On the right you have Tavarius "Tav" Devland. You find him in a graveyard and they introduces himself as Count Dracula but everyone knows that's not their real name.

On the left, you have Cecily Devland, Tav's older sister. She constantly calls Tav out on their bullshit like how their name is not Count Dracula, as pictured above.

Random unedited Tavarius HCs because I'm tired and clingy as hell

For starters babes, this man does not know what a 'personal space bubble' is. Most of the time he's up close to you, with at least one hand on your figure, in your waist, or your upper arm.

He teases you with his goddamn tail. It's fluffy, so you'll be taking notes in class one minute, and suppressing giggles the next.

Vv possessive and touchy, especially around his brother, he just wants to shove the fact that you chose Tavarius over Adalricus in his face.

He's a sweetie, but do not be fooled by his... "sweet promises of pure pleasure" because oh dear god he's feral. As per the CG.

He constantly craves some type of skin-to-skin contact, but he is less than subtle about it.

"My dear, why don't we find somewhere quiet? I would love to touch you some more..."

Hnnngh this man. He says that in public btw. He gives zero shits about who hears.

In Baldur's Gate 3, the first meeting the player character has with Astarion - assuming you don't play as him - is when he threatens them with a dagger. If the Tav/Durge fails a Wisdom Perception Check, he pulls them to the ground and holds a dagger to their neck.

Thing is my Durge, Tavarius, is a seven feet eight inch tall dragonborn paladin. So I wonder, would Astarion see him approach, wearing paladin armour and carrying an axe, and just think, 'Hmm, nope. Bad idea'? Or would he try it anyway?

Powerful men who completely overwhelm everyone with their presence. Their god-like strength, deep, icy voice, condescending glances and tall stature all lend themselves to making them an intimidating figure that looms over everyone, striking fear into the souls of the masses.

Battle after battle, they emerge, victorious — their defeated foes, laid at their feet— a damn near monstrous smirk on their faces. They stand tall, proud of their victory. Such displays only work to further paint the image of an untouchable beast.

And they are proud of it. Each figure that covers cowers at the mere mention of their name. The way crowds clear up to grant them a straight path forward— heads lowered, as if bowing to honour their presence. They wear it like a badge of honour, a testimony of their power.

The aforementioned image doesn't even dissipate when they are seated— reduced to their smallest possible form, yet every bit as domineering. Anywhere, anytime, whether it's the floor, a cushion or any random chair. Any place seems to become a throne when used by them. Even then, they occupy so much space. Their mere presence weighs heavy in the area, crushing every living soul there.

And to top it all off, they're quite the show-off too— always boasting of their physical prowess and smirking as though the world owes them itself. And that is precisely why they have absolutely no issues keeping you, their lover, close. A large hand is forever kept at your waist. They're always somewhere close to you— a natural repellent for those who wish to do you harm. It's a silent way of claiming you as their own and shoeing yo the masses that this is someone of high value; the only living being fit for a king like themselves.

Been working all morning on Mechanical Rose Part 6, tentatively titled "Prodigy." Here's a quick teaser excerpt:

You nod. “It seems odd that the illness would only be affecting the Turitok. I’d like to get some samples from the affected animals tomorrow to run through the bio-reader. That might give us at least some clue as to where to start.”

Data nodded. “That is an excellent idea. I will join you.”

You boop him gently on the tip of his nose. “Sounds like you just want an excuse to loiter around your girlfriend.”

Data reaches out a finger and boops you back. “If I have calculated a way to spend the maximum time with my girlfriend while simultaneously providing the most assistance in our mission, I fail to see how that could reflect badly upon me.”

You snuggle up against him, wrapping one arm around the back of his neck and draping the other over his trim waist. You rest your cheek against his bare chest and feel the softness of his presence wash over you. “Well, you are my commanding officer, so who am I to argue.”

He slips his own arms around you, holding you close. “I am glad to hear it will not be necessary for me to submit you to disciplinary action for insubordination upon our return to the Enterprise.”

You smile to yourself. He’s gotten so much better at teasing banter since that day on the holodeck projection of Tavarius II.
