Cake mixing is a very important event in a hotel calendar. It's the beginning of festive season for the hospitality industry. Though it's more of an PR event, it also gives a chance for the establishment to reach out to their guests to launch various upcoming events till new year. Raj Kachori - popular snack from Rajasthan is very common in North Indian weddings and functions. However, it has been now commercialized as a regular snacks in food joints. Currently, I consider it as the best Pathar Jhol available commercially in Hyderabad. A Bengali home staple which has reached a mythical proportion by the virtue of us bragging about it.
