Headcanons how the archangels sleep because I'm sleep deprived

Mael

On his side, with a hand under the pillow and his legs curled up

an usual sleeper, won't wake up if he hears commotion until you drop a whole ass plastic bottle on the ground

is used to sleeping without any bed covers, since his grace used to keep him warm, but post canon hes SHIVERING at night. He covers himself with thick covers and blankets that are almost twice his size since then (he was sleep deprived for some time for this exact reason, just freezing at night)

sometimes hugs his wings while sleeping, since they're all over him

Ludociel

sleeps like a dead man (literally). On his back, hands clasped on his chest, doesn't move an inch during the night

A VERY, VERYY light sleeper. If someone BREATHES around him he's ready to strangle them (old habits)

Has one singular bed cover which he always placed right at his chest and tucks it in

...........technically, he always has his eyes closed, so does he even sleep at night...?

Sariel

Sleeps like an animal. Bed covers 5 meters from the bed, hands above his head, mouth open and legs hanging off the bed

A DEEEP and messy sleeper. Not even a third holy war could wake him up

has a drooling problem. Wakes up with his whole pillow wet (real)

goes to sleep late but somehow always wakes up early

Tarmiel

takes his sleep very seriously and has a strict sleeping schedule

does actual skin care, sleeps like a typical slice of life sitcom rich mother with a face cream and a face mask or cucumbers over his eyes (And yes, the old face also gets his skin care done)

has a normal sleep like Mael

So like... Do goddesses have parents?

Like, we know Mael was a child as one point, but does that also mean he was a baby before that? How do you suppose goddesses happen?

And why does Tarmiel look like that?

To my memory, which may be flawed since I don't focus on the goddess clan, he's the only one who looks anything like that?? Like... he has 3 heads, 6 wings, and black sclera... that's kind of a lot of weird all at once, considering the other goddesses pretty much just look like humans with wings.

Though others aren't without noteworthy oddities... like Ludociel and whatever is going on with his eyes... and speaking of eyes, usually when we see the clan symbol in a goddess' eyes, they're gold, right? But Mael's are blue... and I'd be able to accept the idea of variation, except Elizabeth's eyes are blue, but turn gold when the symbol is in them... confusing.

Sariel is also kind weird in that he looks like a kid? Is he younger than the other archangels, or is he just small for some reason...?

That day is not today. I can picture Tarmiel as a yellow support or tank unit, Derieri as a red DPS unit and Escanor and Merlin as debuffer units (not sure what colour). *crosses fingers for the characters I've magicked into the team with an editing app to be added soon*

OK but:

LudoTarm: secret scandalous situationship not only because they're archangels, but why tf is Ludo's gorgeous ass with Tarmiel when he could have almost anyone in the goddess clan?? Ludociel is too busy being in charge to find love despite how lonely he is, and just wants physical contact with someone who knows and accepts who he really is. Tarmiel is the overbearing mom-friend who insists on meddling- and also just has big gay skank vibes.

He catches Ludociel in a sad, reflective mood where the eldest archangel confesses that he doesn't pursue romance anymore is because *who could actually love somebody like him*? This strikes a nerve in Tarmiel (whose heart is too weak for him to be such a meddler), the discussion becomes a mutual venting sesh and gets deeper, neither of them realize that the space between them has gotten smaller, and then smooching ensues. While Tarmiel is panicked and trying to think of an excuse to leave, Ludociel yells at him to get out. They inevitably end up being alone together at some point at work later that week and *oops* smooch some more- this time with a touch of handsiness. They end up seeing each other on the sly for centuries. Late night meetings that are actually sleepovers, Tarmiel messing up in his duties and getting privately reprimanded in Ludociel's office, Mael and Sariel wondering why they don't see them outside of their work as often. Everyone suspects something strange, but never imagine that something like *that* could be going on. Maybe it stays a situationship, or maybe it evolves. Maybe it stays a secret, or maybe someone finds out.

The best and worst archangel crackship!;!

Archangel ships is something i never see but a thought i like to entertain when it pops in my mind. Especialy ludoxsarielxtarmiel. Its just these guys who date cause 'why not' and Mael is their honorary son. Good crackship op

Out of curiosity, what’s your opinion on Tarmiel and Sariel? They’re never mentioned on this blog, as far as I know.

They're a lot more manageable in terms of personality, rather than Ludoshit. They actually turned on Ludociel to help Elizabeth during the time where we saw them 3000 years ago, which speaks volumes. They're not as self-centered as Ludo when it comes to the viewpoints on Demons. Sure, they still said they helped Elizabeth because of her and not Meliodas, but it was still a significant point in the arc for the two of them.

Nadja & Zaratras were necessary in their own way, we wouldn't have the story without Zaratras and Nadja was the biggest person in Gowther's life other than the OG one, Plus it was inevitable that she would die

Sariel should not have died. Tarmiel didn't deserve to bring him along to the grave because he screwed up.

I'm conflicted about Fraudrin but Helbram is whole other can of worms. The first two are fine, third one is just being used for emotional damage, and the Forth time is just 😕

I hate Ludociel in sarcastic way, but Denzel had it coming. Deathpierce can go cry in the corner

Tarmiel makes me so mad. Like how do you screw up so bad you bring almost everyone down with you? I wish Sariel cursed him to no end because they were so damn close with Derieri's master plan then he just does that like wth 😒

Escanor makes me sad because you'd think the fight would be fully over when he died, but then Chaos went "naaaaahhhh".

Ik Oslo was the key to King's transformation but seeing the implications of him being the reincarnation of Rou it just makes it more unnecessary because now Rou is being reincarnated twice

Gustaf death wasn't needed

Drole & Gloxinia death was hella unnecessary because they didn't even hold Chandler long? they should've had more of a fight

Monspeet & Derieri should've lived. There was no reason for either of them to die. They make me sob every time 😞

Annie sticking up for Monspeet & Derieri by talking sense to anyone who were to oppose them or make fun of them, no matter who they were or status.

and at this point she's talked sense to almost everyone, no matter what the context was. Tarmiel, Nerobasta, Ludociel, she's talked sense to them and they couldn't react cause she's was right and even called them out.

And while both of them could stick up for themselves, Annie insists because she's seen how people have treated them and finds it ridiculous.

Monspeet kinda appreciates it, while Derieri isn't used to it at all.
