep. Your dad follows you, ordering you to come back. As a response, you flip him the bird while Stiles starts his car.
You drive in silence. Your anger towards your genitor cools down, but you still feel a pain in your chest because of your discussion. You never would have thought you’d say those kind of awful things to your dad, but you also never would have thought he’d hurt you, both you and your mom. You try to wipe your cheeks but they become wet again a second later.
After driving for thirty minutes, Stiles pulls over next to a park. He looks at you with sympathy, trying to find a way to start the conversation. You take several breaths before looking at him.
“Wanna talk about it ?” Stiles questions with a soft voice.
“There’s not a lot to say”, you sniff, “I guess you heard everything.”
“Just when you insulted him.” He confirms while he offers you a tissue.
“He deserved it.”
You take the tissue and wipe away your tears before blowing your nose.
“Why did you come to my place ?” You start again.
“I… I wanted to apologise. I shouldn’t have said I wanted to be with Lydia. First of all because it’s not true, but also because I hurt you. I feel bad because I caused you pain.”
“You don’t have to apologise, Stiles.” You state with a small voice.
“Of course I do ! I was being mean when I said that.” he retorts, mad at himself.
“I pushed you over the edge. I’m always trying to find you flaws to turn them against you, even though you did nothing wrong. I hurt you because I can’t trust. It’s my fault if you said that.”
“You didn’t force me to say it.”
“I made you mad to force you to admit something that isn’t true. I’m sorry for always blaming you of cheating on me with Lydia. I know you’re honest, but I can’t help but be afraid.” You admit, ashamed.
“You feel threatened by Lydia ?” He asks, trying to understand.
“If it wasn’t her, it’d be Malia and if it wasn’t her, it’d be another one. I… I’m just so afraid you’re going to look elsewhere.”
“Does it have something to do with what I heard ?”
As a response, you nod. You stay silent for a second, wondering if you should talk to him about it. Finally, you tell yourself you’ve probably already ruined everything so it’s better to admit it.
“My dad cheated on my mom two years ago. She discovered it a few months after that and then, she broke up with my dad. When I learned the truth, I had so much hatred towards him.”, you inform and you feel the tears coming back, “I never would have thought he’d do something like that. But I think the worst part was watching my mom when she learned about it. She didn’t leave her bed for a week, she was almost eating nothing. I tried to take care of her as much as I could. Never I’d thought I’d see my mom like that. When she started feeling better, we moved here. She wanted to be as far away from my dad as she could and honestly, I wanted the same.”
“Your dad came back to see you ?”
“No, my mom forgave him”, you explain, rolling your eyes, “They got back together four months ago. When she told me, I got so mad. How could she act as if nothing happened when he hurt her that much ? When he hurt us that much ? He came back home a week ago and since then, it’s been tense. I try to avoid him as much as I can, but he absolutely wants to talk to me and you saw how it generally ends up.”, you say with a fake laugh, “Anyway, that’s why I’m always afraid. Since his betrayal… I can’t have faith in people anymore.”, you admit while looking at your hands, “At least, until I met you. And even if I do, it’s not 100%. I’m always afraid you’ll hurt me, like he did. My parents were so in love and my dad was so respectful towards my mom, I never would have imagined he could cheat on her and now, I’m scared the same thing will happen to me.” You unveil looking at him, hoping he’ll understand. “And I know you gave me zero reason to doubt you, but my dad also gave my mom zero reason to doubt him and it didn’t stop him. I know I’m villainising you, trying to make up love affairs, but I can’t help it. Because of my dad, I can’t help but imagine the worst. I know I’ve always been the cause of our fights and because of that, I hurt you a lot but I swear to you, I don’t want to hurt you and even less ruin our relationship, but I can’t do it differently. I feel like I can’t love right and I hate that.” You cry.
Stiles cups your face, trying to wipe away your new tears. You close your eyes when you feel his touch, liking your closeness.
“Y/N, it’s okay.” He mutters and you break the embrace.
“No, it’s not.”, you affirm, “I’m ruining our relationship because of my stupid fears, my relationship with my dad isn’t going to be fixed soon and even my relationship with my mom is not for the better now and I have so much anger in me.”
“It’s normal, you’re hurt. You have the right to be angry.” Stiles assures you and you shake your head.
“But I don’t want to spend the rest of my life angry, especially if I end up hurting you because of it. And also, I’m not only mad at my dad, but also at myself.”
“Why ?”
“Even if my dad fucked up, I still love him. Earlier I told him I hated him to hurt him, but I didn’t mean it. I wish I could, but I can’t and at the same time, I can’t forgive him.” You sob.
“We’re talking about your dad, it’s okay to be mad at him and still love him.”
“Do you think I should pardon him ? After all, my mom did it and he asked for forgiveness several times.”
“I can’t make that decision for you. Do it only if you feel the need. Your dad betrayed you, he has no right to force you if you don’t want to do it. Your mom made that choice, it doesn’t mean you have to do the same.”
“But what if it was the solution to move on and finally be able to fully trust you ?”
“I think you should work on yourself first to know if you need to forgive him or if you can trust again without it.”
“But what about us ?” You whisper, fearing his response.
“We’ll do what you want. I… I’d understand if you want to break up with me to focus on your family problems.” He states, even if the idea of being away from you scares him.
“I don’t want to lose you, I can’t lose you, Stiles. Right now, you’re the person I trust the most, even if it doesn’t look like it. I don’t want to do it alone, I need you next to me.”
“Alright, I’ll stay then.” Stiles smiles, wiping a tear from your cheek. “But from now on, I want you to talk with me. I don’t want you to stay alone, torturing yourself by imagining the worst. When you feel like it’s becoming too much, come talk to me, okay ?”
“Okay. Thank you Stiles. Not only for listening to me, but also for not giving up on me, despite everything I put you through.”
“You’re worth it.” He affirms and you look at him with tenderness in his eyes.
“And I’m really sorry for everything I said.”
“It’s okay, I’m not mad at you.”
You throw yourself in Stiles’ arms, needing his comfort. When he holds you tighter, you finally let go of a sigh and your shoulders relax a bit, as if every tension from your body were gone. Stiles strokes your back, hoping to calm you down a little bit more. You hide your head in the crook of his neck, wanting to feel his presence. Even if it was nerve wracking, you know now you needed to talk to him about your dad and your fears. Talking to him about it allowed you to realise your trust in him has become a little bit stronger. Now, you’re sure Stiles would never hurt you. He knew how to be patient and didn’t give up on you, even if you gave him every reason to. You’re grateful for having him next to you. You know, one day, you’ll trust him entirely.

𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘬𝘪 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵
The cool July night air brought little reprieve to your sticky skin as you sat on the edge of Lydia's pool, staring into the illuminated pool. You snuck out of the dark living room as the rest of the pack was watching a random movie that Lydia had on DVD, wanting to take a breather to yourself. As much as you loved hanging out with your friends, you wanted a little time to yourself since today was a little overstimulating. Living in the middle of Northern California wasn't any fun when a heat wave struck.
The humidity made everything feel damp and made you want to crawl out of your skin. All you wanted to do was cease to exist when one of the worst heat waves hit Beacon Hills. Each time you went outside, it was like stepping into one of the circles of hell, and your only saving grace was the A/C that was on blast in your house.
The last thing you wanted to deal with after the shitshow that was Beacon Hills' problem with the supernatural was the heat. But as fate would have it, the A/C in your house had broken in the morning. Your parents were on a business trip, so you were left home alone with no working A/C, and the only thing that was keeping you cool was the tile flooring of your kitchen and cold showers.
Then Lydia, being your savior, invited everyone to a pool day. You had to ask if you could stay over with her for a few days until your parents came back and got someone to fix the A/C. Lydia asked her mom, and thankfully, she said yes. So when you arrived at her house, you had a duffle bag in one hand and some drinks in the other for the pool day. Since you were the first one at Lydia's house, you helped her get set up, like helping prep the snacks and making sure the inflatables that Lydia had in storage were blown up.
The pack eventually showed up, and that's when the fun began for the six of you (Liam was busy, so he couldn't come to the pool day). You spent most of the day in and out of the water, but most of the time, you were in the cool water since you couldn't bear the heat. You had to force yourself to look away from Stiles at times because your eyes would always find him and study the freckles that covered the length of his back and some of his chest. Then, you would always catch Lydia giving you a knowing look and a sly smile as she sunbathed on one of the lounge chairs outside of the pool. But at different points in the day, you could have sworn you could feel a burning stare on you, but you never caught the culprit.
As the sun fell, you guys eventually got out of the pool and rinsed off, either in the outdoor shower that Lydia had or in the bathrooms inside. You decided to take an actual shower since you couldn't stand the feel of chlorine lingering in your hair. Once you were done, you padded downstairs in some old boxers of your dad's and a plain blue baby tee that you would wear to sleep. You (heard) found the pack in the living room, crowded around the pizzas that you would later find out that Lydia's mom had ordered for the six of you.
The living room was filled with lively chatter as you guys ate, talking about the upcoming school year and complaining about the heat. A poll was going around about what movie you guys would watch as you finished the pizza. Once the movie was picked, you figured that popcorn wasn't going to be made by itself, so you volunteered to make it. As you got up, Stiles stood up along with you, and he sat across from you.
You looked at him with a raised brow.
He shrugged. "I figured you'll need help carrying the bags back." Stiles said as he wiped his hands on the back of his thighs.
The creaking of the door that led to the backyard broke you out of your thoughts as you raised your head, resting on your knees from staring at the water, and turned your head to see Stiles sticking his head out of the door. His whiskey-colored eyes met yours as he made his way out of the house. You gave him a half smile, feeling your heartbeat pick up as he smiled back at you.
You were grateful that he wasn't a werewolf or had enhanced hearing. You took in Stiles as he made his way over to you. He was wearing a red shirt and some black joggers he had changed into after the pool, and his hair was flat and sticking to his forehead since there wasn't any product in it.
You untucked your knees from your chest and put your feet in the water. The cool water felt refreshing on your skin, the water coming up to your mid-calf. Stiles came to sit next to you, leaving only but a foot of space between the two of you, and he rolled his joggers to mirror you, putting his feet in the water.
"Hi." Stiles greeted you as he turned to face you.
You smiled at him as you looked at him. "Hey."
He pursed his lips as he looked around for a brief moment and looked back at you.
"So, uh. Nice weather we're having right?"
You chuckled at his awkwardness. "Yeah, it is. If you minus the humidity, it's pretty alright." You said while nodding at him.
A silence settled between you and Stiles. You leaned back on your hands as you let your head fall backward and looked up at the stars. They were out tonight, and they were scattered throughout the sky. Some weren't bright, and a few looked like they were planes, but the bright ones, they looked like they were twinkling.
You let out a contented sigh. "The sky is pretty tonight."
"Yeah," You heard Stiles clear his throat. "It is." He all but whispered, but you still heard him, even over the chirping of the crickets nearby.
You felt the familiar burning stare you had felt earlier today as you swam, and you pulled your eyes away from the sky to find Stiles looking at you intently. As your eyes met his, Stiles seemed to snap out of his daze and averted his eyes back toward the water. You smirked to yourself as you sat back up.
Suddenly, confidence filled your veins when you shuffled to sit closer to Stiles, your shoulders brushing against each other as you leaned forward and tried to catch Stiles's gaze, but it seemed that he was avoiding your eyes. You saw a faint red hue against his sun-kissed cheeks, his moles and freckles scattered throughout his face and neck as the glow from the pool light that illuminated his features.
"Stiles." You called out to him.
He looked at you slowly, his eyes timid as he licked his bottom lip nervously. Your eyes flickered down to his lips at his actions before they quickly snapped back to his eyes.
"Were you staring at me instead of the sky?" You couldn't help but say with a teasing smirk dancing on your lips.
You can see Stiles get visibly more flustered, the faint blush on his cheeks now spreading to his ears and neck.
"Wh-what? Pff no." Stiles tried to deny it, but he wasn't convinced of himself either.
You couldn't help but giggle and lean towards him. "If it makes you feel better, I liked that you were looking at me."
Stiles's eyes widened slightly as he looked at you in disbelief. "Really?" He asked dumbly.
"Mhm." You bit your bottom lip as you tried to contain the wide grin that threatened to appear on your face as you nodded at him. You noticed his eyes were blown out as they flitted down your lips before meeting your eyes.
"Do you want to kiss me Stiles?" You asked boldly.
It seemed that your question short-circuited him. "Huh?" Was the only thing he could respond with.
You huffed out a laugh through your nose. "I asked you if you wanted to kiss me." You said as you leaned even more toward him. At this point, your noses were touching, and your lips threatened to brush against his.
You saw Stiles swallow thickly before nodding.
"Words, Stiles. I need words." You whispered.
"I want to kiss you so badly." Stiles let the words fall out of his mouth, not even bothering to filter his words.
You smirked as you brushed your lips against his before pulling back slightly. "You're gonna have to catch me first." You said before pulling back entirely from him and getting up from your place on the edge of the pool, the water sloshing around from the sudden movement.
You laughed at the dumbfounded look on his face as you started to run through Lydia's big backyard. It seemed that the water lapping at Stiles's leg and your laugh broke him out of his stupor, and he immediately jumped into action. He quickly got up from his position and saw that you were on the opposite side of the pool from him, with a grin on your face.
Stiles couldn't help but start smiling at your infectious smile and darted to the right, trying to get to you as fast as he could. You swiftly went in the opposite direction; now, this was the start of the cat-and-mouse game between the two of you. You ran in circles around the pool a couple of times, hiding behind the pillars that surrounded the pool if Stiles managed to get on the same side you were on, but you were slowly getting tired, so you decided when you were on the shorter end of the pool, you ran towards the doors.
But before you could even make it to the steps of the awning that led to the doors of the backyard, you had forgotten that Stiles was taller than you and had a longer stride, so you squealed when you felt him grab your waist from behind and hoisted you in the air in his arms. He spun you guys around, Stiles and your joyous laughter filling the quiet night with a certain warmth and affection that could be only found in lovestruck teens.
Stiles eventually stopped spinning and set you down, your back facing the pool as you guys were near the edge of it. His grip on you wasn't tight, but his hands never fell from your hips as you spun around and wrapped your arms around his shoulders. The both of you had identical breathless smiles on your faces as Stiles rested his forehead against yours. One of your hands moved to rest on the nape of his neck and played with the short hairs there as you stared at Stiles.
His usual whiskey-colored eyes were blown out, and he only saw a sliver of his eye color.
"I caught you." Stiles said as he calmed down, his chest heaving slightly.
You smiled. "You did."
"Can I kiss you?" Stiles asked with a whisper.
Instead of responding, you tilted your head and placed your lips on his. The kiss was hesitant, testing the waters as you felt the softness of Stiles's lips. It was short, but it still filled your veins with warmth as he pulled back from it. You opened your eyes, a soft smile on your lips. Stiles's eyes were filled with desire and something else, but you couldn't tell because he had all but slammed his lips against yours, pulling you into a passionate kiss.
Stiles pulled you closer to him as one of his hands began to move and rest on your waist, the other moving higher to cup your cheek as he swiped at your bottom lip with his tongue. You couldn't help but let a soft noise leave the back of your throat as you tasted the salt and butter from the popcorn he was eating earlier as his tongue explored your mouth. You unconsciously tugged at Stiles's hair, making him groan loudly, sending a vibration through you and down to your core, feeling the warmth beginning to grow in your belly.
Neither of you noticed, but Stiles was pushing the two of you backward, and before you knew it, the cold water of the pool enveloped the two of you. The two of you broke away from each other and quickly swam to the surface of the pool. Once you wiped the water from your eyes, you looked at Stiles with wide eyes before you started to chuckle. Then your chuckle turned into a full-blown laughing fit. Then you heard Stiles begin to join you in your hysterical laughter.
Once you calmed down, you swam a short distance towards Stiles and wrapped your arms around his shoulders once again. He grabbed your waist before his hands slid down to your thighs and maneuvered you to wrap your legs around his waist.
Both of you were still smiling widely at each other. You leaned down slightly to place your lips on Stiles's again. The change in scenery didn't stop you at all from kissing Stiles. You knew once you had kissed Stiles, it would be impossible to stop. You guys traded kisses ranging from passionate to slow ones as Stiles waded in the water. You guys lost yourselves in each other, time ceasing to exist as you ran your hands through Stiles's wet hair and Stiles's hands gripping your thighs firmly.
Eventually, when you broke away for air, a slight breeze blew through the air, and a shiver racked your body.
Stiles frowned. "We should probably get out before someone catches us making out in Lydia's pool." He joked slightly as he started to move you guys to the shallow end.
"Too late!" You heard Lydia's voice echo throughout the backyard.
The two of you both jumped, and your heads snapped to see Lydia standing a little ways away from the pool with her arms crossed and a smug smile on her face. You quickly escaped from Stiles's grip as the two of you got out of the pool. You both looked at her sheepishly.
Lydia tossed you two spare towels that were on the lounge chair nearby. "Glad you two finally figured it out. But if you're staying over Stiles, keep the noise to a minimum please." She said before heading back inside.
You saw out of the corner of your eye that Stiles rolled his eyes at Lydia but began drying off. You couldn't help but let out a little chuckle, making his head jerk towards you.
"Something funny?" Stiles asked as he dried his hair with the towel.
"Nope." You said as you toweled off as best as you could.
Stiles wrapped his towel around his neck and took a step towards you. At this point, you weren't dripping wet, but your clothes still clung to you. His eyes roamed up and down your body, as he used his index finger to make you look at him. You could see the lust fill his eyes, and you placed a hand on his chest before he could take another step.
"Down, boy." You said jokingly. "We'll have time for that later, besides I don't want to have sex in Lydia's house of all places."
Stiles started to sputter. "Wh-what! What makes you think I wanted to have sex with you? No! I meant I do, but like-"
You quickly silenced his ramblings with a quick kiss before pulling back. "I got it Stiles. Again, we'll have time for that later." You said before sending him a reassuring smile.
Stiles nodded sharply. "Right, right. It'll happen. Wait. Does that mean that we're together now?"
An amused chuckle left your lips. "Yeah, I hope so."
"Then we are." Stiles said with a goofy smile on his face, clearly elated at the notion of the two of you being together.
"Okay then boyfriend, let's get inside because I'm in desperate need of changing out of these wet clothes."
"Okay, let's go girlfriend."

could you do a stiles x siren reader where they are studying but end up having sex and once they finish the reader is a bit scared because she thinks stiles only had sex with her because of how alluring she is but turns out that he genuinely likes her because she’s a good person! being a siren is a plus in his book 😘😘
“When will I ever need this in my life?”
Stiles lifted his head from his book, peeking at the page you were currently staring at and let out a snort. “Probably never.”
“So why do I have to learn it?” you whined, head falling to rest on the textbook that was starting to become the cause of your headache.
You had been struggling with a few of your classes. In between dealing with splitting time between being on land and in water, helping fight whatever supernatural problem had lingered into Beacon Hills and getting a somewhat normal sleep schedule—it had been hard to keep up with classes, let alone do well in them.
Stiles had been kind enough to offer some help, thus leading to the odd studying sessions you two planned in between your hectic schedules. But it still felt a bit redundant to learn how to calculate the volume of a cone when you had just spent the night before stopping a sacrificial cult take over Beacon Hills.
“The unfortunate way of the world,” Stiles said with a sigh before reaching for the textbook you were using as a pillow, and instead throwing it on the floor beside his own stuff. “Let’s take a break.”
“I need a nap,” you grumbled, words slightly muffled before you turned your head to look at the boy. Your eyes widened a little when you realised how close he was.
“A nap sounds good to me,” he murmured with a soft smile.
“I thought you’d be too restless for a nap,” you teased lightly.
Stiles rolled his eyes. “Funny one.”
“I’m hilarious, I know,” you grinned back, only for your smile to damper slightly when he reached out to push some hair behind your ear. You could practically feel your cheeks burning.
“You can take a nap if you want to,” he said in a soft voice. “I’ll just find something else to do in the meantime.” And you hated the way his sincerity choked you, making your chest feel warm and tight all at once.
You surprised yourself when you leaned forward, pressing your lips against his for a split few seconds before you pulled away, your brain seeming to catch up with you. “I’m so sorry–”
Stiles didn’t give you a chance to continue before he was kissing you again, a lot more sure and passionate than yours had been and you couldn’t help but sink into the kiss. You didn’t even fight him as he rolled you onto your back, crawling on top of you as his hands began to wander under the fabric of the hoodie you had been wearing.
But there was a voice in the back of your head, screaming and yelling and ruining the feeling of his fingers sliding along your sides.
“Stiles, wait,” you whispered against his lips, eyes closed when the boy pulled away.
“Hey, what’s wrong?” he murmured, eyebrows furrowed in concern as his hand gently cupped your cheek.
“I—” but you paused, unsure how to even say the words screaming in your head. Because you knew how this went, you knew that nobody was able to resist the pull of the allure and even if you didn’t mean to use it, it happened.
You knew that the second the deed was done, he would be snapped out of it and you didn’t think you could handle Stiles being pissed at you for being caught in the allure.
“We shouldn’t,” you whispered, unable to bring yourself to look at him. “You’ll regret it.”
Stiles frowned. “Why would I?”
“It’s the allure, Stiles,” you sighed as you finally glanced up at him. “It’s making you want to do things you might not realise you don’t want to do.”
Stiles blinked before a smile grew on his face, unable to hold back the laugh that was threatening to escape. “Yeah, because the three year crush I have on you has nothing to do with it.”
Your eyes widened. “What?”
“Baby, trust me when I say, doing this—” he paused as he gestured between you two. “Has nothing to do with your powers or you being a siren, I promise.”
“Stiles—”
“It’s got everything to do with the fact I think you’re beautiful inside and out,” he murmured shyly as he flashed you a smile. “And that I’ve been practically obsessed with you for ages. Ask anyone really, especially Scott. He would tell you just how—”
You leaned up to press your lips against his, smiling as the boy quickly melted into the kiss.
“You like me for me?” you whispered against his lips.
“I like you for you, baby,” he whispered back.
You smiled against his lips before pushing him to sit up, giving yourself the space you needed to pull your hoodie over your head with your t-shirt quickly following. You laid there, sprawled across his bed with just your shorts and bra on, and it took everything in his power to not come there and then.
“Shit,” he hissed out. “This is way better than my dreams. Like, way way better.”
You raised your brows. “You dream about me, Stilinski?”
“All the time.”
“And what did you do to me in those dreams?” you asked as you trailed your fingers along the hem of his shirt, tugging on it when you wanted him to take it off and he quickly followed the demand.
“I, uh,” Stiles’ cheeks burned hot. “Well, I…uh…”
“Show me, Stiles,” you whispered as you sat up, pressing soft kisses along his bare chest. “Show me what you did in your fantasies.”
“Fuck,” he groaned under his breath.

Rekindled Dawn
Nothing more than a relaxed morning with your fiancé Peter Hale - 0.8k
Warnings - extreme fluff, brief mention of The Hale fire, engagement
main masterlist peter hale masterlist more teen wolf
There was something so tranquil about watching you be peaceful in your slumber, the once alpha felt content whilst he laid in the large bed tightly beside you. Your legs were entangled with his own, the heat his body radiated keeping you warm beneath the egyptian cotton of which laid over you from below your toes to the top of your relaxed shoulder.
This was it; all he had ever wanted. Peter Hale was finally in control of his own life, and not by rash and violent means, but rather instead the best things in his life were conducted by his own happiness.
You knew all that the man had done in his past, and unlike others it hadn’t scared you away, you were still very much by his side, with your head resting upon his broad and bare chest, at peace whilst you slept. He had asked you to marry him, a few nights prior, and the large diamond on your engagement finger reminded him of your answer.
He was internally shocked that you had agreed to be his fiancé, although he hadn’t let it show as his troublesome reaction would no doubt ruin his usual cocky and arrogant demeanour. But he was far more than glad, he was ecstatic and over the full moon when it came to the bouts that he saw in his future with you.
It was difficult even with his smooth and enhanced abilities to not awaken you whence he slipped out from the bed, though he felt relief when he saw your eyes were still closed and he heard your heart beat remaining steady as you experienced an otherworldly reality that you viewed from beneath your tightly shut lids.
Peter adjourned his path to the small yet homely kitchen in the apartment that he had long ago convinced you to move into with him, grasping a pan to place upon the top of the oven before he made way to the fridge and grasped multiple items that you both could devour together when he was done cooking.
It was one thing of many that people did not know of Peter, he loved cooking, especially for you. It was the only time he felt comfortable sparking a fire within his own home, after having lost most of his family in the infamous Hale fire. But this, it was harmless and thoughtful and therapeutic knowing that it was one way of many that he wished to take care of you.
He fired up the ingredients in the pan, slicking it with a spat of olive oil to temper up the marination of store bought products, humming softly to himself as he became lost in the task at hand. All of his attention was focused on brewing a breakfast that was fit for his queen, that was until his ears attuned to the gentle rustle of sheets.
Then there was soft foot falls from the bed to the hall, until they finally landed behind him, a soothing palm running down the back of his shirt, warming a smile onto his face. “Good morning my beautiful lady.” He allowed the heat to consume the food on its own as he turned to face you, cradling your gracefully warm face within his rough and work weathered hands.
“Morning to you my big bad wolf.” You joked at him, falling into his chest that was a never ending abyss of safety and comfort. He pressed a fine and firm kiss onto your hairline, inhaling the honey like scent of your shampoo, before collapsing his lips atop of yours, not needing to take a breath as you were all the fresh air that he needed.
“Are you ready for breakfast my Mrs Hale?” He enquired lovingly, pulling back to see the revelling nod you gave to him which made a chuckle burst from deep within his chest. “And you’re already answering to my last name.” He teased you, pulling heat to form in your face from your normal reaction.
“Well it is to be our last name, Mr Hale.” He pressed another kiss upon your plush lips before continuing with preparing the food, turning the strips of protein and fat over to roast on its other side before slipping it from pan to plate. Ghostly steam lightly trailed over the solid meal, before he dragged both you and the tray of coffees and food to the small yet cosy dining table, pulling your seat out for you before he took the opposing seat for himself.
“I love you Y/N Hale.” He spoke before cutting into his bacon with a knife and fork, enjoying every moment of normalcy that he shared with you. If he hadn’t been born with wolfish instincts, then maybe he could have had all of this with you much sooner. But he wouldn’t change a thing.
Everything was perfect as you looked at him without an ounce of hatred in your Y/E/C eyes, there was no fear, no resistance, he lulled his mind in your chemo signals and for once in his life only felt a ray of nothing but love.

Bait
Derek Hale x Fem!reader
Other Characters: Peter Hale, Stiles, Lydia, Scott, Malia (mentioned), Liam (mentioned)
Warnings: angst, fighting, cuts and scrapes
Summary: When girls are being killed in Beacon Hills, and looks just like her, she gives the idea of using herself as bait.
Word Count: 2,427
Summer in Beacon Hills brought on a heat wave this year, making everything in the supernatural world that much harder. Lydia and I had gone shopping a week or so prior, so the two of us had gotten lucky with some clothes prepared for the heat, but the rest of the pack didn’t think to plan ahead. Most of the boys had traded in their long sleeves and flannels for t-shirts fairly quickly, opting to get out of the werewolf heat along with the heat from the sun.
The pack and I had been close since Scott first turned. I basically grew up with Lydia as my best friend, and Scott and Stiles were always around. When I first met Derek, I was in the woods with the boys when they had lost Scott’s inhaler. Ever since that day, the former alpha and I had been inseparable.
Now, we were halfway through our summer break before senior year and facing the latest big bad that decided to terrorize our little town. Stiles had noticed the pattern far before any of us did, alerting us to the bodies of young girls who had begun turning up in the woods, all having one scary connection. The four bodies that had been found were all going into their senior year here at Beacon Hills High and had H/C hair and E/C eyes, just like me. When Derek heard of the connection, I was no longer allowed to go out into the woods at all or be left alone anywhere. I was to be watched 24/7 until we caught whatever was killing the girls. I was alright with his plan, wanting to make him happy, but I was also scared that I would be the next body in the woods that Sheriff Stilinski would find.
“Hey.” A voice snapped me from my daydream on the couch in Derek’s loft. “You alright?” It was Peter, knelt down in front of me, his eyes full of worry.
I nodded and gave him a soft smile. “I’m ok.” Of his relationships with the rest of the pack, he and I got along the best. Peter could sense the love Derek and I held for each other, basically from day one, and was very protective of that. He never snapped at me, would bring me what I needed if I asked for it, and had volunteered to stay with me when I worked or needed a ride if Derek happened to be busy.
“You’re lying.” Damn the werewolf hearing. “Your heartbeat changes when you lie, it almost literally skips a beat.” He had a soft smirk on his face to show me he meant no offense.
I ran a hand through the ends of my hair as the last of the pack finally showed up for the meeting. “Just worried, I guess.” He stood and held his hands out to pull me to my feet, allowing me to drift over to Derek’s side as the meeting began.
“Any leads?” The true alpha asked, earning shaking heads and shrugs from the rest of the pack.
The werewolves went back and forth for a while, exchanging ideas on how to catch the new creature, trying to figure out what exactly it was, while Lydia and I shared looks between the two of us, almost having a silent conversation.
So, when I spoke up, she wasn’t all that surprised. “We know what it goes after.”
“We do.” Peter nodded, trying to see where I was going with it and wanting to see if he’ll need to calm his nephew down when I made my point.
“What if we set up a trap?”
“And how do we do that?” Derek’s eyes locked on me with his arms crossed over his chest.
I took a moment to square off my shoulders and hide the fear creeping up in my body that nearly everyone in the room could smell. “You need bait, to draw it out.”
“We can’t just send some random girl from the school, that knows nothing of the supernatural, out into the woods and hope they don’t get killed before we find our monster.” Stiles retorted, throwing his hands in the air.
I rolled my eyes and watched as Lydia smacked the back of his head. “She doesn’t mean someone random.”
Her comment made every set of eyes land on my face, my cheeks going red from all the attention. “What? We know that whatever this is, likes girls going into senior year here with H/C hair and E/C eyes.” I waved my hands to my face. “I kinda fit the description if you don’t remember.”
“No.” Derek growled out quickly. “No way in hell are you going to play bait for this monster.”
“Derek’s right.” Peter agreed with his nephew.
I groaned. “I can’t just sit around and wait for another body to drop when I know there’s something I can do! I get it, I’m human and therefore have no chance against this thing, but I’m also not saying I’ll be alone. Scatter yourselves through the woods, keep an eye on me as I walk around. This could be the only chance we get to stop this thing before it kills another girl we’re supposed to graduate with!”
“Not going to happen.” Came from Derek again.
I was about to speak again when Stiles’s phone rang through the loft. He answered quickly and had a quiet conversation with whoever was on the other end. “So, that was my dad.” My movements froze and I could feel Derek stiffen up next to me. “There’s another body, a lot closer to town this time.”
“Who?” Scott asked.
Stiles shrugged. “Caroline Mathews, I think he said. She’s been missing for three days.”
Caroline and I had the same chemistry class back in sophomore year, we were even lab partners for the better half of the year. “I knew her.” I mumbled.
This was the first girl to die with one of us truly knowing her. It had just been newer girls to the school that we all hadn’t met yet, or ones that we never shared classes with throughout the years. “Really?” Lydia came over to my side as I gave her a nod.
“She was my lab partner in chem two years ago. We used to joke around with Miss Mitchel that we were each other since we looked so alike.” Lydia wrapped an arm around my shoulder comfortingly. My eyes flashed up to Derek. “Please, you have to let me do this. I don’t want more families suffering because their daughter was killed. It’s bad enough we’re up to five now. Please.” My eyes were wide, and my heart pounded in my chest, waiting for the next “no” to leave his lips.
He hesitated before dropping his crossed arms and grabbing my hand. “Can we talk a minute?” I nodded, taking his hand tightly and following him out onto the balcony and into the summer heat. “You really want to risk your life on something we can figure out soon?”
“I know you’re scared, ok, I’m scared. But I also don’t want anyone else dying when there’s a chance that I can help stop this. Please. I’ll do everything you say and stay within eyesight. I swear to you.”
A deep sigh left Derek’s mouth and he suddenly pulled me into his chest tightly. “You do exactly as I say, and we do this tonight and tonight only. Anything goes south, you yell for help, even if we’re right there.” I nodded into his chest, hugging him back before we both went back inside to tell the pack of the plan for tonight.
Six hours later, I had added a green jacket to my outfit and had begun walking around the woods. The sun was slowly setting, and the rest of the pack was spread through the woods, Derek and Peter closest to me, flanking both of my sides about 500 feet away. The rest of the pack was spread out, listening for any strange sounds that shouldn’t belong or any odd scents. My heart pounded in my chest as I wondered around the woods, trying to keep track of where I was and where I had come from. I knew Derek wouldn’t let me get lost, but I wanted to make sure that I could run if I needed to.
My phone buzzed in my jacket pocket, my fingers flying to the object and pulling it up. A text from Lydia lit my screen up. Anything yet?
I quickly typed a message back. Nothing.
A message from Derek was next, popping to the top of my screen. Take a deep breath. You’re safe. Only a little longer before we call it a night.
My eyes flickered in the direction I knew Derek was following me, my eyes searching impossibly in the dark for him. I left the message open, not really knowing what to say or how to tell him that I was absolutely terrified being out in the woods, even though it was my idea to start.
Suddenly, there were heavy footsteps coming up from behind me, and moving fast. I quickly locked my phone, trying to slide it back in my pocket. Just as I was about to yell out for Derek and Peter, a body slammed into mine, sending me crashing to the ground and my phone flying away. Fear gripped me like a vice, squeezing my chest tighter and tighter as my brain tried working on what to do. I knew I needed to call out for the two Hale’s in the woods, to get up and run as fast and as far as I could, but nothing was working.
Deep growls filled the woods next, hands gripping onto my arms and pinning me into the dirt. I finally managed to crack my eyes open to get a look at what was huffing loudly, only to come face-to-face with an unfamiliar werewolf. His face was shifted, deep brown hair ruffled around his face and fangs barred at me with glowing blue eyes.
My chest tightened as his claws started digging into my skin. God, where were Derek and Peter? I struggled in the wolf’s hold, trying to pull my hands free, kicking against his weight but it was useless. Then I remembered Derek’s rule; yell, even if I knew he and Peter were close.
Taking the deepest possible breath, I finally managed to get my head together. “Derek!” My voice came out as a shriek, piercing through the air. “Derek, Peter!” I screamed, pulling as hard as I could against the weight. The hand that had been wrapped around my right wrist was suddenly squeezing at my throat, cutting off any other screams.
“No one’s here.” The wolf taunted. “It’s just you and me.” A sick smile crossed his face, enhancing the supernatural features. His claws pressed harder into my wrist and throat, a gasp of pain leaving my lips as he seemed to toy with me. “No one’s coming for you.”
The clawed hand at my throat raised into the air above me, making to slash at my throat, but before he was able to, a body crashed into him. The strange wolf and someone else went tumbling a few feet away from me, allowing me just a moment to sit up and huff in a few breaths of air before hands were wrapping around my shoulders.
“No! No, let me go!” I screamed, smacking at the hands on me.
“Hey, hey.” A familiar voice soothed. “You’re safe. I got you.” Peter turned me in his arms, grabbing at my chin to make me look up at him. “Look at me. You’re ok.”
I took a shaky breath and finally looked up to him. “Peter.” My word fell as a whisper.
The older Hale nodded, pulling me against his chest as new growls filled the air. Peter pulled me a bit farther from the space he had found me in. I turned as we got to the side of a large tree, Derek, Scott, Malia, and Liam were all stood in a line between me and the other wolf. I could hear Scott trying to talk with the wolf, but Peter’s gentle hands on my wrists distracted me.
“Are you alright?” He asked, voice low and very quiet. I nodded shakily, glancing down to the half dozen moon-shaped cuts along my wrists. Peter’s arms were laced with black veins as the pain subsided, his eyes looking at the scratches on my neck.
“Thank you.” I shuddered, no longer liking my own plan, but I was glad that the pack had found the wolf, and not another girl I was to graduate with this year.
A loud roar seemed to shake the ground, and I managed to catch sight of Derek slamming the wolf into the ground. It seemed like he had tried making a run between him and Liam, aiming for me yet again. Peter was in front of me the moment he caught his nephew’s movement, his teeth bared and a growl rumbling his chest.
“Leave.” Derek hissed, his teeth shining in the moonlight. A threat that I couldn’t hear left his lips, the wolf on the ground seeming to come back to himself a little. “You three, make sure he leaves.” Derek pulled the wolf up and shoved him towards the werewolves and werecoyote. After the wolf and our three pack members were far enough into the woods, Derek finally turned to me, his fangs retracting and his eyes softening from their bright blue back into his usual eyes. “Are you alright?” He asked, coming up and instantly wrapping his arms around me.
I nodded carefully into his chest. “I am now.”
He pulled back and gently took my hands into his, turning them over to check the cuts. “He did this? He say anything to you?” His hand then cupped my cheek as he raised my head to look at my neck.
“His claws.” I answered the first question. “And nothing important. He tried scaring me more than anything. Said no one was coming.”
“I should have come faster. He set traps in the woods to draw our attention away.”
My head shook at him. “You saved me. I’m sorry I had this plan. I know you didn’t like it.”
“It’s fine now. But you’re never playing bait again, you hear me?” He started leading me out of the woods, back towards the pack.
“I hear you.”
