Does anyone think of that moment when Tony and Cameron are literally in bed and he’s so upset about Declan leaving and she says “I knew you and Declan weren’t going to work out you’re too similar”
like leave Cameron alone and go fuck that old man Tony. We know you want to

Sansa Stark (Got), Steve Rogers (Marvel) and Shima Renzo (Ane)
I hate you, sis. Now I'll be forced to think of something nice to say for all of them😂😂
1) Favorite thing about them
Sansa: Despite what everyone says, I liked her when she was in King's Landing. Despite the position she was in, she stood up to Jeoffry in different occasions.
Steve: His fights are always enjoyable to watch. I like his fighting style and the choreographies.
Shima: He's funny. And I liked him in the Tokyo Saga.
2) Least favorite thing about them
Sansa: How she doesn't give a fuck about her siblings and family dying. I don't remember her reaction to Robb's death, but she doesn't care for Ricokn one bit. She doesn't care for her mother either. She's more shocked by the way her father died than anything else. She doesn't worry for Arya when, for all she knew, she had been killed or kidnapped.
Steve: Civil War. He was so stubborn and stupid. Divided the Avengers because he couldn't compromise, not even a little. And then has the nerve to blame Tony in Endgame??
Shima: He doesn't have a real motivation to do what he does. He betrayed his friends' trust, put his classmates in danger and works for a terrorist organization that wants to destroy the world... Just because he wants to have fun? I hope they'll give us a better explanation but, as things are now, it's really annoying.
3) Favorite line
Sansa: I'm a slow learner, it's true, but I learn. Though it's not a meaningful quote, it summarize her character arc pretty well.
Steve: I'm gonna need a raincheck on that date. The whole dialogue is a real tearjerker.
Shima: Everyone, thank you for trusting me until now but in the end this is as far as I go. Well then, farewell. It makes me hope there's gonna be a big confrontation when they meet again, he won't just go back as if nothing happened like the first time.
4) BrOTP
Sansa: Jon. They work well together and care for each other, I enjoyed when they teamed up, right up until Dany came along and everyone became straight up toxic (but that season was not canon anyway, right?)
Steve: Sam. Sam's always there when Steve needs him, even though he's barely better than an average human and fights supersoldiers and aliens. And Steve trusted him with his shield and Cap mantle.
Shima: Rin. He didn't care that he was Satan's son and treated him normally pretty soon - even though I'm not sure whether this makes him a good person or just too lazy to hold a grudge lol.
5) OTP
Sansa: Theon. I wish it was endgame and, tbh, I hardly think Sansa has another nice ship anyway lol.
Steve: Peggy. Although I hated Endgame's ending too. That think made no sense and almost ruined this ship for me.
Shima: I don't ship him with anyone tbh. If I have to pick someone, I'd say Kamiki, but it's hardly an OTP.
6) nOTP
Sansa: Jon. I really don't like incest and the amount of people that ship them in the fandom had me fed up with this ship for good, since they are both blood related being cousins and grew up like adoptive siblings/thinking they were siblings.
Steve: Tony. I would barely call them friends, shipping them is too much of a stretch since they can only argue - if they were a ship, it would be the most toxic thing ever.
Shima: Bon. Just no, please. Besides, Bon deserves better than this bastard.
7) Random headcanon
Sansa: She's a good queen and her people love her. She's taken many advisors and listens to them before making a decision, not wanting to end up being a terrible ruler like Joeffry was.
Steve: He had a hard time adjusting to 21-century technology and though he would be happy after he went back, but truth is he now misses technology dearly and always reaches down for his phone (for music, internet, calls, camera - anything) before realizing he doesn't have one. And he will reference something from the future while talking, just to be met with confusion from whoever he's talking to. He never thought he'd have trouble adjusting to the 60's, and he's pretty surprised about it.
Shima: He'll end up fighting Beelzebub, King of Insects, and then we'll find out he was lying about his fear of bugs as well.
8) Unpopular Opinion
Sansa: The fans either worship her or hare her, so she's either depicted as a Mary Sue or as if she's as evil as the Night King, no one seems to understand that she's just another character that has some shitty subplots, bad ideas and was selfish and bitchy from time to time and she also had good moments and that the fact that she doesn't fight doesn't mean she's useless or a bad character.
Steve: the fact that he could pick up Thor's hammer was the stupidest thing ever. Completely unnecessary and only done because of fanservice. How could anyone have liked that bit? Meh.
Shima: I don't know how people feel about him, but I assume it's unpopular to think he doesn't deserve a redemption arc. He's a morally gray character thar might ultimately fight for the goodies, but please don't pull out a shitty romance or sad backhistory out of your asses and explain what Gary Stu he actually was and how he suffered every moment he had to pretend he was with the Illuminati.
9) Song I associate with them
Sansa: Jenny of Oldstones by Florence + The Machine (not Pod).
Steve: Star-spangled Man With a Plan. Duh.
Shima: You're Gonna Go Far, Kid by The Offspring.
10) Favorite Picture of Them
Tumblr media
I think this is everyone's favorite ahah.
Tumblr media
Steve risking his life to save his friends and people in need was what Cap was supposed to be. I feel they lost his true essence in the later movies
Tumblr media
Shima's, became that a picture I saw shortly after I started the anime and that's how I spoiled myself he was Illuminati. Also, he looks like a dork and sounds like an ass, so it's the perfect picture for him.

Endgame spoilers !! Beware the spoil !!
This movie was amazing. With a lot of humor, which never fall flat. I was dumbfounded from the beginning to the end tbh Nobody asked for it but there is my hot take of Avengers 4 :
I felt really bad for Thor because ya know, depression™️ but damn the surprise/shock made me laugh. Noobmaster is an absolute evil that we need to end. They kinda did him dirty, I really wasn’t wanting for that but eh 🤷🏻‍♀️ Broken man 😔 Everytime I think about how much he lost I die inside a little more. Rocket was the real best dude here. Cheers to him. I was so fck happy for him when he got his hammer back !!! Like !!! "I’m still worthy" !!!!! You go you funky thunderous man !!! He deserves to be happy at all cost. Protect this man. During the last battle I was shook, with both his hammer and axe, fighting the purple asshole, so cool. Amazing, truly. Also, when he gave Valkyrie the commandment ?? My queen. She’s now my queen. By the way, we all know who’s in command of the Guardians now 🔥🔥😂
I can’t exprim how much I was sad for Natasha. When I saw them climbing this damned mountain I understood it was over for her 😭😭 I will love her until my dying breaths. She did deserve better but she died protecting her family, and the earth. She was the one who fought until the end, who did everything she could, and managed to avenge the earth. Thanks to her Thanos was defeated. Let’s honor her 😭👊🏻🔥
Clint. Like, dude. Pain. Angst. A bit of stupidity but that’s Clint so yeah. The assasinsbowl was ofc won by Natasha, and he lived. I would’ve been pissed if he died because he killed all this (bad indeed) people out of pettiness and sadness and anger for his family but he would’ve let himself die ? I understand. But like, dude. No. You’re a father. A husband. Natasha was ofc going to sacrifices herself instead of you.
HULK !!! My man. He’s happy and that’s all that matter 😭❤️ We stan a confident and humourus man y’all (Im still waiting for a height joke when Scott got aaaaaall huge in the end rip) Also, him being ashamed of his past self ??? Amazing. I couldn’t even in my wildest dreams lol I was dead when he met the old sorceress and got kicked out of his body lmaoo
STEVE. Or best known as America’s ass. Bae. I love that man. Everybody does. He did it. He did all his possible and it payed off. Also what a quick learner. When the hammer got lift, I was "W H O ???" Tbh I was thinking Loki, like "yo surprise bitches" but it was way better xD I think I screamed lmaooo But man, so fucking cool and impressive. That scene where he stand alone in front of Thanos and of his whole army ? With his broken shield ? I C O N I C. I am already seeing all the edit, gif, tribute, fanart and fanfic about it. I can’t wait y’all. Although, I was a bit disappointed about his closure ? Like yeaaah it was neat but... idk....... a bit dissatisfied and disappointed. The Steve/Steve was funny but also sad, idk. Although, Steve in the elevator saying Heil Hydra was beautiful.
Tony. I need to say it. Steve did him dirty. Like. Poor man. He didn’t deserve that, at all. I would’ve preferred Steve snapping down Thanos than him. He’s a father !! A husband too !!! Steve promised to him he wasn’t going to die. LIES, ALL LIES. I’m salty. But no hate for the blond man please. In the end, it was Tony choice. In the end with "The proof that Tony Stark has a heart" was heartbreaking. I wasn’t ready AT ALL. I’m not his biggest fan but oh damn, Sadness got me down. His daughter ? Pain. The little kid from Iron man 3 ?? Pain. Happy being sad ? Pain. Pepper ? Pain. I’m dead. He deserved better 😔 When he met his dad, I was dying. Dying of sadness but also of joy. Glad he could talk to him, and even hug him !!!!
Carol !!! THE bitch. I love her. She could walk on me and I would apologize. We didn’t saw her that much but ya know, it’s cool. I gave her entry a 9/10 because there wasn’t thunder lol (unlike Thor in Infinity War, who rightfully had a mighty 10/10). She was a queen. That haircut ? Beautiful.
Nebula. She’s my bae. Protect her. She’s doesn’t seem to need it but she does. Baby. She baby. But she’s a dangerous baby so be careful lmao Her killing in cold blood her past her (??? Was that suicide ?? Or murder ?? Or murder suicide idk ???) to protect her past sister was tragically sad and heartbreaking and beautiful. I’m saying a lot beautiful but hey I’m doing my best with my limited vocabulary. Nebula and her, and the guardian deserves happiness. Lowkey shooketh that nobody saw it was the past Nebula and not the right one but I’m going to excuse them by saying it the excitement of having all Infinity stones and of sadness for Natasha. Other way I’m about to throw hands 🤬😤
Iconic moment :
Carol saving Tony’s ass. We all knew that was how it gonna to happen but I was so relieved. 9/10.
Thor killing in cold blood Thanos in front of everyone, dead inside was wow, brutal. Not happiness out of it, no recomfort. Merciless, brutal, cold. He was here for the head and he got it. 7/10
Not an iconic moment but shush. The five years later ? I was astonished. It must have been 5 painful years. The world was in shred, dusts and broken people everywhere. Pain. Everything is blue, melancholic, broke. If I was one of the missing people coming back I would tell to every fucking one that joke "Hey, I’m gone like 5 seconds and everybody go apeshit ? What would you all do without me ?" Yeah im that bitch lmao 10/10 because you feel that emptiness and sadness.
Tony joining the idiots and Tired Steve™️ with an actual good plan in his fancy car with a lot of skids and other fancy stuff ? 10/10 good one, boi
That scene from Avengers 1 ? Then them on the side ? 6/10
Steve in that elevator ? You already know. 9/10
Steve commenting on his own ass ?? 1000/10 Trust me, it’s fair. Were waiting for that since Avengers 1.
I love Steve
Loki ?? Man, that dude is a joke but I love him. The face he made when he saw the case slide.... beautiful. The face he made when he jumped in the time hole ??? Iconic. 10/10. I want to know how everything is gonna to play with his series. I wanted more of him tbh I even was waiting for him in the last battle. By the way, is he still dead ? If he never went to Odin.... idk. Lowkey confused here.....
And last but not least :
The final battle.
Damn.
The fight between Iron Man, Thor, Captain and Thanos was intense. I was on the edge of my seat lmao It reminds me of their fight in Avengers 1, in the forest, for Loki. They were fighting against each other, now they’re fighting together 🔥👊🏻❤️ 9/10
Steve picking up the hammer ? 10/10 No comment, it’s fair. (The "I knew it" of Thor was priceless)
Steve getting a rematch on Thanos with both his shield and Hammer ? I C O N I C. 9/10 because it didn’t last long in my opinion.
Steve in front of the whole army ? Alone ? The face dirty of dirt and blood, the shield cut in half ? After he slowly stood up, even tho he was tired and probably had broken ribs ? How dare you not applause. That old man was ready to fight them all, and to fucking die. Stupid but amazing. 1001/10. Slightly better than him commenting on his own ass lmao (tag me if u ever do a fanart of this scene please)
Sam calling Steve ? Not iconic but still. I was dying and it cured me. My skin is clear, my debt are payed off, my grades are perfect and I’m now immortal.
The Powerful Women squad ? Damn. I love it. Sign me up for 10 movies about their shenanigans around the universe. 10/10
All the dead one coming back to life ? All the dead coming through the portals ? And looking badass af ?? Doctor Strange ? Wong ? Wanda ? Sam ? Bucky ? Spider man ? The Guardians looking sharp ? Black Panther with his sister and Okoye ? The Wankanda Army ? The spatial ships ? EVERYONE ????? Bitch Please, it was perfect. 10/10.
Tony snapping ? "I’m Iron Man." I was euphoric. 10/10. Then I was really sad. So 10/pain
"Proof that Tony Stark has an heart" ? A painful 7/10.
As you can read, I loved that movie. Like, very much, but, I’m a bit dissatisfied about the music. The Russos were idk, timid ? Shy about it. Most of them were old one, the themes of the characters and the principal theme (the one from avengers 1). Nothing too extraordinary, nor extravagant. Can do better.
Also, idk why but I found that Hulk was a bit weird ? Idk he seemed emotionless ? Maybe it’s only me but I didn’t like that much the CGI of Hulk this time.
Wanda. She barely spoke. Rip
Tony’s death. He shouldn’t have died.
Steve’s old days/death/idk. I’m not buying it. I don’t like it either. Glad Sam is Captain America now tho. Sad for Bucky. The dude is gonna end up alone in 2022 (or idk what years) with only Sam and Steve’s grandchildren or idk Rip dude
There is soooo much to say about this movie. Like, I write something down and something else is immediately coming up x) Maybe I’ll edit stuff later.

My Endgame thoughts in 3,160 words and 17,025 characters. Under a cut. Spoilers, obviously.
Really. Truly. The whole thing.
Well. I texted a friend as soon as I got out, and I told him “that was a very good movie peppered with lots of shit that I didn’t care for at all.”
I don’t know what I think about it. If it was good or bad. If I like it or not.
If you read spoilers but didn’t see it, and we’re mad, I get that. I was mad too. I wrote most of this last night, and I’ve had to go back and amend it.
Also, please check your Tony vs Steve bs at the door. I like them both to varying degrees. That said I take issue with Steve’s choices and characterization at the end. We’ll get to that.
The Tony fans at least can say their boy saved the universe. They’re going to be mad still, but at least he went out in the best way possible if he had to die. Which he didn’t, but... we’ll get to that too.
The people who will be mad the most? Cap fans. Sharon Carter fans. Black Widow fans. Thor fans. Iron Man fans, probably, won’t be mad so much as sad. Actually, no, mad, because they probably wanted a happy ending for him.
So yeah. Is it “bad” if it makes so many people mad? Or are they just choices they didn’t like? For me, there was a lot of that. There was also a bit of characterization I didn’t like.
I’ll say this though, because the Steve thing that has everyone mad? I’m mad too, but per their time travel rules?
Steve didn’t erase Peggy’s family. They still exist in our timeline. Steve created a new timeline for himself to go live in. We don’t know if he stopped HYDRA and saved Bucky in that one, but I mean, we can assume.
So everyone complaining that he let all that shit happen? No he didn’t. This is an alternate reality he’s living in now.
If we go by what they established about changing the past not affecting the present.
But then we have Joe Biden Steve at the end, so... unless that’s a Joe Biden Steve who went from his timeline back to ours once he grew old. Not a Steve that existed and lived in the past of our current timeline. Then it actually works without contradicting their own time travel rules.
IMO... they ignored/ruined his character arc... but due to their aforementioned time travel rules, Steve going to the past wouldn’t affect that the present that he’s leaving.
So he COULD stop HYDRA, find Bucky, prevent Howard’s death, warn Hank and Janet about the missile.
That would all be an alternate timeline though, and our Bucky would still be the Winter Soldier.
So yeah, they contradict themselves... and completely fuck over Sharon Carter in the process. You know Steve didn’t tell Sam who his wife was, because he didn’t want him to tell Sharon that after kissing her he went back to marry her Aunt thus creating an alternate timeline to live in.
That’s the present being affected by him going back in time. Your time travel rules suck, Marvel.
So the children and family Peggy had? They still exist in our timeline, but not the timeline Steve created. The reality Steve created.
Okay so they don’t explain it, so this is just me trying to make sense of it myself. They say changing the past doesn’t change the present you left from, so unless Bruce was wrong and they’re contradicting their own rules Old Steve can’t have been actually out there all this time.
So I guess even though he didn’t show up in the gear and with the time machine when we see him, he did earlier, and just went to wait by the lake with the shield to be all dramatic? He probably waited to return until his Peggy died, and then he returned at some random point maybe like a day before they planned to send him back. He knew they would be there, so he just waited in his old man clothes.
That’s all I can think of.
So retroactively?
They had Steve kiss his wife’s alternate reality niece. I like Sharon Carter in the comics, I like what little they did with her on film.
They did her so dirty in the MCU, in the comics Peggy is almost a footnote and just part of his backstory. Sharon is Steve’s true love. Whether you ship them or not, they made Peggy out to be a bigger deal than she is in the source material.
I’m not here for pitting women against each other, but... God, the only woman the MCU has done dirtier is Betty Ross. Who should have been there with her dad at the funeral. Acknowledge her existence, Marvel. Yes they’re estranged, but maybe say having her die made Ross stop being such a dickhead and realize what really mattered.
Calling Peggy the love of his life is bullshit. Yeah, he had a date. Had. He never made it, due to being frozen. I don’t agree that they loved each other, tbh. I saw someone say they each had an idealistic, at times unhealthy attachment... but not love. Frankly? That’s not wrong. They liked each other. It never developed into love. Not in the timeline/reality we followed for the past ten years.
If this was their plan all along, then why did they introduce Sharon as a potential love interest?
Peggy is his past, Sharon is his future. The Lana Lang and the Lois Lane, respectively.
They didn’t plan this. It’s clear by how sloppy it is. It’s just so haphazard and insulting to all the characters involved, and yet Evans seems to be on board with it which disappoints but doesn’t surprise me.
Sharon didn’t have much screentime in the MCU, but every moment she had was important to the plot. She was one of the only agents that questioned Pierce’s orders. She held Rumlow at gunpoint even though the odds were against her. She let Steve know where Bucky was. She gave he and Sam back their gear. A lot of her scenes in Civil War got cut, and she got screwed by making it an Avengers movie instead of a proper Cap film.
She also got screwed by fandom. People acted like known like fucking toddlers, all because she was getting in the way of popular ships. Emily Van Camp was terribly harassed online, people calling her Steve’s beard or that it was icky and gross. Evans even said it was icky, which wasn’t that supportive of him... and then...
I liked Peggy in The First Avenger, but Hayley Atwell’s lowkey/high key narcissism is known within fandom circles, how she turned on Emily Van Camp and Sharon as a whole and threw shade at cons and on twitter and such. That left a bad taste in my mouth where I no longer care for the character at this point.
And they complete ignore/regress Cap’s arc of moving on. The fact he’s not the same man who went into the ice which is something even Whedon realized and addressed when he had him snap himself out of his Scarlet Witch!Vision.
The line from TWS they sampled for the trailer about the world changing and none of them can go back?
That was a lie. What’s ridiculous is that is the same exact directors, same exact screenwriters?
“Some people move on, but not us?” Well in that regard he had, so fuck that.
Speaking of regression, Thor’s?
I’m of two minds. He had depression and PTSD, but in my opinion, that’s end result wasn’t what Thor’s end result would be. He probably felt like he failed his people, but Jesus Christ, turning him into the Big Lebowski... fat jokes...
He becomes king, half his people are slaughtered and then and then he just... abandons the rest? To drink and watch his friends play video games? That’s sad. I think Thor would have felt like he failed and be hurting, but still try to do his best for the people who were left and still needed him? Instead of letting Valkyrie do it and the at the end to officially giving her the burden of ruling and fucking off into space?
And then at the end, he *officially* throws the burden of ruling in Valkyrie’s hands. Not that she isn’t capable, but it isn’t and shouldn’t be her responsibility.
“He’s being who he is, not who he’s supposed to be.”
That would be nice if it didn’t invalidate his arc. He didn’t want to be king at the end of Thor: The Dark World either, but at the end of Ragnarok he accepted it and was at peace with it.
Also, he didn’t need the hammer. Ragnarok made that clear. I’m glad Steve took it back with the stones, and I know it was more Thor needing to know if he was still worthy after becoming Big Lebowski... but it wasn’t needed. They just wanted Cap to wield it, and for them to have something else blunt to hit Thanos with.
This is the easiest money Natalie Portman made in her life. I feel bad for my friend who is a big Jane fan, as it’s literally maybe 15 seconds.
Nice to see Pierce, Sitwell, and Rumlow/Crossbones back, even if it’s only for a flashback and they’re all still dead in our reality. Or it would be, if it didn’t make the latter two out to be dumb. I mean, Rumlow isn’t a genius but he’s not just a dumb meathead. He wouldn’t just hand over the tesseract, he’d bring Cap to his superiors to ask “yeah hey what the fuck?”
Also, having Cap say Hail HYDRA is just... gross.
...Alternate timeline/reality Loki has the tesseract. I guess he’s the one the Disney+ series is going to follow. He’s wiped of all his development, though.
Vision is still dead. I guess maybe Shuri will rebuild him? Or it will take place between Civil War and Infinity War
So Guardians 3 is going to be about finding the alternate timeline Gamora who is now stuck in this one, huh? And I guess Thor is now a Guardian, or he’ll leave them between movies?
The alternate Nebula, I’m torn on. I think they could have gotten through to her, and she would be willing to team up with him. and would be willing to team up with them to kill Thanos. She never told him where the Soul Stone was. I mean, that’s why she aligned herself with Ronan. To kill Thanos. She hates Thanos.
Her wanting to make him proud and earn his favor despite what he did to her is heartbreaking on one hand, but the loyalty, when it’s been shown she’ll be disloyal and desert him if someone promises to kill him... idk. Btw.
Nebula should have gotten to kill Thanos. I don’t care that Iron Man started and is their poster boy. I’m sorry Tony fans. She deserved it more than he did.
Something else I’m curious about... was Peter Parker’s entire class killed? Not just Ned, the whole class. MJ, Flash, etc.? Because his entire supporting cast doesn’t seem to have aged at all in the Far From Home previews.
Also you’re telling me that in those five years, May never confronted Tony? Or if she did, we never saw it? Boo.
Oh, another dumb thing. Banner. Hulk. Professor Hulk. We don’t see how Banner made peace with the Hulk and became Professor Hulk, that all happens offscreen which is so cheap. He’s also just annoying throughout the whole film, and treated as comic relief? Also, the uncanny valley was deep this time around.
I’d honestly rather Cap had died as well, rather than the ending he got. Rather, if old man Steve didn’t show up, and there was just a cliffhanger of him being lost in time? Which has precedent in the comics? That would have been great. Instead of the bad characterization.
I’m indifferent to Tony’s death, honestly. He could have retired and raised his daughter. He could have died. I guess it’s cheaper to just kill him off and not worry about paying Downey for cameos they wouldn’t be able to resist.
Okay, the other death. Nat’s. I don’t care for it, but it worked. When I say it worked, I mean her motivations and the fact she at least had some autonomy. It was still fridging. It’s gross. It sucks.. but at least it wasn’t exactly like Gamora’s where she was a victim. I mean, she is a victim. A victim of gross writing, but... I like the character, you’re killing the only female OG Avenger for angst and drama... I would have preferred it was Renner, but her reasons worked even if I didn’t like it. I do think it would have been even just as heartbreaking/tragic though, it Clint had to give up his life for the hope of getting his family back. A devil’s bargain, they’ll be alive, but you won’t be and won’t see them again.
I question the hell is the point of a Black Widow movie now. Why should we care? Don’t get me wrong I like Nat. I have nothing against self contained, one-off adventures... but... it will be a prequel that doesn’t develop the character at all or see her grow and it’ll be inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. It may be enjoyable, but do we need to see it? It’s the Solo situation.
Do we need to see how the character became the character? What purpose does telling her backstory now serve, aside from just making people sad? Do we see how she started so we can appreciate how far she came, though? I can already appreciate that. You don’t need to twist the knife by making her origin her swan song. They can’t bring back our Nat, but who knows. Maybe the next villain will be Kang, and we aren’t done with time travel. Maybe we can have an alternate timeline Nat come into our universe like we did with Gamora.
A timeline where Clint was the one to die. I can deal with that, if they give ScarJo the money. I guess.
SCOTT LANG SAVED THE UNIVERSE. Well, actually. Also, a rat. A rat is responsible for saving the universe. I mean I laughed, but we couldn’t see Scott get himself out? He’s still my boy.
He’s probably my favorite character in the film. Seeing him and Hope reunite in the end battle was nice and made me happy, the way they didn’t miss a beat and got to working together. Him trying to keep it together when he talked about losing her. The end scene with them and Cassie. The fact she called Cap “Cap” and they shared a glance. Sucks for Scott to have missed five years of his daughter’s life, through.
Also, it kinda sucks that along with the people brought back, they couldn’t bring them the likes of Frigga and Quicksilver. Yes, they died, but you can still revive them in the present. You don’t have to make it so they never died. Maybe Quicksilver will Maybe in the WandaVision show, especially now that they won’t have to worry about a competing Fox version. Introduce her ability to warp reality. He was rumored to have been on set, and so I was expecting to see him in a flashback at least. Alas.
SPEAKING OF REVIVING DEAD CHARACTERS THOUGH. Why couldn’t like, Carol, use the gauntlet to revive Tony before they sent the stones back? She could take it. He didn’t need to stay dead, except for the fact... you know... Downey is expensive.
Something I find hilarious?
The kid from Iron Man 3 is at the funeral.
That kid knew nothing about the film whatsoever, except for the biggest spoiler? Cause if they invite HIM back to be at a funeral scene... whose funeral would it be, that he would attend, aside from Tony’s?
Oh, and SamCap. People, calm down.
I like Sam, Sam is worthy of the shield, Bucky’s not quite in a place where he’s ready for it anyway. In the comics Bucky becomes Cap, and then Sam becomes Cap after him. They can reverse the order. Bucky can still become Cap after him. Sebastian still has four movies left in his nine movie deal.
I’m curious about the Disney+ show now though. If it will be retitled, if they announced a fake title ala Serpent Society for Civil War. Although. I have a fear.
I don’t trust Marvel and I can see them killing Sam by the end of the Falcon & Winter Soldier series.
And then Bucky will take up the shield. Mackie’s 40. Idk how much longer he’ll want to be doing this, and he’s said in interviews he had no interest in bringing Cap and would like to see Sebastian take a crack at it, that he likes Falcon being Falcon.
Maybe age isn’t a factor. Bettany’s in his 40’s. Cheadle’s in his fifties. Paul Rudd is an ageless immortal who claims to be fifty. None of those are physically demanding roles though, not to the scale of Cap. The closest would be Chadwick Boseman, who is a year older at 41.
Age aside, I can see them doing it. That’s kinda the shit Marvel would do.
“Yay! We’re so progressive! We’re making Sam Captain America to placate his fans before we kill him! We won’t do that *just* yet in Endgame, we’ll wait to kill the black guy until he’s done helping out this other white guy figure out his place in the world!”
Now I’m gonna be anxious about that for the next year or two.
But so I think the shows are for characters on the shelf movie wise. Idk if when the show is over, we’ll see Mackie as Captain America in Avengers 5. It would be cool, but idk.
I don’t know if they’re even thinking of Avengers 5 at this point, or plotting out things like Guardians and Black Panther and Captain Marvel. And Eternals. And all their new Fox characters.
I guess the new Avengers line up will be Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Wasp, SamCap, and Spider-Man? Maybe Doctor Strange?
Wanda retires to TV. As does Clint maybe, to train Kate Bishop and/or his daughter. Rhodey and Banner are just around.
Also. Banner and Thunderbolt Ross, at the end. Ross and the Hulk. Both in the same scene. Neither acknowledging each other or having any interaction whatsoever. Odd.
I keep hearing rumors about a Thunderbolts movie tho, from someone who was accurate with all of their Endgame leaks. I wonder if they want Ross to be the Fury of that which is why they’ve kept him around.
Bucky recently led the Thunderbolts but also Zemo is so ingrained in their history and I don’t see them working together at all.
I guess you could bring in Bernthal’s Punisher by that point if you want. Elektra. They won’t do it but they could.
Ghost would be a good fit, tho I don’t wanna see her be forced to kill people again. I can see them forcing her to work of a sentence. If she’s still alive, cause God if she was snapped and went 5 years without the Quantum energy... but yeah.
Bring back The Leader as a villain finally. Crap, I’m plotting a fanfiction.

Idk. I just. Am disappointed but not surprised tbh.
Everyone knows I don’t like MCU Clint, but the callback interaction between he and T’Challa with the latter remembering his name was nice I guess. The final battle as a whole was nice I guess.
OH. And the exchange between Dr. Strange and Wong about if he brought everyone, and if he anted more? Probably not the intent, but to me it just seemed like a big “shut up” to everyone wanting the Netflix and Agents of SHIELD characters to cross over.
Also, a final critique?
The whole fake scripts, not giving actors a script thing. I hate it. I know like Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland are notorious for letting spoilers slip, but I legit believe that a reason why A LOT of the actors got fake scripts was not to prevent spoilers but to prevent any of them going full Ed Norton and throwing a fit about the quality of said script.
Not letting the actors know the context of the scene they are performing is not only disrespectful but it’s broken and what can you expect but performances where they’re legitimately incapable of giving it their all?
That’s all I got for now. I guess.
I know it’s a joke, “I loved everything except for the stuff I didn’t” but seriously? I enjoyed everything except for the stuff I hated. Does that stuff ruin the movie? Do I not like it because I’m petty, or because it’s bad? You can not like something, it doesn’t mean it’s bad... but I think certain choices... were bad. Were very bad.
Was it shit sandwiched with awesome, or awesome sandwiched with shit? Do they balance each other out? Your mileage may vary. I haven’t decided yet.
EDITED: I replied to this in another post, a point by @chujo-hime, but I’ll copy/paste it on here since more people are likely to see this than our conversation.
“There’s no point in doing BuckyCap now that they’ve fridged Natasha”
I can’t fault you for feeling that way, and I don’t entirely disagree. have a theory on how Natasha could return despite them saying it couldn’t be undone.
Do what they did with Gamora. Take a version from an alternate universe/timeline. Maybe one where everything is the same, except that Clint died instead of her.
Whether or not they do this? Doubtful. Unless with the money they’re saving by letting another actor go (ahem) they give it to ScarJo to lure her back.
I mean, they have Kang back now. Next to Ultron, he’s one of The Avengers’ biggest villains. He’s also a time traveler, so there are ways… idk.
I’ve still not fully processed it. Whether Marvel is smart enough or cares to take advantage of their out, they have it. If nothing else, fans can exploit it in Fix-It fics.
ANOTHER EDIT:
Oh, what was the point of Ronin? I don’t mean sad Clint, I mean Ronin, aside from selling more action figures? He wasn’t even Ronin, they made him into The Punisher Lite. Ronin wasn’t Ronin, but I mean Clint hasn’t been Clint imo so...

So I saw Endgame on Wednesday and I couldn’t write anything before bc I was too angry about it. It had good moments but mostly it was such a mess.
Time travel: I feel like they used this bc they had written themselves into a corner with IW and didn’t know how else to get out of it. Time travel isn’t my favorite storyline bc most of the time writers mess it up and it has too many holes in it. I thought maybe Marvel would do better but no it was messy.
They said you can’t change your past you create an alternative past but at the same time they say you shouldn’t change things. But they did it the entire time and when Steve went back in time they fucked it up entirely bc if you take their rules you create a different timeline but how is old Steve then back in the normal one? It’s bullshit that’s what it is.
I don’t want to hear any whining about people not understanding it bc that is the problem here. When people are so confused about it and don’t understand it at all then you didn’t write it good. When most of the audience has all kinds of different understanding or lack of it then you didn’t write it well enough.
Thanos: I thought he was better in IW. IDK what to think of him in Endgame tbh. I didn’t understand how he was so strong without the stones when Steve, Tony and Thor were fighting him.
Asgardians: Where did all of them come from? I thought most of them had died in IW? Also where the fuck did Valkyrie and Korg came from? Shouldn’t they have been dead when they had been on the ship at the of of Thor 3? IW started right after that.
Tony: The only thing I thought that was weird with him was that he didn’t want to be part of their plan from the beginning. I know he has a family now but he is still Tony and he doesn’t stay down on the floor when he is down and does nothing. But at least the didn’t keep that nonsense going on for long.
I’m not his biggest fan but I found his ending sad but well done. If he had to go like that at least he went with a heroes death where he saved everyone.
Clint: I don’t know about the Ronin storyline so I don’t know if they did it well enough. But for MCU Clint I found it ooc. From what we’ve seen of him I can’t see him go on a killing spree.
Bruce: WTF they’ve turned him into a joke. I don’t mind a joke here and there but this was too much they made him stupid with this shit.
Thor: Oh god don’t get me started on him. I thought that he was already too silly in Ragnarok but at least he had normal moments there. In Endgame he was ridiculous. They turned him into a total joke it was so bad.
Why didn’t they show that he was depressed/grieving/feeling guilty...something deeper than just having him make joke and have the others make mean jokes about him?
Then comes also the end where he doesn’t want to be king anymore? I know that as a prince he had to take the role but the Thor movies were there to show that he is worthy of the hammer and that he could be a good king and now they went with lol nope I don’t want it anymore.
Natasha: I’m not even a big Black Widow fan but I thought they did her really really dirty. They killed her the same way like they did with Gamora even after people saying it was such a shitty thing to do.
Then she only got that shitty little scene were they boys  barely showed any emotion. Why didn’t she get a proper funeral too esp. after the others were back? Show the boys now could actually grief and the ones who cames back could too. It was the least she had deserved.
I was really surprised about that in a bad was bc what’s the point of a Black Widow movie now? Everything will play in the past and she’ll only get one movie instead to wait and see how well it does and give her a trilogy.
Steve: OH MY GOD!!!!! I FUCKING HATE STEVE’S ENDING!! They did him dirty too. They really dry fucked him in the ass. What was the point of all the movies he was in when they do this to him in the end? How is it a proper end for a character like him? He was so ooc and it made zero sense.
They acted like he didn’t fit into this world like he was still the man out of time when he wasn’t. We saw him struggle in the beginning but then adjust to the future. We saw him move on and saw him have a life here. He had friends who were also his family and they threw that all way bc apparently only romantic love matters and in this case this ‘‘love’‘ didn’t make sense.
How the fuck am I supposed to believe she is the love of his life when he had never called her that before? Sure there were feelings but it didn’t go anywhere. He never had a relationship with her he just shared one kiss with her before he ended up in the ice. He knew her for like what? 1-2 years? And the they didn’t spend that much time with each other either. They had breaks where they didn’t see each other so they didn’t even know each other for very long but I’m supposed to believe that she is more important than the relationships he had in the future over the past 12-13 years? Yeah sure. Did they forget what they did in CW? Right after she had died they had him make out with another woman. With her own fucking niece which makes this even more fucked up. So he kissed his niece? WTF?!! Also do they not see how unhealthy this is? How they turned him into this creppy obsessive dude who didn’t get over a girl he never was with? I repeat WTF?!
Steve was never a selfish prick like that. He wouldn’t do this shit just bc of the chance of messing the timelines up let alone leave everyone who is important to him behind esp. after what just had happend. He also wouldn’t do that to Peggy bc he knew she had a good life and a family. Man don’t get me started on her. They fucked her over with this too. I wanted to watch her show soon but now I don’t see the point of it when they said fuck everything that happend in the movies and in her show. They reduced her to just a love interest and that is just shitty. No ship is worth to happen if it means you fuck over the characters in the process. If you kill all their growth and make them act ooc.
So in short: I’m gonna be forever slaty over this shitty ending. Both Steve and Peggy deserved better. I also think it’s a shitty thing to do to Chris who played Steve for almost a decade. He deserved a better ending. It’s also awful to do this to Hayley and her show.

SAW INFINITY WAR and as you must know, there is much to be said... under the cut!
I WAS MORE UPSET ABOUT HEIMDALL THAN LOKI TBH
and with the time stone in play I take nothing as solid until part 2 is over. Though I hope they stick to their guns and actually have the deaths in acts 1 and 2 be permanent
pray to God valkyrie survived she didn't even get a look in
I love how they didn't make any of thanos' other children's character designs memorable in the slightest. I've already forgotten them. why were they all that strange blue-grey colour? mediocrity is greige
I also love that at the end of the first avengers or whenever thanos was like 'fine... I'll do it myself' and he... DID NOT DO THAT and sent his kids instead lmfaaooooo
I am like.... The furthest thing from a tony stark stan and I don't like him most of the time (and he was really trying it in this movie!!! his relationship with Spiderman always misses the mark with me and I hate that the films obviously love it) but Thanos being the terrifying PTSD Goliath of his nightmares is a Good storyline
I've said before that nebula and Gamora should have been the emotional heart of this movie and they weren't because thanos was with a side of Tony and it's like..... I guess.......
how much better would this whole thing be if thanos was a woman? That's a thought that just occured to me and now it's going to haunt me
i would very much like to run away to scotland with Paul Bettany and have him kiss my hand and tell me to read his mind
cap usually does nothing for me at all but seeing him with that Fugitive Beard.... for the first time, I felt things. Things were felt he should always have facial hair
THEY LITERALLY DIDNT EVEN SHOW ANTMAN ABD HAWKEYE BECAUSE NO ONE CARES DJDJJDKSKSK
though a shrink machine... would have been helpful?
i was about an hour into this film and still not connecting with thanos until, like a eureka, it hit me that HE IS AGAMEMNON
THANOS IS AGAMEMNON
THE SOUL STONE SCENE WAS IPHIGENIA AT AULIS AND NOW, UNFORTUNATELY, I MUST CARE
i literally was sitting there in my seat BELLIGERENTLY DELIGHTED it's a goddamn GREEK TRAGEDY
THE HOUSE OF ATREUS IN SPACE
SPACE ATREUS
GAMORA WAS TOO GOOD FOR THE GUARDIANS we deserved a solo movie with her and nebula
who is now the CLYTEMNESTRA I CANNOT BELLLLIIEEEVEEE
Thanos as an environmentalist is... so funny the EPA as a villain? okay trump administration
was that the bad guy from Captain America the first avenger? Like.... The Nazi????? Why on earth did they bring him back lmao
SHURI IS THE SMARTEST PERSON ON EARTH, WE KNEW THIS
it is so fucking funny that marvel realised, belatedly, that they have more than one female hero now and so gave them a fight scene together
19 films in. 10 years later
okay look i know that giving up the time stone is The One Timeline that ends in them beating thanos and that it had to be done but like
I AM SO FUCKING PISSED THAT HALF THE /////UNIVERSE///// DIED... TO SAVE TONY STARK LMFAO
LIKE I KNOW THATS NOT THE REASON BUT NARRATIVELY IT WAS THE REASON and it's.... some bullshit
case in point: MISS WANDA WHO DID WHAT FUCKING NEEDED TO BE DONE
they really made her kill her boyfriend... her gentle boyfriend who is Paul Bettany.... theyre really trying to make me care about Wanda and vision
why did the wakanda battle feel like that fight between the gungans and the droids in phantom menace?????? Jajsjdhhdhdjjdjfj
having people fight hand to hand on the ground against a massive alien army invasion was ridiculous
wakanda forever though M'BAKU IS TOO BEAUTIFUL
HE CALLED TCHALLA HIS BROTHER!
OKOYES SIDE EYE AT BUCKY DJDJDJDJDJEJ
the guardians humor felt mad out of place this whole movie lmao
is it wrong I didn't care if Drax was dead dead when thanos turned him into rubber or whatever?
I'm cool with thanos' culling if it kills off all the annoying dudes. Marvel is too full of them
if thanos is agamemnon - and he is - that makes Steve hector and again, I for the first time in my whole life, Felt Things for him in that last scene. you really did it Kevin Feige
AND THANOS SMILED, FOR THERE WERE NO MORE WORLDS TO CONQUER
AND I LOOKED DOWN UPON MY NEW DOMINION AS MASTER OF ALL; AND I THOUGHT IT GOOD.
okay my brother is of a different opinion on this but:
THAT ENDING WAS CHEAP AND STUPID AND I LOATHED IT
you kill off half the characters including ones with films we already know are yet to come out so we KNOW their deaths will never stick
it was cheap ploy and bad storytelling
You know that bit in breaking dawn 2 where they kill everyone in a huge fight but it turns out it's just a premonition Alice shows aro? THAT IS THE END OF INFINITY WAR
it would've made much more sense to kill of the original avengers imo - that way there was at least a chance their deaths would stick
but my brother thinks they've done this specifically so the og avengers will turn around and sacrifice themselves instead in part 2
which... I guess....
so my criticisms on that are partially on hold but I dont Like It
can't wait to see ten thousand metas about Steve watching Bucky disintegrate and then brushing his hand through the ashes
thor's new Phallic Imagery hammer is ridiculous and his whole side mission felt wasteful
there were so many logical fallacies in this movie I know I know, it's a superhero movie! Suspend disbelief! but you're telling me Thanos has the power to disintegrate a moon and he wouldn't just aim.the gauntlet at tony or the guardians and disintegrate THEM? and how can Wanda's power which is only a small offshoot of a stone destroy another stone? MAKES NO SENSE FAM
what is the soul stone's power even
the thanos fight scenes all had that brutal winter soldier intensity but the wakanda battle was wayyyyy too bloated
the captain marvel post credits scene was dumbbb lol
I kind of wanted it to be just Hawkeye and antman eating their breakfast
and then they turn to ash
I'm like 90% sure you wouldn't understand this film if you haven't seen like at least 10 other marvel ones before it lmao

MCU Rewatch: Thor Ragnarok
Ah man, it’s nice to be done with this before 1am, lol.
This revolution has been a huge success. Yay us!
Well.  It’s about time we had a good Thor movie.  Thor surely deserves it.
I have a lot of varied scattered thoughts though.  Hm, where to start...
The first time watching this film, knowing nothing really about it other than people seemed to really enjoy it, I had an absolute blast.  I mean - it’s so funny, and relaxed for as heavy as the story is.  It’s story is strong and had a lot of heart for all the humor and crackiness that’s injected into it.  The second time through, tbh, around all the Planet Hulk stuff, I found I wasn’t enjoying the film as much as I did the first -- but the second half really pulls it together, and I’m sitting at the end as happy with it as I was the first time through.
I have to address one thing - that I noticed on the second time through that I suppose stood out to me more so than it did the first?  There are parts of this film that feel, well, kind of out of a cheesy 90s fantasy TV show (with a 70s score).  And I have to wonder if this was purposeful.  I mean - there are some fantastic CGI shots and set pieces that are definitely not cheap - and even though there were somethings that reminded me of Xena Warrior Princess - it still felt like there was a bigger budget to it all? Idk - It was weird cause the movie kept shifting and I think that’s the biggest thing that pulled me out of it.
But!  The story though.  I mean - Thor finally gets to have a great arc in one of his own movies.  I mean, he loses his dad, and his hammer, and his hair, and his eye, and his home and it’s a crazy lot - and I’m glad that they even show that he’s not really dealing with all the emotions well, but wants to be there for his people above all else.  And I kind of love that.  And of course there’s this metaphorical aspect of -- yeah, the Thor franchise just isn’t working - let’s burn it all down and laugh while we do it.  But from the ashes comes a fantastic character - and I am grateful for that - because the Thor at the end of this film leads into Infinity War - and he ends up having one of the best arc in that movie because of the events in this one.
Meanwhile...  Loki, our favorite trickster -- he and Thor still have the best relationship in the movie! I always enjoy Mark Ruffalo.  I’m a little indifferent towards Hulk, and don’t really care much for the whole Planet Hulk sideplot, but since fans of Hulk probably won’t ever get a second film, I won’t begrudge this nod to the comics.  Valkrie is a fantastic addition - I love her story, I love that she isn’t a love interest, and I love that Marvel is finally getting more complex women into these stories.  And then Idris Elba finally gets something to do -- I think this was actually his strongest role, even if it is still limited.  The only weak spot was Karl Urban, who doesn’t get much to do, but hey, I like Urban and am always glad he pops up in all these franchises.
Then Cate Blanchett kills it as Hela.  It’s nice to have a villain who isn’t so damn serious in her attempt to take over the world.  She kept things light and interesting a she was mass murdering everyone.  And then there was Jeff Goldblum -- who Jeff Goldblum’ed all over the place and was delightful as usual.
Marvel really keeps on getting stronger with these films as they go on...
Smaller Thoughts:
While I agree that they needed to go, I do wish the Warriors Three had a little bit better death scenes.
Didn’t miss Natalie Portman either.  They knew what they were doing cutting the dead weight off the franchise.
Bruce Banner wearing Tony Stark’s clothes.
Krog! You darling weird alien thing.
The Dr. Strange cameo was brilliant -- I want more Dr. Strange in things.
My headcanon is that Valkyrie is a lesbian.  Or at least bisexual.
Also the death of the Valkyrie is the most beautiful shot in the film - one of the geniuses of this film is that they know when to take something seriously.
Oh that play with Matt Damon and Liam Hemsworth, lol
I would like some fanfiction about Odin being locked in a senior citizen’s home.
They mention how Mjolnir was made in the heart of a dying star.  This movie knew it’s place in the MCU.
Ragnarok - the end of all things...
Final Thoughts: It’s a great film, a good comedy, and one of the most enjoyable entries in the MCU.  Good for you Thor!
Infinity Stones Watch: Well.  The Space stone is hanging out in a vault the whole time - until Loki steals it.  Thor mentions seeking them out at the beginning, but he didn’t get very far.  Also, that fake infinity gauntlet.
After the Credits: Thanos.  Damn.  Then the end credits - More Jeff Goldblum - Goldblum’ing.
