Lacing over every detail and contract of muscle flaunting in your hungry gaze. He smiles to himself, feeling your heated gaze scour intently all over his painted back. Purposely flexes his back and shoulder muscles just to hear that cute little tight breath slip past your tempting lips.

“Does that answer your question angel? Or do you want to see more?” He insinuates with a weight of flirtation lingering his smooth voice, grinning mischievously as he watches your eyes pry ever so mindlessly and utterly enthralled at his spacious back. The prominent heat in your cheeks only fueling his ego into luring you further into his witty whims and flirtation.

He absolutely loved the attention and strong hold he had on you, just by a simple work of literal art basking his delicate skin. And the fact that he knew you had a thing for backs.

So canonically Joowon likes branding his possessions as his, like this subtle and classy "JW" monogram on his handkerchief, first seen when he used it to clean his car, and last seen when he discarded it after cleaning his shoes when it got muddied in Busan, as Dongsik looked on and teased.

It's interesting 'cause it's also symbolic of how the last of his primness and prissiness was finally thrown away, his insistence to always be "clean" now discarded, symbolic of how he's more willing to be "dirtied" (in every sense of the word) from then on, just to solve the case.

It's interesting to think about his choice of branding though. He likes the idea of marking something as his, no matter how subtle.

It's perhaps also a mark of being born an only child, in addition to being born in a family of elite social status: he never had to share.

And yes it'll inevitably lead to this intriguing thought: how does that translate to relationships? To sex, at that?

and i was mulling over what top scars might look like and for the first time actually imagined how the right side might look with no nipple *and* a top scar as opposed to the left

(had breast cancer, long story, in remission, etc)

and i just like immediately realized that if the top scar has a complimentary enough angle and placement with the lumpectomy scar

i could get a sick ass one-winged angel tattoo????
