not five-and-a-half minutes into Batman The Caped Crusader (2024) and I am already conflicted about the show

On the one hand I am in love with the retro art deco aesthetic of the world as well as the Batman TAS inspired animation, especially the fact that they seem to be operating at a lower technology level which just makes things so much more fun for me

on the other, I wish they could have bumped up the animation budget a little, and I am already sketched out by some of these characterizations, namely Bruce calling Alfred "Pennyworth" or Harvey Dent being crooked as shit`
