from wikipedia:
A national identification number, national identity number, or national insurance number or JMBG/EMBG is used by the governments of many countries as a means of tracking their citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents for the purposes of work, taxation, government benefits, health care, and other governmentally-related functions. The ways in which such a system is implemented vary among countries, but in most cases citizens are issued an identification number upon reaching legal age, or when they are born. Non-citizens may be issued such numbers when they enter the country, or when granted a temporary or permanent residence permit. Many countries issued such numbers for a singular purpose, but over time, they become a de facto national identification number. For example, the United States developed its Social Security number (SSN) system as a means of organizing disbursing of Social Security benefits. However, due to function creep, the number has become used for other purposes to the point where it is almost essential to have one to, among other things, open a bank account, obtain a credit card, or drive a car.
so basically: do you kno the One Government Number that kinda gets used for everything off the top of ur head? Sometimes linked to stuff like social security (hence "social security number" in the U.S.) but they end up just bein used for like, Fuckin Whatever. im just curious how many ppl got that shit memorized
i was gonna be ha ha funnee "put your social security number your credit card number and those three wacky digits in the tags" but no someone would maybe do it. so. dont do that. please. I'm not 100% sure if every country has a system where writing your number on the internet is Bad (in the U.S. thats how u get your identity stolen) but still like. just in case. dont. thx.
but DO tell me if like. your parents or whoever made u memorize it. my mom did for some reason and now i kno it. maybe i dont need to bc i can find it easily but its in my noggin so. And also if u feel like it say how important the numbers are in your country. In the U.S. theyre Important but dont come up super super often, mostly if ur like. opening a bank account. dealing with Government Forms. taxes. insurance. occasionally medical stuff. but also if someone Gets Yours they can kinda destroy your life a bit w identity fraud. sucks a bit.

Business Guide:
How to get started
When you have a business name in mind look up the domain name to see if it’s taken. You don’t want to spend money on an LLC just to find out that your name is taken. Thats a waste of money because you also have to pay to dissolve it.
If the name is not taken, great, don’t file an LLC yet. Go online and get a virtual business address. Why? If you’re running your business out of your home like I am, just know that it’s public information if you use your address to file your LLC. A virtual address should cost like $10-$20 a month. Use that to file your LLC.
Once you’ve filed that LLC get your Ein. That’s your Employee Identification Number. It’s your businesses tax id. It’s free to file on the IRS website. Don’t fall for the scam websites you guys.
Once you’ve gotten your EIN go to Google domains and get your website name aswell as 3-4 emails. An email for your social media accounts, an executive email for yourself, an [email protected] for things like your business bank account, Shopify account, etc; and maybe a customer support email. I use the social email as a customer support email. All of this should be like $50/month.
Once you’ve don’t that get on Canva and make that logo bookie. Personally I paid someone on Fiverr to make mine because I’m a “soft business life” kind of girl and I’d rather pay the professionals. Thats just me though.
Once you’ve got your logo go ahead and get them social media accounts going. Instagram, tiktok, Facebook.
Alright now this is where it gets specific to clothing brands because that’s what I own.
Time to find a manufacturer. Head over to alibaba and search what kind of product you want to sell. Be sure to add “oem” if you want a manufacturer that customizes. Look for the amount of orders they’ve gotten on that product. If it says zero orders that’s ok. Some styles are new and thus haven’t been ordered yet. Check any reviews they have for other products. Also check the total revenue they’ve done. It’s on the store profile. I can’t tell you what the sweet spot is yet bc I’ve only used one manufacturer so far but I’d look for mid six figures and up if you wanna be real safe.
Chat with them and order a sample. Even if you buy from a vendor list you’ll need your own sample to make content with. I suggest buying one and first. It’s worth the wait because if you buy multiple and end up not liking them you’d have wasted money that could’ve gone into testing a different manufacturer.
Do not launch with more than 2 products. Even 2 is a stretch, wallai start with one.
This is because if you’re doing the preorder, which I suggest, you’ll be depending on customer orders to pay for the bulk order. Manufacturers do their moq by color or style. If you have too many options in your website and customers order a mix of things, you better pray you have enough money to cover the bulk for all those different styles. Stay safe and give them 1-2 options to choose from.
Pre order method is great if you don’t have a lot of cash to start with because the orders pay for themselves. Bulk orders start to wrack up. Especially if it’s a custom style or material. You don’t want to break the bank for something that might not sell.
Once you’ve gotten and approved your samples choose a launch date. 2-3 weeks before that launch dates post consistently. At least once a day but remember quality over quantity. Now don’t be tricked. Quality doesn’t mean a full cinematography. It means connecting with your audience and relating with them to a point where they’re like “this business gets it”. Either that or attaching yourself to an identity they want to have. “It girl ig influencer”, “feminine soft life babe” “clean girl Pilates princess” whatever the fuck it is embody ur as best as you can. When customers attach your product with an identity that is aspirational to them they will buy it without rationalizing. It’s why the luxury market makes so much off of ppl who can’t afford to buy it twice.
Focus on the backend
If you have a goal of getting an influx of orders and making a lot of sales, be sure that your business is structured in a way that can handle it happening at any given time. You know those tiktok businesses that get one viral video and sell out over night? That could be you but if you’re not prepared ppl are going to be upset. I suggest working backwards:
A customer service platform/inbox so that you can answer them right away with frequently asked questions.
Have stock so that you have something for customers to buy once they finally land on your website.
Have a well presenting website so that ppl don’t think you’re a scam. I’m going to do a post on this bc some of these business websites drive me fuckin nuts. Color theory ppl, color theory.
A social media page with some kind of social proof ie reviews from customers in some way shape or form. Ppl are going to be looking for what others have to say about your brand. Hire UGC creators to make videos that you can post on your page. They’re cheaper than influencers but still know how to convey the message well. You’ll have to have extra samples and items on hand to send them. Also check out their usage rights. Some will allow you to use their videos in ads but you have to pay extra and it’s only for a certain amount of time. But if they do it right, you’ll get a great return. Scared money don’t make no money.
A social media page that shows the products in movement and different lighting. I need to be able to imagine myself in the item before I buy it. Where would I wear it, how will it fit on me. Even when I’ve already ordered something I stay going back to the businesses social media page just to see the clothes again. I might even search it up to see other ppl wearing it.
Packaging
No need to go crazy with the packaging in the beginning. Don’t get me wrong, branding is important but as a beginner you may not have the money for that yet. You need to focus on spending money on what will give you the best return. Just get regular poly mailers from Amazon in your brand colors. You’ll also need:
A stack of 6x4 shipping labels
A thermal printer
A scale
When your manufacturer sends you the clothes they will most likely be in their own little bags. If not you can get those from Amazon too.
Later on you can go to alibaba and find a manufacturer to print you custom poly mailers for that extra edge. Put your logo, a cute message, and your social media handles on the bag and that’s it. Good to go.
You can also design your own thank you cards as well. I won’t be doing that.
Little things to remember
Don’t feel like you have to keep up with big brands. You don’t need to launch something every two weeks. As a matter of fact I advise against emulating super fast fashion brands. I only launch a new item once the pre ordered items have been shipped out to customers.
Be nice to your customers. You’d think this was obvious but it’s not. Some ppl are rude, ghetto, and uncouth. If you hate authority and have a smart mouth I think you should either take a customer service course or hire a virtual assistant from the Philippines to do your customer service for you because no customers = no money.
I’ll update this as I learn and grow:
12/18/2023
Influencers
Not every influencer with a mass follower base is going to be your influencer. It’s possible that you pay $5000 for an influencer with 75k followers to post your product on her page but that post makes you less than $3k. That means you’ve net negative $2k. What a fuckin waste of money.
This is why it’s important to develop a persona for your brand. What is your brand identity? Who is your target audience? What are their psychographics?
Where do currently shop? What are there favorite social media apps? What is their race? Their age? Their ethnicity? Are they in college or highschool? Do they have parents that support their lifestyle or are they hustlers? Are they concerned about price or quality more? Are they married? Do they have children? Are they environmentally conscious?
You need to embody Joe Goldberg and peer at them through their window. Acquaint yourself with every part of their life.
Also, you might not be your target demographic yet and that’s ok. The girls that shop with my brand have social lives. They go out with their friends and need outfits to wear. I don’t have a social life. The only clothes I wear are my work clothes to go to work and my robe when I’m at home.Or a sweat set and a bonnet to run errands.
Don’t think to yourself “ I would never wear that.” “I would never buy something at that price point”. That’s fine cuz someone else will. A lot of people will.
Another thing is your demographic could change once you start your business. It might be that you create content that attracts a different type of person than what you originally planned and that’s cool too. We don’t live in a perfect world. As long as they’re close enough to what you had predetermined it’s ok. Sometimes our business comes out different than we hoped but it’s just as good if not better. It’s like child. Don’t destroy its greatness trying to turn it into something it doesn’t want to be.
User generated content
Love, love, love her down. She’s that sweet spot between making content yourself and having an influencer with a large following make the content for you. UGC is a form of social proof which is something you need for an e-commerce brand especially. Ppl can’t just pop into your store and try on your stuff so they need the opinions of “regular” people to sell them on it. They want to see that person try it on, do a close up of the fabric, wear it to a social setting, etc;
What I like about UGC is that I can pick someone who fits into my brand persona to represent my brand even if I don’t. Someone that appears aspirational but still relatable. Like I said previously, you yourself might not embody your brands persona but you can pay someone who does.
A little translate for yall: I do not live in a nice apartment. My room is small, and dark, and filled with boxes. My living room has mix matched decor and I myself am not the body type I’d like to be (pls don’t hit me with body positivity babe). What I can do is pay a girl with the opposite of all those things and knows how to sell a product.
I have a girl right now that I’ve inquired to make posts for me and she’s got it all. Her rate for one video is $100 with an extra $30 for 90 days of usage in ads. $100 is the new 50 and for the return I’ll get on her, THATS A STEAL.
If you need to find a UGC creator search it up on tiktok and Twitter. Most of them have a portfolio of past work they’ve done. If you feel like they match your brands vibes, keep their info for when you’re ready.
I suggest to have a roster of them because if ppl keep seeing the same person over and over, the thought that that person is just a regular degular customer leaves their mind and you lose the magic of UGC.
Update 12/21/2023
I’ve been sick but yall ain’t paying me so it’s ok. Here’s the update.
Website
Your website is your home babe and when you’re preparing for guest you can’t have your home looking any type of way. Not only does it need to be clean but it needs to be cohesive and inviting.
You know how many times I’ve opened someone’s booking page on Instagram and I click off. Not only am I not reading through all of that small ass text but my head hurts cuz you’ve got a black font on a hot pink background.
Some of yalls websites to not comply with accessibility guidelines so pay attention to that bc you can be sued. Ppl should be able to read what you have on there without getting a headache.
Good rule of thumb is to have one primary color, and then black and white. Don’t over complicate it. Your primary color will be your logo, think twitters blue, then your secondary colors should be black and white, for your text. You might have an accent color like gold or silver, this should be used sparingly for a little dazzle.
If you’re a clothing brand like me, keep the text short and sweet. Think about it, when you go shopping on your favorite website are you bombarded with a soliloquy on how the collection came to be? And even if you are do you stop and read the whole thing? I don’t bc I don’t care. That’s what your Instagram story is for.
All I want to see is the attention grabber and a short, but convincing, tagline.
Example: Ski Resort 2023-“Stun the slopes and stand out on the ski lift with best sellers spotted at St. Moritz”
Let you images tell the rest of the story.
Don’t overwhelm them with options
Guys this is so important. The more options ppl see the less they buy or the less likely they are to buy. Why? This is the thought process.
“Omg the stuff on this website is so cute! Let me go through their catalog and add to my cart as I go”
5 minutes of scrolling
“Ok I have too many things in my cart let me just save to a wishlist instead”
Another 5 minutes of scrolling
“Ok I’ll just stop here and go back to my cart and decide what I’m going to get rn”
Goes to cart
Spends 10 minutes deciding what she’s gonna get bc there’s so many good options
Takes 10 items out of her cart and only buys two basics bc she knows those are less likely to disappoint.
And scene
That is if she didn’t leave after the second five minutes of scrolling. Nowadays five minutes on a non stimulating website is a lot, don’t let it take that long.
Obviously this also depends on the customers budget. Some people have the money to just buy everything in their cart (I wish- one day), but most are just window shopper you hope to convert with your nice styles, images, and prices. Don’t make it harder for people to give you their money.
I have more but I’m tired of writing so I’ll update yall tmrw.

Through actions like protests, letter-writings, die-ins, and more, we defeated 21 out of 22 anti-LGBTQ+ bills attempting to move through the Florida legislature. One of these bills, HB 1639, sponsored by local representative Doug Bankson, was particularly egregious. It sought to redefine "sex" in a way that excludes transgender, non-binary, and intersex people, and to prohibit a person's state identification documents from reflecting their gender identity. As the bill was heading towards its downfall in the legislature, the Deputy Executive Director, Robert Kynoch, of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) released a memo to county tax collectors in late January rescinding previous department policy (IR08 - Gender Requirements), which allowed for Florida residents to change the gender marker on their ID to accurately reflect their gender identity. The memo wrongly excludes gender identity from "sex" in an effort to subvert the democratic process to redefine sex - and prohibit gender marker amendments - absent legislative authority. In a similar way, the legislature continued its attacks on the rights of immigrants and people experiencing homelessness in the form of HB 1451. This bill, which passed and was signed into law by DeSantis, restricts the acceptance of community IDs issued by community organizations to immigrants and individuals experiencing homelessness. Community IDs are essential for demonstrating that a person is a resident and member of a given community. It is already tremendously difficult for these groups to acquire valid identification, and this law imposes yet another barrier to identification.' /End ID]

Philadelphia City Commissioners' Office Tells O'Keefe Non-Citizens Can Vote as Long as They Are Philadelphia Residents
In a recent conversation with an undercover O’Keefe Media Group journalist, Milton Jamerson, Election And Voter Registration Clerk from the Philadelphia City Commissioners Office, stated that non-citizens can vote in local elections as long as they are residents of Philadelphia.
This claim is echoed by the nongovernmental organization (NGO) “Ceiba,” (@CeibaPhiladelp1) located just across the street, which asserts that individuals with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) are eligible to vote.
An ITIN is a 9-digit number issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to individuals who are required to file a tax return but do not qualify for a Social Security number. While the ITIN serves as a means for tax reporting for those who are not U.S. citizens, possessing an ITIN does not equate to legal voting rights, raising questions about Ceiba's claim that ITIN's deem individuals eligible for participation in the electoral process.

Get your lame ass off of Twitter/X. Why would you want to ultimately help Trump on what has become a far right platform?
Elon Musk’s new super PAC is collecting scores of voters’ personal information under the guise of inviting them to register to vote, as part of his effort to boost Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Earlier this month, Musk denied reports that he would be donating $45 million a month to Trump’s campaign during an interview with right-wing commentator Jordan Peterson. Instead, the technocrat clarified that he had created a new super PAC, called the America PAC. Musk’s America PAC is a door-to-door canvassing operation, which allows it to work in direct coordination with the Trump campaign, according to an FEC advisory from earlier this year. This allows Musk, and his fellow Silicon Valley donors, to stick their hands—and their cash—right into the presidential race on Trump’s behalf. How exactly they plan to do this is even more disturbing. The America PAC has launched a series of digital ads using the image of Trump’s assassination, to invite people browsing Google to “register to vote,” CNBC reported Friday. In states where the outcome is certain, such as California, the ads actually do direct them to a voter registration site. But in key battleground states, users are directed to a very different page, which prompts them to enter their phone number, address, and age. Once complete, users are then greeted by a “Thank You” page, with no actual link to voter registration in sight. Musk’s America PAC has poured $800,000 into digital advertisements to target voters in the key battleground states of Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, according to AdImpact. The information collected from user responses to this ad campaign will inform the PAC’s canvassing efforts in those states. Musk’s America PAC has already attracted the financial support of a few Silicon Valley billionaires. Douglas Leone and Shaun Maguire, general partners at Sequoia Capital, donated a whopping $1 million and $500,000 respectively, according to The American Prospect.
In short, Musk is using ads to harvest information from voters without actually registering them.
Musk and fellow broligarchs are motivated strictly by personal greed. They are willing to throw democracy to the jackals just so they can get even more enormous tax brakes from a second Trump administration.
They already have enough money to buy Pacific Islands and never lift a finger for the rest of their lives. But they want even more as well as the power to shape society to their un-elected whims.
We need to do more than usual this election cycle in order to defeat Trump and the Axis of Avarice. And we have to work quickly, Election Day is only three months away. This is a good time to take note of all the people we know personally in swing states; it doesn't matter if we've been out of touch for five years – as long as we are still on decent terms with them. Reach out and ask if they are registered. Remind them that voter registration is strictly geographical and based on home address – you need to register every time you move. And if someone hasn't voted in years they may have been removed from the voter rolls; those people need to register again.
Here are a couple of legit sites which will help register voters.
I Will Vote
Be a voter | Vote Save America
I have always felt that the best way to register is to do so in person. That way you can take a picture of your registration or maybe even get some sort of receipt. And when you register in person, you'll be informed immediately whether you've provided sufficient identification and have completed the forms correctly.
We can beat the wannabe planetary tech tyrants but it's necessary to put more effort into it and not take anything for granted.

Actually no, she can't claim Publicity stunts as work. I'm at the border of Canada, and you can't do that. USCIS would need documented proof of the work, meaning it has to be like "filming" or something to count and signed by those people. You can't legally submit "publicity stunt" to an immigration officer to get in the country. She's likely traveling on a visitor Visa, or she is just using her limited number of travel on her PT passport to get in and out in short bursts.// Sorry Just to add to this, to qualify for a work visa in the USA, you'd also need to be getting paid for that, and you'd need a legal tax ID for the united States. She's not getting paid for the PR stunt, therefore it doesn't qualify as "work". You'd need legal pay and Tax identification to be allowed a work visa.
Woop there it is

i LOVe being trans omg so 2 years ago my ~identity~ got stollen and I had to jump through HOOPS with the IRS to prove that I Am Who I Say I Am, Please Let Me File My Taxes and they were like "ok! please retrieve this handy PIN number from our online portal to file your taxes electronically" and I was like "excellent, I will do this" and i log on to their silly website a few months back and I run into something called ID.Me which is a ~tool~ that the ~government~ uses to verify your identity via a 2 step process: you upload a photo of your drivers license and then take a "live selfie" and the software compares the two photos
DO WE SEE THE PROBLEM YET FOLKS???
I got my DL photo taken when I was freshly 16. My mother had me put on mascara and lipstick for it. I had very long, dyed blonde hair that I wore down and around my face. I cannot stress enough that I look nothing like that person anymore: I look like a misplaced Make A Wish boy. So the identification verification FAILS because the algorithm is CONFUSED by my BOYISH, SICKLY CHARM but don't worry! There's a second option! :):):):):) Just jump on a video call with three original copies of state identification! You can mix and match with your social security card, birth certificate, drivers license, or passport! I don't have a passport, nor do I have my original birth certificate. So I had to paper file my taxes this year. Again.
I didn't change my name when I transitioned, I didn't change my sex marker, I did not even medically transition. I shaved my head, changed my wardrobe, and stopped basically doing drag for my mothers' or anyones approval. I told my parents about the Trouble I was having and my mom tried to say "well, it's because you don't select F when you do those forms" and I laughed because yeah I do, I've never selected anything else (what would I even select? "I dissent"? Is there an NB option on all gov forms now? Cause I missed that memo) because I'm not fucking stupid and then she followed up, "well, when you give your pronouns..." WHAT PART OF THIS PROCESS ASKED FOR PRONOUNS? NONE OF IT. LITERALLY NONE OF IT. All the information I entered into the forms matches verbatim what is on my license down to literally every detail: name, sex marker, etc.
Now I'm trying to apply for unemployment benefits and GUESS WHAT MY STATE UNEMPLOYMENT WEBSITE USES TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY??? ID. motherfucking ME. GUESS WHO'S STILL TRANS? ME. FUCK.
Yeah so I gotta go in-person to get my DL photo changed and to file for unemployment. Both places are on opposite sides of the city and it will be over 100 degrees tomorrow. FUCK my life.

I know the hot button items are hard to ignore because they will impact either your own lives or those you know but I promise if we take care of 5 things you will see an impact.
1. Food - we need good food for our entire country. I dont care if they are jobless they need the same quality food.
2. Water - our drinking water needs to be filtered a different way and our country needs to invest in that for every single citizen. You will die without drinking water. If you do not have a populace then you do not have a country. You have no one to work for you.
3. Health insurance - theres many things we can do. A lot say we don't want to give it to the government because they will mess it up. Giving it back to the doctors wouldn't save the people from price gouging either. So we could make it a subscription thing. Different tiers covers different things and emergencies are covered by the taxes you pay to the government. If you don't have your health what life do you really have?
4. Taxes - refinanced all the way through. Stop with foreign aid. Thin the IRS by like 75% because its a set amount already calculated by what your job pays you. If you make 75,000 -125,000 then it is x% of that is already taken out and there is no other paperwork needed. Simple. You dont need to know every dollar in and out. You need to know what I made on the wages I exchange for social security. Anything else shouldn't matter. Vehicle taxes are a joke I shouldnt have to "register" my car every year you need to know how many vehicles I have that touch the road to know my contribution for upkeep you can mail me that. You can email me that. I can scan a QR code with my phone for direct payment. Quit playing. And for stolen purposes keep your paperwork on that vehicle until you sell it. The title would still work it just wouldnt go through the state it could be returned to the car makers. Who would probably turn it into a photo and a number identification for car and owner/owners that the police could scan from the owners device. Like its 2024 people! Or something else could be arranged to.
5. Economy - work = reward. We need a complete restructuring on currency. If you are working you should NOT have to ask the government for food. If you are raising your family there is no reason why it should take 2 people working all day everyday to pay for that household.
All of this is just thoughts on what I would do if I had the power to change things here in the US. These are the real core issues. Most of our other problems are rooted back to this. We should want all of our citizens to thrive and not just survive.
Once we took care of these things we could start to work on all the problems that resulted because of them. We aren't broken we have just grown. Our government isn't keeping up and I mean how could they when most of them should be enjoying time with their grandchildren at the lake. Our world has changed so much and they still want us to do things like its 1995.
Then everyone wonders why we feel so lost. We have outgrown our society construction. Its time to make major renevations but to better our country. Why would we not want better for ourselves, the people who live here with us, as well as whoever wants to peacefully visit our country?

obsessed with the idea of the wachowskis agonizing over how the fuck to list sonic on their taxes
The answer is - without a court-designated adoption/guardianship, the best they can list him as is a "qualified person" (instead of "qualified child"), but even that requires them getting some sort of vital records that the IRS would accept in issuing an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (the number used by other non-citizens to file taxes).
This is vital if they want the ability to claim medical-related deductions for his care, but even that could cause problems if, like most people headcanon, most of his medical care is provided through the vet clinic

How safe is it to use Cash App?
Cash App is generally considered safe, but like any financial platform, it has certain risks that users should be aware of. Here are some points to keep in mind regarding its safety:
Encryption and Security Features
Data Encryption: Cash App uses encryption to protect user data, making it difficult for hackers to access sensitive information.
Fraud Protection: Cash App has built-in fraud detection features and gives users the option to enable additional security, such as requiring a PIN or fingerprint for transactions.
Account Alerts: Users receive notifications for all account activities, adding another layer of security.
Common Scams
Phishing Scams: Scammers may try to trick users into giving away personal information or Cash App login details. Always avoid sharing your Cash App PIN or other credentials.
Impersonation: Scammers often pretend to be Cash App customer support, asking users to send payments or provide personal information. Cash App customer service will never ask for such details.
Fake Cash Giveaways: Be cautious of offers promising free money in exchange for small payments upfront, as these are often scams.
Sending and Receiving Money
No Buyer Protection: Unlike some other platforms, Cash App does not offer buyer protection for purchases. If you’re sending money to someone you don’t know or for a transaction, there’s a higher risk.
Instant Transfers: Transfers are fast, but once sent, they are difficult to reverse. Always double-check the recipient’s details before sending money.
How to Stay Safe
Enable Security Features: Use Cash App’s additional security options, like PIN entry or fingerprint verification.
Be Aware of Scams: Be cautious of unsolicited requests for money or promises of cash giveaways.
Only Use Trusted Contacts: Try to use the app mainly for people you trust, such as friends or family.
Cash App is secure for day-to-day transactions if you follow good security practices. However, it’s crucial to be vigilant about scams, as it lacks purchase protection.
Do I need a bank account for Cash App?
Yes, you technically do not need a traditional bank account to use Cash App, but having one can provide additional benefits. Here’s how it works:
Without a bank account: You can still send and receive money using your Cash App balance. However, to withdraw funds from Cash App, you would need to link a debit card, or you can use a Cash Card (Cash App’s own card) to access your funds directly.
With a bank account: Linking a bank account to Cash App allows you to easily transfer money between your bank and Cash App, giving you more flexibility in managing your funds.
So, while a bank account is not strictly necessary, having one provides more convenience and access to your money.
Diffеrеnt Typеs of Vеrifiеd Cash App Accounts?
There are different types of verified Cash App accounts, each offering varying levels of access and functionality. Here are some of the common types:
Personal Verified Accounts Verification: Personal identification, such as your full name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
Features:
Send and receive payments.
Increase in transaction limits (up to $7,500 per week for sending and unlimited for receiving).
Ability to link debit/credit cards and bank accounts.
Cash App Card (Cash Card) for spending Cash App balance.
Direct deposit for receiving paychecks or tax returns.
Business Verified Accounts Verification: Additional business details such as EIN (Employer Identification Number), business name, and legal status.
Features:
Enables merchants and small business owners to accept payments.
Higher limits for transactions.
Receipts and tax reporting features.
Integration with third-party payment services.
Can issue refunds to customers.
Bitcoin Verified Accounts Verification: Requires additional information for cryptocurrency transactions (e.g., photo ID, address)
Features:
Ability to buy, sell, and transfer Bitcoin.
Set up recurring Bitcoin purchases.
Withdrawal of Bitcoin to external wallets.
Enhanced limits for cryptocurrency transactions.
These Cash App accounts provide specific benefits based on the needs of personal users, businesses, or cryptocurrency traders.

Ah, come on!?!
FOUR
Jaune and Wolfie sat dejectedly off to the side while a moving company, dropped off all the salvageable equipment in the waterfront warehouse that was to become the new home of the Grimm Development Department. Jaune was despondent due to the hours it was going to take to reconnect everything… Wolfie because he/she met her/his “donor”.
Saphron Arc was a piece of work, and while she did present Wolfie with a proper set of attire, she was entirely TOO handsy in helping him/her put it on. Memories of that encounter caused the humanoid grimm to shiver in fear, particularly because Saphron Arc made a point of saying she would be coming back for another visit, with more cute outfits for her little “sister”.
Wolfie: This is bullshit.
Jaune: You think this is bad? Wait until we have to attend the emergency BoD meeting and explain the added expenses… my budget is going to be decimated!
Wolfie: Seriously, dude? How do you get anything done?
Jaune: I don’t. I’m lucky I get a paycheck each week… which reminds me I have to take you to Human Resources, soon.
Wolfie: Why?
Jaune: You need identification, and your Social Insurance Number, plus you have a TD-1V to complete. Then we need to go to the bank and set up an account.
Wolfie:Uh, again. Why?
Jaune: You are an employee, and as such you need to have the proper documentation, plus the Inner Circle refuses to get nailed for tax evasion so we need to pay you as well as take the proper hold backs for governmental remittance.
Wolfie: Huh? But I’m a monster?
Jaune: You are… or will be a valued employee.
Wolfie: But you built me for combat?
Jaune: Yes, I did, and you will be most likely listed as an active combatant member of our PMC forces.
Wolfie: PMC?
Jaune: Private Military Contractor.
Wolfie: Seriously? I thought we’re supposed to be trying to dominate the world?
Jaune: Well to rule the world we need to be able to provide for security or our people, as well as have sources of income to provide needed social welfare programs, in addition to collecting taxes, etc…
Wolfie: This sucks.
Jaune: Tell me about it. At least you’ll be lucky, once your paperwork is done you’ll be transferred to the PMC division… which Saphron is in charge of by the way…
Wolfie: WHAT?!? SERIOUSLY!?!
Jaune: Yes, anyway, once you’re transferred you’ll be free of this mess and can enjoy yourself…
/==/ 72 Hours Later /==/
After working basically around the clock, Wolfie and Jaune finished reassembling the lab into something that was functional. A day before the scheduled meeting with the Board of Directors. Though, neither, due to sleep, deprivation, noticed the blinking lights on one of the bio-pods.
/==/ 24 Hours Later /==/
Jasmine Arc (Director of Finances): So as a result of the repairs required and the need to relocate Grimm Development, plus the rental of said location… I’m sorry to say Jaune your operating budget is going to be lowered by sixty percent.
Jaune: How am I supposed to get ANY work done?
Jasmine Arc (Director of Finance): Well, fifteen percent of your budget is just your salary, and ten percent is overhead expenses like utilities. So you still on paper have fifteen percent to allocate towards project development.
Jaune: I was barely able to complete Wolfie under my normal budget! How do I…
Oleander Arc (Executive of Espionage): As important as this is to you, dear brother, I feel we have much more pressing matters. In particular, the assault on one of our SECRET and secure facilities, by the Red Huntress at that. We have a leak.
Saphron Arc (Director of PMC Operations): I can direct my teams to start searching for the leak. Though I would need some assistance from the Security Department.
Azalea Arc (Director of Internal Security): My department has already started to searching, with a focus on former employees.
Tyrian (Director of Legal): IF the leak is an employee, then we do not need to use the PMC forces to “black bag” the perpetrator. All our employees sign an iron clade NDA, and as such if YOU can give my department proof of their actions I can have my department bury them… legally.
Saphron Arc (Director of PMC Operations) Phooey, that’s no fun.
Salem: Be that as it may. We must be vigilant, and protective of our image, and as such we can not afford any rumors of misconduct on our behalf. What of the plan to infiltrate Beacon?
Oleander Arc (Executive of Espionage): We have contracted the Strategic Development Department, and they have drafted a report, for our consideration. Director Watts, if you please.
Arthur Watts (Director of Strategic Development): Upon closer examination of the proposal, we have come to the conclusion that it is inadvisable to sens Doctor Arc in as applicant. His lack of combat training, coupled with his aura not being unlocked, makes it a potentially hazardous work environment for him and as such after consulting with the Legal Department would give him grounds to sue.
Salem: I see. You wouldn’t do that to us, would you, Jaune?
Jaune: I… um… I…
Salem: Jaune?
Arthur Watts (Director of Strategic Development): If I may continue my Lady.
Salem: My apologies. Please, the floor is yours.
Arthur Watts (Director of Strategic Development): Upon further consideration, we have submitted adjustments to the proposal. Namely, that if the operation to get a more insightful information as to the nature of Beacon’s training practices, Jaune should attend as a member of an established team.
Oleander Arc (Executive of Espionage): We have already begun the process to screen potential applicants, though only needing two makes the process easier.
Jaune: Wait a second? Two? Aren’t teams made of four?
Oleander Arc (Executive of Espionage): They are, but as you and Wolfe Bete are both employees of Grimm Development
Wolfie: Since when?!?
Oleander Arc (Executive of Espionage): And this is a project for your department, of course you will both be members of the operation.

So, I'm doing adulty things like contacting banks and sorting taxes and creating work contracts and throughout it all I am haunted by the idea that whoever linked all this terrifying admin with demons knew exactly what they were doing.
You want to access this money/power - well you're going to need all these arcane texts (identification documents). You need to present them in the exact right order and if you get them out of order then poof the demon (admin person) vanishes. If you get through that stage you need to say the magic word (provide passwords) and again if you submit any one of the numbers/letters out of order then the whole thing goes up in smoke... or alternatively the wrath of the demon is unleashed and you loose access to your (money) power. Obviously, IF you get everything submitted in the right order with the right magic words then you are allowed access (but at what cost!).
And then there's contracts. You have this really long, jargon heavy (occasionally latin) document that definitely gives rise to the expression 'the devil is in the details.' On the face of it, it's just a bunch of symbols and paper but if you sign your name to it (and names have power), because we all believe in it and build our entire society on this stuff, it takes on this imense power. So we get that whole be careful what you sign your name to warning. And it may have tricky little clauses that trip you up or are designed to entrap you (very fae). Also if you happen to break this contract really, really terrible things are going to happen and people are going to hold you VERY accountable for ALL your actions and there's a chance you might loose everything you worked hard for. If that's not a demonic contract/ deal with the fae, I don't know what is!
And Taxes are similar in that you need all these symbols (numbers) written down in the right order, in the right place and if you get one symbol out of place, the demon (HMRC) is going to rain fire and brimstone down on your soul (fine you heavily). Of course, if you refuse to even engage with the demon (HMRC) said demon will hunt you down and still rain fire and brimstone down on your soul. - There's definitely something to be said about not giving your name to demonic creatures in the first place because that's absolutely how they find you! So then there's something here about trading your name for power (access to money and things we need to live?).
Does this make accountants, demonologists? I hope so.
And in future should I have to write an encounter with a terrifying demon I am definitely going to imagine the kind of terror and stress that my tax return inspires!
Yes... I am going insane with all this bureaucracy and yes, imagining I am making an arcane deal with a demon and/or the fae is making me feel better about it!
#Im going completely crazy#this is the only outlet for my crazy#idk how to tag this?#insane ramblings?#demonology?#ineffable bureaucracy#headdesk#I think I better just... walk away now...#Thanks for reading#if you read this far!#Yes I am highly caffeinated#Thanks for asking

The recent amendments to the rules for obtaining a driver's license in Bulgaria have sparked mixed reactions among the public. According to new regulations published on September 10 in the State Gazette, which will take effect on December 10, 2024, prospective drivers will be allowed a maximum of four attempts at both the theoretical and practical tests.
Seven organizations involved in driver training have expressed strong opposition to the proposed changes, particularly concerning the introduction of electronic driving hour cards and limits on practical test attempts. Trendafil Marinov, the chairman of the Bulgarian Driving Instructor Union, confirmed plans for a protest scheduled for tomorrow, September 25.
Marinov voiced concerns during an interview with BNR, arguing that the new regulations do not align with existing educational standards. He criticized the push towards digitalization, labeling it "complete ambiguity" and questioning how the proposed changes would improve road safety.
He highlighted the additional financial burdens the new requirements would impose on driving schools, noting that each training vehicle would need to be equipped with specific devices that maintain a permanent Internet connection, necessitating contracts with mobile service providers.
Currently, the Automotive Administration employs inspectors who can effectively verify the validity of paper driving cards on the road, according to Marinov. He pointed out that these cards include essential identification information and photographs.
Additionally, Marinov raised issues regarding the limited number of examiners available to provide practical driving tests, leading to potentially long waiting periods. He questioned the rationale behind limiting attempts to four and the six-month timeframe for testing, calling for a collaborative working group with industry representatives to address these concerns.
Concerns about potential corruption have also emerged, with Marinov asking why a single company should develop the required software instead of promoting competition through multiple software solutions.
The protest is set to take place in front of the presidency, with activities planned from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Krasimir Georgiev, manager of the Association for the Qualification of Motorists in Bulgaria, offered a contrasting perspective during a discussion on the national radio. He argued that the new regulations will effectively eliminate corrupt practices, which he claims opponents are afraid of.
Georgiev emphasized that the exam should serve as a test to assess knowledge gained during training, rather than as part of the training itself. He suggested that driving schools fearing the new requirement of four exams within six months indicate they are not adequately preparing their students.
He noted that after years of stagnation, reform is finally underway. "If the existing requirements were followed, there wouldn’t be so many driving schools. Many only had a classroom to obtain permits, while their actual operation occurred in their cars, which often served as family vehicles."
He further explained the prevalent practice of maintaining two sets of training cards: one for the instructor and student, and another that reflects the full 30 hours of required instruction, often fabricated to satisfy inspections by the traffic police.
Georgiev dismissed concerns regarding the financial burdens that driving schools would face, arguing that they often do not invest or reinvest profits, and are unfamiliar with tax concepts such as "Profit" or "Dividends."
He also mentioned that some civil servants work as driving instructors, asserting that there are sufficient examiners available.
Georgiev announced plans for a procession to support the reforms, scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Alexander Battenberg Square. He noted that over 12 NGOs focused on road safety are backing the rally, which will culminate in a declaration supporting the reforms to the Ministry of Transport leadership.
