5) haven’t written it but the idea will be written. I have this chapter where Hector has to take care of baby Cass so he makes a small pouch in his shirt for her to sit in and calls it his “baby pouch” and holds her like a mommy kangaroo 🥰.

6) I’m thinking about make a scene where Cass uses her history nerd skills for on of the challenges for TCOTC and Andrew just falls in love with her and says “I’ve never been so in love with you.” And Cass replies “We don’t have time for your nerd fetish Bone Head we gotta GO!”

Refer to themselves as humans of course. Refer to angels as angels, of course. Refer to demons as demons, of course. Only use human terms. Extra: -Angels shun wingless angels in the most racist fucking way (this can happen from genetic mutation or severe injury) -Many humans don’t believe that the other two races even exist and consider them a fairy tale made up by crazy people -Demons do not age, they hatch and are children for a few years, but when they reach adulthood they merely go through a metamorphosis stage, so time is meaningless to them. They can die, however, whether it be to sickness or injury -Humans have a system of Queens instead of Kings like other societies -Demons have no concept of gender, as they do not have biological gender nor psychological gender -Male angels, like male birds, usually have harems instead of a single partner, and it’s considered “obsessive” and “weird” to try and have a sole dedicated relationship -The most horrific punishment you can give an angel is clipping their wings -Many demon’s tails are venomous, but not all of them -There’s a black market in one of the most shady human towns that imprisons magical creatures and sells them or their corpses

Neo - Do the Flop Guy (asdfmovie, slightly autotuned)

For the first non-infodump, Mystic in all of her glory presents the name origins of everyone in the cast of TCoTC.

Sprinkle - Named after how snowflakes remind Mystic of sprinkles and how her body shape could be the shape of one.

Stormee - Weather-related name. Also, Mystic's dead cat Storm was nicknamed Stormy so the name is also a homage to him.

Rango - A name that sounds like it could be a shortening of boomerang, the thing his head is vaguely based on.

Pixie - Generic fairy name. Not much to add. Next.

Minyako - Miyako + nyā (or simply nya in this case), the Japanese onomatopoeia for a cat's meow.

Tama - Shortening of Tamagotchi, the thing he's based on.

Colomby - Colombo + Marny (even if it's simply the y), the two Katamari cousins names that Colomby was originally a fusion of.

Soulternal - Soul combined with eternal. Originally named Soulter but the name hardly lasted at all before it was changed.

Neo - Neon without the extra n to help make him easier to search.

Poppet - A poppet is a doll made to represent a person, to cast spells on that person, or to aid that person through magic. This matches with Poppet's in-universe lore with her once being a voodoo doll.

Diston - The only character whose name Mystic didn't come with, that goes to a former friend who pulled it out of his ass. Originally named Oakihs which leads to a mess Mystic won't speak of here.

Myshell - Mystic's had conflicting ideas on where the name came from. But for the post, she'll chalk it up to it being a corruption of Michelle, seeing as their name is meant to be pronounced as such.

Also, Mystic used the glowless version of this account's banner art because she didn't want to make a doodle related to this rabbit hole.

As I mentioned on the survey post, I was already leaning towards having Finifugal as the oneshot I would post between TDSOTI and ATTTS, so I’m really happy to see it in second place! Thus, The Heart’s Variable will be the oneshot that I post between ATTTS and AOFS, which is great because I still need to plot/draft the end of it. Then, after AOFS is posted, I’ll start writing and posting Red and the Wolf and The Cottage on the Cliff!

When ___’s life begins to crumble around her, she decides to stand up for herself and set things straight. In the aftermath, her mother insists that she books a trip to Kim’s Bed & Breakfast for a fortnight of relaxation in the secluded countryside. Away from all of her problems and the people that are causing them.

Little does she expect to never want to leave the enchanting house and its wondrous garden, for more reasons than simply that. But this is precisely what brings up problem number one...

That other reason is already married.

One caffeine-fueled and yeah, definitely illegal hacking expedition at four in the morning to conquer university piraters. One half-naked live-streamer enacting a striptease through a high-quality webcam. One photography unit that bestows the epitome of Hell in the form of a paired group assignment upon two unsuspecting students. Zero excuses for not making the deadline.

Alternatively: Kim Taehyung fucks with plenty of binary codes. But he cannot, for the life of him, figure out how to crack his soft-spoken assignment partner who has hands that caress the camera equipment like a pro.
